He’s also a small business owner with a family that relies on him. And she dumps some more water on the blood. And now he squats, so Samsel and Pudge can treat him. So if you're wondering what that is, it's wound sealer. And when they do these types of drills, they would treat this like a real wound and take a good look at it. And this is what he's gonna look like later. So now he's gonna try to take it out. I have reviewed hundreds and hundreds of hours of video, and there was violence. I saw violence there that day with my own eyes. In the dozens of media interviews that he has participated in. Speaker 4: Seen on TV many times. Speaker 2: Has anybody ever showed a single second of video of his heroic actions that Speaker 6: We need heroes What like Speaker 2: we learned from the book though, he goes into great detail about his own history of therapies, counseling sessions. Speaker 5: And I'm now receiving private counseling therapy for the persistent emotional trauma of that day. Speaker 2: Mostly dealing with anger issues. And of course, we did see some of those anger issues displayed. Get the out Speaker 5: of here. Speaker 2: So he was already distressed, already seeing things, imagining things, escalating things in his own mind in a way that other officers weren't. I'm not gonna try and play psychologist because I'm not one. There's just something wrong with him. One of those incidences took place at the top of a stairwell down in the crypt. It's a staircase that leads down to the lower terrace where a lot of officers were receiving first aid for their injuries. He was surrounded by some Metropolitan Police officers when inexplicably, he just lost control. There was nobody doing any violence of any type in that room at the time. In fact, there was only a very, very small handful of protesters in the crypt at that moment, and they were all the way across the room, and he just started screaming and shouting obscenities across the room. And at that moment, captain Ben Smith of the United States Capitol Police ran over to him, put his hand on his shoulder, you know, calm down, Harry. Calm down. Couple minutes later, Harry broke out in a run towards the staircase that led up to what they call the small rotunda or the speaker's lobby. And as he's running towards those stairs, he accidentally hit the button on his magazine from his m four automatic weapon. The magazine bounces off the floor. Three other officers run over. One of them picks it up and hands it to him, and Harry runs to the top of the stairs. He's clearly agitated. He's in a high level of distress, not because he's been fighting with anyone. When he reached the top of that stairs, that was the moment when oath keeper Ken Harrelson saw this highly distressed officer carrying an automatic rifle arrive to the top of the stairs. Already, something's going wrong in his head. There wasn't a single officer carried off on the stretcher that day. There was another scene that took place in which he describes in the book not so terribly accurately. He says that he saw a protester who was leaning against the wall. Another police officer had given this protester a bottle of water to wash out his eyes because the protester had been sprayed with pepper spray. The book says that he was screaming obscenity to that protester and yanks the bottle of water out of his hand and then throws it, in his own words, halfway across the rotunda floor. Harry can be seen entering the rotunda. He's not running, but he does inexplicably walk the full length of the floor. He walks over to this lady sitting on a bench. She's wearing red and complete far end of the capital or the rotunda from where he entered. He's screaming at her And she's doing nothing. And immediately, an officer has to come over and intervene and actually takes the lady away from from officer Dunn. Then Dunn walks over to the middle of the rotunda floor where a protester is sitting in the middle. He's not leaning against the wall. He's sitting on the floor. He has four or five other police officers around him. He does have a full bottle bottle of water in his hand, and inexplicably, Dunn reaches down and snatches violently, snatches the bottle of water out of his hands, but he doesn't throw it across the floor. He just then ambles across to the other end of the rotunda and walks over and places the bottle on the pedestal of a statue. Then a higher ranking officer can be seen talking to another member of what they call the m four unit, points at Dunn, and basically you can see from his hand motions says get him out of here. And that officer immediately goes over to Dunn and immediately waves him, grabs him, and gets him out of there. Once again, he was not in a position where he was de escalating, where he was calm and collected, where he was in control of his own faculties. Officer Dunn, a personal training officer who teaches de escalation tactics and procedures was not following the lessons that he himself taught, those who he was in charge of training. When the the the January 6 committee was first put together, Nancy Pelosi is famously recorded as saying Speaker 3: And it's also our duty to establish and preserve the narrative of that day. Speaker 2: The stories we have coming out are going to show that there was a concerted effort to manipulate information, manipulate evidence, suppress evidence, and create evidence that does not exist in order to reach those goals of establishing the narrative. Speaker 5: He's been put out as a hero. He received some citizens award from Joe Biden. MSNBC has treated him like a god. As opposed to Tarrant Johnson, what he actually did on January 6 that was heroic, but he's been villainized. Speaker 2: I reached out to Harry. I've been very fair in my series about the Capitol Place. I believe that they were set up that day. I told Harry right from the get go that I believe that he was set up as well. Speaker 0: It has been exactly three years since January 6, the events of January 6. The racist insurrection that shocked this nation to its core more profoundly than anything since Pearl Harbor plus the civil war. And it has taken a while, honestly, even for people who aren't on the side of the professional liars to realize there's something amiss about what happened that day, not just the response, the largest law enforcement mobilization in the history of The United States. That was obviously disproportionate because it wasn't the worst riot that year, not even close. But the day itself, there was something about January 6 that didn't feel right, and hovering over that day has remained the question, to what extent was it a setup? And we still don't really know. But what's interesting is how few people have asked that entirely legitimate question. One of the very few, really one of the only in the United States Congress, is a member called Clay Higgins from Louisiana. In case you haven't seen this clip, it's worth rewatching. This is from 2022 in a Homeland Security Committee hearing where he asked it just directly of the FBI director. Watch. Speaker 1: Did the FBI have confidential human sources embedded within the January 6 protesters and on 01/06/2021? Speaker 2: Well, congressman, as I'm sure you can appreciate, I have to be very careful about what I can say about when Speaker 1: Even now, because that's what you told us two years ago. Speaker 2: May I finish? About when we do and do not and where we have and have not used confidential human sources. But to the extent that there's a suggestion, for example, that the FBI's confidential human sources or FBI employees in some way instigated or orchestrated January 6, that's categorically false. Speaker 1: Did you have confidential human sources dressed as Trump supporters inside the Capitol on January 6 prior to the doors being opened? Speaker 2: Again, I had to be very careful. Speaker 1: It should be a no. Can you not tell the American people no? We did not have confidential human sources dressed as Trump supporters positioned inside the Capitol. Gentlemen, time has expired. Speaker 2: You should not read anything into my decision not to share information Speaker 1: Director Ray Speaker 2: confidently here. Speaker 1: Gentleman's time has expired. Speaker 0: What a sleazy, repulsive, little authoritarian liar Chris Ray is. That's obvious when you watch that tape. The sad part is so few tapes like that exist because so few have confronted him directly and asked questions to which the entire country has a right to know the answer, like that one. Clay Higgins did that. Congressman from Louisiana Louisiana Lafayette joins us in studio. Congressman, thanks so much for coming on. Speaker 1: Thank you for having me, Tuck. Speaker 0: So that was over a year ago that you asked that question, which is a central question, and you asked it as I think is appropriate without any embarrassment at all on behalf of your constituents and the rest of the country. Are you any closer to the answer now? Speaker 1: Well, we're closer to being in a position where we can reveal the answers that we already have. Much of the evidence that we have compiled from investigative effort over the the course of the last couple of years. Some officers like my own sort of operating in silos of investigative endeavor have now been able to come together now that we have a Republican majority and we have access to the to the to the staffs of the appropriate investigative committees. And so I sit on the oversight committee and we Republicans run that committee now, therefore, we control the staff. So when you can magnify the efforts that individual members of congress have have have pushed within our own offices, when you can magnify those efforts by the the skill and the numbers of staff from the committees, you you you get a lot of evidence reviewed professionally and aligned and assembled into essentially a case file. And in in this case, this is a big file because the the the involvement of of certain actors, you could say deep state actors within the federal government to set the stage for what happened in in j four, five, and six and and to entrap thousands of Americans from across the country and to lure them into this this set stage on j four, five, and six. The people that were involved in that is is quite a large web. So, yes, sir. We do have a great deal of evidence compiled, and we're we're gradually, professionally rolling that evidence out. So you sort Speaker 0: of answered the question right there in larger terms. You just said that elements within the federal government, I assume law enforcement intel and military, and I'm using your words, lured Americans to Washington into what you called a trap. Speaker 1: Yes, sir. Speaker 0: So that would I mean, that's a shocking and I assume that's Speaker 1: a that's a sober conclusion based on the evidence. That's what you're saying? That's that would be my sober assessment as an investigator. And I'm you know, I'm quite a I love my country, and and I've I've always been a staunch defender of the thin blue line. And I I would proudly count the FBI amongst that number. It's like brothers to me. So to find that level of of conspiratorial corruption at the highest levels of the FBI has been very troubling to me as a man, as a cop. And and yet, you know, you follow the evidence wherever it leads. And Yes. This is what investigators do. So when I asked Christopher Wray that that question, for instance, I already knew the answer. I had reviewed compelling evidence that that FBI had assets, human assets, dressed as Trump supporters inside the Capitol prior to the doors being opened and the masses allowed in. So I I knew that the FBI was deeply involved. I'd seen evidence even at that time with that the FBI had embedded themselves into various groups online across the country of Americans who were essentially voicing their their concerns and airing their grievances with each other about COVID oppression. Those Americans were targeted by the FBI, almost universally, Republicans and and, largely Trump supporters, but the FBI worked undercover to infiltrate those conversations and become a significant part of those individual Americans' communications. And when you dig into the evidence that we've we've had revealed through through some criminal cases that I've I've followed and worked with the families of j six political detainees and Americans that have been persecuted for their involvement in in the capital that day. And some of that evidence is shockingly reveals that the the the FBI agents that were operating undercover within the online groups across the country were were the first ones to plant the seeds of of suggestions of of a of a more radical occupation of the capital. And and they were sort of testing the waters of who amongst that group would would begin acknowledging that, you know, yeah, may maybe we should do that. Maybe we should plan for an occupation like that. But if you look at the the origins of those conversations, they they were started by the the FBI undercover guy that was operating inside the group. And then months later, on January, many of those Americans met for the first time in person when they gathered for the massive rally where American patriots assembled to object to to everything that had happened during 2020, the COVID oppression, and the the stunning results of what we believe was a compromised election cycle in November 2020. So Americans gathered at their own capital to to appropriately air grievances and protest at their capital, but embedded amongst their number was an FBI asset that had been working from within their group online for many months. So this was the level of of manipulative effort that the FBI invested into American citizenry and our our assembly online to our and to exercise our rights under the First Amendment to talk to each other about whatever we wanna talk about, including the the the insidious oppressions of COVID that we were suffering across the country. So and our concerns about where the election was going, the whole mail in ballot thing, we can see the stage was being set for a compromised election cycle possibly. And to our horror, that's what happened. So FBI had fingerprints on this thing from for many months prior to j four, five, and '6. Speaker 0: I wanna go back to something you said in the first sentence, which is you have seen evidence, and that spurred your questions to Chris Wray, that there were FBI assets dressed as Trump supporters within the Capitol. So that is proof of entrapment because, of course, the federal government could have prevented entry into the Capitol Building. There aren't that many doors. You work there, you know. But they allowed people in on purpose to entrap them. That's what Speaker 1: that proves, think. Does it not? Well, it's certainly condemning. It's another piece of the of the strategy that the that the government employed to sort of complete the entrapment of Americans that they had had infiltrated and then prodded and provoked with online with the with the those original seeds planted of of actions like, you know, what type of gear to wear and and and just in in language that incited behavior that could go the wrong way. You know, pushing actions of of legal and legitimate peaceful protest to an edge where where those Americans would likely not have gone had they not been been, you know, encouraged by the FBI plant amongst their number that they didn't know was there. So by the time it was actually j six and you had you had masses of Americans assembled outside the capital, They're almost, like, 99.9%, 100% peaceful. On the inside, you had FBI assets dressed as Trump supporters that knew their way around the Capitol. Before the doors even opened. Before the doors open. Or else, how are you gonna get around the Capitol? You've been there many times. You need a guide to get from whatever door you go in. It's a labyrinth. It's it's a it's a maze inside there. So you that's right. So there's no way just Americans, most of which had never been to the capital, there's no way they can come in some random door that gets opened and then get their way directly to the to the statuary or the house chamber or the Senate Chamber. It's just not possible. So the the the FBI assets that were dressed as Trump supporters that were inside the Capitol were there, I believe, and evidence indicates that they were there to to specifically wave in the the Trump supporters that had gathered outside the Capitol and the doors opened and they were allowed in, and on the inside were were, oh, there's some more Trump supporters, but really those were FBI assets, law enforcement assets that knew their way around the capital. And they they waved those guys in, said, come on. Follow us. And they they are the ones that led them on the path directly. How do you think of guys never been to the capital gonna gonna come into the capital all amped up on on emotion and make his way straight to Nancy Pelosi's office. Come on. It's like I couldn't get it. There's no way. I've been there for seven years. Could come in some random door at the Capitol and make my way to Nancy Pelosi. Unmarked. Speaker 0: I mean, those leadership offices are unmarked. So how would Speaker 1: you know? It's confusing to get around in the Capitol. Every American that has been there knows this. When you go on a tour, you bring your family to DC, you go through the Capitol, you have to have a guide. And and on January 6, the guides were FBI assets, the law enforcement assets, and they were dressed as Trump supporters. They were positioned inside the capital prior to the doors being opened so that the Americans that had assembled outside the capital, once allowed in, could be brought directly to the areas where the FBI and the DOJ and the deep state actors knew would be the most the most sort of condemning criminal action of of Americans being a lot being inside the capital protesting without permit and things. They knew it was setting the stage for arrest and prosecution. It's such Speaker 0: a crime. Who who planned this, do you think? Speaker 1: I think factions planned this. I wouldn't say who, Tucker, because that yeah. I don't think there was one person chart that that planned this, but I believe the the faction of establishment liberals within the the FBI and the Democrat Party and our intelligence services to to another extent used their massive powers of surveillance and and and investigative assets that they have across the country, confidential informants, registered informants, nonregistered informants, voluntary informants. It's an it's a it's a a complex web of of FBI assets across the country that can be activated. So if you have authority at some of the highest levels in the FBI, doesn't take much. The faction within the FBI and within our intelligence services that would coordinate with with the most extreme liberal factions within a Democrat party that were desperate to keep Trump out of office and and, you know, worked within the the theater of operations, shall we say, that had been that had been set by the COVID alleged medical emergencies nationwide and millions and millions of mail in ballots. There's no daylight between the the compromised election cycle of November 2020 and ultimately what happened on on on j six. So you ask who planned this? This would be the combination of several several of the most extreme liberal anti Trump, anti America first factions that that were in positions of authority within our our federal law enforcement organizations and the the Democrat party across the country. Speaker 0: Can when you say that there were FBI assets in the crowd, it in the building beforehand and and certainly outside, what's the scale of this? Are you talking like ten, twenty? No. Speaker 1: Based upon some very conservative, but, like, hard investigative effort evaluation of of the numbers from putting together eyewitnesses and and videos and and affidavit statement and whistleblower statements and court records that have been revealed through individual criminal cases where j six defendants have been prosecuted and smart attorneys have forced, admissions by the DOJ and the FBI, but those admissions have been sealed within the parameter of that criminal case by protective order by the judge so they I I can't share them, but I've seen them. So real hard objective and conservative estimates would would put the number of FBI assets in the crowd outside and working inside at at well over 200. 200? Yeah. Speaker 0: Yeah. So you're in law enforcement? Yeah. Yeah. Before you came to congress in the military as well. That seemed that's an extraordinary number. Is it? Well, no. When you think about the scope of the operation, if you were gonna do this, would need you would need that moment. To so like when, I don't know, Minneapolis burned down or when Saint John's, the Episcopal Church of Carceral in the White House in Lafayette Square was set ablaze and all the secret service agents were injured. Were there 200 FBI assets in the crowd among Antifa then? Speaker 1: I mean, I I don't know how many undercover agents FBI would have in a situation like that, but but but but j six was the was the was the final act prior to arrest and prosecution of of Americans that that were identified as as Trump supporters. I mean, the objective was to destroy the entire mega movement, to to forever stain the the patriotic fervor that was associated with with the America First mega movement that had won in 2016 and we believe won again in 2020. And the the establishment, on both sides of both major parties were determined to to smash that out of existence, not just by defeating Trump, but by destroying the the reputations of the movement itself, by creating this narrative that that was totally false, but but was heavily pushed that the that mega Republicans, American First Republicans are somehow a danger to our republic and a a domestic terror threat. There's a whole another story about what the FBI has done to tagging Americans as suspected domestic terrorists and and following us as we travel across the country. But the the bottom line is that 200 as a I I believe is a conservative number. Personally, I think there were there were many more. But a number that I'm comfortable going on record with is that we believe that there were that there were easily 200 FBI undercover assets operating in the crowd, outside the capital, embedded into groups that entered the capital or provoked entry of the capital and working with FBI assets that would have included metro police and capital police that would dress as Trump supporters inside the capital because those were the guys that knew their way around the cap. So given the scope of the operation and the number of of doors where entry was allowed or even encouraged, than the and the number of people that were actually outside the capital and it entered, we believe 200 is a conservative number. Yes, sir. Speaker 0: It's it's shocking what you're saying. It confirms everyone's worst suspicions about this. It's clearly true. Did you come across any evidence that the the DOD, the military, either Defense Intelligence Agency or National Guard or any part of the US military played any role in this at all? Speaker 1: I have not seen that. I've heard the echoes of that suspicion, and I have I have observed circumstantial evidence that that has been presented to me that I've that I have reviewed. But to but to me, it does not rise to the level that I would call actionable from an investigative perspective. So there's some there was some some suspicion, but in in in law enforcement, the thresholds you're looking across is reasonable suspicion that would prompt a a criminal investigation. And then the next threshold is probable cause, which you need for arrest. And then, of course, in our system, finally, the last threshold is is, is conviction and guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. So then I I did review evidence, Tucker, regarding some suspicions of military involvement in some way. But and I and I've I have reviewed some of that evidence that that has been that I've been able to get my hands on. And I do not think that the the military was was involved, not at the level, most certainly not at the level of the of the FBI and, over the course of all of 2020. And then on j four, five, and six, the FBI working in coordination with other law enforcement assets that that they roped into the operation Speaker 2: Right. Speaker 1: From Metro PD, from DC, and and the Capitol Police was sort of Speaker 0: sort of tricked into participating with the with what the FBI had been staging for, you know, ten months. It just I mean, if you take three steps back, this is not democracy. So the federal agencies serve under the oversight of the elected president and then on under the oversight of the elected congress. Their elected people get to make the decisions. You have a republican president, you now have a republican congress, and neither one can get a straight answer from the FBI. No one has any control of the FBI. You're describing a government within a government. Speaker 1: Well, in America, a question becomes reasonable men would would would ask when we face a crisis like this, who investigates the investigators? Right. And the answer in America is is congress. So we we have the responsibility to investigate through the appropriate committees, which would we're certainly we're certainly doing that now that we have a Republican majority in control of the committees, but we don't have the power to arrest. We can we can give criminal referrals based upon our investigative efforts, but we have to have a DOJ that's receptive to the criminal referrals. So we we've hit quite a a brick wall, have we not? Constitutionally, we we have the responsibility to investigate objectively, and and and anyone that knows me know that's exactly what I'm I'm pursuing. I do not have I'm not trying to create a crime to fit a narrative to blame on the FBI. I'm following the evidence, and and to my horror, it implicates our FBI at the highest level and a and a a conspiracy within our government at the highest level to create the the to set the stage for a compromised election cycle in 2020, and then the the the actions that took place on j four, five, and and six, and then the the criminal investigation, arrest, and prosecution of Americans that they were able to entrap and document with the thousands of cameras that were operating that day and use that evidence that they knew they were setting up to investigate, arrest, and prosecute the Americans that they had entrapped. So congress can investigate these things, and we and we are, and we will reveal these horrific truths, and we will have criminal referrals. But until you have a a a a president running the executive branch that will clean house at the DOJ and FBI at the highest levels and put American patriots in place that will be that will act upon the criminal referrals that that congress provides, then none of those guys are gonna get arrested because they're not gonna arrest themselves, and we don't have arrest authority. Speaker 0: I'm a little and don't expect you to be critical of your colleagues in the Republican conference, but I mean, they do control the house. Impeachment is a thing. Chris Wray is still the FBI director. I watched Republicans, some of whom I know, cheer the murder of Ashley Babbitt, was an unarmed woman, less than five five, by Michael Bird. They were Michael Bird's side. And it I have to say for a lot of Republican voters, I count myself among them, very clarifying. If you're cheering Ashley Babbitt's murder shooting women now, that's okay because she likes Trump? And the Republicans were like, yeah. Was happy. Like, lot of them thought that. What the hell? Speaker 1: Yeah. That was and it it made me sick. Me too. You know, I'm there's a a great responsibility when you when you wear a badge in America. I mean, think about it. To be to be the to be the designated servant of your community that has that has the the authority to to deny the freedom of a fellow American in the land of the free. Like, that's a heavy responsibility. So the the escalation of of force is must be appropriate in order to affect a lawful arrest. And and a a bad a bad shoot is the worst thing that an officer can possibly be involved in in his in his career. It's it's, you know, we it's it's it's the thing of nightmares for for good police officers. So to take what was would from a law enforcement perspective was clearly a bad shoot because there's some basic rules you just cannot violate. You have to attempt to effect an arrest before you can go to deadly force. There was there was no attempt to arrest Ashley Babbitt. There were there were officers on the other side of the window she was climbing through. There were officers on the interior side of the window she was climbing through. There was no indication they had been they'd this had been going on for an hour, and there was there was no reports on the radio anywhere else of of gunfights. So there was no reason at that point to expect that Ashley Babbitt or anybody else in the in the crowd was gonna produce a firearm and start firing on police officers. Why? Because it had not happened. So that's part of the totality of circumstance that a police officer is responsible for knowing. We stay in constant communication with our radios. We know what's going on. That officer that that that pulled that trigger would shot a a American woman who was clearly in a in, like, a physically compromised position climbing through the broken glass of a of a window is not you know, it's not like she just stepped into the cage at MMA, and she was ready to fight. She's climbing through a window draped in a flag. There's police officers on the other side of the window. There's police officers on the interior side of the window. So you have plenty enough officer presence. If you wanna arrest that woman, then by all means, pull her through the window, you know, put flex cuffs on her and throw her in the corner. We'll get to you later, ma'am. We're kinda busy right now. That's what you do. You'd grab that woman and pull her through, flex cuffed her and threw her in the corner, or handed her back to somebody that could pull her back, you know, from that front line right there. So I understand that very well understand officers have to make split second decisions, but you never you never make a decision to use lethal force unless it's absolutely called for and required if you're losing a fight attempting to effect an arrest, then then, yeah, you know, if the if if there's if if the officer's life is in danger and is all by himself, but there's never should be a circumstance where you just pull the trigger on a woman climbing through a window that's clearly unarmed. There's no evidence of gunplay from the crowd that she's coming from. You got officers on both side of where she is. If you gotta arrest her, then by all means, arrest her. You know, to put flex cuffs on her and and move on. So, you know, she'd nail the next person trying to come through the window, but she don't shoot her. So that was bad Speaker 0: there's an invest a real investigation. Cheered. Yep. Why do you Speaker 1: think that was? And there's this in there's this insanity that has taken hold in the in the the minds and hearts of many otherwise reasonable American citizens where they did they they hate Trump so much. Like, they're they're so deeply embedded and they're they've sold their souls to the establishment that when we had an America first president and and he and he'd, like, stopped the, the military industrial complex forward momentum, and and he and he began restoring power to individual members of congress and restoring individual rights and freedoms and sovereignty of the state. And he took away the actions of the cartels and and and brought this, this real common sense approach to the executive branch and was leading our country in that beautiful direction. This was interfering with the business model of the establishment. So many career politicians on both sides of the aisle, and I, you know, I don't like those guys, man. I'm not one of them. And I I serve my country in congress, but I I don't consider myself a politician by any means. I'm a servant to we, the people. Some of these guys, man, they pop out of the womb to be to be politicians. They get groomed their whole life, you know, to be a a career politician. And those are the ones that had this instinctive cheer for something really bad happening to a Trump supporter. You know, they their true color showed in that moment and was an ugly color. Yeah. That's it. We shouldn't be shooting women, number one. I couldn't agree more. Speaker 0: So where where does this go from here? You have this corpus of information. It sounds like definitive. When does the public see the detail, and what's the process after that? Speaker 1: It's a good question. So evidence from criminal investigations by nature was rather secretive. But there is a, a tremendous compilation of data that I think should be made completely available to the public, and that's the digital files from from j four, five, and six. This is where speaker Mike Johnson can be a champion for for that will be remembered for throughout history as the speaker of the house that fully released unredacted digital files from j four, five, and six completely to the American people. And they within that data, then is full truth. And and the American people, it is the only staff large enough to, you know, frame by frame, go through eighty thousand hours of digital evidence. Nobody has a staff big enough to do that, but we can crowdsource it to the American people. So you ask when will this evidence be released? I'd I've I've been encouraging speaker Johnson as I did speaker McCarthy to, by god, man, release this data to the American people. Speaker 0: Why won't why won't they? Speaker 1: I believe speaker Johnson will, but but Mike is a is is quite a skilled constitutionalist attorney himself, and he's a very measured, patient, faithful man. So I I have I extend trust to to speaker Johnson when he says that it's his intention to fully release the the called the j six tapes, but, really, it's digital evidence is more than it's more than just video evidence. It's it's a lot. It's, you know, radio transcripts, the whole thing. I believe my speaker Johnson knows that this is a significant duty that he must he he he must perform for the American people. It's a moment in history where where, you know, I believe our lord and savior has placed him in that in that position of service to the country, and he has a responsibility to to fully release that data. And then the American people will see for themselves what some of us have already learned to our horror to be true. Congressman Higgins, thank you very much. Mister Brown recorded this conversation, and instead of working for the government on January 6th, He went on as many media outlets that would have him starting in March of 2021 and played the recording. Speaker 0: As a result of his righteous actions, the government had him arrested after an illegal search at his home on September of 2021. And after nearly two and a half years in federal prison, Jeremy has filed for an appeal. Jeremy's legal team is presenting forensic evidence that show the unregistered explosive grenades and the national defense documents that Jeremy was said to have illegally been in possession of were planted in his home by government agents during an illegal search. The first thing the agents did when they entered mister Brown's home for their search was turn off all 14 recording devices, and none of these agents had any functioning body cameras. The only person recording was Jeremy's girlfriend who courted the arrest by agent Lindsey and Ura, who instructed her to stop recording, which she did. They were very deliberate and making sure nothing was recorded during their search. During this search, they allegedly found 2 explosive grenades and a CD containing national defense documents, items that mister Brown denied knowing anything about. The grenades were tested for DNA, and the FBI's own experts found 2 male specimen DNAs on the grenades. None of which were from Jeremy Brown. They found a dog hair underneath 1 of the grenades. Mister Brown has 2 dogs, so the FBI got a search warrant, took over 50 samples from his dogs, and determined that the hair on the grenade was not from his dogs. They found a carpet fiber on the tape around one of the grenades. So they get another search warrant, cut out pieces of Jeremy's carpet, and compare the fibers to the one that was found with the grenade, and they determined it was not a match. Criminal counts 6, 7, 8, and 9 were allegedly found on a compact disc that they claim mister Brown carried with him through the deserts of Kuwait and Afghanistan for 17 years, and yet there isn't a scratch or a hint of discoloration on it. In August of 2022, there was a trace done on that CD to see when it was uploaded. And the evidence shows that mister Brown did not have the CD or the 2 grenades in his possession. They were planted by crooked agents working for a criminal state that has locked up and tortured scores of innocent men and women for a planned false flag event that they orchestrated with so many federal assets that they lost count. This criminal state is now threatening to go after for everyone who was in Washington DC on January 6th no matter if they were in the capital or on capital grounds. And yet, amazingly, the cell phone and video surveillance data of the suspect who committed the worst crime on January 6 are, according to the FBI, corrupted and/or missing. And what was the worst crime? The attempted assassination of Vice President-elect Kamala Harris while she was at the Democratic National Committee. In other words, while the FBI had cell phone data for the January 6 protesters, none of whom tried to kill anyone, it doesn’t have the cell phone data for the one person who did. And while the FBI had 14,000 hours of high-quality surveillance video for the January 6 protesters, it somehow does not have any video of the suspect actually leaving the bomb. Nor does it have high-quality video, including from the best angles, of the suspect. That's an unbelievable coincidence. And it gets worse. Last year, the person who was in charge of the FBI investigation, the head of the Washington Field Office, admitted to Rep. Thomas Massie that the Vice President’s life was never at risk. Massie: Do you think it was technically possible for a kitchen timer – Steven D'Antuono: No, no. Massie: — that has 1-hour duration — D'Antuono: No. Massie: — to detonate a bomb 17 hours later? D'Antuono: No, I don't. And I saw the same kitchen timer as you. I agree. I don't know when they were supposed to go off. Maybe they weren't supposed to go off. We can't — we don't know. We honestly don't know… Neither the FBI nor the DOJ ever announced that they had changed their mind about the bomb. My name is Michael Shane Daughtry and this is my January 6th Story. I was a Police Officer with SWAT and Sniper Certifications, 20+ years Police experience and over a thousand hours of training. I'm also a Master Gunsmith with a Federal Firearms License and a Gunsmithing Business with over 10 years experience. On January 6th 2021, I traveled to Washington DC with my wife Tammie to watch the Trump Rally. As the rally was completing, the President of the United States told the crowd to go to the West Lawn and "peacefully" protest, which we did. As we arrived at the West Lawn, the police officers removed the barricades and waved us onto the West Lawn. I had video of this but the FBI later raided my home and confiscated this Video. I never went into the Capital Building or damaged any property but I did later observe people causing damage to the Capital Building so I took a few pictures of these people and then returned to my motel room, we returned home the next morning.

On January 16th, I was charged with trespassing on the West Lawn on January 6th even though the President had ask me to go there and the police had moved the barricades and waved me onto the West Lawn. The FBI contacted me around midnight and asked me to turn myself into the Federal Marshalls at the Federal Courthouse in Macon by 9:00 am the next morning. I voluntarily turned myself into the Federal Marshalls at the Federal Courthouse in Macon Ga. Upon arrival I was advised by Federal Marshalls that Pelham Police Investigator Adam Lamb, Assistant Chief Rod Williams and Chief Mccormick had turned me in to the FBI after finding out I was in DC.

In 2020 I was working as a Police Officer for the Pelham Police Department and also owned a Firearms Gunsmithing Company named "Cazy Coon Armory" My business was named after my pet Raccoon that was named Rocket but we always called him "Crazy Ole Coon". On November 13th 2020, Pelham Police Department Investigator Adam Lamb had showed up to my home stating Police Cheif McCormack had fired me for having a Logo with a picture of a Racoon on it with the words "Crazy Coon Armory" telling me that the logo had the word "Coon" on it and that made it a Racist Logo. The police department said they didn't know I had an outside business with that name even though it was on my resume and on my application for employment. I had also worked on several of of the Pelham Police Department weapons including pistols and full auto rifles at Crazy Coon Armory. The paperwork they asked me to sign stated I was being fired for being a Racist. I refused to sign this separation letter. After I was fired, without even being giving a chance to resign, I decided to expose the Pelham Police Department and it's very corrupt Chief for several of the crimes they had committed and were committing including insurance fraud, illegal gambling and cover ups. I was posting this corruption on my Facebook Page and the City of Pelhams Facebook Page every night which made the Police very angery and this was the reason for turning me into the FBI so they could silence me.

After the Marshalls read me this affidavit, I was put into a jail cell for several hours before being brought before a Federal Magistrate Judge. Even though I was a Law Enforcement Officer with no other criminal record, I was placed in handcuffs, leg irons and belly chains and was advised not to speak. And even though I'm a certified Law Enforcement Officer, have never been arrested or charged with any other crime in my life and had gotten up before daylight and driven over 100 miles to turn myself in, the judge advised me that I was a flight risk and ordered me to wear an ankle monitor, be place under House Arrest, placed on Pre Trial Probation, forced to post $25,000 bond and was placed on Tap 4 internet restrictions saying I couldn't use any computers our internet. At that time I was not allowed to make a plea and was not allowed to plea until over 18 months later. I was appointed a public defender without even being asked. I had a very experienced federal attorney that was willing to take my case for free but I was advised that I could not have an attorney of my choosing and could only hire an attorney from the Washington DC District that was certified to take cases in federal court in DC. The only attorney I could find meeting these requirements wanted over $100,000 plus $10,000 per hearing which I had 5, which would have been a total of $150,000.00 and my case isn't even over yet.

Upon my release from jail late on January 16th, I returned home where my home and firearms business was immediately raided by Federal Agents that were waiting at my property. Numerous Federal Agents searched my home and property without a warrant and all my weapons and ammo were confiscated from my home and from my licensed firearms business, all for a crime that I would not lose my 2nd ammendment rights even if I were convicted. I was forced, with threat of prison, to give Federal Agents: *My Email Passwords and User Info with written permission to access these accounts. *My Bank Account Passwords *My Bank Account Numbers with written permission to access these accounts. *My Safe Deposit Box Info with written permission to search this box *All my Social Media User Names and Passwords with written permission to access accounts. *I was not allowed to change any password or information without permission from the Federal Government. *I'm not allowed to take out any new lines of credit without prior Government approval. *I was forced to swear under oath that I did not have any money, firearms or other items buried anywhere or have any storage units. *I was forced to swear under oath that I did not have any photographs or videos hidden or buried. *I Was not allowed to possess any phone, camera or recording devices other than the one phone I was allowed by probation to have and the FBI took that phone the next day and kept it for weeks. *I was forced, with threat of prison, to fill out a financial statement listing: *My Checking account balances and passwords *My Savings account balance and passwords *Credit Card Balance, and account information and password. *My vehicle loan information and value *My Vehicle Tag #, Year, Make & Model *My home loan information and home and property value. *The amount of cash on hand. *The value of my clothes. *The value of my home furnishings. *Names, Addresses, Birthdays and Social Security Numbers of all my family members. *Names, phone numbers and Addresses of my friends. *Names, Addresses and Birthdays of any Ex Wives and Children.

Early the next morning Federal agents confiscated all my FFL files including my FFL Log Book and 4473 files. Later that day, my home was raided again by Federal Agents who confiscated my phone and searched all my computers and electronic devices. My phone was not returned for 2 weeks. I was under court order to not use any other phone or computer so I was without any communication with friends, family or my attorneys for two weeks. This also gave the Federal Government access to all my email and text message communications between my attorney and myself. I was then forced to pay for home phone service and to pay for phone monitoring services and monthly fees for my ankle monitor. Approximately a year later my home was again searched without a warrant and without any explanation and I was threated with a probation condition violation if I complained about the searches of my property and that a probation violation would have a 17 year felony sentence.

Three weeks later, my home was again raided and all my electronic devices including my phone, computer, thumb drives, hard drives and memory cards were searched then confiscated. My desktop computer was confiscated without explanation and Federal Agents said they didn't know when my computer would be returned. This computer contained all the files needed to file my taxes that month, all my social security files I needed to file for my retirement benefits and all my private correspondence between my attorneys. This computer also contained all the software needed to run my business. My computer and phone were not returned for two weeks. When I received my phone back I noticed that all my pictures and videos that I had taken January 6th were missing including the video evidence I had of the Capital Police removing barriers and waving me onto the West Lawn of the Capital that I was charged with trespassing on. I also noticed my FFL Digital Logbook had been removed from my computer and my FFL Logbook backup files had been removed from my Google Drive Account that I had been forced to give the login information. Federal Agents had already taken my hardcopy FFL Logbook and 4473 files in a previous search of my firearms business so they now had all my FFL Files not even leaving me a copy. Even though I've only been charged with a non violent, misdemeanor crime, I've been on house arrest for almost two years for a crime that carries a maximum punishment of less than a year. I have not been allowed to plea in this case.

When I asked about my 6th Amendment right to a speedy trial, I was advised by Federal Court Judge Randolph D. Moss that the Sixth Amendment had been suspended due to Covid-19 and the large number of arrest made from the January 6th incident. The Sixth Amendment also gives me the right to a Fair Trial, does this mean I didn't have the right to a fair trail either? I'm not sure how a Federal Court Judge can legally suspend one of the Bill of Rights.

In June 2022, I was told by prosecutors that I could plea guilty to Trespassing on the Grass or face going to court in Washington DC on several other (made up) felony charges that they knew I had not committed. So because I had no chance of a fair trail and facing several false charges, I was forced to plead guilty to Trespassing on the Restricted West Lawn. My plea agreement stated the maximum amount of probation I could receive would be one year but for this non violent misdemeanor crime, I was sentenced to: 1: Two additional months of House Arrest with Location Monitoring for a total of 18 months. 2: Three additional years of Supervised Federal Probation with travel restrictions for a total of 4 years and 8 months of Supervised Federal Probation even though the plea agreement I had signed stated a maximum of 1 year probation. 3: Firearm Confiscation and Restrictions in clear violation of my 2nd amendment rights. 4: Mandatory random drug testing even though I have no drug history. I have passed all these tests. 5: Mandatory mental health evaluation, even though I have no mental health history. I passed this test. 6: $525.00 in restitution for damage to the Capital Building even though I never entered or even touched the Capital Building. I paid this fine. 7: 60 hours of community service. I completed all the community service. After my sentencing, my home was again searched by a Federal Probation Agent who searched backpacks, closed closets, closed drawers, including my girlfriends underwear drawers even though they had a court order advising that Probation Agents could only take illegal items that are "In Plain Sight".

My home has now been searched 7 times in 4 years. It's been searched by the FBI, the Federal Marshalls, the DOJ, and Federal Probation several times. The government then, using a fake name and phone number, attempted to send firearms to my FFL business through www.guns. on two different occasions in one week. I recognized this persons voice as Assistant U.S. Attorney Graciela Rodriguez Lindberg. Another person then, using another fake name and number called asking if they could bring a firearm to my business for an appraisal. I recognized this person's voice as my probation officer even though he was giving me another name. I told the person that I could not look at the gun and advised him that my business was closed. I also lied and told this person that I was out of state at the time so they would leave me alone. I'm on travel restrictions and can't go out of state so my probation officer almost immediately called and asked my location and when I told him I was home, a person stating he had just spoken to to me about the gun appraisal arrived at my home even though I had refused to look at the gun and had told him I was out of state. This person had a different voice, was extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer even when I told him several more times that I couldn't look at his firearm. This person then opened his vehicle trunk stating he was going show the gun to me anyway. At this time I drove away on my off road buggy leaving him at my home. When I later returned home this person was gone.

I was then contacted by Police Officer Safety & Training Officials stating my law enforcement certification is being revoked for not reporting my arrest to them even though the federal government had taken my phones, computers, I had federal imposed internet restrictions and was on house arrest with no way to contact POST. Also the Federal Agents who confiscated my phones and computers advised me they would contact P.O.S.T. for me because of all my communication restrictions. Now I've been contacted by the Department of Justice stating they were processing my request for a refund on my FFL renewal even though I haven't requested a refund. The D.O.J. then contacted me by phone and stated my Federal Firearms License is being revoked even though I haven't committed any crime that would prevent me from possessing a firearm or FFL. Today I was contacted by my probation officer stating the ATF had contacted him stating that the ATF had requested me to send my FFL files to the ATF and that I had not responded to their request. I hadn't received any requests from the ATF and can't understand why they contacted my probation officer. The ATF has my phone number, Email Address, Mailing Address, and Physical Address that's required for my FFL, I'm very easy to contact. Even though the ATF field officer is required to do regular inspections of my FFL Business, I haven't be contacted by the field officer since I was arrested three years ago and the only correspondence I've had with the ATF was a letter in February 2023 stating I owed them $90 for my FFL renewal. I sent this letter back with a check which they cashed.

Today the ATF Agent contacted me stating my FFL renewal was denied because I failed a background check and stated I was now a convicted felon and could never own a firearm again. After notifying my attorney, the agent called back the next day stating that the FBI had "accidentally mis-coded" my case into the computer and I was not a felon or restricted person but they refused to give my FFL back even though they now had no reason to deny me. The ATF advised me that I was required by law the send them all my FFL Files. I advised the agent that all my FFL Files had been confinscated the day after my arrest. Now I've been contacted by an ATF Agent who stated he couldn't find any agency that would admit taking my files and then threatened me several times with felony charges for Retention of Files for not returning 4473 files that the government had already confinscated 3 years previous. I advised the ATF that my files had been confinscated previously by two unknown government agents who took my files and left without identifying themselves or giving me any paperwork. The ATF Agent called me a liar several times and every time he called me a liar, I hung up on him. I advised the agent that I would try to find a backup copy of my digital log book somewhere but I was going out of state to take my wife to court as a witness in an unrelated case for about a week and that I had court approval for this trip. A few days later I traveled to court about 5 hours away in Tuscaloosa Alabama and asked my neighbor, who is a Newton Georgia Police Officer, to watch my property and feed our animals until we returned home. On the third day out of state, I received a notification from my security system stating my power had been off but was back on. I was told by authorities that the power had went out for about 30 minutes in the entire city of Newton for an unknown reason. I looked at my security cameras to check on my home and animals and noticed a package holding my storm door partially open and it had been placed there while the power and my cameras were out. I asked the officer to check the package and asked if he would make sure someone hadn't mailed a firearm to my home FFL for repair because I'm restricted from possessing firearms. The officer stated that the box didn't have a shipping label and appeared to contain FFL files and folders. It appears that the Federal Agents (DOJ, I believe) who illegally took my files got scared of all the inquiries and returned my files. The only markings on this box was my federal case number. The Officer took the FFL files into evidence, put them into the evidence room at Newton Police Department and contacted the ATF Agent. The next day the officer called me to say he had notified the ATF about recovering the files and that the ATF Agent was going to recover the files from the police department. The ATF continued to threaten me with felony charges of Retention of Files even after the files were recovered by the ATF Agent.

I've contacted my court appointed attorney's office 6 times over the past year advising them that I needed to speak with my attorney with no response other than the secretary advising me that the attorney is very busy. It's now September 2024 and my home has again been searched by the Federal Government who again found nothing illegal in my home. On January 30th 2024, I contacted my attorney's office and asked for a transcript of my motion for a speedy trial. During this previous hearing, I was advised that I didn't have the right to a fair and speedy trial because the 6th Amendment had been suspended by the Federal Court because of Covid and the large number of arrest during January 6th. My attorney's secretary told me that there was no transcript because the judge said there was no court reporter during this hearing and the video of the proceedings are not available to the public. I was also warned at the beginning of that Speedy Trial hearing that it was a Federal Felony for me to record my own hearing.
