My advice to you if you're in the military or you have family, particularly children, in the military is get them out. Don't let them be used as cannon fodder so that these greedy fraudsters can continue on with their genocidal plot.

They're kind of finding you for the first time, digging up bunch of old clips and there's a lot of pressure now on conservatives to say something really awful about you. Speaker 0: So Candace Owens starts the interview with the sort of framing that there's these old clips of you, Andrew, and, you know, you and I met years ago, you're very polite. There's all these old clips of you and the conservatives are all, you know, having this pressure to say bad things about you. And, I mean, that's just false from the get go. They're old clips, and Speaker 1: they continue up until 2021. In 2020, during the pandemic, he specifically was doing interviews talking about how the pandemic caused a surge in OnlyFans, and so he was doing webcam in OnlyFans. And he even has an OnlyFans instructional video. So this is 2023. Speaker 0: So you're saying just two years prior to this, Andrew Tate was bragging online about having more women join his only cams business only webcams business during the pandemic. Speaker 1: Exactly. And, I mean, he stopped because Speaker 0: he was arrested in 2022. So you're saying you believe Andrew Tate only stopped his webcam business because he got arrested in 2022? Correct. Similar to Carlson, the first interview that Candace does, this three hour long sit down in Romania was very much a softball. Speaker 1: Exactly. She didn't make any attempt to get Romanian documents, find out the facts Romanian case, and really press him on that. She just provided a platform for him to tell his side of the story where he lies continuously. And to your point, like you said about Tucker, why would someone like Tucker or or Candace provide this cover? And that's what's so damaging is when Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens provide this softball interview for Andrew Tate to lie, That endorses those lies and everyone then just trusts that. And now that's the narrative they believe. And there's no pushback or alternative facts. What's interesting is Andrew keeps making this false equivalency Mhmm. That resonates with conservative voices right now. So Russell Brand has famously converted and changed his life and, you know, by all accounts seems to be a force for good and promoting conservative values. But in doing that, he has disclaimed the things he did in the past. He's admitted he did things that were wrong, and he's sorry for that. Andrew Tate has explicitly, even as recently as within the last couple weeks, said, I regret nothing. I apologize for nothing. I take back nothing. So he has never disclaimed anything he's ever done or said. You'll hear his supporters say a lot of this is an act and an alter ego, but he doesn't say that. He says, I stand by everything I've ever said, and I don't take any of it back. So that's what I think the conservative movement needs to recognize. He is not repentant. He tries with Candace to sort of suggest that he is by saying this stuff is ten years in his past. But one, it's not ten years in his past. He was doing it continuously. And two, he's not sorry or repentant.

Speaker 1: Well, first, I don't think it's what appears to be going on. I think it's clearly what is going on. The remaining prime minister has has said that the Americans have not demanded or requested anything, but we know that simply raising the issue means something. It's very clear from members of the Trump administration's social media posts and public statements that there is a great deal of support for Tate. And I'm not clear as to why that is. They either they don't know or they don't care about the nature of the allegations and how serious they are. We we've just heard my client who was speaking to you some time ago describe what happened to her. But these are the most serious allegations of human trafficking, rape, serial rape, the trafficking of minors, and the rape of a 15 year old girl. It doesn't get more serious than that. And to see the Trump administration lobbying for this man's release, interfering in due process in Romania, but worse, as far as we we we we consider sitting here, interfering in due process here in The UK. Tate is scheduled to be extradited from Romania once the proceedings there are concluded. If Tate is given his passport back, it's quite clear that there is a flight risk. Otherwise, he would not be under judicial judicial control measures in Romania and under house arrest in the first place. So in in respect of what the shadow justice secretary Robert Jennerka said, I'm fully in support. And I'm not sure we can it's really worth criticizing the Trump administration. And as much as they're going to do what they're going to do, they're very clear what their approach is, which is to coerce other countries to to bend to their wishes. My question is what is our government going to do? Are they going to step up and speak out in respect of what is a gross interference in in my clients' rights to a fair trial and due process? Speaker 0: You said you have no idea why the Trump administration is is this pressure on regarding the tapes. What what could that be about? And you talked about a flight risk. Do you mean if they get their passports back, they might fly to The United States and then it would be I don't know what position The UK would be in then in terms of trying to continue to extradite them from The States. Speaker 1: Honestly, before before this, I thought they'd be going east to Russia, quite frankly. But if given the the new administration, the new US administration's support and and and apparent sympathy for them, which comes from I don't know where, I imagine if they have their passports, then then they're they're probably the most optimal destination for them would be The US. Speaker 0: In terms of the women you are representing, what have they said to you about what's going on? Speaker 1: Well, they're absolutely distraught. If you can imagine that these are women who are the victims of of of the most horrible and horrific alleged crimes. And to see the most powerful men in the world support their alleged abuser is incredibly traumatizing. It's retraumatizing for them. It's gaslighting of a sort. And they're just absolutely bewildered as to as to why the Trump administration has has decided to interfere in this way. Speaker 0: And it is incumbent on me to say the Tate brothers deny the allegations against them. You said you want to see the UK government step up. What do you, in practical terms, want them to do? How what should they be saying? Speaker 1: I think the message needs to be very clearly communicated that both the criminal proceedings in Romania, but more importantly, the criminal proceedings in here in The UK should be allowed to take place and run their course in the ordinary fashion without interference.
