Cassidy Hutchinson's testimony to the January 6 committee has been disputed by firsthand witnesses. She claimed that Trump assaulted Secret Service agents and tried to take control of the Beast, but both the lead agent and the driver testified that it wasn't true. Hutchinson also stated that Pat Cipollone warned her about allowing Trump to go to the Capitol, but witnesses confirmed Cipollone wasn't present. She mentioned a note from Mark Meadows, but former White House lawyer Eric Herschmann clarified that he wrote it. Hutchinson alleged that Jeff Clark strategized with Giuliani, but they never met. It's worth noting that she worked for Trump after January 6 and criticized the committee in private texts. Now she's selling a book and appearing on Maddow.

I just want to remind everyone that Cassidy Hutchinson is a proven liar and everything she told the January 6 committee under oath was disputed by firsthand witnesses. Lets review: Claim: Hutchinson testified that Donald Trump assaulted Secret Service agents and lunged for the wheel of the Beast on January 6 because they wouldn't take him to the Capitol. Reality: Lead Secret Service agent Bobby Engel, as well as the driver both testified under oath it wasn't true. Claim: Hutchinson testified that former White House Counsel Pat Cipollone personally warned her not to allow Trump to go to the Capitol or “We’re going to get charged with every crime imaginable.” Reality: According to multiple witnesses, Cipollone was not at the White House when Hutchinson claimed. Claim: Hutchinson testified that she was personally handwritten a note at the direction of Mark Meadows regarding a potential statement for then-President Donald Trump to release during the Jan. 6 attack. Reality: Former Trump White House lawyer Eric Herschmann released a statement saying he had in fact written the note. Claim: Hutchinson testified that former senior Justice Department official Jeff Clark strategized at the White House with Rudy Giuliani and the Trump campaign to object to the election. Reality: They never met each other. Additionally, she worked for Trump a full nine weeks after J6. In her private texts with friends, that were reported by the Federalist and Daily Caller at the time, she joked about the riot on J6, said the J6 committee was "phony" and "bullshit," and begged Trump officials for financial assistance after being subpoenaed by the committee. Now she's selling a book and going on Maddow.

In a flashback moment, Trump accused the January 6th committee of destroying evidence. NBC's Kristen Welker interrupted, but now it seems witness depositions have mysteriously vanished. Flashback: Remember when Trump got interrupted by NBC hack @kwelkernbc for saying the J6 committee 'destroyed all the evidence'? "The January 6th Unselect Committee of Thugs and Horrible People... destroyed all the evidence," Trump said. "They say they didn't do that," Welker interrupted. "We did ask them. We did ask the January 6th committee." "Well, they announced that they destroyed and deleted most of the evidence." "They say some of the evidence is still under review. I want to know about your perspective..." she went on. "Wait. Kristen, I want to ask. They put out an announcement that they destroyed the evidence and they destroyed all the stuff having to do with Nancy Pelosi and they wouldn't let her testify." "We said, why isn't she testifying? It was a whole rigged deal. Why isn't she testifying? I offered them 10,000 soldiers. She turned them down..." Now, it comes out that there are witness depositions that have reportedly 'vanished.' Donald Trump was right. And the corporate media is part of the J6 committee cover-up. Unbelievable.

Speaker 0: We've made progress in actually getting access to some of the documents that they moved to, the executive branch, in my opinion, which was to keep it from, public view and keep it from us. Four documents went to the White House. Eight documents went to Department of Homeland Security. We were able to get the redacted copies of the testimonies of White House employees which we included in our report, and through pressuring the White House, we're finally they never gave us unredacted copies but they allowed us to come to the White House and review the unredacted copies. And after looking at it, we realized there's enough in the red that that was remained unredacted in the copies they sent us that showed a different story than what the select committee, was presenting. DHS for months they just went silent on us. Now they're telling us, oh we still haven't finished our review of these documents. It's been well over a year. They're slow walking it it, but we have at least now have, Homeland Security is, as of last week said, well, look, you can come look at these documents as well. But for some reason, they sent us the key document that we were looking for which was the transcribed interview of the driver of the SUV that Trump was supposedly take the steering wheel from. So we did make some, progress there. We're still trying to break passwords, but the biggest, I think, violation of public trust and house rules was the destruction or the hiding of the videotapes of all the depositions. Those I think, are are clearly, they admitted to getting rid of those. And so of of everything that they've done, I think that is the biggest violation. Let's dig in a little

Speaker 0: We knew that he had done multiple, transcribed interviews with the committee, but there was one that was just commonly referred to as the missing ornato, interview. And our team, through a lot of diligence and digging, we were able to find that. And exactly what you just said was in there, that he had testified to the committee that he heard the conversation with, the with Mark Meadows offering up to 10,000 troops. And even in early January, not long after the attack on the Capitol, Vanity Fair of all publications had ran an article that Trump had offered National Guard and told, secretary Miller, you have full authorization to get the guard ready. That was in January by a liberal publication, so there is much more evidence. We even have evidence from the White House, transcribed interviews that we received from the White House employees where one of them said that, responded to a question by the select committee which was when President Trump first heard of the attack on the Capitol what was his response? And this White House employee who is physically with the president that day said his immediate response was get Pelosi and Milley on the phone and see what help they need. There are several instances of on the record where he had offered and even was trying to get, you know, the people to take the National Guard. But it was it was Pelosi. It was Bowser that turned down the offer.

Afterwards, they, Liz Cheney showed the videotape of her testimony and the committee moved to have an emergency hearing at that moment to parade her in front of America that she could tell these sensational stories. They never tried to corroborate her story at all. In fact, going forward, I told our team as we start looking at all these transcribed interviews, don't just look at the way people answer questions. Look at the questions that were asked and more importantly the questions that weren't asked. And many times they would not ask firsthand. Speaker 0: Where she conveys this story where Donald Trump is struggling with the secret service agent who's driving the car, grabs them by the neck, which is so preposterous. She wasn't there, so she it's all hearsay, if worse. They put it in front of the clig lights. It's headlines everywhere, but they didn't bring in the people who are actually involved that day, including the driver, the secret service driver, and the others, who I understand from you and your report said none of that ever happened. Correct? Speaker 1: That is correct. But he had to interject that. So she made these accusations in June. They didn't call the driver in until September. Of course, this is already national news and they're pushing this narrative that Trump is this irate guy, who's crazy, who's tried to choke a secret service officer, tried to grab, the steering wheel from this guy. You would think when they bring this guy in, that is one thing they would ask him. They didn't even ask him if that that incident was true. He had to interject it on his own. That right there tells me they did not want to get to the truth. They had their predetermined narrative. They were gonna suppress anything that countered these sensational stories that, miss Hutchinson came up with. And again, hers was third party. She said she heard Tony Ornato. Tony Ornado called her over after the speech on the lips and said, did you hear what happened in the beast? Tony Ornado testified in the same transcribed interview that we released. That never happened. He never told her anything like that and had never heard of that story at all until she testified to it in June. And so it it again, they suppressed anything that was contrary to what miss Hutchinson said because her story played right into the narrative that they want to sell the American people. Speaker 0: You have to assume all this material that was destroyed, interviews and all the rest, actually cut against their narrative. Otherwise, why would they destroy it? That is a perfectly, legitimate infotential. Somebody ordered it, and you have to assume they're witnesses to this. Liz Cheney has made herself the face and the voice of this committee.

I’ve been following the situation involving former Rep. Liz Cheney and her communications with Cassidy Hutchinson, a witness for the January 6th Committee. Reports indicate Cheney may have engaged in unethical behavior by contacting Hutchinson without her lawyer's knowledge, which raises concerns about potential witness tampering. Hutchinson later altered her testimony, making claims that were debunked by Secret Service agents. While some speculate about Cheney facing disciplinary action, the likelihood seems low given the history of the D.C. Bar's leniency towards certain individuals.

@amuse - @amuse

WITNESS TAMPERING: Former Rep. Liz Cheney reportedly began secretly communicating with a January 6th Committee witness without informing the witness's lawyer—an clear ethical violation that could cost Cheney her law license. More concerning than the ethical breach, however, is the possibility that her actions could be perceived as witness tampering, or even constitute actual tampering. After starting secret communications with Cheney, Cassidy Hutchinson changed her testimony, alleging that President Trump had grabbed the steering wheel of the presidential limousine. This claim was later debunked by multiple Secret Service agents, who testified that such an event did not occur and that it was also physically impossible.

@amuse - @amuse

WITNESS TAMPERING: Before getting too excited about the idea of former Rep. Liz Cheney being disbarred (let alone prosecuted), keep in mind that we're talking about the Democrat-controlled D.C. Bar—the same bar that only temporarily suspended Hunter Biden's license after his felony conviction. They also gave Kevin Clinesmith, who was convicted of falsifying evidence for a FISA warrant, just a one-year suspension. Meanwhile, if you're a Republican like Rudy Giuliani, they'll disbar you even if you've never been convicted of a crime. It seems Liz Cheney's license is as safe and secure as the 2020 election results.

I read the transcript of the Secret Service driver from January 6, 2021, released by Rep. Loudermilk. The driver wanted to testify right after the events, but the J6 committee delayed the interview until just before the 2022 election. He confirmed that under Biden, the Secret Service ordered agents to wipe their phones, violating federal records law, especially since Congress was investigating the events. The driver also directly refuted Cassidy Hutchinson's claims about an alleged assault by Trump, which no one, including Liz Cheney, planned to address during questioning.

Reading transcript of Secret Service driver of the presidential vehicle on Jan 6, 2021 released last week by @RepLoudermilk As reported earlier, the driver wanted to testify to the J6 committee immediately following what we now know is perjured testimony by Cassidy Hutchinson. J6 committee waited until the day before the 2022 election--one in which Republicans were predicted to win back the House--to interview the driver. The driver's atty noted the committee's months-long resistance to conducting the interview.

@julie_kelly2 - Julie Kelly 🇺🇸

The driver confirms what I have been reporting since 2021: the Secret Service under Joe Biden ordered agents to wipe their cell phones. This included messages from before, on, and after Jan 6. This is in violation of federal records law and represents another federal crime since the events of Jan 6 were under investigation by Congress. Every agency received a preservation letter by Democratic-led House committees BEFORE the phones were wiped. The texts were never recovered. House GOP should subpoena every cell phone provider for the records including official and personal cell phones of USSS officials involved in the deletion of records such as the then acting director and Kim Cheatle, a top USSS official on Jan 6.

@julie_kelly2 - Julie Kelly 🇺🇸

During committee questioning of the limo driver, it became clear no one--including Liz Cheney=-planned to ask about the alleged assault by Pres Trump. So the driver's lawyer (Zach Terwilliger) had to bring it up himself. The driver DIRECTLY REFUTED Cassidy Hutchinson's claims https://t.co/nfPuY9fb7i

In a tense exchange from November 2022, Liz Cheney confronts Zach Terwilliger, the attorney for the USSS driver involved in the January 6 events. Cheney demands to know the contents of a note Terwilliger passed to his client, expressing frustration over the unraveling testimony of Cassidy Hutchinson. Terwilliger insists he's not coaching the witness and emphasizes the importance of truth. Cheney dismisses his concerns, insisting on avoiding "secret notes" during the interview. The interaction highlights Cheney's aggressive approach and her commitment to uncovering the truth.

@julie_kelly2 - Julie Kelly 🇺🇸

Here is the Nov 2022 exchange between Liz Cheney and the attorney (Zach Terwilliger) representing the USSS driver of the presidential limo on Jan 6. She demands to know the content of a note Terwilliger passed to his client. She is angry that the false accounts given under oath by her pet project, Cassidy Hutchinson, are disintegrating. This is the sort of nasty, tyrannical b*tch Cheney is: Ms. Cheney: I'm sorry. Just a second. Sorry, Marc. I just wanted to check and make sure that the special agent just read a note from his counsel. Driver: What's that, ma'am? I'm sorry. Ms. Cheney: Did you just read a note from your counsel, Special Agent? Driver: I did. Ms. Cheney: And what does that note say? Terwilliger: Congresswoman, I'm happy to read it. I would think that would be privileged between my client and I, but I'm happy to read it because I don't want there to be any innuendo. I drafted it and what I said was, 'Did you ever tell your colleagues the President grabbed the wheel or grabbed Mr. Engel or that the President lunged forward?' That's what my note says. And I was hoping Mr. Harris was going to come back and ask that question. Cheney: I appreciate you're not coaching the witness, counsel, during the interview. And it's not privileged during the interview. Thank you. Terwilliger: Well, I'm certainly not coaching the witness, and I certainly don't appreciate being insinuated that way. There are questions that this committee needs to ask this witness in order to bring the truth forward. I would assume you want all the information that this witness, this voluntary witness, wants. Cheney: Mr. Terwilliger, there's certainly no reason for histrionics. I think that this committee has demonstrated very clearly, including through other interviews, at least one in which you've been the counsel, that we are very interested, more interested than certainly you are in getting to the truth here. So appreciate your concern for the committee, but, again, I would ask you not to coach the witness during the interview. Terwilliger: Well, I'm not coaching the witness, and I'm certainly not going to accept your supposition that I'm not interested in the truth. I'm very interested in the truth. And I think this witness, as he's made clear, Congresswoman, has a lot he can offer. But if we want to trade barbs and waste time, that's fine. Cheney: Thank you. Let's try to avoid notes to the witness during the interview. Appreciate that. Terwilliger: Well, we'll just continue to take breaks then, if that's what you'd prefer because the witness has a right to confer with his counsel. Cheney: He does. That is certainly right. So if you'd like to take a break, you may certainly ask to do so. We'd prefer not to have secret notes during the interview. Thank you. Terwilliger: The notes aren't secret as I just made clear by reading it out loud into the record. Cheney: Thank you. Appreciate that. So according to Cheney--who is a lawyer--prompting your client to go on the record during a sworn deposition to refute other sworn testimony that resulted in deceiving the public and making false accusations about a former president is "coaching" the witness and contrary to seeking the truth. This c u next Tuesday belongs in prison for a long long time.

I’ve learned that Johnson blocked a subpoena for Cassidy Hutchinson, who may have committed perjury, possibly at Liz Cheney's direction. Johnson denied this, but I believe he should publicly demand a subpoena for both Hutchinson and Cheney. There's concern about the J6 investigation being undermined by current leadership, particularly Bryan Steil, who hasn’t actively supported the subcommittee’s work. The lies propagated by Hutchinson and Cheney have caused real damage, and accountability can only come through subpoenas and potential criminal referrals.

@julie_kelly2 - Julie Kelly 🇺🇸

This report confirms what my own Congressional sources have said: Johnson blocked a subpoena for Cassidy Hutchinson, who appears to have committed perjury and perhaps at the direction of Liz Cheney. Johnson denied this is true. So the best way to come clean is to publicly demand a congressional subpoena for Hutchinson and perhaps Liz Cheney herself. Further, Johnson's claim that he will elevate the J6 investigation to the full committee level is welcome news unless that gives @RepLoudermilk's gavel to current House Adm Committee Chairman Bryan Steil, who my sources also say has been unsupportive of the subcommittee's efforts. You'd be hard pressed to find Steil amplifying the important work of his own subcommittee. I believe he has only attended one subcommittee hearing on the investigation into J6 and the J6 committee. The American people demand the truth about the events of Jan 6 and a full accounting of the lies told by chief propagandists including @Liz_Cheney, which includes criminal referrals. Johnson and Steil cannot get in the way of this. It's a travesty that the GOP congress did not create a special J6 committee--time to fix that and let the lawmakers devoted to truth and accountability run the show. https://breitbart.com/politics/2024/12/23/exclusive-speaker-johnson-denies-blocking-rep-barry-loudermilk-subcommittees-subpoena-cassidy-hutchinson/ via the

Exclusive: Speaker Johnson Denies Blocking Subpoena of Cassidy Hutchinson The House subcommittee investigating former Speaker Nancy Pelosi's January 6 Special Committee "interviewed hundreds of witnesses," but testimony from the most notorious star of Pelosi's hearings is conspicuously absent from the subcommittee's report. breitbart.com

@julie_kelly2 - Julie Kelly 🇺🇸

The lies manufactured by Hutchinson--and likely with help from Cheney---created real life damage. They tried to destroy Hutchinson's first attorney, Stefan Passantino, by first luring him into what he suspected was a criminal obstruction trap. Cheney publicly smeared Passantino by attempting to use him as the fall guy for Hutchinson's dramatically changed testimony which included the fabricated story about a physical confrontation between Trump and occupants of the presidential limo on Jan 6. Cheney was behind TWO bar complaints against Passantino in GA and DC. (Now Cheney is the target of a DC bar complaint for violating legal ethics rules by conferring with the client of another attorney.) Further, their lies were intended to inflict maximum political damage to Trump right before he announced his run for re-election. Luckily, some smart people on the Right who do not contribute to National Review quickly mocked Hutchinson's obvious false account of what happened. But the media reporting on Hutchinson's perjured testimony remains intact without any corrections or retractions. The only way to hold this pair accountable is issuing subpoenas, releasing the transcripts of the interviews, and filing criminal referrals to a Trump DOJ if appropriate. https://www.realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2024/10/29/as_liz_cheney_slams_trumps_character_her_integrity_comes_under_fire_1068213.html

I pointed out that everyone interviewed under oath contradicted Hutchinson’s testimony, including the Secret Service agent who drove the vehicle on Jan 6. He had to wait months to speak with the committee to refute her account. Raskin seems defensive, almost as if he was involved.

@julie_kelly2 - Julie Kelly 🇺🇸

Yes @RepRaskin everyone interviewed under oath contradicted Hutchinson’s testimony including the driver of the vehicle on Jan 6—a Secret Service agent who had to beg your committee for months for an interview so he could refute her sworn account of what happened. Raskin sure sounds defensive here—almost like he was in on it.

@listen_2learn - The Researcher

Comrade Jamie Raskin is a pathological liar (which he learned from his dear old dad). Here he says that Cassidy Hutchison “testified flawlessly and beautifully and made no mistakes and no one has accused her of perjury”. Comrade Raskin should be kicked out of congress, disbarred and arrested. He should be nowhere near an investigation of J6 since he was involved.

Robert Shapiro suggested in the Washington Post that President Biden should offer Donald Trump a blanket pardon to allow him to focus on governing rather than seeking revenge. While this idea has merit, it raises questions about its effectiveness. A presidential pardon would only cover federal charges and not Trump's state convictions related to financial misconduct. The discussion also touches on the challenges Trump faces with ongoing prosecutions. Additionally, a Republican report claims Liz Cheney tampered with a witness, but talking to witnesses is not illegal. Cheney merely encouraged testimony, and there is no evidence of any wrongdoing on her part.

Speaker 0: Ask you about something that appeared in the Washington Post, a newspaper I know you probably subscribe to. It's in your office foyer. Robert Shapiro, who's a political scientist at Columbia University, wrote this week. President Biden ought to offer Donald Trump a blanket pardon. And he said one of the benefits of that would be that it would enable president Trump, and I quote, to devote all of his administration's attention to governing instead of seeking revenge and retribution against his enemies. What do you think about that? Speaker 1: Well, if that would work, then I think there's a credible argument to be made for that. The question is whether that would actually work. I mean, we are, in Speaker 0: And the this person, Robert Spreer, also argues by accepting this pardon, Trump would be accepting some manner of implied guilt. Yeah. Which he said that would be good for history and for the to blunt the revisionist history of January 6th and everything attached to it. Speaker 1: A presidential pardon, would apply only in the federal context. So it would not apply to his existing state criminal conviction for cooking the books and, you know, the various forms of financial misstatements he made as part of, the hush money plot with the porn star mistress. So that would be left intact, for something by this, thinking aloud. It would apply, presumably, to the Jack Smith prosecution. I assume this is what, the article is about, and, of course, the Supreme Court has made it very difficult to pursue that prosecution anyway. So I I don't know. Look. I think that all of these things should be in the table if they can help us get through, the nightmare of all of the threatened prosecutions and persecutions that, president Trump is talking about. I mean, they've been, you know, talking about going after Liz Cheney simply for doing her legislative work in a way that is completely covered by the speech and debate clause. It's not a crime for somebody to go out and find witnesses to a violent insurrection. And One Speaker 0: of your colleagues, a Republican, issued a report this week saying that Liz Cheney tampered with a witness and therefore should be criminally prosecuted. Speaker 1: Yeah. To talk to witnesses is not to tamper with witnesses, and, they've given no specificity in terms of what the witness tampering would consist of. As far as I know, Cassidy Hutchinson testified flawlessly and beautifully and made no mistakes, and, certainly, nobody's accused her of perjury. Nobody has contradicted anything that she said. So how did Liz Cheney, suborn perjury or tamper with a witness? What what did she do? She encouraged her to come forward and tell the truth. There's nothing against the law in that.

FANI WILLIS CONFESSES! Heavy lifting @JudicialWatch and a state court forced Fani Willis to confirm documents exist about her collusion with the partisan Pelosi January 6 Committee to "get @realDonaldTrump." https://t.co/oeVPRLnIj3

Video Transcript AI Summary
Fannie Willis recently revealed she has records of her communications related to the January 6 operation against Trump, following a Judicial Watch lawsuit. Initially, she claimed no such records existed, but a court found her in default for not responding to the lawsuit. Instead of complying with the court's suggestion to release the records, she is attempting to use legal exemptions to withhold them. This situation suggests she was involved in collusion with the Pelosi operation, shows a disregard for the rule of law, and undermines the public's right to know. Legal actions will continue to challenge this.

Speaker 0: Well, Fannie Willis just confessed to having records of her communications with the January 6 Pelosi operation, the Get Trump operation. She only confessed to this yesterday, thanks to a judicial watch lawsuit. Of course, when we first sued and began asking for these records, they told us they had no records. Well, it turns out that wasn't true. In fact, the only reason we got the confession yesterday was because a court last week found her in default. She didn't bother to answer the lawsuit under law as you as she was supposed to. But rather than turn the records over as the court, I think, strongly suggested, she's using a loophole of exemptions and privileges to hide the records from the American people. Now we're gonna push back hard in court. Our head lifting will continue. But in the meantime, this really does confirm a, she was in collusion with the Pelosi operation to get Trump. B, she has no respect for the rule of law. C, she has no respect for your right to know.

I'm curious about Liz Cheney's reaction lately. The J6 investigation has shifted to the Judiciary Committee, giving them subpoena power to gather information from the FBI and DOJ. I'm wondering about the identity of the J6 pipe bomber, the number of FBI informants in the Capitol, and what the J6 Committee may have covered up. We're on the verge of uncovering the truth.
