Speaker 0: After several exhaustive months of filming, interviewing, and then editing this documentary, I state without reservation that the United States federal government is the world's largest child sex trafficking organization in modern history. The probability that thousands of these UACs are being raped at this very moment is 100%. Chairman Higgins, ranking member Correa, chairman Bishop, ranking member Ivy, and the members of the subcommittee, I appreciate the opportunity to speak about the evil of child trafficking caused by the open border policies under president Joe Biden and his administration. I served in the United States border patrol for 24 years until I retired as a deputy patrol agent charge in San Diego sector. I worked under 5 presidential administrations and only 1 president secured the border, president Donald Trump.
Border patrol agents went from working and being supported by the greatest border president in American history to the worst, president Joe Biden. My last year in the border patrol was Joe Biden's 1st year in office. On his 1st day in office, I watched in disbelief as 94 executive orders cascaded down from Washington DC obliterating every immigration policy that had been provided the most secure border in America's history. Border Patrol agents were forced to carry out unconstitutional orders that violated every law in the immigration nationality act. President Biden, through department of homeland security secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, created policy out of thin air, ignored federal immigration law and facilitated the largest mass invasion into America that the world has ever seen.
The United States of America will have spent 100 of 1,000,000,000 of dollars in 4 years to fund the needs of over 50,000,000 illegal aliens that populate our nation. Between 16 and 1 in 7 residents in America is an illegal alien. America has suffered the greatest demographic shift in modern history. After serving in the United States border patrol for 24 years, spending the year researching and writing a bestselling book entitled invaded the intentional destruction American immigration system and filming 2 documentaries. I state with complete certainty that Biden, Harris and Mallorca is intentionally, strategically, and purposely weaponized illegal immigration and use it as a tool to fundamentally transform America.
Inside this invasion, the unspoken evil of child trafficking and more specifically child sex trafficking has flourished. At the end of this current administration, the number of children trafficked will have grown to over 550,000 unaccompanied alien children, children known as UACs. This horrific number of children will have been arrested, released into America, and then lost. To put this into context, during president Trump's last year in office, customs and border protection arrested 30,557 UACs who were accounted for and not lost. Conversely, in the 1st year of Biden's presidency, CBP arrested 147,975 UACs.
Most of which are unaccompanied for and lost in 2023, correctional hearings, health and human services, Javier Becerra and director of office of refugee resettlement, Robin Marcos forced to admit that their agency had no contact with over 85,000 UACs. They were lost. What did DHS, HHS and ORR do to correct this humanitarian disaster? Nothing. In fact, all 3 agencies created further policies and procedures to increase the efficiency of moving UACs from the border to the interior of the United States to unknown and unvetted sponsors.
Unaccompanied children were being handed off to total strangers, then they disappeared into the darkness of labor and sex trafficking. In fact, a year later in August of 20 24, the inspector general with oversight over over DHS issued a report stating that number lost UACs was not 85,000. It was over 320,000. My business partner, Ryan Matt, and I spent 6 months traveling across America filming a documentary titled what is treason traffic. The evil of child sex trafficking is difficult to digest and understand.
However, after conducting numerous interviews with officers, agents and whistleblowers from every alphabet agency and department, it was made clear to us that the federal government knowingly and actively facilitate these criminal acts.

Speaker 0: Perry, Iowa is about to change drastically, and not for the better. This week, Tyson Foods announced that it will be permanently closing its pork factory in Perry, killing around 1200 jobs in a town of just 8,000 people. So as Perry residents struggle to cope with mass layoffs, Tyson Foods has its eyes on a different class of workers. The company is now offering new jobs to asylum seekers in other states like New York. Bloomberg says Tyson's tracking migrants in a massive database.
They scroll through the data like Facebook. You see a worker you like, tap higher. They even had a job fair.
Speaker 1: So you're at a Tyson fair in New York City not so long ago where Tyson was basically making this pitch. What did you observe when you went there?
Speaker 2: They created a database, for these new asylum seekers in New York City. So these people would come in. They'd learn a little bit about the company. And for the most part, Tyson had already gone through their various details of their application. And so many of them, 17 the day I was there and then, another 70 a couple weeks later, went off to Tennessee to go start their, new jobs as, Tyson production, workers.
Speaker 0: Oh, and the jobs come with perks, not just health insurance. Tyson's also offering lawyers to its illegal alien workers and time off to attend immigration hearings. In 2034, of course, they're firing Americans and offering perks to illegals. This was the Democrat plan all along.
Speaker 1: Well, first of all, let's just say we are a nation of immigrants. 460,000 open jobs today. Wow. I have 5,000 farm jobs that I need filled so we can plant

Speaker 4: You see even in Florida, some of the farmers and the growers saying, why are you shipping these immigrants, up north? We need them to pick the crops.
Speaker 0: We reached out to Tyson for comment, and they said they have a very diverse set of employees, and they're proud of it. Ohio senator and author of Hillbilly Elegy, JD Vance joins us now. I didn't think it was legal, senator, to ax American workers and hire en masse illegal aliens.
Speaker 5: Well, it shouldn't be, Jesse, and we're certainly gonna look into whether we can change that assuming Tyson is operating legally, which we don't even know if they are. We don't know the details of this. All we know, Jesse, is that they are firing American workers and hiring illegal aliens to replace them. This is the entire point of illegal immigration, and Republicans, we've gotta hammer this point home. It reduces the wages of American workers by replacing American citizens with foreign laborers who are willing to work at slave wages.
It has been the plan, as you said, from the beginning, and what this means is the eradication of the American dream. Every time an American is replaced with an illegal immigrant, it means that an American family loses a good family supporting wage. It means that American companies are literally replacing our own citizens with people who will work for slave wages. That that is not capitalism or a market economy, Jesse. That is the decimation of the American middle class via illegal immigration, and it's happening all over the country.
Speaker 0: And this poor town's gonna get slaughtered. All of those people laid off in such a small town, it's just gonna be have a such a tremendous impact. Are they're getting around it legally by saying, we're not hiring illegal aliens. We're hiring asylum seekers. Is that how they do it?

Speaker 5: of the ways that they do it, Jesse. And we know that the the Biden administration has made it easier to basically pretend that economic migrants are asylum seekers. It's one of the reasons why we have to change our asylum laws in this nation. But, Jesse, think about how much of a contrast this presents between the Trump economy and the Biden economy. If you go back to the Trump economy, you had American jobs going to American workers.
You had wages rising. Under the Biden economy, you have those American workers getting fired and replaced with foreign labor. This is not an exaggeration. All net job creation, Jesse. You heard me right.
100% of net job creation under the Biden administration has gone to the foreign born. So we are taking an economy that produce prosperity for American citizens and turning it into economy that produces prosperity for people who probably shouldn't be here in the first place. And I I bet you know what Tyson isn't doing, Jesse. I bet they're not drug testing the illegal immigrants who are coming in. I bet they're not asking whether they're bringing Fentanyl or drugs into that small town with them.
