Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, criticizes the recent indictment of President Trump in Fulton County, Georgia, claiming it is driven by power politics rather than the rule of law. Fitton suggests there is a national Democratic conspiracy to imprison Trump during the presidential election. He argues that the four indictments in five months are purely political and an attempt to criminalize free speech protected by the First Amendment. Fitton asserts that government officials in Georgia, Washington, DC, and New York should put an end to these politically motivated indictments.

Who are they kidding? This is nothing but politics. Takes them most dangerously. They're trying to criminalize poor first amendment speech. They don't want anyone to dispute elections. And if they don't like what they're saying as they're seeing in Fulton County, they'll try to jail you, not only president Trump, but other people around him were doing their jobs under law and exercising denier rights as free people in the United States of America. Translation: The judge's lack of understanding about cash and secure accounts led to a frustrating court experience for the speaker. The subsequent criminal hearing was also disappointing.

Speaker 0: Understanding is that the judge in the case said, well, what happens if the 175,000,000 isn't there at the time it would be necessary to make that payment? And the Trump people said, oh, that would be in cash, sir. He said, but what if it's not worth the same amount of money? That would be in cash, sir. A 175,000,000 is a 175,000,000. Please tell me that didn't happen. Did that happen in that courtroom? They're laughing. So I guess the answer is yes. Speaker 1: Oh, you you have no idea. We had the money in a Charles Schwab money market account, and the judge legitimately said with a straight face with his little team, hey, I I don't think this is secure money because something could happen to the market and it could go below a 175,000,000. To tell you how hard it was for me to keep my face straight in that moment, Sean, you can't make it up. This case should have been in the commercial division. It had no business being in the civil division in front of a judge that today was trying to invalidate any bond and doesn't understand that cash is green. And when cash is held by Charles Schwab, they can't go trade it, they can't move it around. It's not a stock market, but he didn't understand basics. It was one of those moments that I truly didn't feel I could have after 11 weeks in front of this judge, but it just can't stop. He can't stop surprising me. Right. Speaker 0: By the way, Speaker 1: it was a disgrace to be honest. And then after that, I went to the criminal hearing, which is another disgrace.

Before COVID, intelligence services and big tech colluded to suspend Trump from Twitter for his Jan 6th tweet. Mainstream media has also criticized democracy in the past. If elites start respecting and working for ordinary people, the populist age could end.

Speaker 0: Before COVID, intelligence services colluded with big tech to have Trump suspended off Twitter. Yes. The same platform which hosted the Taliban and Ayatollah death to Israel Khomeini, they thought the president crossed the line when he tweeted on Jan 6th, quote, remain peaceful. No violence. Respect the law and our great men and women in blue. That's a quote. You may be thinking now that Trump is a populist. You are right. He didn't accept the 2020 elections, and he should have. So should Hillary in 2016, so should Brussels, and so should Westminster in 2016, and so too should congresswoman Pelosi, instead of saying the 2016 election was, quote, hijacked, quote, hijacked. What about the mainstream media? Let me read you some mainstream media headlines. The New Yorker the day before the 2016 election. The case against democracy. The Washington Post the day after the election, the problem with our government is democracy. The LA Times, June 2017. The British election is a reminder of the perils of too much democracy. Vox, June 2017. The 2 eminent political scientists say the problem with democracy is voters. New York Times, June 2017. The problem with participatory democracy is the participants. Mainstream media elites are part of a class who don't just disdain populism, they disdain the people. If the Democrats had put half their energy into delivering for the people, Trump wouldn't even have a chance in 2024. He shouldn't he shouldn't have a chance. You've had power for 4 years. From the fabricated Steele dossier to trying to take him off the ballot in both Maine and Colorado, The Democrats are the anti Democrat party. All we need now is the Republicans to come out as the pro monarchist party. Ladies and gentlemen, populism is not a threat to democracy, but I'll tell you what is. Its elites ordering social media to censor political opponents. Its police shutting down dissenters, be it antimonocasts in this country or gender critical voices here, or last week in Brussels, the national conservative, movement. I'll tell you what is a threat to democracy. It's Brussels, DC, Westminster, the mainstream media, big tech, big pharma, corporate collusion, and the Davos cronies. The threat to democracy comes from those who write off ordinary people as deplorable. The threat to democracy comes from those who smear working people as racists. The threat to democracy comes from those who write off working people as populists, and I'll say one last thing. This populist age can be brought to an end at the snap of a finger. All that needs to be done is for elites to start listening to, respect it, respecting, and, God forbid, working for ordinary people. Thank you.

Elise Stefanik lays bare the lawfare being waged against President Trump. This is unprecedented in American history, we can’t have a country if one side is using the justice system to eliminate a political opponent. #TrumpTrials https://t.co/qDF6pmbWJg

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker criticizes the political lawfare in the Alvin Bragg trial, accusing it of being a sham to target Trump. They highlight the lack of prosecution by various agencies and question the motives behind the case. The speaker also questions the jury selection process, alleging bias against Trump supporters. They argue that this lawfare is aimed at interfering in elections and boosting Biden's campaign, vowing that Trump will win in 2024 to stop this misuse of the justice system.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Miss Stefanik for 5 minutes. Speaker 1: Oh, I love being able to respond to the novice from New York. First of all, thank you so much for stating the obvious that political lawfare is in fact election interference. That's what we're seeing with the sham Alvin Bragg trial. Thank you also to the novice freshman member for New York, highlighting that withholding military aid to an ally for a political purpose, just like Joe Biden is doing to Israel. Always grateful for you stepping in it. Mister Costello, in your opening statement, you said that in the over 50 years serving as a lawyer, you, quote, have never seen the types of politically motivated cases that have been brought in this presidential election season. These political cases are being used as a weapon of war to damage, defeat, or impede political adversaries and their allies. Instead of political warfare, it is lawfare, a cancer upon our collective judicial system. I wanna begin with Alvin Bragg's weaponized sham trial in New York. Isn't it true that in Alvin Bragg's campaign for Manhattan DA, Bragg specifically ran on going after president Donald Trump? Speaker 0: That is true. Speaker 1: Isn't it true that Bragg's predecessor, Cy Vance, declined to prosecute president Trump. Speaker 0: That is true. Speaker 1: And the FEC also did not prosecute president Trump. Speaker 0: That is true. Speaker 1: And the DOJ did not prosecute president Trump in this case. Speaker 0: The DOJ referring to the US attorney for the southern district? Correct. Absolutely true. Speaker 1: And one of the reasons the southern district of New York turned down this case was because the supposed star witness according to Alvin Bragg, Michael Cohen, was totally, quote, unworthy of belief. Isn't that true? Speaker 0: Without a doubt. Speaker 1: This is the same Michael Cohen who pled guilty to 7 counts in an indictment that had absolutely nothing to do with president Trump and actually predated the first time he met president Trump. Correct? Speaker 0: Absolutely true. Speaker 1: And and in fact, this is the same Michael Cohen who perjured himself to congress. Isn't that true? Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 1: In fact, when called as a witness in this sham trial, Cohen was asked directly if he was honest during his testimony to congress. He said no, admitting perjury. But it's not just Bragg's case that is a total sham and illegal political lawfare going after Joe Biden's top political opponent, Donald Trump. This rock goes deep all the way up to the top in the Oval Office. Because when congress referred this admission of Cohen's perjury to Joe Biden's DOJ, isn't it true that the DOJ has refused to prosecute? Speaker 0: That is true. Speaker 1: Isn't it correct that Michael Colangelo, who was the 3rd highest ranking official in Biden's DOJ, was transferred to Bragg's office to run this weaponized prosecution of president Trump? Isn't that Speaker 0: true? Not only true, but it's unheard of. Unheard of. Speaker 1: It's a disgrace. Do you agree that this weaponization of lawfare goes straight to the top with the purpose of helping Joe Biden's failing presidential campaign. Speaker 0: The circumstantial evidence definitely supports that. Speaker 1: And the unconstitutional gag order on president Trump from New York Judge Merchant is unprecedented law fair. Speaker 0: As far as I know, absolutely. Speaker 1: And let's go to the daughter of the judge. Isn't it true that she is raising 1,000,000 of dollars off of this sham case? Speaker 0: Well, I have to say I've read that in the media. I don't know it of my own knowledge. Speaker 1: It is true. Thank you. One additional question. I wanna talk about the rigged and unprecedented jury selection process. Isn't it true that Bragg's team asked the jurors if they followed Trump on social media? Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 1: And isn't it true that they did not ask any of the potential jurors if they followed Biden on social media. Speaker 0: Or Michael Cohen. Speaker 1: Or Michael Cohen. And isn't it true that 87% of the jurors said they voted for Joe Biden? Speaker 0: That's true. Speaker 1: Is this unprecedented and lawfaired jury shopping? Speaker 0: Without a doubt. Speaker 1: Without a doubt. Political lawfare for the purpose of election interference to go after Donald Trump. Do you agree? Speaker 0: Totally. Speaker 1: This is one of the reasons that Trump's polls continue to skyrocket, and it's why president Trump will win in 2024 to end the illegal and warped weaponization of the justice system. Because if they can illegally go after Trump, they can go after anyone. I yield back.

Speaker 0: Thank you very much. I'm here instead of campaigning. As you know, I was supposed to be in a very different state this morning, and the judge actually decided to call it early. And yet, it looks like we're gonna have a very big gap between days, and it's gonna be determined right now in court. But we're here about an hour early today. I was supposed to be making speech for political purposes. I'm not allowed to, have anything to do with politics because I'm sitting in a very freezing cold, courtroom for the last 4 weeks is very unfair. They have no case. They have no crime. It's been prosecution winding down. It's always been a witch hunt with a prosecution winding down in Donald Trump's Manhattan case. We have to ask, in the immortal words of Peggy Lee, is that all there is? That's the New York Post editorial board. It's become utterly apparent, if that wasn't seen already, that the key elements to any prosecution is missing. The key element is missing, and it says, what's missing? A crime. There's no crime. You know, they go through all this stuff, and there was nothing done wrong. NDAs are perfect. And by the way, legal expenses, you know, we paid a legal expense. You know what this markdown in the book says? A legal expense. Again, it's not marked down as construction. It's not marked down as sheetrock and cinder block. It's marked down as legal expense. You have a lawyer. You pay him a legal expense, and it's governed in the book as legal expense. I had nothing to do with it. A bookkeeper put it down as a legal expense. This is why I'm here, because we called it a legal expense, a payment to a lawyer. Jonathan Turley, even liberal experts have undisputed facts of the case Mersyoti should dismiss this case. He should dismiss this case immediately. Bragg's evidence is woefully inadequate. This case should be dismissed as should have never been brought, and the judge is highly inflicted. He's a corrupt judge. He's highly inflicted. He's totally corrupt, and he's interfered with an election. Greg Jarrett, there is no credible evidence of a crime. Brad's case against the accused is beyond the limit. It isn't an audacious and let's see. It is an audacious corruption of the legal process and a very dangerous one. No fair or competent judge dedicated to upholding justice would have ever allowed such a case. It's a trade rant, and he goes on and on and on. No judge, except this one, would allow this case to continue. He's corrupt. Alan Dershowitz, who I think is standing right behind me, we have many people from congress, senators, congressmen, we've had them here all week, and I say, don't come. Come. And by the way, outside looks like he's supposed to be Fort Knox. There are more police than I've ever seen anywhere because they don't wanna have anybody come down. There's not a civilian within 3 blocks of the courthouse, but at Columbia University, you can set up a tent and burn down the doors right opposite the front entrance. It's a disgrace. Salenders with a stroke crowd is a stupendous legal catastrophe. Term. I should use it now. I will. Selected prosecution. This all comes from the white house. It all comes from the DOJ and the white house. Take a look who's in the room. This all comes from the DOJ in the White House. It's an attack on Biden, who is mentally unfit. He's mentally unfit to be the president of this country. It's an attack on his political opponent. That's all it is. All of the things you see that you saw over the last 4 weeks, most of it should have never even been brought up. And then on top of that, there's no crime. And we go on day after day and I can I tell Iowa, I'm sorry? I won't be able to make it. I tell New Hampshire, sorry. I won't be able to make it. I'm sitting in a nice box all day. Today, this is Alan Berishwitz. Today, the target is Trump. Tomorrow, it may be a Democrat. After that, you and me, who knows? The criminal justice system is on trial in New York. It's making New York state I love this state. I love the people of this state. I'm running hard in New York. I think we're gonna win New York, but it's making New York and our judicial system. And then I had judge Kaplan, who's horrible, the most biased people, and they gave me 3 judges. Ed Goren, he didn't know he doesn't know the first thing about finance. It's supposed to be a trial in front of the complex divisions of complex situations. He had no idea. He said Mar a Lago is worth $18,000,000. When it's worth a 1,000,000,000 to a 1,000,005, it's worth a 100 times the amount, 50 to a 100 times. All corrupt, and it's all coordinated. He's saying Mark Levin, John Adams, set liberty without virtue is tyranny. We have tyranny right now. We have tyranny right now, and we're disgracing our New York court system. And we're really disgracing our country because all over the world they're watching. Bill O'Reilly, Donald Trump and his family do not deserve this blatant miscarriage of justice. Don't applaud the destruction of justice because you may be on the receiving end someday. That's Bill O'Reilly and hundreds of others. I don't think there's one person that says that this trial is legitimate, and everybody's talking about the judge. The judge shouldn't be doing this trial. He's totally conflicted. He's the most conflicted judge probably in the history of the court system, and everyone knows what I'm talking about. Thank you very much.

And, Steve, I'm done. I came to Washington this week hoping and praying that I would see a new Republican conference, a Republican conference that understands the war that has happened in this party, a war where not a single shot has been fired, but this is a literal war. We have a banana republic. We're no longer a serious country. But you wanna know what, Steve, you know what they talked about in conference this morning, more tough talk, in support for Israel, more tough talk and support for Taiwan, talking about supporting and protecting other countries' borders while our border is under invasion. What I wanted to hear in our conference today is that we were gonna shut down the government and demand that the state of New York turn over these convictions. We want them turned over. But you wanna know something? No. Republicans up here in Washington just wanna toss it over to the Supreme Court and say the Supreme Court needs to do their job, and they need to to stop all of this mess. Well, let me tell you let me tell you what they do not understand. Thousands of people have been put in jail and are continuing to be put in jail every single day for protesting the 2020 election, protesting, and many of them, peaceful protesters, and they're being put in jail.

Forgive me if I'm leaving anyone out. I'm asking you guys because you seem to be the ones intensely concerned with keeping the president and potentially next president alive. It's something you need to get started on right now. Right now meaning 10 minutes ago. The political landscape remains complex, with ongoing debates about Trump's viability as a candidate.

I will personally write you a campaign check now on behalf of this country, which does not want you to be president, but which badly wants you to run. Which Republican candidate has the best chance of winning the general election? Speaker 0: Of the declared ones, right now, Donald Trump. Speaker 1: President Obama will go down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States, exclamation point, at real Donald Trump. Yeah. At real Donald Trump. At least I will go down as a president. Speaker 2: So right now, we have Hillary's about 75 or an 80% favorite. We have different versions Speaker 3: of the forecast Speaker 2: you can look at. Speaker 3: Paul has Hillary Clinton up by double digits nationally, 12 points, 15 to 38 in a 4 way race. Speaker 2: Clinton leading in Florida. Clinton leading in North Carolina. This pardon is a fitting conclusion to @JoeBiden's sad political career, a desperate act of self-preservation to shield himself & his family from the consequences of a lifetime of political & personal corruption. President Trump won because the American people are tired of public servants like Biden only serving themselves.

Preemptive pardons are proof of guilt, right Dems? Right media? Right? https://t.co/yu0ktHzbiW

Video Transcript AI Summary
Have you ever heard of someone innocent receiving a preemptive pardon? It seems unlikely, especially when it involves the president's family and associates. Seeking pardons suggests concern over potential wrongdoing. If someone is innocent, why would they need a pardon? Preemptive pardons imply that crimes may have occurred, even if not publicly known. If the president grants these pardons, it could be seen as protecting his family from external threats, but it raises questions about guilt. The idea of a permanent pardon for individuals like Giuliani or the president's children is troubling, especially if they haven't been convicted of any crime. If the president pardons anyone, many would interpret it as an admission of guilt. Recently, it was reported that President Biden will pardon his son, Hunter Biden.

Speaker 0: Have you ever heard of somebody getting a preemptive pardon who was innocent of all crime? Who's just an innocent person? Have you ever heard of that? Just somebody getting a blanket pardon and they're an innocent person? Speaker 1: But no. It's the president's own family. It's, people that have been covering up for the president, in addition to his own family. Speaker 2: Is there an innocent explanation for someone to seek preemptive pardons for family members. Would you do that, if you knew you were innocent and just worried about outside forces? Speaker 3: The the answer to that is gonna be, no. If you haven't done anything wrong, you sit there and go, what do you need a preemptive pardon for? Speaker 4: If he pardons people preemptively, he's essentially telling the public that these people have committed crimes. And we may not be aware of what they are, but the pardon is clear evidence that crimes have been committed. Speaker 5: I imagine if he decides to issue these preemptive pardons, it will be cast in a way that he is protecting his family and protecting their reputations from, you know, villainous exterior forces that are against him. Speaker 6: First off, we should just take a deep breath and acknowledge, the audacity of a president Speaker 7: who's so clearly concerned about his own criminal culpability and Speaker 6: that of his family. Concerned about his own criminal culpability and that of his family members that pardons are a major obsession with him. Speaker 7: The idea of a kind of prospective pardon, this sort of permanent federal get out of jail free card, that that seems to be what we're talking about in the case of this, right, with Giuliani and his 3 eldest children who, as far we know, don't have not been convicted of a crime. Maybe they've committed a lot, and they don't they don't wanna face action. I don't know. It's weird. I wouldn't ask for a pardon. I don't think I deserve one because I don't think I've done anything criminal. But, like, where does that come from? That concept you can just kind of wave your magic pardon wand. Speaker 8: We have Tish James. We have Xavier Pizzera. Mimi Roca is literally my TA in my town. There there will be opportunities to prosecute these people regardless if they if they abuse the pardon power as they are thinking. Hopefully, Ellie, there will be a sky fall on this entire crime family, and there will be another day for them to die. Speaker 9: The president, does indeed pardon, let's say, Rudy Giuliani or any members of his family. Would you see that, and I asked Preet Bharara this question, as essentially an admission of guilt? Speaker 1: Oh, I certainly would view it that way. I think millions of Americans would view it that way. If there was no belief in criminality, why would he think the pardon was necessary? Speaker 5: CNN has learned president Biden will pardon his son, Hunter Biden.

Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer, and others received pardons, raising questions about their connections to the NIH funding for the Wuhan lab through EcoHealth Alliance. The January 6th committee had a predetermined agenda. Unlike Biden, who offered pardons to many, I refused to pardon anyone, believing we did nothing wrong. Many individuals, including Bannon and Navarro, suffered significant losses and legal battles. Schiff, a dishonest politician, fabricated the Russia narrative and sought a pardon from Biden, believing he had done something wrong. Tim Scott noted that the call in question was perfect, yet Schiff pushed for impeachment based on false claims. Schiff and his associates should be held accountable for their actions.

All these people that got pardoned, Anthony Fauci, did he know that NIH money through the EcoHealth Alliance was funding the Wuhan virology lab? There seems to be text and messages and emails that went back and forth. The you talk about the unselect committee as you call it, the January 6th committee. They they had a predetermined outcome. General Milley, all these people, the Biden family members. Joe Biden ran and said he would never do preemptive pardons. It was an issue that came up when you were leaving in your first house. Speaker 1: He thought he heard that I was gonna do I didn't wanna do it. I was given the option. They said, sir, would you like to pardon everybody, including yourself? I said, I'm not gonna pardon anybody. We didn't do anything wrong. And we had people that suffered. They're incredible patriots. We had people that suffered. You had Bannon put in jail. You had Peter Navarro put in jail. You had people that suffered. And and far worse than that, they've lost their fortunes. They've lost their whatever their nest egg, paying it to lawyers. And those people and and, and people said, do you want and they don't even they wouldn't have even taken most of those people, they wouldn't have even taken a pardon. This guy went around giving everybody pardons. And you know, the the funny thing, maybe the sad thing, is he didn't give himself a pardon. And if you look at it, it all had to do with him. I mean, the money went to him. Speaker 0: Should Congress investigate that? Speaker 1: Well, I don't know. It's, you know Well, you ordered the deal, please. Been look. He didn't give himself a pardon, and he did give some other people a pardon that needed it. And I heard Schiff went to him and and just begged him for a pardon, because Schiff is a crook. Schiff is a crooked guy. He's a crooked politician. He made up the story about Russia, Russia, Russia. He totally made it up. He was a storyteller. And then after he made it up, they found out that there was a tape of the conversation made by, you know, I guess, the state department. I don't know. When you make calls, they make tapes sometimes, not all the time. Speaker 0: He was the one talking to the Russians. Speaker 1: So he, in the meantime, made up the conversation, totally made it up about quid pro quo. There was no quid pro quo. Just the ad. There was a perfect call. Tim Scott was the first one to come. He read it. He said, this is a perfect call. What are you doing? You're in you're impeaching a man for a perfect call. It was Schiff. Schiff, Hillary, the whole group. You know what? They should. Schiff is just a bad, sick, and he went to Biden, and he demanded a part because he thought he did something. He knew Speaker 0: Clinton Thompson.

Mike, it wasn't surprising that Joe Biden pardoned his family at the end of his term. The Hunter Biden pardon indicated that James Biden, who was involved in Hunter's business dealings, would also be pardoned. If Hunter's activities were criminal, the new Justice Department could have pursued investigations through James. The Biden family's involvement in these deals raises concerns about potential crimes, and the pardons aim to prevent any investigations. With a pre-pardon, there’s no basis for launching an investigation, as the Justice Department would lose the ability to seize evidence or documents related to the case.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Mike, I know you were not that surprised for Joe Biden in the last few minutes of leaving office blanket pardoning his entire family. Speaker 1: Well, you knew this was coming. As soon as you saw the Hunter Biden pardon, you knew that they were going to be pardoning James Biden, who participated virtually all of Hunter's business deals. If those deals were criminal that Hunter was doing, if there was a lack of a far registration, if there was money laundered through the shell companies, then it would be very easy for the incoming Justice Department to simply keep that alive through James and the bag man nature of the Biden family. I mean, this is what the famous big guy was about Hunter. Family members played the same role, and so they want to kill the ability to investigate the crimes. And if there's a pre pardon, then that means that you can't even have a predicate for launching the investigation. Because with the Justice Department, you can take the phones, you can take the electronics, you can subpoena documents. And so now all that is gone, daddy, gone.

This is why the Democrats want to destroy me https://t.co/6kreKPNPbf

Video Transcript AI Summary
The Democratic propaganda machine is fired up to destroy me because I'm calling out their scheme. Entitlements fraud for illegal aliens is a magnet, drawing people worldwide with high living standards. Ending this fraud stops the influx, causing many to leave, which would cost the Democrats a massive number of voters. In New York, illegal aliens already vote in state and city elections. FEMA was paying for their luxury hotels, even after Trump ordered it to stop. They're buying voters, plain and simple. If we lose swing states, we'll become a permanent, deep-blue socialist state. That's why I supported Trump; he was the only one who could stop them from legalizing enough illegals to flip those states and cement permanent power. I encourage people to research this for themselves.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Oh, so if I were to say, like, what's at the heart of the sort Speaker 1: of like, why is the Democrat propaganda machine so fired up to destroy me? That's the main reason. The main reason is that is that entitlements fraud, that includes, like, Social Security, disability, Medicaid, entitlements fraud for illegal aliens is what is serving as a gigantic magnetic force to pull people in from all around the world and keep them here. Like, basically, if you if you pay people, at a standard of living that is above 90% of Earth, then you have a very powerful incentive for 90% of Earth to come here and to stay here. But if you if you end the illegal alien fraud, then you that you turn off that magnet, and they leave. And they they stop coming, and the and the ones that are here, many of them will simply leave. And if if that happens, a mass they will lose a massive number of Democratic voters. Speaker 2: And if it didn't happen, they would turn those people into voters Correct. Which they were trying to do. Speaker 1: They are already telling them so in in New York state, illegal aliens can already vote in state and city elections. A lot of people don't don't know that. There's there's that I mean, they try to fight them, and they're trying to stop that, but it's they're currently, I think it's, 600,000 are registered to vote, illegal aliens in New York. That is wild. Yeah. Well, mean, if you look at, say, you know, FEMA like, the the agency that was paying for illegal aliens to stay at luxury hotels in New York was FEMA. The you know, that's meant that that's an agency that's meant to support Americans in distress from natural disasters was paying for luxury hotels for illegals in New York. Speaker 2: It's true. Speaker 1: Yeah. That's a fact. Fact. They're literally like, when when we stopped that payment, we we stopped all those those money because that's obviously an insane way to spend taxpayer money. The New York sued the government, sued the federal government to get the money. So you could just look at their lawsuit. They they they were get they were sending that money even after president Trump signed an executive order saying it needs to stop. They still press send on $80,000,000 to luxury hotels in New York. Your tax money went to pay for legal aliens in luxury hotels in New York from an agency that is meant to help Americans in distress from natural disasters. Speaker 2: Right. And I would like to know how much, and I would like to know how much they spend on North Carolina and how much they spend on Maui. Speaker 1: Yes. Exactly. What what's actually happening is they're buying voters. That's really what's happening. It's like it's like a giant voter fraud scam. They're importing voters, and and it's really just a matter of time. So, like, if a lot of people have trouble believing this, but if you the more you look at it, the more you will realize just how much of a problem this is and how it's it's it's not just real. It is it is an attempt to destroy democracy in America. That's what it, in my view, it it is what it really is. Like, Speaker 0: if you Speaker 1: take the the the sort of seven swing states, like, often the margin of victory there is, like, maybe 20,000 votes. If you put 200,000 illegals in there and they have, like, a 80% likelihood of voting down, and it's only a matter of time before they become citizens, then those swing states will not be swing states in the future. And if they are not swing states, we'll be a permanent one party state country, permanent, deep blue socialist state. That's what America will become. Speaker 2: And that was the game plan? Speaker 1: That that was that was the game plan. That is still the game plan. And so they They almost succeeded. If if if if the if the machine of which the Kamala puppet was the representation had won, that's what would have happened. The reason I went so hardcore for for for for Trump was because, to me, this was a fork in the road. Very like, a very obvious fork in the road. If they had another four years, they would legalize enough illegals in the swing states to make the swing states, not swing states. They would just they would be blue states. Then then they would they would win the presidential they'd they'd win the house, the senate, and the presidency. They would then make district, you know, DC into a state. May maybe Puerto Rico get four extra senators, pack the supreme court, so then you'll have the house, judiciary, senate, and presidency all blue. And then they will keep importing more illegals to cement that that outcome. Basically, what happened in California? Jesus Christ. It would have been the end. That's why I went so hardcore for for Trump. It was other otherwise, it's been the end. And that's why the the the Democrat machine is so intent on destroying me. Speaker 2: It's just so fascinating that people can't see this. Speaker 1: I mean, I invite people to do their research. The more they do their research, the more they will see that what I'm saying is absolutely true.

Speaker 0: Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard releasing a bombshell report today that shows a conspiracy by a sitting president, Barack Obama, and his intel agencies to sabotage the president-elect, Donald Trump, brainwash the electorate, and undermine the legitimacy of an election. Speaker 1: There is irrefutable evidence that detail how president Obama and his national security team directed the creation of an intelligence community assessment that they knew was false. They knew it would promote this contrived narrative that Russia interfered in the twenty sixteen election to help president Trump win, selling it to the American people as though it were true. It wasn't. Speaker 0: Gabbard got her hands on a house intel report that's been locked away in a CIA vault for almost a decade. Investigators spent over two thousand hours looking into how the Russia hoax was born, interviewing 20 CIA and FBI officials. And it turns out that the Obama administration doctored the intelligence to make it look like Putin and Trump stole the election. A month after Trump beat Hillary, Barack Obama wasn't satisfied with his intelligence reporting and ordered his CIA director to create a new assessment of how Russia interfered with the election. This was a highly unusual move. John Brennan handpicked five CIA analysts to write the assessment, and they were siloed. None of them knew what the other was doing, and only one analyst was in charge of drafting this report. There was nothing routine about this, and it was a rush job to publish before Trump was sworn in. Nothing was coordinated with the other intelligence agencies either. Basically, this was home cooking for Barack Obama. There were four key elements from the assessment that were repeated over and over again and form the basis of the Russia hoax and the Robert Mueller witch hunt. One, that Vladimir Putin wanted Donald Trump to win. Two, Putin took action to help Trump win. Three, the Russians had blackmail on Trump. That was the Steele dossier. And four, that the Russians tried colluding with the Trump campaign. None of any of this was ever true. There was no reliable intelligence to support any of these allegations. Senior CIA officials repeatedly refused to traffic in these allegations, but they were repeatedly overruled by CIA director Brennan and FBI director Comey, who insisted that they be pushed even without verifiable evidence. The Obama administration cherry picked the intelligence, lied about their sources, misquoted sources, didn't corroborate their claims, suppressed intelligence that ran counter to their narratives, and even used anonymous Internet postings. Rank and file CIA admitted what they were doing violated their own tradecraft standards. There was a massive pressure campaign that came right from the top. CIA analysts say they received unusual directives from political appointees, the CIA director, and Obama himself. This is how the Russia hoax was born. Speaker 1: Donald Trump knows, that the Russians helped him win in 2016. Speaker 2: Putin hated secretary Clinton so much that that the flip side of that coin was he had a clear preference for the person running against the person he hated so much. Speaker 3: It was Russia in a very systematic way, in trying to interfere in the election and to try to advance the prospects of Donald Trump being elected. Speaker 0: This was such a malicious disinformation campaign perpetrated on the American people that at one point, 60% of Democrats believed the Russians hacked our voting machines to help Trump win the White House. What this report actually shows is that the Russians just wanted to create chaos and undermine Americans' faith in democracy. Solid intelligence suggested that Vladimir Putin didn't care who won. He had no preference. But like most people expected Hillary to win and had a little docket of compromising dirt on her, dirt that he never released. Now if Putin wanted Trump to win, why didn't Putin drop the dirt? Speaker 1: There were high level DNC emails that detailed evidence of Hillary's, quote, psycho emotional problems, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness, and that then secretary Clinton was allegedly on a daily regimen of heavy tranquilizers. Then CIA director Brennan and the intelligence community mischaracterized intelligence and relied on dubious substandard sources to create a contrived false narrative that Putin developed a, quote, unquote, clear preference for Trump. Speaker 0: Now if Clinton was on tranquilizers like the Russians believed, why didn't they leak it to help Trump win? How credible was the information about Hillary Clinton's health? Speaker 1: All I have seen is what the intelligence committee have reported through their investigation. I think the the the underlying point there is is that we understand from intelligence what Russia said that they had. And the important point here is that if they were trying to influence the election, as president Obama and James Clapper and John Brennan, everybody said they were doing in order to support Donald Trump's election, they would have released the most damning of that information. Speaker 0: Obama and his spy chiefs knew that Putin didn't prefer Trump over Hillary, but they cooked the intelligence to make it look like he did. Obama and his intel spies knew that Putin didn't collude with Trump and that he didn't even direct his people to help Trump win, but they put it out there anyway. In a sense, Barack Obama did exactly what Putin wanted, undermined Americans' faith in free and fair elections and caused chaos in our country. Barack Obama, the CIA, and the FBI were the ones doing what our enemy wanted. Speaker 1: Do you believe that any of this new information implicates former president Obama in criminal behavior? We have referred and will continue to refer all of these documents to the Department of Justice and the FBI to investigate the criminal implications of this. For even for president Obama? Correct. The evidence that we have, found and that we have released, directly point to president Obama leading the manufacturing assessment. There are multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that confirm that fact. Speaker 0: Even two years later after the election, Barack Obama was still pushing a hoax he knew wasn't true. And he knew it wasn't true because he helped manufacture it. Speaker 4: They're undermining our alliances, cozying up to Russia. What happened to the Republican Party? They're cozying up to the former head of the KGB, actively blocking legislation that that would defend our elections from Russian attack. What happened? Speaker 0: Now I don't know if it's possible to indict a former president for actions he took while in office. I'm not a lawyer, proudly. But Brennan, Comey, and others may have severe liability. Trey Gowdy says we know for a fact that Brennan committed perjury when he lied to congress. Speaker 5: Director Brennan, do you know who commissioned the Steele dossier? Speaker 3: I don't. Do you know Speaker 5: if the bureau ever relied on the Steele dossier as any as part of any court filings, applications? I have no awareness. Did the CIA rely on it? No. Why not? Speaker 3: Because we we didn't we it wasn't part of the corpus of intelligence, information that we had. It was not in any way used as a basis for the intelligence community assessment that was done. It was it was not. Speaker 0: Well, that's a lie. Whatever happens to these guys is not revenge. It's accountability. And it's time for people to pay the price.
