HOW THEY DID IT: They used a particular bug (Coronavirus) that was previously relatively benign and nonpathogenic and modified it through the use of gene editing techniques to make the bug (Covid-19) virulent, pathogenic, dangerous and then released that bug (Covid) in key sites. Speaker 0: And this is where we get into the idea of novel neuro weapons. Once again, this is not necessarily new, but the momentum of this dimension of the field has accelerated as a consequence of increased understanding of the brain and increased capability to develop tools and techniques to access and affect the brain. So what are we seeing here? Well, take a look. We see in close neuro pharmaceuticals and organic toxins.
What's new about this is the in close nature of this. Increasingly, we're not seeing these things as weapons of mass destruction against gross aspects of the population. Although, certainly, many neuro weapons such as Sarin gas and VX and other forms of neurotoxic agents can be leveraged against large groups of people, but that's messy. More specifically perhaps, might be targeting individuals on a level that allows either direct attribution or covert engagement with non attribution. Let me give you an example of what I mean.
So this gentleman is the leader of some group, a political group, a social group, a combative group. And under the veil of a white flag, he and I are now to have some kind of a caucus, a meeting. And during that meeting, what I do is I lace the rim of his drink or his pen or his seat or something in his medium environment with very, very low dose drug or toxins that are going to affect of his stability, they may affect the way his brain works. And as a consequence of that, they can affect the functions of his brain, his thought patterns, his relative emotionality, and the behaviors that go along with that. 1 of 2 things might happen.
He might be completely incapacitated as a consequence of this, or he may change his level of capacity and engagement so that he went into the meeting thinking, I hate this guy. This guy's my enemy. It walks out of me going, I love this guy. This guy's great. Now, what could happen if in fact this is a gentleman who has charismatic, financial, elected, or dictatorial power, it may be that his followers will then follow him blindly.
He came into the meeting as a leader of those followers who were bellicose, who were volatile, who were violent and aggressive. He comes out of the meeting, he tells them to change their behaviors, and they do. Or I could sever the trust. By now, he leaves this this meeting. He's espousing a very different philosophical stance and orientation, and his followers no longer adhere to his precepts, his tenets, or his lead, and I fractured the relative arrangement of trust, engagement, capability that he fostered, leaving that population disrupted and vulnerable to intervention, to a coup d'etat, to a junta, to some type of insertive reassumption of leadership.
You see how this can work? Furthermore, I can use this very tactically. Some of these agents allow me to assemble the agent on-site and not have to stockpile it, which allows me to take the components of this agent into and out of a country relatively covertly, target a specific individual, change or eliminate that individual with very little attribution and trace, and be able to leave prior to any attribution. I may not want to kill a lot of people. In fact, arguably, I may assume what is sometimes referred to as the Sailor Mallon Mantra. They can't do anything about it, and they can't treat you. They're going to end up quarantining you. How many people would I need to affect? We modeled it somewhere between 12240. What would be the effect?
Hang on, folks. Within 41 to 45 days, we would crash the United States public health system. Crash it. In so doing, I render the United States infrastructure vulnerable, either there or elsewhere. See the ripple effect?
See the disruptive effect? I can disrupt an individual from the level of their cell to their system and disrupt individuals on a variety of levels from individuals all the way up to the social fabric. And that social fabric may go even further. It may be geopolitical. We can even go further.
One of the newest developments is that nano particulate matter can be stabilized for distribution. If you're not aware of what nanoparticulate matter is, it's that matter which exists on a scale of 1 times 10 to the minus 9th. Is very, very small, smaller than a cell. And we can manufacture materials that have discrete properties that can be controlled by virtue of bioengineering in their physical chemistry. And that can be done in such a level that their presence is almost impossible to detect. And as such, the attribution becomes exceedingly difficult to demonstrate.
How much of this material would I need? Take a look. This is the front of my pen. This amount of nano material, if be able to maintain and sustained with regard to its deliverability and aerosolization could, in fact, affect all of you. Or based upon where I come from New York City, all yous.

Speaker 0: Means most of them do not stand behind their products. How do I know that? Next slide, please. Well, that's because leading up to 1986, there were only 3 routine childhood vaccines. That's it, MMR, DTP, and OPV.
And the amount of harm they were causing were so great and there were so much financial harm made to the companies from those physical harms to children that all the manufacturers making those products either went out of business or stopped making them to the point where there was 1 manufacturer left in the United States for each of those 3 products. There's only 3 in the early 1980s. By the way, just want to say there are only 3 routine vaccines in the 1980s. There's currently 17 vaccines on the childhood schedule. 14 of which are routine.
So that everybody understands in the early 1980s everybody was dead because nobody got all those other shots. Luckily, some of us survived. That said, those 3 vaccine manufacturers convince Congress effectively to give them immunity to the injuries caused by their vaccine products. Instead of them having to make a better safer product, Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccines Act in 1986, which permitted them to continue selling their product irrespective of the level of harm that they cause. Problem is not only did Congress give them immunity for the injuries of those 3 products were causing, pharmaceutical companies are very smart.
They have a lot of really good lawyers and they are very good lobbyists and they actually got the bill to not the law to not only say for those 3, but for any future childhood vaccines Better License, they also are protected from effectively being sued for injuries caused by those vaccines. Mister Siri. Yes. I have a question. Please.
Does that mean that, for any future produced vaccines. It wasn't just for what was on the childhood schedule at the time. Right. It wasn't just for the 3 routine vaccines and it was for any childhood vaccines at any point thereafter as long as they were added to the routine childhood schedule promulgated by the CDC and Congress passed an excise tax on it. I should also just say the other way there's no other consumer product that I'm aware of that has that kind of immunity. Planes, chainsaws, knives, every product you see in this room, it harms you. You can see the manufacturer. That conforms their conduct. That's critically important.
With childhood vaccines, no. Next slide, please. There's also for emergency youth vaccines like the COVID-nineteen vaccine, they also have immunity, but under a separate law called the PrEP Act. So, I put that out there as well. Next slide please.
Okay. And you know, I'm not going to reiterate why giving immunity to a manufacturer disincentivizes safety. By 2011, about 54% of children in America have chronic health issue. I am not saying vaccines cause those, okay. To be clear, not saying vaccines cause those. I am saying this though, Many of those increase most of those issues that have increased are immune, immune mediated neurological issues, neurological issues, asthma, some of them serious, some of them more serious, less serious. But, something is Definitely go wrong.
Genes don't change that fast over a few decades. There's an environmental factor that's impacting the health of our children in America over the last You know, 30 years that is causing this precipitous rise in chronic health issues. And and the CDC to date says they don't know the reason, for the most part. Though I would suggest that if you want to study what might be causing a rise in Immune, immune mediated issues, chronic health issues in children, you might want to start the product given 70 times to them to modify the immune system. Again, I'm not saying vaccines caused those issues.
I'm just saying it should be properly studied. The few studies that have been done in the small retrospective epidemiological studies, They all do find a correlation between those studies find a correlation. You can look at the Mawson study and others between vaccines and many of these chronic health issues. But they are not big studies. They are not, there haven't been many large robust studies.
And in any event, I was just pointing out that, you know, another, a reasonable way, I think, a parent can look at the issue when they are told, well, but Childhood health has increased. That's not actually statistically valid. Again, not to say vaccines are caused, but to say that's not a valid way to say that vaccines have improved, You know, made children healthier because there's a lot more chronic health issues, prevalent in society today.

We are trying to find the limit right now. Alright? And this is being put on paper. It's going to become a fact that is going to be made known to the world because the uptake of a foreign chromosome into your cell equates with nothing less than genetic modification. It equates.
So these guys have been genetically modifying millions of human beings. Do you want to allow this to happen, continue to happen? If not, demand an instant moratorium. You may say, well, that sounds terrible. Could it be even worse if anyone could show chromosomal integration of fragments of those, you know, into the book of life?
Because the Book of Life, you know, has so many recipes, the Book of Life. And if something comes to lie beside the Book of Life, which happens whenever a cell divides, all right, these chromosomes and chromosome fragments will come to lie within the nucleus and integration can take place. And once integration takes place in a page of your book of life, that page cannot be read anymore. Now we all know how many pages are important. We don't know.
They are innumerable pages important for the control of cell division, differentiation, tumor suppression. If any one of those pages gets smeared, that page will not be read. Now if you go out and ask them, why in god's name are all these tumors exploding all over the world? I don't know, but chromosomal integration would be one very, very viable explanation. So, what did our girls do?

I suppose not everybody agrees with me on that, but that is the way I think that we can best guarantee safety. If the robots nanorobots are able to replicate inside the human body, that means they are using some component of the human body as food, and we don't want them to be doing that.
Speaker 0: In his 1986 book, engines of creation, Kim Eric Drexler wrote about what he termed the gray goo scenario, a hypothetical catastrophic event caused by out of control self replicating nanotechnology, which consumes the biomass of the host, and this is exactly what independent researchers are finding. It explains the large so called blood clots being found in the dead, and it's spreading. Evidence shows that the vaxxed are shedding this to the unvaxxed.

I suppose not everybody agrees with me on that, but that is the way I think that we can best guarantee safety. If the robots, nanorobots, are able to replicate inside the human body, that means they are using some component of the human body as food, and we don't want them to be doing that.
Speaker 0: In his 1986 book, Engines of Creation, Kim Eric Drexler wrote about what he termed the gray goo scenario, a hypothetical catastrophic event caused by out of control self replicating nanotechnology which consumes the biomass of the host. And this is exactly what independent researchers are finding. It explains the large so called blood clots being found in the dead and it's spreading. Speaker 0: Means most of them do not stand behind their products. How do I know that? Next slide, please. Well, that's because leading up to 1986, there were only 3 routine childhood vaccines. That's it, MMR, DTP, and OPV.
And the amount of harm they were causing were so great and there were so much financial harm made to the companies from those physical harms to children that all the manufacturers making those products either went out of business or stopped making them to the point where there was 1 manufacturer left in the United States for each of those 3 products. There's only 3 in the early 1980s. By the way, just want to say there are only 3 routine vaccines in the 1980s. There's currently 17 vaccines on the childhood schedule. 14 of which are routine.
So that everybody understands in the early 1980s everybody was dead because nobody got all those other shots. Luckily, some of us survived. That said, those 3 vaccine manufacturers convince Congress effectively to give them immunity to the injuries caused by their vaccine products. Instead of them having to make a better safer product, Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccines Act in 1986, which permitted them to continue selling their product irrespective of the level of harm that they cause. Problem is not only did Congress give them immunity for the injuries of those 3 products were causing, pharmaceutical companies are very smart.
They have a lot of really good lawyers and they are very good lobbyists and they actually got the bill to not the law to not only say for those 3, but for any future childhood vaccines Better License, they also are protected from effectively being sued for injuries caused by those vaccines. Does that mean that, for any future produced vaccines. It wasn't just for what was on the childhood schedule at the time. Right. It wasn't just for the 3 routine vaccines and it was for any childhood vaccines at any point thereafter as long as they were added to the routine childhood schedule promulgated by the CDC and Congress passed an excise tax on it. I should also just say the other way there's no other consumer product that I'm aware of that has that kind of immunity. Planes, chainsaws, knives, every product you see in this room, it harms you. You can see the manufacturer. That conforms their conduct. That's critically important.
With childhood vaccines, no. Next slide, please. There's also for emergency youth vaccines like the COVID-nineteen vaccine, they also have immunity, but under a separate law called the PrEP Act. So, I put that out there as well. Next slide please.
