What's your reaction to this? Speaker 2: I had great difficulty believing it was true, but I understand it is true. Which shows the discrimination that we're on where people were just mandated out of their jobs, whilst these exemptions were taking place And there were the odd cases that were telling this, and 2 of them were successful, but this is a mass disclosure of, deception and discrimination. And, it's just not a meta being sort of conspiracy theorist or going down a rabbit hole If the mainstream media can't see how seriously dysfunctional and discriminated it was towards people, who had legitimate services have the right to say, I don't agree, and they don't deserve to be in their jobs. That's the the main that's the mainstream media. I mean, this this is awful. We saw that. I thought, this can this has gotta be a fix. It's gonna be trying to so we're trying to get that misinformation. Well, I yeah. Speaker 1: Well, to be honest with you, Winston, I thought the same. I was looking at it and looked legitimate. I may some, calls to the Ministry of Health. They said they couldn't comment you had to talk to Tifat ora. Tifat ora said you have put an official information at request because the questions were too in-depth. Put in a request to another to find a oral organization or a subsidiary, and they said, we can't answer these questions and the minister of health police office said to me, you have to go back to the Ministry of Health for those comments because they were too much of an operational matter they said. So I thought, well, we must be onto something if things are going around in circles. Now I wanna give them the benefit down, it may turn out to be not quite as bad. Speaker 2: We're a democracy, and this is a government that claimed it would be the most transparent ever. Now you see what a lie that was, and we're still didn't even strive to be transparent thought that they could cover it up and get away with it. Take even said this information is out now. Speaker 1: I wanna move on to this taxpayer union courier poll that was out morning I understand, and this poll apparently suggests that New Zealanders doubt your claim that New Zealand first wouldn't support Labour's return to government. What's your response to that? Speaker 2: I don't know. Any time for that courier poll because I caught them during this campaign, putting out a, poll which didn't have any deal with the first garment. I pulled it from out in 5 hours later. I wonder what your thoughts were Speaker 2: on those comments. It's it's nice to say, and you know why mister Espin's because your values and your present Labour Party values as Chris Potter wrote in a very insightful article recently, are not labors values either. You've forgotten you or a new manor woman. We got a cost of living crisis, And day after day, it was like, because you're appearing on TV eating sausage rolls. In a cost of living crisis, you can't get anything right. And you're right about your values not being mined. Thank heavens for that. But there are people in the old national labor party who would say Winston Peters values are more like mine. Speaker 1: I get the impression, not with all labor party MPs, but it seems like they're being influenced by the radicals on social media, the radicals on Twitter, and perhaps they have missed or misread the mood of New Zealanders, I say that judging by the current political polls. What do you say? And what do you think I don't wanna spend this entire time talking about why labor's falling in the polls, but what do you what do you think has gone wrong for them? Speaker 2: Yes, because they've just forgotten that the the democracy is about the people and that runners elitist, you know, the latest platform of policies was done affecting too. No country has ever done that. In the entire world, no state has ever done that. Nobody has released the record level data. So we could look at it. We can't look at it either because it's not there. We can't they're not looking at it. They could like it, but they're not. And they're not releasing it to us, so we can't look at it either. And that's me. Oh, well, I was an unhappy camper until I got this data. And then I was, oh, I was like singing, ding dong, the witch is dead after I got the data. So nobody can ever figure out the ground truth about any vaccine or any pharmaceutical because they're always hiding the data. And I'm the guy, you know, calling for data transparency, but nobody's listening to me. So all that changed for me on November 9th, 2023. Speaker 0: Hi, everyone. It's Linda here from the Health Forum NZ. I've just got something really important that I would like to share with you tonight. This is some news from, New Zealand teachers speaking out with science or NZTS0S. So, the message is headed bombshell revelation. Nztsos have uncovered a science and insights report that was published by the Ministry of Health in October 2021 which totally demolishes the Labour government's narrative around the grave risk that existed in schools and health care settings at the time. Because of this discovery, we now know that before the health and education mandate order was signed, the government had in its possession high quality evidence that the risk of transmission in schools and healthcare settings was insignificant and that the vaccination mandate was therefore totally unnecessary. There's no easy way around the importance of this document. It's the Ministry's own contact tracing data. It has a very large sample size making it highly reliable Over what over 11, 000 education contexts were analyzed, and it's the most relevant piece of information that that they would have had in their possession in relation to the vaccine mandates. It told the government that in health care settings, only 1 in 500 contacts became infected. While in educational settings, just 1 in 1, 000 contacts became infected. Yet knowing all this, Hopkins went ahead and signed the mandate order that brought so much unnecessary pain and suffering on so many. Can it get get any worse than this? Well, unfortunately, it can. Health and education workers, nzdsos and nztsos went to the high court in March 2022 to have the vaccination mandate order declared unlawful. The crown produced sworn affidavits from 4 witnesses, mister Hipkins, miss McKay Mackay, doctor Towne and doctor Bloomfield with doctors Towne and Bloomfield being accepted by the court as expert witnesses Now there are very strict rules that control the evidence of an expert witness. They must swear to assist the court impartially and also that they will tell the court if any part of their evidence is incomplete or inaccurate without some qualification. Doctors Towne and Bloomfield both would have known about this highly relevant Ministry of Health Analysis, but they did not reveal this to the court. NZTSOS believed that by keeping this from the high court, doctors Towne and Bloomfield clearly contravene the rules for expert witnesses and potentially open themselves to a charge of perjury. Another crown witness, miss miss McKay also kept highly relevant information from the court. She correctly told the court that only 11 applications for serious service disruption exemptions had been granted, but she failed to tell the court that 1 application alone was for 971 workers and and that by the date of her affidavit, these 11 applications covered a total of 2, 833 workers. All of this while hundreds of other phone workers were being terminated because of what the court approvingly termed the government's 0 tolerance approach, if only the court had known. NZTS0S is now seeking leave to appeal to the supreme court and 1 of their claims that these is that these serious omissions in the evidence presented by the crown's witnesses has led to a miscarriage of justice. What can you do to help? Well, if the n zed TS0S appeal is accepted, they're going to need financial help, but that can wait for the moment. Right now, they need everyone who's been affected by the mandate to help share this bombshell revelation. We need to make it difficult for the supreme court to quietly decline their application in the hope that it will all just go away So can you please write to your MP? As Speaker 1: you would have heard, a little earlier on, the prime minister has announced that Medsafe has approved the conditions of the, the Pfizer BioNTech COVID 19 vaccine for use in New Zealand. That provisional approval was agreed and gazetted today by MedSafe. And I've got with me here Chris James, who's the group manager of Med Safe who'll talk shortly and help me with responding to your questions. So the provisional approval is very much the start of a new chapter in New Zealand's COVID-nineteen response and a significant milestone in that response. I do want to recognize the work of Chris and his team at Medsafe, our country's medicines regulator, in working so hard to get to this point of approving this vaccine alongside the analysis and advice provided by the Medicines Assessment Advisory Committee yesterday. The most important things that have been under consideration in this process, and Chris will talk more to this, are the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine and quality of its production. The assessment process that Medsafe undertakes, as with all the medicines, is extremely robust. Kia ora koutou katoa. I'm Doctor Ashley Bloomfield, Director General Health. And I've got with me today Chris James, who's the group manager at Medsafe. Medsafe's our independent medicines regulator, here in New Zealand. And it's just completed the work, with its advisory committee on looking at the very first vaccine against COVID-nineteen that we will be able to deploy in New Zealand. You may have heard the announcement by the Prime Minister just this afternoon. Exciting news. And this does mean that all the planning we have been doing over the last few months and the hard work that Medsafe has been doing to look at all the information, all the data from clinical trials that's out there to provide us with advice on whether or not we should, use this first vaccine that's available for New Zealand, the Pfizer vaccine. What I should say before I throw a few questions Chris' way is that we still are in the middle of this global pandemic. And in many senses, even as we roll out this vaccine and other ones that we hope will be available for us when they're approved. Our elimination strategy is still absolutely the way that New Zealand is dealing with this virus. This is an exciting day. We have got approval for the first of these COVID-nineteen vaccines, the Pfizer vaccine. And so I'm gonna talk with Chris a little bit about the process Medsafe uses to reassure us, all of us as Kiwis, how we know that this vaccine and others that come after it are absolutely safe and effective, and that they are the right thing for us to use here in New Zealand.

As you may recall, I posted an email from the Coroners Court to the Ministry of Health dated 23 August 2021 which stated that research showed that death following the COVID-19 vaccine "might be as long as 93 days". The original post is below. According to Te Whatu Ora’s website, in 2021 there were 35,007 deaths registered in New Zealand. Stats NZ’s website affirms that deaths rose by 10% in 2022. HNZ states that the figure that they released in response to my Official Information Request under the Act is for "all-cause mortality" and includes deaths such as accidents. As you will recall a man that died from a gunshot in Auckland was counted as a COVID-19 death. What are your thoughts?
