Speaker 0: Intelligence dangerously compromised warn CIA and FBI whistleblowers. You're not the only one to report this, of course, but, I was reading your report on it this morning. This is something that you have been warning about for quite some time, and the allegations stem from a whistleblower who has come forward to the house, a whistleblower from the Central Intelligence Agency. I have the letter, the relevant letter here from the House Oversight Committee. The whistleblower alleges that a CIA team was paid to change its assessment of the origins of COVID nineteen. Do I have that broadly correct? Is that your understanding of the of the report. This is obviously a bombshell report, deeply, deeply troubling. I'm glad that the House is going to look into it. We should look into it. What caught my attention is you point out in your article on this that the government has deliberately violated The COVID Origins Act, which this body passed unanimously, which the house passed, the president signed into law. Maybe wasn't so happy about signing it into law, but he did. It is the law of the land and which required that all of the government's intelligence on the origins of COVID be made public. Instead, what the administration did was offer up a summary, which they then in turn heavily redacted. And you point out that in addition, the government refused to the administration refused to report the names of scientists who fell ill at the Wuhan Institution Institute of Virology in 2019 despite the fact they know the names. The intelligence community knows the names. You're absolutely right to say this is a violation of the COVID Origins Act, and I would know because I wrote it. So I'm not very happy about the fact that this administration continues to Flaunt, flout, completely ignore public law passed again unanimously by the United States Senate. For what end? I can't tell. I can't Figure out why in the world I don't know what partisan gain there is to it. Why in the world they want to lie to the American people? You conclude your article by saying the government has become Extremely comfortable with lying to us. Just explain what you mean by that and tell us why you think this is so significant. Speaker 1: Well, sure. And just Just on the very specific point of we were the 1st to identify the 3 people that contracted the coronavirus in China. They were the people working on gain of function Search in the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The Wall Street Journal confirmed our reporting 2 weeks later. And then I think it was 1 week after that or a few days after that, the ODNI report came out and it did not reveal this information. And we had multiple sources, The Wall Street Journal. We have no idea if The Wall Street Journal sources were the same. But, I think we're clearly seeing a lot of abuses of power occurring in multiple executive agencies. So we've seen it with the FBI. One of the things that we noted yesterday was that we saw perverse incentives in the FBI to go after so called domestic violent extremism, Pulling an agent off of things like child exploitation onto really hyping a set of cases that particularly appeared to be aimed at spreading disinformation around the idea that there is a significant increase of domestic extremism when we don't think that the evidence shows that. And now we see this report, that came out that suggests that there's an FBI whistleblower who says that 6 of the 7 analysts had said it was a laboratory origin and that they had reversed their position in some exchange for some sort of a salary bonus or some sort of a financial incentive. So, and we've been, you know, so we keep documenting it. We just keep finding agencies and agencies, DHS involved in trying to create a disinformation governance board, I keep, you know, the censorship industrial complex, we just keep finding new parts of it. So in the research for this Testimony, we discovered this deep trust alliance that had, you know, what appears to be ties to the security and intelligence agencies of the United States government Appears to be trying to set itself up, although it's now kind of ghosted after 2021, but appeared to try to set itself up to decide what is Reality and what are fakes for people. And I think it should have a chilling effect, and that that's not how we do free speech in America. We don't have government agencies. We don't have, cutouts or front groups that appear to have support from those agencies Telling the American people what's true, what's false, or telling social media companies behind the scenes what they should be censoring. And just to Speaker 0: that last point, we now know, Thanks to the case Missouri versus Biden that that's exactly what this administration from the White House to the FBI to the State Department to the CDC, to CISA, have all been meeting with the social media companies for years now, giving them direct commands about what to censor and take down naming specific accounts and specific speech they want suppressed threatening the social media platforms if they don't do it. And remarkably, and I'm quoting the court here, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and there's Huge evidentiary record. Everybody go don't take my word for it. Go read the record. It's all on the record from the district court. What the 5th Circuit said is remarkably, the social media platforms all complied. All of them. They all agreed to be tools of the United States government and to censor what they were ordered to censor, to suppress the speech they were ordered To suppress. You're a journalist. Tell us about the threat to the First Amendment. And by the way, just for the record, I think it's important to establish. The Federal Court of Appeals said directly In no uncertain terms, this was a clear violation of the United States constitution. The first amendment does not allow the federal government to use private companies to censor what they wouldn't be able to do it themselves. And that's exactly what this administration has done. Tell us as a journalist the threat to Free speech to freedom of the press from this kind of collusion between a very powerful government trying to hijack every media company you can get its hands on. Sure. I mean, Speaker 1: if you just start on the issue of the COVID vaccine, for example, public interest advocates spent a very long time Trying to get the pharmacy requiring the pharmaceutical companies to list the side effects of their drugs in their advertisements. Here we saw a situation where People were sharing information about the side effects of the vaccine on Facebook and other social media platforms And the White House demanding that it be taken down, Facebook complying acknowledging that it was often true information. We also saw that Facebook's own internal research showed that actually it increases vaccine hesitancy when you censor, those stories that people are if they wanna be comfortable with a new drug, they need to be able to talk it out a bit. So Facebook told the White House that actually would backfire. The White House insisted Facebook caved in because according to the Facebook executive, Nick Clegg, he said, well, we've got this other Business that we need to do with the White House, which is the data flows, meaning we need to we need the White House to help us negotiate with the Europeans to bring our data back to the United States. So I think the 5th Circuit Court did a great job in identifying the clearly coercive measures, but I don't think it went far enough to because the First Amendment, it prevents the government from abridging or infringing on free speech, offering an incentive to social media platforms such as helping them with their dispute with Europe In exchange for censoring often true content, though, of course, the First Amendment also protects false content, I think it's a very chilling effect. I think it's very disturbing. Anybody that cares about holding powerful entities to account Should be disturbed by what we saw take place on Facebook, on Twitter. And I think that I think we just have to remind ourselves and what disturbs me when I hear sort of the conversation on AI coming into it sort of with a beginner mind, I hear a lot of talk about how to protect the public from harm. We have to protect the public from harm. What people are saying is that we need to censor speech, Censor certain voices, censor disfavored voices because of this idea that it will cause real world harm. This is a well documented phenomenon that Psychologists have measured where over decades, people have just grossly expanded their definition of things that cause harm. And I think that we need to kind of, this should be a moment for a reset that free speech is almost absolute in the United States with a Few exceptions around immediate incitement to violence, around fraud, around child exploitation, but we allow very Open conversation in the United States is what makes this so special. I just got swatted. Luckily I wasn’t home at the time, but 20 police officers with sirens blaring rolled up to my place. The officers said someone called their admin line and said, “I just shot my girlfriend with an AR15 twice and now I’m going to shoot myself.” The officers luckily recognized my place from when I was getting death threats when I ran for Congress because they had extra police patrolling my neighborhood when I ran for Congress. The officer called my cell after getting it from the building manager, and when they told him who lived there, he recognized my name. He called me to ask if I was home because police were about to enter my residence because the caller said I was DEAD inside. The officers also know what I do for a living and so they suspected that it was an act of swatting and just confirmed to me that it was. “We know you are in politics and so I told my guys this might be swatting.” Now that I have been swatted, I have notified police to put me on a “swat list” so that the next time a call like this comes in, they know that it’s targeted harassment, an act of swatting and not a serious emergency. This is what everyone should do if they are swatted or worry that they might be a target of swatting. I am only posting this for my own safety and as a form of documentation of the fact that I am being targeted for harassment and assassination by anonymous callers. Luckily, police are starting to catch on to these calls, and if you are in media or politics, I recommend you tell your local PD to call you first if they get a call like that so that you don’t have 20 officers with guns drawn at your door. As the rally was completing, the President of the United States told the crowd to go to the West Lawn and "peacefully" protest, which we did. As we arrived at the West Lawn, the police officers removed the barricades and waved us onto the West Lawn. I had video of this but the FBI later raided my home and confiscated this Video. I never went into the Capital Building or damaged any property but I did later observe people causing damage to the Capital Building so I took a few pictures of these people and then returned to my motel room, we returned home the next morning.

On November 13th 2020, Pelham Police Department Investigator Adam Lamb had showed up to my home stating Police Cheif McCormack had fired me for having a Logo with a picture of a Racoon on it with the words "Crazy Coon Armory" telling me that the logo had the word "Coon" on it and that made it a Racist Logo. The police department said they didn't know I had an outside business with that name even though it was on my resume and on my application for employment. I had also worked on several of of the Pelham Police Department weapons including pistols and full auto rifles at Crazy Coon Armory. The paperwork they asked me to sign stated I was being fired for being a Racist. I refused to sign this separation letter. After I was fired, without even being giving a chance to resign, I decided to expose the Pelham Police Department and it's very corrupt Chief for several of the crimes they had committed and were committing including insurance fraud, illegal gambling and cover ups. I was posting this corruption on my Facebook Page and the City of Pelhams Facebook Page every night which made the Police very angery and this was the reason for turning me into the FBI so they could silence me.

After the Marshalls read me this affidavit, I was put into a jail cell for several hours before being brought before a Federal Magistrate Judge. Even though I was a Law Enforcement Officer with no other criminal record, I was placed in handcuffs, leg irons and belly chains and was advised not to speak. And even though I'm a certified Law Enforcement Officer, have never been arrested or charged with any other crime in my life and had gotten up before daylight and driven over 100 miles to turn myself in, the judge advised me that I was a flight risk and ordered me to wear an ankle monitor, be place under House Arrest, placed on Pre Trial Probation, forced to post $25,000 bond and was placed on Tap 4 internet restrictions saying I couldn't use any computers our internet. At that time I was not allowed to make a plea and was not allowed to plea until over 18 months later. I was appointed a public defender without even being asked. I had a very experienced federal attorney that was willing to take my case for free but I was advised that I could not have an attorney of my choosing and could only hire an attorney from the Washington DC District that was certified to take cases in federal court in DC. The only attorney I could find meeting these requirements wanted over $100,000 plus $10,000 per hearing which I had 5, which would have been a total of $150,000.00 and my case isn't even over yet.

Upon my release from jail late on January 16th, I returned home where my home and firearms business was immediately raided by Federal Agents that were waiting at my property. Numerous Federal Agents searched my home and property without a warrant and all my weapons and ammo were confiscated from my home and from my licensed firearms business, all for a crime that I would not lose my 2nd ammendment rights even if I were convicted. I was forced, with threat of prison, to give Federal Agents: *My Email Passwords and User Info with written permission to access these accounts. *My Bank Account Passwords *My Bank Account Numbers with written permission to access these accounts. *My Safe Deposit Box Info with written permission to search this box *All my Social Media User Names and Passwords with written permission to access accounts. *I was not allowed to change any password or information without permission from the Federal Government. *I'm not allowed to take out any new lines of credit without prior Government approval. *I was forced to swear under oath that I did not have any money, firearms or other items buried anywhere or have any storage units. *I was forced to swear under oath that I did not have any photographs or videos hidden or buried. *I Was not allowed to possess any phone, camera or recording devices other than the one phone I was allowed by probation to have and the FBI took that phone the next day and kept it for weeks. *I was forced, with threat of prison, to fill out a financial statement listing: *My Checking account balances and passwords *My Savings account balance and passwords *Credit Card Balance, and account information and password. *My vehicle loan information and value *My Vehicle Tag #, Year, Make & Model *My home loan information and home and property value. *The amount of cash on hand. *The value of my clothes. *The value of my home furnishings. *Names, Addresses, Birthdays and Social Security Numbers of all my family members. *Names, phone numbers and Addresses of my friends. *Names, Addresses and Birthdays of any Ex Wives and Children.

Early the next morning Federal agents confiscated all my FFL files including my FFL Log Book and 4473 files. Later that day, my home was raided again by Federal Agents who confiscated my phone and searched all my computers and electronic devices. My phone was not returned for 2 weeks. I was under court order to not use any other phone or computer so I was without any communication with friends, family or my attorneys for two weeks. This also gave the Federal Government access to all my email and text message communications between my attorney and myself. I was then forced to pay for home phone service and to pay for phone monitoring services and monthly fees for my ankle monitor. Approximately a year later my home was again searched without a warrant and without any explanation and I was threated with a probation condition violation if I complained about the searches of my property and that a probation violation would have a 17 year felony sentence.

Three weeks later, my home was again raided and all my electronic devices including my phone, computer, thumb drives, hard drives and memory cards were searched then confiscated. My desktop computer was confiscated without explanation and Federal Agents said they didn't know when my computer would be returned. This computer contained all the files needed to file my taxes that month, all my social security files I needed to file for my retirement benefits and all my private correspondence between my attorneys. This computer also contained all the software needed to run my business. My computer and phone were not returned for two weeks. When I received my phone back I noticed that all my pictures and videos that I had taken January 6th were missing including the video evidence I had of the Capital Police removing barriers and waving me onto the West Lawn of the Capital that I was charged with trespassing on. I also noticed my FFL Digital Logbook had been removed from my computer and my FFL Logbook backup files had been removed from my Google Drive Account that I had been forced to give the login information. Federal Agents had already taken my hardcopy FFL Logbook and 4473 files in a previous search of my firearms business so they now had all my FFL Files not even leaving me a copy. Even though I've only been charged with a non violent, misdemeanor crime, I've been on house arrest for almost two years for a crime that carries a maximum punishment of less than a year. I have not been allowed to plea in this case.

When I asked about my 6th Amendment right to a speedy trial, I was advised by Federal Court Judge Randolph D. Moss that the Sixth Amendment had been suspended due to Covid-19 and the large number of arrest made from the January 6th incident. The Sixth Amendment also gives me the right to a Fair Trial, does this mean I didn't have the right to a fair trail either? I'm not sure how a Federal Court Judge can legally suspend one of the Bill of Rights.

In June 2022, I was told by prosecutors that I could plea guilty to Trespassing on the Grass or face going to court in Washington DC on several other (made up) felony charges that they knew I had not committed. So because I had no chance of a fair trail and facing several false charges, I was forced to plead guilty to Trespassing on the Restricted West Lawn. My plea agreement stated the maximum amount of probation I could receive would be one year but for this non violent misdemeanor crime, I was sentenced to: 1: Two additional months of House Arrest with Location Monitoring for a total of 18 months. 2: Three additional years of Supervised Federal Probation with travel restrictions for a total of 4 years and 8 months of Supervised Federal Probation even though the plea agreement I had signed stated a maximum of 1 year probation. 3: Firearm Confiscation and Restrictions in clear violation of my 2nd amendment rights. 4: Mandatory random drug testing even though I have no drug history. I have passed all these tests. 5: Mandatory mental health evaluation, even though I have no mental health history. I passed this test. 6: $525.00 in restitution for damage to the Capital Building even though I never entered or even touched the Capital Building. I paid this fine. 7: 60 hours of community service. I completed all the community service. After my sentencing, my home was again searched by a Federal Probation Agent who searched backpacks, closed closets, closed drawers, including my girlfriends underwear drawers even though they had a court order advising that Probation Agents could only take illegal items that are "In Plain Sight".

My home has now been searched 7 times in 4 years. It's been searched by the FBI, the Federal Marshalls, the DOJ, and Federal Probation several times. Everyone always come wearing SWAT vests and heavily armed even though the only crime I've ever been accused of is illegally walking on the grass. The government then, using a fake name and phone number, attempted to send firearms to my FFL business through www.guns. on two different occasions in one week. I recognized this persons voice as Assistant U.S. Attorney Graciela Rodriguez Lindberg. Another person then, using another fake name and number called asking if they could bring a firearm to my business for an appraisal. I recognized this person's voice as my probation officer even though he was giving me another name. I told the person that I could not look at the gun and advised him that my business was closed. I also lied and told this person that I was out of state at the time so they would leave me alone. I'm on travel restrictions and can't go out of state so my probation officer almost immediately called and asked my location and when I told him I was home, a person stating he had just spoken to to me about the gun appraisal arrived at my home even though I had refused to look at the gun and had told him I was out of state. This person had a different voice, was extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer even when I told him several more times that I couldn't look at his firearm. This person then opened his vehicle trunk stating he was going show the gun to me anyway. At this time I drove away on my off road buggy leaving him at my home. When I later returned home this person was gone.

I was then contacted by Police Officer Safety & Training Officials stating my law enforcement certification is being revoked for not reporting my arrest to them even though the federal government had taken my phones, computers, I had federal imposed internet restrictions and was on house arrest with no way to contact POST. Also the Federal Agents who confiscated my phones and computers advised me they would contact P.O.S.T. for me because of all my communication restrictions. Now I've been contacted by the Department of Justice stating they were processing my request for a refund on my FFL renewal even though I haven't requested a refund. The D.O.J. then contacted me by phone and stated my Federal Firearms License is being revoked even though I haven't committed any crime that would prevent me from possessing a firearm or FFL. Today I was contacted by my probation officer stating the ATF had contacted him stating that the ATF had requested me to send my FFL files to the ATF and that I had not responded to their request. I hadn't received any requests from the ATF and can't understand why they contacted my probation officer. The ATF has my phone number, Email Address, Mailing Address, and Physical Address that's required for my FFL, I'm very easy to contact. Even though the ATF field officer is required to do regular inspections of my FFL Business, I haven't be contacted by the field officer since I was arrested three years ago and the only correspondence I've had with the ATF was a letter in February 2023 stating I owed them $90 for my FFL renewal. I sent this letter back with a check which they cashed.

Today the ATF Agent contacted me stating my FFL renewal was denied because I failed a background check and stated I was now a convicted felon and could never own a firearm again. After notifying my attorney, the agent called back the next day stating that the FBI had "accidentally mis-coded" my case into the computer and I was not a felon or restricted person but they refused to give my FFL back even though they now had no reason to deny me. The ATF advised me that I was required by law the send them all my FFL Files. I advised the agent that all my FFL Files had been confinscated the day after my arrest. Now I've been contacted by an ATF Agent who stated he couldn't find any agency that would admit taking my files and then threatened me several times with felony charges for Retention of Files for not returning 4473 files that the government had already confinscated 3 years previous. I advised the ATF that my files had been confinscated previously by two unknown government agents who took my files and left without identifying themselves or giving me any paperwork. The ATF Agent called me a liar several times and every time he called me a liar, I hung up on him. I advised the agent that I would try to find a backup copy of my digital log book somewhere but I was going out of state to take my wife to court as a witness in an unrelated case for about a week and that I had court approval for this trip. A few days later I traveled to court about 5 hours away in Tuscaloosa Alabama and asked my neighbor, who is a Newton Georgia Police Officer, to watch my property and feed our animals until we returned home. On the third day out of state, I received a notification from my security system stating my power had been off but was back on. I was told by authorities that the power had went out for about 30 minutes in the entire city of Newton for an unknown reason. I looked at my security cameras to check on my home and animals and noticed a package holding my storm door partially open and it had been placed there while the power and my cameras were out. I asked the officer to check the package and asked if he would make sure someone hadn't mailed a firearm to my home FFL for repair because I'm restricted from possessing firearms. The officer stated that the box didn't have a shipping label and appeared to contain FFL files and folders. It appears that the Federal Agents (DOJ, I believe) who illegally took my files got scared of all the inquiries and returned my files. The only markings on this box was my federal case number. The Officer took the FFL files into evidence, put them into the evidence room at Newton Police Department and contacted the ATF Agent. The next day the officer called me to say he had notified the ATF about recovering the files and that the ATF Agent was going to recover the files from the police department. The ATF continued to threaten me with felony charges of Retention of Files even after the files were recovered by the ATF Agent.

I've contacted my court appointed attorney's office 6 times over the past year advising them that I needed to speak with my attorney with no response other than the secretary advising me that the attorney is very busy. It's now September 2024 and my home has again been searched by the Federal Government who again found nothing illegal in my home. On January 30th 2024, I contacted my attorney's office and asked for a transcript of my motion for a speedy trial. During this previous hearing, I was advised that I didn't have the right to a fair and speedy trial because the 6th Amendment had been suspended by the Federal Court because of Covid and the large number of arrest during January 6th. My attorney's secretary told me that there was no transcript because the judge said there was no court reporter during this hearing and the video of the proceedings are not available to the public. I was also warned at the beginning of that Speedy Trial hearing that it was a Federal Felony for me to record my own hearing.

Speaker 0: So I waited a couple of days because I didn't wanna put this out there yesterday and put fuel in the fire, maybe give somebody some oxygen. We're trying to get some publicity out of this, but we were swatted two nights ago at my house. Now the good thing is I'm up until about 05:00 in the morning. This happened at 02:35AM, And we have cameras around the house. Some you can see, some you can't. So if you're a bad guy after, you're not gonna see where they all are. But, we have cameras outside the house. And at two two at 02:35 in the morning, I got an indication on my phone that there was some camera or there's some movement, some motion sensor at the front door. And I went, okay. That's weird. Maybe a bug. Who knows? Maybe the dogs had to go up. My wife took the dogs out. Nope. It was a guy holding an AR 15 with a cap on looking in my window. Now at that point, you say to yourself, well, I've got a rifle too. Can go grab that and go see what's what. I've got five other guns nearby. Grab some of them. Go see what's what. And then, you know, end up in a shootout at 02:35 in the morning in the middle of rural Texas. That's something that I don't think that I wanted to do immediately. So what happened was, I had this level of calculation in my brain going about a million miles a second. And I said, okay, first thing I need to do because when it's at night, the cameras are very good. They're color cameras. They're audio cameras. But at night, it goes to sort of a night vision view. So I can't tell if it's a police officer or not. I don't know who it is, but he looks he looks a little bit nervous. But believe me, I've got a video of this guy with a with a rifle at my front door, like, holding it ready to use it. And, I called 911. That was the right answer. And I said, I need to this is my address. This is who I am. Radio television talk show host, so some would say public figure. I think I'm being swatted. Are you guys at my house? But two seconds later, she said, yes, we are. We got a report of this, this, this, this, and this. Dogs were shot, people were bleeding, people were hiding, people and none of that was true. None of it true. Not not a bit of it. So I said, none of that's happening. Please tell him to stand down. I'll come out with my hands up while I have you on the phone with me and and I'll I'll explain what's going on. She said, okay. I I haven't made contact with you yet. Don't go out yet. So then I walk out of my my production studio and I see in my backyard, you got two or three people with flashlights. So are you in my backyard too? Hold on. Yes, we're in the backyard. Okay. Give me the go. When when he says he's good, when he's got that gun barrel down, I will come out. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Then she says, I still have the complainant on the line. I said, well, I'm at the address. Okay. So there is no complainant here. There is no distress here. There are no issues here. This is a swatting. They don't know what that is. They send a tactical team to your house pretending there's an emergency because their hope is to either scare you on the low end, have you come out and confront the police officers and get killed, you know, death by cop or something else. It's a political message they're sending. They don't like that you're a conservative, they don't like that you're this, that, or the other. And again, I waited two days two days to do this because I think the bad guy probably would have tuned in yesterday to see, am I gonna give, you know, some oxygen and some gas to this? The answer is no. So I waited. But again, this is not me jumping any bandwagon. I wasn't gonna publicize it at all, but all of these big people are. And I think that there's probably more power in putting the information out there. So once I got the okay, I walked out and it's not one officer, it's not one deputy, it's seven. There are seven deputies in in like with tactical gear. All of them had a long gun as they should. I'm not against that. I have I have one too. All of them nervous as hell. I get it. I understand. At 02:30 in the morning on a Tuesday or whatever it was, that's not something that you get a call like that. You're you're stressed out. And it's in an area of the world where things like this don't don't go on. So they're they're ready to go. Thankfully, know, once Joe Paddock, so one knew that it was me. And we had a conversation. I said, listen. This is what they're doing. They're targeting anybody who's pro Trump, who's a conservative. It turns out according to those over on x, it looks like they might be targeting people who have said anything negative about Zelensky and about Ukraine. It looks like that might be what's going on here because there were some Ukraine non friend list or something that went out a year and a half, two years ago. And I was on it because I dared say, why is he stopping elections? Why is he why is he stopping free speech? Why is he stopping worship? So that I was now in the doghouse. So I went out there and it took a while for them to understand that what I was saying was true. They they thankfully, they knew who I was as a public figure, the guy that they know on the radio and TV. And I was able to calm everything down And, you know, we made an agreement. You guys get a call to my house. You got my cell phone number. You call me. You can't get me, then come. Because, again, this is what they do. They wanna they it's a scare tactic to shut me up. You've noticed since then I have not shut up, so it's not gonna happen. But there's no way somebody's family should be in harm's way. I just want you to think for a second. If I would have grabbed my AR 15 and walked out the front door or my my pistol and walked out the front door. I would have been dead in my doorway, dead. You think about that. That's a tactic of the left. That's the tactic of those who don't like my politics. It's not okay, not by any means. It's not something I would ever imagine doing because I I disagree with somebody. I would just disagree with them and try to make them see the light. But that's really something. Had I taken any other action, I might have been killed at my house that night. And you'd start to think maybe that's the tactic. Maybe that's the end end goal they have. Maybe that's the result they want. I've seen prominent, people over on X, Nick Sorter, and I think the guy's name is Gunther Eagleman. I've seen them talk about it. Alex Jones from info info wars said one of his reporters was swatted the night before something like that. An info wars reporter was actually killed in Austin, recently. Now we don't know that that's connected to this at all. It could be something else. But there's an attack right now. It's a scare tactic and a hope to actually leave people dead, I believe, from the left to the right right now. Now I'm not saying everybody on the left is doing this, but you need to shut up about Ukraine or else we're gonna show up at your house at 02:35AM. Good news is, and before I would ever report on this, I've I've spoken with the sheriff's department at length. They have my number. They have my name. We now have a plan in action should they get a call like that again before they send any before they dispatch anybody out to my house. Now others are not involved in this. And if you've an emergency where I live, near where I live, you're gonna have perfect service. They're gonna call me first. They're gonna make sure that they they have the right thing first. They they're gonna now understand this is a tactic that people are using to try to cause me harm somehow and sadly as as collateral damage, my family. And that's not okay. So I made the conscious decision to not talk about this right after it happened, to not talk about it yesterday. And and now that I see this being publicized more by people over on social media, maybe there's strength in numbers and letting people know we're we're hip to you. And police agencies now are learning. And to that end, I texted my friend Cash Patel today. The FBI director told him what happened and, suggested that possibly the FBI might wanna put out some sort of notification that there are people who are under attack because of their thoughts. Okay? So I wanted to put it out there because, I wanted to I wanted to stay ahead of it, but not get so far ahead of it that it gave this person the oxygen and the, I don't know, the the credit. I didn't want them to go, yeah, I got them. I don't want that to happen. Like, when I was a television news anchor, when we would get a call from somebody saying there's a bomb threat at whatever school, we wouldn't air that. Because if you aired it and it was just some kid trying to get tomorrow off of school, get a long weekend, then more people gonna do it. You know what I mean? So let me say this to all the bad guys out there. The police are completely hip to what you did. The only person they'll respond to is somebody in my house. They've got all of our names and all of our phone numbers. If you're anybody who's using a VoIP from very far away, which is what happened, they're not gonna listen to you when it's my house. They're gonna call me first, call my wife, verify what's going on, and then they will either come or not come depending on the situation. So you took your shot almost quite literally and you missed. And you feel you should feel like the idiot that you are. That's not how you solve problems. How you solve problems is you you break it down, you discuss it, you vote, you get people in there that you want. This is not how you do it. It's actually pretty disgusting to be honest with you. So I wasn't gonna talk about that, but but I decided, you know, and actually just was out in the hallway. My wife's like, yeah, why don't you why don't you mention it? Maybe maybe it was time. There have been at least a dozen incidents in recent days of bogus calls that draw police and first responders to the targets home, including the home of Aaron Durham in North Carolina. She opened the door late at night to armed officers. Speaker 1: When I walked up to Speaker 2: the door, he was pointing a gun at me, you know, and obviously like immediately stopped when he saw me, but it was a lot of confusion, Speaker 1: a lot of fear. I felt like I was gonna pass out most of the time that they were in the house. Speaker 0: This is so disturbing. The FBI and Department of Homeland Security are now investigating these incidents and CNN had asked Gold is joining me now. She is looking into them as well. What are you learning? Who is the target mainly and how does this all go down? Speaker 3: So what we've seen is over the past two weeks, at least a dozen influencers have been targeted in these swaddings and not just swaddings. They're also getting things like bogus pizza deliveries. Now what we found commonality amongst all of these influencers is almost all of them have some sort of following on X. Almost all of them are pro Trump. Many of them have interacted with actually Elon Musk, the owner of X. Some of them have millions of followers and are super well known, and some of them are some of these more smaller influencers. But again, almost all of them are pro Trump. Many of them call themselves conservatives, and many of them have interacted with Elon Musk. Now, as you noted, swatting is very dangerous and it can be deadly. This you know these callers were calling with bogus calls of people being shot of a home invasion of of holding people hostage. It causes a huge response from police and emergency services, which draws them away from other actual emergencies. But if there's confusion, something could go wrong and something could go very wrong. So I actually spoke to two of these influencers. I spoke to Aaron who just heard from and to Larry Taunton. She's in North Carolina. He's in Alabama. Both got these swatting calls right around the same time early Sunday, right around 1AM. Both got bogus calls about that. They were pretending to be the homeowners saying that they had been shot. There were other people had been shot caused a big response. Here's what Larry said he experienced. A listen. Speaker 4: There were no sirens, no lights, no announcement, nothing, and he's trying the door handle. And I am crouched inside arms and I'm thinking if that man comes through my door, I'm gonna light him up. Because you're just thinking. Somebody's here to murder me and my wife. Speaker 3: And what's really notable is a lot of these influencers are armed. They carry guns and so so many of them are saying this could have turned really bad because I thought somebody was robbing my home. Aaron Speaker 0: Breaking in. Speaker 3: Yeah, Aaron called it a cheap form of domestic terrorism. Now the FBI and the DHS say that they are investigating this. The Secretary of Homeland Security saying that under President Trump's leadership, we will not sit idly by his conservative new media and their families are being targeted by false swatting. They she also said this is an attack on our law enforcement and innocent families and will be prosecuted as such. But what what makes this hard to investigate is the technology that these people use with the swatting. They spoof their phone numbers. Not only has the harassment at my home not stopped with the food deliveries continuing to come, the only thing is I think they've exhausted every outlet for ordering food, DoorDash, all the local delivery outlets. I think they've pretty much exhausted everyone now, and they everyone knows they're fake, so they're not coming anymore. I've had one conversation with law enforcement since my swatting over ten days ago now. One. And it was relatively productive. We talked about what's going on. I shared with him a bunch of the information that I have, and we discussed what we're gonna do moving forward with this. But that's it. And I'll tell you, it wasn't a detective. I've heard nothing from the feds. And as far as my own independent investigation is concerned, talking to the companies that do the food deliveries and the local police, there has been zero contact or investigation with the federal government, the FBI. They have nothing. They have nothing on that. Now this is where it gets worse. My entire family is now being harassed. When I say entire, I mean entire. I mean people that don't even have my last name, people that aren't even blood relatives. I'm talking about people that have my maiden name. I'm talking about people that have married into the family or in laws. I'm talking about dozens of victims now. Dozens. People I've never even met that are extended family. Dozens of victims in my family now. Dozens. And nothing. Nothing. Now I've tried to coordinate with some of the other victims of the swatting, and I've talked about this before. We have a little chat group, but like any chat group, nothing productive gets done there anymore. I've been able to maintain contact independently with some of the other victims of the swatting that are really pressing the gas on this to try to get some results here. But as far as I can tell, nothing from the feds. Absolutely nothing. Now I don't wanna juxtapose a lot of the things that are going on in DC and a lot of the things that the federal government is doing and is investigating versus this continued domestic terrorist assault that we get from the left happening at Tesla dealerships and people's private residencies. But so what what what am I supposed to do now? I have one option, and that's to continue to make noise until somebody decides to do something about this, or it's just gonna keep getting worse. So that's what I've been dealing with last night and this morning is now my entire family. Entire family is now being harassed. And you know what? God bless them. They're good sports and they love me and they don't blame me for it, but they don't deserve this. I don't even know most of their politics. Might be similar to mine. I don't know. Probably, they're all smart people, so yeah, they're probably politically aligned with me, but I don't talk politics with them. So this is how bad it's gotten. My entire family is now being harassed. Dozens of victims. And and on my end, I still have nothing. I still have nothing. So it just continues. The attacks against Teslas and Tesla dealerships continue, and we'll continue to have hearings in congress, and we'll continue to prioritize other things in the federal government that aren't people being terrorized and harassed violently, death threats, everything else. No. We're not doing that. We're doing we're doing other things right now. So oh, and now now the top Epstein witness has been given four days to live. K. So I don't know what's going on in DC. I don't know. I have other people that are investigating it that have contact with the highest levels of the federal government, the FBI. They they can't offer me anything either. So so is this what I do now? Is this what I is this what I live with now in America, my home country that I've that I've fought for my entire political media career that I've suffered for, been imprisoned for, arrested multiple times, sued, assaulted, death threated, swatted, harassed. This is just it. This is what it is when you when you're an American living in America, when you're a patriot living in America. This is it. This is this is you just have to live with it. And then you you you know, you try to do something, you try to help in the investigation and there's just nothing there and now it's your entire family. Is that is that winning? It's not fun, folks. It's not fun, but I'm not going to be detracted. I I thank my family for being supportive and sorry they have to go through this. I want it to stop. I'm trying to make it stop, but this is all I can do. It's just make noise and put pressure on the parties responsible for the investigation until something happens. But I'm afraid that this is only gonna get worse and until it stopped, we'll probably have more swattings. We'll probably have more people getting their families harassed. This won't be the first or last report. I doubt it's only my family. I just don't know. But I I'd be stunned if I'm the only one going through this with my entire family. I don't know. I think America is sick of it, and I just wish there was something being done to stop it, arrests being made against the real criminals against this country because it's getting really old.
