Fast forward to February of this year 2023 and the GAO report that says, on January 4 January 3rd, the FBI was tracking 4 domestic terrorists that we're talking about coming to Washington DC, the Washington field office, their AOR, area of responsibility. By January 6, they were tracking 18 or 19 in the GAO report. Domestic terrorists. So think about that. They have 18 or 19 domestic terrorists coming to this event, So of course, they're going to have resources on them. And then you're not going to be just putting 1 agent, you're going to have multiples. So it would be multiple with that. And I don't know how many they actually had in there. So That would be regular standard police works. I would be surprised by it. But not to share that in the intelligence? That's concerning. So the bottom line with this is that we all as ordinary people, and as federal workers have power? If masses of people engage in noncooperation, no ruler can stay in power. Bureaucracy is a really powerful pillar and, you know, federal workers have unparalleled familiarity with the bureaucratic process. They know how to speed things up. They know how to slow them down. They have access to critical information about policies that are being considered and implemented. They can participate in an internal decision making. They can provide or deny knowledge and expertise that those, at the top of the bureaucratic totem pole, need. It ultimately comes down to individual decisions and personal choice. Deciding what to do or what not to do is a very personal decision. It's based on context. It's based on your rank, on your tolerance for risk, on your preparation and frankly where you sit in the federal, federal bureaucracy. We're talking about the range of different tactics. We talk about acts of commission and acts of omission. And another act of commission, albeit Highly, you know, risky, and there are a number of, great downsides is leaking. So leaking information about pending or actual policies with journalists, with activists, influential people on the outside. So another act of, Of commission is creating parallel structures or self organizing units. So organizing in the office place, in the workplace. Speaker 6: As an attorney in the federal government, I I am finding the chat suggestions very interesting, and I just do wanna remind people that we lose our status as federal employees if we strike. Speaker 7: And there's been a little conversation going on here, for example, about Black Lives Matter and how that is an example of a nonpartisan political statement. Guess that's been previously litigated, but whether or not you do a misdemeanor or an infraction on federal property or on public property, really doesn't affect, most of the jobs, that you would be considered for. Speaker 6: Yeah. As an attorney, I think I'm We we're highly, you know, that's one of the things we have to be careful about. Speaker 4: I would just say this is also the importance of being in communication with and in touch With groups, civic groups, grassroots groups that are preparing people for the possibility that red lines may be crossed, that, You know, there that the election goes sideways, you know, so everything from choose democracy to hold the line, to To shut down, we count on us. I listed a few of those in the slides earlier, but they're the ones who are really in the vanguard of Helping people think about, interpret red lines, and think about different actions that can be taken well beyond kind of street protests and demonstrations, but kind of Sustained organizing an action. Speaker 7: What does it look like in practical terms to put you know, to slow the gears down in some ways or another? Speaker 6: At the Department of Labor, it it takes the form of, several rounds of the cost benefit analysis for a new regulation. And when, When the numbers were when people were cheating on the numbers, a copy of that draft got leaked, to the data labor report, and it got published and it got sent to a congressperson, and the office of inspector general opened an investigation on who was cheating on the numbers. So, again, that's sort of a combination of tactics. It's it's it's making really the paper trail. It's making sure that that document got out to someone who could make use of it and then congress getting the office of inspector general involved. It's it was really a way to Stop that thing just in its tracks, and it it worked really well.

He turned his back to them and never took a posture that was defensive or that would indicate that he feared being harmed. At 2:36:54, Speaker 1: the police allowed the crowd to pass. At 2:38 PM, a woman with a sock hat and a camera with a sound recording device attached to it films police as they allow people to enter. In this clip we see whoever is manning the Capitol Police cameras finally responds to the information regarding the pipe bomb, and zooms into the benches where the pipe bomb was planted. Notice the empty coffee cup on the bench right next to the pipe bomb. The pipe bomber even looks at camera to head on for some reason. It's very frustrating because we can't see the moment the pipe bomber plants the pipe bomb, but the FBI can. That's because the whole scene should be captured on camera 1 as well and much more clearly than camera 2. Camera 1 has a clear shot of both benches. If the FBI released the full tape from camera 1, we could see See the pipe bomber planting the bomb. Why is the FBI hiding what the security footage from camera 1 of the pipe bomber at bench 2? Just to add to his bombshell today, I am reposting my reporting from Feb 2022 that raised questions about Karlin Younger, the woman who "found" the pipe bomb near the RNC that afternoon. Long story short: she had ties to the FBI. "In the 15-minute time span before the joint session of Congress convened at 1:00 p.m. on January 6, 2021, two incidents that set the stage for the day’s ensuing chaos happened simultaneously. First, a man named Ryan Samsel, after taking some sort of direction from Ray Epps, overran a thin line of police and metal racks in what would be the first official breach of Capitol grounds around 12:50 p.m. (Samsel was charged and has been incarcerated for more than a year; Epps faces no charges.) Joining Samsel were members of the Proud Boys and a still-unknown number of FBI informants. Around the same time, a woman named Karlin Younger who just happened to be walking to a laundry facility near the Republican National Committee headquarters just happened to look down and see what she believed was a pipe bomb nestled between a dumpster and a fence right next to the building. Both events fueled panic in the nation’s capital just as a contentious meeting to certify the Electoral College vote in the 2020 presidential election got underway in the chamber of the U.S. House of Representatives. Then, the news got worse. Capitol police reportedly discovered another explosive outside the DNC headquarters. The New York Times immediately broke the story: “The device that was found at the R.N.C. was a pipe bomb that was successfully destroyed by a bomb squad, according to an official for the R.N.C,” reporters Maggie Haberman, Michael Schmidt, and Katie Benner wrote. “The package at the D.N.C. has yet to be identified, according to a top Democrat briefed on the matter who was not authorized to speak publicly about it.” The Times story went viral. At 1:53 p.m., Representative Elaine Luria tweeted that she “just had to evacuate my office because of a bomb reported outside, while the President’s anarchists are trying to force their way into the Capitol.” Capitol police the next day issued a statement. “The USCP Hazardous Materials Response Team determined that both devices were, in fact, hazardous and could cause great harm to public safety,” Steven Sund, the Capitol police chief wrote on January 7, the day he resigned from the force. “The devices were disabled and turned over to the FBI for further investigation and analysis.” During a press conference a few days later, Michael Sherwin, the acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, told reporters that law enforcement agencies, including the ATF and FBI, were collaborating to find the suspects who set the pipe bombs. The bombers would be “brought to justice,” promised Steven D’Antuono, the newly appointed head of the D.C. FBI field office, who warned that “every rock was being unturned” to apprehend the suspect or suspects. The FBI initially offered a $50,000 reward. But as the FBI successfully rounded up hundreds of Capitol trespassers using sophisticated tools such as geofence warrants, the trail of the pipe bomber went cold. Grainy footage released by the FBI purportedly showed the pipe bomber in action the night of January 5—the time the agency determined the bombs had been planted—and in March, D’Antuono asked for the public’s assistance in tracking down the bomber. Anyone who showed an interest in making explosives prior to January 5, 2021, or possessed galvanized pipe, wire, and “multiple kitchen timers” should be turned in to the FBI, D’Antuono said in a dramatic video message, even if the person was a relative or friend. But more than a year later, not only has a suspect not been identified or caught, the pipe bomb story gets weirder and weirder. Politico recently reported that Kamala Harris was inside the DNC headquarters at the same time the explosive sat outside the building. Harris, who inexplicably left the Capitol around 11:30 a.m. on January 6 after attending an intelligence briefing, choosing not to participate as a U.S. senator in the certification of her own historical election, was evacuated out of the DNC headquarters by the Secret Service at 1:14 p.m., several minutes after Capitol police inspected the building after the RNC bomb was found. That shocking revelation means one of two things: The Secret Service, in a security sweep of the DNC building and exterior grounds prior to her arrival, missed what the FBI insists was a viable explosive device—a scenario that seems deeply unlikely considering the city was in a state of heightened alert and agents presumably would be extra cautious. Or, the FBI is lying. Given what we know about the FBI’s politically motivated malfeasance during the Trump era, the likelihood the pipe bomb story was another FBI hoax instead of a legitimate threat becomes more conceivable each day. Which leads us to the woman who “found” the pipe bombs outside the RNC right just before the joint session gaveled in on January 6. Karlin Younger is described in news reports as a “resident” of D.C. or an employee of the Department of Commerce. But Younger’s résumé is a bit more detailed. On January 6, when she took a midday walk to the laundromat and found the first pipe bomb, Younger was a project manager for FirstNet Authority, a public-private partnership between AT&T and first responders to prioritize emergency communications during an attack or disaster. Standing board members for FirstNet include the attorney general and secretary of Homeland Security. Several federal agencies, including the Justice Department, use FirstNet services. And a few weeks before January 6, FirstNet received its largest-ever commitment from a law enforcement agency, a $92 million contract for FirstNet’s services. That agency was the FBI. Now, perhaps one could write off as coincidence Younger’s ties to a government-connected agency that just received a massive investment from the FBI. But in a media interview, Younger almost tipped her hand. “You’re on that edge of, ‘I don’t want to bother anybody . . . I want to make sure this is real, right?’” Younger told a Wisconsin television station on January 18, 2021. “You don’t want to go down as the person who evacuates a city block for a hoax but at the same time there was just enough of that gut instinct that said ‘this isn’t a place you would put a hoax.’” But of course, it was exactly where someone would perpetrate a hoax. (Younger has since left FirstNet and cofounded a security technology start-up firm.) Her work with a firm funded by the FBI deserves at least a few raised eyebrows. No one still trying to convince the public that two pipe bombs were planted near the Capitol in advance of January 6 can be believed. In fact, quite to the contrary, the public should automatically distrust anything out of the FBI. So, either the Secret Service missed the device in clear view outside the DNC headquarters that day before the arrival of Kamala Harris or there never was an explosive at either location and the FBI is not telling the truth. Again. The safe bet, using recent history as a guide, is on the latter.

In order to convict those individuals, the DOJ has relied heavily on 14,000 hours of surveillance video as well as cell phone data, some of which somebody leaked to the New York Times. “The data we were given showed what some in the tech industry might call a God-view vantage of that dark day,” wrote Charlie Warzel and Stuart A. Thompson in 2021 in the New York Times. “It included about 100,000 location pings for thousands of smartphones…While there were no names or phone numbers in the data, we were once again able to connect dozens of devices to their owners, tying anonymous locations back to names, home addresses, social networks and phone numbers of people in attendance.” The New York Times authors had less cell phone data than what the FBI had available to it. And yet, amazingly, the cell phone and video surveillance data of the suspect who committed the worst crime on January 6 are, according to the FBI, corrupted and/or missing. And what was the worst crime? The attempted assassination of Vice President-elect Kamala Harris while she was at the Democratic National Committee. In other words, while the FBI had cell phone data for the January 6 protesters, none of whom tried to kill anyone, it doesn’t have the cell phone data for the one person who did. And while the FBI had 14,000 hours of high-quality surveillance video for the January 6 protesters, it somehow does not have any video of the suspect actually leaving the bomb. Nor does it have high-quality video, including from the best angles, of the suspect. That's an unbelievable coincidence. And it gets worse. I know that that may not relate to the investigation. So I know that there were I wasn't here during that period. That predated my time on January 6, the January 6 attacks. So I know there were some ATF agents who were called to help protect members of Congress. I don't know how many. Speaker 2: Well, that's not an acceptable answer. I would not be surprised if Capitol Police were one of them. I don't know about the training regimen. People are going down there all the time to get training. Let's call these benches bench 1 and bench 2. And let's call the 2 security cameras that the FBI has released footage from camera 1 and camera 2. Camera 1 shows the pipe bomber walking up to the d and c grounds at roughly 7:42 PM. He sits on bench 1. Then he gets up and walks off screen. According to the FBI, he walks the length of the DNC building, and 10 minutes later, he comes back to the same bench area and sits on bench 2. We are told the pipe bomber plants the pipe bomb there, but we can't see it. Camera 2 is occluded by a giant bush that blocks the scene. The pipe bomber even looks at camera to head on for some reason. It's very frustrating because we can't see the moment the pipe bomber plants the pipe bomb, but the FBI can. That's because the whole scene should be captured on camera 1 as well and much more clearly than camera 2. Camera 1 has a clear shot of both benches. If the FBI released the full tape from camera 1, we could see the pipe bomber planting the bomb. Why is the FBI hiding what the security footage from camera 1 of the pipe bomber at bench 2? So we're starting to scour through all the Capitol Police cameras because there is a Capitol Police building over by the DNC. It's called the Fairchild Building and they do have cameras there. And that's been some of the cameras that have given us most of the evidence. So our team is going back through and it takes a while when you look at how many cameras there are and you're looking for hours of video because we're talking about this device was put out at around 8PM on the fifth. Now we've got to look from 8PM all the way to 1PM on the sixth to see did anyone else go by there? Was there any other traffic, any suspicious activity going on there? That takes a while. But again, these are theories that we're trying to go through step by step, box by box and try to come up with what is a reasonable explanation as to how the secret service dog didn't hit on the one device, Mrs. Younger didn't see the other device. It's just a logical conclusion is possibly they weren't there at that time but then you have to ask if they weren't, why were they picked up? Why were they placed again? And so it could come out that she just missed it and that the dog did hit on it and the handler wasn't paying attention but it did make several passes or weather condition, whatever. But when you have that many circumstances, generally where there's smoke, there's some level of fire. So we have to track this down. And another thing that I hope that's happening and I believe they're doing this is the FBI looking at his cell phone data to see if he came back again. If he didn't, then did he have somebody he was working with? Was there a co conspirator that came in and actually either set the timers or picked up the devices and put them back out.
