American citizens were entrapped and targeted for protesting the creation and release of a virus used to steal an election. To evade accountability, elections were stolen again in 2022. It's been almost 3 years, yet our side's politicians remain inactive. We must hold them accountable. Shame on us.

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

They’re doing this to American citizens that they deliberately entrapped. All because those citizens protested the fact that they’d just created and released a virus to steal an election from them. Then, to avoid accountability for either of those things, they stole elections once again in 2022. And we have the gall to be “polite” to the politicians from our side who haven’t done anything about it almost 3 years later. Shame on us.

.@JoeBiden's corrupt DOJ just sentenced a journalist to 60 days in jail. His crime? Believing the election was stolen & covering the January 6th protest. Only Banana Republics criminalize free speech. I will never stop speaking out against this tyranny.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Journalist Owen Shroyer has been sentenced to 2 months in jail for his involvement in the January 6 events. Despite not entering the Capitol or causing any harm, he is being punished. While I don't follow him closely, I believe journalists should be able to report without being imprisoned for their work. Shroyer was reporting on January 6, and it seems his reporting may have been closer to the truth than mainstream media outlets. The Department of Justice's actions against him reflect a concerning trend, reminiscent of Banana Republics. I fear we are losing our republic and becoming one ourselves. I'm doing my part to save America, but time may be running out.

Speaker 0: You spent time in the media. Let's talk about journalist, Owen Shroyer. Quite frankly, this is a name I wasn't familiar with, but he was just sentenced to 2 months in jail for January 6 offenses. I believe we have his picture here. This guy was neither at the Capitol. And so he didn't enter the Capitol. He didn't break anything. It didn't hurt anybody. And yet he's going to jail. What can you tell us about this guy? Speaker 1: I don't really follow him. I've seen maybe a couple clips over time, but I believe that journalists Should be able to report. And you may like what they do or dislike what they do, but they shouldn't be locked up for their reporting. And he was reporting on January 6th. Something tells me he was probably a lot closer to the truth than, you know, the MSNBC and CNN reporters. And that scared the Department of Justice Enough that they they, sick they, you know, they sent their their attack dogs to him. And now he's gonna be sitting behind bars for 60 days For doing his job, which was reporting the news, this is the kind of stuff you see in Banana Republics. I say that a lot about many of the things that we're witnessing right now, Greg, At which I'm really of the belief that we are losing our republic and becoming a banana republic. And I don't know if there's much time To pull this back from the ledge, but I'm doing whatever I can to do my part and try to save America.

Ep. 82 Joe Biden has put hundreds of his political opponents in jail. Here’s the latest, a working journalist who’s exposed the fraudulence of the January 6th myth. https://t.co/wukggVvY8j

Video Transcript AI Summary
On January 6, 2021, many journalists, including independent journalist Steve Baker, covered the Capitol protest. Unlike mainstream media, Baker was later labeled an insurrectionist by the FBI and faced charges for his presence. Despite being a journalist, he received no support from press organizations during his arrest. Baker detailed his experience of self-surrendering to the FBI, where he was treated harshly despite facing only misdemeanor charges. He noted that the FBI typically does not process nonviolent misdemeanor defendants in such a manner. While some officials expressed sympathy, mainstream media largely ignored his plight. Baker is now preparing for a hearing in Washington, D.C., as he navigates the legal challenges stemming from his coverage of the event.

Speaker 0: Among the many thousands of Americans who came to the Capitol building on January 6, 2021 were an awful lot of journalists, working journalists, and they were there because among other things, it was a news story in progress. So they went to what we call cover the story. And the overwhelming majority of them worked for various organs of state media, the Associated Press, Reuters, The New York Times, The Washington Post, NBC News, and their job was to bolster whatever the people in charge claim is true. But there were also some independent journalists there that day. One of them was called Steve Baker. He now works for The Blaze. And he was there for the same reason everyone else is there, to watch the protest play out and to cover it. And like so many reporters that day, he eventually moved with the crowd inside the capitol building, and he did so peacefully to cover the story. We're not guessing about this. He did not show up to break windows or poke anyone with a flagpole. He was there to cover it as a journalist. So we have footage of it of Baker in the capitol. I'm gonna put it up now. You can see he's not rioting or attacking police. He's standing there watching what's happening around him, covering the story. But because Steve Baker wasn't wise enough to get a job with the Washington Post or the New York Times or any other news outlet that works for the Biden administration, the FBI singled him out, not as a reporter, which he is, but as an insurrectionist. And then they charged him with crimes for being there. The charges include disruptive conduct and restricted building, parading, demonstrating, or picketing in the Capitol building. And they meant it. They weren't joking. And by the way, no one defended Steve Baker. None of the free press organizations that exist to defend working journalists stood up for him or said a word when Baker was arrested at the FBI office in Dallas. Here's video of Baker turning himself in. As you can see, he was humiliated. They cuffed him behind his back, not because he posed a threat to anyone, but because they wanted to make the message crystal clear to everyone else. Only regime media will be treated as legitimate. Others will be crushed. Steve Baker joins us now to recount his experiences with the so called justice system. Steve Baker, thank you so much for coming on. Hey. So when last Speaker 1: Tucker for having me. Speaker 0: Of course. When last we spoke about a year ago, there were hints this was coming. I'll just speak for myself as a middle aged American man. I didn't really believe that they could arrest a journalist for covering a story. They did ultimately, as we just showed, arrest you. Mhmm. Were you as shocked as I was? Speaker 1: Probably not as shocked because I had been dealing with this for about two and a half years. I initially had a threat of prosecution going all the way back to November of 21 when my attorney received a email from an assistant US attorney out of Philadelphia in which she said, your client, meaning me, with is going to be arrested or is gonna be charged within the week. And so after we did a bit of a, a bit of a media pushback kind of an offensive against that threat, then we didn't hear from them again for 20 months. Now after 20 months, I was starting to feel pretty good about it. During that interim time, I actually spoke with you. And then, in August of last year, we received a grand jury subpoena. My attorney calls me back, says, alright. We've got a grand jury subpoena for your work, your actual videos that you took on January 6th. We complied, yet again, and then we didn't hear from them for another 4 months. Well, during this time, I'm now working for the Blaze. And so I was actually in DC. As a matter of fact, I was sitting in, representative Thomas Massey's office on December 14th, just this past, December. And, I get a text from my attorney, which is never a a welcome thing, an unsolicited text from your attorney, which he said, I think this is the one, the big one. So I stepped out into the hallway there at the Rayburn building and called my attorney, and he said, they want you to self surrender next week in my hometown of Raleigh, North Carolina. So, the blaze went into high gear. We did another media offensive, had millions of views of this, the story that we were telling about me having to self surrender, and they backed off yet again. They we got another call the next day from the FBI saying that they were gonna put that off until sometime after Christmas. Once again, we didn't hear from them for 2 months until 2 weeks ago, we got the notice that I was going to have to self surrender this time, and this time it was for real. They actually said that it was only gonna be for misdemeanor charges, the 4 basic misdemeanors that all the low level January 6 offenders get. And because I'm happened to be working here in Dallas right now, where Blaze is headquartered, we decided to go ahead and do my self surrender here at the FBI field office. So they didn't raid me. They didn't come out to my hotel or to the Blaze Studios. We went down to the FBI field office and submitted myself. The interesting thing, Tucker, is that in the notice from the, assistant US attorney to my my lead attorney is that they wanted me to show up at the field office, and I quote, wearing shorts, T shirt, and flip flops. And I knew what that meant. That meant that they were probably gonna change me into the orange jumpsuit and that I would then be leg shackled because the plan was for the FBI to process me there at the the field office, put me in a car, take me downtown to the courthouse where they would hand me over to the US Marshals, and then I would wait in a cell until I was marched before the magistrate in front of the, the in front of the whole court. And so what ended up taking place is that, my attorney negotiated with the 2 FBI agents in advance of me surrendering. I did not have to get into an orange jumpsuit. I showed up with a jacket, tie, slacks, dress shoes. They made me take off my shoelaces, my belt, my tie, and then hand my jacket over to my attorney. Then they took me they allowed me to wear my own shirt, my own trousers. They handcuffed me, fingerprinted me, marched me out to the car, which has been seen on camera, took me to took me to the courthouse, handed me over to the US Marshals, and that's where they put the leg chains, the belt chain, belted my wrist, or chained my wrist to my stomach, and then sat me in a gel cell with a meth dealer. Speaker 0: It's hard to believe any of that's real. A couple of questions. 1, what's the name of the, assistant US attorney who did this? Speaker 1: Adam Dreher out of DC. Speaker 0: Yeah. Adam Dreher, I I hope becomes famous. It's not a threat, but I think we deserve to know who is doing this. I mean, the state of Texas has more than a 1000000, illegal invaders in it right now. There are also an awful lot of murders in the state of Texas, and so this is what they're spending their time doing. I have to ask, did any of the FBI agents we always hear that, you know, the line agents are good guys. Did any of the US Marshals say to you, you know, I'm embarrassed that I'm chaining you, to, you know, chaining you to your own stomach on a misdemeanor charge for something that isn't actually a crime? Did anyone betray any acknowledgment that this is, like, all a farce? Speaker 1: The the two agents that processed me did not do that. I have received messages from retired whistleblowing Speaker 0: Yeah. Speaker 1: Agents all over the country apologizing to me for the behavior of the, the once the agency they were once proud of. I will tell you that while they were patting me down and going through the process, I did chat with them, and I asked them point blank. I said, so how often do you do this to misdemeanor defendants? The first time, there was a little bit of mumbling, and then I kind of reiterated. I said, is this is it is it normal, or do you get you do process misdemeanor defendants on a regular basis as they're patting me down? They went they were dead silent. And, of course, that's because we know the answer, Tucker. Speaker 0: Yeah. How about how about speak up, son. I pay your salary. Like, how dare you treat me this Speaker 1: way Speaker 0: as an American citizen? Seriously. They didn't answer your question. Yeah. Speaker 1: In the 100 year. Yeah. In the 100 year history of that agency, 100 plus year history of that, they never processed misdemeanor defendants of any kind, particularly nonviolent misdemeanor defendants. It's that's not what they do. I mean, every single FBI agent will tell you that when they joined the the, the agency, they were told that they were they were on this, planet in in this country to go after the whales, not the tiny little minnow. Speaker 0: But why don't they quit? That's what I don't understand. I mean, I I've always respected law enforcement on principle and FBI agents, I guess, on principle. But if you're participating in a system that's just political tyranny, which is what it is, it's not a it's not there's nothing justice related about any of this. It's Joe Biden putting his critics behind bars. How can you live with yourself? Like, isn't at a certain point it their responsibility too? Speaker 1: I I've been analyzing that the answer to that question for quite some time now, and the only answer I have is that we're now into a generation of special agents and even special agents in charge that came in after the Patriot Act, that came in during the Obama administration, that came in after the politicization was overwhelming at the top in the leadership. And in fact, now the you know, in most of the field offices, those in charge are are political operatives by by and large, Tucker. And so that's the answer. Now we'll tell you this. When I got to the courthouse, one of the, US Marshals processing me down there, he actually looked at my paperwork, and he said point blank, this is bullshit. Speaker 0: Yeah. Well, he's right. He's right. And good for him. Speaker 1: And I said and and yeah. And then he said and he said, and I will tell you what else is bullshit. He said, we process a lot of these. He said, you guys, you know, you j sixers. And he said, I think that, former president Trump should be paying for every one of your legal fees. Speaker 0: I agree with that too. I I do agree with that. Yeah. And I think it's yeah. I strongly agree with that. So, yeah, I mean, I think you should be afraid to behave like this if you're an FBI agent. I think you should be afraid of it. You you can't act like that toward your fellow citizens, and you can't be the instrument of political tyranny and get away with it. So did anyone is there anyone to appeal to? So you you work with Glenn Beck who is really taken up and good for him. He's a good man, your your cause. Yeah. But did anyone with official power step in to try and help you? Speaker 1: No one with official power. I mean, we've had quite a few people speak out on my behalf. We've had some congressmen speak out on my behalf. We've had current presidential, nominee or, nominee apparent as well as those, couple of others that were running, Ramaswami, DeSantis. And then in addition to that, we've had a host of other friendly media. But as you can probably surmise and as you obviously stated earlier, nobody from the mainstream media has come forward yet and said, hey. You know, we probably better stick up for this guy even though he's not necessarily one of us because pendulum swing. Speaker 0: Right. Speaker 1: And more important more importantly, Tucker, pen whether the pendulum swings or not, if it continues to swing far into the tyrannical left, they purge themselves eventually if you've read a history book. They will take out the factions of the factions first. Speaker 0: Yes. Well, but such a thing as principle exists. I mean, some things are just wrong because they're wrong. Racial discrimination, putting people in prison because you don't like their political views. These are just wrong. It doesn't matter who they're happening to. They're just they're just wrong, on their own terms. Did it ever did part of you think, well, maybe I just won't participate. You know? I've spent my whole life in this country, paid taxes, believed in the system. This is not justice. This is not the justice system. This is a tool of political repression, and maybe you just say, come and get me. I'm I'm not I'm not Speaker 1: Well, that Speaker 0: playing along. Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, for for two and a half year yeah. For two and a half years, I didn't have to set my alarm clock because every morning at 6 o'clock, I would wake up because I've been following these cases. I've been following these trials. I've followed 100 of these cases. There's over 1350 of these arrests so far, all manner of defendants for, January 6th. Most of them, of course, are nonviolent. And I've been following these cases, and believe it or not, many I mean, far, far too many to even, recount of the simple misdemeanor, defendants, including other independent journalists, have been SWAT rated at their home. Some of them have been imprisoned and did nothing more than walk around in the capital with a big camera rig, no painting parading, no picketing, no chanting USA USA or anything else of the nature, and, they they did their job professionally. And when they got back home, they were SWAT rated by 20 agents with the red dots on their chest and on their wife and on their children and then hauled off, convicted, sent to prison for months. Independent journalists. Speaker 0: It's beyond. It's so what happens next in your case? Speaker 1: I have, in 2 days, I have a DC hearing. It's, it's one that I can do by Zoom. It's simply not much more than a repeat of what we did in Dallas because this was an out of district hearing. So now I've got to do it before DC Madrid. So it's a Madrid. So it's just basically the same thing without the leg change this time. And then we start the process of our strategy, with my with my legal team to determine how we're going to proceed, and part of that process was learning who our judge was, and that's pretty interesting. I'm revealing that to you for the first time. Judge Christopher Cooper is also the exact same judge who held, Catherine Harridge in contempt 2 weeks ago. Speaker 0: Yeah. I'm very aware of that. It's unbelievable. See, Baker, I appreciate you're taking the time to update us on what has happened to you. Again, it's tyranny. I know you know that, but it's shocking to see it. Good luck. Speaker 1: Thank you, Tucker. Speaker 0: Thank you. Free speech is bigger than any one person or any one organization. Societies are defined by what they will not permit. What we're watching is the total inversion of virtue.

So, the blaze went into high gear. We did another media offensive, had millions of views of this the story that we were telling about me having to self surrender, and they backed off yet again. They we got another call the next day from the FBI saying that they were gonna put that off until sometime after Christmas. Once again, we didn't hear from them for two months until two weeks ago, we got the notice that I was going to have to self surrender this time, and this time it was for real. They actually said that it was only gonna be for misdemeanor charges, the four basic misdemeanors that all the low level January 6 offenders get. The interesting thing, Tucker, is that in the notice from the assistant US attorney to my my lead attorney is that they wanted me to show up at the field office, and I quote, wearing shorts, t shirt, and flip flops. And I knew what that meant. That meant that they were probably gonna change me into the orange jumpsuit and that I would then be leg shackled because the plan was for the FBI to process me there at the the field office, put me in a car, take me downtown to the courthouse where they would hand me over to the US Marshals, and then I would wait in a cell until I was marched before the magistrate in front of the, the in in front of the whole court. And so what ended up taking place is that, my attorney negotiated with the two FBI agents in advance of me surrendering. I did not have to get into an orange jumpsuit. I showed up with a jacket, tie, slacks, dress shoes. They made me take off my shoelaces, my belt, and my tie, and then hand my jacket over to my attorney. Then they took me they allowed me to wear my own shirt, my own trousers. They handcuffed me, fingerprinted me, marched me out to the car, which has been seen on camera, took me to the took me to the courthouse, handed me over to the US Marshals, and that's where they put the leg chains, the belt chain, belted my wrist, or chained my wrist to my stomach, and then sat me in a gel cell with a meth dealer. Speaker 0: It's hard to believe any of that's real. A couple of questions. One, what's the name of the, assistant US attorney who did this? Speaker 1: Adam Dreher out of DC. Speaker 0: Yeah. Adam Dreher, I I hope becomes famous. It's not a threat, but I think we deserve to know who is doing this. I mean, the state of Texas has more than a million, illegal invaders in it right now. I will tell you that while they were patting me down and going through the process, I did chat with them and I asked them point blank. I said, so how often do you do this to misdemeanor defendants? The first time there was a little bit of mumbling, and then I kind of reiterated. Like, how dare you treat me Speaker 1: this way Speaker 0: as an American citizen? Seriously. They didn't answer the question. Yeah. Speaker 1: In the hundred year. Yeah. In the hundred year history of that agency, hundred plus year history of that, they never processed misdemeanor defendants of any kind, particularly nonviolent misdemeanor defendants. Yeah. Well, he's right. He's right. Speaker 0: And good for him. He's a good man. Your your cause. Yeah. But did anyone with official power step in to try and help you? Speaker 1: No one with official power. I mean, we've had quite a few people speak out on my behalf. We've had some congressmen speak out on my behalf. We've had current presidential, nominee or, nominee apparent, as well as those, couple of others that were running, Ramaswamy, DeSantis. You know, I've spent my whole life in this country, paid taxes, believed in the system. This is not justice. This is not the justice system. This is a tool of political repression. And maybe you just say, come and get me. I'm I'm not I'm not Speaker 1: Well, that Speaker 0: playing along. Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, for for two and a half year yeah. For two and a half years, I didn't have to set my alarm clock because every morning at 06:00, I would wake up because I've been following these cases. I've been following these trials. I followed hundreds of these cases. There's over 1,350 of these arrests so far, all manner of defendants for, January 6. Most of them, of course, are nonviolent. And I've been following these cases, and believe it or not, many I mean, far, far too many to even, recount of the simple misdemeanor, defendants, including other independent journalists, have been SWAT rated at their home. Some of them have been imprisoned and did nothing more than walk around in the capital with a big camera rig, no pating parading, no picketing, no chanting USA USA or anything else of that nature, And, they they did their job professionally. And when they got back home, they were SWAT raided by 20 agents with the red dots on their chest and on their wife and on their children and then hauled off, convicted, sent to prison for months. Independent journalist. Speaker 0: It's beyond. It's so what happens next in your case? Speaker 1: I have in two days, I have a DC hearing. It's, it's one that I can do by Zoom. It's simply not much more than a repeat of what we did in Dallas because this was an out of district hearing. So now I've got to do it before a DC Magistrate. So it's a magistrate. So it's just basically the same thing without the leg change this time. And then we start the process of our strategy, with my with my legal team to determine how we're going to proceed, and part of that process was learning who our judge was, and that's pretty interesting. I'm revealing that to you for the first time. Judge Christopher Cooper is also the exact same judge who held, Catherine Harridge in contempt two weeks ago. Speaker 0: Yeah. I'm very aware of that. It's unbelievable. See, Baker, I appreciate your taking the time to update us on what has happened to you.

Democrats have turned President Trump into a political prisoner and gone to war with America without firing a single shot. Republicans in Washington are willing to talk tough in defense of other countries, but they aren’t willing to put in the work to defend our own. https://t.co/E6iHF07zza

Speaker 0: Our country is gone. We are post constitution, and that's because the Democrats in New York the state of New York, convicted president Trump for 34 felony counts that are fake charges and nothing but a political attack and lies. And, Steve, I'm done. I came to Washington this week hoping and praying that I would see a new Republican conference, a Republican conference that understands the war that has happened in this party, a war where not a single shot has been fired, but this is a literal war. We have a banana republic. We're no longer a serious country. But you wanna know what, Steve, you know what they talked about in conference this morning, more tough talk, in support for Israel, more tough talk and support for Taiwan, talking about supporting and protecting other countries' borders while our border is under invasion. What I wanted to hear in our conference today is that we were gonna shut down the government and demand that the state of New York turn over these convictions. We want them turned over. But you wanna know something? No. Republicans up here in Washington just wanna toss it over to the Supreme Court and say the Supreme Court needs to do their job, and they need to to stop all of this mess. Well, let me tell you let me tell you what they do not understand. Thousands of people have been put in jail and are continuing to be put in jail every single day for protesting the 2020 election, protesting, and many of them, peaceful protesters, and they're being put in jail.

The Department of Justice is being used against President Trump and the American people. We must respond within the rules to prevent our country from becoming a Banana Republic. President Trump offers optimism, unity, and a record of secure borders and economic success. The choice between his record and the current administration's high inflation and prices is clear. He is confident in winning the White House, expanding majorities in Congress.

Speaker 0: The Department of Justice has been fully weaponized, not just against president Trump, but the American people. And so, you know, unlike, you know, them working outside the law, we're gonna work within the rules, but, this is a response. There has to be response. We cannot allow our country to descend into Banana Republic. These two tiers of justice that you see under the Biden administration willing to put political opponents in jail, censor Americans, usher in an invasion, try to convert them to voters. This is all on the watch of the Biden administration. This is their plan. So president Trump, I think, offered a very sharp contrast. He was very optimistic. He was talking about unity. He was talking about winning. He's talking about saving this country. He's talking about, you know, how the record I think, Maria, it's important for people to understand. For the first time in anybody's lifetime, we have an opportunity to judge 2 presidents on the record. Normally, it's a president versus, you know, a challenger or an open seat. Now we have 2 records. And you put president Trump's record on, you know, having a secure border, not being involved in any wars, you know, an economy that works for working families as opposed to this high inflation, high prices. You compare that to what the Americans are living through right now. I think the choice is pretty clear. So president Trump was very upbeat, very confident. I think he should be. And I think we're gonna take the senate, expand the majorities in the house, and win the White House.

I noted that during Donald Trump's presidency, no Democrat political figures were imprisoned. In contrast, under Biden-Harris, over 460 Republican voters face long sentences for minor offenses. Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon received four-month sentences, while Mark Meadows was arrested for Contempt of Congress. Alex Jones is facing bankruptcy, and there are efforts to imprison a Republican president. I find it ironic when people warn about Trump becoming a dictator, as it seems the Democrats have already taken similar actions.

During his term, Donald Trump imprisoned zero Democrat political actors. Meanwhile under Biden-Harris: More than 460 Republican voters are doing decades for simple trespass. Peter Navarro got 4 months. Steve Bannon got 4 months. Mark Meadows got arrested for Contempt of Congress. Alex Jones is being bankrupted. And Democrats are trying to put a Republican president behind bars right now. So please don’t warn me about Donald Trump becoming a dictator. The Democrats already beat him to the punch.

INSANE: @GlennBeck asks about the isolation abuse I endured in prison “the inmates were savage, like animals, screaming, yelling constantly.” Our own government is STILL doing this to innocent J6 protesters—it is despicable evil. WE MUST DEMAND JUSTICE https://t.co/UkathIZwVK

Video Transcript AI Summary
Solitary confinement is an incredibly harsh and suffocating experience, filled with despair and isolation. It feels like being trapped in a concrete closet at the bottom of the ocean, with no one to help or even acknowledge your presence. In one unit, there was a small window allowing a glimpse of daylight, but in another, it was completely dark. The noise from other inmates was relentless, creating a hellish environment. Although policies state that inmates should receive an hour of outdoor recreation daily, this often doesn’t happen. Instead, recreation consists of being placed in a cage within a concrete building. Communication is vital, yet phone calls are frequently denied, leading to a sense of hopelessness. After nearly four months, intervention from a congressman finally led to a transfer out of solitary confinement.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: What is Yes. Solitary confinement like? Speaker 1: I mean, it's terrible. Physically speaking, it's it's very it's very suffocating. It's just very harsh and it's very desolate. So I think maybe that's a good word to describe that in addition to being very uncomfortable and very intimidating, there is this element of total despair that creeps in very quickly, but continues to gradually build and you realize you're being strangulated by this sense of despair that you can't quite see or identify, but there's no remedy for it. You have nowhere to turn, you have no one to talk to, you have no honesty or logic or rationality in an explanation of anything. Most of the people there ignore you or are rude to you. So it's like being in a I describe it as imagine you were on a submarine, Glenn. So like I said, I'm on deployment, so this is a military mission, I'm trying to take it seriously, but I know I'm in a war and there's people that are against me or whatever. I'm on a submarine and suddenly someone trips me and I fall into this closet, the door swings behind me, I jump up but the door is already locked, I'm banging on the door and then I suddenly hear this sound as the submarine I could tell is dropping to the bottom of the ocean and then it hits the bottom. No one is coming, you keep banging on the door, no one is answering And then after a few minutes, you realize I am stuck in this concrete closet in the bottom of the ocean. And I don't know if anyone knows or cares that I'm here and if they'll ever come and get me. And then another day goes by and then another day goes by. And physically, you are miserable and that pain is compounding with every day. So it's everything is compounding by the hour, by the day, by the week. You're supposed to have a phone call. Speaker 0: Do you have a do you have a window? Can you see time pass? Speaker 1: One sliver of a window. So yeah, I could see daylight in the day, well, at least in one solitary unit. In another solitary unit, it was so dark and the window was so slim that actually I couldn't see day. So different solitary units have different conditions. The one I was in that I spent the most amount of time in was a concrete square hut with various isolation units. I couldn't see these people, but the inmates were savage like animals screaming, yelling almost never stopped throughout the course of the day. At night they would be exhausted and fall asleep, but during the day it picked up again. I hyperventilated at one point because I just couldn't get away from this cacophony that sounded like the dark corners of hell. I mean, it was hellish in that sense, very literally. Speaker 0: Did you get to go outside at all? Did you, because I've you No. Actually to you have to have an hour or something outside. Right? Speaker 1: So the policy says you must have an hour of recreation per day. And when people hear recreation, they think you get to stand outside, you get to dig your toes in the grass, you are human on a planet. No. No. First of all, they ignore that rule half the time. So I was in a concrete shoe box for about a 164 hours a week, but for the 2 or 3 hours that I might actually get the rec time, they just dragged me to a different part of that concrete building where they had taken the ceiling off with a cage above it. So you could see the sky through the cage. You're in a dog cage inside of a concrete building where you can see a piece of the sky. That was their recreation. 4 months. 4 months. Speaker 0: 4 months. Like that. Speaker 1: And they're supposed to give you a phone call, Glenn, even in isolation, the rules stipulate a phone call at a minimum every 7 days. And when you are in those isolation conditions, that phone call is the difference between life or death. You will scratch their eyes out to get that phone call. I was ready to scratch my own eyes out just to hear the voice of my mom or my girlfriend or my attorney or someone. Tell me we're still here and we're going to get you out of this hell. Speaker 0: They violated that you didn't get it every week? Speaker 1: Nope. It took almost 3 months before a lawyer got through a call and it took 4 months before I was finally taken out of solitary and that was only because of congressman Matt Gaetz bringing the fire in congress and bringing the weight down on the BOP to realize they better start changing some things. So they whisked me out of the middle of the night to spite him because he was gonna come and visit on-site. Middle of the night whisked me away before he could get there to take me to a different facility and I was finally taken out of solitary.

I received paperwork from the BOP indicating that some rules were altered to psychologically torture me and isolate me from my family and attorneys. This was influenced by the Department of Justice, particularly the FBI and the Assistant US Attorney's Office, linked to my federal prosecutor, Jason Manning. In prison, a security officer intimidated me, asserting his control and dismissing my constitutional rights. I expressed my intention to abide by the rules while advocating for the truth about January 6th and my innocence. Despite my compliance, I was entrapped into breaking a rule regarding phone communication, which I was never informed about. After submitting my contacts, I was falsely accused of breaking the rules and subjected to four months of severe isolation abuse.

Speaker 0: I have paperwork from the BOP that that acknowledges that the reason that some of their rules were rearranged in order to clearly torture me psychologically and in horrendous physical conditions and in super isolation, meaning totally cut off from all contact with my family and attorneys for an extended period of time. That was happening because of the fascist fingers of the Department of Justice, specifically the FBI and the AUSA, Assistant US Attorney's Office, which I believe traces back to Mr. Jason Manning, the actual federal prosecutor who prosecuted me at trial and put me into that prison in the first place. Speaker 1: So what rules did they rearrange for you? What happened to you? Speaker 0: In prison, I was pulled aside in this office with no one in it with a gentleman who worked for the security division of the prison who basically said, do you know who I am? Because I know who you are and I'm watching you. I said, I don't know who you are. I'm not surprised that you know who I am because that's become pretty well known at this point. And he said, well, let me break this down for you. I know you are all big on constitutional rights and talking a big first amendment game and this and that, but this is my kingdom and I rule here. So you better get that straight real fast. And clear intimidation, but I Speaker 1: wanna I'm sorry, the constitution applies to prisoners as well, sir, but go ahead. Speaker 0: Oh, it's supposed to. But, you know, the our founding fathers called the constitution a parchment barrier. And, there's a reason they use that terminology. It it's only gonna hold so far as the men holding that parchment have the integrity to understand what it means and how it's supposed to be applied. Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. So So he threatens you basically, he threatens you. Speaker 0: Oh, absolutely. Well, I told him, I said, sir, I am not looking to cause trouble. I know you're in charge here and I wanna abide by whatever your rules are. Please just explain them to me, but I do have a first amendment and I plan to continue exercising it. I don't have a bone to pick at this point with the prison. I wasn't there to complain about prison. I was there to continue highlighting the fraud of January 6th, the corruption of the DC court system, and the fact that I'm innocent and so are many other j sixers who I need to continue to advocate for. And I'll do that from prison, it doesn't matter, I'm here to do a job. So I explained to him that me being in prison from my point of view was a deployment in service of my country as a political prisoner. And he was maybe agnostic on that, but basically said, I'm in charge. But he seemed to indicate like, okay, we can manage that. But he wasn't honest with me. And I was basically entrapped into supposedly breaking their rules about some technicality about the phone system, even though they broke their own rules by failing to give me the written rule book that explains all of these details, and then later said, Well, you broke this rule from page such and such in the rule book. And I said, What rule book? And they said, Didn't we give you that on day 1 because the policy stipulates we must do that? Nope, No rule book. I had no idea about this rule. The rule you told me was you have to submit the people you want to talk to on the prison communication systems controlled and monitored. Of course, I understood that. Submit those people and if we approve it, then you can talk to them. Well, I did that. I talked to them, and then they said you broke the rules. You're going in the hole. And then long story short, they disappeared me for 4 straight months of horrific isolation abuse.

The Government during the Biden Administration betrayed the public’s trust, weaponized the Department of Justice to target their political opponents, arrested peaceful protesters, and completely abused their positions of power. They should be held accountable. https://t.co/si4OCe9eJZ

Trust in the government is at an all-time low, particularly regarding institutions like the FBI. The Whitmer Fednapping Hoax and other scandals illustrate a pattern of government involvement and corruption, culminating in the events of January 6th, which I view as a pivotal moment in our history. There is substantial evidence suggesting government entrapment. It's a troubling situation, but with President Trump elected, we have a chance for change. It's crucial to get his cabinet approved, especially Kash Patel, and to pursue restorative justice for those affected by January 6th. I'm eager to discuss this further tonight.

Speaker 0: The government has never lacked more trust than it has at this moment in time and deservedly so. We have no reason to trust, our institutions, the government at large, the FBI particularly, the the the Whitmer Fednapping Hoax has been well documented and was a blueprint for what then happened on January 6th, and many other scandals just in the last few years. You know, you run out of memory to track all of these things. But today is the 4 year anniversary of the January 6th event. I call it our American Reichstag fire moment, where with all of the evidence we have of government involvement, entrapment and corruption, it's very clear that our government is not trustworthy and is an enemy of the people. It's a very concerning situation. Thank God we elected president Trump, but there is much work to be done getting his entire cabinet, installed and and approved and specifically with Kash Patel, that'll be key. And, restorative justice for the victims harmed January 6th, which is something I'm really excited to share with you guys tonight.

For 1465 days, I have endured confinement as a January 6 political prisoner, suffering under what I see as the tyrannical regime of Joe Biden. Tomorrow, with President Trump’s swearing-in, I believe this nightmare will end. I reflect on the injustice faced by over 1600 peaceful protestors, locked away in solitary confinement. Despite the pain, I feel a profound pity for Biden, seeing him as a lost soul in need of redemption. Today, I pray for forgiveness for our captors and for healing in our nation, hoping for unity and liberty to return. In God, I trust.

@JakeLangJ6 - Jake Lang - January 6 Political Prisoner 🇺🇸

For exactly 1465 days, Joe Biden & his Deepstate Regime handlers have keep me confined in human degradation WITHOUT A TRIAL as a January 6 Political Prisoner And tomorrow when President Trump is sworn in - the NIGHTMARE IS OVER!! Over 4 years we have suffered injustice & torture under the Weaponized Democrat Regime, the lowest point in American history - actual Communists usurping power & imprisoning Constitutional Trump Supporters!!! Political Prisoners in the Soviet Cold War Era, held in gulags in the frozen tundra of Russia used to be a reality only seen in Hollywood movies in America, But this man Joe Biden brought this shameful imagery to Washington DC, locking up 1600+ peaceful protestors for 900+ days of solitary confinement - just a few miles away from the US Capitol in the DC Jail!!! His legacy is one of autocratic ruthless tyranny, and startling corruption in the Biden Crime Family - this fake, ice cream eating, chummy image that the main stream news fabricates of Joe Biden hides the blackened heart of a SHADOW PUPPET willing to trample the Rights of Americans to please his NWO Globalist masters. Evil & incompetence hiding behind a slightly dementia filled face & aviators. This man is my captor, my brutalizer, the destroyer of my best friends families & persecutor of patriots... This man is my natural adversary, and his oppressive leadership of the DOJ nearly tore the sacred fabric of Impartial Justice apart in this Country - but my heart does not pant after revenge against him. A profound sense of godly pity & sorrow fills my heart when I see his angry face railing against America - a lost broken soul who molested his own children, the darkness of a man that needs Jesus more than many of us think we do. So today, on the last day of this tyrannical regime - we will offer a prayer of forgiveness & a hope of repentance for our captors; Father God, open a new door for our enemies to see your face. There is a brokenness that pervades the minds of many men in our great nation, and we ask you to heal these blinded souls & sweep away the cloud that has formed over us after 4 years of bitter oppression. Break through the overcast Lord & shine the brilliant Light of liberty on America again. Make us of one accord, united in the Spirit of Christ, loving & hopeful even to the extremity. You are the God who leaves the 99 in pursuit of the 1 wayward son or daughter, so Father we ask that you bring justice to those who have strayed & reconcile them with your blood. A house cannot stand divided, Lord restore our American family and drive out those who have no fellowship with the Light. We seek your face God, give us a wide open space, confine us no longer Lord. In God we Still Trust. In Jesus name, forgive our sins & heal our Land, Amen. I pray you can also forgive these tyrants America, for what they have done to us - it won't be easy but it is when humans show mercy we are most like God. Today is my last day inside this hostage camp, tomorrow will bring about a promise long since ratified by God, to deliver His people who call upon His name. "Seek the Lord while He may be found Call upon Him while He is near Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the LORD, That He may have compassion on Him, And to our God, For He will pardon abundantly" - Isaiah 55:6 -Edward Jacob Lang January 6 Political Prisoner #76480054

The FBI reportedly raided the homes of Sharona Bishop, former campaign manager for Congresswoman Lauren Bohler, and Mesa County Republican Clerk Tina Peters. Bishop stated the FBI used a battering ram while her children were present. The Colorado attorney general's office stated the search was lawful. Bishop believes it was counterterrorism aimed at people questioning election results. Peters said the DOJ raided her home because she raised doubts about the election's legitimacy. She claimed agents taped over her doorbell and seized all her storage devices. Peters likened the raid to McCarthyism. She also stated that her election manager's 16-year-old daughter was made to stand outside in her underwear during the raid. Peters described finding a disheveled box of her deceased son's belongings after the raid.

Speaker 0: The FBI raided the home of Sharona Bishop. That's the former campaign manager for congresswoman Lauren Bohler of Colorado. According to Bishop, here's what happened. Quote, while homeschooling my youngest children, the FBI decided it was necessary to bust open my front door with a battering ram and put me in handcuffs terrifying my family. Speaker 1: They were yelling that this was the FBI, opened the door. I took my two youngest children into their bedroom. Speaker 0: The Colorado attorney general's office writing this judicially authorized search was executed in a professional and lawful manner. Counterterrorism aimed at people who ask questions about the last election results. And by the way, every election of your lifetime has been contested. You can have Speaker 2: the election stolen from you. Speaker 1: This is not what we do in America. We don't silence people like this, and we certainly don't criminalize them and terrorize them. Speaker 0: Then that same day, and you didn't read this in the New York Times either, the feds hit the home of Mesa County Republican Clerk Tina Peters. What was the justification for that raid? We're breaking into a lot of houses all of a sudden of Trump voters. Why? Well, in this case, DOJ said Peters raised doubts about the legitimacy of the last election. That's not allowed anymore. Can't question the outcome. They didn't arrest her. They just tore her house apart. Speaker 3: When the FBI agent came up to my door, he actually put tape on my ring doorbell to cover it up. Speaker 0: FBI, federal search warrant, come to the door. Speaker 3: Woke me up from a deep sleep. I was very disoriented. They're yelling, FBI, FBI, come to the door, federal search warrant. They took every storage device, every thumb drive, every computer I've ever owned. I never hid what I was doing. I want them to know the truth. At any time that they wanted information from me, all they had do was come. Speaker 0: Peter called the raid evidence of, quote, a level of weaponization of the justice department we haven't seen since the McCarthy era. But, of course, even during McCarthy, no one did that. Speaker 3: When my election manager, when they raided her home that day, They made her daughter, her 16 year old daughter, stand out in her underwear on the front porch. Speaker 2: Elections is an exciting world. There's there's just so much going on and so much to it and and you when you can, bring pride and security to the process so that voters can feel safe in casting their votes and knowing that they count, that's what's important. Speaker 3: This is the same DA that had put two men in jail for sexually assaulting this child from the age of four years old. This is the same DA that knew what it would mean to this child to have her stand out on the front steps in front of her neighbors in her underwear, to go and raid somebody's home, grandmothers, people that don't have any prior history of any violence or anything they've done to break the law. I didn't even have a a speeding ticket or a parking ticket. My chief deputy, most wonderful woman, Sandy, you know, just people doing their job. And when I came back that night, when I came into the garage, I looked, and there was a box. It was a box that had the effects of my son's that I had not been able to open since his death in 2017, laying there on the floor all disheveled. It represented places that I didn't wanna go, things I didn't wanna see. You know, that box is something that, I don't know if I would have ever opened it. It made me realize that we all have boxes that we need to open. We all have things that we need to face.

Speaker 0: I I I just don't even know why there aren't uprisings all over the country, and maybe there will be. Speaker 1: People need to start taking to the streets. This is a dictator. You know, there needs to be unrest in the streets for as long as there's unrest in our lives. Enemies of the state. Show me where it says that protests are supposed to be polite and peaceful. Do something about your dad's immigration practices, you feckless When they go low, we kid Speaker 2: How do you resist the temptation to run up and wring her neck? Speaker 1: Biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized right up to the right. Speaker 2: I thought you should have punched him in the face. I said, even if you lost, he insulted your wife. Yes. He came down the escalator and called Mexicans rapists and murderers. He said, well, what do you think I should have done? Said, I think you should punch him in the face and then gotten out of the race. He would have been a hero. Speaker 1: I'd like to punch him in the face. I said, if we're in high school, I'd take him behind the gym and beat the hell out of him. Punch some people in the face. When was the last time an actor assassinated a president? They're still gonna have to go out and put a bullet in Donald Trump, and that's a fact. Speaker 3: Look as his character is stabbed to death. Where is John Wilkes Booth when you need him? Speaker 1: Put this way. Put it right here. Put right there. Pull it I Speaker 3: have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House. Speaker 1: A Missouri state senator is under investigation by the Secret Service after saying she hopes president Trump is assassinated. I will go and take Trump out tonight. And if you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd, and you push back on them, and you tell them they are not welcome anymore, anywhere. Speaker 0: And sadly, the domestic enemies to our voting system and our honoring our constitution are right at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Speaker 3: They're not gonna stop before election day in November, and they're not gonna stop after election day. And that should be everyone should take note of that on both levels that this isn't they're not gonna let up, and they should not. Speaker 1: If you think we're rallying now, you ain't seen nothing yet.
