Speaker 0: On the women's swim my name is Riley Gaines. I'm a recent graduate from the University of Kentucky where I was on the women's swim team. I probably finished my career as a 12 time NCAA all American, a 5 time SCC champion. I am one of the fastest 200 Butterfliers of all time. But on March 17th last year, my teammates and I were and other female summers from universities around the country.
We were forced to compete against a biological male named Leah Thomas. Thomas was allowed to compete in the women's division after competing as a member of the University of Pennsylvania's men's swim team for for years. We watched on the side of the pool as Thomas won a national title in the 500 yard freestyle, beating out the most impressive and accomplished female athletes in the country, including Olympians and American record holders. Whereas just the year before, Thomas, at best, was ranking in the 400 in the men's category. The next day, Thomas and I raced in a 200 freestyle, which ended up in a tie.
We went the exact same time down to the 100th of a second. Having only 1 trophy, the NCAA told me that I would go home empty handed and this trophy would go to Thomas. And when I questioned this, the NCAA told me that Thomas had told it for photo purposes. I was shocked. I felt betrayed and belittled, reduced to a photo op.
But my feelings didn't matter. What mattered to the NCAA were the feelings of a biological male. In 1972, congress enacted title 9 to end unjust sex discrimination in all aspects of education, including college athletics. But by allowing Thomas to display female athletes in the pool and on the podium, the NCAA intentionally and explicitly discriminated on the basis of sex. Although the NCAA claimed it acted in the name of inclusion, its policies, in fact, excluded female athletes.
But that is not all. In addition to being forced to give up our awards, our titles, not opportunities, the NCAA forced female swimmers to share a locker room with Thomas. A 6 4 22 year old male who was fully intact with Mel Gennetalia. Let me be clear. We were not forewarned.
We were not asked for our consent, and we did not give our consent. If nothing else, I hope you can truly see how this is a violation of our privacy and how some of us have felt uncomfortable, awkward.

I am an undergraduate alumna of MIT and a current graduate student at MIT. I am the daughter of a Jewish mother and an Afghan Muslim immigrant father. I am the proud president of the MIT Israel Alliance, and I am a Jewish student currently immersed in an extremely toxic anti Semitic atmosphere at MIT.
The MIT administration, namely Lee, president Sally Kornbluff, has failed to address the crisis of rampant anti Semitism on campus. There is a radical anti Israel group at MIT called the CIA. In recent weeks, the CIA's anti Semitic rhetoric has shifted the culture on campus to such an extreme of intolerance that 70% of MIT's Jewish students polled feel forced is to hide their identities and perspectives. An Israeli student whose identity and personal info was sold online name for a bounty has not left his dorm room in weeks out of fear due to death threats. For my part, I was forced to leave my study group for my doctoral exams halfway through the semester because my group members told me that the people at the NOVA Music deserved to die because they were partying on stolen land.
After a post doc at my tea said that Jewish Israelis want to enslave the world in a global apartheid system. He falsely claimed that Israel harvest Palestinian organs and implied that the, quote, average Israeli is a Nazi. The DEI officer of his department replied by telling us that name nothing he said was hate speech, and that the Oregon harvesting conspiracy theory was, quote, confirmed. Day day after day, the MIT administration has failed to enforce its own rules on anti Semitic actors, such as the interfaith chaplain intimidating Jewish students, DEI staff publicly declaring that Israel has no right to exist, faculty dismissing student concerns for their safety by telling them that if they are scared, they should just go back to Israel. CAA protesters blocking the hallways, storming the offices of the MIT Israel internship offices, and harassing the staff and faculty there, and inviting dangerous dangerous outsiders to campus to join them in yelling hateful and violent chants.
This is the same climate of anti Semitism that has led to massacres of Jews throughout the centuries. This is not just harassment. This is our lives on the line. The MIT administration has punted disciplinary processes to a faculty committee on discipline, which has thus far not received a single one of our complaints. MIT admin has even failed to stop a new task force against hate, which will dually combat anti Semitism and Islamophobia.
This atmosphere is intolerable. Jewish students do not believe that the MIT IT administration has done an adequate job to make students feel safe on campus. President Kornbluff, please let me go back to being a scientist. Let me go back to being a student. I don't want to have to keep advocating for Jewish student safety on campus.
It's not my job, it's your job. Please do your job and act now. And if you can't, I'm asking congress to do it for you.

Oh, and after his swim, we did catch Cepeda leaving the community centre. We wanted to ask him how he has the utter audacity to identify as a teenage girl, and then shower and swim with real teenage girls. His response? Cepeda transitioned from a swimmer to a sprinter and ran to his car in the parking lot. What a coward. Yet, shame on the swimming authorities for letting this creep break World Aquatic rules. Indeed, what is the use of having a rulebook if nobody is going to enforce it?

Speaker 0: The following video is an over seven minute clip of harassment, intimidation, and wanton racial hatred that's taking place here. A legal landowner who has title deed to the property that he purchased is being harassed by black thugs in South Africa who are illegally trespassing and occupying his land and threatening his ownership. They intimidate him. They try to play the victim, claiming that he's armed. Of course, he's armed.
Almost every South African farmer carries a firearm because their life is in jeopardy at any given moment in South Africa. These thugs have caught the property and threatened this man, and then they tell him that just go to court to have them evicted. We all know that the courts move with the speed of glaciers and do not evict people and leave them there for time, and then they just occupy the land illegally. Notice how the crowd grows to intimidate and threaten They talk about they have firearms in their car. This is the daily intimidation and harassment that white farmers deal with in South Africa.
Now the refugee program is not about farmers. It's not about whites. It's about racial discrimination, and this is a clear case of racial intimidation taking place in South Africa, something that South Africans have to deal with every day. A friend of mine who's a farmer in the free state sent me video footage today of people coming and staking out his land trying to claim his land that he purchased. He has a debt on to pay off for the purchase of the land.
