Speaker 0: It is a particularly interesting location for me to be sitting today given that Over a decade ago, I sat in this very chair right here in the European Union parliament, and at that time, I warned the world of what was coming. During that conversation that was hosted at the time by the Unions, various representations. We were having a conversation on whether Europe should adopt the United States policy of allowing for the patents on biologically derived materials. And at the time, I urged this body and I urged people around the world that the weaponization of nature against humanity had dire consequences. What do we want humanity to look like? When this was an esoteric conversation about biological patents, nobody cared. But when that conversation came home, then it became something people can care about. So I'm actually quite grateful for this opportunity. I thank the members of parliament for hosting this. This actually is an ongoing question that probably began here in Europe in the early stages of the mid 1900s, but certainly By 1913, 1914, this conversation started right here in Central Europe.
The pandemic that we alleged to have happen in the last few years also did not happen overnight. In fact, the very specific pandemic using coronavirus began in a very different time, and we'll try to advance the slides here with one of these things. Oh, there we go. Does that sound like we're just surprised that something in Wuhan went a little haywire in December of 2019, or does it feel like we were told, look at Wuhan, and look at coronavirus, and look at what we've been doing to manipulate coronavirus in Wuhan and the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and lo and behold, we're gonna go ahead and tell you that we're ready to release it in 2016. Next slide. We're almost done.
And then they created it. Now all of you know that I am criticized globally for my use of the term biological warfare. I do that because I am credentialed to do that. I happen to be, for the United States government, in the early part of 2000s, in the latter part of 90s, a person who was sent around the world to look at the proliferation of biological and chemical weapons. I'm acutely familiar with the definition of what a biological warfare agent is in the 18 US code, the criminal code of violations of biological and chemical weapons.
And so my assessment is in fact professional and right. The reason for that is I'm the one credentialed to make that determination for the United States government for many years. That's why I say it. But let's pretend for the moment that I'm just a nut job. Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about, so why don't we look at what the criminals said themselves, shall we?
In 2005, at a conference sponsored by DARPA and the MITRE Corporation, Ralph Barrick, the architect of the lethal strand that has been injected into millions and billions of people's arms, that Ralph Barrick was sponsored to present the following, and let's go ahead and use his words, presentation, synthetic coronaviruses, biohacking, bio warfare enabling technologies. Does that sound like a public health distribution program? Does that sound like something that is accidentally misinterpreted to mean something else? Or does biological warfare enabling technology sound like not countermeasures or pandemic preparedness? It sounds to me like, biological warfare enabling technologies, and the reason why I have that hunch is what followed was he received, next to his NIAID grants, non competitive DARPA grants in matching funds for over $140,000,000 of aggregate funding going into his and his related programs on synthetic biological warfare enabling technologies.
So do I have a problem calling the injection a biological warfare enabling technology? Absolutely not because that's what they called it, and we know that they knew they called it that on September 18, 2019, because on September 18, 2019, the co conspiring cabal of interlocking directorates, also known as the World Health Organization, said that they were going to conduct an to experience for the world that it was going to be a rapidly spreading pandemic due to a lethal respiratory pathogen. The lethality in that statement is the problem. They didn't say we're going to maybe get a little bit of sniffles going around. They said we were going to actually have the promulgation of a deadly agent.
And the stated reason, in September 2020, the progress indicator is that the world would accept a universal vaccine. Not we'll look at other options of treatment, not we'll have a look at what might be early intervention as doctor McCullough has so clearly advocated for in many, many, many instances. Not that we stated on September 18, 2019, we were intending to kill. And we were intending to kill to create the fear that would drive people to accept something that without coercion, no one would have accepted. And that's published by the criminal racketeers.
Next slide, and there's only 2 to go if you're following. To deploy and profit from it. We were told investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process, and lo and behold, guess what they saw? Profit at the end of the process. 2022, $100,000,000,000 for Pfizer, of public funds.
Moderna, after lying to the Congress in October of 2020 when they were asked to actually verify whether NIAID was promoting an injection that would enrich NIAID, where Anthony Fauci and the entire team at NIH said that they had no financial interest in their recommendation, they receive a back payment royalty of $400,000,000 for the first payment of the royalty. $400,000,000, more than any institute of health has ever received in a single payment for a single invention in the history of American medical research. And lo and behold, what do we receive after that? A request the World Health Organization to expand its budget by 11% to make sure that the people who profited from it donate to it, and guess what they just did? They laundered the money right back.
That's what they did. Next, and now you get the final slide. This is not a public health crime. This is actually not a constitutional crime. This is a criminal act done by a criminal institution established to enable criminal behavior since its foundation in 1947.
That is what this is. And we should not be debating the merits of or liberty or anything else, as irrational as that would be if we stood at a bank robbery and debated the merits of printing dollar bills. The problem is not the dollar bills. It's the bank robber. And the problem here is not health, and it's not public health, and it's not the suppression of information, and the suppression of dissident views, and the absolute unconscionable treatment of physicians around the world and academicians around the world who spoke out against this, that's not the crime.
The crime is that we had criminal racketeers who conspired and developed a, quote, emergency. The same criminal racketeers planned, manufactured, and did all agency capture to make sure that you were told that you would use terms that they tell you to use, vaccine, face mask, health, social distancing, none of which had ordinary use definition, so we just used them. Criminal racketeers price fixed with interlocking directorates where known competitors came together and fixed prices in direct collusion, in violation of both European Union standards and in violation of both the Sherman and the Clayton Act in the United States. These were crimes. It was organized crime, and we should treat it as such.
Criminal racketeers publicly lied under oath, and this resulted in the death and destruction of liberty, and most importantly, the death and destruction of the integrity of well meaning people who sit here today doing everything they can within their power to try to treat the calamities created by this catastrophe. I will not, for a moment, denigrate the multiple contributions of amazing academic and medical professionals who've tried desperately to step into the gap and stop the corrupt outcomes of these crimes, but I will, without doubt, say the following, until we treat this as a criminal conspiracy of criminal racketeers tiers resulting in global terrorism for the purpose of profiteering and murder, until we have that conversation, we're having the wrong conversation. Because we are not here to debate the merits of a modified agreement for a criminal racketeering organization. We are here to end the criminal organization itself. This is my call to every single person on this planet.

Speaker 0: Interesting location for me to be sitting today given that over a decade ago, I sat in this very chair right here in the European Union parliament, and at that time, I warned the world of what was coming. During that conversation that was hosted at the time by the Green and EFA and a number of the other parties of the European Union's various representations. We were having a conversation on whether Europe should adopt the United States policy of allowing for the patents on biologically derived materials, and at the time, I urged this body and I urged people around the world that the weaponization of nature against humanity had dire consequences. Tragically, I sit here today with that unfortunate line that I don't like to say, which I told you so, But the fact of the matter is we're here not for a reprisal on past decisions. We're here to actually once again come to the face of the human condition and ask the question, who do we want to be?
What do we want humanity to look like? And rather than seeing this as an exercise in futility, which is very easy from time to time when you're in the position I'm in, I actually see this not as an exercise in futility. I see this as one of the greatest opportunities that faces us because we now have a public conversation, which is now front and center in people's minds. When this was an esoteric conversation about biological patents, nobody cared, But when that conversation came home, then it became something people can care about. So I'm actually quite grateful for this opportunity.
I thank the members of parliament for hosting this. I thank all of the translators who I apologize in advance. I will use terminology that is probably very difficult to translate, So my apologies. I'd also like to acknowledge the fact that many of you are aware of my involvement with this in large part due to the amazing work of my wonderful wife, Kim Martin, who encouraged me at the very early days of this pandemic to get on front of the camera and talk about all the information that I had been sharing among very small groups around the world, and it was, in fact, her encouragement that put me in a place where many of you have heard what I have to say. Ironically, the world that I came from that used to be very popular, my CNBC and Bloomberg presentations, which were televised on Mainstream media around the world was an audience that I lost.
I can confidently say COVID diminished my fame, But I can also confidently say that I'd rather stand among the people with whom I'm standing today than any of the folks that were part of that previous world. So this is a much better place to be. My role today is to set the stage for this conversation in a historical context because this did not come in the last 3 years. This did not come in the last 5 or 6 years. This actually is an ongoing question that probably began here in Europe in the early stages of the mid 1900s, but certainly By 1913, 1914, this conversation started right here in Central Europe.
The pandemic that we alleged to have happen in the last few years also did not happen overnight. In fact, the very specific pandemic using coronavirus began in a very different time, and we'll try to advance the slides here with one of these things. Oh, there we go. Most of you don't know that coronavirus as a model of a pathogen was isolated in 1965. Coronavirus was identified in 1965 as one of the first infectious replicatable viral models that could be used to modify a series of other experiences of the human condition that was isolated once upon a time associated with the common cold.
But what's particularly interesting about its isolation in 1965 was that it was immediately identified as a pathogen that could be used and modified for a whole host of reasons. And you heard me correctly. That was 1965, and by the way, these slides are public domain. You're welcome to look at every single reference. Every comment that I made is based on published material, so do make sure that you look at those references.
But in 1966, the very first COV coronavirus model was used as a Transatlantic biological experiment in human manipulation, and you heard the date, 1966. I hope you're getting the point of what I'm saying. This is not an overnight thing. This is actually something that's been long in the making. A year before I was born, we had the 1st transatlantic coronavirus data sharing experiment between the United States and the United Kingdom, and in 1967, the year I was born, we did the 1st human trials on inoculating people with modified coronavirus.
Isn't that amazing? 56 years ago, the overnight success of a pathogen that's been 56 years in engineering, and I want that to chill with all of you. Where were we when we actually allowed in violation of biological and chemical weapons treaties, where were we as a human civilization when we thought it was an acceptable thing to do to take a pathogen for the United States and infect the world with it? Where was that conversation, and what should have been that conversation in 1967? That conversation wasn't had.
Ironically, the common cold was turned into a chimera in the 1970s, And in 1975, 1976, and 1977, we started figuring out how to modify coronavirus by putting it into different animals, pigs and dogs, and not surprisingly, by the time we got to 1990, we found out that coronavirus as an infectious agent was an industrial problem for 2 primary industries, The industries of dogs and pigs, dog breeders and pigs found that coronavirus created gastrointestinal problems, and that became the basis for Pfizer's 1st spike protein vaccine patent filed, are you ready for this, in 1990. Did you hear what I just said? 1990, Operation Warp Speed? I'm sorry. Where's the warp and the speed?
Pfizer, 1990, the very first spike protein vaccine for coronavirus. Isn't that fascinating? Isn't it fascinating that we were told that well, the spike protein is a new thing? We just found out that that's the problem. No.
As a matter of fact, we didn't just find out it was not just now the problem. We found that out in 1990 and filed the 1st patents on vaccines in 1990 in 1990 for the spike protein of coronavirus. And who would have thought Pfizer, Clearly, the innocent organization that does nothing but promote human health, clearly, Pfizer, The organization that has not bought the votes in this chamber and at every chamber of every government around the world, not that Pfizer, Certainly, they wouldn't have had anything to do with this, but oh, yes, they did. And in 1990, they found out that there was a problem with vaccines. They didn't work.
You know why they didn't work? It turns out that coronavirus is a very malleable model. It transforms and it changes and it mutates over time. As a matter of fact, every publication on vaccines for coronavirus From 1990 until 2018, every single publication concluded that coronavirus escapes The vaccine impulse because it modifies and mutates too quickly for vaccines to be effective, And since 1990 to 2018, that is the published science, ladies and gentlemen. That's following the science.
Following the science is their own indictment of their own programs that said it doesn't work, and there are thousands of publications to that effect, not a few 100, and not paid for by pharmaceutical companies. These are publications that are independent scientific research that shows unequivocally including efforts of the chimera modifications made by Ralph Baerck and the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, all of them show vaccines do not work on coronavirus. That's the science, and that science has never been disputed. But then we had an interesting development in 2002, and this data is most important because in 2002 the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill patented, and I quote, an infectious replication defective clone of coronavirus. Listen to those words, Infectious replication defective.
What does that phrase actually mean? For those of you not familiar with language, Let me unpack it for you. Infectious replication defective means a weapon. It means something meant to target an individual but not have collateral damage to other individuals. That's what just replication defective means, and that patent was filed in 2002 on work funded by NIAID's Anthony Fauci from 1999 to 2002, and that work, patented at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Seriously preceded SARS 1.0 by a year.
Dave, are you suggesting that SARS 1.0 Wasn't from a wet market in Wuhan? Are you suggesting it might have come from a laboratory In the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, no. I'm not suggesting it. I'm telling you that's the facts. We engineered SARS.
SARS is not a naturally occurring phenomenon. The naturally occurring phenomenon is called the common cold. It's called influenza like illness. It's called gastroenteritis. That's the naturally occurring coronavirus.
SARS is the research developed by humans weaponizing a life system model to actually attack Human beings, and they patented it in 2002. And in 2003, giant surprise, the CDC filed a patent on coronavirus isolated from humans in violation, once again, of biological and chemical weapons treaties and laws that we have in the United States, and I'm very precise on this. United States likes to talk about its rights and everything else and the rule of law and all the nonsense that we like to talk about, but we don't ratify treaties about, I don't know, defending humans. We conspicuously avoid that. We actually have a great track record of advocating for human rights and then denying them when it comes to actually being part of the international community, which is a slightly problematic thing.
But let's get something very clear. When the CDC in April of 2003 filed a patent on SARS coronavirus isolated from humans, What did they do? They downloaded a sequence from China and filed a patent on it in the United States. Any of you familiar with biological and chemical weapons treaties knows that's a violation. That's a crime.
That's not an innocent oops. That's a crime, and the United States patent office went as far as to reject that patent application on 2 occasions until the CDC decided to bribe the patent office to override the patent examiner to ultimately issue the patent in 2007 on SARS coronavirus. But let's not let that get away from us because it turns out that the RT PCR, which was the test that we allegedly we're going to use to identify the risks associated with coronavirus was actually identified as a bioterrorism threat by me In the European Union sponsored events in 2002 and 2003, 20 years ago, That happened here in Brussels and across Europe. In 2005, This particular pathogen was specifically labeled as a bioterrorism and bioweapon platform technology described as such. That's not my terminology that I'm applying to it.
It was actually described as a bioweapons platform technology in 2005, And from 2005 onwards, it was actually a biowarfare enabling agent, its official classification from 2005 forward. I don't know if that sounds like public health to you. Does it? Biological warfare enabling technology, that feels like not public health. That feels like not medicine.
That feels like a weapon designed to take out humanity. That's what it feels like, and it feels like that because that's exactly what it is. We have been lured into believing that Ecohealth Alliance and DARPA and all of these organizations are what we should be pointing to, but we've been specifically requested to ignore the facts that over $10,000,000,000 have been funneled through black operations through the check of Anthony Fauci and a side by side ledger where NIIID has a balance sheet and next to it is a biodefense balance sheet, Equivalent dollar for dollar matching that no one in the media talks about, and it's been going on since 2005. Our gain of function moratorium, the moratorium that was supposed to freeze any efforts to do gain of function research. Conveniently in the fall of 2014, the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill received a letter from NIAID saying that while the gain of function moratorium on coronavirus in vivo should be suspended because their grants had already been funded, They received an exemption.
Did you hear what I just said? A biological weapons lab facility at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill received an exemption from the gain of function moratorium so that by 2016, we could publish The journal article that said SARS coronavirus is poised for human emergence in 2016. Anne, what, you might ask? Dave, was the coronavirus poised for human emergence? It was WIV1, Wuhan Institute of Virology Virus 1, Poised for human emergence in 2016 at the proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences such that by the time we get to 2017 and 2018, the following phrase entered into common parlance among the community: there is going to be an accidental or intentional release of a respiratory pathogen, The operative word, obviously, in that phrase, the word release.
Does that sound like leak? Sound like a bat and a pangolin went into a bar in the Wuhan market and hung out and had sex, and and lo and behold, we got SARS CoV 2? No. Accidental or intentional release of a respiratory pathogen was the terminology used And 4 times in April of 2019, 7 months before the allegation of patient number 1, Four patent applications of Moderna were modified to include the term accidental or intentional release of a respiratory pathogen as the justification for making a vaccine for a thing that did not exist. Keep going.
If you have not done so, please make sure that you make reference in every investigation to the premeditation nature of this because it was in September of 2019 that the world was informed that we were going to have an accidental or intentional release of a respiratory pathogen so that by September 2020, there would be a worldwide acceptance of a universal template. That's their words right in front of you on the screen. The intent was to get the world to accept a universal vaccine template and the intent was to use coronavirus to get there. And the last slide. This isn't advancing, so if I could have somebody to do Let's read this because we have to read this into the record everywhere I go.
Until an infectious disease crisis is very real, present, and at the emergency threshold, that is often largely ignored. To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis, he said, we need to increase the public understanding for the need for medical countermeasures such pan influenza or pan coronavirus vaccine? A key driver is the media, and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process.
Sounds like public health. Sounds like the best of humanity. No, ladies and gentlemen. This was premeditated domestic terrorism Stated at the proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences in 2015, published in front of them, this is an this is an act of biological and chemical warfare perpetrated on the human race, and it was admitted to in writing that this was a financial heist and a financial fraud. Investors will follow if they see profit at the end of the process.
Let me conclude by making 5 very brief recommendations. The last slide. Nature was hijacked. This whole story started in 1965 when we decided to a natural model and decide to start manipulating it. Science was hijacked when the only questions that could be asked were questions authorized under the patent protection of the CDC, the FDA, the NIH, and their equivalent organizations around the world.
We didn't have independent science. We had hijacked science, and unfortunately, there was no moral oversight in violation of all of the codes that we stand for. There was no independent, financially disinterested independent review board ever empaneled around coronavirus not once. Not once. Not since 1965.
We do not have a single independent IRB ever empaneled around coronavirus. So morality was suspended for medical countermeasures, and ultimately humanity was lost because we decided to allow it to happen. Our job today is to say no more gain of function research, period. No more weaponization of nature, period, and most importantly, no more corporate patronage of science for their own self interest unless they assume 100% product liability For every injury and every death that they maintain, thank you very much.

Speaker 0: A very small number of criminal industrial conspirators decided to subordinate the entirety of the human population for the purpose of their sinister plans to enrich themselves while impoverishing and killing the rest of humanity. And I'm done being polite. We've long passed polite. When the words acceptable death rate become part of an industrial norm, we have lost the plot of humanity. And that's not my words.
Those were the words of the World Health Organization and of Pfizer and of Moderna when they were given the authorization to begin the process of killing human beings in the interest of advancing their goals. Next slide. And I'm also not going to sugarcoat this. This is a criminal cartel. We are acting as though there's some sort of redeemable quality somewhere in some esoteric layer that somehow or another the World Health Organization must have some salutatory benefit.
Well, I'm going to tell you since its formation in the 1940s, the World Health Organization has been nothing more than a criminal cartel that has a sole and singular intent. And I will show you the document that proves what I'm saying. This is not an allegation. This is actually provable by their own words in their own hand. And they use a 4 step process to execute every one of their nefarious plans.
They begin by planning an exercise, then they go to the business of funding that exercise, then they create the rationale for the thing that they're going to do, and then they deploy and profit from it. And in violation of 15 U. S. Code Section 19, which for those of you listening, coincidentally started with the Clayton Act in the same year that the World Health Organization in the United States, 1913, the same year the World Health Organization's progenitors also started. So I find Clayton Act in 19 13 and we set in motion a 110 years ago the criminal conspiracy which we now call the World Health Organization, a 110 years later.
And in violation of TFEU or TFEU, I don't know even how to say it, the TFEU, the treaty allegedly for the functioning of the European Union, which I think needs to now be called the treaty for the dysfunctional European cabal. Article 101 unambiguously lays out the conditions that this was never a public health anything. It was racketeering for the purpose of instilling terror to adapt the behavior of a population, period. That's what it was. That's what it always was.
And we can come up with every theoretical argument we wanna make about things, but the problem even with the theory that we had an outbreak of something is falsifiable for the data from Zurich that shows us that in the year of the death pandemic of the globe, life insurance companies paid 30 $1,000,000,000 less in claims. Now if there's a medical professional or a social professional or anybody else who wants to debate that we could develop a virus cunningly that could find out your bank account, your insurance policy statements, and whether you're paid up on your premiums, that's a big ask. It turns out that the data is unambiguous. We did not have a pandemic. We had genocide, And we need to call it what it is.
Next slide. When I say we planned it, let's make sure we understand exactly the not so fine print of the fine print. And I want to call your attention first to the right hand column of the slide. This is the 2011 data that the World Health Organization, the Wellcome Trust, PATH and the Gates Foundation did on their wonderful worldwide program for malaria vaccine for children under the age of 6 months of age. And in their clinical trial, it's helpful to point out that they murdered 66 children in the vaccine group and then cunningly use the term control for a control group in which they murdered 28 children.
Now the reason I said murdered and the reason why I use that term is because it's exactly what it was. Because it turns out that this control group was not a saline injection. It was not some sort of innocuous innocent thing. It was actually a cocktail of other known pathogenic disease carrying injections. The control group was known to kill people, and the experimental control group was actually theoretically maybe gonna kill people.
And what we did was we actually went ahead and murdered them all. And cunningly, under article 5, section 13, which I put on this slide, I want you to understand why I said at its formation in 1947, when the WHO was funded and founded, it was funded and founded by people intent to commit a crime because of their own language. Section 13 of article 5 ends with the following statement, immunity from personal arrest or detention, blah blah blah, immunity from legal process of every kind. Now if you didn't intend to commit a crime, why would you need to give yourself permanent and absolute immunity from every form of prosecution and its worse, even investigation for prosecution of every kind. People sit there and pretend, well, that's like diplomatic immunity.
Do you realize this isn't even meeting the standard of diplomatic immunity? This is a criminal organization who set in motion their own law to protect themselves against crimes they knew they were going to commit. And when I say they knew they were going to commit, I mean they knew it. Because their first director general, none other than doctor Rene Sen, who happened to be in the hospitality of the Germans in Dachau in 1940 earlier in 1947 mysteriously, with the largest of the Rockefeller Foundation was nominated to become the 1st director general of the WHO. And within 5 short years, Rene Sand decided to authorize the real purpose of the WHO in writing by then director general doctor Brock Chisholm, who advocated for population control as its primary objective.
Does that sound like public health to anyone in this room? This is not public health. This is the advancement of the same genocidal program that began with the Carnegie Foundation's funding of the Eugenics office at Cold Spring Labs in the United States in 1913 under the philanthropy philanthropy of Andrew Carnegie. People stop fooling yourself. We debate the leaves on the tree of what we call this pandemic thing, but we're not going to the root.
This was an organized crime racketeering entity set up to give itself first absolute immunity and then execute its plans to make sure it controls who lives, who dies, and who gets any chance at life. And if you think that I am somehow inflating numbers, let me be unambiguous. Under every treatment of tax provision, if I were to tell you that there is an 88% controlling interest of any organization, you might conclude that that risk book that actually aggregates into a controlling interest. And it turns out that if we look at the foundation donations to the World Health Organization, 88% of those come from a single organization, the Gates Foundation. That constitutes a violation of every competitiveness law in Europe and every competitiveness law in the United States.
This is absolutely not only not an independent charitably funded donation, but more importantly, under the tax laws on both sides of the Atlantic, this constitutes directed donations which specifically are forbidden and do not have any place anywhere in the charter of the World Health Organization or any of the UN affiliated organizations. When I say this is a crime, I mean it's a tax crime, a racketeering crime, a money laundering crime, and now the crime of racketeering global terrorism. Next slide. I told you that the second thing after they plan it is they fund it. And why don't we use the criminal's language in their own words?
Because it's the best way to say it. When they actually planned the release of the use of a biologically modified chimera associated with the model derived from coronavirus, they actually said the following. To sustain the funding based beyond the crisis, we need to increase the public understanding for the needful medical countermeasures such as a pan influenza or pan coronavirus vaccine. Now let me pause for just one moment and remind you that the crisis that they were speaking of was a crisis of diminishing funding. There was no health crisis.
This was a crisis of their coffers were starting to run dry. That's the crisis. And let's read on. A key driver is the media and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues.
Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process. That is officially the statement made by the conspiratorial cabal that by that time was the decade of vaccines put in motion in 2011 by the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board of the World Health Organization, and it was the funding base for Peter Daszak's partnership with the chimeric production of pathogens both in North Carolina and in Wuhan. So don't tell me that we have to do an investigation into where this came from. The criminals have admitted to it in their own words. Next slide.
And now we get the fun one that no one in congress is willing to address, which is the elephant in the room. On October 21, 2014, despite the multiple conversations between senator Rand Paul and Anthony Fauci where we've been told that Rand Paul has done everything he can to put Fauci on the ropes. He has had in his possession the letter that you see on the left. And it is the letter conveniently on NIAID letterhead sent to the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, which unambiguously states that during the gain of function moratorium, which by the way, if we use the word moratorium, feels like that means you're supposed to stop. Why don't we go ahead and look at 2 pieces of this letter?
1st, the second bullet under project 1, which by the way was not part of the original grant. This was to look at the novel functions of the virus pathogenesis in vivo. You know what that means? In living systems. The grant was supposed to be clinical simulations and models.
But this grant was modified with this letter to say we were going to authorize gain of function research during the moratorium in living systems. And then we love the last paragraph of this letter, which conveniently says, as your grant is currently funded, this pause is voluntary. How many times have you met a voluntary moratorium? And the best part about it is that if we look at the very last line or continue to conduct the applicable gain of function research until the end of the currently active budget period. But here comes the problem.
You know who is supplying the budget? An indefinite term, unlimited amount contract from DARPA and from NIH. Isn't it convenient to have a perpetually funded project that needs to stop when the money runs out, when you find out that there is no point where the money runs out because there is no end to the thing that has no end. Unless you think that I'm making an allegation, which I'm not, I'm making an accusation. Let's be clear.
And there's a big difference. I'm not alleging anything. They actually went to the trouble of telling us that it was going to be the Wuhan virus that was gonna get us. As you see on the right hand side of the screen, published in 2016, March 14, 2016, the SARS like Wuhan Institute of Virology Virus 1, and I quote, is poised for human emergence. Does that sound like we're just surprised that something in Wuhan went a little haywire in December of 2019?
Or does it feel like we were told, look at Wuhan and look at coronavirus and look at what we've been doing to manipulate coronavirus in Wuhan and in the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, And lo and behold, we're going to go ahead and tell you that we're ready to release it in 2016. Next slide. We're almost done. And then they created it. Now all of you know that I am criticized globally for my use of the term biological warfare.
I do that because I am credentialed to do that. I happen to be, for the United States government, in the early part of the 2000s and the latter part of the nineties, a person who was sent around the world to look at the proliferation of biological and chemical weapons. I'm acutely familiar with the definition of what a biological warfare agent is in the 18 US code, the criminal code of violations of biological and chemical weapons. And so my assessment is in fact professional and right. And the reason for that is I'm the one credentialed to make that determination for the United States government for many years.

In 2005, at a conference sponsored by DARPA and the MITRE Corporation, Ralph Barrick, the architect of the lethal strand that has been injected into 1,000,000 and billions of people's arms, That Ralph Barrick was sponsored to present the following, and let's go ahead and use his words, presentation.

And the reason why I have that hunch is what followed was he received, next to his NIAID grants, noncompetitive DARPA grants in matching funds for over $140,000,000 of aggregate funding going into his and his related programs on synthetic biological warfare enabling technologies. So do I have a problem calling the injection a biological warfare enabling technology? Absolutely not. Because that's what they called it. And we know that they knew they called it that on September 18, 2019.
Because on September 18, 2019, the racketeering, co conspiring cabal of interlocking directorates, also known as the World Health Organization, said that they were going to conduct an expert experience for the world that was going to be a rapidly spreading pandemic due to a lethal respiratory pathogen. The lethality in that statement is the problem. They didn't say we're gonna maybe get a little bit of sniffles going around. They said we were going to actually have the promulgation of a deadly agent. And the stated reason, in September 2020, the progress indicator is that the world would accept a universal vaccine.
Not we'll look at other options of treatment, not we'll have a look at what might be early intervention as Doctor. McCullough has so clearly advocated for in many, many, many instances. Not that we stated on September 18, 2019, we were intending to kill. And we were intending to kill to create the fear that would drive people to accept something that without coercion, no one would have accepted. And that's published by the Criminal Racketeers.
Next slide, and there's only 2 to go if you're following. Deploy and profit from it. We were told investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process. And lo and behold, guess what they saw? Profit at the end of the process.
2022, $100,000,000,000 for Pfizer of public funds. Moderna, after lying to the congress in October of 2020 when they were asked to actually verify whether NIAID was promoting an injection that would enrich NIAID, where Anthony Fauci and the entire team at NIH said that they had no financial interest in their recommendation, they receive a back payment royalty of $400,000,000 for the first payment of the royalty. $400,000,000 More than any Institute of Health has ever received in a single payment for a single invention in the history of American medical research. And lo and behold, what do we receive after that? A request from the World Health Organization to expand its budget by 11% to make sure that the people who profited from it donate to it, and guess what they just did?
They laundered the money right back. That's what they did. Next and now you get the final slide. This is not a public health crime. This is actually not a constitutional crime.
This is a criminal act done by a criminal institution established to enable criminal behavior since its foundation in 1947. That is what this is. And we should not be debating the merits of democracy or liberty or anything else as irrational as that would be if we stood at a bank robbery and debated the merits of printing dollar bills. The problem is not the dollar bills. It's the bank robber.
And the problem here is not health, and it's not public health, and it's not the suppression of information and the suppression of dissident views and the absolute unconscionable treatment of physicians around the world and academicians around the world who spoke out against this, that's not the crime. The crime is that we had criminal racketeers who conspired and developed a, quote, emergency, the same criminal racketeers planned, manufactured, and did all agency capture to make sure that you were told that you would use terms that they tell you to use, vaccine, face mask, health, social distancing, none of which had ordinary use definition. So we just use them. Criminal racketeers price fixed with interlocking directorates where known competitors came together and fixed prices in direct collusion in violation of both European Union standards and in violation of both the Sherman and the Clayton Act in the United States. These were crimes.
It was organized crime, and we should treat it as such. Doctor Fauci, I have to say, I, as so many Americans, am deeply disappointed in your actions during a critical time in our nation's history while you were in key leadership roles as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease and as the chief medical adviser to president Biden. Put quite simply, you failed miserably in my opinion. Based on all we have learned during the pandemic and all that we have since learned through this committee's work, I believe your failures stem from both an effort of self preservation manifested by a series of lies in cover up, and by a total failure of leadership. It was obvious to everyone that you and your organization, NIH, had a lot to lose if the American people were to discover that COVID 19 was most likely leaked from a lab in Wuhan, China, and that you via EcoHealth Alliance and Peter Daszick actually funded this research, and that this lab was actively and recklessly conducting gang of function research.
As such you did everything in your power to deflect and cover up this possibility. You even recruited others to help you in this effort. Unfortunately, this cost our country and the world valuable time. Time that may have led to answers regarding the origin, may have blunted the spread, and would have almost certainly saved lives. While I think most of us have known all along what I just described, what I have been appalled to discover through sworn testimony to this committee, is the level of which you and those that worked for you went to cover up the obvious.
Just a few examples, and I know these have been touched on, but they're important for everyone to hear. Doctor Lawrence Tabak, former acting director of NIH testified that under the generic definition that NIH did in fact fund gain of function research. This was based on a definition that was initially used by NIH and a definition that was abandoned and removed from the website in October of 2021 and replaced by a new much more detailed definition with a much higher bar that you have since conveniently used to define gain of function testing and to deny what doctor Tabak has since confirmed. He also said that EcoHealth Alliance failed to properly and promptly report that their research violated the terms of the grant. Something that went completely unaddressed under your watch.
Doctor Moran's your senior advisor, who you have tried today to distance yourself from, but whose large volume of emails clearly demonstrate that you had a very close and personal relationship with and who reported to you directly has openly bragged about he how he subverted FOIA requests. I remind you that the law requires you and your former organization to comply with Freedom of Information Act request. It is not optional. If you or your employees or your organization that you oversaw were were systemically avoiding transparency and illegally hiding or destroying documents that rightfully belong to the American people, then you should be criminally charged and they should as well. In addition, doctor Gregory Fulkers, your chief of staff also engaged in illegal practices in which he crafted messages using symbols instead of letters to avoid FOIA exposure.
In an email April 2020 from doctor Moran's to Peter Daszak, he says, quote, there are things I can't say. Oh, I wonder what he couldn't say. He also went on to say, quote, except Tony is aware and I have learned there are ongoing efforts within NIH to steer through this with minimal damage to you, Peter, and colleagues, and to NIH and NAID. End quote. And then a few days later, he said, quote, I have reason to believe that there are already efforts going on to protect you, end quote.
In February of 2021, doctor Moran wrote to, Boston University scientist Gerald Kirsch saying, quote, I learned from our FOIA lady, hear how to make emails disappear after I'm foiled, but before the search starts. So I think we are all safe. End quote. Doctor Fauci, I wanna know what were you being protected from and what you needed to be safe from. I'm gonna go on because I have a little time here.
He went on to say, quote, plus I deleted most of the earlier emails after sending to Gmail. Once again, illegal and an actual crime. Doctor Moran's noted in another email to doctor Kirsch saying, quote, I learned the tricks of the I learned the tricks last year from an old friend, Marge Moore, who heads our FOIA office and also hates foias. End quote. It is absolutely amazing to me that doctor Moran's and Marjorie Moore still have jobs and are taxpayers are still paying their salaries.
Doctor Moranz wrote to doctor Daszak in April of 2021, quote, PS, I forgot to say there is no worry about Foyas. I can either send stuff to Tony on his private email or hand it to him to work or at his house. He is too smart to let colleagues send him stuff that could cause trouble. Apparent end quote. Apparently, you neglected to surround yourself with equally smart individuals.
Doctor Moranz wrote to another collaborator, Peter Hotitz, in June 2021 at Baylor College of Medicine that he had deleted all his emails related to COVID origin when, quote, the shit hit the fan, end quote. He said, quote, I feel pretty sure Tony were too. The best way to avoid FOIA hassles is to delete all emails when you learn the subject is pretty sensitive. In October 2021, doctor Maranz wrote to Peter Daszak, quote, Peter, from Tony's numerous recent comments to me and from what Francis has been vocal about over the past 5 years, we are trying to protect you, and and they are protecting their own reputations as well, end quote. And and listen, you know what I love about this is we've actually needed to talk for a long time, but the way things work, fate had it that I needed to be in Austin, Texas, so here we are. Listen, there's a couple of things that are actually really important, and this is where we have a very strong balance sheet. We have a very strong balance sheet. We have a very strong balance sheet.
We misleading the population into taking something through coercion that would not have otherwise ever been accepted. We need to be really clear on the fact we're going to use some terms that piss people off, but that's okay. And I'm just going to go ahead and lay it out for you. Since 2,002, there has not been a coronavirus. There has been an engineered pathogen engineered by Ralph Barrick at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, where in 2002, he patented the infectious replication defective clone of coronavirus.
And let's get really clear about this because everybody sits there and says, well, yeah, but my aunt, my uncle, I got sick when when when something happened. Let's be abundantly clear. The coronavirus that has been branded to be part of COVID 19 does not exist. What does exist is a pathogen modeled off of properties of what was once upon a time isolated as coronavirus, but properties of it that increased its pathogenicity, increased its toxicity, but are you ready for this? Decreased its transmissibility.
And Alex, this is the part that really pisses me off because we've been told that all the interventions, everything that we were supposed to do was, you know, lockdown, face mask, separate, distance this, vaccinate that, all based on an engineering exercise. Are you ready for this? In 2002, it was patented to be nontransmissible. Now, not surprisingly, if you go back and look at 2,002, 2003 when we heard SARS 1.0 happen, we were told that we were all supposed to die just like we were supposed to all die of, you know, swine flu. We were all supposed to die of avian influenza.
We were all supposed to die of all these other pathogens. Ironically, SARS 1.0 in 2002 going into 2003 didn't kill us all. In fact, it didn't kill hardly anybody, and that's because the patented weapon was an infectious replication defective clone derived from the coronavirus model, but it was not a pathogen of nature, and it has never been a pathogen of nature since 2002. So number 1, let's start with that, but let's go to number 2. Number 2 is a vaccine, and this is where even the communities in the health freedom movement get into vigorous arguments with me.
A vaccine, by the definition established in the 1986 act and by the way, just to be abundantly clear, it is actually 26 US code section 4132a2. Right? What is a vaccine? It means a substance designed to be administered to a human being for the prevention of 1 or more diseases. Alex, prevention of 1 or more diseases.
Did any of these injections prevent a damn thing? That's right. Everyone knows this, including, by the way, Pfizer and Moderna and AstraZeneca and Johnson and Johnson. They all knew that this would not prevent anything. And by the way, we've been told, well, the CDC administratively changed the term vaccination, and other people administratively changed the term vaccination.
Here's a tiny little problem. They don't have the authority to administratively change it. The law dictates what a vaccination is, and nothing that was done during the entire pandemic constituted vaccination by the legal definition, and let's unpack that for one second, because here's what happened. Based on a set of code that Ralph Barrick sent to the Vaccine Research Center in November of 2019, and you heard me say that date correctly, November 2019. That's allegedly before patient 1 point o in Wuhan.
Ralph Barrick sent a sequence to the Vaccine Research Center, and it was not for the coronavirus and it was not for the coronavirus vaccine. It was for the mRNA that was used to instruct the human body to make a scheduled pathogen. Let me say that again. To make a scheduled pathogen. What they did was they said, what we're gonna do is we're gonna inject into the arms of billions of people the instructions to turn each individual into a bioweapons factory.
And you could say, well, that's hyperbole, Dave. Don't call it a bioweapons factory, except here's a tiny little problem. Under 18 US code, that's exactly what it is. If you instruct a person to make a scheduled toxin, you in fact are a biological weapons manufacturer, and every single person that took the shot, let's be really clear, every single person that took the shot became the manufacturer of a synthetic spike protein associated with the coronavirus model, and this is where people like Aaron Siri will say, well hold on a second Dave, There's all kinds of vaccinations that do all kinds of other things, and that's true. He's right up to a point, but the difference between this and everything that's been done before is really simple.
In the case of mRNA, there are two distinctions that are absolutely unique to the COVID pandemic. Number 1, we actually are creating the mechanism to instruct the body to manufacture a toxin. This is not to trigger an immune response. We hope that, by the way, there will be an immune response after the fact. But the problem is what is actually injected is the instructions to make the pathogen, number 1.
And number 2, the response is actually a hopeful response that failed to consider 2 very critical things. Number 1, the lipid nanoparticle in which the shot was delivered actually is also a toxin. So the bad news is we're gonna deliver it as a toxin. And then the worst part about it is that we actually introduced a thing called pseudouridine, and pseudouridine in 2018 was published to be a pro cancer agent, meaning that it actually shuts down the body's natural response to how we actually recognize tumors and suppress tumors, and we actually included sudugiurdine in every single one of the mRNA shots to stabilize the mRNA so that it actually stayed in the human body longer to achieve its effect.
Speaker 1: And doctor, I want you to go through all this the way you want, but but dumb it down for me because I'm a pretty smart guy. Yeah. And when I started hearing you 3, 4 years ago, I talked to other experts, seen peace here, emails about COVID 19, how they already had on the shelf. Yep. Chapel Hill and Obama and the scandal in 2014.
And Yeah. Every once when I hear you, I know it's all true because I've read it and seen it and seen it, but nobody puts together like you. And you do a great job at congress and legislatures and the EU doing a great job laying it out. But first, do me a favor. Dumb it down the premise upfront of what it's really about and then lay it out.
Speaker 0: Yep. Well, so the premise is really simple. They actually said and by the way, it's best to read the criminals in their own words. This was published February 12, 2016 in the National Academy of Sciences, National Library of Medicine. Until an infectious disease crisis is very real present and an emergency threshold that is largely ignored.
To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis, we need to increase the public understanding of the need for medical countermeasures such as a pan influenza or a pan coronavirus vaccine. Now remember the date, it's 2015.
Speaker 1: And that's why Fauci, right when Trump got elected said he'll be challenged by a major new virus. Right.
Speaker 0: We actually here here it is. But here here comes the kicker. A key driver is the media, and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process.

Speaker 1: So this is all master planned?
Speaker 0: Master planned. And who did the master plan? Well, good news is we have that one too. The master plan was done by none other than the Wellcome Trust, NIAID Anthony Fauci, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, specifically doctor Chris Elias, doctor Gao from the CDC of the People's Republic of China, and a whole host of others who on what's called the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board. And, Alex, you know what they said in September 18, 2019?
And for those who be not familiar with calendars, because I'm gonna dumb this thing down, September came before December in 2019.
Speaker 1: Before the virus?
Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. You'd think so. But here's a tiny little problem. They said on September 18, 2019 that by September 20, 2020, the world would accept a universal vaccine.
And not only would they accept the universal vaccine, let's get abundantly clear what they said. They would do so in response, and by the way, it is printed. You can't unsee this. It's on page 8 of the book, The World at Risk. They said that there was going to be an accidental or deliberate release of a lethal respiratory pathogen, and this is where we have to cross the line to make it really simple.
To advance the commercial and social interests of psychopaths that wanted to kill human beings for the sake of their agenda, they decided to unleash a lethal respiratory pathogen on the population so the population would be bamboozled into taking an mRNA shot, which would permanently permanently alter their human condition.
Speaker 1: And by the way, start over because you've done the best job, and it's true. Out of everybody, you've done the best job at going back to their pre documents. I'm not a rocket scientist, but we played the clips of Fauci, 2018, 19 on Seaspan with all the federal regulators going, there's gonna be a big thing that blows up the old system, and we're gonna probably use a bird flu to totally take control, put mRNA in you. I mean, they've been why have they been so arrogant in their admissions that you've that you did the best job organizing?
Speaker 0: So so I think it's really simple. I think sociopaths, like mass murderers, like serial killers, like to taunt you. They actually like to up the ante. They like to go, I'm even gonna tell you what I'm Yeah. We know psychopaths love

Speaker 0: They love it. And so what you've got is a situation where they're actually telling you it's going to happen. They're telling you how it's going to happen. They actually are financing. They're projecting in event 201 in October of 2000 in 2019.
In event 2 01, they actually had all of the promo materials, the N95 masks, the social media shutdown, how we're gonna intervene Social distancing. Social distancing.

Well, it turns out, once again, the antitrust conspirator, none other than, are you ready for this, Dustin Moskowitz, cofounder of Facebook, the name that you should all know, but And Google suddenly invested.
Yeah. But the bigger thing here's the thing. When Dustin Moskowitz wrote the check for event 201, he actually got the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He got Johns Hopkins University, and he got the World Economic Forum to all say that they were collaborating as cosponsors of event 201. But the check writer was open philanthropy.
The check writer was a vested interest Facebook cofounder who mysteriously had all of the resources to fact check people like me who tried to say, hey, world, there's something coming. And guess what? Facebook mysteriously was able to anticipate that I was gonna be the one commenting on this. So so we have So they war

Speaker 0: That is exactly right. And what's happening right now, unfortunately, for them is they thought they had prevailed. They really did. And it was not until, by the way, 9th circuit that just actually issued a ruling a week and a half ago. It wasn't until 9th Circuit came out and said, hold on a minute.
Everybody's been calling this thing a vaccination. Everybody's been calling this a public health emergency. Everybody's been calling this a public health intervention to make sure that we don't transmit disease because we know that we were supposed to get the shot so that we didn't get grandma sick. And we were supposed to get the the shot so that we didn't get health care workers sick, and we didn't get restauranteur sick, and we didn't get the public sick. Well, here's the tiny little problem.
The shot was never going to do that. They knew it. Pfizer knew it. Moderna knew it. Everybody knew it.
They knew that what they were going to do was actually allegedly decrease hospitalizations. But when they designed the clinical trial, they also knew that the thing they were injecting into people was lethal. And so here's a little tiny problem. We changed the definition of vaccination. No kidding.
And we changed the definition of an adverse event following vaccination in 2018 2019 so that, legally, there was no adverse event. If you got the shot and fell over dead, that was not an adverse event. Isn't that an interesting death? Not an adverse event. You literally get the shot.
You keel over dead because you actually died of COVID, because you weren't vaccinated until 14 days after the second injection.
Speaker 1: Moe, you're the expert of putting it all together, so let me skip ahead, kinda give us the the conclusion for people, then I want you to walk through all the documents. I don't think it's going well. I think you just said that. Obviously, it's going with their face. What were they actually planning with this power grab?
Speaker 0: Well, listen. Let's let's get really, really clear. 2028 is a nightmare for the world, And it's a nightmare for the world because we actually have a convergence of a bunch of things. Our fiscal policy that's totally mismanaged, the collapse of the Social Security Medicare and Medicaid pension funds, giant surprise. Who did we actually inject first?
Oh, that's right. The 65 year old.

Speaker 0: That's exactly right. And to preempt by death the people who inconvenient be in the way when we find out that Social Security

Speaker 0: And and and listen. I mean, Bill Gates in 2011, 2012, when the first global vaccination program was launched by the Global Fairness Monitoring Board, Bill Gates actually said that a successful vaccination program would decrease the population by his estimate of 10%.
Speaker 1: And he said we must have depopulation to save the economy. Wow.
Speaker 0: So here we go. So they're telling you. So do the math. Do the math. And this isn't hard math.
There's 8,000,000,000 people on earth. He was actually carelessly suggesting that 800,000,000 people, 800,000,000 people, Not by the way, let's let's not talk about
Speaker 1: It was a TED TV or very cavalier. Right.
Speaker 0: 800,000,000 people need to be shoved off the planet by 2020. Wow.
Speaker 4: First, we've got population. The world today has 6,800,000,000 people. That's headed up to about 9,000,000,000. Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, healthcare, reproductive health services, we could lower that by perhaps 10% or 15%. But there we see an increase of, about 1.3.
Speaker 0: If that number doesn't actually wake you up, and and people keep saying, well, nobody could be that bad. Right? Nobody could be that nefarious. Well, the answer is not only can they, but it's your reflex that says that that could not be possible. They made them do it.
That is the reason why they're doing it. So what we're trying to do

Speaker 0: Exactly right. And so where we are where we are is in a world where right now political theater is happening. Many of you have celebrated, unfortunately, things like the lawsuits that have been filed against Pfizer and the COVID Select Committee in the House of Representatives. But here's a little tiny problem, and I'm gonna go ahead and put this little problem on air so that we can actually increase the amount that there's a problem for the house COVID Select Committee. I have right here in my hand the October 21, 2014 letter directed from NIAID, that's Anthony Fauci's program, to Sherry Settle at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
And I want to go into a little bit of detail on this because this was during the gain of function moratorium. And during the gain of function moratorium, Sherry Settle at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Ralph Barrick's program administrator, was told that the gain of function studies that he was doing were actually subject to the gain of function moratorium, but not only was he told in the final paragraph of the letter, as your grant is currently funded, this pause is voluntary. Alex, if you had a mandatory, I don't know, moratorium, and then you found out that a moratorium was voluntary, I don't know I don't know what world you live in, but it feels like that's not a a moratorium. It feels like if you're telling somebody, you could stop. But not only could you go ahead, it turns out that the official statement was that any program that was already being funded was allowed to keep going.
And most people would look at that and say, okay. Is that really a big deal? Well, it turns out that it is a big deal because the person who received that particular notice was the person who in 2005, June of 2005 at the birth of the PREP Act actually said synthetic coronaviruses were biological warfare enabling technology. And what that just means in plain English is there were a bunch of offensive military technologies that were developed around the world and my company was used by the United States government to help us access technologies that were of strategic defense interest and strategic commercial interest to the United States, but because of ITAR rules, because of all kinds of other things, they couldn't be freely moved. So my company was about civilianizing technology so that it could be exported. That got us into a bunch of places where we got to see biological and chemical weapons labs around the world.
So that's how I got into it in the first place.

Because we set up a company called MCAM, which is the company I continue to run today, because we set up MCAM, we were asked by the government again to provide a mechanism where banks could actually get credit for intangible asset collateral. We set our systems to monitor the 68 scheduled pathogens, which are part of the biological weapons arsenal of the world. So anytime anything happened, a scientific publication came out, a patent was filed, a grant was filed, anything else, that popped up in our system. So we were flagging these things. The first time we wrote about As a government contractor. Well, as contracting to the government.
Yeah. We our our contracts were with the commerce department and the treasury department because we did a whole bunch of investigations in criminal activities. But our work on biological weapons surveillance actually kicked into full gear in 2003. And the reason for that was that in 2,001 after the anthrax scare most people forget that the anthrax scare of September 28, 2001, which was when all of us actually found out that the United States government attacked itself. Right?
Anthrax came out of a US lab and then went into the mail and then went into circulation, and that terror attack in 2,001 came out of the fort. And what happened with that is we began the investigations for that, ultimately getting the world to realize that the reason why the anthrax attack happened and the reason why the SARS event happened in 2003 was so that we would get to the PREP Act. And a lot of people don't understand this linkage, but let's make it abundantly clear. The reason why we needed the PREP Act is because the manufacturers of vaccines in 1986 got the childhood vaccines covered under their immunity shield, which is what they've appointed Fauci to his role to get as an outcome. But the problem is, as the term vaccination changed, as we decided to inject people with all kinds of other things, which began in earnest in the early 19 nineties.
What we needed to do was we needed to extend that liability protection so that it would that would cover adult injections, specifically in the wake of the Gulf War, Gulf War 1. We had to actually figure out how to get that liability protection associated with adult injections. And as a result of that, we needed to create the illusion of pandemics to get people to give up their liberty in 2,005 in the Prep Act. The whole reason for SARS 1.0 and the whole reason for the anthrax attack was to get commercial liability protections at the cost of civil liberties. That's why we did it.
And as a country, we sat back and did nothing. And I'm sitting there banging on pots and pans trying to get people to pay attention that there are real weapons coming.

I say it because it turns out that they knew on September 18, 2019 that they were gonna release a lethal respiratory pathogen. They were used the word lethal.

That paper was published at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, not in Wuhan, China. Nobody wants to admit that the United States government is actually funding these programs and laundering these programs through universities in very important electoral locations around the world. The first time coronavirus was ever considered to be isolated was 1965, and the first thing we did with it in 1966 is we actually take it from the United States and we infect British people, British volunteers. So just to be abundantly clear, coronavirus has been in play as a biological weapon agent since 1966, And most people just have their mind melt when they say that because the first time they heard about it most people, first time they heard about it was in 2019. But the fact of the matter is it's been around since 1966 as a biological weapon. But let's advance to 1990. In 1990, Pfizer filed its first patent. And by the way, you heard the date correctly.
In 1990, Pfizer filed the first patent on a vaccine for coronavirus. Is it any wonder that Pfizer was in the game and knew that it was going to actually somehow mysteriously show up with the vaccine? Oh. And they told Trevor,

But now it gets to be a bigger problem because in 1999 going into 2,000, 2,001, a very interesting problem happened, and that was that Ralph Barrick figured out how to modify a component of the protein associated with coronavirus, and he actually made it into something that would target heart tissue. And, Alex, it's important for us to actually say this because in Kansas, in Texas, and soon to be in several of the states, there are a number of programs currently filing deceptive medical practices claims against Pfizer, and we need to be abundantly clear about the fact that this is actually something which is a good step, but it's an inadequate step because we need to go further than what we've done so far. Because what happened in 1999 is Ralph Barrick's coronavirus modification and manipulation program took what used to be a a respiratory and a gastrointestinal bug and turned it into something that would actually create cardiomyopathy in rabbits. And in 2002, that gave rise to the patent that was filed called the infectious replication defective clone of coronavirus. Now infectious replication defective.
What on earth does that mean? That means that we're gonna take an attribute associated with our model of the virus, and we're gonna take that attribute and we're gonna weaponize it. And we're gonna weaponize it in a very precise way. We're gonna amplify the ability for it to interact with a cell, to target a cell, and to actually harm the organism. But replication defective means we actually don't want it to act like a virus where it goes into the cell, multiplies, and then goes out.
What we wanna do is we wanna use the technology associated with the protein to achieve an outcome. And in 1999, going into 2,002, the world knew that the thing that had been modified was actually modified so that it would inflame the cardiovascular system. And I don't know how to explain this in a way that anybody can quite wrap their head around, but when Pfizer and Moderna and AstraZeneca and Johnson and Johnson all said, oh my gosh. We're surprised by the heart disease. We're surprised by the sudden cardiac death.
We're surprised by the inflammation of the cell linings of the vascular system. We're surprised by the clot formations. Not a single one of those statements was true. No one was surprised. This was published data between 1999 and 2002,002.
So we need to be extremely clear on this. This nonsense that somehow or another Pfizer was the victim of an unintended consequence It's absolute BS. They knew it was gonna hit the human heart. They knew it was gonna hit the vascular system. They knew there were gonna be clots, and all of this was published in 2000.

Washington gave everything up to fund it. Exactly right. If we didn't have those people, then we wouldn't have had the traitors that ultimately made the battle last longer. Had we done the right thing as patriots, we would have actually shortened the period of conflict. And that's exactly what we need to be doing right now.

But what we actually have, and this is where it gets a little subtle, and this is where I've encouraged very courageous people, and I'm gonna call out a couple people who I know are actually people who are working really hard to do the best they can do. But I will tell you, there are a number of attorneys general, there are a number of surgeon generals across the country, people like Lapetto in Florida, people like Ken Paxton here in Texas, people like Raul Labrador.
And they're all under attack. People who are absolutely attacked, but they are the ones who are actually holding the 1st vanguard positions we need to hold to actually allow us to say that we, the people, can start taking some territory. And that's why I'm gonna come back to the 9th Circuit because the 9th Circuit is the first time courtesy of George Wentz and his legal team at Davileer, courtesy of the Health Freedom Defense Fund and Leslie Mnookian, courtesy of all of the LA Unified School District teachers who had the courage to stand up when nobody was standing up. Courtesy of that, we had the 9th Circuit Court issue a majority opinion that said that the Jacobson ruling little bit of history. Jacobson 1905, the supreme court ruling that the public health system has been using to defend vaccinations, the 9th circuit court just held a week and a half ago that Jacobsen does not apply, and there's another supreme court decision, which is called Cruzan, that does apply.
And then let me unpack it because it's important for us to unpack this. Jacobson said that if you don't take a shot for smallpox, you can be fined $20 or $5 or whatever it is. That's what that case was about. It never was about justifying compulsory vaccinations. And everybody who tells you that Jacobson justifies compulsory vaccinations is actually not even reading the case.
It does not. What Jacobson did say was the public health interest is to stop the transmission of a pathogen. That's true. That was said by Oliver Wendell Holmes, supreme court justice in that case. But here comes the kicker.
Alex, you'll remember somewhere back in the freaking dribble of the last hour and a half, you'll remember I said this was an infectious replication defective coronavirus, which means transmission not only was not possible to be stopped by the injection, transmission wasn't happening. Kind of important. So they

Speaker 0: Absolutely. And so what you have is a situation where, yes, people have spiked protein fragments, some of them from the shot, some of them from the tests that were done. How many people lined up and got nasal swabs shoved up their nose? How many of you know that DARPA funded a company that are you ready for this? Infects nasal swabs.

Speaker 1: 3 years ago saying, they're gonna sell your DNA, and they're gonna point
Speaker 0: and it came out. Right. Exactly. Called it. And so we're in a situation where when you get to the 2018 and and I and I do wanna give you all some some beautiful information because we're gonna get to the hopeful side of this in a second.
But we're gonna get to the bad news first. And the bad news first is in 2014, when that gain of function moratorium was authorized to be waived by the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, the pathogen that they were working on was the Wuhan Institute of Virology Virus 1 spike protein. In 2016, they said it was poised for human emergence and in 2018 2019, a very bizarre thing happened. The United States government reclaimed the patent from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and the Department of Health and Human Services at the National Institutes of Health took that UNC Chapel Hill patent on infectious replication defective coronavirus and reclaimed title and interest to it. And 4 months later in April of 2019, Moderna amended 4 patent applications in which they made the following statement.
After an accidental or intentional release of a respiratory pathogen. You know the word that bothers me in that sense? Release. That sound like leak? Does that sound like accident?
No. Release. No. It says release. This was not about an oops, a bat got away or oops, a wet market thing happened.
This was Moderna amending 4 patent filings in April of 2019. Then in September 18, 2019, we have the addition of the lethal respiratory pathogen that's gonna be accidentally or intentionally released. That's September 18th. One day later, September 19, 2019, president Trump is handed an executive order, which unfortunately was him signing an executive order, which is the coup d'etat that overthrew him. And I wish I didn't have to say that, but it happens to be true.
Because what he did when he signed the executive order on on September 19, 2019 is he actually put in motion the events that would lead to the cascade of the pandemic, and it was the pandemic that was used as the cover operation to overthrow the democracy of the United States. There is no question that this had nothing to do with public health. This had everything to do with Anthony Fauci announcing that he was going to do a coup. He actually executed the coup, and here's our problem collectively. We're waiting for a despot in Colombia or in Panama to show up with fatigues and actually have a violent interaction.
We wouldn't recognize a coup in the 21st century if it happened right in front of our country.

But it turns out we were told that the guy in Mexico had h five n two, which had never been seen before in humans. That's what they told us, except for a 2016 patent in which h five n two was not only seen, but it was part of a patent. And worse than that, it was sold to the people who got the patent from BEI Resources.
Alex, you know what you've never heard of? BEI Resources. You know why you've never heard of it? Because we don't wanna admit it exists. But back in the early part of the of the 1900, the Rockefeller Foundation set up a thing called BEI Resources, and guess what that is?
That's the shopping center. That's a Walmart of biological weapons owned by NIAID. Lo and behold, the patent actually makes reference to the fact that h five n two was purchased from BEI Resources. This is the we never saw it anywhere before a guy in Mexico who happened to now be, what, overweight, diabetic. What else was he?

The way in which we used the public acceptance with with with things like tetanus and ultimately things with pneumonia and other things to accept the overuse of antibiotics. These are all things that were done where we were told there was a problem, we were told that the government was the solution, and we were told that if we only listen to the government, we're somehow gonna be better off. Well, guess what? That model for a 120 years has failed.

So every time you fly without a face mask, that's because 5 Americans stood up and said no.

Speaker 0: Absolutely. Because it turns out that their system is a system that relies on the presumption that the all powerful man behind the curtain is all powerful. But guess what? He isn't. All you have to do is call him out for his fraud.
When it comes to h five n two, which was supposed to be the bird flu that we were all supposed to catch so that we all shut up about the World Health Organization as a criminal organization, which was set up as a criminal organization in 19 fifties to take over the world. It turns out that if we actually call them out on the fact that they were a criminal organization and they continue to be a criminal organization, news flash, the World Health Organization doesn't have the power it had. They were going to run the entire treaty through, and in May, we were gonna lose our civility. We were gonna lose our decency. We were gonna lose being individual sovereign nations and civilians inside of those nations that had any rights.
We were gonna lose it all, and they lost. And they lost because people like us had the better conversation. We can get in front of every single one of these campaigns. We can get in front of every one of these problems, and all we have to do is not fall for the notion that somehow or another, the all powerful other is sitting there, and we are incompetent and impotent to deal with the all powerful other. Because it turns out they are not all powerful, and they are not even the other.
They are an anonymous group of self serving psychopaths who have decided that they're gonna do whatever they can to take over the world. And where do we go after this? Well, it's very simple. Right now, our job between now and 2028 is what I like to refer to as the Armada of Arc strategy. In our history, we have a conversation around Noah and an ark that saved Noah's family and saved 2 of every kind of animal that crawled around and walked around and everything else, and then 7 of all the unclean animals, 7 pairs of all the unclean animals or all the clean animals.
Listen. That's a great story, except it misses the point. We need to actually create a system where it's an Armada of ours. We don't need to save the couple of us that are authorized to live. That's how the globalists think.
That's how the incumbent power systems think. They actually wanna have their houses. They wanna have their tunnels. They wanna have their escape boats. They wanna have everything else.
We need to actually be building the armada of art so that humanity makes this transition. Not a few authorized people make it. We need to make it. So what does that mean? That means start thinking about what it means how you treat your neighbor, how you treat people who are actually in your ecosystem, how you redefine what the parable was when Jesus talked about the good Samaritan.
How do you redefine your role in the world? Because here's the problem. The minute you can actually find out that, you know what, at my table, I always have extra chairs. You know why? Because somebody might come by.

Speaker 1: And and so getting back to this because there's so many technicals on a rep here, like, 20 times. For people who don't understand say it again. Where were they gonna take us if we fully bought this? How do you expect the enemy to strike back?
Speaker 0: Well, they were gonna kill us, and most of us didn't bend the knee. Remember that a third of the people fell for it, a third of the people were coerced, and a third of the people said no.
Speaker 1: And now 4% uptake. That's exactly right.
Speaker 0: So the good news is not only did they blow up the strategy of how they were gonna take over the world, but they destroyed the mechanism whereby they were gonna do it. Here's another thing they did, and this is equally important. They told us that we were gonna have solar flares in 2022. Remember that? We're gonna have all these solar flares.
It's gonna take out our communication system, gonna take out everything else, and they were relying on an old story of the Harrington effect. The Harrington effect was this giant EMP that was attributed to a solar flare that took out the electrical grid in the 1800. Well, it turns out that they wanted to do the same thing to take down our banking system. And so they told us that we were gonna have all these electromagnetic disruptions and interruptions, and guess what happened? A bunch of you went and got cash.
Kinda sucks when you're not relying on digital currency, when you actually have a secure way of making transactions with golds and silvers and with cash, it turns out that we didn't fall for it.
Speaker 1: So the only vicious move
Speaker 0: one of these is an intentional act to say, they're going to try to get you to live off of your cell phone and your computer. And my recommendation is very simple. Don't.
Speaker 1: Exactly. So if we become dependent, they got full control. So you you said it. They got their escape boats, the bunkers they're building. A real elite, a real aristocratic elite would build up humanity because they're gonna be in control of it and and would want a powerful society.
But instead, they're such jerks. They wanna hurt people because they have such a low view of themselves of projecting it. And and and so it's ridiculous. I mean, take Zuckerberg. I'm no military expert, but I know everybody in Hawaii and Hawaii hates him.
Yeah. If hell if hell goes down, everybody's going to his house. Doesn't matter how many troops he's got Yeah. How many robots. That that's a that's a that's a grave he's built.
It's not a threat. It's an obvious thing. They're all waiting for stuff, the power to go off. The first place they go is there. They see him as the devil.
Why would they think bunkers are gonna protect them?
Speaker 0: Well, I think that they genuinely thought and by the way, tragically, I I did a show, I don't know, a couple years ago where I brought up this 800,000,000 number, and it was just simple math. All I did was actually do Bill Gates' math for him. And when I said people go, oh, that's hyperbole. There's no way 800,000,000 people are gonna die. Well, maybe or maybe not.
What I can say is very simple. What I know is that the incapacitation of about a third of the world's population is certain. That means that people are going to be sick, they are going to die or they're gonna be caregivers for people who are sick and dying. What that means is that an enormous amount of the world is gonna be distracted over the next 3 to 5 years with cancers, with heart disease, with strokes, with disabilities, all because of the injection, all known to have been consequences of the injection when it was first built. We know that's gonna happen.
That's gonna take a lot of people out, but that's a great point, which is what was their game plan? And I'm gonna tell you a quick story. Can I tell you a quick story? I was in Rwanda when the African Free Trade Agreement was being signed, And I was with Paul Kagame who is absolute there's a whole another story about him and the genocide that he was involved in, in Rwanda during the conflict. But I was actually watching, and I got uninvited to ever come back for making the following observation.
Bill Gates had decided to go to Rwanda, the Rwanda, Uganda border, and he decided that he wanted to see the the giant gorillas that are in the jungles in Rwanda and in the Ghana border. But he didn't like to have, inconveniently, these Africans that were in the picture. So what he did was he made it so that only if you paid $10,000 and you had an official escort could you even go to the place where the gorillas existed. He he literally created a rule that he got Kagami to to go off on, which was actually to say, we're gonna go ahead and make this only the playground for the uber wealthy. So you helicopter in.
Conveniently, you don't have any locals to get in the way because they don't have $10,000 to actually put in their pockets. And when I called the president, Paul Kagame, out on the fact that he had let Bill Gates rob Rwandan citizens of their own natural resource, their access to the forest, their access to gorillas, their access to the ecosystem that they've had for tens of 1000 of years, I was told that I was anti Rwanda and anti development. Well, it turns out that's their worldview. Their worldview is I was about to say,

Speaker 0: Exactly. And so the great news is don't let them. Remember that we only can be deprived of what we're willing to give. No.
Speaker 1: I agree. So going back to this doctor Martin, you're a really smart guy. If they're in big trouble and all this is happening, what do you expect them to do next?
Speaker 0: Well, what they're gonna do is they're going to already do what's in play right now, which is they're gonna try to increase the electoral version of the hijack that happened in 2016 and again in 2020. We're gonna see a massive amount of voter fraud happening through the form of early voting, electronic voting, illegal immigrant voting. We're gonna have every version of corruption of the democratic process as we come into November. I can't just say. We we're gonna have everything thrown at us.
This is a world in which what I would advise people as they vote and I would advise communities to as a community, put together visual surveillance of programs where you actually have people who photograph are you ready for this? Photograph how you voted. You didn't have to do that before because it used to be that a vote was a vote. But now we have plenty of evidence that says you could push a button 10,000 times, and a signal could go to Spain or it could go to Italy or it could go anywhere else, and it'd be converted into anything it wants to be so that a foregone conclusion happens. We need to actually think right now about how we make sure election is
Speaker 1: Well, that's right. A lot of people say, well, it's all rigged. Give up. No. By engaging it, we expose it.
Speaker 0: Think about it. Think about it. Expose it. Be part of the solution. And then recognize that as you move into the next, now, 6 to 9 months, which is when we're gonna watch a whole bunch of desperation happen.
What I would highly advise, and I've advised this everywhere I go, get used to using cash and make sure you have a lot of it on hand.

Am I wrong to say that Trump is in over his depth on this?
Speaker 0: So I'm gonna say the following. Donald Trump signed on September 19, 2019 a executive order that he did not know what he was signing. I absolutely know that to be the case. And I know that he had no idea what a DNA based vaccine platform was. So I know I know that president Trump did not know what was the substance of that order, and he didn't know the motivation.
He didn't know that at the time that that was put in front of him by the Department of Health and Human Services, he didn't know that Alex Azar was under criminal investigation for antitrust violations in Mexico for price fixing diabetes medications for the poor people in Mexico. Trump didn't know that at the time. What I can also tell you is that Trump did know that doctor Zeb Zelenko and others who actually had treatments, treatments that he wound up using for his own benefit. That's why

Speaker 0: Absolutely. And and what he was doing was saying, hey. It's a national crisis. Let's respond. Let's do the right thing.
He believed in the medical system. No question. And he did the right thing. But here's the problem. What happened was several of the largest donors that actually had a personal interest in Moderna's stock Happened to also be large donors to the Trump campaign.

What we have to do right now is we have to say the executive order that gets signed on the day you become president, the executive order that is signed is the absolute erasure of the pharmaceutical liability shields that are in place for vaccine manufacturers.
Because if we want this thing to end, we really want this thing to end, what will happen is companies will be responsible for the products that they make. Period.

Klaus Schwab got tired and now is stepping down. The the the actors know they know that they failed. We have yeah. Melinda Gates has actually realized that the foundation the Gates Foundation was actually a giant, giant ruse that was done as nothing more than the setup for laundering the antitrust monopoly felony crimes that her husband had done back when Janet Reno settled with with Microsoft. We know those things.
And we know that the entire establishment, whether it's the World Economic Forum, whether it's the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, whether it's Open Philanthropy and Dustin Moskowitz, we know that all of these organizations thought that they could bamboozle all of us. They thought that by putting fact checkers on every post, we'd stop sharing posts. They thought by canceling people that we wouldn't actually listen to people's voices. They thought that by making sure that we never showed up on mainstream media, that nobody would ever hear our voices. But the bad news is for them, we continue to do it.
So what are the simple things that you can do? The simple things you can do, like I said before, support the alternative platforms that are allowing these voices to be heard. Make sure that you actually have these conversations when you consider political donations, when you consider political action, when you consider endorsing anyone for any position of leadership from a school board to a city council to a county council to a congress seat to a senator to a president, in every single moment, make sure that you are articulating the fact that we, the people, have the power. We have power to actually change the trajectory that we're on. We have the power to make sure that the people who actually acted with impunity no longer can do that.
And remember that things like the conversations I had just a few days ago with Maria Zee and others, these conversations where I actually introduced the idea that there are 68 scheduled toxins prepared for release. These are conversations that make the likelihood of pandemic not happen. The fact that on multiple occasions, we've talked about the fact that we're going to have a kinetic war where we're gonna look at the formation and the creation of EMPs, electromagnetic pulses, where we're gonna try to create the theater of taking out critical communications infrastructure so that the public actually has to accept digital currencies, CBDCs, all kinds of other behavior modification technologies. Every one of these things, what we need to do is we need to have enough of us talking about it so that it can't be a surprise because fear can only come if you're surprised. If you've anticipated it, it's not fear.
If you've anticipated, you can be prepared, you can be ready. They cannot knock you off your game if you know all of their game. So our job is really simple. Share this, communicate this, support every one of the voices that are actually out there making sure that this information continues to stay front and center. Speaker 0: A very small number of criminal industrial conspirators decided to subordinate the entirety of the human population for the purpose of their sinister plans to enrich themselves while impoverishing and killing the rest of humanity. And I'm done being polite. We've long passed polite. When the words acceptable death rate become part of an industrial norm, we have lost the plot of humanity. And that's not my words.
Those were the words of the World Health Organization and of Pfizer and of Moderna when they were given the authorization to begin the process of killing human beings in the interest of advancing their goals. Next slide. And I'm also not going to sugarcoat this. This is a criminal cartel. We are acting as though there's some sort of redeemable quality somewhere in some esoteric layer that somehow or another the World Health Organization must have some salutatory benefit.
Well, I'm going to tell you since its formation in the 19 forties, the World Health Organization has been nothing more than a criminal cartel that has a sole and singular intent. And I will show you the document that proves what I'm saying. This is not an allegation. This is actually provable by their own words in their own hand. And they use a 4 step process to execute every one of their nefarious plans.
They begin by planning an exercise, then they go to the business of funding that exercise, then they create the rationale for the thing that they're going to do, and then they deploy and profit from it. And in violation of 15 U. S. Code Section 19, which for those of you listening, coincidentally started with the Clayton Act in the same year that the World Health Organization in the United States, 1913, the same year the World Health Organization's progenitors also started. So I find it fascinating that we passed the Clayton Act in 1913, and we set in motion a 110 years ago the criminal conspiracy which we now call the World Health Organization, a 110 years later.
And in violation of TFEU or TFEU, I don't know even how to say it, the TFEU, the treaty allegedly for the functioning of the European Union, which I think needs to now be called the Treaty for the Dysfunctional European cabal, Article 101 unambiguously lays out the conditions that this was never a public health anything. It was racketeering for the purpose of instilling terror to adapt the behavior of a population, period. That's what it was. That's what it always was. And we can come up with every theoretical argument we wanna make about things, but the problem even with the theory that we had an outbreak of something is falsifiable for the data from Zurich that shows us that in the year of the death pandemic of the globe, life insurance companies paid $30,000,000,000 less in claims.
Now if there's a medical professional or a social professional or anybody else who wants to debate that we could develop a virus cunningly that could find out your bank account, your insurance policy statements, and whether you're paid up on your premiums, that's a big ask. It turns out that the data is unambiguous. We did not have a pandemic. We had genocide, and we need to call it what it is. Next slide.
When I say we planned it, let's make sure we understand exactly the not so fine print of the fine print. And I want to call your attention first to the right hand column of this slide. This is the 2011 data that the World Health Organization, the Wellcome Trust, PATH and the Gates Foundation did on their wonderful worldwide program for malaria vaccine for children under the age of 6 months of age. And in their clinical trial, it's helpful to point out that they murdered 66 children in the vaccine group and then cunningly used the term control for a control group in which they murdered 28 children. Now the reason I said murdered and the reason why I use that term is because it's exactly what it was.
Because it turns out that this control group was not a saline injection. It was not some sort of innocuous innocent thing. It was actually a cocktail of other known pathogenic disease carrying injections. The control group was known to kill people and the experimental control group was actually theoretically maybe gonna kill people. And what we did was we actually went ahead and murdered them all.
And cunningly, under article 5, section 13, which I've put on this slide, I want you to understand why I said at its formation in 1947, when the WHO was funded and founded, it was funded and founded by people intent to commit a crime because of their own language. Section 13 of article 5 ends with the following statement, immunity from personal arrest or detention, blah blah blah, immunity from legal process of every kind. Now if you didn't intend to commit a crime, why would you need to give yourself permanent and absolute immunity from every form of prosecution and its worst, even investigation for prosecution of every kind? People sit there and pretend, well, that's like diplomatic immunity. Do you realize this isn't even meeting the standard of diplomatic immunity?
This is a criminal organization who set in motion their own law to protect themselves against crimes they knew they were going to commit. And when I say they knew they were going to commit, I mean they knew it because their first director general, none other than doctor Renee Sand, who happened to be in the hospitality of the Germans in Dachau in 1940 earlier in 1947 mysteriously with the largest of the Rockefeller Foundation was nominated to become the 1st director general of the WHO. And within 5 short years, Rene Sand decided to authorize the real purpose of the WHO in writing by then director general, doctor Brock Chisholm, who advocated for population control as its primary objective. Does that sound like public health to anyone in this room? This is not public health.
This is the advancement of the same genocidal program that began with the Carnegie Foundation's funding of the Eugenics office at Cold Spring Labs in the United States in 1913 under the philanthropy philanthropy of Andrew Carnegie. People stop fooling yourself. We debate the leaves on the tree of what we call this pandemic thing, but we're not going to the root. This was an organized crime racketeering entity set up to give itself first absolute immunity and then execute its plans to make sure it controls who lives, who dies, and who gets any chance at life. And if you think that I am somehow inflating numbers, let me be unambiguous.
Under every treatment of tax provision, if I were to tell you that there is an 88% controlling interest of any organization, you might conclude that that actually aggregates into a controlling interest. And it turns out that if we look at the foundation donations to the World Health Organization, 88% of those come from a single organization, the Gates Foundation. That constitutes a violation of every competitiveness law in Europe and every competitor's law in the United States. This is absolutely not only not an independent charitably funded donation, but more importantly, under the tax laws on both sides of the Atlantic, this constitutes directed donations which specifically are forbidden and do not have any place anywhere in the charter of the World Health Organization or any of the UN affiliated organizations. When I say this is a crime, I mean it's a tax crime, a racketeering crime, a money laundering crime, and now the crime of racketeering leading to murder and global terrorism.
Next slide. I told you that the second thing after they plan it is they fund it. And why don't we use the criminals' language in their own words? Because it's the best way to say it. When they actually planned the release of the use of a biologically modified chimera associated with the model derived from coronavirus, they actually said the following.
To sustain the funding based beyond the crisis, we need to increase the public understanding for the needful medical countermeasures such as a pan influenza or pan coronavirus vaccine. Now let me pause for just one moment and remind you that the crisis that they were speaking of was a crisis of diminishing funding. There was no health crisis. This was a crisis of their coffers were starting to run dry. That's the crisis.
And let's read on. A key driver is the media, and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process. That is officially the statement made by the conspiratorial cabal that by that time was the decade of vaccines put in motion in 2011 by the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board of the World Health Organization and it was the funding base for Peter Daszak's partnership with the chimeric production of pathogens both in North Carolina and in Wuhan.
So don't tell me that we have to do an investigation into where this came from. The criminals have admitted to it in their own words. Next slide. And now we get the fun one that no one in congress is willing to address, which is the elephant in the room. On October 21, 2014, despite the multiple conversations between senator Rand Paul and Anthony Fauci, where we've been told that Rand Paul has done everything he can to put Fauci on the ropes, he has had in his possession the letter that you see on the left.
And it is the letter conveniently on NIAID letterhead sent to the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, which unambiguously states that during the gain of function moratorium, which by the way, if we use the word moratorium, feels like that means you're supposed to stop, why don't we go ahead and look at 2 pieces of this letter? 1st, the second bullet under project 1, which by the way was not part of the original grant. This was to look at the novel functions of the virus pathogenesis in vivo. You know what that means? In living systems.
The grant was supposed to be clinical simulations and models. But this grant was modified with this letter to say we were going to authorize gain of function research during the moratorium in living systems. And then we love the last paragraph of this letter, which conveniently says, as your grant is currently funded, this pause is voluntary. How many times have you met a voluntary moratorium? And the best part about it is that if we look at the very last line or continue to conduct the applicable gain of function research until the end of the currently active budget period.
But here comes the problem. You know who is supplying the budget? An indefinite term, unlimited amount contract from DARPA and from NIH. Isn't it convenient to have a perpetually funded project that needs to stop when the money runs out, when you find out that there is no point where the money runs out because there is no end to the thing that has no end? And lest you think that I'm making an allegation, which I'm not, I'm making an accusation.
Let's be clear. And there's a big difference. I'm not alleging anything. They actually went to the trouble of telling us that it was going to be the Wuhan virus that was gonna get us. As you see on the right hand side of the screen, published in 2016, March 14, 2016, the SARS like Wuhan Institute of Virology Virus 1, and I quote, is poised for human emergence.
Does that sound like we're just surprised that something in Wuhan went a little haywire in December of 2019? Or does it feel like we were told, look at Wuhan and look at coronavirus and look at what we've been doing to manipulate coronavirus in Wuhan and in the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. And lo and behold, we're going to go ahead and tell you that we're ready to release it in 2016. Next slide. We're almost done.
And then they created it. Now all of you know that I am criticized globally for my use of the term biological warfare. I do that because I am credentialed to do that. I happen to be, for the United States government, in the early part of 2000s and the latter part of 90s, a person who was sent around the world to look at the proliferation of biological and chemical weapons. I'm acutely familiar with the definition of what a biological warfare agent is in the 18 US code, the criminal code of violations of biological and chemical weapons.
And so my assessment is in fact professional and right. And the reason for that is I'm the one credentialed to make that determination for the United States government for many years. That's why I say it. But let's pretend for the moment that I'm just a nut job. Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about.
So why don't we look at what the criminals said themselves, shall we? In 2005, at a conference sponsored by DARPA and the MITRE Corporation, Ralph Barrick, the architect of the lethal strand that has been injected into 1,000,000 and billions of people's arms, arms, that Ralph Barrick was sponsored to present the following, and let's go ahead and use his words, presentation. Synthetic coronaviruses, biohacking, bio warfare enabling technologies. Does that sound like a public health distribution program? Does that sound like something that is accidentally misinterpreted to mean something else?
Or does biological warfare enabling technology sound like not countermeasures or pandemic preparedness? It sounds to me like biological warfare enabling technologies. And the reason why I have that hunch is what followed was he received, next to his NIAID grants, noncompetitive DARPA grants in matching funds for over $140,000,000 of aggregate funding going into his and his related programs on synthetic biological warfare enabling technologies. So do I have a problem calling the injection a biological warfare enabling technology? Absolutely not.
Because that's what they called it. And we know that they knew they called it that on September 18, 2019. Because on September 18, 2019, the racketeering, co conspiring cabal of interlocking directorates, also known as the World Health Organization, said that they were going to conduct an expert experience for the world that was going to be a rapidly spreading pandemic due to a lethal respiratory pathogen. The lethality in that statement is the problem. They didn't say we're gonna maybe get a little bit of sniffles going around.
They said we were going to actually have the promulgation of a deadly agent. And the stated reason, in September 2020, the progress indicator is that the world would accept a universal vaccine. Not, we'll look at other options of treatment, not, we'll have a look at what might be early intervention as Doctor. McCullough has so clearly advocated for in many, many, many instances. Not that we stated on September 18, 2019, we were intending to kill.
And we were intending to kill to create the fear that would drive people to accept something that without coercion, no one would have accepted. And that's published by the criminal racketeers. Next slide, and there's only 2 to go if you're following. Deploy and profit from it. We were told investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process.
And lo and behold, guess what they saw? Profit at the end of the process. 2022, $100,000,000,000 for Pfizer, of public funds. Moderna, after lying to the congress in October of 2020 when they were asked to actually verify whether NIAID was promoting an injection that would enrich NIAID, where Anthony Fauci and the entire team at NIH said that they had no financial interest in their recommendation, they receive a back payment royalty of $400,000,000 for the first payment of the royalty. $400,000,000 More than any institute of health has ever received in a single payment for a single invention in the history of American medical research.
And lo and behold, what do we receive after that? A request from the World Health Organization to expand its budget by 11% to make sure that the people who profited from it donate to it, and guess what they just did? They laundered the money right back. That's what they did. Next and now you get the final slide.
This is not a public health crime. This is actually not a constitutional crime. This is a criminal act done by a criminal institution established to enable criminal behavior since its foundation in 1947. That is what this is. And we should not be debating the merits of democracy or liberty or anything else, as irrational as that would be if we stood at a bank robbery and debated the merits of printing dollar bills.
The problem is not the dollar bills. It's the bank robber. And the problem here is not health, and it's not public health, and it's not the suppression of information, and the suppression of dissident views, and the absolute unconscionable treatment of physicians around the world academicians around the world who spoke out against this, that's not the crime. The crime is that we had criminal racketeers who conspired and developed a quote emergency, the same criminal racketeers planned, manufactured, and did all agency capture to make sure that you were told that you would use terms that they tell you to use, vaccine, face mask, health, social distancing, none of which had ordinary use definition. So we just used them.
Criminal racketeers price fixed with interlocking directorates where known competitors came together and fixed prices in direct collusion in violation of both European Union standards and in violation of both the Sherman and the Clayton Act in the United States. These were crimes. It was organized crime, and we should treat it as such. Criminal racketeers publicly lied under oath, and this resulted in the death and destruction of liberty, and most importantly, the death and destruction of the integrity of well meaning people who sit here today doing everything they can within their power to try to treat the calamities created by this catastrophe. I will not for a moment denigrate the multiple contributions of amazing academic and medical professionals who've tried desperately to step into the gap and stop the corrupt outcomes of these crimes.
But I will, without doubt, say the following. Until we treat this as a criminal conspiracy of criminal racketeers resulting in global terrorism for the purpose of profiteering and murder. Until we have that conversation, we're having the wrong conversation. Because we are not here to debate the merits of a modified agreement for a criminal racketeering organization. We are here to end the criminal organization itself.

But what's particularly interesting about its isolation in 1965 was that it was immediately identified as a pathogen that could be used and modified for a whole host of reasons. And you heard me correctly, that was 1965.
And by the way, these slides are public domain. You're welcome to look at every single reference. Every comment that I made is based on published material. So do make sure that you look at those references. But in 1966, the very first COV coronavirus model was used as a transatlantic biological experiment in human manipulation.
And you heard the date, 1966. I hope you're getting the point of what I'm saying. This is not an overnight thing. This is actually something that's been long in the making. A year before I was born, we had the first Transatlantic coronavirus data sharing experiment between The United States and The United Kingdom.
And in 1967, the year I was born, we did the first human trials on inoculating people with modified coronavirus. Isn't that amazing? Fifty six years ago, the overnight success of a pathogen that's been fifty six years in engineering. And I want that to chill with all of you. Where were we when we actually allowed in violation of biological and chemical weapons treaties?
Where were we as a human civilization when we thought it was an acceptable thing to do to take a pathogen for The United States and infect the world with it. Where was that conversation? And what should have been that conversation in 1967? That conversation wasn't had. Ironically, the common cold was turned into a chimera in the nineteen seventies.
And in 1975, 1976, and 1977, we started figuring out how to modify coronavirus by putting it into different animals, pigs and dogs. Did you hear what I just said? 1990, operation warp speed?
I'm sorry. Where's the warp and the speed? Pfizer, 1990, the very first spike protein vaccine for coronavirus. Isn't that fascinating? Isn't it fascinating that we were we were told that, well, the spike protein is a new thing.
We just found out that that's the problem. No. As a matter of fact, we didn't just find out it was not just now now the problem. We found that out in 1990 and filed the first patents on vaccines in 1990 for the spike protein of coronavirus. And who would have thought?
Pfizer. Clearly, the innocent organization that does nothing but promote human health. Clearly Pfizer, the organization that has not bought the votes in this chamber and every chamber of every government around the world. Not that Pfizer. Certainly, they wouldn't have had anything to do with this.
But, oh, yes, they did. And in 1990, they found out that there was a problem with vaccines. They didn't work. You know why they didn't work? It turns out that coronavirus is a very malleable model.
It transforms and it changes and it mutates over time. As a matter of fact, every publication on vaccines for coronavirus from 1990 until 02/2018, every single publication concluded that coronavirus escapes the vaccine impulse because it modifies and mutates too quickly for vaccines to be effective. And since 1990 to 02/2018, that is the published science, ladies and gentlemen. That's following the science. Following the science is their own indictment of their own programs that said it doesn't work.
And there are thousands of publications to that effect, not a few 100 and not paid for by pharmaceutical companies. These are publications that are independent scientific research that shows unequivocally, including efforts of the chimaera modifications made by Ralph Barrack in the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. All of them show vaccines do not work on coronavirus. That's the science, and that science has never been disputed. But then we had an interesting development in 02/2002, and this data is most important.
Because in 02/2002, the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill patented, and I quote, an infectious replication defective clone of coronavirus. Listen to those words, infectious replication defective. What does that phrase actually mean? For those of you not familiar with language, let me unpack it for you. Infectious replication defective means a weapon.
It means something meant to target an individual, but not have collateral damage to other individuals. That's what infectious replication defective means. And that patent was filed in 2002 on work funded by NIAID's Anthony Fauci from 1999 to 02/2002, and that work patented at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill mysteriously preceded SARS one point o by a year. So the same people, the FDA, the same agency that is approving these Nazi Frankenshots, have been involved in the development of COVID-nineteen, an offensive biological warfare weapon with gain of function properties that were applied at the University of North Carolina BSL-three student.

Speaker 0: I think the CDC also has accountability. The current director, Milensky, Biden appointed, she's from the Harvard Medical School. Harvard Medical School is also involved in the development of the COVID-nineteen at the UNC BSL-three with Ralph Barack along with the FDA. The CDC has been up to its eyeballs in offensive biological warfare weapons going back to the Reagan administration. When the Reagan administration authorized the CDC and American type culture collection to ship 40 shipments of weapons they knew were weapon specific biological warfare agents to Saddam Hussein in Iraq in the hope and expectation that he would weaponize them and use them against Iran.
And then US troops after Gulf War one went in there, blew these, biowarfare labs up, and contaminated themselves. Are there are there
Speaker 1: politicians are there members of our federal government, I'm talking about, you in the House of Representatives or in the United States Senate that are on committees that have the intel about this gain of function, weapon of biowarfare being manufactured, concocted, and whipped up at Fort Detrick University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill that that the FDA was involved? I mean, ostensibly, it would seem to me that there would be people inside of our government that would know and have a forethought that this was going to happen.
Speaker 0: I think, senator Rand Paul, from what I've seen, is the one who has the, best comprehension of what's going on here.
Speaker 1: But did they know beforehand? Did they know that this was going to be developed at the time? I mean, would they have known this? Would they have received intel documents that said, hey, we're going to make a weapon of biowarfare here in The United States. We're gonna ship it offshore, and then we're going to release it on the world population.
Speaker 0: Well, Stu, I've been saying this for many years. If you take a look at a There's an award winning documentary called Anthrax Wars 2009 by Cohen and Nadler. You can get it online. Dealing with the existential dangers presented by these BSL-3s and BSL-4s. And they asked me, because of my expertise, to consult with them.
And at the end of this documentary, I say in the starkest terms possible, this is a catastrophe waiting to happen, unquote. Now that was 2009. So yes, at least my viewpoints on these matters have been out there in the public record. Indeed, in 2001, I was the first to blow the whistle on the fact that Amerithrax came out of a US biological warfare weapons program and laboratory. That was November 3 at Harvard Divinity School, where the Council for Responsible Genetics was holding its convention.
And I was conducting a workshop against biological warfare weapons. I said that to Fox TV November 3. The next day or the Monday after that, I said it to Pacific Radio Network. And then I was on the BBC. The whole world heard me.
And then I was censored off of everywhere after that point. An order was given. And no mainstream news media, Western mainstream news media has ever interviewed me again.
Speaker 1: So I'm gonna ask you to speculate here a little bit, and I I know that you like to stick with facts. But what is the what is the game for the people who whipped this up and then released it? What is the game for DARPA, the Pentagon, Ralph Barack, Fauci, EcoHealth Alliance, Peter Dashick? All what what is their what is the end goal here, I guess? What's the end game?
Speaker 0: I think it's population control and reduction, Stu. We if you read the reports now, worldwide there have been excess deaths of about 12,000,000 people. So I think that's the ultimate goal. Remember, that goes back to the infamous national security directive by Henry Kissinger, that it is in the national security interests of The United States for our policy to be population control and reduction. I've never read that that was released.
And then, of course, everyone's making large amounts of money off of this as well.
Speaker 1: As a lawyer, you represented world governments in the International Court of Justice. Why wouldn't any of our I mean, so you're no hack. Why why wouldn't any of our elected representatives in the senate or congress take you seriously when you're warning about this? Why would they write you off like that?
Speaker 0: I believe they've been threatened. I I have contacted I've been in touch with members of Congress about this matter and sued there after they were threatened. For example, one member of Congress was consulting me on one matter. And I raised with him the Ebola pandemic in West Africa, Walter Jones. He was a very powerful member of the House Armed Services Committee.
He was consulting me on another matter, getting my legal opinion. And since he represented Fort Bragg down there where everyone were being deployed, he knew my expertise. I said, Congressman Jones, this West African Ebola pandemic came out of the Kenema BSL-four. It's extremely dangerous. And I think you've got to do something to keep your troops there from being deployed by the Obama administration is propaganda stunt.
It's extremely dangerous. This is biological warfare at work. And Congressman Jones said, we discussed the matter. And then he said, I'll get on it right away. I'll put my top staffer in touch with you, and we'll get on this right away.
Because these were his constituents. What happened? I was completely cut off. Obviously, someone had threatened Congressman Jones. He no longer returned my phone calls, no emails, no messages, no one in his staff either.
Now, who would be able to threaten an extremely powerful member of the House Armed Services Committee to not even act on behalf of his own constituents there? And what was that threat? I don't know. But this personally happened to me, yes. And even after Congressman Jones died, I sent condolences to his office, They didn't even acknowledge receipt of my condolences.
Speaker 1: I think we probably know why. Certainly not every sheriff has been gotten to. Do you think that that's the course of action here is for citizens to go to their sheriff and report that they've been assaulted with a weapon of biowarfare?
Speaker 0: Yes. And also go to your district attorney, state's attorney, county attorney. I'm dealing with the county attorney down there at Colliard County. He he's involved in drafting their health freedom declaration. We're we're making progress

And then there needs to be an enforcement mechanism in that in that resolution for how we move forward and what we do with the people who are responsible for this deployment and then what we do with the stockpiles of this deployment. I think it's pretty clear at this point. I mean, it needs to be seized. It needs to be incinerated.
And then the people responsible for it need to be put on trial and handed down sentences.

They knew full well they were developing an existentially dangerous, offensive, biological warfare weapon with gain of function properties with HIV DNA genetically engineered into there and that was subjected to nanotechnology to aerosolize it.
