Speaker 0: Hi everybody, Sam Parker here. I wanted to talk to you today about Randy Weaver and the US government's assault on him at Ruby Ridge, Idaho back in 1992. Now I'm not going to rehash all the events, can find that's most of the story in other places, but a lot of you will know Randy from his famous picture where he's sitting with his family wearing a black t shirt that says just say no to zog. And maybe that put a light bulb on in your mind, maybe it didn't, but either way you probably don't know about the rest of the story because it's hard to find. So I'm going to talk to you a little bit about that today. In 1986 when Randy Weaver lived in Idaho and was neighbors with many people who were members of a group called the Aryan Nations, an undercover federal agent by the name of Kenneth Fatterley befriended Randy Weaver. And for the next three years, he gained Randy Weaver's trust so such that in July 1989, Randy invited Kenneth Fatterley to his home and explained to Fatterley that he and some people were thinking of starting a group to resist what they called Zionist organized government, which they meant the United States government, by the way, when they were talking about that. It was at this point that the government leapt into action. Fatterley then bought two shotguns from Randy Weaver and asked Randy Weaver to illegally shorten them. And this constitutes, you know, entrapment. And the government tried to leverage this illegal action to turn Randy Weaver into a snitch, an informant on his neighbors. But Randy wouldn't play ball. He refused. He resisted, and basically the government ganged up on him. And that culminated with the famous siege at Ruby Ridge in 1992, wherein the FBI and the US Marshals attacked him and his family. They ended up shooting and killing his wife, his son, his dog, and even a family friend. And I'm not gonna rehash all the all the other events and all the people involved, but what you need to know is that the person had jurisdiction, who had jurisdiction over this, and who was in charge of the US Marshals and the FBI, was the attorney general of The United States, Bill Barr. That's right. The same Bill Barr who was attorney general again in the first Trump administration. Here's some things about Bill Barr. First of all, his dad was Donald Barr. Donald Barr got his start at the OSS, the Office of Strategic Services, or the forerunner of the CIA. Donald Barr wrote a book called Space Relations, which is a fictional book that dealt with interstellar sex trafficking and pedophile rape. Okay? Donald Barr also, it said, alleged by many, had a hand in hiring Jeffrey Epstein to the famous Dalton School back in the nineteen seventies, giving Jeffrey Epstein his start. Bill Barr we should also note was or worked for the CIA from 1971 to 1977 while he was in graduate school and law school. And let's just remind everybody that when Jeffrey Epstein suicided himself it was under the auspices of Bill Barr who was once again the Attorney General of The United States in the first Trump administration. You had a poor white guy living literally in a cabin in the woods in Northern Idaho in the nineteen eighties and nineties and he and his friends just wanted wanted to be left alone. They wanted to resist the encroachments of Zionist occupied government. And for that sin, when the agents of Zogg got wind of this, they mobilized the entire law enforcement apparatus of The United States and brought a war literally to his doorstep, killing half his family. I'm joined at the podium by captain Steve Bilkovitz and detective Harold Bonzer of our criminal investigations division. The purpose of this press conference is to provide an update regarding the NEWS investigation. I wanna take a moment to thank the following agencies who assisted in this case, Lehigh County District Attorney's Office, the Pennsylvania State Police Crime Lab, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The Allentown Police Department conducted a thorough investigation, including interviews of persons, analysis of evidence, and consultation with the district attorney's office of Lehigh County. As a result of the subsequent investigation, Latarsha Brown was charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, a misdemeanor of the second degree, and false reports to law enforcement, a misdemeanor of the third degree. As in every criminal case, the fact that a warrant has been issued or a complaint has been filed is merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. I'm now going to ask captain Milkovitz to provide a summation of this investigation. Speaker 1: Good afternoon, everybody. Captain Milkovitz, criminal investigations division. On 01/10/2025 at approximately 07:11AM, Allentown City employee, Latarsha Brown, arrived at her office on the Third Floor Of City Hall. At approximately 07:38AM, miss Brown notified the Allentown Police Department that she discovered what she believed to be a noose on her desk upon arriving at work. Officers assigned to the community outreach unit, crime scene identification unit, and criminal investigations unit responded, initiating a criminal investigation to identify the individual responsible for placing the noose on miss Brown's desk. During the investigation, video surveillance and building access control records were reviewed to identify city employees present on the Third Floor Of City Hall between the time miss Brown left for work on the afternoon of 01/09/2025 and her arrival on the morning of January 10. Those employees were interviewed. Each was asked if they would provide a a buccal swab for DNA testing if needed. Every employee agreed except for miss Brown. Initially cooperative, miss Brown later requested that the investigation be discontinued. The noose was submitted to the Pennsylvania State Police Crime Lab for DNA testing on 01/14/2025. On 01/24/2025, a search warrant was approved by the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office for miss Brown's DNA, and a DNA sample was obtained that same day. On 01/27/2025, miss Brown's buccal swab was submitted to the Bethlehem Regional Crime Lab of the Pennsylvania State Police for comparison with DNA profiles recovered from the noose. On 03/10/2025, the forensic DNA division of the Pennsylvania State Police issued a written report indicating that miss Brown's DNA matched the DNA profile obtained from the swabs of both the outer surface and inner knotted portion of the noose after it was taken apart. No other person's DNA profiles found on the evidentiary items involved in this location in this investigation. As a result of this investigation earlier today, detective Harold Bonds of the Allentown Police Department filed charges against Latarsha Brown at District Court thirty one two dash zero one for the criminal offenses outlined earlier by chief Roca. EXCLUSIVE: This morning my team received an e-mail from officer at ATF. The email included a screen shot from what appears to be an internal message describing a weapon and cartridges located by an ATF and other law enforcement near the scene of the Charlie Kirk shooting at Utah Valley State University. "On September 10, 2025, at approximately 12:24PM, Conservative political influencer Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at the Utah Valley University in Orem, UT. Mr. Kirk was speaking at the University as part of the American Comeback Tour. Multiple SLC I and III agents responded immediately. The suspect fired one shot from an elevated position on a rooftop in an adjacent building on the campus and surveillance video shows the suspect, jumping off and fleeing the area on foot. ATF and other law-enforcement located an older model imported Mauser .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle wrapped in a towel in a wooded area near the campus. The location of the firearm appears to match the suspects route of travel. The spent cartridge was still chambered in addition to three unspent rounds at the top fed magazine. All cartridges have engraved wording on them, expressing transgender and anti-fascist ideology. An emergency trace has been submitted an ATF SLC is working leads generated by the trace. The firearm and ammunition have been taken by the FBI for DNA analysis and fingerprint impressions. Upon completion of forensics, the firearm will be disassembled for additional importer information. Multiple people of interest having contacted or detained because of eyewitness testimony and review of video footage. The primary suspect is yet to be identified. ATF is assisting the investigation with multiple other federal, state, and local partners and the case is co-led by the FBI and Utah SBI.""
