That is enough to thermally heat the tissue of your body. If we were to go 10 feet away, the exposure level does drop pretty good, 25,000 right there. The key with this is making sure that we're not close to this, like by the bed, by the crib, in your office, next to you. Let's move a little bit further and see. Here we are about 20 feet away or so, and we're down to a1000. The goal would be to get this into the green where it says slight here. We wanted a 10 microwatts per meter square.

And then I realized, oh, it's a smart meter. I moved my bedroom. I moved rooms. And, within like a day, my headaches that I was getting for about a month disappeared. So how to block it is, initially, I used thick aluminum foil with aluminum fly screen wire. And then I found that the signal was still getting through. So what I did is I bought this roll here of lead from Bunnings for $70 And I've wrapped 1 piece of lead around outside of the smart meter. And then with the 2 screws there, the smart meter just came out a little bit. I was able to get behind it and put, I think 3 or 4 lengths from up here all the way down across, to block it. And then, so this is a reading from outside. I'll go inside and I'll show you the reading from inside. So the reading from inside. The other option is you could get like a pitcher and put the lead on the back of the picture and then just hang a picture there if you didn't want to do the outside part and that's another way to do it as well.

Speaker 0: Cancer in the under fifties is rising twice as fast as in the elderly according to a major new study. Scientists think the sharp rise in The UK is due to unhealthy lifestyles in younger people, but say much more research is needed. Sunny Biddulph joins me now. What do the figures show, Sunny? Well, I think the first thing to say is that incidences of cancer across all age groups are increasing in The UK. And this is a study based on data from the late nineteen nineties until 2019, so over two decades. So it's a long period of time. But the biggest finding in this is that the higher amounts of cases of cancer are happening in the age group of 25 40 nine. So let me just take you through the figures. In this age group, there has been a twenty four percent increase in the number of cases. So that means about thirty five thousand under 50s are developing cancer each year, and that's around one hundred people a day. The second biggest rise was in the under-25s with an increase of sixteen percent. So again, in the younger generation. But we need to put this in context and say that overall cancer rates, as I've said, are going up across all age groups by thirteen percent. And ninety percent of cases are being diagnosed in those aged 50. What people want to know now, scientists want to know now, is why this is happening with younger people. So the thing they've all agreed on is that more research is needed. But many believe this has a lot to do with lifestyle. So being obese, not doing exercise, and crucially eating a lot of ultra processed foods. Now this can all lead to problems in your body. I can read a few of them for you here. Cellular changes in your gut, inflammation, premature aging of your gut, and a very unhealthy unbalanced microbiome. So that means the bacteria that is essential to your digestion that you have in your digestive system is not absorbing nutrients properly. It's unbalanced and it can be toxic, which means your body finds it very hard to deal with. Now this not only leads to higher levels of bowel cancer, but it leads to higher levels of all cancer because all your major organs are affected. To put it simply: Cell towers, electronic devices such as Wi-Fi routers, smartphones, computers, wireless Bluetooth devices and so on, hide behind a lot of health issues. Why is that? Well, first of all, just as our body has no idea how to process high fructose corn syrup since it’s not compatible with our biology, it also has no clue what to do with things such as 5G, WiFi routes, smartphones and Bluetooth for example. Now the seven key biological mechanisms underlying the negative effects of nnEMFs include: 1. Oxidative stress. nnEMFs, particularly RF fields, can increase reactive oxygen species (ROS) like superoxide or hydroxyl radicals and cause lipid peroxidation in cells, thus alterling antioxidant enzyme levels (such as superoxide dismutase) and damaging cell membranes, proteins and DNA. 2. Calcium channel dysregulation. nnEMFs, increase intracellular calcium through voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs). VGCCs are large protein complexes that “open” in response to electrical signals (they open when the membrane depolarizes (becomes less negative)), in order for calcium ions to enter cells (due to its concentration gradient (higher outside than inside cells)) and nnEMFs act as an external electrical stimulus. VGCCs trigger neurotransmitter release (particularly glutamate), initiate contraction in cardiac and skeletal muscle for example, eegulate hormone secretion, control gene expression, enzyme activity and apoptosis.

Increasing blood-brain barrier permeability. It’s documented that nnEMFs alter sympathetic and parasympathetic activity thus affecting heart rate variability and of course animal studies show even altered neurotransmitter levels. 7. Disruption of cellular electrical balance. Our cells maintain a negative membrane potential (resting potential) and nnEMFs interfere with ion channels altering membrane potential and disrupting processes like nerve signaling, muscle contraction or enzyme function. Then of course there are other ones such as heat shock protein induction for example (cell culture studies show increased HSP expression after EMF exposure, even at non-thermal levels).

So here are some practical suggestions that won't turn you into a lunatic. Number 1: Limit your exposure to them / distance yourself form them. Without this the rest of the tips won't really help. But you don't have to turn into a lunatic while implementing this. Leave devices you're not using in other rooms, have your phone on airplone mode when you're not using it/need it, ditch your air pods, close the wifi at night (big one)/when you're not using it, spend more time in nature instead of watching netflix, don't be on your phone for no reason, use ethernet cables and so on.

Heavy metals (let's take arsenic as an example) also harm our (males') reproductive system by impairing NF-kB and thus negatively affecting spermatogenesis. All of toxins mentioned here will negatively affect the citric acid cycle. Arsenic is well known to initiate the upturn of intracellular calcium and cause changes in synaptic transmission in general. Other toxins such as thallium and the edema they produce in the cerebral hemispheres are known to negatively affect the brain for over 40 years now. Mercury negatively affects the way oxygen is transported due to the effects that it has on hemoglobin. The negative effects that xenobiotics like BPA have on the liver is a common reason for high levels of SHBG . Atrazine is a known endocrine disruptor found in herbicides that turned male frogs into female frogs. Acetamide is known to cause tumors in various animals for over 25 years. Mercury also depletes our selenium reserves. Organophosphate pesticides disrupt metabolism and fat storage. Pesticides and herbicides, exacerbate psoriasis by promoting T-cell dysfunction. Aminomethylphosphonic acid (a glyphosate metabolite) impacts TNFa, TP53 and NF-kB. Phthalates increase histamine release from IgE in mast cells. And of course you have certain facts such as that: 93% of chronic fatigue syndrome patients had mycotoxins in their urine. Glyphosate was found in the sperm of 60% of infertile men in France (in the US a bit over 80% of the population have traces in their bodies). About 90% of people with fibromyalgia show elevated levels of mold-related toxins in their blood or urine. The risk of developing psoriasis increases by 8% for each 1-unit increase in blood total mercury. BPA is present at 54% in processed foods and beverages commonly consumed. Women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) are 2.5 times more likely to have higher levels of microplastics in their follicular fluid. Aluminum is also identified in the lung tissue of 70% of people with chronic respiratory issues. Arsenic exposure upregulates the Nrf2 pathway. Parabens can be found in the breast tissue of up to 55% of women. Children with autism spectrum disorder are 2.5 times more likely to have higher mercury levels in their blood compared to neurotypical children. Over 60% of individuals with chronic neurological symptoms, such as tremors or memory issues, show elevated mercury levels in their blood or urine. Microplastics are found in the breast milk of 75% of lactating women, they can also be incorporated into bone stem cells and they also bind with alpha-synuclein and promote amyloidosis. Urinary phthalate levels are linked to low levels of thyroid hormones. Microplastics also are now found in all of the athetotic plaque samples. About 90% of fibromyalgia patients, who often have psoriasis overlap, show elevated mold-related toxins in blood or urine. Men exposed to organochlorine pesticides are 2 times more likely to experience androgenic alopecia. Phthalate metabolites are associated with a 200% increased relative risk of asthma. When these immune markers cross clinical limits, it signals the body is reacting. As the authors concluded: “These results indicate human biological systems are under stress from both mobile phone use and local mobile phone tower exposures.”
