A new documentary exposing the election fraud that took place in the Arizona 2022 election is about to be dropped Kari Lake WON. Abe Hamadeh WON. Arizona needs to wake up đŸ“·@speropictures https://t.co/pZLV94zuVn

Video Transcript AI Summary
There is a discussion about the extent of election fraud, with one person believing it exists based on recent events in Arizona. Another person emphasizes that elections belong to the people and citizens should have transparency in the voting process. The first person expresses distrust in mainstream media. Both agree that something feels amiss, although the specifics are unclear.

Speaker 0: How much election fraud do you think is real? Because I don't think it's 0. That Carrie Lake stuff in Arizona they're trying to dismiss, it doesn't look like that's invalid. Speaker 1: Elections are the people's elections. These are your votes. These are the people's votes. The very idea that citizens shouldn't know exactly what happens When they cast a ballot, that is an anathema to a free society. Speaker 0: Because I don't trust you going to Fox and Fox Street. No. No way. Speaker 1: People know something is going on. And they don't quite know what or where or how they can fight it. But there is a feeling that something's not right.

A new data center is being built in Mesa, Arizona, on the former Masonic General Motors Proving Grounds. The project is surrounded by the Eastmark master planned community and is being promoted as a job opportunity by the City of Mesa. However, there are allegations of organized crime involvement. The landowner, Pacific Proving, plans to develop a large campus on the former GM proving ground. The project is part of the larger Skybridge corridor, which includes Legacy Park and the Skybridge Gateway Hub. There are concerns about the individuals and companies involved in these developments, including Scott Somers, a Mesa councilman, and William Levin, a local businessman. The connections between these individuals and various organizations raise questions about potential corruption and illicit activities. Investigations into money laundering and trafficking operations are ongoing.

Further analysis of the duplicates and the EVVs revealed an interesting trend. The graph shows the duplicates in relation to the daily percentage of EVVs. There was a sudden significant increase in the percentage of duplicates on certain days, with 96% of the ballots being duplicates on two of those days. The area under the curve represents around 25-30% of the duplicates, which were received between November 4th and November 9th. During the discussion, Speaker 1 mentions an interesting observation regarding the voter rolls. They found that 11,326 individuals who were not listed on the November 7th version of the voter rolls appeared on the December 4th version, despite showing as having voted in the recent election. Speaker 0 seeks an explanation for this discrepancy, emphasizing that they are not implying fraud but simply seeking answers. Speaker 1 admits they cannot think of a logical explanation and suggests reaching out to the county for clarification. The conversation ends there.

Speaker 0: Okay. Thank you. Continue. Okay. Speaker 1: So we have also seen some interesting things related to the voter rolls. So for example, we have 11,326 people that did not show up on November 7 version of the voter rolls that should have been after votes were cast but then appeared on December 4th voter rolls. And just to be clear, they show as voted in this past election, but they were not in November 7th version of the file, and they were they did show up on the December 4th version. Speaker 0: Okay. That sounds confusing. Is there give me an explanation of why that might have I mean, we're not obviously, we're not saying there's fraud. We're not saying anything else. I'm just trying to find answers. Is there a logical explanation why that would be? Speaker 1: I cannot think of a logical explanation on what that would be. And here it is, “We now know all of the different ways that are elections are rigged, taken, stolen, WHERE THE FRAUD IS and who is RESPONSIBLE for it” Katie Hobbs sent out 1.5M additional ballots, If Maricopa has 2,575,400 voters why did Maricopa mail just under 4.1M ballots? https://t.co/oEuSKsCFpI

We now know how elections are rigged, with Maricopa County mailing more ballots than voters. This shows extra ballots were printed to manipulate the election. States are avoiding scrutiny of ballots, and censorship of truth reveals we are on the right track.

Speaker 0: And so what's going on is we now know all of the different ways that our elections are rigged, taken, stolen, where the fraud is, who's responsible for it, and how it happens. Short one. If Maricopa County has 2,005,400 voters, why did Maricopa mail just under 4,100,000 ballots? You know why? Because if you're gonna steal an election and it's going to be an election by mail predominantly, and if mail is the currency, mail is the contract that mail in ballot. Well, if you're gonna swap ballots or or if you're gonna control it, you have to have extra ballots. Bottom line, they printed 1,500,000 additional ballots. That is why 2 things are occurring. All of these states are trying very hard to avoid us looking at the ballot. But the second thing, think about it. If we were lying about what happened, if it was inconsequential, would they be censoring us? Do they censor people who don't matter? Do they censor topics that really are horse crap? No. They censor us because we have the goods, we have the truth. So understand even censorship that's going on proves we're all on the right track.

We found 74,243 mail-in ballots in Arizona with no clear record of being sent. In Arizona, EB32s show when a ballot is sent, and EB33s show when it's received. There should be more EB32s than EB33s. These ballots can be linked to specific individuals, but 74,000 came back without proof of being sent to them.

Speaker 0: We have 74,243 mail in ballots, where there is no clear record of them being sent. And just to be clear, here in the state of Arizona, there's EB32s and EB33s. EB32s is supposed to give a record of when a mail in ballot is sent, and an EB-33s is supposed to give a record of when the mail in ballot is received. And so there should be an equal there should be more EV32s more sent out than there are that are received. Specifically with these, we also we can tie them to a specific individual that was mailed to. And so we have 74,000 where we have and came back from individuals where we don't have a clear indication that they were ever sent out to them.

I noticed that Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer deactivated his 𝕏 account amid allegations of ballot switching from Kari Lake to Ruben Gallego. I'm frustrated with the slow counting process; it shouldn't take two days to verify signatures. Historical trends indicate Lake's likely victory, especially since Trump won by a 5% margin. Yet, there's talk of some voters only participating in the Senate race, which seems irrelevant. I also pointed out that results used to be available on the same day for many years, contrasting with the delays we've seen recently.

Arizona Secretary of State, Adrian Fontes, says it could take 2 weeks for results‌ “We will have official results in 10-13 days.” He sounds like an unhinged lunatic who belongs in an asylum for the criminally insane. So why is it that America for hundreds of years got results on Election Night but Jack Asses at the DNC can’t do it despite having machines?

Video Transcript AI Summary
In Arizona, results will take about 10 to 13 days to process, as the focus is on accuracy rather than speed. While networks may make predictions sooner, official results will be reliable when they are announced. In Pennsylvania, results are delayed because counties can only start processing mail-in ballots at 7 AM on election day. However, improvements in equipment and experience since 2020, along with a decrease in mail-in voting, may help expedite the process. Ultimately, the timing of results depends on the closeness of the election.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: How long will it take you in Arizona to know the results? Speaker 1: It's gonna take us as long as it has always taken us while we have more voters, and in many cases in counties, a lot more voters. The time that it takes us to process our ballots is based on doing it right the first time, not doing it quickly for news cycles or for the sake of political satisfaction. We will have official results in about 10 to 13 days, but everybody knows that the the networks and the newspapers will make their prognostications whenever they see fit based on their math, and that's just the way it works. We're perfectly confident that we're gonna have, what we need when we need it, which is when it happens and it will be accurate. Speaker 0: Secretary Schmidt, how quickly will you know the results in Pennsylvania? Pennsylvania is at something of a unique disadvantage in that our counties cannot begin processing mail in ballot envelopes until 7 AM on election morning. Plenty of other states, red and blue alike, allow that process to begin days, if not weeks, in advance. But a couple things have changed since 2020. Counties have acquired additional equipment that assist with the processing of those, ballots and ballot envelopes. They've a lot more experience than they had in 2020, which is the first time any of us encountered in Pennsylvania mail ballot voting in a large scale. And, also, the percentage of voters, while it's still widely embraced, the percentage of voters voting by mail has decreased since 2020 during that peak COVID environment. So there are several factors that, well, I think, contribute to knowing results earlier, even though the law hasn't changed. But as secretary Fontes said, it always comes down to and has always ever come down to how close an election is before you know who won and who lost.

This is my first car vlog after a significant political event. Donald Trump achieved a decisive victory over Kamala Harris, with strong support from various demographics, including record numbers of Latino and Black voters. The election results reveal the failure of elitist narratives and polling, as swing states like Miami Dade turned red. Kari Lake is closely contesting with Ruben Gallego in Arizona, raising questions about vote counts, especially since Gallego has more votes than Harris. This situation suggests potential irregularities. The upcoming days are crucial as ballots are still being counted, and Lake's success could expose corruption within the political system. This victory marks a monumental shift in American politics, and I encourage everyone to support independent platforms for free speech. Now, I’m heading to a live podcast to discuss these developments.

Speaker 0: Alrighty. Party peoples of the interwebs. This is my first car vlog since the dawn of a new America. Dawn pun intended. I just made that up right now. Donald Trump in a crushing decisive defeat over cackling commie y, Kamala Harris, the phoniest candidate to have ever been run and the worst candidate to have ever been run. Decisive is not the word. There's gonna be a sweep in all swing states. They're waiting to call Arizona for whatever the reason. You got Nevada, which is gonna go Trump. Decisive is an understatement. Miami Dade went red. 40 plus, 45% of the Latino community voted for Donald Trump. Record numbers of black men voted for Donald Trump. Record numbers of white men voted for Donald Trump. Record numbers of white women voted for Donald Trump. Record numbers of black women voted for Donald Trump, but still a little bit lower than the other stats. Decisive. This is a mandate. This is a mandate that ends all of those bullcrap federal persecutions. This is a mandate that shuts up all of the pathological propagandists, the Kyle Kalinski's of the world, the crystal balls of the world. This is a victory that makes those propagandist hacks look like the propagandist hacks that they are tweeting out on election day. It's gonna be 319 electoral college votes for Kamala Harris. You got your butts handed to you. A pesky Canadian with minimal knowledge, I say that modestly, who has acquired a substantial bit of knowledge of American law and politics. I got it right to a t. I think I missed one point. If Arizona and Nevada go to Trump because I didn't realize that Maine has, like, for whatever the reason, 2 and 1 electoral colleges. So I'm gonna off by 1 in my prediction because I said 311 and226 for Kamala Harris to Donald Trump's 311, and it looks like it's gonna be 312 to Kamala Harris's 226. No. I said 227 for Kamala. Either way, I'm gonna be off by 1. The hacks have been revealed. The liars have been revealed. The arrogant pricks of Hollywood elites have been revealed. They were never reflecting any public sentiment. They were trying to craft public sentiment. The fake pollsters, no no no names in particular coming out the day before. Iowa's gonna go to Kamala Harris because Iowa and women are obsessed with abortions because that's all that these elitists are obsessed with, so they think everybody else is obsessed with abortions. No. Not only did it not go to Kamala Harris, it went more to Trump than it did in 2020 from what I understand. Decisive. The law fair is going to come to an end. People should hang their heads in shame. We'll see what corrupt justice Juan Marchand does in New York. Juan Marchand, remember his daughter, Lauren Marchand, works with, Authentic HQ that was raising money for Schiff for Schiff McBranes, Adam McShiff, working with other Kamala Harris packs. Remember that one? 1 of the, founders of that company founded White Dudes for a house. Remember this entire corrupt system that since 2015 tried to depict Donald Trump as a racist, tried to depict him as a Russian collusionist, and the only ones colluding with Russia, oddly enough, Hillary Clinton and the DNC. Then they tried to impeach him. Then they tried to get him off the ballot for the insurrection that they also created themselves. Then they tried to bankrupt him, lock him up, then they tried to kill him. And after all of that decisive, it's amazing what happens when you don't have millions upon millions of ballots to find in the middle of the night because 2024, they hadn't mailed out ballots to everybody. By 2024, the GOP had gotten a little bit wise to the law fair. By 2024, the courts had seen a little bit of that spotlight, that beautiful, beautiful spotlight of accountability, and they intervene. It's amazing what happens. All you have to do in order to beat the cheat is overwhelm them with the vote and apply the rules even minimally, and they don't get away with it. But now this brings us to what is going on in Arizona. Kari Lake is still up there fighting against Ruben Gallego, and there's some very interesting chicanery that's afoot in Nevada. I don't know when they can count until, but I know they can cure ballots until Sunday, November 10. Kari Lake is neck and neck with Ruben Gallego. Full disclosure, I bet on, Kari Lake and against, Ruben Gallego because that's what I believe should happen. That's what I believe in a fair world would happen, and that's also what I want to happen because Kari Lake is awesome. Full stop. They are now neck and neck, and the more the votes come in, the closer that margin becomes. I think it's now 48% to 49%. And there's some serious chicanery and serious questions afoot because there were a tweet that I saw in the Twitterverse earlier today saying, how is it possible Ruben Gallego, the Democrat nominee in Arizona, got more votes than Kamala Harris? Because go look at the numbers, by the way. As of now, at 76% reporting, Ruben Gallego, the Democrat, candidate in Arizona for senate, has more votes than Kamala Harris. Try to make that make sense. It doesn't make sense. It can't make sense. And if that's the final tally, it won't make sense and it'll be suspicious and I dare say criminally suspicious. The only caveat, the only asterisk on that is that they're still tallying the votes. So it's possible Kamala Harris's number comes up so that Ruben Gallego and Kamala Harris are commensurate in that number. In terms of how many votes they got in Nevada, in Arizona. Sorry. But the margin between Trump and Kamala Harris is much bigger than the margin between Gallego and Kari Lake. Now that can be explained for a number of other reasons. It's local state politics and not national politics. And so in as much as Trump beat, Kamala Harris by 4% in Arizona, Gallego's up by 1% for now. But if Gallegos gets aggregate total more votes than Kamala Harris in Arizona, you know that there's chicanery afoot and you know that there was chicanery afoot in 2020. So to be following that, they have until Sunday, November 10th to cure ballots in Arizona. Kari Lake fighting the fight, and you now see how badly they wanna keep Kari Lake out of office. Because if Kari Lake rises to the reigns of power in Arizona, they're gonna be lifting the hood of that corrupt system out there, and they're gonna be revealing a lot of the skeletons in the under the hood skeletons. You know what I'm getting at? She will reveal the rampant corruption that has been benefiting the uni party there to some extent. This is not just straight up a big d, big r, difference. This is uni party corruption versus the independence out there, the Donald Trump's of the political sphere, the Marjorie Taylor greens of the political sphere, and the Carrie Lakes of the political sphere to be continued, to be followed. But right now I'm getting ready to go on with the unusual suspects. Our first live podcast thingy thing since the most decisive, wonderful, beautiful victory in American political history. It is the greatest comeback in political history in the world. There's no way to understate how decisive, how amazing, how monumental this victory is. And you got the propagandist on the left. Yeah. A modest victory. Horse crap. Horse crap. Swing states sweep. Popular vote decisive. It is decisive. It's a day for America, and my goodness has America gone from the precipice of utter disaster on July 13 to the miracle of the bright future that lies before. Holy cow. Pima County added 14,666 ballots to its total of uncounted ballots on Nov. 8. This is obvious fraud. The totals CANNOT change. Investigate now! https://t.co/2OVPbcQLCB

I believe President Trump won decisively, yet swing state Senate seats went to Democrats. The results in Arizona seem off, with Gallego receiving 80K more votes than Lake despite being below Trump. In Maricopa and Yuma, Gallego outperformed Harris significantly, raising questions about where those votes came from, especially with Yuma adding over 8,000 votes after Election Day. In other counties, Trump and Lake performed similarly, which is typical. I feel we need to investigate potential voter fraud and reform our election system to ensure integrity.

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

President Trump won in a massive landslide. But somehow, magically, senate seats in swing states went blue in WI, MI, AZ, NV https://t.co/zMjouOZ77L

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

The results in Arizona are ridiculous. They kept Gallego below Trump but 80K votes above Lake. Lake is extremely tied to Trump who crushed Harris by 5.5 points https://t.co/GFNwKZ0FMp

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

You know why it’s taking so long? They’re trying to figure out how to keep Gallego below Trump, but higher than Lake. And they’re printing all the ballots to match their bogus down ballot result. Ban voting machines, ban extended counting, and prosecute the cheaters! https://t.co/vqcz27znN9

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

Where did the 80K votes come from? Two counties in particular Gallego outperformed Harris by crazy margins Maricopa he got a 65K vote increase over Harris and in Yuma he got a 9,389 vote boost https://t.co/TxQsBlvMzp

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

Yuma, you say? Where there was an injection of over 8,000 votes days AFTER Election Day

Meanwhile, in other counties Trump and Lake performed almost the same as each other, as did Gallego with Harris — which is what normally happens in elections https://t.co/W8hrU7aBAh

I think they also shaved off Lake votes in Pima County where she lagged behind by over 20K votes, which seems unlikely. We must investigate voter fraud and reform our election system. Counting for weeks makes for fraudulent results https://t.co/ebJCK9znAw

Today marks 24 days since Election Day, and I believe every House and Senate seat flipped from Republican to Democrat should be investigated and audited. I question the origin of 80,000 votes. In the 2020 election, Katie Hobbs and Adrian Fontes allegedly inserted over 74,000 mail-in ballots without any record of them being sent out. This suggests Kari Lake actually won. I call for the arrest of Hobbs and Fontes, and I’m eager to meet the voters who supported Trump in Arizona, particularly in Maricopa County, which I view as the center of election fraud.

Today is November 29, 2024, 24 fucken days after Election Day, Every single House and Senate seat that was flipped from Republican to Democrat after Election Day, should be investigated, and forensically audited at once. WHERE DID THE 80K VOTES COME FROM? THIS👇IS ELECTION MONTH 2020. Katie Hobbs and her co-conspirator Adrian Fontes inserted 74, 243 MAIL IN BALLOTS in the Nov 3, 2020 election that are tied to individuals, returned and cast with NO RECORD OF EVER BEING SENT OUT. Meaning, A: Kari Lake won AGAIN. B: arrest Katie Hobbs and Adrian Fontes, C: I would love to meet all those voters who voted Trump/Scumbag in Arizona specially in election fraud capital of Maricopa County,

In Arizona, there are 74,243 mail-in ballots with no clear record of being sent. The state uses EB32s to track when a mail-in ballot is sent and EB33s to track when it is received. Ideally, there should be more EB32s than EB33s, indicating that more ballots are sent out than returned. These ballots can be linked to specific individuals, but in this case, there is no clear indication that these 74,000 ballots were ever sent.

Speaker 0: Example, we have 74,243 mail in ballots, where there is no clear record of them being sent. And just to be clear, here in the state of Arizona, there's EB32s and EB33s. EB32s is supposed to give a record of when a mail in ballot is sent. And an EB33 is supposed to give a record of when the mail in ballot is received. And so there should be an equal there should be more EV32s more sent out than there are that are received. Specifically with these, we also we can tie them to a specific individual that was mailed to. And so we have 74,000 where we have and came back from individuals where we don't have a clear indication that they were ever sent out to them.

In recent posts, I discussed the ongoing legal challenges surrounding the 2022 ballot affidavit envelopes in Arizona. Judge John Hannah denied Kari Lake's request to inspect these envelopes, raising concerns about potential evidence being hidden. Despite a second lawsuit filed, the case was delayed until June 2024. Additionally, a public records request revealed that the Maricopa County Treasury does not have the envelopes, suggesting possible malfeasance. I believe there should be public demand for transparency regarding these ballots and the integrity of the election process.

@AZDesert_Rose - AZ Election News

🚹AZ Election News: Superior Court Judge John Hannah refused to allow @karilake to inspect the 2022 ballot Affidavit Envelopes in Lake v Richer. Hiding evidence from the plaintiff prevented the fraud from being uncovered. The case should have been appealed but in Lake's defense she knew a 2nd similar lawsuit had been filed by WTP v @stephen_Richer. The same activist judge was somehow assigned by Judge Pam Gates (wife of BOS Bill Gates). As a result attorney Blehm asked that Judge Hannah be stricken from the case. A new judge was assigned however the case wasn't heard until June 12, 2024. 🚹The 2nd records request was denied once again and Lake's former attorney Bryan Blehm who represented WTP, was suspended on spurious grounds shortly thereafter. Important testimony concerning the deletion of AZ Senate Subpoenaed data from the 2020 election was given during that trial. 🚹I believe our president elect @realDonaldTrump's people will be investigating what exactly happened here during the Maricopa County 2020 election. @PamBondy 🚹Watch: @RepAndyBiggsAZ hearing on deleted election data. Maricopa County admits they DELETED and moved the election data to hide it from auditors AFTER they got a subpoena This is a total cover up, and they admit it!

Video Transcript AI Summary
Is it standard practice to delete files off a server after an election? I hope not. Mr. Gates, do you agree? It’s appropriate to maintain files, but we did delete archived files. So, Maricopa County deleted files after the election? Yes, but they were archived. The auditors didn’t initially have access to those archived files because they didn’t subpoena them. I find it laughable that a county could delete files in response to a subpoena while claiming they were archived. Can you confirm that purging the 2020 election database is standard practice? I can't confirm that today, but we need to make room for new election data. If that's standard, why was data from prior elections still present? I don’t have an answer now, but we will provide one. The recorder has committed to answering questions promptly. We took back election oversight to ensure balanced representation.

Speaker 0: I'll start with Mr. Bennett, and then we'll try to work on that so everybody can get there. Is it standard practice to delete files off Speaker 1: a server after an Speaker 0: election, Mr. Bennett? I hope not. So Mr. Gates, would you agree with that? Speaker 2: I would say that it is appropriate to maintain files. And that's exactly what we did. We deleted the deleted files that have been discussed, they were archived. Speaker 0: So you admit that you guys did delete, Maricopa County did delete files off the server after the election? Speaker 2: That were that are archived. Speaker 0: Yes. And so when you released these servers and this information to the auditors to begin with, they didn't have access to those archive files at first. Is that fair to say? Speaker 2: They did not subpoena those, that's correct. Speaker 0: Okay, so you didn't feel obligated to turn that over then to them? Speaker 2: We responded to the subpoena. Speaker 0: Okay. Mr. Bennett, your response to that? Speaker 1: I find it frankly laughable to suggest that a county, in response to a subpoena, could say we will delete files from the hard drives and materials that we give to the auditors because we have those files archived on data that we did not give to the auditors when the subpoena said turn over all the records related to the election. Speaker 0: Yes. See, that's the way I read the subpoena. It's read more broadly than the county read it, for sure. So your Twitter account mentions that the purging of the 2020 election database in the beginning of February is a standard practice. Can you please confirm for me that that's what you do for all elections, after all elections that you Speaker 2: do that? I cannot confirm that for you today, but we can certainly get you that answer, Congressman. Speaker 0: Thank you. Mr. Chairman, can you confirm that today or not? Speaker 3: I really can't confirm that either today. I just know that because there is limited space on these servers, when you have to run another election, then you have to make room for the additional election data. Speaker 0: So was there additional was there still let me just rephrase this. If that is the standard practice, which is kind of I don't think you guys are saying that you know for sure, but the chairman just intimated that that that's the case. Can you explain to me why data was still present for prior elections, on the databases in and of itself? Speaker 2: Yeah. Again, I I don't have an answer to that question, but we'll certainly get you an answer for it, Congressman. Speaker 0: Okay. All right. I appreciate if you would give me that information. Speaker 3: And I do think that it's important that our recorder has suggested that he will be answering every question in a timely fashion. Speaker 0: That's the same recorder that campaigned that Adrian Fontes was incompetent and called him a criminal, and he was the guy that was running the 2020 election, and you actually hired someone to oversee Mr. Fontes because you guys didn't trust Mr. Fontes as well. Is that the same guy is that same Steven Richard? Speaker 2: Yeah, I wouldn't put it that way exactly, but what we did was we did have statutory and board as you know, congressman boards of supervisors have responsibility for election day operations. And we took that back so that we would have, 4 Republicans and 2 Democrats overseeing the 2020 election. We thought

I’m calling attention to the urgent need for a Senate hearing to address significant election issues in Maricopa County, including 130,000 missing ballots and a high early ballot rejection rate. Kari Lake's victory in Arizona is being challenged, and there's a strong push from MAGA leaders to reclaim a Senate seat. It only takes one senator to initiate this investigation. Speaker 0: We're gonna get things straightened out of this country, including elections. We're gonna we're gonna do things that have been really needed for a long time, and we are gonna look at elections. We wanna have paper ballots, one day voting, voter ID, and proof of citizenship, a little thing. Speaker 1: We're generally sending out the message, Maria, that if you're a person who is, attempting to cheat in our elections, we will find you, we'll track you down, and we'll prosecute you to the full extent of the law. We're watching everything. We're filing lawsuits when necessary, and we're making sure we have people everywhere, votes are being cast and counted to have eyes on everything. Speaker 2: Good afternoon, Patriots, and welcome to the 130th audio chat on the Q News Patriot Rumble channel series. I'm the Q News news patriot joined again by Arizona election whistleblower, Michelle Swinick. My name is SG Anand. For those of you out there that have been following the, exposes we've been doing here on q news patriot with respect to miss Swinick's work, you'll understand that miss Swinick has a tremendous amount of time, energy, and resources invested in uncovering what is no less than a Gotham style criminal enterprise operating inside of our elections in Maricopa County, Arizona. But what if we were to tell you that it would only take one US senator to see the 2024 election set aside and a precedent set for the United States of America. Miss Swinick is here to explain and update us with respect to that election process and why we can, postulate that statement here on air. It's my honor to have her back, miss Swinick. Thank you for joining me. Speaker 3: Oh, SG, always a pleasure. And our conversations are so so fun to have. And it's amazing. They keep giving us yet more information, more material every single election, and you're kind enough to have me on the show to explain it to the people. But for those of you who have watched the last episode we did, which was on the 2nd of, November before the election, we showed you how the election was gonna play out, showed you what actual documentation to look at, which websites to go to. So when I was putting together the information for this show, I started laughing because I'm like, I'm almost at the point where I'm just changing the 2022 to I want to cross it off and just write 2024. Right? So it was it's similar. That happened, except at this time, it was worse. And I'm going to just kinda give everybody a little heads up. I haven't received back one public records request yet. All of this information that you're gonna see today is on the Secretary of State and Maricopa County's websites that had been published since the election on November 5th for the whole world to see. K? For everybody. And including the live video stream. And I'm gonna show you some of that some of the, video clip from that too. So everything's already was already there, giving to you all given to everyone to see. They just had to you just had to look. Right? Just had to look. So, the beauty of the beauty of, the election system operation, which you've learned about for 2 years now, hardcore evidence, the official election records, returns, and documents for Maricopa County that we have been exposing and explaining for 12 months. The beauty is and it's I kind of ironic also. When you're dealing with state legislatures, right, your house and your senate, at least here in Arizona again, this is only Arizona. Could be other states in and you need to look need to look. When you have an election contest and in the past, like in Kary Lake situation and Abe Hamade's situation, those were races, governor and attorney general, that the election contest went through the courts. When you're dealing with the state legislatures, your representatives, your senators for the state here in Arizona, you don't go through the courts. You go directly to the body of the house or the or the senate. So you go to the legislature, and you do the same for congress. So you're talking about Carrie Lake's race, the senate race. Guess where you go to dispute those elections, those races? The US senate. Speaker 2: The United States senate. Speaker 3: The senate. So our corrupt and evil and, judicial system in Arizona, or they do judicial gymnastics. And those of you who watch the show knew what I went through. And I'm gonna show you some a real interesting document that I found a week after the election. You're gonna see that at the end regarding my court case. We don't have to go to the courts. 1 senator, one US senator is all it takes to bring this information forward and say we need a hearing for what went on in Arizona because Carrie Lake's race hey, guys. Arizona, it ain't over yet, but it's gonna require the American people to get on the phone, to text, to email, and to share this and demand that the US senators, those MAGA guys and girls, I don't think they're I don't know if there's a MAGA girl in there. They take this seriously, and they get a hearing. You're gonna see today, the numbers don't match. That's really, really bad. And you know that if there's enough of a discrepancy or there's a question or there's a violation of a nontechnical statutes, elections are set aside. Okay? You're gonna see those numbers here, and we're gonna put everything. Again, all public documents, all on the website. So are you ready to get going, SG? I think that was a good intro. I hope I hope people are engaged enough and are gonna take this seriously because now you have a chance. Okay? You have a chance to get your voice heard to get this election or this race maybe set aside or at least a hearing, who wouldn't wanna see Scott Jared on the stand, getting questioned about the election processes, the illegal and illegitimate elections of Maricopa County for 2024. The primary is 2022. Maybe throw in a little 2020. How amazing would that be before you see it? Alright. Let's get into screen share. Alright. So we're gonna share my sound because we have a video later. Actually, there's no it's there's no sound to it. Alright. So you can see the, the graphic, how our election system operation works. Right? And you see the election 2022, 2024 with my little fun character. Right? You can see that. Speaker 2: Indeed. Speaker 3: Okay. So for those of you who are new or those of you who need a refresher, all of the information that we have shared for 2 years, plus, all of SG shows are on either the Rumble, the sev stack, or on the x Twitter account. K? Save my freedom dot us is where you go to get all this, and there's tabs there that you could see. If you wanna see the election episodes, I put them in the order of what you should be watching. Okay? Then there's the documents, and I'm gonna for the next couple of weeks, I'll just try to load up as much as I can when it comes to documents and subtext posts so people have that. Because I've gotta move on to from this from this chapter because there's there's there's no future in it. Right? But I wanna get everybody the information even though it's it's already all out there. 2022, 2024, and 2020. Right? Trump won that here in Arizona. So here's your election. So, for those of you who watched the episode that that, SG and I did on the Saturday before the election, I showed you this for 2020 too. This is 2024. On the left hand side is the secretary of state's website with the ballot reports. There's a ballot progress report that was put out multiple times a day whenever there was a change to a county. And the bottom left hand corner is the numbers for Harris, the numbers for Trump, Gallego, and Lake. Right? And on the right hand side is Maricopa County's results from their website, so that we have all that. And there was, 19 or there's actually 18, but, technically, 19 batches of ballots that were released. And all of the numbers are right there. K? We're gonna put that on Twitter and in a subs check. So everything is right there in front. Now, do you all remember when the numbers were being reported, they made a huge big deal about Pima and Yuma. They got caught. This is a post from Liz Harrington. Pima and Yuma got caught adding 22,816 votes after the election. Right? Did they milk all they could from Maricopa County? So now there's talking about and everybody was talking about Yuan. Everybody was talking about Pima. And then Kari Lake's attorney, Jennifer Wright, who used to be the attorney general I'm gonna zoom in. Just want you to see the top. There's Jennifer Wright's on her letterhead. She used to be the assistant attorney general in Arizona for the 2020 and the 2022 elections. 4 years, she was there. K? So and then she represented Abe Holiday in his cases and then jumped over to Carrie Lake. So then she sent a letter. Okay. She sent a letter to, as you can see here, PEMA, elections department, a recorder, and she talked about ballots tabulated, left to process. Right? This is information that she got from the secretary of state's ballot progress reports that are on the website that were published, and you're gonna see those today. K? So she was talking about all these ballots. Right? And this is a letter just so it's documented. Right? She said, I want all this. So what happened was is they said, well, we ended up we ended up counting ballot we released ballot pages rather than ballots. And if you remember, if you watch on the show, we warned everybody that if you're counting ballot pages and not ballots, you're probably gonna run into some of these issues. Nobody cared, but that's okay. That's okay. Now we're gonna show you Maricopa. So this is the Canvas report. Now before we go into this 5th section of the Canvas, I'm gonna go back to the secretary of state, but I just wanted this as a time stamp for those of the people in the US senate and the groups and everybody else that's gonna be paying attention to this video. So I wanted you to see that this is 2024. We're talking about the 2024 general election in Maricopa County. Alright. So ballot progress report. This is from the Secretary of State, and it was in and they issued these starting on 5th. And anytime any of the counties had an update to the Secretary of State, they published an updated version. Okay? Updated version of these, and it's listed by county. Now I just want you to see that's the full document on the website. You can still see it. It's on there now. The final one is still there. So I want you to look at the top the the tops. These are the headers. Okay? Again, there we go. Ballot progress report. You can see this is for the the election. K. Make it nice and big. Oops. Oh, that's I don't want you to see that yet. Alright. So the columns are as such. I want you to see them here. Last updated, then the county, then the ballots already tabulated. That's number 1. Estimated number of early ballots left to process, number 2. Estimated number of provisional ballots left to process is number 3. Number 4 is estimated number of ballots ready for tabulation, and number 5 is estimated total number of uncounted ballots. K? Now this is the this is the one for the 6th. K? But you don't need to you don't need to know that specifics. But at the bottom, k, it gives you the definitions of each. I'm gonna run through those real quick. But what I did is I put them on, squished them together, took out the middle, but I wanted you to see the actual document. So it wasn't like I was cutting and pasting from 10 different documents. But I did it so you can read them easier. Okay. Because this is important. K? Oh, why is it just wants to show you the numbers. We're not there yet. Okay? We're not there yet, guys. Okay. So number 1, ballots already tabulated. That makes sense. Right? Already tabulated. Done. Number 2, the number of ballots that have been received and are in ballot processing, not yet signature verified, or waiting for a signature to be cured. Those are early ballots. So just think of them as piles. K? So you got a pile of ballots that are already done, tabulated. We're already good. We got those numbers. In the next batch. Okay. Now or the next pile. I don't wanna say batch. This is a pile. These are all early ballots. They haven't verified signatures. They haven't done anything. They're just in the early ballot pile. K? They don't know anything about them. Number 3, this is provisional ballots, estimated provisional ballots. These are left to process. Speaker 4: They haven't been touched. They're just a pile of all Speaker 3: those provisional ballots. K? They haven't been touched. They're just a pile of all those provisional ballots. K? The definition is this number is an estimate of how many provisional ballots are waiting for verification. It includes any provisional ballot ballot, including conditional provisional. Conditional provisional means when you registered, you had no identification. So you're you're in that same pile. That has not been verified and is not ready for tabulation. Nobody's touched it yet. They just came in. K? It is important to note that this number is counted as a separate value and not included in column 2, estimated number of early ballots left to process. Not all conditional ballots will qualify for tabulation because they have to go through a process of the signatures and making sure it's an eligible voter, not just some random piece of paper that shows up. For more information on provisional and conditional provisional ballots, see 189 page 188 and 189 of the 2023 elections procedures manual and the statute, which we mentioned on this show before, Arizona 16579. K. Number 4, this is the number of estimated ballots ready for tabulation. This number is an estimate of all verified ballots regardless of category, early, provisional, conditional, provisional, etcetera, that are ready for tabulation but have not been tabulated. These guys are ready to go through those tabulators. But MCTech, Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center that you've seen on this show many times where they actually tabulate the votes for early, the professionals, and, any of the election days that were misreads. Remember, joy number 3. So this is after the election. They're down there now. This is this is keep in mind, this is elections election day is finished. K? So number 5, estimated total number of uncounted ballots. This is the number this is the total number of the values of column 2, number 3, and number 4, and it represents an estimate of the potential number of ballots that could be qualified for tabulation. This is it. This is all the ballots they got in this pile. Right? They put them all together. Please keep in mind that some ballots from column 23, that's the early and the provisionals, will not be tabulated if they fail to to pass the verification process. Okay. That sounds all good. That sounds great. Great process. Alright. Here we go. Now as I had mentioned, there were 18 batches. The last batch, which is 19, that happened on the 18th November, had 2 pages, but it didn't affect the vote count. So I didn't include it on here. K? Because they already gone through all of the ballots and counted all of the actual voters that have cast a ballot and the and the ballots. So to make it easy for everybody, I took that secretary of state's ballot progress report that you saw. And every single time there was a batch released and reported from Maricopa County, I put it into one document so you can see. This is similar to what I did before. Now we're gonna look at Speaker 5: this is the 5th. K. We're gonna Speaker 6: Remarkable Speaker 2: discrepancies. Oh, yeah. Speaker 3: Okay. This is the 5th through 15th. Okay? Now the ones in yellow now keep in mind, the s the last column is the estimated total number of uncounted ballots. All they got. Okay? So they're telling you they had 730,000 total ballots that came in, just to to clarify, On election night at about 8 o'clock at night, which is 1 hour after the polls close, they release the early ballot amount so you have something to work with. Okay? Something to start with. Because the election day ballots are still at the vote centers where they're in transport to Mck Tech. Right? Those memory cards. Remember those memory cards that we talked about? That's the 39 that we're missing from 2022. So this year, they happen to decide that they were gonna release the early vote count only through Tuesday, October 29th. Normally, it's the Friday before the election. This year, it was a couple of days before. So that's the number that they first gave you, 1.1 million. That was the early vote. And then the election day ballots from the vote centers about 3 o'clock in the morning. It's 3:30 in the morning on Maricopa County's document, and then they got to the the secretary of state at about 3:42 AM. They told you there was 248,372 early val or election day ballots that were cast at the vote centers. So you you started off and you you added this to this. It's 1,300,000 and change. Speaker 5: K? Speaker 3: And then they released another early ballot batch. It's 127108. Okay. That's alright. Cool. But here's where the problem arises. Now estimated total number of uncounted ballots. This number should always decrease because you're taking away ballots that were either rejected or counted. So in theory, right, just because they're you're probably wondering why are these color coded. The red, we're gonna get to in a second, but I just see there's a lot of yellow here. That means that the number of ballots that decreased in that pile, which is similar to what we showed you in 2022, it increased for the amount that they counted. Okay? So they weren't going in in this batch, we went through a certain amount, and then the other one should reflect an increase because it should be the opposite. K? You can't have more into this column if you have less in this column. So I just wanted to make people aware of that. But let's focus on these 2 big ballot batches. You're seeing a 146,000 ballots. These are early ballots, okay, because your election day ballots are not included. Alright. Let me look at the top here. Estimated number of early ballots left to process, 614. 614,000. Estimated number of provisional ballots left to process, 26,000. Number of ballots ready for tabulation, 90,000. So the total is 730,000. So between this is 18 40, 54. That's military time. So that's 6:6 o'clock change, 6:30. 66:45 6:54. And the next time they did another batch, which was at 22, just 10 o'clock at night, there was a 146,000 ballots that were reduced in the pile. Okay? But there was only 51,807 that were tabulated. So the difference okay? So the next batch, which is the afternoon or the evening of 7th, the difference between the 2 is a 112,000. But they only that's what they reduced the pile by. K? Now you're looking here. Provisionals are the same. K? So this batch, this 146,000 doesn't include any provisionals because that number didn't go down. And election day ballots, the amount if let's just say that there was because there was a 4,000 and I'm try I'm trying not to make this confusing. It's 4,037 election day mystery ballots that were actually counted on the 11th. So let's give Maricopa County the 4,037 and subtract it from this 90,000 ready for tabulation. Other than that, there's no other ballots. They all have to be early ballots. Okay? They have to be early ballots. There's nothing else. Those are the only categories. So if you take the 146,000, to meanwhile, no one has mentioned that there was a reduction of a 146,000 ballots in that batch and then another reduction of a 112,000 ballots in that batch. Alright? So take your 146,000, then your difference was a 112,000. Is 256,000 ballots were either rejected or counted Speaker 6: Good. Speaker 3: In those 2 batches. But if they only counted 51,807,140, That totals a 123,000. Alright. Can you see this? Can you see this? So you just it's a simple math, guys. 146 plus the 112 is a 100 and 5th 258,000. Then you take the total number of ballots that they counted is a 123,000. K? Then let's I said, let's give Maricopa the credit. Maybe see my fingernails are dirty. I actually am doing gardening work, and I can't get the damn dirt out. So the 134,000 the 144,053, you subtract the 4,037 mystery ballots that they actually I have it on video of them doing the mysteries, which is part of their process, counting those and tabulating those through at MCTech on 11th, you subtract that out. We're giving them the benefit of the doubt. You have a 130,016 ballots that are missing, okay, that were rejected, that nobody has mentioned. A 130,000 ballots, and this is the very beginning of the election results. This is the 6th. Okay? This is the next day. You have a 130,000 missing ballots that nobody has decided to discuss. That's a lot of ballots. Okay? And you're thinking, well, they've that's just rejected. Wait. What? That's is is it really? But here goes here's the thing. Let me show you this. Let me show you this, and then I'm gonna jump back because then you're gonna see some numbers. So here is the early voting rejection summary in the canvas for Maricopa County for the 2024 general election. What does it say there? It's the total early voting rejections. What's that number? Speaker 2: 8,559. Speaker 3: What about the 130,000? Okay. According to Maricopa County, they are reporting that they are less than 1 half of 1 percent of the early ballots were rejected. That's what this is showing you. I'm gonna show you the math too because this pull out a calculator, not a Maricopa math calculator, a real calculator. K? So they're telling you number of bad signatures and no signatures of early ballots that were rejected was 8,559. K? What does this say right here? That's 146, 112. Add these 2 together. Subtract them. Look at my card. A 130,016. Early ballots. They can be nothing other than early ballots based on the data here, based on what the columns' definitions are. Okay? Speaker 2: For a mathematical perspective, Patriots, that's a 94.2% error rate. Speaker 3: Rejection error, whatever. 130,000 is a lot of balance. Now okay. Let that sink in. Nobody's mentioned it. K. Nobody's mentioned it. Now let's look at this real quick. Let's look at this. So I want you to put things in a perspective. K? This is the Canvas report. Right? The official totals. So the, Speaker 2: Miss Swinick, allow me to collect correct my statement just a moment ago. It's a 94.2% variance between what they reported and what you found. I apologize. That is not the error rate. Please continue. Speaker 3: Yeah. So look at the number of early ballots that they verified and counted. 1,802,403. Okay? This is their numbers, not mine. Now we're not gonna look at number 3. K? Because I already confused everybody. But I want you to just watch. We're gonna we're gonna do simple math now. Now watch this. So you already know that there's a 130,000 ballots that were rejected that seem to be missing. Nobody's mentioned. K? So this is the last batch of ballots, and it was on 14th. Now column number 1 is the estimated number of early ballots left to process. K? They haven't been touched. Nobody knows what's in them other than that they're early. They haven't been verified. They don't know anything about them. 101,150 are provisional ballots. Same cab same situation that nobody knows anything about them. So the total number of ballots ready for tabulation, 2,475. Okay. So we're gonna do simple math. Meanwhile, this is it. This is all that's left. Because if you can see the next release, which is below it, are all zeros. Because this is it. This is the last batch, and this is what we showed you in 2022. Okay. So 1750. Now I gotta go back to here. Going back to the chart. Now this is the chart where we have secretary of state on the left, Maricopa on the right. Now you can see here, this is 14th on the left hand side, number 17, batch number 17. There's your 17 50. You're 1115. Right? 24Âą. So that batch, if you look to the right, this is the breakdown on Maricopa County's results. They approved what does that say? 920. This is the early ballot column where my my on with all the totals there. Right? That's early ballots. The next one is, election day, then provisional, then the total ballots. So if you see here, they approved 920 ballots of the 17 50, early ballots. Okay? So subtract those 2. That means 830 ballots were rejected. Go ahead, a, SG, and take 830. Divide that into the 17.50 or divide, you know, divide into to get your percentage of a rejection rate. What is that number? Speaker 2: 47.4%. Speaker 3: Right. How is it statistically possible, and I'm showing you on the in the right hand corner, everybody, that you have a rejection rate in your last batch of 47.4% rejection rate of your early ballots, if they have no idea it's not like they take all the ones that they know are bad and save until the end. They have no idea what's in that batch. It is statistically impossible to have a batch that has 47.4% rejection rate at the very end. Okay? They also said that there was only 8,559, and you already saw a 130 at the front. Okay? So you have a rejection rate of 47.4%. How is that possible? It's not. It's statistically impossible. So you cannot trust these results because they don't make sense. They also don't match. Right? So let that sink in. You have 47.4% rejection rate on your last batch. Okay? That's huge. But yet they told you for the entire election, the rejection rate was 0.46%, less than 1 half of 1% because you're taking the 8,559 rejected, adding it to the total number of ballots that were accepted. It's right there on the screen, 1,000 822403. So you know right there what was rejected on your percentage. It's less than 1 half of 1%. But the real rejection rate was anywhere between 10 to 47.4% on individual batches. That's not including I didn't even include the 130 that are missing, which were rejected. Okay? So look at this. Speaker 2: Does not add up. Speaker 3: Oh, it doesn't add up majorly where you're talking about how many races are affected by what they did. Speaker 4: A lot Speaker 3: of them. Okay? A lot of them. So let's look at let's look at miss Lake's race for a second. K? Let's look at her race for a second. Oh, this is just to show you what the, the results page that Maricopa County publishes on their website looks like, and that's where I got this information. Oh, this is what I'm gonna show you. Alright. So last batch to break it down. I know I did it kinda backwards here. So what I did was I took so you could see it all on one document. Right? I'm doing this so you can post it on social media, so you can share it with people rather than having multiple different things in multiple places. So this is this the top is the secretary of state's information. Right? 1750. You can see that there. This is the last batch. Then the information from Maricopa County, the early voting rejections, they took you take simple. You take 1750 ballots that were early, that were left in the pile. They accepted 920, which means, again, doesn't have to do with ballots. Could be marbles, could be crayons. That one's for s SG Sun. 1750 minus 920 equals 830 were rejected. You take the 18, 830 to figure out your and your total was 17.50. Your rejection rate's 47.4%, but yet they told you that the official election, early voting rejections of 8,559 was 0.467%, less than 1 half of 1%. What are they doing? Well, they're they're they're not they're not being honest. You're you're talking election fraud. You're talking misconduct, maladministration, criminal fraud. Okay? This is major stuff. Major stuff. Major stuff. Where the results cannot be trusted because look at look at the numbers. Look at the numbers not too much, the 130,000. Now let's look at miss Lake's race real quick. I'm gonna pull up that spreadsheet. K. So as you can see on the left hand side, there's Harris, Trump, Gallego, and Lake. State is on the left. Maricopa's on the right. And I did a I did a chart too. Look at my chart here on the, up there so you could see both. I'll hold that up. So if you can see, Gallego was ahead by 80,574 for the state against Lake, and he was ahead in Maricopa by a 105,301 for the state. Now look in my upper right hand corner. What was the number of the ballots that we said were re that are missing 130,000. Is that not more than the state and Maricopa County SG? 130,000? Speaker 2: By at least 25,000. Speaker 3: Okay. So you got a problem. You got a problem. You got a major, major problem that requires a hearing. And who can do it? One senator. That takes 1 senator. Oh, I'm gonna go back to this, so don't don't worry about that. But, let me un stop sharing for a second because I want this to sink in. It requires 1 senator in the US Senate to say we've got a problem in Arizona because you've got a seat here that actually is in contention. Again, Arizona ain't over yet. Arizona ain't over yet. You got a you got a senator seat, and the senate deals with their own election contest, not the judicial system, not the courts of Arizona. Again, the courts are for races like governor and secretary of state. The legislature in Arizona for the state races, because the state races do you know how many state races are affected by this? I have a legislative I'll give you an example for Arizona. Legislative district 9, the difference between the 2nd place finisher and the 3rd place finisher because there's 2 there's 2 winners for the house, there's 2 representatives, is 928 ballots. Hello? Okay. So you're talking, but you're talking massive amounts of races in Arizona. But again, those are not contested in court. Speaker 4: Those are contested within the House and within Speaker 3: the Senate for the state. So you within the House and within the Senate for the state. So you have the state races in Arizona now that are all back in in in question on who the winners are because the Senate and the House in the state needs to have hearings because they can actually unseat people because they said, you didn't win. We can prove it. Bye bye. You don't get to come in our House. You don't get to come in our Senate. And the exact same thing is how it works for the Congress in the United States, the house, and the senate. One brave senator, I don't know if it's brave, but one who wants to follow the law, just needs to start saying, we need to look into Arizona and have a hearing because these numbers are way out of whack. This is not even including nontechnical statutes that have been violated. Because when the numbers are in, amounts above what the results are showing for a win, you can have elections set aside. That's how it works. This is precedent. There's precedent already for it in Arizona. We've shown this on the show many, many a times. Okay? So Carrie Lake's race is game on, guys. It's game on. So, her attorney general, right, you need to get, loud, Harmit Dhillon and the RNC and AZ GOP and Gina Swoboda and all of the election integrity gurus and the MAGA supporters and all these groups. You got an election here that potentially can be set aside. This there's more. This is just to get the ball rolling so that the American people realize that they actually can participate in the process to demand that a senator steps up to the plate and takes this seriously and gets a hearing to find out what the hell happened in this election. Because you got a senate state on you got a senate state senate seat back on in play. And again, this is just these early rejections, which are statistically impossible. Okay? That's just one avenue. Like I said, there's more. So let's go back. And again, I'm hitting this home because it's gonna require some work from the American people. And I know everybody's past the point of doing anything with the elections, so you might have some free time on your hand. So let's focus on actually getting the elections exposed at a level where people are going to take them seriously, at least, the handful of us who've been pushing this information out there, as she's one of them, and get this information out, demand that the senators step up to the plate, follow the process, and you can get an election set aside. Historic? Beyond belief. How awesome to have somebody like Scott Sherritt, the director of tabulation and election day ballots on a on the stand having to explain this? There's no explanation for it. Okay? This is misconduct. Whether it's maladministration, it's intentional or not, it's still misconduct And the results cannot be results can't be verified. This is this is excluding the fact that there's no chain of custody for any of this stuff. Now, does it sink in the danger of early ballots and early voting? This is what happens. This is what happens when you have no chain of custody. This is what happens when you put in early ballots. Look at these numbers. Alright. Let's do this because I know I wanna keep this short. And, again, there's more than this. This is just to get the ball rolling so the American people can take this and run with it. I SGI can only do so much. Now it's up to you guys. Get on the phone. Get on the social media. Get on the email. Get a text. Call every call your friends. Get everybody pushing this stuff out. Okay? And demand that the senators, especially the MAGA ones, whoever they may be, they step up to the plate. Carrie Lake's team, Carrie Lake, get on board. Get on board. You can get this election set aside. Okay? I'll I and I'll help out. Do you want me to help? I'll help. I'll help. I'm there to help. It's all I've done this whole time. This whole time, all I have done is show the paths for Carrie Lake to take the rightful seats that she was elected to by the people of Arizona. That's all I've done for 2 years. K? And I will continue to do it one last time. Now for those of you who have watched when we told you there were 44 vote centers that were illegally recounted in the 2022 election, this is not this this is no disputing. This is real. And on this show, we showed you video of them illegally recounting, which turned out to be 11 vote centers in the primary. They did it again, guys. Okay? They did it again. They illegally recounted the ballots. Now remember, this is from the primary election. From one of my public records requests, I received this information on the 2nd October of 2024, where they state Maricopa County states that it's a decades long practice as required by the Elections Procedures Manual, and that's not what the Elections Procedures Manual says. This is about what they have to do if there is a discrepancy or if there is, there is a variance between how many people checked in to vote and how many ballots were cast on the election day vote centers. You're supposed to resolve it as best as you can. But at the end of the day, if you can't, you make a notation. You have no authority. There is no authority vested in the law or in the elections procedures manual to back out, erase Election Day results, and rerun, illegally recount any ballots from Election Day. That's an entire new election. The only way you can do that is with a court order, and that's Arizona verbiage statute 1662. And there's 63, there's 64. You actually need an entire new program software in order to redo the elections because you're doing a whole new election. You have no Scott Jared, Maricopa County has no authority to erase the votes and the results of the voters from election day. And what did they do in 2024? I'm showing you the video. In the general election, beginning, 11th when they started doing the misreads through 12th, 13th. Let me get this. I don't know how to get that bar off the screen. Oh, there it is. So if you look, there's Scott Jared in the upper right hand corner. This is the 12th November. He is supervising everybody with the black bags. The black bags are in those cages, and they are taking the black bags, taking the ballots out. That's the head trainer for Maricopa County. And they're taking them out, rerunning them through the tabulators. This is illegally recounting the ballots. They did this from anywhere between 53 to 63 vote centers on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for 4 days from 11th through 15th, which is 100% illegal. And I watched it for 4 days. Well, I watched them for longer than 4 days. I watched them for 2 weeks, and I videotaped it all. Okay? So this is just more footage, and I have it for, like I said, for 4 days of them illegally recounting the ballots. And then what I did was I had it on multiple screens. So I did it on 3 screens. So you can see on the left hand side, you could see the upper right is the ballots. There was 2 tabulators that were used to illegally recount the ballots. The one in the middle is on the HiPro machine, and the one on the right, there's the head trainer on the right hand side and that other small cannon, which looks like one of those 4 in 1 fax machines, that they were actually going through. Now here, let me pause this for a second. Okay. The reason why I stuck this in here Speaker 5: I don't know how to pause. Speaker 3: Oh, here we go. Let me back up for a second. The reason why I stuck this one in here k. Meanwhile, there's 4 days of this. So this is just a highlight reel. Right? And this is on 12th. The reason why I stuck this next scene in is because I wanted you to see. Now remember, we've shown you on the show many of times, they put these tie wraps as the security seal. They boast that how secure these security seals are that are on the black bags, which contain the already tabulated election day ballots. And it's just a little zip tie. Right? It has a serial number on it. We write those on the precinct ballot report, which is our audit form. I just I I want you to see how fast the trainer pops this sucker off. Okay? Because when I looked at it, I was like, wait. Did I just wow. That was fast. Just with our fingers. Okay? This is security. This is your security. Alright. So watch this. So 4 days of 3 screens like that. Plus I did the vault and I did the rest of the screens. Hang on. So you guys watch that. Outstanding for a second. So watch. There she there she's unzipping. Right? She's taking off the handle, which is no big deal. Like, it's Velcro. It's like a gym bag. And there's the security zip tie. Zip. Zip. Zip. Zip. Done. Let's secure. Let's secure. That's that's that's how secure your elections are. K? But done. She's in. Seconds. Seconds. Zip that sucker right off. Right? And if you have no chain of custody for anything, just let your imagination go. Okay? I just want you to see it because when I saw it, I thought it was important Speaker 4: to Speaker 3: have the American people understand, how elections work. Right? It's not what this whole point is. So that is the that is what do I have next? Oh. Speaker 2: The flagrancy speaks for itself. Speaker 3: Oh, it's crazy. It's crazy. So the amount of election day or election day ballots, for the vote centers, there's 21 to 25 percent of the vote centers were illegally recounted between 11th 15th November. And, again, this is their decades long practice. Right? This is what I want you to see this again. This is what they said. That's a decades long practice for them to do that. So if there's a discrepancy of more than one person that checked in versus ballots cast, they determine we're just gonna go ahead arbitrarily because we have ones that doesn't necessarily fit those criteria and we should not show that. They just pick and choose which ones they're going to erase the election day results and rerun those to the tabulators. That's 100% illegal. That is disenfranchising every single voter that voted at those vote centers. Okay? And if you just take 20 let's just say 20%. It was 252,000 early ballots or election day ballots. 252,000. Let's just say 20% of that. That's 50,000 ballots. Okay? And they know the exact number. They know the exact vote centers because this is their decades long practice. So I just haven't received the public records request yet, which was the same version of this for 2022 that I have and I have for the 2024 primary, and I will get it to 2022 general till we have specific numbers because it's probably more than 50,000. That's true voter disenfranchisement. And those elections, those votes, because we have a vote center model, could have affected, which we talked about this on the show before, every single race. So set aside. Okay? All those races are affected. That's this is 100% illegal. 100% illegal. And this was what was one of the mate one of the counts, and it was this count number 3 of my lawsuit. Let me bring that up. So I want you to see this. Now we talked about this, on the last time. And the reason why I'm bringing it up is because since then, a document showed up in my case that I didn't know about until a week after it showed up. I happened to see it because I went in to go try find an old document. I said, what is this? What's this? It's dated The 4th November. This thing was done because the judge dismissed it on the 30th October. So what is this document? So let's just review real quick because this is important for those, that will be sharing this with the senators because maybe they have no idea what goes on in Maricopa County. And I need them to see this, and I need the people to see this. Because, yes, our corrupt and judicial system is so compromised. And you're gonna see it in action right here because we said that the information that we were putting forward in our lawsuit is gonna determine whether or not there is a smidgen of hope for the court system in Arizona, and they proved that the superior court is is it's over. There is no judicial victory. There's there is no there is no justice in that system. We proved it with our lawsuit because the information I lost it, there was no disputing it. Election was illegal. Not to mention, count number 3 dealt with the illegal recounting of these votes at the vote centers. Okay? So on the left hand side, we had the evidentiary hearing was scheduled for Friday, 1st of November. Okay? And if you look in the upper left hand corner, there's the blue arrows. Right? That's when it was that was the timestamp that it was entered into the court system. And that was this was actually given by the judge on 28th because we went to court on 24th. And he said, let's we're gonna set up an evidentiary hearing. We're gonna set up a hearing to hear your case. It's what it is. Right? Evidentiary hearing, to hear the evidence in your case. And that was docketed at 10 at 8 AM on 10:29. And then the attorneys for both sides, because the Maricopa County attorneys wanted to have an emergency session of some sort, so my attorney went to go have the virtual meeting with the judge. So both attorneys and the judge were present. And I said, Ryan, there's one thing I'll compromise on. You can have the you can have the hearing earlier. That's it. Nothing else because we have all the facts and all the evidence. I wanna get on that stand, and I want Scott Jared on that stand to answer these questions. So the hearing was to say, hey. Listen. There's a conflict. Scott Jared's got a conflict, the elections director for Maricopa County, tabulation and election day ballots, and he needs to have it earlier. So we said, okay. I said as long as I can get because I was working on the evidence. Remember, I was working on all of the exhibits to be put into the court case and putting together the entire hearing. We had an hour and a half each side was gonna get an hour and a half. So then when Ryan said to me, hey. Listen. We got it rescheduled. It's going to now be Thursday at 1:30 instead of Friday at 1:30. I said, okay. As long as I can still work on the exhibits and the same deadline, which is tomorrow. So, yeah, and everything's fine. As soon as I get that court order, I'll send it to you. I said, good. So I'm working. I'm I'm cranking out. I'm structuring how it's gonna all go out. I'm putting all the documents together, and then all of a sudden, in the upper left hand corner upper right hand corner, at 3:15 on 29th, just a couple hours after this hearing, we get this court order that they're declining to accept jurisdiction of this special action. So all of a sudden now the judge says, we don't have I don't have jurisdiction. Wait. So you mean to tell me you told us you kinda had jurisdiction in our hearing on 24th. You scheduled a hearing to hear the evidence when you're still questioning whether you have jurisdiction. Then you had a meeting with both attorneys to go ahead and reschedule the evidentiary hearing. No mention of jurisdiction. And then all of a sudden at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, which is 4 hours after this meeting, after you've rescheduled the hearing, you are deciding you don't have jurisdiction, I don't buy it. Well, here's the document. This is the ruling. So the next day and and that that document let me back up. This document on the right basically just said, we don't have judges cited. I don't have jurisdiction, and I know that you guys are working on exhibits. So to save you time and money, you could stop working on your exhibits. I'll put the full ruling out tomorrow. K. So the full ruling was 4 pages, and it never ruled on count number 2, never ruled on count number 3, didn't mention anything about the chain of custody issues, and it didn't mention anything about the illegal recount. It only just said basically, I don't have jurisdiction, and it's too soon. We're too close to the election, so we can't do the new PBR, piecing ballot report, to make sure that it actually follows the law, Michelle. It's it's too close to the election, so we just need to have an illegal one. Just let it go. Let it go. There was no mention account 2, no mention account 3. So here's the document. Alright. See? Look. He denied, right, denied a hearing, blah blah blah. So the final order to all parties claims raised in this matter. No further matters. Didn't mention count 2. Didn't mention count 3 because they don't wanna talk about that because that's blatantly against the law, against statute. There's the judge. I didn't underline honorable because he's not. I didn't highlight honorable because he's not. Scott Blaney. K? So here's the document that shows up in this website from the courts that actually has all the the door the court documents if you have a case or you're an attorney. I didn't know about it. Found out about it a week after the election. So I saw this document dated 11/4. Okay? Oh, hold on. 11/4. K. Look at the look at the time that it was submitted. 11/4 at 8 AM. It's dated 10/29. This is the hearing reset document that we never got on the 29th. Okay? It's a discussion is held. This is the meeting they had. This is the attorney meeting they had at 11 o'clock in the morning on that day to discuss how the hearing was supposed to go down and be set up. So this discussion is held to the evidentiary hearing on November 1st. Defendant's request an earlier hay hearing. Plaintiff's state no objection. So they rescheduled it for the the the Thursday, 31st. Now look at all of this. Now you mean to tell me with all of this detailed information, the judge hadn't decided yet if he had jurisdiction on the case? He hadn't decided yet if he can actually hear the case, but yet they went through all of this in the meeting, and they went through and he and he put together this order, which wasn't filed until the 4th November. Okay. Look at this. Let the record reflect the evidence you're hearing will address the full merits of the case. It is further ordered that the defendant shall file responses to the motions. It is further ordered that within the next 2 hours, counsel shall meet and confer regarding the use of declarations and therefore immediately file a notice simultaneously emailing a copy of the same to court staff advising of counsel's agreement or disagreement. And it is further ordered that no later than 9 AM on 31st, you're gonna have to deliver the exhibits. So they were gonna meet again in 2 hours to talk about the details of the hearing, but yet the judge still hasn't decided apparently that he has jurisdiction. He overruled himself, okay, in 4 hours. What happened in those 4 hours, and why was this document delayed in being filed until the following week? K? So this is an appeal. Oh, that's just me. I'll leave that up there for a second. This is an appeal to all of the senators that are out there. This is what we're dealing with in Maricopa County. Let me put it back up. This is what we're dealing with in Maricopa County. Alright? I wanted it on the record. This is what we're dealing with. So, yes, we need your help, senators, to set the record straight in Arizona. And if you care about this country and you care about the people, have free, fair, accurate, legitimate, honest elections, now's your chance. Now's your chance to step up because we can't do it in the courts. We can't get we can't get it anywhere. K? We can't do anything about it other than get really loud, and now it's time to get really loud. So here is the contact information. Right? I did a little scan code so you can scan that to your phone that takes you to save my freedom dot us. That's the substack. All the videos that we've done for 2 years. Again, the information that we have been provided is the official election records and returns for Maricopa County. This is this is 2020, 2022, 2024 primary, and now 2024 general. This is not an opinion. This is fact. This is blatant violations of statutes, chain of custody. The list is long, misconduct, maladministration, but all of those elections need to be set aside. Should have been set aside, easily set aside. Okay? All these races you all everyone that's been in office in Arizona, I'm not even focusing on the rest of the country, are all illegitimate. Okay? Those all these elections, there was no chain of custody. Right? And that's that's, like, minor at this point. So, again, if you wanna go, Leo's, Twitter account, LCD Law 1, is that it is basic like a showcase, and we're not adding to it. And it's primarily all Arizona Maricopa County. So it is a timeline of crime. Again, elections are not elections. They're manufactured and manipulated crime scenes. K? So you can go there. You can go to mine for the most recent information, plus the old stuff, but his is a snapshot in time. And you really just have to go back until December 29, 2023 through current. And mine is everything home tea. You can go to the rumble, save my freedom. And, also, if you go to take action items.com, and all these links are on the sub stack, so you can see them there. If you go to take action items.com, then that is all of the key election exposing episodes that we've done in the order of what you need to watch, and I'm gonna add this one as soon as it hits. Okay? So there you go, everybody. There you go. Speaker 2: Absolutely remarkable. Speaker 3: I think I covered everything. I tried to keep it tight. I apologize if it got a little confusing, and there's more. Okay? There is more. But, yeah, now I am passing the baton. SG is passing the baton to the people of the United States of America. It doesn't matter what side of the aisle you are on. It doesn't matter if you're active in politics or not because elections and the results of the elections affect the lives of every single person in the United States of America. And every single decision that is done in your whole life, from propositions to people that are in office, to laws, you name it. And if the election results, especially here in Maricopa Maricopa County, don't match the vote, which we've proven not for 2 years, it does not match, not to mention just the stuff you saw today, it's gotta change. And just because the people that are watching the show are primarily Republicans, right, and their guy won, did he win? You you'll never know. They were they reported he won. You'll never know because you can't audit these elections. You can't verify information because see, there's no chain of custody. So we do the best that we can with what they've given us, but the information just in their county lawn, what they report, does it match their own official election records, occurrence, and documents? So now is the time. K? So if you've got the backing of Trump and you've got and again, this has nothing to do with Republican or Democrat. Okay? It's just that if this guy is gonna if if this is the guy who has the momentum to to do something about it, Even if you're a Democrat, it's in 2 years or 4 years, it could just be flipped because it's the system, the election system operation. So let's just have it for once be legitimate and real. Right? So the senators, opportunity of a lifetime to make it right. One guy, just one guy who said he was gonna fight for the American people can step up to the plate and take this seriously and and and call a hearing and say, I wanna I wanna we gotta look into this election. But he's not gonna do that on his own because they've already would've. The candidates, if they if they really wanted to do it, they would've done it already. It requires the people to get really loud. Right? Volume. Lots of us get really loud. Every influencer get on board. Every group get on board. Every person. This is, this is it. This is a chance. No courts. No courts, guys. So we can't say, oh, the courts are corrupt. They are. Okay? We've proven that. We don't have to go to the courts. So the baton, I'm passing it. SG is passing it. Go take it and run with us. Let's make it happen. And let's get this system exposed, dismantled, and the power, all political power, is inherent in the people. Let's give the power back to the people. But the people are the ones who have to ask for it, demand it, and here's the opportunity to do it. There you Speaker 2: go. Spoken like a true liberty loving American patriot. Miss Swinick, it's always excellent whenever you come to the show and bring informative and, I think, very educational material for the audience. We appreciate it here at Q News Patriot, and we will continue to follow these updates out of Maricopa County. Yeah. We do have a responsibility to ensure that our elections remain clean. The audience out there, if you'd like to learn more, you can navigate to save my freedom dot us or visit the links in the description box below the video. I hope each of you has found as much good and chewable information out of this particular chat as I have. This is SG and Aon. I'll be back with each of you again soon on the q news patriot. God bless everyone. Stay safe. Speaker 4: Bye bye. Speaker 7: Today, the board will perform our statutory duty to canvas the results of the 2024 election. Speaker 4: We got screwed, babe. We got screwed, babe. Speaker 7: Okay. Today's presentation will be from Scott Jarrod and Zach Shura. Mister Jarrod will be remote. Speaker 4: A government so steeped in slime, it's amazing you're not doing time. Bae, we got screwed, Speaker 7: I encourage my colleagues to ask questions as they arise during the presentation. Zack, the floor is yours. Speaker 8: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Thank you, Board members. We appreciate the time today. Unfortunately, you only have me at the table today as, the Chairman said. Mister Jarrett unfortunately is under the weather and did test positive for COVID 19, so he thankfully battled through all of the elections, season. Before I turn it over to Scott, I want to take some time to thank some individuals and to reflect a bit on the challenges overcome, this election season. First, I want to start with the permanent staff at the Elections Department. These are the individuals who work in elections year round regardless of the election cycle. They're the folks who have chosen to stick with elections despite what they've experienced the past 4 years. These individuals are the professionals that build our foundation upon every single smooth election that this board runs. They're the professionals who create the plans, implement the logistics, and ultimately are the unsung heroes behind the scenes. And I wanna thank them for their continued service to Maricopa County. Next, I'd like to thank our temporary staff. This year, we hired more than 4,000 temporary workers to administer this presidential election. These individuals are our friends, our neighbors, our family members, all members of our community, and they dedicate dedicated anywhere from 1 to 27 days of their time to ensure that our democratic process was it was administered freely and fairly. I'm so unbelievably grateful to them for choosing to serve their fellow residents and to ensure that the 2024 election was what voters deserved it to be. And lastly, I'd like to thank this board. Without your support, both from a resource perspective and a public support perspective, none of us on our team would have been able to conduct 6 smooth elections in the 2024 cycle. Mr. Chairman, I could take you the whole time bragging about our team, but I wanted to make sure that I thanked staff, talked about some of the variables that they overcame, before handing it over to Scott. Speaker 9: Thank you, Mr. Chairman and members of the Board. I really appreciate, the opportunity for you allowing me to present this canvas remotely. I really, this is one of the most enjoyable portions of the election for me is to be there in person, and that's where I would much rather be. I do feel like I am a walking, advertisement if you looked at my table for all the things that go along with having a cold or COVID 19 from the halls cough drops to the Kleenex tissues to the energies emergency energy, little tablets that I've been taking just to keep me well as we go through these next few days. But I will be staying and working teleworking over the over the next few days until I feel well enough to go back and join the team. And then that, we have a turnout of 80.34%, which is another very high level of turnout compared to prior elections. So if you go back all the way to 19 seventies, there's only been 3 election years where we've had turnout that's been over 80%. Those 3 years are 1980. That's when president Ronald Reagan won, also in 2020, and then now in 2024. So we had a very good showing from Maricopa County voters. Every early ballot that was voted needed to go through the early ballot processing and signature verification. So that meant that the recorder's office had to verify Speaker 10: day, where we should be celebrating. It's the backbone of our democracy, our ability to have our right to vote on who's going to be elected in various offices. So kudos to everyone involved. And once again, as we've seen in 2020 and as we've seen in 2022 and even in 2024, we had an election that was very successful. It was safe, secure, and accurate, and kudos to everyone that participated and was involved. Thank you, mister chairman. Speaker 6: Thank you. Speaker 7: Supervisor Gates. Speaker 11: Thank you, mister chair. And I would echo all the comments that, supervisor Gallardo made. I I would like to thank you, mister chair, for your leadership, throughout the this year on on elections in particular. And I wanna thank the county manager as well for the team that she built, with, Zach Schierra, Scott Jarrett, and then the communications team, that that Zach built. And we have Jennifer Lee were here. It was my honor to have the opportunity to work closely with them to be down there at the Tabulation Center. And I certainly don't wanna leave out the incredible legal team. We have Tom Liddy here, who helps lead the civil division and in particular, all the election lawyers, and we have several of them here today. What what a great team that has been put together. And this is a hard job to do, period. But it's a lot harder when literally the world is watching. And that's what happened here. Speaker 7: Supervisor Hickman? Well, Speaker 12: Mr. Chairman, again, thank you for everything that you've done through this election season. There's a couple of us who have been Chairman during an election, and it's tough work. And I think you did a great job of getting the best of the best to work together to really bring this home. And I can tell it's been brought home because of, again, nobody in the audience. Everyone's maybe everyone's just taking for granted that counties do elections very well. And I want to thank you for that. I will tell you though the echoes of 20 the 2020 election. Here I'm looking at Scott Jarrett running an election. And here he is with COVID. Thank you for comporting yourselves so well. Tom, working with your I'm sorry, you mentioned it, you guys, but your attorney staff and dealing with this over the last 4 years, you guys thank you. That's an incredible amount of work just to display to our voters the truth, the truth of what has transpired, not just this year, not this election, but in years hence and the processes and procedures. Thank you for defending us. But looking into us, looking into our people and making sure that that what is being said out there is the truth in front of a judge or a jury. And, so thanks for all that hard work. Speaker 13: For people who don't know, who have questions about how Maricopa County conducts elections and carries out counting votes, we follow state law. And when I say I'm concerned about the integrity of this election, I'm not concerned about whether or not the results are right or wrong or rigged or corrupt. It's just whether or not people have faith in this system. Speaker 7: And I just want to reiterate everything that my colleagues have said and especially thank you to our County Manager. What a phenomenal organization you run. Every challenge that came up, you had people ready to address the issues and everything went more smoothly I think than anybody ever thought it could in this election cycle. Speaker 11: Mr. Chair, I move approval of item number 1, the canvas of the 2024 Speaker 13: general election. Mr. Chairman, I second that in deep appreciation for supervisor Gates and all the work he's done regarding elections this year and in previous years. Speaker 4: Thank you. Speaker 7: We have a motion and a second. Any discussion? All in favor, please say aye. Speaker 10: Aye. Speaker 7: Aye. Any opposed? The motion carries. Speaker 4: We got to move, baby. We got to move, baby. Speaker 6: I'm Pedro Fautissen. For now, I'm the secretary of state. It's my privilege to present the official results of the general election held on November 5th 2024. Together with state election director Lisa Mara, we stand before you at this time where every vote carries the will of Arizona's voters, to shape our state and our nation's future. I'd like to first, thank the governor, Katie Hobbs, for being with us today. Attorney general Chris Mays has also joined us as has chief justice Ann Timmer of the Arizona Supreme Court. And I would invite, each of them to share a few words, with us before we get started, starting with the the governor. Speaker 14: Great. Thank you so much, secretary Fuentes. Good morning, everyone. I am honored to join you all, along with, secretary Fuentes, attorney general Mays, and chief justice Timmer, for this certification of the 2024 general election. And I can't help but think back to 4 years ago when we certified the last presidential election, in a backdrop of, of raging conspiracy theories, attempts to stop certification across the country, that all culminated in an attempted insurrection that none of us saw, could have predicted. Speaker 15: This is a big development. Yeah. The Fox News decision desk is calling Arizona for Joe Biden. That is a big get for the Biden campaign. It's also signals that it's a good night for Mark Kelly, the Democratic senate candidate against Martha McSally there. But Biden picking up Arizona changes the math, and it is the first of the night that goes into the column of somebody else's bucket that they thought last time, was going to hold on to Arizona. There was a lot of effort spent by the Trump campaign, to get to Arizona, to play there, to have ads there, and we are calling now the former vice president. If you look at the race to 270 electoral votes, Joe Biden is ticking closer at 218 to 148. Speaker 16: And it breaks apart that sun belt strategy. If you've got Arizona going to Biden and Florida, at least, is the one that we know of so far in the rest of that sun belt belt, area. We also have called Mark Kelly over Martha McSally in that race, in Arizona as well. And just to mention, one of the dynamics in Arizona, just one of many, but Cindy McCain, came out in favor of Joe Biden, her close friend. This is obviously a state that has been very purple y, sent Kyrsten Sinema, to the senate as well in a tight race. You know, from from Martha McSally, she was appointed to that post twice, And she has not won an election, to be a senator of the United States now. So that is worth mentioning as well. Mark Kelly, the former astronaut, has secured that. Speaker 15: So again, that is a pickup for the Democrats. We just went to 0. Now it is a net plus one. We need to digest Arizona, which is a big deal, Chris. Speaker 17: This well, you know, to use the sports metaphor, this is the first break in of service. This is the first time that a state that that the Democrats had won in, 2016 or the Republicans had won in 2016 has flipped to the other side. Arizona, Donald Trump beat Hillary Clinton. Now Joe Biden has beaten Donald Trump. Now it's 11 votes, which is not nothing. It's, it's not a huge state, but it's obviously important. And it would conceivably make up in case, Biden were to lose one of the one of the Democratic states. So it's a it's a significant victory for for Joe Biden. As I say, the first flip of the night in the presidential race. Speaker 5: Mister president, the certificate of the electoral vote of the state of Arizona seems to be regular, inform, and authentic. And it appears therefrom that Joseph r Biden junior of the state of Delaware received 11 votes for president, and Kamala d Harris of the state of California received 11 votes for vice president. Speaker 3: He's gonna stand for us. Speaker 4: Very good. Are there any objections Speaker 18: to counting the certificate of vote of the state of Arizona that the teller has verified appears to Speaker 19: be regular and form and authentic? Mister vice president, I, Paul Gosar, from Arizona What purpose Speaker 18: does the gentleman from Arizona rise? Speaker 19: I rise, both for myself and 60 of my colleagues to object to the, counting of the electoral ballots from Arizona. Speaker 18: Is the objection in writing and signed by a senator? Speaker 19: Yes. It is. It is. Speaker 18: An objection presented in writing and signed by both a representative and a senator complies with the law, chapter 1 of title 3 of the United States code. The clerk will report the objection. Speaker 5: Objection to counting the electoral votes of the State of Arizona. We, a member of the House of Representatives, and a United States Senator, object to the counting of the electoral votes of the state of Arizona on the ground that they were not, under all of the known circumstances, regularly given? Speaker 18: Are there further objections to the certificates from the state of Arizona? Speaker 4: The chair has none. Speaker 18: The chair hears none. The 2 houses will withdraw from joint session. Each house will deliberate separately on the pending objection and report its decision back to the joint session. The senate will now retire to its chamber. Speaker 3: We've shared this this document for over a year. I think you need to bring it in. Speaker 6: Yep. I'm hearing you. Speaker 3: Okay. So this is this is this is the Canvas report for 2020, Maricopa County Canvas report. You can Google it while you are watching this show. Put in 2020 Maricopa County Canvas report, and it will pull up the it'll say Canvas on the front. And go to page 85. This is page 85. This is the provisional totals. Okay? This is provisional totals. Now I'm gonna zoom in so you can read this yourselves. Okay. I'll let you guys read that. Go ahead and read that, guys. Speaker 20: There were 58,550 early ballot recipients that had not returned their early ballot and consequently were issued a standard ballot on election day. These were processed as real time provisional ballots. Speaker 3: Okay. The law at the time, Arizona. Here comes the law at the time. You know where this is going, guys. I think Eric's just figured it out. The law at the time, Arizona 16 dash 579 said that any, any early ballot recipient or anyone that requested an early ballot and showed up to vote on election day was must was required to cast a provisional ballot. Okay? These people were given what did it say, Eric? Speaker 6: What did he say? Speaker 3: Standard ballot. Speaker 8: Standard ballot. Yeah. Speaker 3: These 5 58,550 ballots were illegal. This was enough to set aside the election in 2020 for president well, the whole election. Because in 2020, Trump, quote, unquote, lost air America County by 45,000, 45,109 votes, and he lost he, quote unquote, lost Arizona by 10,457 votes. These 58,550 ballots were illegal. This sets aside the presidential race in Arizona. You have to redo it. Electoral votes do not get awarded to Biden. Biden did not win. Arizona, this is your proof with Maricopa County's own, election records and returns, which is your Canvas report for 2020 public documents. The date on this look at the date. November 16, 2020, And it was this was when they do when they publicized this at their their meeting. Their Canvas meeting at the board of supervisors was at the end of end of November of 2020. So why why are we why are we having this conversation now? K? Those are the questions that American people need to start asking because this is how simple it is. Okay? That's how blatant and when I say laws are violated, laws matter. Right? Especially if you're if you're in your elections, You can't not follow the law. So, again, you don't have elections. K? You have a perception of elections. Do you think that you go there and you're gonna cast your ballot? You're gonna be a poll worker and a watcher, and then you're gonna cast your ballot, and you're gonna keep an eye on everybody you don't even know what you're keeping an eye on. You don't know what to look for. Speaker 5: Alright. Well, Michelle, Speaker 3: this word goes to most of the stuff leaves the building and that's somewhere it happens at MacTech. There was 12,000 ballots that were tabulated and counted at MacTek that never made it on the Canvas report in 2022. Where are those 12,000 ballots? Why are they not on the report? Do you know how illegal that is? Yeah. Speaker 4: You have Speaker 3: 5,364 ballots that were cast on Monday or Monday through Monday through Wednesday. I have a tabulator that was on for 38 hours at a voting center, Monday through Wednesday, all 5,364 of those ballots are illegal. Okay? It's it's mind blowing mind blowing. And it's not just here. It's everywhere. You just have to look you just have to look everybody. But that's your system. That's your election system operation. Speaker 4: Alright. We got through, baby. We got through, baby. Speaker 14: I'm very glad that after another presidential election administered under largely the same rules that none of that is happening. And I'm incredibly hopeful that this ministerial but important function can return just to that boring or signing the papers, certifying the election regardless of who won, regardless of whether we agree with the outcome or not. I'm hopeful that we can return to that sense of normalcy. And I also just want to acknowledge, elections take a lot of work. And I know from being the Secretary of State how much work went on behind the scenes. There was never election season. We were always preparing for the election. I know how much work your office did, as well as county election offices across the state. So my thanks go out to those election, officials and staff, as well as the 1,000 of Arizonans who answered the call to civic duty to help ensure that Arizona voters were able to cast their ballots across the states. This process could not have happened without those countless individuals, dedicated to ensuring a fair and orderly election process. So, my gratitude, goes out to all of of those folks. Thank you so much. Speaker 6: Thank you, governor Hobbs. And now we turn to attorney general Mavis. Speaker 21: Thank you. Yes, indeed. Boring can be good. Thank you all. It's great to be here. I wanna also offer my appreciation to you, secretary Fontes and governor Hobbs and chief justice Timmer and and Lisa Mara. And it's an honor to be here. I wanna also thank our election workers and and every, Arizonan who participated in the election process, especially the volunteers who made it so smooth and secure and transparent. From running polling places to counting ballots, your dedication ensures that every vote was counted accurately. I also wanna especially thank our law enforcement for the role that they played in ensuring the safety and security of voters, elections officials, and poll workers. I know, in particular, that we are very proud of the work that went on inside ACTEC and the efforts of law enforcement at ACTEC on election night and in the days before and after. So, again, appreciate the opportunity to be here on this wonderful and historic day, and I will pass it along to the chief justice. Speaker 6: Thank you. Chief Justice. Speaker 22: Thank you and good morning. I too am delighted to be here. This has been, an interesting and action packed election season as seems to be the norm now, at least for the judicial branch. There were quite a few challenges to initiatives and to ballots and such. When that happens, people are passionate and people are enthralled with their initiatives or wanting to challenge them. And so there's quite a bit of pressure that can be put on courts during this time frame. In a very short times that are given, people, are conducting hearings and making those decisions and having to work nights and weekends to do that. And I'd like to acknowledge the judicial officers, the staff, the staff attorneys, the clerks and such who work nights and weekends to make sure that decisions could be made in a timely fashion and, more importantly, that everybody was given the full opportunity to be heard on all of these challenges. That is democracy in action. That is application of the rule of law. And I'm immensely proud of all the judges and staff that that did their job, and I wish to thank them. Speaker 6: Thank you very much. And as we know, it takes an enormous number of people across the entire state, in a variety of different areas to make our elections work. Turning to the results, as of Thursday, November 21st, all counties have reported. Balance cast in Arizona totaled 3,428,011 for an overall turnout at 78.49%. For the big race, the Republican candidate Donald J. Trump won 1,770,242 votes. The Democratic candidate, Kamala Harris won 1,582,000 860 votes. We will now, canvas this election. The canvas is the official certification of the results, and it makes sure and finalizes the results for the 2024 general election. Once signed, I will hand the canvases, and there are 4 copies just as a matter of housekeeping. I will hand it off to the governor. We will then pass those to the attorney general and the chief justice for their signatures and affirmations. They will then be passed to the election director who will affix the seal of the state, for those documents. Once we're done with this, however, there's a bunch more stuff that the governor and I have to sign. We'll talk about that momentarily. But for the time being, Thank you. These signed and sealed documents now stand as the official record of the November 25, 2024 I'm sorry, November 5, 2024 general election results. Based on this canvas, my office and the governor's office have prepared certificates of ascertainment for presidential electors, the certificate of election for United States senator, and the governor's proclamation declaring the ballot measures approved by the voters. The governor will proceed to place her signature on each of these documents. I will sign an affirmation. As we look towards the future of elections, let's build on this success. We are prepared, for the challenges which we did see arise. Our democracy is robust. Our state is resilient, and our commitment to ensuring that every vote counts, is unwavering. This concludes the campus for the 2024 general election. Thank you very much, everyone. I think given the fact that Arizona has essentially the same elections folks running under the same elections rules with the same election systems, and we seem to have done a pretty doggone good job this time around. I think the age of election denialism is for all intents and purposes dead. I know that may be a disappointment to you. Yes, ma'am. Speaker 14: I am more concerned about voters having every opportunity to cast their ballot and, getting the results right. What would you make any changes to get possible? I am willing to consider changes that don't make it harder for Arizona to cast their ballot. Speaker 6: Yes. Well, I will say very happy right now making sure that our elections workers are very well represented in the work that they do. The officials across the State get the credit for doing very well with not enough resources, which is what they need. The governor's team, my team, and both the governor and I continue to work well together to make sure we have free and fair elections. And that's what today is all about. And so whatever other people are talking about, we're gonna leave all that outside the door for today. But for now, I'm very happy being the secretary of state, and I'm very happy to work with governor Katie Hobbs. Speaker 8: Yeah. I'd like to get a response from the government to a response. You Speaker 14: What what I think is that everyone needs to take an example from this election that whether you agree with the election results or not, our elections are conducted in a fair, secure, and accurate manner. And, you know, all of the lead up to potentially challenging the election that we saw from one side in the presidential race, went away as soon as the results were what people wanted. Speaker 21: Oh, okay. Do I think election denialism is dead? No. I don't. And, you know, I believe that I am still dealing with 1, election challenge for my 2022 race. And so, you know, obviously, we are all aiming, to toward, a return to normalcy, as the governor said earlier. But I I'm not convinced that we're there yet And I think it's the job of everybody sitting up here today and, throughout our state to to continue to drive home the message that Arizona has safe and secure and accurate elections and that our elections officials throughout the state of Arizona at every level are doing a fantastic job And, but, you know, you know, I think the the proof is in the pudding. We'll see Speaker 4: over Speaker 21: the next couple of election cycles what happens. But I don't think that we're there yet.
