You've also had kind of a trope that a lot of Republican presidents have accepted over the years The DOJ and FBI are quote, independent, of the White House. And first of all, these people have guns, they can put you in jail. Saying they're independent means they're unaccountable. No, they are executive branch agencies that report to the elected president of the United States and, an executive elected executive absolutely has to use article 2 power, to hold those agencies accountable. So I think you've had, an executive branch that's not wanted to do anything to reel them by holding them accountable and getting involved in what they're doing, and then I think you've had a congress, which is just totally given up on using the purse strings And it's almost like these agencies just have a right to operate infinitum, when you send that signal over many decades, It's just human nature, they are going to abuse their power. I mean, the founders would have predicted that in a New York minute, So I think that a lot of this is an abdication of Congress. If you're scared of a quote, government shutdown above all else Because you're worried about some bad news cycles, just understand you're putting that, I would say, very small political impulse Ahead of doing your duty to its to ensure that our apparatus is constitutionally accountable. I'd rather have the fight, to try to discipline the agencies and let the chips fall where they may, then just allow the status quo to continue in the direction that it has gone in.

What's your view on what you think it will take to motivate people to turn out for Donald Trump in the next few days and indeed on on Tuesday? Speaker 1: You know, I don't think it's gonna be very hard to motivate people. They've experienced what 4 years of Kamala Harris' leadership looks like. They've been paying more at the pump. They pay more for their homes. They pay more at every single service that they could possibly conceive of. People are sick and tired of the economic breakdown that has occurred under her watch and Joe Biden's watch. They've watched our border get overrun with 1,000,000 upon 1,000,000 of illegal immigrants who have not been vetted. Many of those illegals have turned around and murdered US citizens, raped US citizens. I think people have had enough, and they're looking to return to some semblance of normalcy in America. Speaker 0: And that's where we're on the tried, Joe Biden tried to sort out the border issue, and Donald Trump blocked it. Speaker 1: That's just incorrect. A fundamental misunderstanding of how everything works. When Joe Biden took office, there were executive orders that were currently in place that Trump had used. We had the remain in Mexico policy. I do want to also talk to you, of course, about your campaign targeting big companies over their policies on diversity and inclusion. I mean, many people, certainly over here, I don't know about in America, but many people might just think diversity and inclusion, that sounds, they sound like good things. What what's the issue? Speaker 1: That's if you're looking at the top line definition of the words. Nobody's arguing that being tolerant of people or having diverse thought or anything along those lines is a bad thing. I, myself, am a minority. My mom is a refugee from Cuba who fled communism and lost everything to the communist regime there. So under the terms of DEI, I would be given favored status. Right? But I don't want it. I don't need any sort of leg up from the government or from major corporations to say, you know what? You're Latino, so you deserve to have an easier time getting a job, or your kids deserve an easier time getting into school because they can check a box saying they're Latino. That's wrong. And frankly, many of the DEI programs, they're just simply Trojan horses for left wing values. And in many ways, the programs have been explicitly anti white. We've seen this already in our court system with many people winning cases already because of policies that were just strictly anti white and discriminated against a race. Speaker 0: I don't think the race is obviously say that these are addressing underlying inequalities in the US. But these are huge US companies that you've taken on. That's Ford. It's Harley Davidson. It's the owners of Jack Daniels. And only yesterday, Boeing. These household names that are changing some of their policies because they see this well, is it because they see this as an issue that voters care about? Is it an election issue, this? Speaker 1: Yeah. It is. Frankly, people have also had 4 years of seeing what a DEI administration is gonna do in their corporate workplace because you don't need to control the means of production if you control the minds of the people who are in charge of production. And that's precisely what has happened with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in the White House is major corporations in seeking to appease the administration or seeking to get government contracts where they require you to have certain DEI programs have had to install these programs, and they push nothing but rapid leftism on the American worker. And, frankly, workers are tired of it, and they've seen it in their kids' schools too where, you know, their daughters are having transgenderism shoved into their sports, and they can't go play a sport without having a biological male winning a medal instead of them. Speaker 0: So Obviously, these are highly contentious issues. There are people who'd obviously strongly disagree with what you're saying, but I am interested in whether You're wrong. You think this election boils down to what many people would view as a culture war? Speaker 1: I think culture war is a a word the media likes to use, but in reality, for normal people, these are everyday issues. You know, I just interviewed a mom not long ago whose 13 year old daughter started to believe she was transitioning in high school. And shortly after that, the state of California took custody of the daughter. And you know what happened to the daughter? In the custody of California, they transitioned the daughter without parental consent, and the daughter committed suicide. So clearly, the state of California did not have the best interest of that child. That heart the mother did, and the mother is heartbroken and trying to get justice so this never happens to another child. Speaker 0: I mean, we obviously don't know the details of that case. What I would say is that the US LGBTQ plus advocacy group, which is called Human Rights Campaign, they describe you as a political bully, an election denier, and talk about you as a MAGA bully, a make America great again bully. What's your response to that? Speaker 1: I'm not even sure how that makes any sense, but, bizarrely, you know, with the HRC, I think it's probably the most Orwellian name you've ever heard of. It's like writing a bill that says, you know, the we're gonna save puppies act, and then in the actual bill, it's like, yeah. If you vote yes, we're gonna murder puppies. It makes no sense. Nothing they do has to do with human rights. It's about pushing rabid leftism on America, on corporations, and they're the ones who forced in policy sets in these major corporations that have resulted in those companies paying to help get transition surgeries for children. Okay? So we're talking about, in California, places like Kaiser Permanente have given double mastectomies to 13 year old girls. Speaker 0: Okay. We're gonna we're gonna stop talking about trends here because you brought it up a lot. But I am interested in, you know, usually, conservatives say that companies should be left to directors and shareholders to run. But you seem to want to dictate how they should run their businesses. When you see the results of our campaigns and say the diving, you know, profits of a company like, let's say, Harley Davidson, or you see that John Deere lost almost 10,000,000,000 in market cap while they were in our sites, you have to have a very real conversation about what's fundamentally responsible as a company, and it's because customers are on our side. That the elected officials that you see, that you can vote for aren't really in charge, in control, and behind the scenes, hidden hands are pulling the strings. And this whole kind of DEI, anti DEI movement is in a way a movement for people who feel like they are no longer in control of their country. And that is a very powerful constituent for Donald Trump. Speaker 0: And Ann McElroy, Robbie was not keen on the culture wars, term. Plenty of Democrats do see Donald Trump as a culture warrior. But how how do his supporters view him? So this is quite convenient cover. I take Gabriel's point that it is also a conspiratorial MAGA talking point. But there's also quite a lot of bits of it that should be talked about and should be critiqued. Speaker 3: I am also talking about the Speaker 2: conspiracy theories. And the clip that you showed of him sort of dancing away there, this is a, you know, kind of an old man running again who just looks like for him, he thinks that he's kind of got it. You know? And a lot of people who do are worried about that see that and say this is the sum of all our fears. His supporters see someone who thinks he's very in control. Speaker 0: And Robbie Starbuck sorry. Just to get Robbie Starbuck back in at this point. Robbie, a final word from you. Is that how you see Donald Trump? What's what's your view on on him? Speaker 1: Trump is essentially a megaphone for the way that the American people have felt forgotten by a system that I believe the gentleman that was just on referred to in some sort of conspiratorial way that there's a cabal. There is clearly a group of people, elitists, who are part of the uni party, who have been running things in a way that the American people have felt deeply out of alignment for a long time. For more, let's bring in the man himself, Missouri state attorney general Andrew Bailey. General, this is a fascinating story. This you know, you had to know when this lawsuit started that China wasn't gonna go, oh, okay. Well, here's your billions of dollars in this judgment against us. Right? They weren't going to do that. So you all proceeded to do what, and where is the status of your action against China? Speaker 1: Well, this is an historic win on behalf of the people of state of Missouri. It really is a blueprint for other states to follow to hold China accountable for the wrongs they perpetrated during the COVID nineteen pandemic for which Missourians still demand justice. This suit was filed because China created the virus, unleashed it on the world, lied to the world about it, thus inhibiting our ability to respond to the virus, and then produced and hoarded the necessary medical equipment that we needed to respond to the virus. And it harmed Missourians to the tune of $24,000,000,000. We filed the lawsuit, and then the trial court dismissed it. We bought that all. Eighth circuit court of appeals in one and it recently won the trial in January of this year and got that $24,000,000,000 judgment. And, again, this is historic, and we plan to execute on that judgment and, collect that money from China One way or the other. Speaker 0: And so you're going through, I'm sure, a series of processes figuring out how you can collect this farmland, that has been purchased near military bases and in other, very, very ominous places. Right? And so the state of Missouri is taking this action. Are you hearing from other states? I know when my husband was a senator there in Missouri, there were a there was a lot of communication, and other states would take up legislation similar. So are you hearing from other states who want to emulate, what is really groundbreaking in terms of, an action against China? Speaker 1: Yeah. Absolutely. We've been in in contact with other states. And, again, this is a great blueprint for other states to follow. These claims were raised under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act. This is a statute that congress passed and then president Gerald Ford signed into law in 1976. So it's been on the books for a long time. It explicitly provides a method by which states can redress grievances against foreign entities and an explicit procedure by which judgments can be executed by identifying and seizing assets and having those foreign assets sold to make good on the judgment. Again, this is a long standing law that's been on the books, and China does a lot of business in The United States Of America. And when they do that and when they own property in The United States Of America, they subject themselves to the laws of The United States Of America. But, yeah, that's how little they think of these United States that Wow. Despite the fact that they were served notice and had the opportunity to be heard, they couldn't bother to be they couldn't even be bothered to show up in court. But I think that emphasizes their, amount of culpability, their degree of culpability because they didn't offer a scintilla of evidence to mitigate or defend themselves against these claims. They know what they did was wrong, and now they're gonna pay. Speaker 0: To your knowledge, general, is there, are other states have has anyone filed something like this? Speaker 1: Yeah. Mississippi has pursued a similar action. And, I the Missouri suit is the first one to get all the way to a judgment. And so, again, there's some presidential impact there from the eighth circuit court of appeals that I think is instructive on how to raise these claims and specifically to use the foreign sovereign immunities act as the vehicle to redress these grievances. And so we blazed a trail for others to follow and, anticipate that others will do so. $24,000,000,000 is a lot to the state of Missouri. It's probably not a lot to the Chinese communist government. But if you cobble together other states with similar judgments, we will really make an impact here and make China understand that when they do business and own assets in The United States Of America, they're gonna be subject to our laws.
