@TomFitton - Tom Fitton

The Biden FBI came to my home one night...a few hours after I got home from skin cancer surgery....and that was just the beginning of the Biden DOJ abuse of me and @JudicialWatch.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Tom Fenton, from Judicial Watch, shares his experience of being subpoenaed to testify in a grand jury investigation regarding the Mar-a-Lago issue and the January 6th events. He describes the four-hour session as a waste of time, filled with arguments about tweets, electors, and irrelevant topics. Fenton highlights the targeting of Judicial Watch and himself for exposing the abuse of power in the Mar-a-Lago documents case. He mentions the high costs of dealing with document production and lawyers. Fenton also mentions being questioned about his conversations with former President Trump, including what they ate for lunch. He criticizes the investigation as a fishing expedition and an abuse of power.

Speaker 0: Tom Fenton was in one of these trumped up grand juries for 4 hours, and he's here with the inside scoop. Alright, so Tom, take us through this like a story. How did this start? Speaker 1: So I get home from Significant skin cancer surgery, I'm lying on the couch recovering and in the evening knock knock knock, few hours after I get home knock knock knock, Two FBI agents are at the door with a subpoena for me to testify to the grand jury about presumably this Mar a Lago issue. Although the FBI agents helpfully noted that I did have an Amazon package there on the porch as well. Speaker 0: And then, you know, Speaker 1: a few months later, you know, they said, well, I can come in for a proffer. And then all of a sudden, no proffer, you gotta come in for the grand jury, which is very unusual. So I end up going to the grand jury and just before I go into the grand jury the day For they said, oh, by the way, we wanna ask you a little bit about this January 6th stuff too. Speaker 0: Oh, you got the 2fer, Jan 6 and Mar a Lago Docs. Speaker 1: Go in there, 23 or so grand jurors, 3 prosecutors all tag teaming me, questioning me. And of course, you know, just so you go in there, you're thinking, well, you know, maybe there's something here, and they're gonna ask me, did you see this? And you're gonna be like, holy moly, there's a crime. But instead, it was a 4 hour MSNBC style struggle session where they're arguing with me about tweets And electors and the Clinton sock drawer case and what I had for lunch at the White House. And I thought, what a waste of time. And of course, it's intense, right, because you're going back and forth. And I look over at 1 of the grand jurors and the poor guy's dead asleep. Speaker 0: This is a DC grand jury? Speaker 1: It is. It is. I mean, generally, they were paying attention, but, you know, I I didn't wanna listen to myself after For 4 hours of really silly argument and debate over, you know, these issues that, as we're hearing, You know, from your prior discussion here, they are very controversial. They targeted Judicial Watch, they targeted me Because we were front and center in saying the emperor has no clothes when it comes to the abuse of Trump on this Mar a Lago documents case because we had fought On the same issue, the Clinton sock drawer case, and they changed their position 180 degrees. They protected Clinton's ability to take records, But rated Trump. And we highlighted that because we were in the middle of it. We we had litigated the case and lost. And so we're making public disclosures about this, alerting the president about this, telling the American people about this, Suing about this and what's what we get in return, a grand jury subpoena. And you can imagine just how much money it costs To deal with document production and lawyers and all Speaker 0: Did you ever tell them what you had for dinner at the White House? Speaker 1: Yeah. There was you know, so they wanted to know what I said to Trump at at 1 lunch and then, and what was his reaction. I couldn't remember his reaction. And they said, well, had you had any other lunches? And I said, I don't think so. And I said, wait, I do I do we did have another lunch because I remember what we ate. And then they got all upset with me. Well, you remember what you ate, but you don't remember what was said. And I'm thinking, you know, this is just Theater of the Absurd. Speaker 0: They're gonna hit you with a perjury charge because you forgot you had filet mignon. Speaker 1: That's right. Well, you know, this is a federal Fan jury investigating a former president of the United States on flimsy charges and and, you know, I can see you know, it's one thing Judicial Watch investigates government corruption, but we're a victim of government corruption in that circumstance. And I'd But we're a victim of government corruption in that circumstance. And I tell you, one of the other things that was not funny was one of the Are you gonna talk about this? And he asked me 3 times. I said, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know. And he said, Oh, well, by the way, you're able to talk about it if you want to. And I said to him, well, you know, given the tone of your questions, I don't know if I would want to and it's chilling. So, you know, you got these questions that were designed obviously to scare me from talking, and this is abuse of power, a fishing expedition. I tell you, it was as political As anything you'd see at a DNC convention. Speaker 0: Unbelievable. Alright, well, I'm glad you're talking about it on Jesse Waters Prime Time, and You're a brave man, and thank you for everything you've done and everything Judicial Watch has done, because you guys have been getting records that people haven't been able to get for about 3 decades. So Thank you very much, Tom.

A recent WSJ article vindicated @CounterTrafficK for exposing IG pedo networks. However, the bigger issue is Instagram's failure to address the problem. Reporting CSAM is difficult, with no quick option to report. Instagram's responses to reports have been inadequate. Local law enforcement and the FBI have also shown limited support. The FBI even intimidated and discouraged a researcher. The need for accountability and support in combating child exploitation remains crucial.

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

An article recently published by the WSJ has vindicated many, including my organization @CounterTrafficK for sounding the alarm on IG pedo networks. Instagram wouldn’t take them down… but something happened to one of my researchers that illustrates a much bigger problem.

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

If you missed it, not only is the @CounterTrafficK investigation parallel to that of WSJ’s, but it can supplement many of their findings with proof in the original thread:

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

𝗣🍕𝘇𝘇𝗮 𝗚𝟴 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹. 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀. 𝑨 𝑻𝑯𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑫 🧵 How is this happening? Why haven’t our leaders, representatives, congressmen, senators, etc. overhauled a solution?

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

But what we are most concerned about is the outcome: HOW CAN WE TAKE THE PEDOS DOWN?! It was and is still the big question… ..For us at least, as we discovered these vast nefarious individuals, both the suppliers and the consumers on each piece of content.

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

As we all know, CSAM is highly illegal as per federal law. So you would imagine that this would be a platform’s at-most PRIORITY to be able to 1.) Make it easy to report said CSAM 2.) Take down verifiable material immediately

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

As you can see at the time, having to go through a literal LABYRINTH OF PROMPTS, once you did find an option to “report”, there were no actionable buttons, but only a LINK TO A HELP CENTER PAGE.

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

They will make easy options to report hAtE sPeEcH, but when it comes to children being exploited and even sold on its platform, there is no quick option to report this.

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

We had multiple people submit reports for CSAM posts and accounts…. Here are the many responses by Instagram

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

And you guessed it. Instagram has yet to make this a priority...

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

Because of this, and because of the realistic scenario that these rings could have possibly been exploiting children for content in real time, we were looking for other options to report. A member of my organization called everyone under the sun..

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

She called NCMEC, then called the DOJ Switchboard, then called her local FBI office, was then advised to call her local law enforcement agency. Side note: Local law enforcement are underfunded, understaffed, and under-resourced.. ON TOP of that: Budget Capped.

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

A little over a week later, her local FBI office called her back. As you can read in her text, over the phone they seemed concerned and interested [possibly even alluding that this had a direction to be taken up as a case]. This restored her faith a in the agency…until…

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

Until my org member went into the office to receive the unbelievable. The agent dealing with her report berated and intimidated her about even approaching an individual investigation about this matter.

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

I want to make it clear that a lot of this is uncharted territory. We held a simple hypothesis that “🍕” advertised on these various bios would insinuate that it meant intent of nefarious trade.. And it did. We simply tested this by decoy.

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

Take a look at this profile. Linked is a Telegram that leads the prospective client to an exchange solicitation. This is decoy provoking response with the simple keyword: "pizza" We got a response....

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

This may be common knowledge elsewhere, but it was not for my researcher at the time— trades like this require some form of content exchange. The CSAM dealer immediately imposed to educate the perceived user on how it “worked” by forwarding content.

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

Our decoy expressed that they didn't know how all this worked... and... the end user responded with what they see as "currency". Criminal images of minors.

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

Upon many of the aggregated screenshots and evidence we had with intention of going to the authorities about the matter, the agent seemed to leverage that as a retaliation effort. HE INSINUATED THAT *SHE* COULD GET CHARGED for having some of the screenshots herself…….IMAGINE!

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

Remember……my researcher talked to local law enforcement before hand, she expressed wanting some sort of action started to get these profiles and content taken down. The officer ACKNOWLEDGED the evidence and advised on how to store it safely with intention for the FBI.

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

As per her recall of the conversation, he mentioned that (and I’m paraphrasing) “Instagram does not owe her anything”, but also tried to deter her from even searching any further into the existing PUBLIC networks that reside on the app.

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

As a leader of my organization and this particular investigation, of course it was mentioned of my work on these matters…. The agent suggested that I (yes, ME) call my own local FBI agency on my own volition to receive the same conversation…. HONEY, WHAT?!?!

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

The agency then instructed her to leave her laptop to have the screenshots and evidences “professionally” deleted. She left it. After a while of not getting a call back to pick it up, she called them, and went to go pick up her laptop..

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

To this day she is unsure and uneasy about this situation, and especially having to temporarily surrender her laptop. Instead of the FBI having a reputation for helping and aiding concerned citizens, we are unfortunately reminded of the stereotypical narrative.

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

We didn’t do this 100% right? Fine, where is there fair criticism and encouragement to do it a better way? You don’t want concerned citizens looking into the matters? Then where is the accountability for vessels like Instagram?

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

Are there still good agents out there that find this behavior abhorrent? Why the need to intimidate good-faith Americans that only want to clean up degenerates that exploit children?

@NatlyDenise_ - NΛTLY DΞNISΞ

As you’d expect, my org member is reluctant to use the surrendered laptop for future Counter Trafficking Alliance investigations. If you’d like to help us get her a new one, please consider giving as we await the next investigation to be published soon: https://countertraffickingalliance.com/donate/

I uncovered a major story: a Ukrainian spy infiltrated the US Capitol on J6, and American Nazi white supremacists are being used as assets. Strange things followed. A friend's computer password was mysteriously changed while working on my project. Also, the Nazi domestic terrorist Kent Boneface McLellan contacted me multiple nights. Sharing this for awareness.

@LauraLoomer - Laura Loomer

I’m posting this to protect myself and others I know. As you all know, I broke a major story this week about our government covering up the fact that a Ukrainian spy operative penetrated the US Capitol on J6. I also broke a story about how the Feds are using American Nazi white supremacists as assets to stage Nazi rallies here in the US, and to fight against Russians alongside Ukrainian Nazis. I’ve noticed some strange things these last few days ever since I broke the story. The weirdest of them being this. One of my closest friends who I speak to everyday informed me that while they were working on a project for me, they were locked out of their computer. Somehow, the password for their computer was changed and they never changed it. They couldn’t get back into their computer and have no idea how the password was changed. I just think this is really strange. And so I’m publicly documenting this. I was also contacted by the Nazi, domestic terrorist federal asset Kent “Boneface” McLellan who I exposed. I don’t know how he got my number, although I have my suspicions. But I want it to be known that he called me multiple nights this week between 1 am and 3 am. Just putting this out there so other people know.

I am Kelly Lynn Covington from Colorado, and I want to bring attention to the corruption and retaliation I am facing. I have reported RICO violations to the DOJ and provided evidence in two separate cases. I am asking for help to expose this corruption and ensure my safety. I have experienced obstacles when seeking assistance from authorities, including the FBI. I have documented the control they have over my life and will be sharing more details about the violations committed against me. This is a serious situation that could result in the removal and imprisonment of corrupt officials.

@corrupt_truth1 - 💥 SILENCED AFTER EXPOSING CORRUPTION 💥

I need to say something very important since I'm pushing harder than ever trying to get the authorities involved with my situation and the retaliation escalating. My name is Kelly Lynn Covington from Colorado. I do not suffer from mental illness. I am of sound mind. DOB 03/25/1978. DL# 94-087-1151 Phone 303-944-1090 I am NOT suicidal. I don't do drugs or drink. I don't live the type of lifestyle that may cause danger. All of my family is deceased & my ex alienated me from every friend for years so there is truly no one who would look for me. If anything happens to me it was the corrupt judicial & politicians in Colorado who did it. I reported major RICO violations to the DOJ exposing dozens of officials who have been silencing me by restricting my communication and dirty cops destroying my life on a regular basis. Reference 2 separate cases for proof Case# 2017DR30450 which documents 11 federal violations committed by multiple attorneys and judge which my attorney proved and I reported to DOJ. I have attached photos of my arrest report which show "unapproved" and verified by a sheriff that it means that it was never sent to a superior which is required by law. This is also the report being used by the dirty judge. Case# C12022M3434 False arrest report that I am still fighting against a dirty judge. Entire report is false. There is a 911 call where you can here the cop in the background and an independent witness that proves it all yet judge will not allow. Arrest was after I reported dirty FBI agent to his superior and right after I had publicly announced that I was running for state representative in the county that all of these violations occurred. This is very real. I understand how crazy it sounds but please understand that corruption runs very deep in this country and all I'm asking for is help exposing it or for someone to make sure that my death doesn't happen for nothing. @corrupt_truth1 - 💥 SILENCED AFTER EXPOSING CORRUPTION 💥

I will be adding details to this post with more details about this situation praying that someone will take this seriously and try to help me. I'm tagging as many people as possible for better odds of getting this information out. NOTE: I just remembered something that I wanted to share because of how ridiculous it is. Since the retaliation started after I reported the corruption in Adam's County, Colorado I have spent so much time trying to get assistance from the authorities only to learn just how many of them are dirty. There was one decent local cop who told me that he couldn't do anything since these were federal crimes that they can't even touch. Multiple visits to the @FBIDenver where I was blocked by dirty security guards every time which I learned was happening to several residents also. One of the security guards actually pretended to be an agent who met with me in the guard shack. I had a large binder with court evidence but when I asked him to review it he said that "they're not allowed to look at evidence"! I have this on recording! Once I decided that Denver was not getting me anywhere I went to their Longmont field office where I met a woman named Kelly at the front desk who told me that she was an agent. Desperately needing help I went against my better judgment to trust her... for about 2 minutes because she told me that the FBI doesn't have the ability to see if a phone is hacked! WHAT?! Keep in mind that I have everything recorded so there's no denying it. She hid her badge under her vest so that I couldn't see it which was a huge red flag and when I asked to speak with someone else was told that no one else was there. If people really knew just how far government officials will go to keep someone from exposing their criminal activities it would make them sick! They control every aspect of my life in ways that I never thought possible but have documented every part of it. I've been cautious with how much information I share about it all because every time I start the retaliation escalates but I'm done being terrorized. I'm working on details of how an attorney and magistrate worked together to violate all of my rights while stealing my home, vehicles, storage unit, camper, etc that I will be sharing over the next few days. Any attorney can review the details to verify that this is exactly what happened and just how serious it is since not only will it cost dozens of dirty officials their jobs but will also get them jail time. 11 federal violations against an innocent person for the simple fact that my exes family is dirty law enforcement with connections to destroy me and get him out of his DV charges. #Colorado #corruption #dirtycops #adamscounty #dirtyjudges #retaliation #DomesticAbuse #disabled #hardevidence #fbi #gangstalking #targetedindividual #stingray #Pegasus #embezzlement #moneylaundering #Trump2024 #PAKvsAUS #DavidWarner #flooding #BitcoinETF #froggymax

I need Justice I didn't even know what an advocate was. I was manipulated in so many ways and had no idea. They took away my right to have my phone they took away my right to take pictures of my children they took away on a lot of things. They told my mother that she was unqualified to have my children. Funny that she's a foster mother now for the state of Duluth Minnesota how is she unqualified? Any help any suggestions even sharing my story to get it out there to find some way of Justice. I'm a mother that loves her children. That did not want to give them up but was threatened in many ways and so were others if I didn't I was told I wasn't good enough even with a four-bedroom house fenced in yard working a job making 14 plus an hour 7 days a week four days off getting paid weekly. Did everything I thought was right my children had everything they needed. And I was told that was not good enough. I believe they were kidnapped by the state so the state could have money in their pocket."

In the past 48 hours, two more J6 clients have emerged. One woman, who was interviewed by the FBI almost 30 months ago, was recently contacted out of the blue and informed of a warrant for her arrest. She complied with instructions to go to the FBI Office, where she was booked, handcuffed, and transported to the federal courthouse. After a brief appearance, she was released. This excessive process for misdemeanor cases is a form of public shaming and humiliation. The DOJ is pushing these cases forward before November, and the workload continues to increase. If you can help, visit the link provided.

Two more J6 clients in the past 48 hours. One is woman who was interviewed nearly 30 months ago by the FBI. They had video of her inside the Capitol that they showed her. They claim she was inside for about 18 minutes. Just recently she was contacted by the FBI out of the blue. Then an agent visited her at her house and told her there was a warrant for her arrest. She was given instructions to go to the nearby FBI Office on a specific date and time. If she failed to do so, they would come to her house and arrest her. She showed up on the given date 30 minutes early. She was then taken inside and booked -- photographed and fingerprinted. Then put her in cuffs and transported to the federal courthouse. She was transferred to the US Marshals. She was placed in leg shackles and her handcuffs were attached to a chain around her waist. She waited in a holding cell with dangerous individuals all waiting for their arraignment. Her appearance took less than 10 minutes. The Marshals then took all the cuffs and shackles off of her. They gave her back her silver Cross necklace and the decorative pins that were in her hair. They told her she could leave. All of this for 4 misdemeanors -- nearly 30 months after the first spoke with her. This is humiliation for the sake of humiliation. It is public shaming by choice because DOJ did not operate this way before for misdemeanors involving first time offenders. The DOJ PROSECUTORS ask for warrants, and the warrants require an arrest. Everything after that is just process. But this was NEVER a process used in misdemeanor cases. This kind of process -- particularly for the all-misdemeanor cases -- should have been curtailed long ago. Now the DOJ is just shoving as many cases into the pipeline as it can ahead of Nov. They are dragging people like my new client through the humiliation because .... IT MIGHT BE ALL THE EVER GET. THAT calls for punishment. This work is going to continue at least to Nov. 5. The DOJ is not slowing down -- just the opposite. My phone rings now more often that it ever has. If you can help, you can do so here. https://www.givesendgo.com/shipwreckedsj6ldf

In 2016, I was nearly set up in a mass casualty event linked to BLM and Antifa, which failed but left me targeted and hunted through advanced technology. Despite the attempts to silence me, I remain determined to expose those involved. Recently, I've noticed a DOJ employee, Charlae Barbosa, visiting my neighbors, raising concerns about surveillance. I emphasize that I am a journalist and researcher, not suicidal, and I oppose violence. I continue to investigate connections between various organizations and individuals, including potential ties to BLM and the UN.

@CagedLionPhilos - The Philosophy of a Caged Lion

In 2016 Agencies working behind BLM and Antifa tried to set me up in a mass casualty event right before the election. This happened during the same time as the original BLM riots in Charlotte, NC. Their OP failed and I almost paid for it with my life, yet even that didn't stop them from trying to silence me well into 2018. Not only was I hunted through the use of their technology but got to experience the full capabilities of it as well. Capabilities that would scare anyone subjected to them. These days I thank them for the training and experience they gave me, along with much suffering. For I will never shut up. I will never be silenced. And as they found out in 2016, I will never lay down. Maybe one day I'll be provided with the answers I seek. But until then I will continue to expose those within my radar. HAPPY HUNTING!

I recently came across a stunning documentary that reveals the FBI's role in the Whitmer Fednapping hoax, highlighting their criminal actions. I feel compelled to share my own experience, as the FBI violently assaulted me, leaving me with lifelong trauma and drastically altering my life. I worry that they could do the same to anyone without hesitation, and it seems like no one is taking action to hold them accountable. The urgency of this situation cannot be overstated; we need to shut them down.

WOW: stunning new documentary exposes the criminal fraud of the FBI in orchestrating the Whitmer Fednapping hoax. This is real. The FBI is a terrorist organization: https://t.co/7vbBvR4VY8

A documentary called "Kidnap and Kill, an FBI Terror Plot" examines the case of 13 suspects arrested in the plot to kidnap Governor Gretchen Whitmer, including alleged right-wing militia members. The defense claims the FBI, through undercover agents and informants, masterminded the plot and entrapped the defendants. One person said the FBI created the crime. The film aims to expose what the filmmaker believes is the FBI's dangerous methodology, with one person stating that the FBI is using the same methodology as terrorists. The filmmaker, an independent journalist, has been reporting on the case for four years, conducting over 20 interviews across 8 states. The project is crowd-sourced and needs further funding for editing, production, marketing, and advertising. The filmmaker urges viewers to donate at kandkfilm.com/donate, emphasizing the urgency of releasing the film to expose what they believe the government is doing to American citizens. The filmmaker believes this story is bigger than Michigan and is a warning to all Americans.

Speaker 0: And we go now to new developments in the plot to kidnap and kill governor Gretchen Whitmer. Speaker 1: 13 suspects arrested, including 7 alleged members of a right wing militia group. Speaker 0: Who are preparing to kidnap and possibly kill me. Speaker 1: The defense claims the FBI through undercover agents and informants were behind the plan and that Fox and Croft were duped into going along with it. What the FBI did is unconscionable. It's almost like they have their evidence, have their facts, and created the crime. Let's get a plan together to attack our governors all at the same time. We can cloud the water. We can send everybody in a disarray and chaos. He's the perfect chameleon. He knew exactly what to say, how to say it. Dan Chappell was the driving force of it all. He was there to lead. He was there to orchestrate. I think he viewed us as an opportunity. Speaker 0: Everything here is a lie or a manipulation. Speaker 1: It's almost impossible to fathom how brazen, how bold, and how dangerous these individuals were. Speaker 0: Thank you to the fearless FBI agents. Inside the takedown of the FBI agent who led one of the nation's biggest domestic terror investigation. Speaker 1: If you think of, a synonym for patriots, think of terrorists. You're seeing the exact same methodology being used without difference. Everything about this case was a terrorism attack, I agree, by the FBI. Unlimited power, unlimited money. My biggest fear is being, you know, called a terrorist from the the nation that I love. Your entire life could be taken away from you for something you didn't do. What they've done is destroyed lies. Speaker 0: And I will not stop until he's free or I die. Speaker 1: A saying we have in my office is don't let the facts get in the way of a good story. Speaker 0: Hello, everyone. My name is Christina. I'm the director and producer of Kidnap and Kill, an FBI terror plot, which you just watched the second trailer for. For those of you who don't know the story behind the the film, let me just give you some background information. I'm an independent journalist who's been reporting on the case since these men were arrested for the past 4 years. We released our first trailer last year. We'd only conducted one interview at that time, and I use that to fundraise so that we've done multiple trips to Michigan. We've been able to interview over 20 different people across 8 different states. We've been able to travel to locations of interest, interview eyewitnesses, interview family members, get the stories of these men. And, now that we've released the second trailer and we've done that work we still aren't we aren't fully funded. We still need to meet our fundraising goals so that we can edit the documentary, pay our editor, hire him an assistant, pay our colorist, pay a composer, pay a graphics person, pay for marketing and advertising. There's so much that goes into producing a documentary, of this kind. It's such a massive and complex story. It's such a big story. It requires a lot of resources, and we need your help in order to tell this story and to get it done in a timely manner. These men don't have 3 years to wait for me to raise the funds over that time to get it out. They need this out sooner rather than later. So it's super important that we meet our full fundraising goal, which you can find on our website kandkfilmdot com slash donate. That will take you directly to our give send go fundraiser and any bit you can donate helps. This entire project has been 100% crowd sourced. We had no experience doing this before. We've never made a documentary before. We had no production company. We've had to teach ourselves all of this along the way and I hope that you've seen all the work we've done reflected in this most recent trailer and I hope that you guys help support this documentary. It means so much I know to these men and to their families but also to our nation. Americans need to know what our government did 4 years ago. They need to know what the FBI is doing to American citizens right now. This story is bigger than Michigan. It's not just about these men. What they did to them, they want to do to you. And so it's it's so critical. I know so many people donate to politicians, right? They go down to Washington DC to enrich themselves and you don't really get a return on that investment. If you support our documentary I can promise you you will get a return on that investment in the form of a completed documentary that I think is gonna be historic. So with that, thank you so much for everybody who has supported this film, who's gotten us this far. I know we can get to our funding goal and that we can get across the finish line and get this film out very, very soon. Thank you so much and I hope you guys enjoyed it.

Allen stated the hearing was his last act as a public servant, offering a warning to Americans. He has no confidence the FBI will reign in its own conduct, believing it uses reprisal and fear to control its workforce. He believes there are no effective checks and balances against the FBI's lawless actions, and their ability to over classify information allows them to stonewall forever. Allen urges Americans to vote, despite doubts about election integrity, to stake their claim in the American experience. He also recommends exercising the Second Amendment right to bear arms and learning self-defense. He suggests building community by making friends with neighbors and promising mutual aid. Allen advises stocking up a pantry with 3-4 months of food and, as a person of faith, recommends prayer and reading the Gospel.

Speaker 0: And everybody in the minority party, there's some talk they're fearing what Donald Trump would do in the next administration while they sit here and they look at the guy who's been persecuted by the FBI, and everybody in the room understands it. Mister Allen, do you have comments you wish to make? I give you about a minute, minute and a half, and then I wanna turn the rest of my time to mister Jordan. Yes, sir. I would just say that I consider the hearing today my last act of service as a public servant for the United States of America, Speaker 1: and I'll give you my professional opinion. I was an intel professional for our country for many years, and I would give recommendations and I'd also look at indications and warnings. So I would offer this to the American people as my warning to them. Since this is a warning, the American people I say, I personally have no confidence that the FBI will reign in its own conduct. I've been persecuted along with Garrett, Steve and Kyle, and countless other whistleblowers. It is my opinion that the bureau used reprisal and fear to control the workforce. It has been a seemingly effective tactic. I personally believe that there are no current effective checks and balances against them conducting lawless action with any type of correction in a legitimate time frame. I welcome the work of the IG, but I think any type of lawless action knows no legitimate time frame to reign them back in. Their ability to over classify information can allow them to stonewall forever. To the American people, you have a duty as a citizen to vote, and I strongly urge you to do so. It's how you participate in the American experience. I know people have doubts about election integrity, but you must vote. It is your claim. Stake your claim and don't forfeit it willingly. Have your voice heard. My other recommendations are in the natural order. 1st vote. The second is the second amendment. Arm yourself and know how to defend yourself. Make 3 to 4 friends in your neighborhood and promise to come to each other's mutual aid in times of harms hardship. And during the great depression, people stocked up a pantry. So I think that's a good practice, especially in our economic times, and make sure you have 3 to 4 months of food. As a person of faith, I'd say pray the rosary, go to the 1st Friday devotions. That's for everybody, all my brothers and sisters of all faiths, and I know I'm Catholic, and read the gospel of our lord and savior Jesus Christ and live it every day. And that's all I have to say. Thank you for the time. Speaker 0: You know, mister Allen, the fact that there are servants like you who have not born up under persecution that a lot of political leaders in this country do not care about is the thing that heartens the American people, and I'm confident the American people will will resolve the situation.

Pat King expressed deep remorse for his actions during the Ottawa protests, acknowledging the pain caused to his family and the community. He shared his difficult experiences in jail, including mistreatment and isolation, which he described as torture. King reflected on the impact of his actions on his children's education and his strained relationships, particularly with his oldest son. He emphasized his desire to move on from this chapter of his life, expressing regret and a commitment to change. The next court date for sentencing is set for February 7th.

@rightblend - Right Blend

Surprise: Pat King speaks. He says he feels remorse. He did not expect it to happen. He honour and respects the court and accepts the findings of the court. He comes from long line of family who spent time in military and takes a lot of pride in the country. He takes a lot of pride in family and who he is. And his pride has been vanished, defamed, slandered, raked through the coals more than he can shake a stick at He is extremely sorry for what happened to Ottawa and apologized for his actions. Intention not to hurt citizen but speak to government and it never happened. King says it was very dark. Government didnt help, in fact hindering, and people frustrating and speak on my behalf and I was frustrated and hurt and lost friends. I own my actions. Served 6 months in OCDC and while in that jail went through harsh condition no one should have to, was mistreated, was threatened by guards and inmates, was held in isolation for 38 days with lights on. Guards would pound on the door and wake me up Was put in cell with man for double homicide for mischief and I lived with that man scared I would be killed in my sleep. I was given no opportunity to have medical care when asking and I screamed and yelled and it almost led to Staph infection It wasnt until till one guard came up and spoke and said you have this man in maximum wing for mischief he needs medical care he needs to be out of here. He brought me to infirmary and got me medical care. The treatment I went through, the solitary confinement. It was torture I did not deserve that. Constant threats. The shower not accommodating to man of my disability. If I take a shower with metal leg will slip and fell. I need chair. Didnt get it until one guard fought for me. Well in prison... I get emotional... and one of proudest moment parent gets is to see child graduate and move on to secondary. So proud of my oldest kid so smart accepted to Tokyo school for aerospace. And I was going to see his graduation and I missed out and that strained relationship with him So when you read in PSR I have strained relationship its because of this. And for that Im so ashamed of what I did to hurt my son in that way one of worst feelings in world. Now I get out of jail and in repair mode. I am under constant surveillance not only by law enforcement but my sureties. I am constantly under watch. I lived for 2 years with lack of sleep because of door knock for year and a half at 3 am... wasn't regular knock but boot the door. Would jump me out of bed. I dont sleep well. I barely get an hour or two. So when we talk about what people went through in Ottawa I can relate and understand [king is emotional and crying and sincere] ... my funds locked out... For my son to go to college he had to decline because I couldnt get funds out. My younger son going to college next year and I cant get fund... theyre geniuses and Im not just saying that... they were raised by me. ... I raised them to say I grew up with troubled past but made change and worked hard to make change and be a contributor and make an example and now my children are embarrassed... the attacks online and stalking have come down on me, my son, my fiance, we go through harassing and stalking from all aspects of Canada. ... I dont have access to travel. Dont have access to go on social media. My bank accounts are frozen. I cant make money from podcasting... the strain this has put on my family, the media propaganda, the way the CBC [ran my name through the mud]... has drug my name in a manner that is... Im afraid in public to be attacked. ... Ive lost my pride. I dont want to be in Canada. I dont want anything to do with protest... ... people dont want to hire me. See my name... Im lucky I have someone who hired me remote... Im nervous to take full time. Will take it if I dont go to jail and in that still nervous because if some employees know who I am they may not like me... ... My mother doesnt want anything to do with [media]... Im sorry I did this to my family. Im sorry I did this to my mom. When they talk about things going on to Convoy. Talk about trucks parked. Found me guilty. When doing that no injunction... guided by police... if you ask if Id do it again I wouldnt... the harassment... hope Canada doesnt go down that path If anyone knows me I laugh in uncomfortable situations. I laugh in nervous situations... when you hear me laugh it sounds cynical... ... if you give me ten years I may as well get MAID. Dont want to live in country where thats the punishment for standing up... I had to bring up remorse. I am sorry for what I did. The uncomfortable people went through. Ive been living that for years. Its [1000+] days since arrest... Ive lost friends... I wouldnt suggest anyone follow in my path. I wouldnt allow anyone to do what I did and Id scream at them at top of lungs. If your honour is worried about lesser sentence because may not send a message... I have a message. Think of the cost. Im over 250,000$ into lawyer, into funds... had to rely on begging online. I do not have access to my funds. ...Canadians saw hardship in my actions and no one wants to do what I did. You will never see me in this town again. I make a solemn promise. I will never be here again except for court. I just want to live my life. I want to be in a hole and die sometimes... Im done. I dont want anything to do with it anymore. End of Pat King's statement ----------------------------------- Now for return date. Please note my notes are not verbatim. There are sections I miss. Thank you so much for following along. Covering these trials has been one of the most difficult and important things I've ever done. It's the end of a chapter and it's fitting that King got to finally speak. 9:15 February 7th for the sentencing.

Hopefully the FBI won’t show up at my front door like in 2022 to serve me a subpoena on the same day that I’m about to (knowingly) leave my home for a D.C. courthouse—from another subpoena that was served to me weeks prior. They knew what they were doing. SO WRONG!!!!!

The gloves are off. First off, my family is safe. My house was just swatted. Some ignorant fuck called in a fake hostage situation. Fortunately, I have good relations with law enforcement, and extra patrols will be added. I don’t tolerate threats and will find the culprit. This was their worst mistake.

A participant expressed concern about political prisoners and individuals affected by government actions related to the January 6 protests, claiming they were targeted for protesting a stolen election. They highlighted Scott Presler, a J6 attendee who filmed events but remains unscathed while profiting from mail-in ballots, which they argue undermines their struggle. Another participant shared their personal experience of being harassed and visited by the FBI due to a false report, while preparing a lawsuit regarding election fraud in Delaware County.

@hoopes_leah - Leah Hoopes

Every political prisoner, every person raided by the Feds, every soul harassed for daring to show up at J6 needs to wake up to this brutal truth: Americans gathered to protest a blatantly stolen election—rigged through early voting and mail-in ballots. The government didn’t just oppose you; they orchestrated a trap to crush your right to reboot the system. Fast forward four years, and here’s Scott Presler, a J6 attendee who filmed it all, standing in the exact spots where my arrested and sentenced friends stood. Yet, he walks free—no raids, no cuffs, nothing. Now, he’s raking in millions, pimping the same mail-in ballot scam he claims is fraud-free. The punchline? He’s not just spared—he’s a swamp creature, cashing in on your fight. #SwampThing #truth

I left the Oversight briefing with Epstein victims early because I had a panic attack while listening to their stories. As a recent survivor, it was overwhelming. I deeply empathize with the pain of all victims fighting for themselves, knowing no one else will. God bless all survivors.

Since it’s already being reported - Yes I left the Oversight briefing with Epstein victims early. As a recent survivor (not 2 years in), I had a very difficult time listening to their stories. Full blown panic attack. Sweating. Hyperventilating. Shaking. I can’t breathe. I feel the immense pain of how hard all victims are fighting for themselves because we know absolutely no one will fight for us. GOD BLESS ALL SURVIVORS.

On May 28, 2021, I was attacked by Antifa in downtown Portland after being exposed while undercover. Despite my pleas for help, bystanders ignored me, and I was severely beaten. I managed to escape to a hotel, but they attempted to break in. After being hospitalized, I had to flee the city. In 2023, I sued two individuals involved in the attack, but the trial was fraught with security threats and ended with a not liable verdict. I continue to fight against the violence aimed at silencing journalists, and I'm grateful for the support I've received throughout this ordeal.

@MrAndyNgo - Andy Ngo

On May 28, 2021, I ran for my life through the streets of downtown Portland, Ore. Antifa had discovered me working undercover after one of their members, John Hacker, exposed me to the mob. I screamed for help as I fled, but drivers and pedestrians looked away. The businesses were all shuttered, remnants of the ongoing destruction from the 2020 BLM-Antifa riots. There was nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. They caught me. Antifa tackled me to the ground, tearing my knee tendon in the process as I slid across the pavement. They punched me over and over and tried to choke me out. I barely managed to stumble into @theNinesHotel, begging the staff to call 911. Instead, they tried to force me back outside and told me to wear a Covid mask. I dropped to the floor, refusing to move, pleading for them to call the police. They refused. Outside, Antifa gathered. One of their ringleaders, Elizabeth Richter — the blonde woman — began rallying the crowd. She called on others on a livestream to come finish me off. She went inside the hotel and threatened me. Antifa also tried breaking their way into the hotel. I escaped only by jumping into an elevator with a hotel guest. After that, I was taken by ambulance to the hospital with a police guard. I was soaked in my blood. On social media, Antifa immediately began trying to track which hospital I was in, hoping to finish the job. As soon as I was discharged, I had to flee Portland. I moved between safe houses in different states. Antifa’s hunt for me was far from over. @PortlandPolice closed the case a few weeks afterward, saying they couldn’t identify anyone. Nobody was ever arrested, just like in 2019 when I was beaten to the point that my brain bled.

What happened afterward? In 2023, at a civil trial in Portland, I sued John Hacker and Elizabeth Richter, two Antifa militants involved in that mob attack in the video above. A liberal judge allowed the defense's objection to the damning Twitter DMs between the two on the night of the attack from being shown to jurors. The trial was marred by multiple security threats that resulted in jurors being rushed out for safety reasons. Hacker's lawyer told the jurors in the closing statement that she was Antifa and, “I'm going to remember every one of your faces when you leave here.” They rendered a not liable verdict for both. Dustin Ferreira, the man in the wheelchair inciting the mob to try to break into the hotel to attack me, was given a $400,000 settlement last year by Portland for being arrested at a riot. https://www.ngocomment.com/p/inside-the-antifa-mob-attack-that

@HarmeetKDhillon - Harmeet K. Dhillon

When we started @Liberty_Ctr to stand up for the first amendment and other civil rights of clients who would otherwise have gone unrepresented, @MrAndyNgo's case was the first one we took. Antifa thugs had repeatedly used violence in Portland to intimidate and silence journalists and ordinary citizens, including Andy. But Andy would NOT be silenced. Though we lost against these two defendants today, we won a settlement with one of the individual defendants, and took the defaults of three of them who failed to show up for court. It is a tremendous honor to stand up for what's right in court throughout my law career. I'm very proud to have worked with Greg Michael and Dorothy Yamamoto, who started working on this case at my law firm and continued it when they formed their own practice. They took this case to trial and did a tremendous job. We all know as trial lawyers that in the end, the result is not in our hands, but in the hands of a judge and jury. They put on a great case, and Andy is an incredibly brave client who persevered for four years when many would have given up, changed their profession, or let the violent thugs win without challenge. We are evaluating the next steps in this case, but hear this: I will not stand by idly while violent criminals seek to silence American journalists, and this is but one stop in a long journey. Thank you to all the people who contributed to Andy's legal fund, and who made this case possible up to this point. Proud of you, @MrAndyNgo!

Video Transcript AI Summary
The exchange centers on a confrontation in a public/Louisiana parish building during a first amendment audit conducted by Justin (Speaker 0). Justin explains that he entered a public area and was subjected to aggressive behavior from a man who grabbed his belongings, attempted a headlock, and threw Justin’s phone. Justin asserts that this occurred in front of a deputy, who did not intervene. He claims the man (Ellis Booth) took his phone, assaulted him, and tossed it across the parking lot, while the deputy “did nothing.” Justin emphasizes that he was having a polite conversation when Booth acted aggressively, grabbed his property, and threw his phone multiple times. He argues that if he had done any of these actions, he would be in cuffs, and he questions why Booth has not been arrested. He challenges the deputy’s handling of the incident, insisting that the deputy witnessed the events and should have acted. He also claims the deputy’s inaction contradicts the duty to protect the public and enforce the law, noting he has a large social media following and intends to publicize what he perceives as misconduct. The dialogue includes several attempts to obtain formal statements and to follow proper procedure. Justin asks for a statement from the deputy who witnessed the incident, and for access to video footage (body cam) and other evidence. He asserts that the deputy’s eyewitness account should be sufficient to pursue charges, and he questions why extra steps or warrants are being pursued if the deputy clearly witnessed the events. He also mentions he has filed a Freedom of Information Act request for the body cam footage. Speaker 4, Detective Adams of the Cattle Parish Sheriff’s Office, enters the conversation and tries to mediate. He explains that a new process is necessary: a written statement and a signed affidavit from Justin before any warrants or arrests can proceed, since there is no direct on-site arrest of Booth by the acting officer. Detective Adams clarifies that if a judge signs a warrant based on the deputy’s statements and Justin’s signed affidavit, Booth could be arrested. He notes that the deputy did not witness the exact moment of the phone being thrown in Justin’s hands, but did witness the assault and the destruction of property. He emphasizes following chain-of-command and needing a judge’s warrant to proceed. The discussion includes comparisons of how officers would be treated if the roles were reversed. Justin argues that the officer’s standards should be the same regardless of whether the person is a private citizen or a Homeland Security employee. Detective Adams explains that the Homeland Security director (Beeson) was not present to arrest on-site and that Booth’s arrest is tied to the body camera and the deputy’s written report. The exchange touches on past incidents, including a controversial encounter involving a black officer and other officers, which Detective Adams says he plans to address separately with superiors. Towards the end, it is confirmed that Booth was arrested previously (yesterday) for simple battery and criminal damage to private property, but the battery charge was kept separate from the damage charge after Justin notes his phone’s condition. Booth bonded out at $1,255 cash and would have a court date set by the district attorney. The district attorney asks Justin to forward any video and his written statement. Detective Adams states he will present the materials to a judge, and if a warrant is signed, Booth will be arrested. Beeson is identified as the online security director who previously attended the incident, and there is a discussion about obtaining more video and verifying all witnesses’ statements. In sum, the transcript captures Justin’s allegation of police inaction during a visible assault and property destruction, the procedural requirement for statements and affidavits to pursue warrants, and the subsequent administrative steps that led to Booth’s prior arrest and ongoing cooperation with the district attorney’s office.

Deputy, need to speak with you, sir, please. This is a multiple purpose building, and those ladies invited me in. We're having a very nice conversation. My door. Yes, sir. Yes, buddy. You're right. Brother, I promise there was no he's the only person starting anything with me all day. If you wanna see any video, I'll show it to you in a heartbeat. Speaker 3: And then Speaker 0: he just came detective. And took my stuff. You saw it, dude. I'm gonna let them know what happened. He did the same thing inside before I came out. He did it twice. You need to like, if I did that to him, where would I be right now? In cuffs in the back of your car. So why isn't he? He's Why isn't he? Speaker 1: He's inside. Speaker 2: No. He needs Speaker 1: to be Speaker 0: in the cuffs in the back Speaker 4: of your car. Speaker 0: I understand that. So this isn't fair treatment. That's why I've no. That's why I've got my detectives over here. What chief detective What would you have done if I had done that to him? Be be honest. He grabbed your phone. That was it. And threw your phone. That was it. No. He put me in a headlock inside also. It's on camera. Well, grabbing my phone and throwing it, it's assault and battery. And and But did he hit you with it? And theft. No. Touching me at all, brother. Assault is just I don't even have to touch you. I'd have to threaten you with being touched, and that's assault. When you touch me, it's battery. And then you can add on, he took my phone from me and threw it. Right. Now it's destruction of property, the theft, you name it. If I did any of those to you right now, what would happen to me? I mean. Be honest. Just be honest. It's it's I would go to jail. Speaker 4: I've got Speaker 0: them coming over here. Dude, just do your job. Arrest him like you fucking would me. Alright. Right now, I'm gonna collect the statement from you. Dude, I'm not even gonna talk to you if you're not gonna do what you what's right. If you're not gonna do what's right, I'm not talking to you. Because if you're just gonna try to get my information and then go tell him, no. Call. I have to grab a statement from you of what happened. You don't have to I I did not I don't have to say anything. Okay. You want charges pressed? You saw it. Yes. I know. Okay. So for what you saw in your presence, act on it. You don't need a statement to what you saw with your own eyes. I did not see him physically hit you. You saw him take the phone. Okay. But there's there's Speaker 4: a procedure. Speaker 0: Do what with what you saw. Not what you didn't see. What you saw. Okay. But there's a procedure I have to follow. You wouldn't have followed it. If there's other way around, I'd be in cuffs right now. I still have to get a statement from I wouldn't be in cuffs. If you if you just Bro, just answer the question. Would I be in cuffs? Just answer it. At this point, no. Because Speaker 1: I wouldn't. See what happened Speaker 0: to took his phone and threw it across the parking lot, you no problem. I'll get a statement. I mean Do not tell me that. That's a lie. I have to give this you're not a good cop. You're a bad cop. Okay. You're a bad person, dude. You need to rethink what you're doing. Speaker 1: Okay. I'm post certified. Speaker 0: I'm older. No. You don't. You no. I'm doing my You take his side over the public. Speaker 1: No. I'm trying trying to Speaker 0: You're supposed to protect the public, not Homeland Security. Speaker 1: I am. Speaker 0: You are You're not protecting dude, you just saw a crime and you're doing nothing about it. And you're about to be all over the Internet doing nothing about it. I have a lot of subscribers. A lot. And they're all gonna see you doing nothing about it. Okay. And you're probably gonna lose your job too. I'm gonna make Speaker 2: sure you lose your job too. How about that? Okay. Speaker 0: Go in there and arrest him and do your do the right job. That's why I have my chief detective Why can't you? Are you a cop? I thought you knew what you were doing. You do or don't know what you're doing? I do know what you're doing. Well, then go arrest him. Why do you need someone else? Why do you need anybody else? You just saw it in front of your own eyes. He didn't see it with his own eyes. You did. So go do something, and then I'll talk to you. I don't trust y'all. I don't trust y'all. Who are you? Who are you? I'm the chief detective. I'm only gonna talk to you if you're gonna do the right thing. Speaker 5: Sure. Well, one of your guys just came in. We were talking to him. He come got a complaint form. We were trying to get all that for him. Speaker 0: Alright. So I was just trying to make a public record request. I was told to go do that in that in this building by, like, half a dozen people. I walk in there. The lady at the front desk says, you'll need to do that in the Homeland Security office down at the right. So I go down the hallway on the right, look inside the office, no one's in there, come back out. The ladies are like, hey, what are you doing with the camera? I'm just explaining, have you ever heard of a first name in audit? Speaker 5: Sure. Yes. Speaker 0: That's literally what I'm doing. Yeah. He comes in there, puts me in a headlock, takes my phone out of my out of my hand, throws it on the ground. I have to wrestle my phone out of his hand, then he follows me outside right in front of your deputy, takes my phone out of my hand again, and throws it across the parking lot. And guess what your deputy did? Nothing. Speaker 5: Okay. Let me go over and get some paperwork. Let me go over there. Speaker 0: Thank you. Speaker 5: Steve, where where do you feel comfortable talking to giving me a statement? Speaker 0: So I'm not gonna I'm not gonna talk unless so that deputy with his own eyes witnessed more than enough to arrest him. If you're gonna do the right thing, I'll come talk to you and tell you everything that happened. I'll show you videos. Speaker 5: That's what Speaker 0: we're doing. If you're not doing well If if you will give it to me, I would like to have your footage for the evidence. And I will. But but before I do anything, because I've been through this road before and I know how cops work, is you're gonna get all the information you can out of me and then tell me to get fucked. No. No. That's not Well and so with before I even make a statement or even show you a video with what that deputy saw with his own eyes is more than enough. Speaker 5: To him too. Speaker 0: So if if you do the right thing with what he saw alone, then we'll talk. Speaker 5: Yeah. Let me go talk to you. Speaker 0: Thank you. And can I get your name, sir? Speaker 5: So Duane Lester. Speaker 0: I'm Justin. Speaker 5: Okay. We're trying to make this right that he's not way superior. He's not don't Speaker 0: work for break the law, though. Speaker 1: I agree. Agree. Speaker 0: And he needs to go to jail just like I would. Speaker 5: And I'm not I'm not saying that that ain't gonna happen. I'm just letting you know that he don't work for us. Speaker 0: I understand that. And and, actually, that makes it better because if he did work for you, you would just give him he wouldn't he definitely wouldn't go to jail, but he's not even your department. So you can act on it. Speaker 5: Yeah. I'm gonna talk to the deputy and see what he's got on. Maybe he's got a body cam. Can watch or something. Speaker 0: I mean, his own I would you call him a liar or because he saw it with his own eyes, he could just tell you. He saw Speaker 5: Oh, yeah. I'm just asking. Speaker 0: He saw him do that Speaker 2: to me. Speaker 5: That my damn show to me so I could see it. Speaker 0: Like, if I if I if I ran up and grabbed your phone out of your pocket and threw it, what happens to me? Speaker 5: Sure. I I I Speaker 0: And that's only one of, like, 10 things that happened. Yeah. But that just that alone, what would happen? Speaker 5: Well, I mean, at at a minimum, it could be he took your phone. And Speaker 0: threw it. Yeah. No. What if I did that to you? What would happen to me? Speaker 1: You probably got jailed. Speaker 5: Thank you. Speaker 0: I mean, Speaker 5: likely, it's according to the yeah. That's what saying. I'm only Speaker 0: Well, was this whole story. It's a lot worse than that, but that alone would take him take me to jail. So let's do it to him. Speaker 4: Well, Speaker 0: he needs to Speaker 5: see what's happening here. Speaker 0: Do you believe that an a law officer has a higher standard or a lower standard that they need to operate on? You think that they should Speaker 5: I I 100% agree that Speaker 0: Higher standard? Standard. Okay. So then He's Speaker 5: not a law officer. So Speaker 0: Alright. Well, then even better then take him, dude. Who's asking? Speaker 4: Detective Adams with the Kettleman Parish Sheriff's Office. Speaker 0: Oh, the scumbags. Yeah. What's going on, dude? Speaker 4: Okay. Let me go ahead and stop you right there, mister McKenney. I'm trying to work this case, but I'm not gonna tolerate you insulting me. I'm not gonna insult you. Speaker 0: Unless you are Speaker 4: tolerate any other board. Hey, dude. Trying to help. Speaker 2: You're not, though. If you that line Hey. Let's let's stop. Okay? Did you arrest Ellis Booth yesterday? Speaker 4: That's the reason for my call. I need a statement from you. Speaker 2: No. You don't. And that's why I'm calling you names. That's why I'm calling you names, dude. You witnessed several Speaker 3: crimes. Speaker 4: No. I did not. Speaker 2: Your officer did. Your officer did. Speaker 4: I have a statement from that officer. Speaker 0: That's all Speaker 1: you need. He witnessed. Speaker 2: If you arrest him, I'll cooperate. Just like I told you yesterday, Until you do the right thing, I don't trust you. And I have a very good reason to not trust you because you didn't do anything when the officer saw it with his own eyes. Do the right thing, then I'll cooperate. Until then, I don't trust you for a very good reason. Speaker 4: So are you gonna write a statement and sign an affidavit Speaker 2: or Not unless you do the right thing because what I'm gonna do actually is I've already spoken to my lawyer, and your department's about to be on the hook, dude. You guys, that's dereliction of duty. That's not honoring your oath. You're gonna be named in the lawsuit. I'm not fucking around. Do the right thing. Speaker 4: I'm not either. Speaker 0: You don't you don't Speaker 2: need me. You don't need me to make the arrest. You don't need me. You need what your officer saw and the body cam and everything. Your officer's statement is more than enough to make the arrest. You decided not to when you had more than enough. Whenever you and him both admitted, had he seen me do the same thing, I'd already be in jail. So why isn't he? Why isn't he? Speaker 4: My first conversation with you. I have not talked to you. I haven't Speaker 2: seen you. Well, the head okay. There was a dude yesterday that said he was the head detective. And so I said, will you please go do the right thing? If you're admitting that if I did that to anyone here, I'd be in jail. Why isn't he? And they said, well, he's Homeland Security. Like, that makes him immune from the law. And I said, I'll make a statement. I will fully cooperate with you guys if you do the right thing, but I don't trust that you will. I know how you work. You want all my information. That way, you can just tell me to off and nothing happens. I've seen this go I've seen this a 100 times. If I can see that you actually want to do the right thing, then I'll cooperate. But there's no point in me cooperating with a bunch of crooks. I even heard you guys talking yesterday about what you could charge me with. Why would you why was that even a fucking conversation? Speaker 4: I don't know. I was not there. I didn't hear that conversation. Speaker 2: So why are you the one talking to me? Why are you the one calling me Speaker 3: right now then? You weren't Speaker 2: even there, dude. This is what I'm talking about. Speaker 4: Are you gonna let me speak for a minute? Speaker 2: Yeah, man. Speaker 3: I'm sorry. Go ahead. Speaker 4: Okay. The officer that was there yesterday left today going on vacation for a scheduled event. It wasn't because of this. The sheriff is gone. It's LSA conference is what it is. Okay? With that said, I've been left to try to sort this out. I've got a statement from mister Boo saying you attacked him. That's why I need a statement from you telling your side of what happened. The way that I do this is I present this to a judge, and if a judge signs a warrant for, number one, simple battery on you. Number two, destruction of your private property by throwing the phone across the parking lot as the deputy stated in his written statement, his report, then I will if the judge signs the warrant, I will arrest mister Booth. There is no bearing. I don't care if he's on the security or Speaker 3: Dude, your entire department. Speaker 4: Nothing to do with me. Speaker 2: You have enough to arrest him on what your witness on what your officer witnessed. What happened before that is quite frankly irrelevant even though he attacked me. And if you got statements from the two ladies inside, unless they're lying, which I don't they don't seem like the type, they'll vouch that he attacked me. Speaker 4: So when you say the two ladies in the office, that's the little brick building across the road by the White church or is that the court building? Which so I'll know which two ladies to talk to. Speaker 3: So you're I do not Speaker 4: have statements from them is what I'm saying. Speaker 3: What? So this is your department, dude. This is your department. How did they not get statements from them yesterday? So, dude, that's embarrassing. But it's Speaker 2: the listen. I'm gonna talk I'm gonna tell you what happened, but I'm not I'm I just don't trust you guys. Speaker 4: That's not I want it that day. I don't. Can earn the trust I will, but I don't I deal with that. I need you to tell me what happened or either give me something in writing Speaker 0: This is that Speaker 4: I can receive. Speaker 2: I I'll tell you what happened. I was there doing Speaker 3: a first amendment audit. Have you ever heard of that, sir? Speaker 4: I'm very familiar with Speaker 3: that. Speaker 4: Okay. And how it works. Speaker 0: But I Speaker 3: haven't even gotten to a building yet. And he is picking a fight with me where I'm having to back up away from him. He's he's a completely unhinged insane person. And I'm and I'm like, look, dude. Speaker 4: I agree with that. Speaker 3: You agree? Okay. Thank you. Speaker 4: I agree with that. Speaker 3: Yeah. He really is. So I walk in the front office. The lady in the front has nothing to do with him, but Speaker 2: I I don't know that at Speaker 3: the time. I asked her about it, and she says, yeah. His office is the last office down there on the right. Go down there and see if he's in there. So I walked down the public hallway, go to his door. It's wide open. I don't step even my toes inside his doorway. I'm outside of his door frame the entire time. I'm looking inside his Speaker 4: within your right's doing that. Speaker 3: Thank you for understanding that. What do you think your deputy should've done in that moment when he sees this man grab my stuff try to grab me, then grab my stuff, and throw it? Speaker 4: They should have arrested him for a simple battery and a criminal name, mister Frank. Speaker 3: Alright. Well, he didn't even think about it. Speaker 4: With that said, the reason that I called you was see if I could do the right thing on this, but I've already told you that I need a written statement a signed affidavit before I can Speaker 3: go further. No. You don't. With what your your deputy saw with his own eyes is enough to do something. You admitted just a second ago, what would what what should that have deputy have done? You said arrested him. Okay. Go for it, bro. So don't don't go back on your word. Speaker 4: What I have. Speaker 3: The brother, you just told me ten seconds ago, and I'm recording this, that he should have arrested him. Speaker 4: I am not afraid of your attorney. I'm not afraid of being recorded. Recorded. Speaker 3: I can see that. Speaker 4: I'm trying to tell you I will do my job, but I've gotta have something to do Speaker 3: it with you. You don't, dude. Speaker 4: I will present listen just a second. Let me tell you what I'm gonna do. I will present what I have to a judge. And if a judge says he will sign a warrant on this, I'll arrest mister Booth. I do not have a problem with that. But a little bit of cooperation and less sarcasm on your part would go a long way with me. Speaker 3: It's not sarcasm, dude. I'm I don't trust you. That's not I'm not being sarcastic. Speaker 4: Word out of your mouth whenever you answer me on the phone and tell I tell you I identify myself as a detective with the Cattles Parish Sheriff's Office and the next word out of your mouth is scumbag Yeah. That's pretty derogatory to me. I make offense to that. Speaker 3: Okay. I don't consider myself Speaker 4: a scumbag. I consider myself a Speaker 3: fair Mhmm. Speaker 4: I try to do my job to the best of my ability. Did we not do exactly what we may have should have done yesterday? I can't do anything about yesterday. I'm trying to make it Speaker 3: right yesterday. You're still not. And You're you're Speaker 4: bent on trying to insult me and this Speaker 3: Well, listen. When you first called no. Speaker 4: But I did. Speaker 3: When you first called, I thought you were the detective I spoke with yesterday. Okay? I don't I didn't okay? And he is a scumbag, and I'll call that to him all day long. Okay? So that's why I called you that. I thought you were him. So I apologize for calling your name. I've never even met you. But your department is still a stumbag. Speaker 4: Seen me. I didn't see you yesterday. All of this was over by Speaker 0: the time I got Speaker 3: involved. But but guess what? You admitted just a minute ago that you wouldn't need a warrant to arrest him and that your officer should have done that yesterday. Speaker 4: I stand by that. He should have arrested mister Booth yesterday. Speaker 3: So you don't need a warrant, and you wouldn't have needed a warrant to arrest me. So why are we doing this? Just go get him, dude. Do your job, please. I'm begging you. Speaker 4: I told you. I'm gonna present what I've got to Speaker 3: a judge, and Speaker 0: it's You're doing Speaker 4: sign on my side. Speaker 3: You okay. Why are you treating him special like this? Be real. You wouldn't do this to if this was me, you wouldn't be doing this. You would have already got me. Speaker 4: I don't think we can get any further. We're not gonna agree on that. Speaker 3: So respectfully, you wouldn't need a warrant to arrest me. Right? If I had done that to anyone there, you would not be Speaker 4: I saw what happened. Speaker 3: Okay. Speaker 4: I did not see it happen. Speaker 3: Well, your officer did. And let's just say your officer came to you and said, he saw me do this. You wouldn't need a warrant to arrest me. So why do you why are you going through all these extra hoops and steps for mister Booth? Speaker 4: Because I did not see it. The officer saw it. Speaker 3: Okay. Please stop deflecting. Sir. Sir. You're literally Speaker 4: contrary to what you're saying. Speaker 3: You are deflecting. It's not contrary. You're deflecting. It's not contrary to what the officer said. And as I just said, what you you would not need a warrant to arrest me. You admit that the officer would have that you could arrest me for any of this. You are definitely 100% going through extra steps for him that you wouldn't do for me or anyone else. Speaker 4: No. I'm not. Speaker 3: You okay. You're so you would do the same thing. So if if your officer came and told you that he saw me grab someone's phone and throw it, you'd say, well, we we better get a warrant first. Speaker 4: No. And he should have arrested me on the spot. Speaker 3: Okay. That no. Answer the question. Don't deflect to a different question. The question is, if that same officer came to you and said that he saw me grab mister Booth's phone and throw it, he saw it. It's on camera, on his body cam. He he's the witness. Do you are you gonna go get a warrant for me, or you're just gonna arrest me? Speaker 4: My next question to that officer would be why don't you why didn't you arrest him? I do not have a problem arresting him. If I have some enough probable cause and a signed affidavit and a voluntary statement from you. Speaker 3: Well, you just got a statement. Speaker 4: Signature on a warrant. Speaker 3: You just got a statement from me, sir. I just I just told you everything. Speaker 4: Well, if you'll sign a voluntary statement and an affidavit at this point, I don't have a complaint in the computer from you. Speaker 3: You don't need a complaint. You're dude, why can't you get this? Your officer witnessed three crimes. So unless you don't believe unless he is he on the Brady list or something? Like, why don't you believe what he says? Go do it. Why are you why is it why are you gonna take my word over your own officers? Speaker 4: I'm gonna call my boss who is the sheriff. And if he tells me to proceed with this Speaker 3: Gotcha. Idea, Speaker 4: I'll do what I need to do. Speaker 3: Extra steps. Speaker 4: And if not, then Speaker 3: Extra steps. Speaker 4: I'm follow my chain of command. Speaker 3: No, dude. Just do the right thing. Why do you why are you putting these extra steps on for Booth that you would not do for anyone else? You're proving my point. Speaker 4: It's not just for Booth. Speaker 0: It is. Speaker 3: Way we do things No. It's not, dude. I do this for a living. I know how you work. I know when you the only time you ever go through all these hoops is whenever it's one of your own. I see I see this is literally what I do twenty four seven. I I know you guys better than you know yourselves. The only time you do these freaking extra steps and hoops and special treatment is when it's one of your own. If it was some some drug addict down the street, you wouldn't ask anybody. Speaker 4: Yes, sir. Called to let you know that been arrested and booked into the jail on 07/2825 at 01:09. Speaker 0: Okay. So you alright. Thank you so much, dude. Hold on one second. And so you arrested him yesterday. Did you go what was the charges? Speaker 4: Charge of simple battery. I did simple battery and criminal damage to private property, but you told me your phone was not damaged. So I took that charge off of the affidavit. Speaker 0: Yeah. Man, my OtterBox I swear by the OtterBox now. This thing is barely scratched. Doubt. Yeah. Speaker 4: I don't leave out of the store without one. It's just they pay for themselves. Speaker 0: I was like, there's no way it's not shattered, but it didn't even have a scratch. So okay. So he was arrested for battery. Did he bond out or anything? Speaker 4: He he did bond out. Yes. It was 1,255 cash bond, so he's bonded out probably back at work today. I told you I was gonna do my job. That's what I did. It's in the district attorney's hands now. But he'll be issued a court date, and I don't know that date or I will give it to you, but I can notify you. You should get a letter from the DA. I actually spoke to the district attorney today, and, he asked that you forward me any video that you had and a written statement, you know, stating your side of what happened. Speaker 1: Did you get Speaker 4: Outside the office. Speaker 0: Okay. I sent an email with a statement. Did you get that? And can I make a Freedom of Information Act request? Sure. I wanted the body cam. Okay. Actually, what's the officer's name that witnessed all this? Speaker 4: William Beeson. Speaker 0: Is he getting any kind of any kind of reprimand or anything? Speaker 4: I have not discussed it with his cap his patrol captain, but I will. Speaker 0: Would I be able to get the body cam for the arrest? Speaker 4: No. He he walked into the office. Here I I don't know if you know his role and all this. He is the online security director for the parish. He walks in and out of dispatch periodically. And when he walked in dispatch, I had already delivered the warrants down there, and he was out of town as a reason. He wasn't arrested on-site. But whenever he came back to town, he was to report to his supervisor, which is the parish police jury secretary, and he was going to be booked in then. He he didn't go to her office. He went straight to dispatch, and that's whenever they told him, hey. We have a warrant for your arrest, and they booked him in. That's where that went. Just kinda got off to a bad start. Like I told you, I'm an open book. I have nothing to hide. I believe in doing my job, and I believe in justice. So you know? Speaker 0: Thank you, man. Yeah. I I I honestly did not expect anything to happen, especially after your chief investigator didn't do anything. Speaker 4: And I I'm not trying to jump in their defense. There's more here that don't, and I'm I'm gonna ask you about it before we don't know. But him being the Homeland Safety Director, the the officer base and that was on the scene, I understand his part. He didn't know if he actually had the power to arrest him since he was a state employee over Homeland Security. And and I'm gonna support him in that decision because he just didn't know. Now had it been a life and death situation, you know, surely he would have done something, but I can get the names. But he's probably been out of the academy less than two years. Speaker 0: Then well, shows his mindset, and he doesn't have a good sense of morality if his default is I can't do anything because he's the government. Then you don't need to be an officer, honestly. Speaker 4: Let me ask you something. Did you when you and when you and mister Booger were standing on the corner by the bank, or on the corner by the courthouse and the black officer was there, did you have that recorded as well, the conversation between him and the black officer? Speaker 0: Oh, I know what you're talking about. And I heard about this through my friends, but I don't think I was there. Speaker 4: Okay. I I have a problem there. Speaker 0: And I Speaker 4: and if you have that on video, I would love if you could send that to me because I'm not happy with that situation there at all. And I have a report on that in my file from that officer, what he said to him, and that that's just not cool. Speaker 0: I mean yeah. That Speaker 4: We should be way past that. And here's my deal with that. I'm I'm being 100% transparent with you. If that guy got this rattled just from you walking into a public lobby and videoing and asking a few questions, is that who you really want over your homeland security in case of an emergency? Come on. Speaker 0: That's a really good question. Yep. Exactly. I Speaker 4: mean and and I if I get the opportunity, I plan on asking that question to his superiors. In fact, I've already met with the secretary treasurer and gave her a copy of this. If you were in a supervisory position, you're trained. You've got to overcome those obstacles and just do better, be better, and handle things differently. And if he can't handle this situation no better than he handled it, god help us if we have a tornado come through the middle of our parish. Alright. Like I said, I have nothing to hide off or anyway I can as long as I'm allowed to. If they shut me down, say, hey. No more correspondence. But I'll give you what I've got until then, till they tell me different. And so far, I thought the sheriff is actually at an LSA conference in Florida out of state right now. And I to him last night, and he said, absolutely. Call him back, you know, as soon as you get a minute. Let him know that Booth has been arrested, and we're gonna cooperate fully. So that's what we're Speaker 3: doing. Awesome.
