He expressed concerns about reauthorizing section 702 given the FBI's track record of illegal surveillance and political targeting. The speaker in the video encourages viewers to show their support by using the phrase "88 GIPHY" in the chat. They criticize the FBI for not being able to answer basic questions and accuse them of arresting Donald Trump while leaking information about Joe Biden.

Speaker 0: Watch this cowardly FBI deputy director up on the hill yesterday. This coward up on the hill. Republican senator Josh Hawley asked him a basic question. Hey, man. Are you gonna explain this stuff? What are you guys? Like, modern day thugs? Are you gonna explain this or not? Take a look. Speaker 1: Who was fired for the lies to the FISA court for the Carter Page warrant? Who who who was fired for that? Anybody? Has anybody been held accountable For your institution deliberately lying to a FISA court to get a wiretap on an ongoing presidential campaign? Speaker 2: There is an ongoing disciplinary process with respected individuals involved than Speaker 1: that. Here's the deal. You're back in front of us asking for the reauthorization of extraordinary authorities. Multiple courts have uncovered extraordinary abuses perpetrated by your agency. You are, at the same time, concealing information About serious allegations made against the president of the United States even as your institution also targets his chief political opponent in an unprecedented way. Why would we ever give you the blank check that you want to continue surveilling American citizens in an improper manner. Why would we ever do that? Speaker 2: Senator, we're here to talk about reforms today. I did get Confirmation that the query is Speaker 1: We're not. We're here to talk about the reauthorization of section 702. Why would we reauthorize it given your track record of abuse And illegal and proper surveillance and political targeting. Why would we do that? Speaker 0: This is the great by the way, in the chat, fire up the 88 GIPHY. Everyone, I wanna see 88 GIPHY's everywhere in the chat. Fire it up. I wanted motoring in seconds with the 88. These guys are all giving off 88 vibes, all of them for hazy vibes, every single one of them. There we go. There we go. It started. We need 88. There we go. We got some more. Pebbles. There we go. You this is just crazy. Brad, you got Brad on the tango. That'd be oh, they're they're all involved now, man. They're all involved. This is it. This is yes. Keep it going, man. Keep it going. This is what happens when you ask basic questions. They're up on Capitol Hill, the FBI, asking for a reauthorization to do do warrantless spying on Americans, and they can't even answer a basic keep it going. Keep it going. They can't even answer a basic freaking question about, hey, guys. You know you arrested Donald Trump while dumping information about Joe Biden. You wanna answer that first before we let you spy

Tulsi Gabbard labeled Kamala Harris a "deep state communist" influenced by the military-industrial complex, which she claims makes foreign policy decisions for profit, keeping the country in a constant state of war. Gabbard argues that Harris lacks the strength to oppose this complex. Following her criticism of President Biden, Gabbard was placed on a terror watch list, referred to as the "quiet eyes list." This incident has sparked concerns about government overreach and the lack of outrage from the public regarding the situation.

Tulsi Gabbard combines a lack of experience with poor judgment, not a good combination in someone who would lead our intelligence agencies.  If our allies don’t believe she can be trusted with intelligence, they will stop sharing. And the American people will be less safe. https://t.co/3ghXISMJLt

Video Transcript AI Summary
Defending Russia's invasion of Ukraine and meeting with figures like Bashar al Assad demonstrates poor judgment. Such actions undermine trust among allies, impacting intelligence sharing. A notable instance was when Donald Trump met with the Russian ambassador and potentially shared sensitive intelligence from a foreign source. This behavior can lead foreign intelligence agencies to withhold critical information, ultimately making Americans less safe. If allies lack trust in U.S. leadership, it poses a significant problem for national security.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Defending Russia's invasion of Ukraine, echoing Kremlin talking points, taking meetings, going all the way to Syria to take a meeting with Bashar al Assad, a murderous dictator gasses his own people, claiming that this is not someone who's an enemy of the United States, at a minimum at a minimum shows terrible judgment. And the problem is that, our allies are not gonna share intelligence with us if they don't trust the person running the intelligence agencies. I think back to that that meeting which was well photographed of Donald Trump in the Oval Office with the Russian ambassador and and maybe the foreign minister, I can't remember, both participants. And there was public reporting that he had shared with them, intelligence, that came from a foreign source. Without saying whether that was accurate or inaccurate, that's the kind of thing that causes foreign intelligence agencies to dry up their intelligence, not share it with us. Now they'll still share some things, but the fact they won't share other things with us makes the American people less safe. And so if our allies don't trust her, if there's reasons they shouldn't, that's a real problem.

During National Security Council meetings, the director of National Intelligence and the CIA director present the intelligence foundation for policy discussions. If this intelligence is skewed or lacks critical information, the resulting policy decisions could threaten national security. It's crucial that these leaders provide an accurate and comprehensive briefing to inform decision-makers. The presence of informed officials, like the Secretary of State and Secretary of Defense, helps ensure that the truth is prioritized over political preferences. Historically, presidents have sought honest assessments from the intelligence community to guide their policy decisions, rather than simply hearing what they want to hear.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: When there are National Security Council meetings that the president chairs in the White House situation room, usually, the first person to speak would be the director of National Intelligence and the director of CIA. They lay lay down the intelligence basis for any type of policy discussion that ensues. And so if that intelligence basis, that briefing, is going to be skewed or is going to be, lacking some very important critical information, the policy decision that ultimately comes out of it is also going to be great and baseless and also, you know, it's going to be potentially threatening to our national security. So again, it's the the president's daily brief, but also the role that the director of National Intelligence, director of CIA play in order to ensure that the people who have to make that those decisions in the Security Council have are fully informed about what the reality is, what the intelligence is, what our intelligence gaps are. And if they withhold things or if they skew things, it really is going to be detrimental Speaker 1: to people. Before we let you go, director. Do those agency heads have in that moment you're describing, in that room, have that realization that, wait a minute. That's not what we told you. I mean, in other words, how how does that coordination come out become undone when the the person who's putting the final brief has skewed the information? Speaker 0: Well, I I like to think that, you know, secretary of state Rubio Right. Who is very familiar with the intelligence profession, is going to be speaking up because you have the secretary of state, secretary of defense, the attorney general, others who are going to be there. So you wanna make sure, again, that you have people who are informed, but also people who want to know the truth. Speaker 1: Right. Speaker 0: And not just people who want to give president Trump what he wants to hear. That is so, so dangerous. And none of the 6 presidents that I work for ever wanted the intelligence community to give them what they wanted. They wanted the intelligence community to give them what they needed, and then they can make the appropriate policy decisions taking into account what the intelligence says.

Heavily influenced by the Military Industrial Complex and outside billionaires I can not stress this enough, Tulsi Gabbard MUST be confirmed

Video Transcript AI Summary
Who actually runs the government? It's often not the elected officials we think. Recent events, like Biden's debate with Trump, reveal that decision-making power lies with a group of elite Democrats and figures in the military-industrial complex, not with Biden or Harris. This cabal includes influential individuals like Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, who benefit from ongoing conflicts. The administrative and national security states gain authority during crises, making it difficult for citizens to hold leaders accountable. Our democracy, meant to be of, by, and for the people, struggles when elected representatives aren't the true decision-makers. While the dynamics have shifted over time, the upcoming election presents an opportunity to reset this situation.

Speaker 0: Who actually runs the government in your experience? Speaker 1: Not who you think it is. It's, and in and and in many cases, especially recently, the the troubling part about all this is it's not even people who we vote for. When you look at, what happened when president Biden had that infamous debate with president Trump, it it exposed the reality that many of us have known for a long time, which is that president Biden has not been the guy calling the shots. He has not been the guy making the decisions, nor has it been Kamala Harris for that matter, nor will it be if she is elected president. It is this cabal of, you know, the democrat elite, the the woke warmongers, made up of the likes of Hillary Clinton and, Barack Obama and, you know, Tony Blinken and Jake Sullivan and, you know, people who are in the military industrial complex, people who profit from us being in a constant state of war. It is those in the administrative state, in the national security state who derive more authorities and ability to take away our liberty when we are in a heightened state of crisis or war. It is the the their friends and billionaires and people in media who all derive their power from being able to have a figurehead that essentially they can control. And the most troubling part about there's so many things wrong with this, of course, but, really, at at the most fundamental level, you look at, you know, our country is the oldest democracy in the world, but the reality of a truly functioning and thriving democracy that has brought to life the vision that our founders have for us, that we really have a government of by and for the people and that we have the ability and responsibility for that matter to ensure that, the government we have only exists with the consent of the governed, that becomes very hard to do to hold people accountable when the person that you voted for is is certainly not the one making the decisions. Speaker 0: How long has that been the case? Was it ever the case that the president ran the country? When was the inflection point? Speaker 1: I don't I don't know that there's one specific. I mean, there has been you know, as personalities come in and shift here and there, I would say the answer to that has probably changed. But in the election that we are facing here very shortly in the United States, it's our opportunity to hit the reset button. And, you know, however

If confirmed as DNI, I will do my very best to fulfill this mandate and bring leadership to the intelligence community with a laser like focus on our essential mission, ensuring the safety, security, and freedom of the American people. As the president's principal intelligence adviser, I'll begin by leading by example, checking my own personal views at the door and committing to delivering intelligence that is collected, analyzed, and reported without bias, prejudice, or political influence.

This past weekend, I met with farm workers affected by mass deportations. Many women shared heartbreaking stories of their husbands being taken during traffic stops and deported without understanding what they signed. I spoke to two 11-year-old boys, one who had spoken to his father in Mexico and was heartbroken, and another who hadn’t been able to reach his dad and was in tears. These families, who have worked tirelessly in the fields for years, often without any criminal records, are now torn apart. This situation not only devastates families but also impacts farmers and food prices. Mass deportations mean real suffering—children without parents and wives without husbands. It’s a tragic reality.

Speaker 0: So this past weekend, I was in the Central Valley and had one of the most really heartbreaking meetings I think I've ever had. I sat down with a group of farm workers who were the subject of these mass deportations, Women whose husbands were pulled out of their cars during traffic stops or at gas stations, and forced to sign forms they didn't understand what they were signing, Almost immediately deported to Mexico, leaving behind their wife, leaving behind their children. I met 2 young children, both age 11, one whose father was now in Mexico. And he had been able to speak to his father and was heartbroken missing his father. The other had not been able to even speak to his father yet, in tears. Mothers afraid to bring their kids to school. Just horrible heartbreaking situation. These are people who have been working in the fields in cases, some cases for decades, backbreaking work. They worked throughout the pandemic so all the rest of us could eat. And having their families torn apart in this way, seeing these children missing their parents, it was just devastating. And none of these people, none of these people, had had any criminal record, never been arrested for anything. Often they were pulled over and asked if they were so and so, they didn't even have the right people. It just didn't matter. And, that this is being done, and maybe just the beginning what's being done, is just awful. Awful for these families, awful for people who put themselves at risk to feed us during the pandemic. It's going to be awful for farmers because people aren't showing up to work in the fields. It's going to be awful for consumers because food prices are just going to go higher. But most particularly I want folks to know when we talk about mass deportations, this is what it means. It means families being separated. It means 11 year old kids without their dad, wives without their husbands. It's just awful.

Hey Chris, maybe think twice before threatening the only Senator not influenced by Israel. It’s time to step outside of DC and face reality. Also, just a heads up, I’m talking about a future Senator here.

@fijcowitz8200 - Jahn Fijcowitz

Hey, here’s an idea, Chris. How’s about you don’t ever fucking threaten the only Senator left in Congress who isn’t on Israel’s payroll. Or we’ll discuss this horseshit with you in person. I’d suggest you peek your head outside of DC sometime and realize what time it is, retard. https://t.co/Lnif57tgqp

I’m not voting for the Continuing Resolution budget (cut-copy-paste omnibus) this week. Why would I vote to continue the waste fraud and abuse DOGE has found? We were told the CR in December would get us to March when we would fight. Here we are in March, punting again! WTFO

The speaker asserts that the Trump administration has engaged in authoritarian actions, instilling fear and punishing those who oppose him. They claim college students have been abducted for exercising free speech and detained in ICE facilities. Universities are allegedly punished for ideological disagreements through federal funding revocation. The speaker states that law firms challenging Trump have been targeted with unconstitutional executive orders. They allege that Paul Weiss and Scadden Arps settled by agreeing to represent only pro-Trump causes, while Perkins Coe, Covington and Burling, and Jenner and Block have successfully challenged the orders in court.

Speaker 0: Thank you, mister chairman, and thank you to the witnesses for your appearance today. Special shout out to, former speaker, Newt Gingrich, from the great state of Georgia. Professor Gingrich, good to see you. Of the many troubling actions the Trump administration has taken in its first seventy one days, among the most damaging are his authoritarian, dictatorial, and unprecedented use of presidential power to instill fear, intimidate, exact revenge against, and punish those who dare to stand up to him and hold him accountable to the laws of our nation. A climate of fear and trepidation has descended upon the nation. The people of America are more afraid today for our democracy and for their personal safety than ever in our lifetimes. College students have disappeared off the streets paramilitary style by plainclothes, mask wearing individuals, and held incognito for days before they are discovered thousands of miles away in some private for profit ICE detention facility. Why? For exercising their free speech first amendment rights. Universities, bastions of free thought, have been punished for having the wrong ideology by having their federal funding revoked, and major law firms that dared to have brought cases against king Trump have been targeted with blatantly unconstitutional executive orders that, if allowed to stand, would shut those law firms down. Unfortunately, mega law firms, Paul Weiss and Scadden Arps, chose to settle with the king by pledging to represent pro bono only those persons and causes that the king approved of. Shame on them. Then there are other law firms that have stood up to king Trump, and they have challenged his executive orders against them in court, and they have won. Kudos to the lawyers at Perkins Coe, Covington and Burling, and Jenner and Block, among others, for standing up for themselves.

I congratulated Adam Schiff for his efforts during Trump's impeachment, saying, “Good job. You’re very well spoken.” I believe there’s a conspiracy involving me, John Cornyn, and Tom Cotton to stop @DNIGabbard from revealing more evidence about our alleged plot against the President.

This is: Lindsey Graham congratulating Adam Schiff for attempting to overthrow the sitting President of the United States: “Good job. You’re very well spoken,” — said after Trump’s impeachment. 📝 He, his wife John Cornyn, and his mistress Tom Cotton are conspiring to prevent @DNIGabbard from releasing more evidence linking them to the plot to overthrow the duly elected President of the United States.

Two things, Senator. First, you’re advocating for the killing of scientists, which is abhorrent. Second, you’re a United States Senator representing Pennsylvania, not a member of the Israeli Knesset, why are you making military threats on behalf of Israel? You’re out of line.
