@NvrBackDown24 - Never Back Down

We can't have a government that shows an aggressive zeal to prosecute conservatives, but a complete indifference to do the same against the left. As president, Ron DeSantis will END the weaponization of government!

As a former naval officer, I believe that if I had done what Hillary Clinton did, I would have faced immediate court martial. The lack of prosecutorial zeal and the delegation of the investigation to her own aides was a complete joke. This imbalance in the justice system needs to be rectified when I become President. Additionally, the Garland Justice Department turned a blind eye to the violation of federal law when crazed individuals threatened Supreme Court justices at their homes. If the protesters were in front of liberal justices' homes, action would have been taken swiftly.

Speaker 0: Look, I was in Congress when the Hillary thing happened. And what I was able to to say, I think, that everyone agreed with was as a naval officer, if I had done what she had done, I would have been court martialed very, very quickly. There would have been no question about that. And I think the thing that bugs me to this day about what happened with Hillary was, yes, the Comey non prosecution decision was bad, but there was zero prosecutorial zeal to investigate all this stuff. I mean, it was basically a kid glove treatment. They delegated a lot of the investigation to Hillary's own aids. It was a total, total joke. And so I think when you talk about 2 standards of justice, if you have extraordinary zeal on one side and then a complete indifference and a lack of zeal on the other, that's a huge, huge imbalance. And I think that's something that we'll certainly rectify when I become President. But it is glaring and I think people see that. And just think about some of the stuff that we've seen with our you mentioned the court. You have these crazed lunatics that are out there threatening the Supreme Court justices at their home. That's in violation of federal law, and yet the Garland Justice Department turns the blind eye to it. I I think, and I think you would agree, if those if if different protesters were in front of the liberal justices' homes, I think they would act very, very quickly.

Speaker 0: I'm going Speaker 1: to call this field hearing on January 6th to order from time to time members of congress hold field hearings to function as force multipliers for the investigative, analytical, and legislative work of our various committees. We are now moving toward the appropriations process where we'll have to make key decisions about authorities and capabilities within the Department of Justice and the FBI, and it is my hope that we get a more fulsome understanding of the events of January 6th and, the follow on actions that have concerned many of us in the congress regarding people's treatment, and the civil rights. And to start our hearing today, we've got a short video. Speaker 2: Despite millions of Americans watching the events of January 6th unfold on their TV screens, there have been several conspiracy theories, Including one that the federal government facilitated the riot. Speaker 3: The existence of unnamed as yet uncharged coconspirators does not mean But they were working undercover for the FBI. That is the crux of this FBI conspiracy. And all of these conspiracy theory allegations have been debunked up and down. Speaker 0: How many FBI agents or confidential informants actively participated in the events of January 6th? Speaker 2: Sir, I can't I can't answer that. Speaker 4: Did the FBI have confidential human sources embedded within the January 6th Protesters. Speaker 0: As I'm sure you can appreciate, I have to be very careful about what I can say about when we do and do not, where we have have not used confidential viewing sources. Speaker 4: Why can't you just send us give us access to the 11,000 hours of video that's that's available? Because there may be Maybe UC's undercover officers or CHS's confidential unit or confidential human sources on those videos whose identity we need to attend. Speaker 0: There might have been some kind of, potential federal involvement With the activities on January 6th, and I thought it was important enough that it, like, wanted our attention. Speaker 3: There must be moments where you think if We would have known, if we could have, infiltrated this group or found out what they were doing and that do you do you have those moments? Speaker 1: Absolutely. And in that testimony to the senate, you believe that Christopher Wray indicated that there were no confidential informants and no, FBI assets that were present at the Capitol on January 6th that were part of the violent riot. Isn't that right? Speaker 0: Yes, sir. Speaker 1: The Washington field office told Boston, well, you know what? We can't give you the evidence because it might disclose the very CIs and UCs that you were concerned about. So much of our much of our work has uncovered, some of the things that initially redeemed as conspiracy theories, but we now have sworn evidence to prove, but that is not the end of the story. The critical, feature of our gathering today is to better understand how people were treated in the follow on to January 6th. And in that regard, I'm I'm very pleased to welcome our witnesses

In this testimony, the speaker raises several concerns regarding the treatment of January 6th protest defendants. They criticize the formation of the House Select Committee, claiming it lacks due process and is one-sided. The committee's hearings are described as scripted and biased, with the media amplifying a false insurrection narrative. The speaker argues that the defendants' Fourth Amendment rights were violated through geofencing technology and cell phone data warrants. They also highlight the unequal treatment of January 6th defendants compared to Antifa and BLM protesters in 2020. The speaker concludes by criticizing the judges' decisions and the disproportionate sentences given to January 6th defendants.

Speaker 0: Representative Gates and members of the house attending today, doctor Gosar, at this field hearing, thank you for the opportunity to testify. Let me make 7 quick points. First, one of the original sins of government that is carried and caused the poor treatment of the January 6th protest or defendants is, the lawless formation of the House Select Committee, the January 6th Committee, leading to an acting in a one-sided and due process freeway. That Committee was gerrymandered by Speaker Pelosi, operated without a ranking member or counsel to the ranking member. Liz Cheney was granted vice chair status to try to cover that up. The committee then had a series of carefully scripted by Hollywood hearings where the entire Q You and APAF was prewritten and meshed with cherry picked snippets of highly edited, audio, I'm sorry, video and, audio doctored video. The committee interviewed a 1,000 plus witnesses, it says, but only about 200 transcripts have been released. Second, the January 6th committee worked with regime media, The New York Times, Washington Post, CNN and MSNBC, etcetera. In that way, the fake narrative that an insurrection had been had occurred on January 6th was blasted everywhere. Based on secretly recorded, video, we now have on Hey, Nancy Pelosi's documentarian daughter, and her friends admitting that no real insurrection ever occurred. The collective effect of the January 6th Committee shameful way of proceeding. Plus the reinforcing media blitz poisoned the jury pool in Washington, DC. Trial venue transfers first out of DC should have been permitted. Media narrative mongering, indeed, was also the pre original sin, therefore, of for this entire issue because it laid the groundwork for the January 6th select committee's hatchet jobs. 3rd, Many of the defendants were swept up in a vast dragnet that I believe violated the 4th Amendment because it was the equivalent of a general warrant that our framers sought to ban. This was done through the use of geofencing technology and cell phone data warrants sent to telecom providers. Additionally, Many protesters arriving after President Trump's speech, in the in the Ellipse had finished, did not see any signage that areas normally open to the public were closed that day, setting up a trespass trap for the unwary. 4th, The Justice Department did not treat these cases with appropriate respect for the First Amendment rights of the protesters. The 2020 presidential Election was incredibly contentious and many citizens in this country disagreed with mainstream media pronouncements that they should, in essence, sit down and shut up about the election and how it was conducted. By contrast, I was at the Justice Department getting daily updates about the Marco Beau Hatfield Federal Courthouse in Portland being attacked night after night after night in the summer of 2020. Insurrection is a far more appropriate moniker for that targeted antifa lawlessness than a largely spontaneously assembled crowd being agitated by tear gas and rubber bullets. Yet the First Amendment issues led to, the self agitators in Portland being treated very differently and with special kid gloves. This takes me to my 5th point. The January 6th defendants, have not, been dealt with in the same fashion as the Antifa and BLM protesters in 2020 who engaged in terrible conduct, threatened the White House, did millions of damage in property to property, in that summer in the lead up to the presidential election. This is a flat violation in terms of comparing those 2 categories of defendants or potential defendants of the equal protection of the laws. Many Americans think the selective prosecution on display here is blatant. 6th, there are widespread Brady violations as to how these defendants are being dealt with, today, and I'll confine that to just 2 areas, for our purposes today. First, The concealed or underreported footage, issue, around the Capitol. So the House is to be commended for allowing Tucker Carlson, Julie Kelly and John Solomon, to review the footage. And second, it's hard to imagine that with 800 plus or so unreleased January 6th committee deposition transcripts that there's not at least some exculpatory evidence in there that has not yet been seen by the relevant defendants and their lawyers. The January 6th Committee in short acted like a star chamber and there is no reason for this congress to let that go on. 7th and lastly, the judges on the Federal District Court here in Washington DC seem to have come under the spell of the January 6th Committee's original sin And in that way they allow the constructed mainstream media narrative to influence their decisions. And as a legal matter, they're by and large allowing a Statute designed to close an obstruction of of justice loophole that Arthur Anderson exploited in the Enron debacle to be applied to entirely different activity that, in many instances is protected by the First Amendment and should appropriately be treated differently. As a result, Antifa and BLM revolutionaries, and it's not exact an exaggeration to call them that, who engaged in worse conduct, largely got off scot free, and worse yet, many of them left with bags of cash from civil settlements. By contrast, the sentences being handed down against January 6th defendants are wildly disproportionate. For all these reasons, I'm glad to be here today before you.

@FordFischer - Ford Fischer

The second witness at the J6 Field Hearing was @EagleEdMartin (who led the first Stop the Steal rally I filmed - November 5, 2020). He is now representing three January 6 defendants, who he says are "targeted, lied about in the press." He says due process and speedy trial are being delayed in these cases. "People that should have been dealt with as if they vandalized a car at a football game or trespassed on property at a school were charged with all those misdemeanors and then they added a charge called 'obstruction of an official proceeding.'" "It's absolutely improper, it's never been charged- it was never intended for a proceeding that's gaveled in or gaveled out. It was witness tampering. It's a lie by the DOJ in federal court." https://twitter.com/FordFischer/status/1324521906456961024

Speaker 0: Just a mile or 2 from here, there's a meeting room for the lawyers to meet with their clients in the jail, the DC jail here. And the the room is nondescript, you know, it looks like half of our grammar schools growing up with, cinder blocks and, plain walls, heavy door, and you go in that room, plastic chairs, and everything about it is ordinary and nothing about what's happened to these defendants is ordinary. And I sit before you with gratitude because as you said, Congressman Gates being a force multiplier, I'm talking about what happened on January 6th. And as importantly, what's happened since then couldn't be more important I I I salute you for that. But if it were, the mistreatments of the j six defendants That they're targeted. They're lied about in the press. That prosecutors leak on them. All things you all recognize from your own work. And yet that would and should be a tragedy, but it's coupled with a travesty of the select committee that Benny Thompson and Liz Cheney convened and spent, what, $20,000,000 to go through systematically and to cause damage So the system, not the individuals, the system that we rely on so much. And so, thank you. By the way, I didn't, Chairman, congressman Gates, I represent 3 of the of the defendants also, as an attorney and, that are in the jail here. And I, I'm on the board of one of the organizations of Patriot Patriot Freedom Project that tries to help the families and and it's how I know so many of these witnesses. They're extraordinary, today. So, thank you for this. And broadly speaking, my testimony, which I'll, summarize and cover a few points, overlaps with some of my colleagues up here. But it is this, it's that the system that we rely on And the due process that's at the heart of America has been denied to the individuals here. And when I say that, it's not, due process being denied. It's not It's not an assertion. It's a description of corruption in the system. And so as we go through this, things like speedy trial delayed. I've been on the calls with the judges where a one after another, the speedy trial is told the calendar that you move it along is told for good reasons, except that the reasons are created by the system that has caused delays based on, evidence, based on videos. The, the, leaking by the way, of the prosecutors and others about individuals, about their personalities, their families has been not just mean and unkind, terribly nasty, it's also impacted the juries. And we see it. If you go into those courts, you see it. And you wonder Why the legal system, the judges hasn't addressed it. You wonder how they could say over and over again that the people should suffer through this when our system doesn't it doesn't, expect that. Again, if the if the select committee back to the select committee for a moment, if their conduct Only detrimental to the politicians or politics or even the individuals would be one thing that at at at this panel with, candor, defamation, slander, being mean or terrible. We don't want it to be what we see out of our, Congress, but we this conduct is different though. That select committee had an impact not only on the jury pool, but on the judges. If you can get A lawyer in that system that practices in the district courts in DC to be honest with you, even the liberals, they'll say they've never seen this happen like this. They've never seen a dynamic where the judges and others act like this. In my, testimony, I want, here I want to highlight, 5 areas, just to bring a light to it. Happy to expound on this in other places, but the improper charging alluded to, by general, Clark, the Department of Justice. People that should have been dealt with as if they vandalized a car at a football game or trespassed passed on property at a school. We're charged with all those misdemeanors, and then they added a charge called obstruction official proceeding. This charge was created by Andrew Weismann and his crew 15 or 20 years ago and managed by Lisa Monica and her crew and add it as a way to say, and our our witnesses can tell you about it. Well, you're charged with a misdemeanor, misdemeanor, misdemeanor. Oh, and a felony. 20 years in jail. It's it's absolutely improper. It's never been charged. It was never intended for a proceeding that was gaveled in or gaveled out. It was witness tampering. It's a lie by the DOJ in federal court, and they don't address it. Targeting American citizens as terrorists instead of protesters. All of these men, mostly men that that stayed in jail for years before trial, did so because they said it was an armed insurrection, not a protest. If it was a protest, they'd all go home and prepare their defense. Instead, they stayed in a terrible prison. You all know that and, Marjorie Taylor Greene, the congresswoman has particularly shown a light as did your former colleague, Louie Gohmert. The DC juries are not impartial. It's so blatant and brazen that as the as the court ends, The juror goes out and is interviewed on C SPAN by Brian Lamb, and she says, I knew what it all meant. I decided to tell the my fellow jurors what it all meant, And she clearly in the interview didn't understand the law. Not Mister Ron your time has expired. We'll we'll be back to you for questions I'm sure to probe those matters in in greater

Speaker 0: Miss Perna, you're recognized? On the 25th February 2022, my nephew, Matthew Lawrence Perna, went into his garage, placed a rope around his neck, and hanged himself. He was 37 years old, broken and close to unrecognizable. Matt had stopped going out, stopped sleeping, stopped eating and was vomiting blood. We are remarkably close family and we did everything we could, but it wasn't enough. I will let Matt tell you why in his own words from a note he wrote on the worst day of his life. I sacrificed my freedom when I entered into the capitol building on January 6th. And in despair, took my own life the night that I wrote this. Signed Matthew Perna. My nephew was extraordinary. He was honest and strong and defined by his love of all people. He should have never been pushed to the point of despair. He had no intention of going into the capital when he traveled to DC. In his mind, he was standing up for all of us. Matt believed we are still entitled to free speech in the United States of America and did not think expressing it would cost him his life. He wanted to witness history and record it for his growing following on social media. Matt had never been in trouble in his life. The doors he went through had already been opened. Video has confirmed this. Congress has been out of session for almost an hour at that point. He did not touch, break, or steal anything and stayed within the velvet ropes taking pictures and recording. These 14 minutes cost him everything. For the people who drove my nephew to kill himself, that was long enough to go after his reputation, his freedom, his business, his social media presence, His standing in the small community that had always been his home, his joy, his love of life, everything. What followed was one betrayal after another from the moment Matt found out the FBI was looking for him, he turned himself in. The agents said it would make it easier for him. That was a lie. He was told his clean record would count in his favor. It did not. He was told that having no affiliation with any organized group would help. That was another lie. Then he was told that he would most likely face a Fine and nothing else. Not true either. His attorney said his sentence would be less if he made a deal and plead guilty to all charges. That was perhaps the greatest lie of all. In fact, that deal was a trap and the terms meant nothing to the DOJ because after Matt plead guilty, the prosecutor decided to present a sentencing enhancement of terrorism, which could have meant many, many years behind bars as compared to the 6 to 12 months that he was originally told. We all have a breaking point and that was Matt's. Do not make the mistake of thinking that my nephew was weak. Nothing could be further from the truth. Matt could run a 35 k marathon bare but finishing on torn bleeding skin pushing through the pain but a life in prison was unimaginable to him. On the phone, he was inconsolable, stuttering, and it could barely form a complete sentence. The fear in his voice was heartbreaking. I told him that I loved him and that we would get through this. He told me that he loved me and thanked me for everything. I did not know that would be our last conversation. Matt had a deep faith in God and though he prayed every day and sought help, No one could tell him when this nightmare would end and that made everything worse. He had struggled from the start to live with shame and the damage to his beloved family and many friends caused not by guilt but those criminalizing the First Amendment. Dishonest inaccurate reporting and the false j six narrative in local and national news cast Matt as a violent domestic terrorist. It was a campaign of lies, death threats and cruel accusations and it pushed him to the edge. The flames of the seat shattered friendships and close relationships and everyone around him suffered. I am only standing before this committee because my nephew hanged himself and I am outraged. Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene co sponsored the Matthew Lawrence Perna Act of 2022 when former congressman Louie Gohmert submitted it. She is the only person who co sponsored it and has been the most vocal among her peers about the unjust treatment of the January 6ers, recently she called for the impeachment of Matthew Graves who is just one of the many responsible for mentally torturing my nephew to the point of taking his own life. Miss Green has been my greatest support and I am extremely grateful for her fearlessness. This bill could save someone in the future from a total overreach of power by our justice department. I ask you to bring this bill to the table and incur your encourage your constituents to pass it. Please, I ask you do not let my nephew's death be in vain. Matthew's funeral was attended by people from all over the country who had never met him. His online guest book received over 1,000 entries representing 13 countries and 45 states but disappointingly not even one sympathy message from anyone in Congress or the Department of Justice. How could strangers from Australia, Taiwan and Antarctic have said condolences while many in congress have yet to hear his name. Since Matthew's death, 3 people have contacted me through social media. All 3 told me about a neighbor or a friend that found that picture sure, on the FBI website for January 6 rather than waiting to be raided in their homes or turn themselves in, all three shot themselves in the head. How many more are there? We are never going to know. My amazing nephew, Matthew Lawrence Perna left behind a father and a brother who are beyond devastated, our family struggles everyday Speaker 1: knowing that he died at the hands of our own justice department. We've become a country I no longer recognize. Our citizens have quickly been conditioned to fear speaking out for their beliefs. This needs to end. Nothing I do will ever bring Matthew Perna back. I have absolutely nothing to gain by being here today, But I will spend the rest of my life ensuring that he has never forgotten. Thank you for having me. Speaker 0: Thank you for being here today.

Speaker 0: First of all, thank you so much for holding this hearing. My name is Brandon Strauch. I'm the founder of the Walkway campaign and the proprietor of the Walkway social mobile app. On January 6, 2021 I was in Washington DC as a scheduled speaker for a permitted event on the grounds of the US Capitol. I sat in the front row at the Ellipse that day listening to President Trump speak. It made perfect sense to me when President Trump told the hundreds of thousands of attendees to march peacefully and patriotically to the Capitol as the event was called the March to Save America and it was my understanding that the crowd I would march to the Capitol and attend the permitted rally to listen to dozens more speakers. As I was approaching the Capitol for my speaking obligation I began receiving text message just from people around the country at home watching on television saying that they were hearing on the news that people were going inside the building. My first thoughts were of the numerous times throughout the years that left wing protesters have gone inside government buildings to protest. In several instances, left wing protesters have Disrupted Government Hearings by Shouting Out and Behaving Chaotically, and typically the incident ends with protesters being removed and business resuming as normal. After years of attending and producing dozens and dozens of right wing rallies and events, what I was being told was highly unusual. So I began shooting a video while approaching the Capitol and proceeded to shoot 1 long continuous video for about 10 minutes. I arrived on the East Side Capitol grounds around 2:40 PM. As I walked up to the Capitol building on the east side there were 0 police officers visible on the east side grounds. What might have been at one time closed barricades were now fully open. The large sidewalk on the east side was fully open and unobstructed. There were thousands of people strewn about all areas of the East Side grounds calmly talking and enjoying each other's company. There were no signs and no people present stating or indicating that people were not allowed to be where they were at the time I arrived. I walked very calmly up to the crowd on the east side steps. In my video, a man is seen shouting down to the people below. They've opened the doors. We're going in. I continued to the top of the East Side steps and filmed a crowd of People for 8 Minutes. Some of whom were trying to make their way in most of whom were outside filming like myself. I never entered the capital on January 6th. I never engaged in any violence, vandalism, theft, or destruction. I uploaded the video I'd shot to Twitter but removed it a shoot a few short hours later when I was back in my hotel room and began to see on the television for the first time The images of people breaking windows and engaging in acts of violence, none of that was happening when I was on the East Side grounds during the 40 minutes or so that I was present. So I took my video down. However, it had already been copied by left wing trolls who began reposting it over and over again every day and demanding that the FBI arrest Ex To Me. Two and a half weeks later they got their wish. A team of FBI agents raided my home on the morning of Monday, January 25th. I was gotten out of bed and handcuffed and told that I was facing multiple felony charges for what I had done on January 6th. The agents began stripping my apartment of computers, phones, iPads, thumb drives, hard drives, camera equipment, clothing, and more. I was taken to jail, strip searched, given an orange inmate uniform, locked in an 8 by 8 concrete cell with a metal door, and told that I was being placed in 23 hour lockdown. I was released from jail Wednesday morning later that week. Upon my release I learned that I was being charged with Two felonies and a misdemeanor and threatened to be charged with the obstruction of an official proceeding felony in addition, which the prosecutor was sure to tell us carries the possibility of a 20 year prison sentence. Interestingly, one of my felony charges was occupying restricted grounds. The majority of people who entered the capital were being given misdemeanor occupying restricted building charges. I was being given a felony or being outside of the building. I was also charged with another felony because the FBI initially alleged that that I shouted out to encourage the crowd to impede law enforcement. I was also charged with a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct with an intent to disrupt a hearing before Congress. The news of my arrest and the allegations around me which I had no opportunity whatsoever to defend myself against spread internationally during the days when I was in jail. The media reported as a matter of fact that I went to the capital to help attack police officers and to encourage violence and mayhem at the Capitol. When I was released from jail I went back to my apartment and found a letter taped to my door saying that My building was terminating my month to month lease due to the media coverage and that I had 30 days to vacate the building. 7 days later I received a letter in the mail from the government telling me that my TSA pre check status was revoked and that I was no longer considered a low risk traveler. Over the course of the next several weeks, I received notice that I am permanently banned by PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, and Patreon. My organization's Walkway Foundation and Walkway Campaign Pack were also permanently banned from being, from using these payment processors and additionally banned from our donor portals. Both of my organizations and I were banned from our email service Mailchimp. So we've moved to Constant Contact who took our account for a short time then also banned us after numerous left wing instigators contacted them to tell them that I was a violent insurrectionist using their platforms to raise money for political violence. Mister Straka, that's the end end of, of your time, but I think we'll get back to you for questions.

Since then Colton has been moved 7 times facing the unsettling reality of being in 6 different facilities. There have been instances when even his own family was unaware of his whereabouts for up to 5 days. He has endured prolonged periods of 24 hour solitary confinement lasting up to 7 days without access to basic necessities such as a shower. Unfortunately, these circumstances are not unique to Colton but are rather common experience shared by the January 6 defendants. As a result, their fundamental American human and God given rights have been denied. Over a span of 2 years. These defendants have endured unjust treatment including extended periods of time of solitary confinement, denial of haircuts, religious services and visitation rights both in person and video. It took 5 97 days before I was granted a mere 30 minute visit with Colton conducted behind glass. These examples exemplify the systematic denial of their basic right, which stands in stark contrast to the principles we hold dear as Americans. On September 5, 2022, Colton was subjected to a violent assault by Lieutenant Crystal Lancaster in the DC jail. The assault involved the unwarranted deployment of an entire can of OC spray sprayed directly in his face. The guards then proceeded to handcuff him, forcibly throw him on the ground and deploy additional OC spray. This excessive use of force stemmed from Colton's failure to wear a COVID mask while walking to the medication cart. Following the assault, he was subjected to a scalding shower and forced to wear the same jumpsuit that had been contaminated with the OC spray. Colton along with Ryan Nichols, Ronald Sandlin and Barton Shively were isolated in cells devoid of CCTV surveillance. Astonishingly, Colton was left in the contaminated jumpsuit for 12 hours allowing the chemicals to reactivate before he received proper medical attention. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that Barton Shively, a marine veteran battling non Hodgkin's lymphoma contracted at Camp Lejeune is to be is to be released soon with no place to go. During the events of January 6, Colton acted heroically to aid an officer in distress and try to save Roseanne Boylan's life. However, during his bond hearing, judge Emmett Sullivan opted not to review the audio evidence and instead accepted the government's narration. Had the audio been considered, it would have been it would have revealed Colton's please to the officers offering his assistance He also employed the officers to cease their actions and that in my opinion resulted in the tragic loss of Roseanne Boylan's life Ironically, due to those actions Colton finds himself languishing behind bars awaiting trial for a period exceeding 25 months. Regrettably, this is not an isolated case as January 6 defendants have been systematically denied a jury of their peers access to crucial evidence, the right to present witnesses, and the right to be tried separately from codefendants. Today, I implore you to recognize the overreach of government authority and the lack of transparency within the judicial process surrounding these cases. As members of congress and your staff, you play a crucial role in upholding the principles of justice and accountability. According to 18 US code section 4, It is a legal requirement that anyone who has knowledge of a felony committed within the jurisdiction of the United States must promptly disclose Failure to do so may result in fines, imprisonment for a maximum of 3 years or both. Today, I want to officially state that I am reporting the deaths of Ashley Babbitt, Roseanne Boylan, Kevin Greason, and Benjamin Phillips. It is crucial that these deaths are thoroughly investigated to ensure justice is served. I implore you to not remain passive observers but to hold those responsible for these injustices accountable It is imperative that we restore faith in our justice system and safeguard the rights of all individuals involved in January 6. Thank you.

Former underwear model @TheJohnStrand, who is soon to begin a 32 month prison sentence for January 6, says he was there only as security for Simone Gold, who herself has served 60 days. Following his conviction at trial, the judge apparently condemned him over public comments he had made, which he testifies now is "the textbook definition of fascism."

John Strand, a security detail for Dr. Simone Gold, clarifies that he did not participate in the Capitol protest but was present to protect his client. He emphasizes that neither he nor his client had any criminal intent or engaged in any unlawful acts. Despite this, he was convicted and sentenced to prison due to his public criticisms of the government. Strand raises four concerns: the conflation of individuals with the acts of others, the violation of free speech, selective prosecution, and the misuse of a statute to punish protesters. He argues that these actions by the government threaten democracy and the rule of law.

Speaker 0: Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter. Martin Luther King, Jr. Hello. My name is John Strand. And despite my supposedly first amendment protected speech on social media where I have voiced concerns with the legitimacy of the 2020 election, I nevertheless did not travel to Washington DC in January of 2021 for the purpose of protesting at the capitol. Although I openly supported those protesters who remained peaceful, I personally was present in my official capacity as the security detail for doctor Simone Gold, who was a scheduled speaker alongside representatives Paul Gosar, Lauren Boebert, and many others at rally with a government approved permit for the northeast corner outside the capitol. I had no plans with anyone else that day. I never engaged in any action outside of my responsibility to protect my client who herself did not knowingly engage in any violent or unlawful act and had no intention of anything beyond fulfilling her obligation of giving a speech. To reiterate, neither my client nor myself had any criminal intent nor did we ever engage in any criminal act That we had present knowledge to be unlawful. Also, the fact that my client was illegally coerced into accepting a fraudulent plea does not, in any way whatsoever, Negate these facts. I refused to take a plea because the government's statement of fact in that plea was nefariously false, And because I was not guilty of any criminal intent, but I was convicted by an openly prejudiced DC jury and I was recently sentenced to nie nearly 3 years in prison and another 3 years probation by a judge who explicitly stated from the bench that his punishment was intensified By his resentment of my public criticisms of the government. Six more years of my life ruined. After two and a half years of brutal government and ensuing public persecution, all because I protected a woman in a crowd. This is an unmitigated travesty of justice. I'll briefly outline 4 key points of grave concern. Number 1, The American rule of law dictates that each individual must be held accountable for their specific actions. It is abhorrent and anti American to conflate and criminalize a single individual with the acts of another. And in fact, the protesters charged in the 2017 presidential inauguration riot were acquitted precisely because the prosecutors only associated them with a specific Criminal acts of others without evidence proving criminal activity by those individuals being charged. Yet, this is exactly what the DOJ has done to me and hundreds of other j six Defendants with a 100% conviction rate, they are openly punishing individuals for merely being present at a political protest. Number 2, America's survival as a constitutional republic depends upon the inalienable right of free speech. President George Washington said, quote, for if men are to be precluded from offering their Sentiments on a matter that would suggest the idea that reason is of no use to us and then the freedom of speech may be taken away and dumb and silent, we may be led Like sheep to the slaughter. The DOJ's dishonest distortions of my free speech to frame me as a criminal and mislead a jury have led to my wrongful conviction of serious crimes. And a DC judge's fury at my public criticism of the government's behavior has landed me years in prison. That is the textbook definition of fascism. This is the slaughter George Washington warned of and it should horrify everyone. Number 3, the equal protection clause and due process guarantees of the 4th and 14th amendments Prohibited selective prosecution. I ask you, how does a premeditated protest action occur during an active session of Congress explicitly for the purpose of disrupting that congressional proceeding. And yet those protesters are legally excused and publicly praised. This happened in 2017. It was excused and praised because those protesters supported the agenda of the left. Countless examples of left wing protests nearly always end with charges Bail funds raised by democrat politicians who aggressively and publicly support such protests regardless of the violence frequently incurred. If you cannot see the harshly stark contrast Of the unprecedented persecution inflicted on so many j six defendants, then you are willfully and shamefully blind. And number 4, Vertical overcharging is illegal and the bastardization of title 18 US code 1512 requires congress to act because the executive branch's DOJ and the judiciary are violating legislative intent. Clearly abusing a statute that was written 40 years ago to punish persons who tamper with witnesses or shred documents in an effort to destroy evidence. It's never been used this way before until now against protesters for j six. The DOJ has only grasped This non germane statute, in order to wield its 20 year prison penalty as leverage to ensure the immediate compliance of most defendants with their fraudulent plea deals, The misapplication and weaponization of this law against political protest is literally extremely dangerous to our democracy. January 6 is fraught with alarming evidence of government instigation and involvement, government cover up, and government fraud. And j six has brought an open subversion of the rule of law and a trampling of the constitution. These mounting violations of our civil rights are an unprecedented abuse of power against the American people. It must end for our republic will be lost.

A point of difference between some participants in the J6 Field Hearing was over whether the full January 6 footage should be released to the public. (In full disclosure, as a primary source documentarian, I have openly advocated the full release.) @JeffClarkUS says every defendant should get all the evidence. "Initially I had the view that all of it should be put out so that it could be crowdsourced, much like Wikileaks revelations were." He says now that "there is a valid concern" about citizen sleuth groups like @SeditionHunters using the material if it were fully released. @EagleEdMartin says that the current system for lawyers etc is "burdensome." "I differ with the general here. I think at a certain point, the Sedition Hunters are gonna find us anyway. Pelosi already gave the tapes to everybody anyway, or the FBI will give it to them tomorrow." "Let's let it out there, and let's let the public figure out who the people are, and we'll know every Ray Epps from here to Long Beach, California and back and justice will be served." "If they can keep hiding, we'll never know who did what."

Speaker 0: What is your opinion? What should we do as congress congressman? And how would we what's your take? But really either one of you. Speaker 1: So congressman, I think that, what I would recommend is that you proceed stepwise. I think the most urgent need is that every single one of the defense counsel and every single one of the defendants, they need to be given Access to the entirety of that video record because they need to try to find any Brady material in there. I think that the system in which, you know, overzealous prosecutors, they will screen it for you and they'll tell you what they think is exculpatory. With all due respect, I think it's defense lawyers who need to be able to look at that kind of material and then decide what they think is excell excellpatory so that they can design appropriate defenses for their clients. As to public release, initially, I had the view, that all of it should be put out so that it Could be crowdsourced much like WikiLeaks revelations were. But I I do I do recognize what I've seen Julie Kelly, say to the media and in print, Which is that there's the these, you know, nefarious organizations like the ones that were, you know, threatening, you know, some of the witnesses here today With these Solowinski like tactics, the sedition hunters. So I recognize that there is a a valid concern about not putting it out in that way. So that's why I would recommend The stepwise process, make sure that all of the information gets to defense counsel. That's the most urgent thing. Speaker 2: Congressman Norman, I I represent 3 of the guys. Right? So it's for everybody that's you you may know it, but there is a system of looking at the video evidence that the DOJ has made available to defense lawyers and to the individuals. It's burdensome. It's unfair. It's terrible. It's nasty. It's terrible. It's hard work. And then congressman Loudermilk and his team have made it available to people that asked. I I've looked at it. I've gone in and looked at the video myself, Tucker Carlson, Julie Kelly, etcetera. It's very hard to do. I I sat in there for hours. You could turn it up to times 40, and you're trying to watch this thing whip past you. Right? And, and and they've been great. I I give Their staff a lot of encouragement, but I differ with the general here. I I think at a certain point, the sedition hunters are gonna find us anyway. Pelosi already gave the tapes to everybody anyway, or the FBI will give it to him tomorrow. So at this point, I don't we don't need 44,000, but there's tens. There's a 10000 hours that would reveal what went on. I sat and watched the pipe bomber. We haven't even mentioned the pipe bomber. The 2 major political parties were told faced hot bombs that didn't go off the hour after they were set The night of January 5th and somehow were discovered the next day. Hot bombs. They say they were real bombs. The ATF told us that. You go on there and you can watch the videos. You can see the pipe bomber. The FBI is lying. The pipe bomber didn't I don't think they went to Virginia. There's a car behind another car on c Street next to the Capitol Hill Club. The bomber goes in and out of the car. No one's talked about it. You can go look at it yourselves. It's marked. We tagged it. My point is we need more eyes on this so that more people can find out who was there. Congressman Sessions has asked DOJ in his capacity on one of the committees to tell us who the undercover agents and agents are. They're refusing. You guys know that. So let's let it out there, and let's let the public figure out who the people are, and we'll know every ray abs from here to Long Beach, California and back. And the and justice will be served because they won't stop if they can keep hiding. If they can keep hiding, we'll never know who did what.

"I do not want to see anyone end up like Matthew Perna."

Rep Greene invited @TaylerUSA Hansen to speak, who describes confusion as riot munitions hurt people further back in the crowd from the frontline on January 6. Hansen says he recognized a woman there from Portland "affiliated with Antifa." He says he wasn't asked by USCP, MPD, or FBI about the death of Ashli Babbitt, which he witnessed close-up. He believes an attempt by law enforcement to set up an in person meeting was trying to "entrap me."

Taylor Hanson, an independent journalist and field reporter, witnessed the events of January 6th at the Capitol. He initially went to document what he believed would be left-wing violence. He followed a group that breached the initial barriers and witnessed law enforcement's use of concussion grenades, which hit innocent people in the crowd. He described the police reaction as unlike anything he had seen before. Hanson also mentioned the presence of Antifa members in the crowd, including one he recognized from Portland. He stated that he was not questioned by the January 6th committee and that the FBI showed no interest in Ashley Babbitt's death, focusing instead on his connection to John Sullivan. Hanson experienced harassment and had his phones hacked.

Speaker 0: And I would like to Taylor Hanson is here today and, if someone would mind letting him sit in. Taylor, could you give just a brief bio about yourself? And I invited Taylor here today because Taylor's an eyewitness and videoed Ashley Babbitt's murder. And I invited him here today because I I wanted him to be able to talk about it. First Speaker 1: off, thank you guys for having me. Thank you guys for having me now that the button works. My name is Taylor Hanson. I'm an independent journalist and field reporter. I was there on January 6th to document, what I believe was going to be left wing violence, due to the constant pattern of the Maga million march and people, you know, being violently attacked by left wing organizations. So, you know, I showed up to the capital. I was at the Ellipse and the The next thing I knew, you know, I overheard a group, this is around, I want to say 12/20, talking about, hey, we're going to form a group, we're going to the capital early, you know, we're going to march in a few minutes. So I thought that was kind of suspicious and naturally I just followed them. And this group actually ended up being the very first group to Breach the initial barriers, this group had Ray Epps in it, had Ryan Samsel in it amongst many other people. And after those first initial barriers were actually breached, there was almost I would say about 10 to 15 minutes of people just gathering, you know, in this area And when you're behind, you couldn't even tell what was going on. You know, you're a 100 people behind. You can't tell what's going on right in front of you. So there's just surge of people continuously pushing in and I'm at the very front and I can see this everybody's being peaceful at this moment and that's when as the crowd forms, you know people are singing the national anthem people are being patriotic they're doing their due rights and protesting they're you know doing their First Amendment rights Speaker 0: Can I pause you for one second? Was President Trump still speaking at the Ellipse at this time? Speaker 1: By the time the Capitol was breached Trump was still speaking. Yes. Speaker 0: Okay. I'm sorry. You can continue. Speaker 1: And, that's when the 1st concussion grenade flew over my head and deep into the crowd And I noticed this hit children that were in the crowd. It hit, elderly people. It hit women. And at that moment, the tone completely changed. It was a complete 180. And I've covered, you know, all their 2020 riots. I was on the ground consistently. I have still to this day never seen a reaction of law enforcement like they did that you know, I would say that they did start it. That's not a common reoccurrence from what I've seen at these riots or these protests and that first initial grenade went by and then it was just a barrage of grenades. I lost counts. I had to put people out that were on fire. People have holes in their cheeks from rubber munitions that weren't being violent. They were standing back and that's when the initial crowd was pushed even farther from the crowd surge. A man named Derek Vargo was pushed off the side of the ledge as he was going up the wall and that caused almost a stampede of sorts. And we went up the stairs. I recall going up the stairs with everybody And there was these double doors that were wide open, and people were just flowing in. There was 3 cops in sight as I arrived to the top of the capitol, they were directly to the right of me. I entered in the west wing door, and they were just standing around. They were drinking water, handing out water bottles to people, to protesters actually. And you know, I remember going into the Capitol, walking down the hallway. Everybody's chanting, stop, steal, no violence yet. I haven't seen pretty much anything Speaker 0: and accept violence Speaker 1: from the police. And I had seen people fighting back and you did have the occasional person in the crowd with a gas mask that was Identifiable. I actually have a video of someone that I recognize from my time reporting in Portland, Oregon, that is affiliated with Antifa. Speaker 0: What is his name? Speaker 1: I don't have her identity. Speaker 0: Okay. Speaker 1: But I recognized her and I said, oh, hey. You're from Portland. I recognize you. This is all on video and she nods her head and then kind of brushes me off Hurry and runs and then she's later seen setting up what seems to be a shot of 1 of her other friends that was there also Committing violence against the police. Speaker 0: And let me ask you another. Okay, just just a little further. You covered all the Antifa and BLM riots across the country. Was Antifa in the crowd that day and could you speak to their involvement can we just go a little longer for this? Yeah, I Speaker 1: mean they were unequivocally without a doubt in the crowd that day I mean you have multiple of them that are based in DC and Portland that all talked about it on Twitter about how they were there and nothing is going to happen to them essentially. Speaker 0: And there's evidence of this. Speaker 1: Yeah, there's evidence Speaker 0: There's video evidence, social media posts. Speaker 1: Social media posts. That's where the majority of them were posted to was Twitter. Speaker 0: Have were you ever questioned by the January 6th committee? Speaker 1: No. I actually reached out multiple occasions more times than I can count because I was a witness to what I would argue one of the most significant deaths in American history. I wasn't investigated by MPD, not even interviewed by their homicide team by the Capitol Police. When the FBI talked to me they had no interest in what happened to Ashley Babbitt. All they wanted to talk about was John Sullivan and my connection to him, which was, you know, a very peculiar thing and they tried to set up an in person meeting with me. And of course, it wasn't what it was supposed to be. They were trying to entrap me. I had 2 phones hacked and basically completely wiped. And amongst that, I mean, the harassment has just been nonstop. Speaker 0: Thank you.

Speaker 0: I spent some time and I focus I spoke a lot of my time on the shooting of, and the killing of Ashley Babin. I document this very well. I was probably one of the first. I think, Paul, you said it as well. I believe Ashley Babbitt was murdered that day. Now you say, well, how could you say that? I said, well, I'm a sheriff. I I've had deputies shoot and kill people. I've had my own deputies shot, killed. The point is, I know a little bit about use of force. And what disturbed me about that investigation into lieutenant Byrd is it never went to a grand jury. You want to have the vote of confidence of the American people send every law enforcement shooting justified, questionable, whatever. Send it to a grand jury. It never went to a grand jury. Most of the people in the Capitol Police will even tell you. They'll tell you that, hey, this was a quick investigation. Lieutenant Byrd and I hope when we have a new president in 2 years that he goes to a grand jury. That shooting should go to a grand jury. And that's my commitment to you, Ashley, to miss Babbitt. If I can do anything, that should go to a grand jury at a minimum.

Speaker 0: I wanna go back to those to those, videotapes. A picture is worth a 1,000 words, do they? Correct. Yes. They're all going to come after us regardless. Yes, sir. So it seems to me like we ought to be making this good push and and maybe turn the tide. And for example, how about bounty? Make everybody deputies. Look, Look in those, those tapes as to people that are undercover in TFA. The pipe bomber? Absolutely. And What was the comment, about fear? You know, freedoms aren't free. You're going to have to stand up for them. We have tyranny right now in Washington, DC. We occupy 1 third of the federal government. And I think that we have to get smart. Video tapes got to come out. You have to employ America. Right. And we need to hold people accountable. Maybe we can do that in the budgetary process. Go by the whole rule or line by line by line. Take somebody's salary down to $1. I've done it. I was the last person to do it with Mark Gabriel. But you're right, time's up. And this is the biggest assault. They used Alinsky's rule for radicals against all of us. Why do they hate Donald Trump? Because he's Speaker 1: They weaponized those rules into government. Ahead. But may I say congressman Gosar, as to the video, the DOJ already is using the video to target our people. They When they want to, they find Brandon Straka. He he I mean, he's gonna be in a little bit kind. He's famous, and they targeted him clearly. There's all sorts of and and my my opinion would be Sedition hunters and others, that's an extension of the DOJ in terms of their their mindset. On our side, we do need citizens, Citizen journalists to rise up and say, there's the other ray ups. This guy is a a a cop of, who's in undercover. Over. You know, we have those reports. We have video that shows people putting on wristbands that we could in this case, if it is such A travesty, and the left says it is and we agree, then let's get to the bottom of it. We're not gonna do it by waiting for DOJ to form a task force, to take it up. It's not gonna happen.

As the J6 Field Hearing ended, @BrandonStraka testified to another grievance: He describes that he believes J6 defendants should have their case jurisdiction released from DC, but also sentencing jurisdiction, meaning probation is overseen by DC judges rather than home state.

Speaker 0: I I do before we adjourn, want to thank all of our panelists who have attended. There is work to do now and what we have drawn into sharp relief from all of you and from my colleagues here is that we have to use the power of legislation. We have to use the power of appropriations riders. We have to use the power of the Holman rule as doctor for Gosarsted to look at specific bureaucrats, who have turned against their their oath and we may have to use the powers of impeachment and, you know, congresswoman Green and I believe strongly in that when it is necessary and and we've taken action on that and we have work to do to persuade, some of our colleagues and we endeavor to do that and we're certain that, the conversations you've had with us will will help focus is the congress on some critical issues. Before we conclude, David Summerall, has traveled here and, represents the Stop Hate Organization. I understand, mister Summerall, that you have, you you have a a number of pieces of it. I'm I'm just recognizing you. I'm not I'm not recognizing you. I don't I'm not gonna I'm not gonna interrogate your questions, but I I did wanna Thank you for coming. And I do understand that, there's a number of pieces of evidence that you'd like to share and we're gonna have our colleagues, review that and, the evidentiary work continues, the legislative work continues, the oversight work continues, and, we certainly are glad that you've all been here to share this today. Speaker 1: Would it be possible to make a quick point before we adjourn? Speaker 0: Certainly. Speaker 1: Very briefly. Because Jerry very well pointed out, it's been pointed out the issue with jurisdiction. One thing I'd like you to know is not only are they not releasing jurisdiction of these cases, they're not releasing jurisdiction of our sentencing. So for any of us, even if we've plead guilty to, in my case, A class B misdemeanor, which my attorney told me is akin to playing your music too loud on a Friday night. Well, my, my, I was sentenced to 3 months of house arrest and 3 years of federal probation. But even my federal probation is not being released, which my probation officer has told me Incredibly atypical. Typically, they would release my jurisdiction, my sentencing to my state or any of the state. So if God forbid, any of us have to Go before a judge again during the course of our probation, it would be a judge in our local jurisdiction. But the judges in DC are maintaining jurisdiction, and even our sentencing, including these incredibly long, probation periods. So that's something you should know as well. Speaker 0: That's very, I was unaware of that. Yes, very helpful and it's worthy of review. Speaker 1: And the final point that I'd like to make is also about the plea deals, because this is a huge thing too. I believe as an American citizen, We're supposed to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Unfortunately, the standard is so low. In my case, my I didn't it didn't even go before a grand jury. I was arrested on what's the complaint, meaning 1 FBI agent went to 1 judge and requested an emergency order to have me arrested And told the judge we'd like to charge him with this felony and this felony and this felony, and the judge said, just absolutely go get him. And at that point, when when presented with the options For me, I made the decision to take a plea deal. But I just wanna be clear. If we actually had a a legal system in which prosecutors were required to prove their case before bringing charges against people, this wouldn't be happening either. Speaker 0: Absolutely. Thank you all for taking the time to come here. We apologize for some of the scheduling delays and hobgoblins that arise, during congressional votes, but this has been a highly productive endeavor. The FBI works for Joe Biden, and if those tapes go out there, and @SeditionHunters can spend 24/7 using their facial recognition software, then they're going to hunt down, they're going to dox, and they're going to reveal more people and turn them in." "And then Matthew Graves, who is a pathetic excuse for a US attorney, is going to harness his entire office to arrest more people, and they're going to rot in jail to be abused by someone called Kathleen Landerkin, the Deputy Warden here at the DC jail, who hates white men, hates President Trump and hates people that went in the Capitol on January 6." "That's the reality of the situation. I hope the truth comes out for everyone, but I don't want to see anyone rot in jail anymore that just walked through an open door." "And I don't want to see anyone see the same fate as Matthew Perna who committed suicide under extreme persecution."

The speaker discusses the lack of evidence sharing within the FBI and contradicts Christopher Wray's testimony. They believe history has been misrepresented, citing the FBI's knowledge of the pipe bomber and the January 6th committee's failure to question certain witnesses. They claim that the committee hired Hollywood producers and mainstream media to shape their narrative. The speaker also expresses concerns about the release of tapes, fearing that it could lead to more arrests and mistreatment of individuals in jail. They hope for the truth to come out and do not want to see anyone suffer unjustly.

Speaker 0: We're trying to correct history. We, we've put on evidence here today from some of the FBI whistleblowers that I've been interviewing. And they really showcase the extent to which the FBI wouldn't even share evidence with the FBI. It's a crazy story to me. When the Boston field offices to the Washington field office well, gosh. If you want us to predicated investigations. Will you show us the evidence that would showcase any criminal conduct? And the Washington field office said that they wouldn't share information with the Boston field office because of their confidential human sources, and those who undercover agents who were involved on that day. And that runs in stark contrast to the testimony that Christopher Wray gave before the Congress. So where there is a misstatement of history or where there is, evidence that contradicts what was a prevailing narrative, we feel an obligation to put it forward and let the American people assigned. Yeah. Speaker 1: I would I would wait. I would I would I would add one more thing. I think history has been a lie. I think that's a big problem. The FBI knows who the pipe bomber is. They they had his car on camera, his tag on camera, and they never went and and arrested that Person. But yet they put up a wanted, information all over their website. I would also say that history has been a lie. There's a person here, Taylor Hanson, that was an eyewitness to Ashley Babbitt's murder, had it on video, and the January 6th committee never questioned him. There's another person here, David that has stopped hate. His organization has the largest collection of video evidence outside of the capital's, videos that we have here. I would say that history has been a lie because the January 6th committee run by the Democrats hired Hollywood producers in. And and mainstream media to put on a show to tell their narrative of January 6th when the real truth is Nancy Pelosi Ignored the intelligence and refused to secure the capital and have the National Guard here. What we're trying to do is we're trying to correct the record So that history tells the truth. And that's the most important thing that we can do. To your question about the tapes, that's a question for Speaker Kevin McCarthy. I have no authority over them. Matt Gates has no authority over them. I, of course, want everyone to see the tapes, but I will tell you the Department of Justice works for Joe Biden. The FBI works for Joe Biden. And if those tapes go out there and sedition hunters can spend 24/7 using their facial recognition software, then they're going to hunt down. They're going to docs, And they're going to reveal more people and turn them in. The DOJ is absolutely corrupt to its core—just look at my hearing yesterday afternoon. Three legal experts revealed to me that they had never seen the DOJ re-prosecute someone that had already been granted clemency. The DOJ is weaponizing its powers to target conservatives.

Speaker 0: Does let me ask each of you, does it happen all the time as the gentleman just said, where a president grants a clemency or a commutation and then the DOJ says we're gonna go back, reinvigorate our prosecution against that person? Does that happen? I I did as much research as I could and I cannot find a single instance of DOJ reprosecuting a commutation. Not a single case. Mister Osler, did you find any case? You were of any case. As I said, I didn't do a systemic check, but I don't know of 1. No, I understood the question to be about hung counts generally where you don't have a commutation. Right, but that is not what he that's not the conclusion he drew, right? And, Mr. Professor Berman? Speaker 0: Hi. My name is Brandon Straka. I created the WalkAway campaign, the movement of people walking away from the Democratic Party. Thank you. Speaker 1: Well done, my man. Speaker 0: Thank you. Speaker 1: You created it. Speaker 0: I created it. I'm the OG. Speaker 1: Alright. I love that. Speaker 0: Yeah. Over the last couple of years, Nearly a 1000000 people have joined the movement. We have tens of thousands of people who have created video and written testimonials telling their stories about walking away. I might be a little bit biased, but I believe it's one of the most powerful and impactful grassroots movements happening in the conservative movement. I also think it's the most exciting thing. Despite this fact, the RNC has never acknowledged the walkaway campaign or the walkaway movement or any of the work that we've done. And no Republican presidential candidate has acknowledged the Walkaway campaign. So I'd like to extend the opportunity for you to be the first Republican presidential candidate to acknowledge walk away and the I'd love the opportunity to interview you someday if that would be possible. Amen. We're in. Speaker 1: Thank you. And congratulations for what you're doing. You're welcome. Recognize this man for his efforts. I appreciate that. Speaker 0: And if I may say quickly, Because of the success of Walk Away, I was targeted on January 6th. I was raided by the FBI, arrested and thrown in jail. I did not enter the capital on January 6th. I did not commit any violence, vandalism, theft or destruction, but my life was torn apart by United States Department of Justice and the FBI. And the the majority of my case was a complete and total lie. I was put in a position where I had To take a plea deal as opposed to going along with going to trial and potentially facing years in prison for things I did not do. I'm pretty sure that you will answer the question that you would pardon j 6, prisoners, but I'd like to take it a step Further, and ask because a lot of Republicans have stated that they would or the candidates have stated with the Speaker 1: Only 2, but yes. I'm one of them. Speaker 0: Right. What I have a problem with is that a lot of them add the the caveat if people didn't really do anything wrong. The problem I have with this set is I have yet to meet meet a Republican in leadership who knows any of the details of any January 6th case Or why people pleaded guilty to crimes that they did not commit. So will you please take the time to learn why people plead guilty to crimes that they didn't commit? Speaker 1: Amen. I so you have my commitment on that. This one gets under my skin because this goes to the heart of why we have they put in the first amendment for a reason. The First Amendment. It's the reason why I don't know if there was gonna walk in tonight. Every time a protester walks into the room here. Many events. It's happened. I traveled college campus across this country with 1200 kids that showed up in 24 hours notice in UT Austin on my way to the southern border. Not all of them agreed with me. We got protests at campuses when we show up. I give them the microphone, even if we disagree, because that's the American way. You tell people they cannot speak. That is when they scream. You tell people they cannot scream. That is when they tear things down. And our founding fathers understood that As well as we ought to today. So I've actually been very clear. I don't do the wishy washy stuff. Anybody for whom there is no evidence of physical violence j 6 protesters who were peaceful. That is no evidence of violence. They will get a pardon on day 1 of my administration. Speaker 0: Thank you. Speaker 1: That's the answer. Speaker 0: Thank you. Thank you. Speaker 0: I was very heartened by your discussion of site visits to our prisons to get, firsthand understanding of what's going on there. Sometimes members of congress have had challenges doing that. Could you give us some advice if if we wanted to glean those benefits and get that firsthand, experience. But what's the best way for us to go about that with your team? Speaker 1: Thank you, congressman. So if you have your team reach out to our office of legislative affairs, we will be Happy to make that arrangement. Speaker 0: Thank you so much. Does the Bureau of Prisons retaliate against people based on political on on constitutionally protected speech? Speaker 1: I have been very clear that retaliation will not be stood for on my watch. Speaker 0: And and you're confident that that's being observed throughout the bureau? Speaker 1: I'm confident that message has been delivered, and if anyone engages in retaliation, we will hold them accountable. Speaker 0: Are you familiar with the matter of John Strand? Speaker 1: That name is not familiar to me right now. Speaker 0: So mister Strand was a witness at a hearing that we had, regarding some of the civil rights concerns of people who'd interacted with the Department of Justice in January 6, matters. He was convicted, sentenced in his at FCI Miami, and I'd received word that he had been placed into enhanced confinement and into higher acuity, secure securing, as a consequence of information that others had put out on his Twitter feed. So is that something you does that ring a bell to you? Speaker 1: Congressman, I wouldn't be able to speak to an individual's, circumstances regarding their behavior inside our institutions. What I can assure you Is that if an individual is placed in our special housing units, it would be for conduct that happened inside the institution. Speaker 0: So is what's a special housing unit? Speaker 1: Is that Special housing unit is one of our restrictive housing placements that could include disciplinary segregation, protective custody, and would house individuals that either were at harm to harm their themselves or others Or had actually engaged in misbehavior inside our institutions. Speaker 0: What what I'm worried about is that Mr. Strand gave us testimony about some of his concerns, and as you know, people give us testimony. We sort through what's right and wrong and should be acted on and shouldn't be acted on. It's not gospel. It's just testimony. But then thereafter, People were posting on some of his social media platforms as concerns about the treatment he'd received at the bureau, and then I sent a letter to you Concerned about that because like you, I don't want anyone retaliated against for a constitutionally protected speech. And and thereafter, I got a letter back from the aforementioned office of legislative affairs in your office, and they say, in part, mister Strand was moved to a secure housing unit with increased supervision and frequent employee contact on September 26, 2023, pending completion of an investigation. So I guess my question is When when someone is that, like, akin to what we would normally think about as solitary confinement, those words, secure housing unit with increased supervision and frequent employee contact? Speaker 1: We would use the word restrictive housing. Speaker 0: Okay. So what's this then? Because this guy's a non he was never violent toward anyone, so I'm just wondering why the the assets that we fund for the highest acuity violent people would be used for this purpose. Speaker 1: Congressman, we use that, special housing unit for individuals that, engage in any sort of misconduct inside our institutions. I don't know what he he was found to be guilty of by our hearings administrative process that would warrant his, need to go into restrictive housing, but I assure you, we have administrative processes that people have to go through before those Placements actually occur. Speaker 0: Yeah. I I get that you you can't know the conditions of every single prisoner throughout the bureau. This is one I've ripened and sent to you because I'm worried that throughout our d o our department of justice and and what we've endured that there are some people who are sort of being used as pawns, and they're being mistreated in order to send a message to other people. And I'm grateful that you've said here that is not your doctrine. You don't want to see that happen, you also haven't been able to share with us an entire confidence that that isn't happening in some cases, and I'm worried that it's it's happening here. Have you heard of the matter of Owen Shrayer? Speaker 1: No. That name is not familiar to you. Speaker 0: Very similar fact pattern. You know, somebody who'd sort of spoken out, was was prominent in the public, was convicted as a consequence of activities on January 6th, and now feels as though there's specific bureau of prison retaliation. I don't think any group of people should be retaliated again, so I look forward taking you up on the offer to perhaps go and, and and do some site visits and and see how people are being treated and get that information directly. So I I hope I get prompt cooperation from OLA.

The first trials are gonna get a lot of attention. Yes. It's like anniversaries. At the first one is a big deal. They did a really Speaker 1: big deal. Then you're saying Alright. Right. Speaker 0: No one's gonna care after the Democrats out Speaker 1: of power. Right. Speaker 0: And then take Biden out of office, then who cares? If you drag it out longer, I wouldn't go first for a trial because DC is Speaker 1: a lot of people who work for the government. Right. And it's a lot Speaker 0: of people who work for the government. Speaker 1: Right. And it's Speaker 0: a lot of I don't think I'm sympathetic. Speaker 1: Motion is signed by the judge. Yes. Yes. But then but but there might be more favorable up the line. You know, we go to the I'm not gonna be the decision of appeal to the Supreme Court. They might say, wait a second. You're do you have politicians every night comparing it to Pearl Harbor, 911 That was just Speaker 0: deep. Deep. These are under siege. Speaker 1: Had the natural budget for 7 months. If you live there, you're like, I don't yeah. I do. I felt compelled to reach out to you regarding the January 6 victims, as their plight is too significant to overlook. The ongoing actions by the Biden administration and the DOJ represent a troubling abuse of power, threatening our constitutional rights and chilling political speech. I urge you to take decisive action to restore Due Process and Equal Protection, releasing all J6 defendants and halting current prosecutions. Additionally, I advocate for a blanket pardon and a formal declaration of innocence for those unjustly accused. My commitment to justice for these patriots remains unwavering.

@JohnStrandUSA - John Strand

Dear President @realDonaldTrump: I felt compelled to write directly to you about the plight of January 6 victims, and because this travesty is far too grave to be lost in the shuffle—you are the busiest man on earth, for which we are supremely grateful—I took the liberty of sharing this publicly. I pray you will forgive the impertinence, and I pray others will ensure you can receive this message. I don’t need to convince you of this, but the J6 witch hunt carried out by the Biden/Merrick Garland DOJ—still continuing this very moment—is a brazenly politicized weaponization of the government against American citizens, including yourself. I am unaware of any precedent for such an egregious abuse of government power at this scale in our nation’s history—it is an enormous and eternal stain on our national legacy as “One Nation Under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All.” It is also a terrifying shift toward totalitarianism, chilling political speech and making it crystal clear to citizens that if they dare to criticize their government, they face a very real threat of prison and the total destruction of their lives. This is only made worse by mounting evidence of government actors having conspired and participated in the setup and facilitation of unfortunate events that transpired on that fateful day, and the nation is watching @RepLoudermilk and @RepClayHiggins closely, with expectation that our Congress will properly perform its oversight duties to secure a comprehensive investigation and transparent findings on these deeply concerning issues. We also expect @PamBondi and @Kash_Patel to immediately support those efforts, and to ensure the truth is revealed and those truly guilty of crimes are caught, prosecuted, and punished appropriately (see: @Liz_Cheney, @AdamSchiff, et. al.) But regardless of those findings, what is abundantly clear already is that the current Merrick Garland/Matthew Graves DOJ, in obvious cooperation with the D.C. district courts, has obliterated Due Process and Equal Protection guarantees enshrined in our Constitution, among many other horrendous acts of malice and deceit that are wildly unethical, and in many cases illegal. This has resulted in two extremely serious problems, both of which require courageous leadership and executive authority that only you, Mr. President, can provide. The first problem is the Constitutional crisis presented by this DOJ and D.C. Courts debacle; if we do not enforce Due Process and Equal Protection, then our Constitution is a dead letter, and our Republic will perish. On this basis alone, *ALL* J6 defendants must be immediately released, and *ALL* current J6 prosecutorial actions by the Garland DOJ must be halted. You can accomplish this on Day One with executive orders. The second problem is no less urgent, and that is the incredible suffering of J6 victims and their families. The damage to these citizens is literally incalculable; suffice it to say their lives, current and future, are utterly destroyed. The worst part is, most of them are truly, ENTIRELY innocent; they had zero criminal intent, and in fact were bravely participating in a sacred civic duty with the ostensible protection of the explicit provisions of the First Amendment. Mr. President, I cannot urge you strongly enough to recognize the unique opportunity and responsibility you have in this moment to restore both the First Amendment along with the entire Bill of Rights, and the innocent J6ers who should have been shielded by it. To do this, you must dismantle the nefarious and exceedingly perilous false narrative of a “violent insurrection” by making a formal declaration of the truth: that all defendants have been harmed by Constitutional violations, and ALSO that most defendants have been falsely smeared as “violent” when those allegations are routinely bogus and/or manipulated by a wildly corrupt DOJ and others. Therefore, along with this crucial declaration, you can do what is right and just by issuing *two* very different, very important, “pardons” related to J6 defendants. The first is a simple blanket pardon of mercy offered to *all* current defendants based on broad constitutional violations. But for those who had no criminal intent and committed no overt destructive act (self-defense in scuffles initiated by police abuse-of-force, which was prevalent and well documented, obviously does not qualify)—and this is true of the vast majority of defendants—they are truly innocent victims of a historic government-driven tragedy, and they MUST be made whole again with a proclamation-style “Pardon of Innocence” that nullifies all J6-related legal action against them, with complete expungement of any criminal record, and a formal statement establishing their innocence, exemplary patriotism, and historic suffering on behalf of their country, along with a recommendation or executive order mandating restitution to restore them from the severe damages and suffering they have sustained. I pray once again, Mr. President, that you will forgive my boldness; but I could never forgive myself if I retreated even slightly from doing everything in my power to help rescue these bravest of patriots who have unjustly suffered more than most could possibly imagine. Sadly, I don’t have to imagine, because I personally endured some of the worst of it, including a horrific saga of wildly illegal isolation abuse. Your son @DonaldJTrumpJr saw me testify to this. That experience has only galvanized my resolve to pursue justice, relentlessly, until it has been fully served, and to continue serving my country in whatever manner God may call me to in the coming months. I wish to thank you for your bold choice in previously nominating the stalwart @MattGaetz who has been a tremendous ally in our fight for #JusticeForJ6 and I know Mr. Gaetz, along with myself and other advocates, stand ready to serve our country alongside you in carrying out this critical endeavor to restore the Constitution and the many J6 patriots who fought, suffered, and died for it. Speaker 0: We have got to get to finish the proceedings. Speaker 1: USA. USA. Speaker 2: USA. Senator Schumer is at a secure location, and they're locked down Speaker 0: in the senate. There has to be some way we Speaker 3: can maintain the sense that people have that there's, some security or some confidence that government can function and that we can elect the president of the United States. Did we go back into session? Speaker 2: We did go back into session, but now, apparently, everybody on the floor is putting on tear gas masks to prepare for a breach. Well, I'm trying to get more information. They're putting on their tear gas masks. Speaker 4: I can't. Speaker 5: We need a area for the house members. They're all walking over now through the tunnel. Speaker 0: Bring her out. Speaker 1: Bring her out. Out there. It's a week. Speaker 0: Hey. What's coming in if you don't bring her out? Speaker 1: I'm gonna call up the effing secretary of DOD. We have some senators who are still in their hideaways. They need massive personnel now. Can you get the Maryland National Guard to come too? Speaker 3: I have something to say, mister secretary. Well, I'm gonna call the the mayor of Washington DC right now and see what, other outreach she has, other police departments as that leader lawyer has mentioned. Hi, governor. This is Nancy. Governor, I don't know if you had been approached about the, Virginia National Guard. Mister Hoyer was connect speaking to, governor Hogan, but I still think you probably need the okay of the, the federal government in order to come into another jurisdiction. Speaker 1: Thank you. The cemetery of the army. Speaker 0: Oh my gosh. Speaker 3: They're just breaking windows. They're doing all all kinds. It's really that somebody they said somebody was shot. It's just it's just horrendous and all at the instigation of the president of the United States. Speaker 1: Any national Speaker 3: Okay. Thank you, governor. I appreciate what you're doing. And if you don't mind, I'd like to stay in touch. Thank you. Speaker 0: Okay. Thank you. So Speaker 1: Virginia Guard has been called in. Speaker 3: You're not just talking to governor Northam. And what he said is they sent 200 of state police and a unit of the National Guard. They're breaking windows and going in, obviously, ransacking our offices and all the rest of that. That's nothing. The concern we have about personal Speaker 1: car Safety. Speaker 3: Personal safety is it just transcends everything. But the fact is, on any given day, they're breaking the law in many different ways. And and quite frankly, much of it at the instigation of the president of the United States. And now, if if he could could at least, somebody Speaker 1: Yeah. Why don't you get the president to tell them to leave the capital, mister attorney general, and your law enforcement responsibility? A public statement they should all leave. USA USA USA USA USA USA USA. This cannot be just we're waiting for so and so. We need them there now, whoever you got. Speaker 4: You have Okay. You also have troops. This is steady Hoyer troops. Speaker 3: Okay. So we have a to Speaker 0: make that decision. Speaker 4: Andrews Air Force Base. Alright. Other military bases. Speaker 3: Thank you. Speaker 1: We need Speaker 4: active duty, national guard. How soon in the future can you have the place evacuated, clothing, cleaned out? Speaker 0: Well, Judge Prescents just Prescents for a moment it was the ring bomb Speaker 2: or the lighthouse or some other entity Speaker 3: that was under siege. Speaker 0: And let me say, you can go just as we get people there as you make the plan. Speaker 3: We're trying to figure out how we can get this job done today. We talked to Mitch about it earlier. He's not in the room right now, but he was with us earlier, and said, you know, we want to expedite this and hopefully, they could confine it to just one complaint, Arizona. And then we could vote and and that would be, you know, then just move forward with the rest of the state. The overriding wish is to do it at the capitol. What we are being told very directly is it's gonna take days for the capitol to be okay again. We've gotten Speaker 0: a very bad report about the condition Speaker 3: of of the house floor with defecation and all that kind of thing as well. I don't think that that's hard to clean up, but I do think it is, more from a security standpoint of making sure that everybody is out of the building, and how long will that take? Speaker 0: I just got off with the vice president. Speaker 1: And I got off with the vice president-elect. 1st of all, I'm telling Speaker 0: you. Okay. Speaker 3: But what we left the conversation with because he said he had the impression from Mitch that Mitch wants to get everybody back to do it there. Speaker 1: Yes. Speaker 3: I said, well, we're getting a counterpoint that is we could take time, to clean up the poo poo that they're making all over them, literally and figuratively, in the Capitol and that, that it may take days to get back. Speaker 5: And so I'm at the Capitol building. I'm literally standing with, the chief of police of, of the US Capitol Police. He just informed me what you will hear through official channels, Mueller, Maker, Sergeant, and Arms. We'll inform you that their best information is that they believe that the house and the senate will be able, to reasonably be in roughly an hour. Speaker 1: Good news. Speaker 0: Thank you very much, mister Vice President. Have Speaker 5: a good

As I know you are keen to promote truth and transparency, and you loathe censorship and those who use it to exploit the innocent, I am writing this in a humble and even desperate plea for your help in raising awareness of this historic government crime against the people. I attended a space where four survivors of the January 6 ordeal shared their experiences. The physical and psychological torture they endured is unimaginable. First-time nonviolent offenders were separated from their families, placed in solitary confinement, and stripped of basic rights. Their stories are heartbreaking and infuriating, revealing a troubling reality in the U.S. I urge everyone to listen to them; it changes your perspective on our government. While pardons are necessary, accountability is crucial to prevent further abuse of power.

@DefiyantlyFree - Insurrection Barbie

I was in a space tonight where I heard 4 people who survived the J6 ordeal speak. I don’t think people understand what kind of physical and psychological torture was done to these people. People who committed misdemeanors, who were first time nonviolent offenders were ripped away from their families, their children and their loved ones. They were thrown into solitary confinement for months at a time. No phone calls. No letters. No lawyers. They were debanked, deplatformed. They were put on a terror watch list. Permanently. Every single time they fly they get flagged and made a spectacle out of every airport. One of these people had their son on a terrorist watchlist, he was two years old at the time. These are people who are guilty of parading or trespassing. Listening to their stories is heartbreaking and also extremely infuriating. Because this didn’t happen in some third world hell hole. This happened in the United States of America. Where we now have a class of political prisoners. This happened in the United States of America. And nobody could do anything to stop an out of control judicial system, and an even worse bureau of prisons. Republican members of Congress, have you heard these people’s stories? Have you heard what they’ve had to endure? What their families had to endure? What they are still going through over a freaking misdemeanor? I really urge people to listen to their stories because after you listen to them, you will never see our government in the same light. Pardons are great. Very necessary. But these people have been to hell and back and there better be a whole lot of accountability. Otherwise, it’s only a matter of time before you or I are next. Because you see that’s how tyranny works. That’s how abuse of power works.

@DefiyantlyFree - Insurrection Barbie

And I’m not a person who is unaware of what was done on J6. I have watched documentaries, I have read everything by people who have covered this extensively. But hearing them live in a space hits so different. Every single time.

I received paperwork from the BOP indicating that some rules were altered to psychologically torture me and isolate me from my family and attorneys. This was influenced by the Department of Justice, particularly the FBI and the Assistant US Attorney's Office, linked to my federal prosecutor, Jason Manning. In prison, a security officer intimidated me, asserting his control and dismissing my constitutional rights. I expressed my intention to abide by the rules while advocating for the truth about January 6th and my innocence. Despite my compliance, I was entrapped into breaking a rule regarding phone communication, which I was never informed about. After submitting my contacts, I was falsely accused of breaking the rules and subjected to four months of severe isolation abuse.

Speaker 0: I have paperwork from the BOP that that acknowledges that the reason that some of their rules were rearranged in order to clearly torture me psychologically and in horrendous physical conditions and in super isolation, meaning totally cut off from all contact with my family and attorneys for an extended period of time. That was happening because of the fascist fingers of the Department of Justice, specifically the FBI and the AUSA, Assistant US Attorney's Office, which I believe traces back to Mr. Jason Manning, the actual federal prosecutor who prosecuted me at trial and put me into that prison in the first place. Speaker 1: So what rules did they rearrange for you? What happened to you? Speaker 0: In prison, I was pulled aside in this office with no one in it with a gentleman who worked for the security division of the prison who basically said, do you know who I am? Because I know who you are and I'm watching you. I said, I don't know who you are. I'm not surprised that you know who I am because that's become pretty well known at this point. And he said, well, let me break this down for you. I know you are all big on constitutional rights and talking a big first amendment game and this and that, but this is my kingdom and I rule here. So you better get that straight real fast. And clear intimidation, but I Speaker 1: wanna I'm sorry, the constitution applies to prisoners as well, sir, but go ahead. Speaker 0: Oh, it's supposed to. But, you know, the our founding fathers called the constitution a parchment barrier. And, there's a reason they use that terminology. It it's only gonna hold so far as the men holding that parchment have the integrity to understand what it means and how it's supposed to be applied. Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. So So he threatens you basically, he threatens you. Speaker 0: Oh, absolutely. Well, I told him, I said, sir, I am not looking to cause trouble. I know you're in charge here and I wanna abide by whatever your rules are. Please just explain them to me, but I do have a first amendment and I plan to continue exercising it. I don't have a bone to pick at this point with the prison. I wasn't there to complain about prison. I was there to continue highlighting the fraud of January 6th, the corruption of the DC court system, and the fact that I'm innocent and so are many other j sixers who I need to continue to advocate for. And I'll do that from prison, it doesn't matter, I'm here to do a job. So I explained to him that me being in prison from my point of view was a deployment in service of my country as a political prisoner. And he was maybe agnostic on that, but basically said, I'm in charge. But he seemed to indicate like, okay, we can manage that. But he wasn't honest with me. And I was basically entrapped into supposedly breaking their rules about some technicality about the phone system, even though they broke their own rules by failing to give me the written rule book that explains all of these details, and then later said, Well, you broke this rule from page such and such in the rule book. And I said, What rule book? And they said, Didn't we give you that on day 1 because the policy stipulates we must do that? Nope, No rule book. I had no idea about this rule. The rule you told me was you have to submit the people you want to talk to on the prison communication systems controlled and monitored. Of course, I understood that. Submit those people and if we approve it, then you can talk to them. Well, I did that. I talked to them, and then they said you broke the rules. You're going in the hole. And then long story short, they disappeared me for 4 straight months of horrific isolation abuse.

The Government during the Biden Administration betrayed the public’s trust, weaponized the Department of Justice to target their political opponents, arrested peaceful protesters, and completely abused their positions of power. They should be held accountable. https://t.co/si4OCe9eJZ

Trust in the government is at an all-time low, particularly regarding institutions like the FBI. The Whitmer Fednapping Hoax and other scandals illustrate a pattern of government involvement and corruption, culminating in the events of January 6th, which I view as a pivotal moment in our history. There is substantial evidence suggesting government entrapment. It's a troubling situation, but with President Trump elected, we have a chance for change. It's crucial to get his cabinet approved, especially Kash Patel, and to pursue restorative justice for those affected by January 6th. I'm eager to discuss this further tonight.

Speaker 0: The government has never lacked more trust than it has at this moment in time and deservedly so. We have no reason to trust, our institutions, the government at large, the FBI particularly, the the the Whitmer Fednapping Hoax has been well documented and was a blueprint for what then happened on January 6th, and many other scandals just in the last few years. You know, you run out of memory to track all of these things. But today is the 4 year anniversary of the January 6th event. I call it our American Reichstag fire moment, where with all of the evidence we have of government involvement, entrapment and corruption, it's very clear that our government is not trustworthy and is an enemy of the people. It's a very concerning situation. Thank God we elected president Trump, but there is much work to be done getting his entire cabinet, installed and and approved and specifically with Kash Patel, that'll be key. And, restorative justice for the victims harmed January 6th, which is something I'm really excited to share with you guys tonight.

@RogerJStoneJr - Roger Stone

January 6 victims Jeremy Brown, Jonathan Mellis, and Ben Martin are still in custody because of legal dirty tricks by the corrupt Biden DOJ. I will not rest until these victims are free. In fact, I’m working on it right now. https://t.co/ckr4qnVpe4

The conversation begins with a claim that Joe Biden's pardons are invalid because they were signed by autopen, not personally. A participant argues that Trump's actions against the Jan. 6 Select Committee represent a personal vendetta and are unconstitutional. Another participant counters that accountability is necessary. The first participant responds by expressing disbelief at this perspective, emphasizing that Biden's pardons for those who stormed the Capitol and harmed police officers do not reflect accountability.

@stillgray - Ian Miles Cheong

Joe Biden’s pardons have all been rendered null and void. The autopen signed them. He did not. https://t.co/Z0ghql2JoL

@FedUpFed2025 - Rose Thorn

@stillgray See this for what it is, people! A PERSONAL VENDETTA Trump is going after the Jan. 6 Select Committee - duly elected members of Congress. This is not constitutional. This is not good for America.

@MissyKizzy - Missy Kizzy

@FedUpFed2025 @stillgray Or is it holding people accountable?

@FedUpFed2025 - Rose Thorn

You’ve got to be kidding. Seriously, what are you talking about? I don’t mind having a respectful discussion of differing opinions, but you’re starting from an alternate reality. This president pardoned everyone who stormed our nation’s capitol and injured 174 police officers. Is that accountability?

Democrat Congress members who trespassed, stormed a detention facility, and assaulted police should be expelled. The J6ers faced severe persecution for far less. If action isn't taken against these members, there's no reason to ask for votes or donations.

@VoteHarrisOut - Philip Anderson

The democrat Congress members who trespassed, stormed the detention facility, and assaulted the police must be expelled from Congress. The J6ers got persecuted to death for doing 1/100th of what these democrat congress members did. Either expel and arrest them or don’t bother asking for votes and donations.

Speaker 1 confirms understanding and says they can pull the card out, but if they’re going to finish the card they can pull it out for Q and A. Speaker 0 adds that they cannot say they want something; they can say they’ll call it, but they don’t know yet because not all the blue dogs are with them on this subject. They suggest looking at the words they’re using and ask what else is on the agenda. Speaker 1 says he’s finishing up. Speaker 2 shifts to discussing the ground and the plan: it was the plan they briefed on with the numbers, with stakeholders who have signed off on it. There is some anxiety about the president. Speaker 0 remarks that the president isn’t bad at the fourteenth. Speaker 2 clarifies that the individual in question was on their first choice before today, but not today; he has always been skeptical—always skeptical of some things. The speaker notes this person’s terrible relationships with the union and asserts that he has not been great in handling the coronavirus pandemic with the workforce. They acknowledge that he has done some good things, such as hiring well at the sort of third-tier rank and some operational improvements, but characterize him as not a strong leader. Speaker 0 adds that the person is, after all, a Secret Service guy. Speaker 2 continues: in their conversation with him immediately before this meeting, he was very transparent about what he thought of other states that he may order. He believes those states were underestimating the crowd size and underestimating the president’s influence on Saudi Arabia. The speaker notes that further announcing... (the thought trails off here).
