She was born in a town on the other side of the world, in Kansas. Barry and his mother moved to Indonesia, and soon a half sister was born. Indonesia's poverty and its politics, which had victimized his stepfather, left a lasting impression on the young biracial child trying to fit into yet another culture. It was in Indonesia where Berry first saw magazine stories and And adds about blacks bleaching their skin, a painful moment in his exploration of his own racial identity. Speaker 4: And I remember coming across this magazine that, talked about, blacks who had used skin bleaching agents to make themselves lighter. And, and I think that, was when I first realized not only that, I was African American, Which I I think I had a pretty good sense of at that point, but also that, there were all sorts of implications to race and there were power relationships in race. And I couldn't articulate all that at the time, but I remember feeling, shocked by that. Speaker 1: Life changed again when Barry was sent back to Hawaii at age 10 To attend the prestigious Punahou School. Unhappy with the schools in Indonesia, his mother wanted him to get the best education possible. During most of his high school years, his mother remained in Indonesia, and Barry lived with his grandparents. Academically, Punahou was excellent. But even though the student body was diverse, he was often the only black student in his class. In his autobiography written at age 33, He describes his struggles to define himself. I was engaged in a fitful interior struggle. I was trying to raise myself to be a black man in America. And beyond the given of my appearance, no one around me seemed to know exactly What that meant. My brother The restless teenager spent hours on the basketball court Where he says he found his closest white and black friends. He tried marijuana and later cocaine. Speaker 3: If he had been the same kid growing up on the south side of Chicago, I think his outcomes might be a bit different. But there wasn't a lot to lot of trouble to get in in Hawaii. To hear his friends, and he and his friends talk about what they did. It's like you could screw up in Hawaii and still be okay. Speaker 1: His great uncle says he's not surprised to learn of his nephew's identity struggles. Speaker 2: He wasn't raised black Because he was raised in the white family and raised as if he were a white boy. And, I'm sure that caused all kinds of conflicts in his mind. Speaker 5: I think he came came out of Speaker 2: it well, and perhaps, even gives him an insight into American society that Not many blacks or whites have. Speaker 1: What caused him to struggle as an adolescent Has now become an important political asset and part of his political identity. Were you essentially raised though as a white child? Speaker 4: No. I I don't think I don't think so. I mean, I was raised as an Indonesian child and as a Hawaiian child and, and as an as a Black and white child. And so, you know, I think that, you know, part of what I benefit from is a multiplicity of cultures, that, you know, all, Speaker 5: fed me. Speaker 1: Young Barry pulled his life together, graduated from Punahou, and accepted a scholarship to the mostly white Occidental College in Los Angeles. But he was dissatisfied and transferred to Columbia University in New York City his junior year, hoping to find more black students Or at least a broader black community. While at Columbia, he began using his given name, Barak, which means the blessings of God. Armed with his degree from Columbia, Obama first worked in a financial consulting firm in Manhattan. But a year later, he opted for a far less lucrative community organizing job in Chicago. While working for social change in Chicago's public housing, Obama began to find a place for himself in the African American community. Area churches and their pastors, Both black and white were an important part of his work. Speaker 6: He basically invited us in, to sit down and said, look. Here, you have an issue that's important in your neighborhood and you're an African American pastor. But here's a pastor who sits right on the other side of the, of your neighborhood who has the same issues, and he just happens to be white, but the issues are the same. So it makes sense to sit down And talk about those issues collectively. Speaker 1: Those early days of organizing produced a still existing group, the Developing Communities Project, And fueled Obama's interest in a political career. Speaker 7: He saw some of these stubborn, intractable problems that were plaguing neighborhoods and holding people back, and he wanted to do something about it. Saw public life as the best way. Speaker 1: But before he went on to law school in politics, he traveled to Kenya to meet the side of his family he had never known. His father had died 6 years earlier, But he spent time with his grandmother in a small village his father had called home. Years later, Obama's grandmother proudly shows off pictures of her now famous grandson. He's just like his father who loved people. He used to draw out a proud when he came home. The month in Kenya with his father's side of the family proved to be critical for Obama. Speaker 4: Until I've gone back and sat at his grave and understood the struggles that he had gone through and and and his father's struggles. You know, it gave me a sense that The work I was doing was directly connected to, you know, my own family and, and their own struggles. And and I think that, helped to to unify, my outward self with my inward self in, in an important way. Speaker 1: So it was a young man more at ease with himself and his identity And clearer about his goals who arrived on the Harvard campus in 1988. Even among the highly talented And competitive law school students, Obama stood out. Speaker 6: Of all the people that I've encountered as students, 1,000 in my 33 years, I don't think I've encountered anyone with greater combination of heart, charisma, brilliance, and potential than Barack Obama. Speaker 1: His professors say Obama went after everything Harvard has to offer. He immersed himself in the study of the law. He became involved in the Black Student Union And he was elected president of the Harvard Law Review. He was the 1st African American editor of the Law Review, The most prestigious and widely read law journal in the country. Speaker 8: Being president of the Harvard Law Review is At least a 40 hour a week job. Now, this is in addition to people who are full time students And Barack did this all with a kind of poise An equanimity that was really quite remarkable. He was working very hard but You know, the old adage never let him see you sweat. Most people never saw him sweat. Speaker 1: The law review presidency brought Obama his 1st national publicity and could have been his ticket to a supreme court clerkship Or a high paying job at a prestigious downtown law firm. Instead, he chose a small Chicago law firm housed in a north side Brownstone. The choice surprised and delighted law firm partner, Justin Miner, who had made the recruiting call to Harvard. Speaker 9: A young lady answered the telephone and, I think I mispronounced Barack's name, and so she quickly corrected me and said this must be a recruitment call. And I said, well, I guess, yes, it is. And she said, well, I can put your name on the list, and I think you're 7143rd. Speaker 1: Why do you think he came to your law firm? Speaker 2: Well, I think we did what Speaker 9: he was interested in doing. He was interested in civil rights. He was interested in economic development in the minority community, and we do a lot of both. Speaker 1: Obama made a choice in his personal life as well. He met and married Michelle Robinson, Who had grown up on Chicago's south side and had gone to Princeton and Harvard Law School, graduating 3 years before Obama. They met when she was assigned to recruit him to join one of the city's top law firms, Sidley and Austin. Speaker 3: The firm is abuzz about this brilliant young African American male who everybody's trying to recruit. And I am always a cynic. I was a skeptic then. And my view was I'm sure that this is Just a black man who can talk straight, and that's why people love him. But I'm like, let me be the judge of whether he's great. So I was skeptical, and then I found out that he grew up in Hawaii. And I thought, okay. He's nuts. He's gotta be nuts. I mean, what, you know, what normal black People grow up in Hawaii. Speaker 1: But her skepticism soon faded. Speaker 3: I mean, we just clicked. It was we laughed about the same things. He was cynical in a way that was Not jaded, but funny. He had a great sense of humor. He didn't take himself too seriously. But I was impressed with just what people are impressed with is How did this young man with this strange background turn out to be such an interesting surprise? Speaker 1: But Michelle Obama's mother was a little worried about the mixed heritage of her future son-in-law. Speaker 3: A little bit. It that didn't concern me as much as had he been completely white. And I guess that I Worry about races mixing because of the difficulty, not for so much for prejudice or anything. It's just very hard. Speaker 1: Today, Marion Robinson dotes on her 2 young grandchildren, and Obama says it is his wife and his daughters that helped keep his priorities straight. Speaker 4: They constantly remind me that, I'm just 1 person, and, hopefully, I can make a contribution. But, you know, what's significant is, you know, that continuing legacy that we've passed on to the next generation. Speaker 10: Morning tonight by Obama. Speaker 1: Obama's 2 young daughters have had to share their father with politics From the time they were born, he was first elected to the Illinois State Senate in 1996. And it wasn't long before he was making an impact, Says senate president Emile Jones. Speaker 5: Well, he had the ability to talk with all those on the, who were, opposition to legislation. But he he he is able to do it in such a manner that he was not dogmatic His approach and, and pretty soon, everyone began to respect him more. Speaker 1: But 4 years later, when Obama challenged popular incumbent Bobby Rush For his congressional seat, many thought Obama was pushing too hard, too fast. He lost. And some in the black community Questioned whether his mixed heritage, lack of Chicago roots, and Harvard Law degree meant he was too elitist or Not black enough to represent the predominantly African American district. It is a charge that infuriates his wife. Speaker 3: I'm as black as it gets. I was born on the south side. I come from an obviously black family. We weren't rich. You know? I put my blackness up against anybody's blackness in the state. Okay? And Barack is a black man. And he's done more in terms of meeting his commitments and sticking his neck out for this communities and many people who criticize him, and I can say that because I'm black. Speaker 1: The charge faded when Obama captured an astonishing 53% of the vote In a 7 person field in the senate Democratic primary, winning the black vote overwhelmingly, but also winning in white ethnic awards In the collar counties and breaking even or winning precincts downstate. Axelrod attributes Obama's success in part To his ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. Speaker 7: His father was from Kenya and is black and his mother was white and from Kansas. His sister is Indonesian. I think she's married to some, someone who's Chinese. Yeah. Yeah. He's like a bigots' worst nightmare. Speaker 8: The fact that people he has touched people in the way he has And that people really believe that this is possible maybe not just possible but probable, says an awful lot about him But it also says something positive and hopeful about us. Speaker 1: Obama brushes all such speculation aside and focuses on November. Speaker 0: Doctor. King once said, he said, the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice. It bends towards justice. But it doesn't bend on its own. It bends because we helped bend it that way. It bends because you're gonna get folks registered, and you're gonna go to the polls, And we're gonna have Speaker 10: a whole democratic slate in Russia. Jorge Puelo also had a colorful whole history with human trafficking, he was convicted of operating an international sex trafficking ring involving women and underage girls out of Central America and Haigh Buelo's wife was also arrested on the same charges. In 2011, Silkeby was appointed as CFO of the software company Connexus and would later become its vice president of marketing, one of IpaW's functions is to issue Amber alerts to the public. In the event of kidnapping, the Amber Alert system was set up during Bill Clinton's president 2015. Laura Stillsby married Norman Gaylor Antica's last name, which is how her name now appears on the Connexus website, how does a woman who was caught multiple times attempting to traffic children internationally get promoted to the executive team of the preeminent kidnapping warning system in the country. Is that Folger, a close friend of Clinton associate James Alefantis gave a statement in support of Silsbee during her trial. Folger is the daughter of Michael Maccoby who coaches leaders of Nuestros de Quellos Hermanos or NPH, a large organization that runs orphanages all over the world. Folgers son Max Maccabee is on the Board of Directors of an NPH Orphanage called Friends of the Orphans, which is one of the 7 60 orphanages operating in Haiti and happens to be the exact orphanage from which Silsbee was caught trafficking children. Curiously, Max Maccabee gave an emphatic and lengthy the statement of support for Comet Pizza during a contentious neighborhood commission meeting back when the Pizzagate controversy the exploded. It is also worth noting here that Frank Giustra, owner of the Radcliffe Foundation is on the Board of Directors for the Clinton Foundation and is a major donor to the organization, the logo of Alpeda Home, a refugee center founded by the Radcliffe Foundation happens to be almost identical in shape and color to the boy lever symbol that the FBI declassified in 2,000 scandals seemed to follow the Clintons. Had nothing to do with that. But We were going to investigate a possible government forged document. Hope you get that straight. I've I've been saying that from day 1 since 2011. Today, you would be presented with a in-depth executive summary of our investigation into the matter which we now have concluded to be a fraudulently created document which has been represented as an official copy of the original birth certificate of president Obama. After 5 years of intense investigation, which included consultation with one of America's most suspected forensic document examiners and a team of European media forensic experts, the Maricopa County Sheriff's office has reached a conclusion utilizing forensic techniques both old and new. Speaker 0: Now I know when you see that the 1st time, kind of looking at it, trying to figure out, okay, what is really what does all this really mean? The date stamps that are at the lower angle of the document. Let me try to start this again if I could freeze it. Speaker 1: You are looking at 2 long form curtain. Speaker 0: You're gonna see the date stamps. They're in lower corners of both documents. Now, yes, they have a a different day date, but the month year is correct. That document has been in Maricopa County Sheriff's Office possession since the end of 2011. Actually, I took it from Jody Corsey. Those stamps on those lower left and right corners, we had made a transparency after after we got the document and we laid those stamps 1 on top of the other, they were close, but not an exact match, and in what we do, close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades. This needs to be an back match and it wasn't. And we had looked at this and looked at this on and off for a couple years. In the meantime, there are operatives, paid operatives, that do anything they can undermine this investigation and anybody that comes in favor of this investigation, started throwing out this notion that a 765 5 Xerox hoppier was the forger. Well, newsflash for them, it's not. The 7655, while it does have an ability to replicate some anomalies, it does not do it as presented in the Obama document. We purchased a 7 6 55 Xerox copier. It took us over a year and a half to find someone who still had the correct software from 2011 to install in the machine. 4 Labs determined what are called quantization settings in computers, mathematical algorithms. They could get very close to that 2011 software, but again, it wasn't exact, we needed to find the software. We located the software. We loaded the software in the machine. We initiated scanning campaigns, 70, 80 different different ways to run the document. In every one of those campaigns, we could not exactly replicate the number of layers, the number of links, and the way information comes over. But these findings that I'm presenting you today have something different in every than every other circumstance. My goal at that point was we needed to get away this 7,655 copier and these digital forensics problems, these computer generated issues, and I needed to look at this document came in completely different. In doing that, I contacted Mark Gallar again and I asked Mark if he would do me a favor. I I said, Mark, would you please make me an overlay video so I can show this to the Sheriff. I, I know there's something here, I'm just not finding it. Mark agrees to make the video and as Mark is doing the video, he contacts me and he goes, I figured it out. Now, I want you to understand something. I have to stay as neutral in this as possible. I did not want to be the guy that ever figured anything out. I wanted to be the Clearing House because what I was going to do was send whatever we found across the globe to Hawaii and Italy and have independent forensics examiners 2 different disciplines either conclude or completely disagree with each other. That was my methodology. That's why I'm telling you the evidence took us, we didn't take the evidence. When Mark calls me, what he realized was the original certificate that was issued in 1990 85, by the state of Hawaii, had been put on a copier at the Department of Health in Hawaii and it was a little offset by like a degree and a half, and when Mark made the adjustment, those date stamps lined up perfectly. So we stopped, and I sent it to Italy, and I sent it to Hawaii, and I waited. And Italy did all kinds of mathematical formulas and that's all going to be in their report that's going to get turned over somewhere falls. And they called me up and they told me that those stamps match exactly. And in talking with, with Marco, I asked him, I said, Marco, look, I gotta, I gotta talk to you now, not like a scientist. I talk to you like an investigator. In my mind, you can't have the same corresponding date stamp in the same corresponding box at the same corresponding angles on 2 separate documents that if we believe the Obama certificate is real, they're 16 days apart in creation, and if we don't believe the Obama certificate is real, I have a fifty four your old copy of an original document that was created 16 years ago. I don't think you can do that. And Marco told me that he didn't think you could either because he tried and he was unable to. Waited for Reed Hayes. Reed Hayes contacts me and he tells me this is this you can't do. This is impossible. Reed Hayes, who is an educator in his field, told me, he tells all his students, you will never be able to replicate something exactly by human hand. If it's replicated exactly, there's going to be some other kind of intervention. It's not by human hand. So now I have 2 document examiners telling me the same thing. Italy has a scientific protocol. They can only gauge probability by the amount of source documents that are provided to them, we only had 9 real birth certificates. You can't go out in the street and get Hawaii birth certificates, so they were hindered by 9. Examining those date stamps, and when I tell you about the other issues in the document, they concluded that is a 1000 times more probable that the document is inauthentic. They also concluded that if they had a greater sampling, that number would be higher. Because they have concluded that that document, it is highly improbable, next to impossible, that you will find another document with every anomaly we just showed you and I'm gonna read you some of their quotes in a minute. Reed Hayes, on the other hand, Reed Hayes said, that's forgery because that's impossible. I called Mark Galar back. I go, Mark, now that we got the date stamps, we need to start looking at the document. We're both looking at the machine at the same time. He's in Texas, I'm here. And he starts to line up the six one that's on the top by the serial number of the birth certificate, and as he does that, all of a sudden the word Oahu in the center center of the page lines up. So I was like, wow, that's strange. I said, Mark, do me a favor. I want you but please go down this document and start matching up every letter and every word because I, I think it's gonna unlock. And that's what he does. And he calls me back and he has found those matches that you've seen from the on e certificate matched exactly to the Obama certificate. It's called textural juxtaposition. In other words, they are in the same relationship to each other no matter where you put them. In other words, somebody took that little x in that corner box. When I play this video again, you're gonna watch it differently now. Use that as a point of reference and picked up 3 or 4 other words and moved them over. Send that to Reed Hayes. Send that to Italy. Italy concludes. Yeah, you know what, you can go to a document, you might find a word that might line up like that. Improbable that you're gonna find the number of words that line up like this. Reed Hayes. Reed Hayes is different. Reed Hayes is an old school document examiner, but that's impossible. That that can't happen. He goes, but Mike, found something else. Reed Hayes discovered the little x's in 2 other boxes were identical to an X in the on e certificate. Not only was the X identical, but the X, identical, but the x, the box, and the word above were all taken at once because you couldn't just take the x. Reed Hayes to to me personally said, Mike, that's like you getting a fingerprint. He said, that's impossible. Reed Hayes also focused on the signature of Stanley Ann Dunham in the Obama certificate. Reed Hayes doesn't believe an original signature, you believe it's been piece meld together. And I'm gonna do this. You know, I was gonna read a lot of stuff to you, but I'd rather see the video. I want to read to you Reed Hayes's conclusion this time. Read Hayes, 40 years, a true professional. The man's a professional. The evidence noted herein is clear and convincing proof that the Obama Certificate of Live Birth posted on white house .gov on April 27, 2011 is a fraudulently manufactured document. Evidence indicates that this certificate of live birth of Johanna Ani is one source utilized in the construction of the certificate of live birth, read Hayes's own words, the parenthesis nail in the coffin Thin, closed parenthesis that provides the certificate of live birth is inauthentic, is the exact line up of numerous entries on both the certificate of live birth and the on need certificate. That's a fraudulent document. You don't get a clearer definition than a fraudulent document. This has nothing to do with a 76 five five copier, that copier is irrelevant to our information. The Maricopa County Sheriff's this in 2012, twice, did not divulge to you everything we were working on, but I did give you a hint. I told you, I went to Sheriff Arpaio I say, sheriff, there's another way at this thing. There's something wrong here. This information that we've just shared with you is evidence. We are in possession of the certificate. Now going back to Hawaii and I want to clear something up because I said it in 2012 and I'm going to say it again, this office, the county, was going to be reimbursed for the expenses of Deputy Brian Makowitz to the tune of 9,600 dollars I believe, we presented a check. Politics got involved and trying to shame this sheriff, decided not to take our check. This sheriff didn't spend the money. We were prepared to reimburse the general fund for whatever the expense was and we had a check-in hand. So I really want that corrected on the record. This sheriff held true to his word. I so true, bear me out. I couldn't get a paper clip out of this office. I was lucky I got two letters on stationery, because I had to make them sign them, but that was it. So he was true to his word. No matter how many times I say that in the media, they try to hang that on him. That was politics. We were prepared to pay it and they refused to take our money. That's on the county, that's not on us. In Hawaii, we went there for 2 purposes. Again, our intention was to clear the document. And I am going to be really candid with you. I am not a Democrat. I am a Republican. I'm a conservative. I'm everything a lot of people hate. I would have loved to have been the guy to clear this document and take this weight off of the president, off of the country, and off of the sheriff. I could not do that. And you're faced with a dilemma because about half the country is gonna hate you. The other half might think you're a hero, but you know what? That doesn't matter because the half that hits you, hits you hard. But you have to be true to your discipline. You have to be true to who you are. This is about the truth. And there were a couple times I went to the sheriff and I said, you know, sheriff, we may find out that we're wrong on this. First thing out of his mouth, while we're all in the press conference, we're gonna tell the world we were wrong. You're right, we are. And there were a couple times I started to question this. I don't question it anymore. The only time I question it is as I'm writing up report after report, I still question, did this happen? Did this really happen here? When we were in Hawaii, detective Makowitz it's an eye for the purpose of trying to clarify the issue. We did go to the Department of Health in Hawaii. Yes, they did call the police on us. Yes, they didn't want to talk to us, but we did sit down. And we sat down with Jill Nagamine, an assistant, a deputy attorney general for the state Hawaii. And I told this story once, but I'm gonna tell it to you again because it's got great importance. In the dialogue that went back and forth, it was very clear to detective Mankiewicz deny that this was a no go topic for them. And in that dialogue, I proposed in the exchange to to an attorney. I said to her, if I gave you a copy of my driver's license because for some reason it needed to displayed across the World Wide Web and you took that driver's license and you made a photocopy of it, but you changed some stuff around and you put it on the web, have you displayed my driver's license? Now the proper answer is no, that's an of the document, her answer to me was, but you still have a driver's license. That was alarming to me. That was alarming to me. The next follow-up from her was, Does the public have a right to see your driver's is licensed, which I responded, if I say I'm gonna proffer it publicly, they most certainly do and they most certainly do to be assured that it's mine. Those set off alarm bells. Both detective Mackiniewicz and I walked out walking on sidewalk, thanking God we didn't get thrown out by the cops because they were the biggest 2 cops I've ever seen in my life. And we both concurred there's something wrong here. They're avoiding what we were asking, and what we were asking was this. We already knew that they had released this verification. This verification and other verifications like it are cleverly worded to give you the impression that the verification is verifying the image that you see up here. That is not the fact. They are verifying the information in whatever you show them. They are verifying that there is a birth record on file that has this information in it. Well, when you start to study the Hawaii statutes, you realize there are ways to amend a certificate that turns the real certificate into a sequestered record in another file and the amended information now becomes the original birth document, and that could happen 54, 64, 100 years later. So what they're saying to us is, we're not validating that image, we're just validating some of the stuff in it. Legally, truthful answer, but also misleading because you have no way to determine was this an amended certificate. I want to jump real clear quick, to the birth announcements that are in the paper. I contacted the Microsoft, the microfilm company that has them, I have them in microfilm. There is an oddity. I will, I will grant you this. There's an oddity. In that section of the paper, those birth records from 1 newspaper to another are completely identical in positioning. They're identical, and in the other sections of the paper, they're not. That that honestly is is suspicious to me. It truly is, but the other thing is there's been no paper ever surfaced. No hard copy Arizona paper from the time period has ever surfaced. We can only go by the the best evidence we have and those those look good. I went when I was in Washington four times. I went to the Library of Congress. Check those out. They're in there, but here's the problem with those. They don't tell you anything. Hawaii law says that the Department of Health in Hawaii must create a birth certificate merely on the representation from anyone that a birth has taken place. It doesn't tell you anything. Somebody just reported it, so let's, let's get that benefit let's say that's true. Now you run into Kapiolani Medical Center. Kapiolani Medical Center, we visited. I would have rather been thrown out by the cops than at Kapiolani Medical Center because they told us to get out. They told us they're not gonna deal with this. This is nothing that they have to do. We're a private organization and we have no authority there and we're not going to help you. Okay. We've gone to 2 places that could have cleared this issue up. I tried. Nobody would cooperate. We come back. We're still sitting here with this document. We interviewed Johanna Ahni twice. In both those interviews, I'm not going to go into the details of those, but I'm gonna let you understand that Johanna Ahni maintains that her birth certificate was in her possession since 1995 in her locked file cabinet and the only time she took it out was at a request of a friend to show it to Jerry Coursey. Jerry Coursey does confirm he took possession of her document, but it was about 10 days after the release the Obama certificate. Now obviously I'm not in Hawaii and I can't pursue this any further, so Johanna Ahni is not a suspect. There's another woman, Mickey Booth, has been labeled a suspect. She was the friend. She's not a suspect. These people that go out and say these things should really watch what they're saying. Those people are not suspects. However, Johanna Ahni is still an investigative lead as far as we are concerned because I can't validate the rest of the story, but we're in possession of the document that is a source document as far as this is concerned. I am gonna play that video one more time. I think I'm just gonna play it one more time in its entirety, then I'm just gonna show you the pollution in our video, and I'm gonna turn this back over to Sheriff Arpaio. But what you're seeing here is the information is taken, the stamps were taken, the x's were taken, and I've got 2 different forensic examiners occurring, that it's fake. It's a fabrication. This carries federal penalties. And understand one other thing. The state of Hawaii has done everything they can to stay away from validating that image. Let me back up. I went and spoke with Secretary of State Bennett back when the ballot challenge was going on. And if I remember right, he was in that challenge before we even got involved. We we had nothing to do with this. And I I do believe he was trying to do the right thing, but he sent a number of letters back and forth, and they kept stonewalling him. And then he got a phone call, and according to him From Hawaii, he was told how to reword his request. Well, what that does is that takes the request and puts it in the category of a validation of a birth event in lieu of issuing a certificate, which made it easier for them to validate it. And when you read these validations, you got to read through them. There's another validation out there, I think it was in a Mississippi court case, where in the validation, it even puts the White House website address in it, but you've got to read what it says. They're not validating the image. They're validating the information, and we have no idea how that information got there. Simple to understand, the dilemma, because the director of health previously says she saw the record in a bound volume sitting where it should be on a shelf. The incoming governor can't find it and they look for it. And now they can't find it in this bound volume. Now they find it in the State Archives half typed, half written. Well, which was it? Was it in the bound volume or is it sitting in a pile of papers? And then all of a sudden, it mysteriously makes its way back to a bound volume. We have no idea what's on that birth certificate. We have no idea if there was a birth We have no idea if somebody just wrote something down and threw some nice legal maneuvering, created a birth event. We we don't know. We just simply don't know. We don't know where mister Obama was born nor that was not something we're here to to find out. We don't know that. We don't know if he's a natural born citizen or not. I don't think the country knows what the definition of that is anymore. That wasn't anything that we were pursuing. We're pursuing the document. So let me play this one more time for you because it's getting late. I want to show you this evidence all over again, and I really want you to sit back now, think about what I just shared with you and see how this comes from Speaker 1: the state of Hawaii. According to the dates on the certificates, these births took place in Honolulu During the month of August in 1961, just 16 days apart. The birth certificate the left belongs to Barack Obama. The birth certificate on the right belongs to Johanna Ami. After 5 years of Intense investigation, which included consultation with one of America's most respected forensic document examiners and a team of European media Forensic experts. The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office has reached a conclusion utilizing forensic techniques both old and new. It is the opinion of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office that the birth certificate on your right belonging to Johanna Ani, was in fact used as a source document in the digital creation of Barack Obama's long form birth certificate. Nine points of forgery in which words, letters, and hand in place date stamps have been digitally copied from Yonay Long Form Birth Certificate and pasted onto Obama's Long Form Birth Certificate. We'll look at the first 5 points of forgery together since they were brought over from the ID document in one group. Speaker 0: I really want that to sink in. These were taken as one group. That's why relationally they are proportionate to each other. That's a key factor here. Speaker 1: Now let's drop out the on the document as a background and view that again. Now, let's look at the date stamps in box 20 and 22. In this case, the stamps were brought over 1 at a time. But as we do this Experiment. Ask yourself, what are the odds that 2 stamps in 2 separate boxes stamped by hand 16 days apart would have the exact same angle in box 20 and the exact same angle in box 22. 1st, we'll look at the left stamp. Now the white stamp. It should be pointed out that these stamps were looked at by 2 separate document examiners who specialize in 2 separate forensic disciplines and who reside on 2 different continents. Both agree that these angles are identical on both the Obama document and the Omni document. Let's watch that again without all of the background clutter. It should be noted that Susan and Gretchen Nordock were were 5 minutes from each other and have consecutive serial numbers. Therefore, their date stamps ostensibly would have been put on back to back. But as you can see, looking at the leftmost date stamps underlined in red and looking at the rightmost date Stamps underlined in blue. There is no similarity in terms of the angle of the date stamps. How ironic that Barack Obama's Birth certificate and Jahan Ami's birth certificate, which were stamped 16 days apart, are identical In angle according to 2 separate disciplines within the world of forensic document examination and yet the Nordite twins, born 5 minutes from each other, stand back to back, don't show Show any similarity in angles. We've made a number of references to angles so far. The reason for that is if you're going to take an item off of 1 document and place it onto another, the The angle is going to remain the same unless you intentionally alter it after you place it on the 2nd document. Watch. Speaker 0: Here's what we think we know about that. Whoever created this document wasn't thinking about angles or relationship to other things. That was the giveaway in the date stamps. What that is telling you is no matter where you place that date, its angle of trajectory will be identical. It will be the same unless you manually go in and change it. This was one of the things that began the freefall of this document collapsing upon itself. The position of words, by using a small X as as the point of reference and dragging them all over, this individual wasn't thinking about their relational positions. Speaker 1: When you have 2 separate documents with 2 and placed date stamps at the same angles. It should be obvious that the forgery has taken place. For the next example, we'll need to zoom in a little bit. Now, we are going to focus on boxes 6 d and 6 e Within the Obama PDF, both Xs were taken directly from Mod 6 d in the Ani long form birth certificate. In fact, not only was the x pulled over, but the box itself was pulled and various parts of the line on top of the x were also pulled over according to Forensic document experts. Speaker 0: Those little x's. One of those x's was used twice. That's why they appear twice on the Obama certificate. It was the same x from only one box, any honey certificate. What the document examiner Reed Hayes noticed was the x was above the box, but the ink was bleeding into the word on top of it. That's why they had to take the box, the x, and the word, but she couldn't separate it. So obviously this document was a template of some sort or a source. We're not entirely sure. I don't believe it was a template because of the positioning of these things. What they did on the date stamps, they didn't change the angles, but they just merely set them a little higher in the boxes. That was how they thought they were concealing it, but it doesn't change the angles. So I'm not sure what the the document was, we know what the source. We're safe bet on that. Speaker 1: Next, we'll drop the ID document out of the picture, except for the items that used to create the Obama birth certificate. Speaker 0: And that would have been the x utilized again. Again, this has nothing to do with any kind of computer forensics that we previously encountered, this has nothing to do with a 7655 copier. This has something to do with somebody that had a knowledge of cut and paste, and Photoshop, and God only knows what else. But unfortunately, those items, by forensics determination, 2 different disciplines, 2 different continents, have come to the same conclusion. I guess that's a meeting of science. I don't, I guess that's something you say. I don't even know, but it's like a meeting of 2 minds. They both concur and they came to that conclusion with different scientific principles. We're pretty confident in these results. Speaker 1: Now let's take a look at all the items that were taken from the ID guide that can be used to digitally Three different texts. This is very significant. They would have been put in by sliding the period and adjusting The left date stamp and the right date stamp Both at the exact same angles as the counterpart. Even though they were stamps in the date of the card. Doesn't it just make sense that Alvin Ohnaga's stamp in the April 25th date stamps were received from some place also. Ask yourself this question. If anyone presented you with a document in your that was this suspect, would you readily accept it, or would you begin an intense vetting? I see it. A house title, a car title, A piece of currency, anything. Would you accept something this suspect had presented to you in your life? If you answered no, then ask yourself The second question. Don't the American people have a right to vet the documents that they are presented to the public officials? The following experts were consulted in preparation for today's reports. Reed Hayes is a court qualified handwriting document examiner whose business is located in Honolulu. He has nearly 40 years of handwriting related experience. Reed is a board member of the Scientific Association of Forensic Examiners and has coauthored 5 books. We also consulted 4 labs, a our day multimedia forensics team in Italy who specializes in analyzing data retrieved from multimedia files. We had 2 experts in two continents from 2 separate disciplines of forensics, they came to one conclusion. Barack Obama's long form birth It is not authentic. Speaker 0: I want to point 2 things out before I turn this over to are for pile. Here and here. The presumption has to be that the State of Hawaii did not create the PDF file, because they don't create PDF files. Legally, they can't create PDF files. It's also been sent by the Governor when these documents were reportedly released, that these were handled in no different fashion than anything else. Yeah. Okay. Those 2 stamps have to have been brought in either by a lift or by a stamping themselves, like a stamper, and we actually did go out for $25. We had Akiko's make us Alvin Onaka stamp, no questions asked. We got a bait stamper. The safety paper for background, this green background. During this investigation, I interviewed a number of different states vital statistics directors and their fraud investigators. We identify the safety paper used. I called the manufacturer. They confirm for me that they are the manufacturer for Hawaii safety paper. To put this in contrast, the safety paper you see on the the Barack bomb a certificate could actually be replicated by what's called a swatch and replicate pattern. And we did that. We're not sure if that's what happened here or the safety paper was just scanned in and used, we're not sure. However, in talking with Department of Health officials, two things came to light and I'll use Arizona as an example. Arizona safety paper, back in 2012, so maybe 10¢ instead of 7¢ a sheet, but Arizona safety paper has a plethora of security threads and and controls built into the document, including every sheet of paper, is individually serialized. So that means that serial number safety paper has to correspond to the registration number of that birth certificate. Arizona safety paper, I was told by their fraud investigator that if you can get that for 7¢ a sheet, but on the black market, one sheet of Arizona safety paper costs $500 because of the way it's protected. Comparably to Hawaii, we bought 500 sheets of this particular safety paper by the same manufacturer $52, and then I really got mad when I went on Ebay and found the same stuff for $11. You can buy this for 500 sheets for $11. I'm gonna tell you this and, and these professionals did agree with me. The safety paper problem, the lacked birth certificate protocol that's uniformly followed throughout the country is severely lacking. This document, you could not have seen it in this fashion had the safety paper in Hawaii just been comparable to Arizona's. So something that we are gonna ask for going forward and we're gonna, we're gonna pursue this politically, is we would like to see at least a standardization of security paper for birth documents that meet at least the standard of Arizona. If not, they can come up with something better. Standard of Arizona, if not, they can come up with something better.

It should be noted that Susan and Gretchen Nordyke were born 5 minutes from each other and have consecutive serial numbers. And in what we do, close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades. This needs to be an exact match, and it wasn't. And we had looked at this and looked at this on and off for couple years. In the meantime, there are operatives, paid operatives that do anything they can undermine this investigation and anybody that comes in favor of this investigation started throwing out this notion that a 76550 Xerox copier was the forger. Well, news flash for them, it's not. The 7655, While it does have an ability to replicate some anomalies, it does not do it as presented in the Obama document. We purchased a 7655 Xerox copier. It took us over a year and a half to find someone who still had the correct software from 2011 to install in the Sheen. 4 labs determined what are called quantization settings in computers, mathematical algorithms. They could get very close to that 2011 software. But, again, it wasn't exact. We needed to find the software. We located the software. Loaded the software in the machine. We initiated scanning campaigns, 70, 80 different different ways to run the document. In every one of those campaigns, we could not exactly replicate The number of layers, the number of links, and the way information comes over. But these findings that I'm presenting you today have something different in every than every other circumstance. My goal at that point was we needed to get away from this 7,655 copier And these digital forensics problems, these computer generated issues, and I needed to look at this document completely different. In doing that, I contacted Mark Gallar again, and I asked Mark if he would do me a favor. I I asked Mark, would you please make me an overlay video So I can show this to the sheriff. I I know there's something here. I'm just not finding it. Mark agrees to make the video. As Mark is doing the video, he contacts me and he goes, I figured it out. Now, I want you to understand something. I have to stay as neutral in this as possible. I did not want to be the guy that ever figured anything out. I wanted to be the clearing house because what I was going to do was send whatever we found across the globe to Hawaii in Italy and had independent forensics examiners from 2 different disciplines either conclude or completely disagree with each other. That was my methodology. That's why I'm telling you the evidence took us. We didn't take the evidence. When Mark calls me, what he realized was The oni original certificate that was issued in 1995 by the State of Hawaii had been put on a copier at the Department of Health in Hawaii, and it was a little offset by, like, a degree and a half. And when Mark made the adjustment, those date stamps lined up perfectly. So we stopped. And I sent it to Italy and I sent it to Hawaii. And I waited. And Italy did all kinds of mathematical formulas and that's all going to be in their report that's going to get turned over somewhere else. And they called me up and they told me that those stamps match exactly. And in talking with with Marco. I asked him. I said, Marco, look. I gotta I gotta talk to you now not like a scientist. I talk to you like an investigator. In my mind, You can't have the same corresponding date stamp and the same corresponding box at the same corresponding angles on 2 separate documents that if we believe the Obama certificate is real, they're 16 days apart in creation. And if we don't believe the Obama certificate Real, I have a 54 year old copy of an original document that was created 16 years ago. I don't think you can do that. And Marco told me that he didn't think you could either because he tried and he was unable to.

I will not be disrespected, nor will you. My background, I'm 46 years old and I currently reside in Duluth, Minnesota. I am a U. S. Citizen. I've made mistakes in my lifetime. I have been convicted and served prison sentences for writing bad checks, forging checks, using stolen credit card numbers in Arizona, Florida and Colorado. These events occurred over 20 years ago between 1980 and 1986. After going public on the Internet with these claims against Senator Obama earlier this year, I became aware but warrant out of Florida dated from 1986, which I have resolved, and it has now been dismissed. I also have an active Colorado only warrant for alleged theft and forgery. I am not ignoring this warrant but am addressing it with the court in Colorado as well as with the District Attorney's Office. I have a pending motion to dismiss this warrant, which I am waiting have calendared by the Colorado court. I have lived and worked under 3 different legal names. My birth name is Lawrence Wayne Sinclair. Later on, I had my name legally changed first to Lorai A. Silvas and later to Lorai Vizcara Avila. Both name changes were conducted legally in the Pinal County Superior Court, Florence, Arizona. I legally returned to my birth name in the Fremont County District Court, Canyon City, Colorado in the year of 1997. In regards to the Obama incident, I flew out of Colorado Springs, Colorado to Chicago on November 2, 1999, arriving in O'Hare early in the morning of November 3. I went to the Chicago area to attend the graduation of my godson, my best friend's son from from basic training from the Great Lakes Navy training facility. I made reservations at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Gurnee, Illinois based solely on the location to the training center. On November 5, 1999, I hired the services of 5 Star Limousine. I had hired them both for November 5 and November 6, 1999. On November 6, 1999, I asked the limo driver, whose name I Now reveal for the 1st time, Jaghir Baramik Butani, if he knew anyone who would like to socialize in Show Me Chicago, One note, there's a typo on the statement that you will get at the end of the statement. We will put an updated and corrected version on a website that you will also be given access to. As far as the name is concerned, Mr. Mutani I understood that I was looking for someone who knew Chicago and would enjoy socializing. Mr. Mutani said he knew someone who was a friend of his. On November 6, 1999, after picking me up at the hotel in Gurnee, and this is significant, Mr. Mutani used his cell phone to make a call. That call was made to then Illinois State Senator, Barack Obama, to set up an introduction between myself and Senator Obama. Upon arriving at the bar and exiting the limo, Senator Obama was standing next to Mr. Mutani, and I was introduced to Senator Obama by name. Later that evening in a bar, which I believe was called Alibis, and I state believed, because I have failed so far to get Citigroup to provided the credit card receipts that has the actual name. I mentioned I could use a line or two to wake up. Senator Obama asked me if I was referring to Coke, and I stated I was. After stating I was, Obama stated he could purchase cocaine from me and then made a telephone call. This, too, was significant from a cell phone to a presently unknown individual during which Senator Obama arranged the game purchase. Senator Obama and I then departed the bar in my limousine and proceeded to an unknown location, where Senator Obama exited the limousine with $2.50, which was provided to him by me, returned a short while later with an 8 ball of cocaine, which he he gave to me. I did ingest a couple of lines of cocaine and shortly thereafter, Senator Obama produced a glass cylinder pipe and packet of crack cocaine from his pocket. Obama then smoked the crack cocaine. I performed fellatio on Senator Obama in the limousine during the time Senator Obama was smoking crack cocaine, after which I had the driver take me to my hotel, Comfort Suites, Gurnee, Illinois. The following day, November 7, 1999. Senator Obama appeared at my hotel room unannounced, uninvited, when we again ingested cocaine, and I again performed fellatio on Senator Obama. When I made the 1st contact, I left with the presidential campaign of Senator Obama a telephone number for the campaign to return my call. The first number I provided was a Texas cell phone number. From the period of Labor Day weekend 2007 through November in 2017. I did provide a total of 4 different callback numbers to the Obama campaign. Fully ten months later, questions are still popping up about the 27 year old's mysterious death in a Washington DC neighborhood last July. A recent report from an investigator brought the case to national attention once again, shedding a new light on evidence that seems contradictory at best. Rod Wheeler, a private investigator hired by Seth Rich's family and a Fox News contributor came forward claiming that he was pretty sure there was more to the case than what was being reported in the news. Rich was killed in the early hours of Sunday, 07/10/2016, just one block from his Washington DC home in Bloomingdale. According to reports, Rich's girlfriend heard scuffling noises on the other end of the line, and when she asked what was going on, Rich told her not to worry and hung up the phone. Authorities say Rich was shot twice in the back and had bruises on his hands, knees, and face. However, no DNA evidence has emerged from that apparent altercation. Police initially reported his death as a robbery gone wrong due to a high number of recent muggings and robberies in the area. However, police did admit that nothing was stolen from Rich, even though he had cash, a cell phone, and a watch on him at the time of his death. Before his death, Seth Rich was investigating several cases involving the DNC's electoral fraud and voter suppression and was set to testify on the case of Hillary Clinton's email investigation. The content of Rich's scheduled testimony remains unclear, but it does raise questions about the scandal involving the DNC. Wheeler, the private investigator, says that he has a good reason to believe that Rich was in contact with WikiLeaks and provided the site with tens of thousands of secret emails from the DNC. According to Wheeler, he was in contact with a federal investigator who had personally laid eyes on Rich's laptop. An FBI forensic report made just ninety six hours after Rich's death shows that he made contact with Gavin McFadgen, the director of WikiLeaks and a mentor to founder Julian Assange. The federal investigator, who requested to remain anonymous, said that sometime before 05/21/2016, Rich transferred 44,053 emails and 17,761 attachments belonging to DNC leaders. Those emails were dated from January 2015 all the way to 2016. On July 22, just twelve days after Rich was killed, WikiLeaks published the exact same number of DNC emails that were allegedly given to them by Rich, showing conspiracy against Bernie Sanders and ultimately leading to Debbie Wasserman Schultz resigning as a DNC chairperson. Incidentally, Gavin McFadgen later died on October 2236, just days before the presidential election. His cause of death was listed as lung cancer. Rod Wheeler says that he's convinced the answers to whoever is behind Rich's death are on his laptop. However, police say they don't know where the computer is, and the FBI says they don't have it. It was originally reported the FBI had conducted a forensic report of Rich's computer. However, the FBI is now claiming it's not their case, and they're referring all questions to the DC police. Speaking of the police, Wheeler has stated the DC department has been incredibly unhelpful, even saying that a source inside the department was told to stand down and back off the case. For now, police insist they believe Rich's death was a robbery gone wrong and have no evidence it was related to his job. However, they also have no evidence it was a robbery either. Rich's murder in July followed another unusual death of a former UN president John Ashe. Authorities first reported Ashe's death as a heart attack, but later recanted statements after an autopsy report showed he died due to a crushed windpipe. Ash died on 06/22/2016, just a few days before he was set to testify with his co defendant Ng Lap Seng, a Chinese businessman who illegally funneled millions of dollars to American businessman Charlie Tree, who then used that money to donate to the DNC during Bill Clinton's reelection. Charlie Tree was also rumored to be a Clinton Foundation donor during Bill Clinton's reign as president. Prosecutors accused Ashe of accepting thousands of dollars bribes from the Chinese businessman when he served as a UN president in 2013, the same year Hillary Clinton served as secretary of state. According to a letter sent by more than 60 members of the house, the Clinton Foundation is a lawless pay to play enterprise that has been operating under a cloak of philanthropy for years. Thank you. DNC officials have long pushed the views that Russia was behind their email leak, but this lazed information casts doubt on those claims.
