Joe Biden's funding request includes a provision on page 51 that redirects all ICE funding to support community-based residential facilities and provide services to migrants. This effectively transforms ICE into a travel agency for illegal aliens and a grantmaking bureaucracy for sanctuary cities. Concerns arise about border control and the safety of US citizens. Biden's actions warrant scrutiny under the 25th amendment. Read more: [link]

Wow! Joe Biden sneaks defunding ice into his funding request! Essentially removing ALL border control! At this point he must be either be declared incompetent under the 25th amendment. Or at the very least declared as an enemy to the safety of US citizens! Read: “If you read page 51 of the White House’s draft legislation, you will find a provision that would allow all ICE funding to be redirected to "fund community-based residential facilities, and to provide services and support to refugees, asylum seekers, or other migrants," including through "contracts or through the award of grants or cooperative agreements to non-governmental organizations."  This would effectively convert ICE from a law enforcement agency into a U.S. travel agency for illegal aliens and into a grant-making bureaucracy for sanctuary cities.” https://foxnews.com/opinion/defund-ice-bidens-team-has-radical-plans-remake-agency

In the last 24 hours, there were 9,300 encounters with illegal aliens. Over the past 5 days, this number reached 45,000. The US lacks space, resources, and willingness to accommodate the daily influx. President Trump's effective Remain in Mexico policy was dismantled by Joe Biden, leading to this invasion.

@RepMTG - Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene🇺🇸

9,300 illegal alien encounters in the LAST 24 HOURS! 45,000 illegal alien encounters in the LAST 5 DAYS! The United States doesn’t have the room, resources, or desire to house the thousands of illegal aliens invading our border every single day. President Trump’s Remain in Mexico policy worked. Joe Biden destroyed it because he wants the invasion.

In the last 24 hours, there were 9,300 migrant encounters at the border, totaling 45,000 encounters in the past 5 days. New York and Arizona are unable to accommodate more illegal aliens due to financial and space constraints. The suggestion of "remain in Mexico" is brought up as a solution, which was effective before January 2021. However, under the Biden administration, this approach no longer seems to work.

Speaker 0: Being reported this morning. According to the border patrol, there were 9,300 migrant encounters at the border in the last 24 hours. That's 45,000 encounters in the last 5 days. Mister Barelli, can New York take on just another 45,000 more illegal aliens? Speaker 1: No. I think financially, and due to space concerns, the, the inn is is full. Speaker 0: Mister Lyons, can Arizona house some more of these people and feed them and educate them? Speaker 2: Right now, Tucson is now shipping some of these people back into Yuma. And Yuma does not have any facilities, No. Do we have homeless shelters for these people because their facilities are full. Speaker 0: And if you ask any American citizen who is by the way, we're in $33,000,000,000,000 in national debt now. I don't think we can afford to pay for this. We we heard mister Luttrell tell you mister Borrelli that he he doesn't wanna take back the illegal aliens from New York, and Texas doesn't want it want them either. I have a pretty good idea. How about remain in Mexico? Mister Barelli, would you go along with remain in Mexico? Speaker 1: It it certainly seems like before, January of 2021, this problem was a lot less significant for places like New York. Speaker 0: Absolutely, remain in Mexico worked. Mister Lines, how do you feel about illegal aliens, remaining in Mexico? Speaker 2: We saw 1 20th of the challenge that we're seeing today because Because of that MPP protocol to remain in Mexico. Speaker 0: Seems like it works. Ms. Malia Takas, you're from New York. How do you like remain in Mexico? Think it's a good idea. It certainly worked under the previous administration. Yeah. It worked. But somehow under the Biden administration, this this no longer works.

Since taking office, President Joe Biden has released over 2 million illegal aliens into the US. Shockingly, only a mere 5,993 of those encountered at the southwest border were actually removed. This means that 99% of the illegal aliens encountered are allowed to stay in our country, without being vetted or prosecuted. It's a concerning situation where those who break our laws are being rewarded. Source: justthenews.com

Mr. Morant and others admit they do not know the exact numbers. The Senator suggests there may be around 8 million individuals, with potentially half of them being children. However, the exact figures remain unknown. The Senator continues to inquire about how many of these individuals are still in the country, how many have claimed asylum but failed to attend their hearings, and how many have been deported. Since Biden and Harris took office, they have taken numerous actions to undermine border security and encourage illegal immigration. These actions include terminating the border wall construction, implementing a moratorium on deportations, and expanding catch-and-release policies. They have also rolled back asylum agreements, released thousands of aliens without proper documentation, and proposed cutting detention beds. Additionally, they have faced criticism for losing track of unaccompanied alien children and misusing federal funds for services to illegal aliens. This information comes from @SpeakerJohnson.

@RNCResearch - RNC Research

When Biden and Harris took office, they *immediately* set out to decimate our border security. Here are 64 actions they've taken to undermine border enforcement and encourage illegal immigration: 1️⃣ Terminated the National Emergency With Respect To The Southern Border (Proclamation 9844), halting emergency construction of a border wall (January 20, 2021) 2️⃣ Issued an executive order further entrenching the unlawful DACA program, signaling to illegal aliens that Biden supports amnesty and illegal aliens need not fear coming to the U.S. or worry about immigration enforcement (January 20, 2021) 3️⃣ Unveiled the U.S. Citizenship Act, which would provide amnesty to millions of illegal aliens in the U.S. (January 20, 2021) 4️⃣ Revoked Trump-era executive order that was designed to ensure there was meaningful enforcement of U.S. immigration laws (January 20, 2021) 5️⃣ Issued an Vice President Harris suggests granting mass amnesty and using taxpayer funds to process, rather than stop, more illegal immigrants at the border. This raises concerns about the administration's ability to address the crisis they have created.

@SpeakerJohnson - Speaker Mike Johnson

When asked about solutions to the border catastrophe, Vice President Harris recommended that Congress grant mass amnesty and spend taxpayer dollars to process – not stop – more illegals. This answer from President Biden’s ‘border czar’ is exactly why the administration can’t be trusted to solve the catastrophe they, themselves, created.

Both Democrats and Republicans are concerned about the unsustainable border situation, which they consider a crisis. The current administration aims to fix the broken immigration system and create a pathway to citizenship. However, the issue has become politicized, unlike in the past when bipartisan approaches were taken. The solutions involve allocating resources to the border for efficient processing and implementing laws that enable a meaningful pathway to citizenship.

Speaker 0: But there is anger on both sides of the aisle, Democrats and Republicans, about an unsustainable border, what they're calling a crisis. Why can't this be accomplished during this administration? Speaker 1: Well, so there is no question that our immigration system is broken. And so much so that we as the First bill that we offered after our inauguration was to fix the immigration system, which included what we must do to create a pathway for citizenship Speaker 0: Mhmm. Speaker 1: And to put the resources that are needed into the border. But sadly, people on the other side of the aisle have been playing politics with this issue. The solutions are at hand. And, you know, gone are the days, sadly, where a president Bush or John McCain understood that we should have a bipartisan approach to fixing this problem, which is a long standing problem. Speaker 0: But what are those solutions? Speaker 1: The solution includes putting resources at the border to do what we can to process people effectively and putting in place laws that actually allow for a meaningful meaningful pathway to citizenship.

The President of the United States has been inactive in addressing the national crisis of illegal immigration. Despite being aware of the situation, he has taken no action and even sued Texas for attempting to address the issue themselves. Blaming lack of funding and resources is not a solution when the policy remains the same. This failure of leadership is difficult to comprehend and some may argue it borders on treason.

@Geiger_Capital - Geiger Capital

Imagine being the President of the United States and waking up today… You’re told that every single day for the last 3+ years, thousands of unknown, unvetted migrants have illegally crossed our border and are being released into the country. Millions and millions of people in just a couple of years under your term. It’s gotten to a point where states, politicians and Americans across the political spectrum are demanding action and begging for help. City shelters are full, budgets are being cut, US citizens feel unsafe and many illegal migrants are being arrested for crimes including theft, drugs and even murder. Imagine you’re the President and you’ve been made aware of this national crisis every single day… and you just do nothing. Most people would react with shock and urgency. “How could this be happening? Seal the border! Send the national guard down there!” But no… nothing. Not even an effort. In fact, not only has President Biden done absolutely nothing with his own Executive Authority, but he has actually ordered his administration to sue Texas and block them from attempting to stop the mass illegal immigration on their own. He then blames it on not having more money or resources from Congress, even though that would do absolutely nothing to stop this crisis. What my Democrat friends need to understand is that you could have a million more border agents and endless funding, but if the plan and policy is still to let them cross the border illegally and release them into the US, nothing will change. That would actually just speed up the disaster that is currently happening and encourage even more illegal immigration. More funding and resources for the same broken policy is not a solution. It’s truly hard to comprehend what is happening. It’s an absolute failure of leadership and I’m honestly not sure how it isn’t treason at this point.

The Senate border deal includes mandatory detention of single adults, a "shut down" of the border when daily migrant encounters reach 5,000, immediate removal of illegal immigrants without processing once the threshold is reached, and a new removal authority to determine valid asylum claims within 6 months. Family units may be released with ankle monitors. Migrants caught crossing twice during the "shut down" phase would be banned for one year. An agreement with Mexico is needed for non-Mexican illegal immigrants. President Biden approves of the deal and is ready to sign it.

@BillMelugin_ - Bill Melugin

BREAKING: Senate border deal details, per source familiar I just had a call with. - Mandatory detention of all single adults. - Mandatory “shut down” of border once average daily migrant encounters hits 5,000. Importantly, this 5,000 number includes 1,400 CBP One app entries at ports of entry per day, and roughly 3,600 illegal crossings per day. - How is that enforced? Once the 5,000 threshold is hit, a new authority is codified into law that requires Border Patrol to immediately remove illegal immigrants they catch without processing. They would not get to request asylum, they would immediately be removed. This includes removals back to Mexico, and deportations to home countries. This would be a *massive* change from current policy, which is that once an illegal immigrant reaches US soil, they must be processed via Title 8 and allowed to claim asylum. Under this new authority – they are not processed, and they are mandatorily immediately removed once the “shut down” threshold is reached. - This “shut down” also takes effect is there are 8,500 migrant encounters in a single day. - The “shut down” would not lift the next day. It wouldn’t lift until daily encounters are reduced to under 75% of the 5,000 threshold for at least two weeks. This means the “shut down” authority would not lift until two weeks of an average of less than 3,750 migrant encounters per day. - Some family units will be released with ATD (Alternatives to Detention, ankle monitors etc). - New removal authority to immediately remove all migrants who do not have valid asylum claims, which will be determined within 6 months rather than the years long process we have right now. - Any migrant caught trying to cross twice during “shut down” phase would be banned from entering US for one year. - US will need agreement with Mexico for MX to take back non Mexican illegal immigrants. This hasn't been ironed out yet. - President Biden approves of the deal and is ready to sign it as is, right now, and implement the new authority it would give him.

House Speaker Mike Johnson delivers a speech accusing President Biden of intentionally creating a "clear and present danger to our national security." He highlights various issues at the border, including the influx of illegal immigrants, the release of terrorists, the flow of fentanyl, and the loss of unaccompanied children. Johnson criticizes the Biden administration's actions, such as ending border wall construction, revoking the Remain in Mexico policy, and incentivizing illegal immigration. He emphasizes the need to secure the border and protect the well-being of American citizens.

@KanekoaTheGreat - KanekoaTheGreat

🚨NEW - House Speaker Mike Johnson delivers first floor speech on border catastrophe, accusing President Biden of intentionally creating a "clear and present danger to our national security." "Since I was elected Speaker less than 100 days ago, more than 700,000 illegals have been welcomed into our country illegally by the Biden administration. American schoolchildren have been forced into virtual schools so migrants can sleep in their school buildings. Korean War veterans have been booted from nursing homes that were sold to house migrants. Our streets are being flooded with fentanyl. Hundreds of thousands of children and adults are being poisoned and losing their lives. Vulnerable children and women are being exploited and trafficked by cartels. Since President Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas assumed office, there have been more than 7 million encounters with illegal aliens just at our southern border alone. 35 of our 50 states, including my home state of Louisiana, don't have a population that large. More than 300 individuals who are on our terror watchlist have been apprehended on the southern border. The frightening question is, how many have entered undetected? We know there are at least 1.8 million gotaways that have escaped. Understand that the situation at our border presents a clear and present danger to our national security, and it demands that it be addressed. FBI Director Christopher Wray told the Homeland Security Committee in November that these gotaways are a great concern for the agency, and all 56 of our Joint Terrorism Task Forces are trying to identify who these people are. We don't know how many terrorists are inside our borders. We do know that fentanyl is pouring into our communities like an open sewer. Right now, the leading cause of death of death in America for Americans aged 18 to 46 is fentanyl poisoning. To make matters worse, we've learned that the Biden administration is now simply just releasing 85% of the illegals who come across that border right into the country. For reference, by the way, in 2013, the Obama administration detained 82% of illegal aliens. How do we go from detaining 82% to releasing 85%? It only happens if this is by design. It only happens if it's an orchestrated intentional effort by the administration to do exactly that, and that is what the evidence shows. Earlier this month, I released a memo documenting 64 specific actions that the Biden administration has taken to undermine our border security and to promote the mass release of illegals and dangerous persons into our country. The very first day President Biden walked into the Oval Office, he revoked Executive Order 9844. Do you know what that did? It ended the construction of the border wall that Congress had already paid for. Everybody has seen the images of the materials out there rotting in the sun. Why? Because Joe Biden decided unilaterally that he didn't want a wall. In February 2021, the administration stopped applying Title 42 expulsions to children and incentivize by doing that incentivize families to send unaccompanied children through Mexico under the watch of cartels and traffickers. Since then, the administration admits to losing track of more than 80,000 unaccompanied children somewhere in the US. We don't know where they are. Have they been put into trafficking rings? We know that some of these kids are being trafficked for free labor and being forced to do things that are too appalling for us to articulate on this floor. Everybody here knows that's happening, and we're not demanding the President stop it? He can. He has the power to do it. In October 2021, the Biden administration revoked the migrant protection protocols that had been instituted under President Trump. That's the policy that we all know colloquially as Remain in Mexico. The Remain in Mexico policy kept asylum seekers in a safe haven third country while they were seeking asylum in the United States. Do you know why that works magically so well? Because it sent a message around the world that you shouldn't pay your life savings to a cartel to traffic you through Mexico and drop you over the US border because you're not going to be dropped over the US border. The word goes out on social media to countries all around the world. They are not going to let you in. Man, is that the most common sense rule you've ever thought of? President Biden doesn't agree because he stopped it. He issued an executive order to stop that common sense rule. A senior border patrol officer told us on that trip to Eagle Pass that if President Biden, by the stroke of a pen, would issue an executive order today to just simply reinstate Remain in Mexico, they think that would stop the flow by 70%. One stroke of the pen by the President. He does not seem to care. I told President Biden this myself on multiple occasions, most recently, a couple of weeks ago on the phone, I read him the law that says that he has all this authority, but he refuses to act. And even that's even despite court orders, by the way that instructed the administration to reinstate the institute remain in Mexico while the litigation was going on. You know what they did? They ignored it. The Biden administration is actively incentivizing illegals to come to the United States. We have laid out the welcome mat. We told everybody around the world, come on, you know what? The US taxpayer will take care of you. It's costing the American people billions and billions and billions of dollars to provide for people who are intentionally breaking our laws, billions and billions of dollars to house them and educate them and clothe them and take care of them. Why should we bear the burden when they break our laws? In January 2023, the Biden administration expanded the use of the Customs and Border Patrol One App so illegal aliens could just make appointments and then be released immediately right into America's interior. Guess what? 95% of all illegals who simply scheduled appointments through the app were released right into the United States. That's right. All you have to do is just download the app because they all have smartphones, make an appointment, and the President of the United States will release you into a network of NGOs who will put you on a plane to the destination of your choice. Without identification, by the way, while Americans are waiting in line to get through TSA. All on the dime of the American taxpayer. In December 2023, CBP recorded more than 302,000 encounters, almost double the population of my hometown of Shreveport, Louisiana. In just one month 302,000 people just walked right into the country. I could go on and on about the 64 actions we've documented that President Biden has specifically taken to open our border wide up, but it's crystal clear his policy choices and Secretary Mayorkas refusal to comply with the law are driving this border catastrophe. They have chosen disorder and chaos for us rather than securing the homeland. They've ceded the homeland to cartels and traffickers. In the Del Rio sector alone in Eagle Pass, Texas, the cartels are making an estimated $3.5 million dollars a day trafficking human beings into our country. Do the math. They are making billions of dollars a year trafficking undocumented children and victims into this country. The Department of Homeland Security has effectively become a taxi driver to just help traffickers complete the last few miles of their human smuggling operation, and they're making billions of dollars in the process. It's absolute madness, and it is dismantling the safety of our communities. More than half a million known criminals and illegal aliens are in the US in our communities, free to re-offend and victimize American people. When we were at Eagle Pass in the Del Rio sector earlier in January, they told us that 60 to 70% of the people coming across the border right there at that epicenter are single adult males. They're military-aged. These are not huddled masses of families seeking refuge and asylum. These are people coming into our country to do only God knows what. The Biden administration is allowing it, and we've noted that they are coming from adversarial nations and from terrorist regions. We have no idea what they're planning. But in fiscal year 2023, border patrol encountered illegals from 170 different countries, including hundreds from Iran and Syria, thousands from Russia, and tens of thousands have come in from China. Tell me that's not dangerous? Law enforcement and intelligence leaders are warning us that we may very well suffer a preventable terrorist attack here in the homeland if we don't immediately secure that border and remove these dangerous terrorists from inside our borders. I read the black letter law to the President of the United States on the phone about two and a half weeks ago. I said, Mr. President, it says very clearly that you have all the tools and the executive authority necessary to reverse the catastrophe that you have created. He has those tools right now, and he has since day one. We have to decide if we believe in the rule of law or not. We have to decide if we're a sovereign nation or we're not. I believe that border security is part of our solemn obligation to safeguard the well-being of our citizens and uphold the principles that define who we are as a nation. A weak border weakens America, and a strong border is good for America, and a stronger America is good for everybody around the world. And everybody in this chamber should acknowledge that. Just as we lock our doors at night to protect our homes, we secure our borders to protect our homeland. And my friends, that is our sacred obligation." @SpeakerJohnson

Speaker 0: I said here on the night that I took my oath, we have a catastrophe at our southern border. It is because the border has been deliberately opened wide that we see the the terrific horrors that are taking place across our country right now. Here's a short list. From Texas to New York, waves of illegal immigrants are now overwhelming our communities. Just since the time I was elected speaker, less than a 100 days ago, more than 700,000 illegals have been welcomed into our country illegally by the Biden administration. American schoolchildren have been forced into virtual schools. Why? So migrants can sleep in their school buildings. Korean War veterans of the US have been booted from nursing homes that were sold to house migrants. Our streets are being flooded with fentanyl. 100 of thousands of children and adults are being poisoned and losing their lives. Vulnerable children and women or being exploited and trafficked by cartels, and that's happening even within our borders. The fallout goes on and on and on, and I am here this morning to beg of my colleagues to help us force the administration to take action. We have to stop this now and put Americans and Americans' border security first. In in January, I I took the largest ever congressional delegation down to the southern border. We had 64 members, 64 House Republicans representing more than half the states in this country. Why? Because now every state is a border state. And during our trip, we met with senior border patrol officials and and, officers and local sheriffs and and ranchers and landowners and community leaders who are dealing with this crisis right there at the line. And we heard about how they're struggling to deal with the overwhelming surge of illegals who are flooding into our nation. And while the Senate and the White House were negotiating a so called border security deal, one border patrol official compared the situation this way. He said, What we're being asked to do right now this is a 33 year veteran of border patrol, a high ranking official in in the agency. He said, what we're being asked to do right now is administer an open fire hydrant. He said, please convey to our friends in Washington, we don't need more buckets. We we need to turn off the flow. And his metaphor explains the situation perfectly. Since president Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas assumed office, there have been more than 7,000,000 encounters with illegal aliens just at our southern border alone. 35 of our 50 states, including my home state of Louisiana, don't have a population that large. Yet that's how many people have been apprehended in just the past 3 years. Among those who've been apprehended on the southern border, but between ports of entry, more than 300 individuals who are on our terror watch list. Terrorist watch list. The the frightening question is, if so many terrorists were caught attempting to cross our borders, how many have entered undetected? We suspect it is a much higher number. And we know that there are at least 1,800,000 gotaways that we know have escaped, CBP. Who knows what dangerous plans those gotaways are making and and and what foreign adversaries they may be speaking with? Understand the situation at our border presents a clear and present danger to our national security, and it demands that it be addressed. Even officials within the executive branch are saying so. FBI director Christopher Wray told the Homeland Security Committee just, in November that these gotaways are a great concern for the agency and that All 56 of our joint terrorism task forces are trying to identify who these people are. While we don't know how many terrorists are inside our borders, it's an unknowable number, we do know that fentanyl is pouring into our communities like an open sewer. Right now, the leading cause of death the leading cause of death in America for Americans aged 18 to 46 is fentanyl poisoning. And fentanyl seizures have increased 2 and a half times since president Biden took office. That's just the seizures. The rest of it flows right in. But even as some of it is seized, we know much more is making its way into our schools and our neighborhoods and virtually every community in America. Just a quick snapshot of my state in New Orleans. In my home state, 95% of the drug overdoses in New Orleans are caused by Fentanyl. 95%. We see that this poison is ripping families apart. Victoria McCulley from Baton Rouge was only 29 years old when she lost her life to Fentanyl. She was buried by her parents, leaving behind her brother and her sister and her young son. Alex Stinson is another victim. Like Victoria, he was from Baton Rouge. And sadly, also like Victoria, he died from fentanyl poisoning before his 30th birthday, leaving behind a heartbroken mom and dad and sister. Near Slidell, Louisiana. Just last week, a precious 2 year old child was found dead in her home with fentanyl in her system. Moms and dads, brothers and grandmothers, all of us are losing loved ones to a drug that is being smuggled across the border in droves. It's a parent's worst nightmare, of course, burying a child. And sadly, because of our open border, more and more parents are having to experience that unspeakable tragedy. That leads the American people to ask a very important question, and it is one that we've been asking on this side of the aisle for a long, long time. Where in the world is secretary Mayorkas on all of this? He is the secretary with the Department of Homeland Security. It's his responsibility to prevent these harmful drugs from flowing into our country and to secure that border, and he's done nothing of the sort. As we've heard from border patrol agents, he's doing exactly the opposite. He's He's handicapping law enforcement. He's limiting their ability to catch narcotics like Fentanyl. He's making it virtually impossible. They say in their own words, and they told us down on the border Eagle Pass, it's impossible to do the job that they were trained to do. Perhaps the secretary is busy identifying more people on on the list that he can release on parole. Because just since fiscal year 2022, secretary Mayorkas has released released into the country more than 1,500,000 aliens, just sent amount into the country on what they call parole. Remember, the Immigration and Nationality Act states very clearly that parole should only be used on a case by case basis and a temporary basis. But millions of illegals right now or being granted parole and spending many years in the United States before they're ever even expected to appear before a judge. Some of them or given a a piece of paper that says, we'll see you in a decade. It's absurd. This mass parole is neither temporary nor selective. It is a clear violation of federal law, and it is dangerous and it is subversive, and it's intentional. And to make matters worse, We've learned that the Biden administration is now simply just simply releasing 85% of the illegals who come across that border right into the country. They're coming to a neighborhood near you. For reference, by the way, if you're watching the metrics, in 2013, the Obama administration listen to this. The Obama administration detained 82% of illegal aliens. How do we go from detaining 82% to releasing 85%? It only happens if this is by design. It only happens if it's an orchestrated intentional effort by the administration to do exactly that. And that is what the evidence shows. John Adams famously said, facts are stubborn things. And these are the facts, and you can't look away. This is only part of why chairman Green and the House Homeland Security Committee marked up articles of impeachment last night. They wrapped that up at about 1:15 this morning, and they did very important work for our country. And we will be moving forward swiftly on those articles. It's long overdue. But secretary Mayorkas is only part of the problem. Because earlier this month, I I released a memo documenting 6464 specific actions that the Biden administration has taken to undermine our border security and to promote the mass release of illegals and dangerous persons into our country. 64 times. And here's just a a couple of the many alarming actions, and this is all public. Everybody can go see this. The day he took office, the very first day that he walked into the oval office. President Biden revoked executive order 9844. You know what that did? It ended construction of the border wall that Congress had already paid for. Everybody's seen the images on TV. The materials out there rotting in the sun and the and the the elements. Why? Because Joe Biden decided unilaterally he didn't want a wall. In February 2021, the the administration stopped applying title 42 expulsions to children and incentivized by doing that, incentivized families to send unaccompanied children through Mexico under the watch of who? Cartels and traffickers. Since then, the administration has lost track. They admit to this number. They admit that they've lost track of more than 80,000 unaccompanied children somewhere in the US. We were down there at Eagle Pass at the Del Rio sector. We went through one of these processing centers. And and what we saw down there was Heartbreaking. It was infuriating. But you see these small children. They're unaccompanied minors. Some of them, of course, aren't even, they can't even speak the language, obviously. They have interpreters there, but they they don't even know who they are. I mean, these are young children. They don't know what their full names are, where they hail from, who their parents are. And and they sit them there and they ask questions, some preliminary questions. And if the children don't know it, you know what they do? Literally, they take a sticker, and they put it on the chest of a little child that says Jane Doe or John Doe. What happens to them after that? We they border patrol says, gosh. We don't know. Our job is just to process them here. Well, they're released presumably into the hands of NGOs, nongovernmental organizations, who are being refunded, by the way, by American taxpayers, who do something with the children and then they just disappear. Well, we know 80,000 of them are missing. We don't know where they are. Have they been put into trafficking rings? We can only guess. We we know that some of these kids are being trafficked for free labor and and being forced to do things that are too appalling for us to articulate on this floor. Everybody here knows that's happening. Everybody here knows that's happening, and we're not demanding the president stop it. He can. He has the power to do it. It I'll continue. In October 2021, the Biden administration revoked the migrant protection protocols that had been instituted under president Trump. That's the the the policy that we all know, colloquially as remain in Mexico. Right? The remain in Mexico policy kept asylum seekers in a safe haven third country while they were seeking asylum in the United States. You know why that works so magically well? Because it sent a message around the world that you shouldn't pay your life savings to a cartel to traffic you through Mexico Mexico and drop you over the US border because you're not gonna be dropped over the US border. Hey. Save your time and treasure in trouble. Don't take that dangerous journey because the word goes out on social media to countries all around the world. They're not gonna let you in. Man, is that the most common sense rule you've ever thought of? The president doesn't agree. President Biden doesn't agree because he stopped it. He issued an executive order to stop that common sense rule. A A senior border patrol officer told us on that trip to Eagle Pass that if the Biden administration if president Biden, by the stroke of a pen, would issue an executive order today to just simply reinstate remaining Mexico. They think that that would stop the flow by 70%, 70, one stroke of a pen, by the president. He does not seem to care. I told president Biden this myself on multiple occasions. Most recently, a couple of weeks ago on the phone, I read him the law that says that he has all this authority, but he refuses to act. And even that's even despite court orders, by the way, that instructed the administration to reinst reinstitute remaining Mexico while the litigation was going on. You know what they did? They ignored it. The administration refused it. I can keep going. September 2022, the Biden administration reversed a 2019 DHS public charge rule. What was that about? They began granting entry to aliens who we know will be a burden to taxpayers to receive immigration benefits. This matters because it's one of many instances in which the Biden administration is actively incentivizing illegals to come to the United States. We have sent laid out the welcome mat, and we told everybody around the world, come on. Come on. You know what? The US taxpayer will take care of you. You know how much it's costing you at home, The American people, all of our constituents, 1,000,000,000 and 1,000,000,000 and 1,000,000,000 of dollars to do what? To provide for people who are intentionally breaking our laws. 1,000,000,000 and 1,000,000,000 of dollars to house them and educate them and clothe them and take care of them. Why should we bear that burden when they break our laws? That's what our constituents are asking, and more people are in this chamber need to be asking it as well. We're asking it on the house Republican side. We need our Democrat colleagues to join us. Instead of threatening illegal aliens with deportation, we're rolling out the welcome mat. We're including aliens who will drain resources you know what? Here's the other tragedy. The resources, those precious taxpayer dollars, are intended for and paid by American citizens. But when you drain those resources and you spend them on illegals from other countries, you cannot take care of your own. It's a travesty. You can also see this with how DHS has abused the CBP one app. Right? We've got an app. We've made it even easier now. In January 2023, they expanded the use of the app so aliens could just make appointments and then be released immediately right into America's interior. That that sure enough, guess what? 95% of all illegals who simply scheduled appointments through the app were released right into the United States on what they call parole. That's right. All you gotta do, just download the app because they all have smartphones, many of them coming over the border. Download the app, make an appointment, and the president of the United States will release you into a network of NGOs who will put you on a plane to the destination of your choice without any identification, by the way, while Americans are waiting in line to get through TSA, all on the dime of the American taxpayer. Ask yourself, is that right? Is that just? Is that good for America or anybody else involved? It's not. The open border combined with the incentives to come have produced a catastrophic year for our border patrol agents. In September 2023, US border patrol recorded more than 270,000 illegal alien encounters at the southern border in one single month. That was the largest ever up to that point. But guess what? That record was broken just a couple months later because in December, This past December 2023, CBP recorded more than 302,000 encounters, almost double the population of my hometown, Shreveport, Louisiana, in just one month. 302,000 people just walked right into the country, and we saw it down there with our own two eyes. And most recently, as president Biden has failed to exercise his constitutional obligation to police the border and protect Americans. Now he's undermined Texas's ability to protect its citizens, its residents. You know, Texas has a constitutional authority to take care of its people. Their first job of the government is to protect its citizens. And when Texas has acted to do that, The Biden administration and the president himself have intervened. They've taken them to court. They're cutting their razor wire. They're taking away the measures that that state of Texas has taken out of desperation to protect its own people. I could go on and on and on about all this. The numbers and the actions, the 64 actions that we've documented that president Biden has specifically taken to open that border wide up. It is crystal clear, his policy choices and secretary Mayorkas' refusal to comply with the law are driving this border catastrophe. The Biden administration has replaced detain and deport with catch and release. Instead of order, they have chosen for us disorder and chaos. Rather than securing the homeland, they've ceded the homeland to cartels and traffickers. By the way, at the at the Del Rio sector alone at Eagle Pass, Texas, they told us the cartels are are they are estimated, I think they said they're making $3,500,000 a day trafficking human beings into the country. Do the math. They're making over $1,000,000,000 a year bringing undocumented children, trafficked children, victims right into the country and and and and and bringing them in. They're doing this intentionally. They have chosen disorder and chaos. They have ceded the homeland of the traffickers and the cartels. And the Department of Homeland Security has effectively become a taxi driver to just help traffickers complete the last few miles of their human smuggling operation, and they're making 1,000,000,000 of dollars in the process. It's all absolute madness, and it is dismantling the safety of our communities. The House Judiciary Committee, where I served before I became speaker, recently released a report showing that right now, There are more than 617,000 aliens on ICE's nondetained docket nondetained docket who also have criminal convictions or pending criminal charges. That's right. You heard it right. That means that more than half a 1000000 Known criminals, illegal aliens are in the US in our communities, free to reoffend and victimize American people. The president's actions are also creating a permanent underclass in our society. Here's another sad secondary effect of this. An underclass of noncitizens who receive many of the benefits of citizen citizenship. He's inviting chaos and disorder within our land that is tearing at the very fabric of our society. The president Can put a stop to this? President Biden and secretary Mayorkas have designed this catastrophe. And now rather than accept any accountability or responsibility for what they've clearly done, president Biden wants to somehow try to shift the blame to congress for his administration's catastrophe by design. It's absolutely laughable. No one's falling for this. My counter is this. If president Biden wants us to believe he's serious about protecting our No security. He needs to demonstrate good faith and take immediate action to secure that border, but he won't do it. He needs to immediately stop the mass release of illegals into our country, but he won't do it. If he wants our House Republican conference to view him as a good faith negotiator, he could start with a stroke of a pen, but he's gotta do it quickly. Last week last week, I received a letter from former top FBI intelligence officials including the former assistant director of intelligence. Mister speaker, I I'd like to ask unanimous consent that the text of this letter be submitted into the congressional record. Without objection. In the letter, the signer said that America is facing a, quote, new and unfamiliar threat. As my colleagues know, you never wanna hear our intelligence leaders speak about an unfamiliar threat. But these former FBI officials told us that we are suffering, quote, a soft invasion along our southern border. They're They're stating what it what is obvious to all of us. They noted that we are experiencing a surge, listen to this, of military aged single men who are pouring into our country over the southern border from from adversarial nations, by the way, and and from terrorist regimes. When we were at Eagle Pass at the Del Rio sector in January, earlier January 3rd, with 64 house Republicans, they told us that between 60 to 70% of the people coming across the border right there at that epicenter are single adult males. They're military aged. These are not huddled masses of families seeking refuge and asylum. These are people coming into our country to do only god knows what, and we are allowing it. The Biden administration is allowing it. And and and we've noted that, they're coming from adversarial nations, from terrorist regions. We have no idea what what they're planning. But in fiscal year 2023, border patrol encountered illegals from a 170 different countries, including 100 from Iran, Syria, 1,000 from Russia, tens of 1,000 who have come in from China. Tell me that's not dangerous. In this letter, law enforcement and intelligence leaders are warning us that we may very well suffer a preventable terrorist attack here on the homeland if we don't immediately secure that border and remove these dangerous terrorists from inside our borders. House Republicans, of course, have acted. Last year, we passed the Secure the Border Act. This legislation would address the catastrophe. It would fix the asylum and parole processes that are so broken, it would support our border border patrol agents. The senate could take that bill up today. Chuck Schumer and the and the Democrats in the senate have been sitting on it in their majority for 9 months. They could do it right now. They could vote on that and and send it to the president's desk, but they won't. Why? Because they're apparently okay with all this as well. And while there may be some who think that it's not a good time to act, I disagree. Good policy, like a strong border and securing our nation and defending our sovereignty is always good politics. It's the right thing to do. It's the moral thing to do. It's the constitutional thing to do. It's the common sense thing to do, and I cannot, for the life of me, understand why the president won't agree with that. I've asked him myself repeatedly, mister president, do something about it. And he him hauls and pretends that he doesn't understand what his authority is. He knows what it is. To be sure we're not gonna agree to a fix that doesn't actually solve the problem. We would be derelict in our duty if we did that because we know what the problems are. We know how to fix them. And and just like the border official told us on that trip to the Rio Grande, House Republicans are not here to supply more buckets. We are here to stop the flow. And stopping the flow is not right rocket science. It takes political courage. It it takes transformational policy changes that we know what policy changes will accomplish that. This is not conjecture. It's not Republican talking points. This is what the experts at the border, at the epicenter tell us is necessary and needed, and it is insane that we will not supply it. We're also taking action this very week. Right now, we're doing this every day. I I'd like to thank representative Siskamani in McClintock and more for their hard work on very important bills, that that the house is considering. Even this week, these bills will hold foreign persons like criminal aliens accountable for their crimes and keep them out of our communities. One of one of those bills is the agent Raul Gonzales Officer Safety Act, of course, named for border patrol agent Raul Gonzales who died in the line of duty while pursuing a group of illegal aliens. It would provide stiffer penalties for aliens who attempted to evade arrest by the border patrol. We'll also consider a bill to ensure that aliens who are convicted of drunk driving are both deportable and inadmissible. Believe it or not, they're not currently. The the 3rd bill would provide stiffer penalties for illegal aliens who engage in Social Security identity theft. The 4th bill would ensure that aliens who have ties to Hamas and the Palestinian Liberation Organization will not be granted entry into the United States. These bills are obviously common sense measures to protect the American people. They should gain support of Republicans and Democrats, but my guess is not many Democrats will support it. And the Republicans in the house will continue to press for secure borders to ensure America's immigration system serves the national interest and does not benefit aliens who are a danger to our own people. Now last Friday, president Biden came out in support of the senate's deal, which we haven't seen yet. There's no text yet. But from what we've heard, this so called deal does include that does not include, sorry, does not include from we've what we've heard, these transformational policy changes that are needed to actually stop the border catastrophe. Among the reported details of the bill again, I'm working off reports because I haven't seen the text. But apparently, reportedly, a new authority would be created in the law so the president can, quote, shut down the border once daily crossings exceed 5000 a day. You Okay. Right. You heard that right. Okay. So it is illegal to cross our border, but apparently, we're concocting some sort of deal to allow the president to shut down the border after 5,000 people break the law. Why is it 5,000? If you add that up, there'd be a 1000000 more illegals into our country every year before we take remedial measures. It's madness. We should we should be asking what kind of enforcement authority kicks in at 5,000 illegal crossings a day. The number should be 0. 0. And I don't care what congressional district you go into in America, pull up, people at random on the street and ask them, hey. Should we allow 5,000 people to break our law each day to get a million into the country, or should we stop it at 0 and enforce our law? It's it's it's mad I don't know what another word to describe this. It's madness. Anything higher is simply surrender. Anything higher than 0 is surrendering our border, surrendering our sovereignty and our security. And it's important to point out, and I wanna make this very clear, the president's statement on Friday, he falsely claimed it was false claim that he needs Congress to pass a new law to allow him to close the southern border. He knows that's not true. The president has been around Washington a long time. Okay? And the president repeated his claim yesterday on the White House lawn. He said, quote, I've done all I can do. Just give me the power I've asked for. Moments after his comments, the president's own spokeswoman contradicted him and said, quote, there are things that are within his power to secure the border. Well, hello. Of course there are. The law is very clear. Anybody can Google this. Any American citizen could just pull this up and read it for themselves. Let's set the record straight. What he said is demonstrably false. I've explained to him specifically. I read the president of the United States the law, the black letter law on the phone about two and a half weeks ago. I said, mister president, it says very clearly, you have all the tools and the executive authority necessary to reverse the catastrophe that you have created. He has those tools right now and he has since day 1. The Immigration and Nationality Act, for example, coupled with coupled with recent Supreme Court president, give the president, quote, ample authority to suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens or impose any restrictions he may deem appropriate. That's the broadest authority that congress probably has ever given a president, and it's been there for a long, long time. In fact, The very provision that I just read you was used by the Obama administration more than 19 times. It's been used, I think, 69 times by presidents since 1980, but not by president Biden. He he pretends it's not there. Any attempt by this president to pretend that he's a bystander bereft of any ability to secure the border is patently absurd, and we're gonna continue to remind the American people of that. If we take a step back and we consider the current catastrophe at the border, we can all see that our country is at a critical decision point. We are at a moment where we have to decide right now as a congress, as a people. We have to decide as the American people if we have borders or not. We have to decide if we believe in the rule of law or not. We have to decide if we're a Sovereign nation or we're not. House Republicans do believe that America has borders and that we are a sovereign nation. We believe we must set limits on the number of immigrants who enter, obviously, and the American people have a say on immigration policy. Understanding who enters and enforcing our immigration laws are critical components to maintain a sovereign country. If you do not have sovereignty, you do not have a country. I also believe that border security is part of our solemn obligation to safeguard the well-being of our citizens and uphold the principles that define who we are as a nation. In no sense is border security somehow an act of hostility to neighboring countries. It's exactly the opposite. Because a weak border weakens America, and a strong border is good for America, and a stronger America is good for everybody around the world, and everybody in this chamber should acknowledge that. And just as we lock our doors at night to protect our homes, we secure our borders to protect our homeland. And my friends, that is our sacred obligation. We in the House Republican conference desperately wanna protect our homeland because we want to ensure that all of our children and grandchildren can continue to enjoy the blessings of liberty that we have enjoyed and that we have loved and experienced and and we can continue this grand experiment in self governance we began in 17/76. But here's the question. I'll leave you with this. Does president Biden want that? Does president Biden believe in the rule of law? Does president Biden believe that we're a sovereign nation? Does he believe that Americans and not those from other countries should be put first. Every American citizen should be asking these questions of the president and helping us demand his answers. We won't stop. We're gonna continue. And with that, I yield back.

Let me be clear: The Senate Border Bill will NOT receive a vote in the House. Here’s what the people pushing this “deal” aren’t telling you: It accepts 5,000 illegal immigrants a day and gives automatic work permits to asylum recipients—a magnet for more illegal immigration.

Speaker 0: There are sections in this that even shocked Alex Jones because I know they're a bunch of criminals. But it actually says that Biden has the power of a dictator, which which shows they would never give this power to Trump. So they intend to steal the election in 9 months. And it says, for any reason, Biden can declare an emergency and do whatever he wants on the border, including in cities around the country and giving them unlimited money, and it gets worse, only the special court in DC, which they totally control. You've seen all the kangaroo action there. All the rig show trials there. That that court has the jurisdiction. And and and and and, I mean, I sat there and marked up the bill. There's gotta be, like, 30 things in there that are just jaw dropping. Jaw dropping. The bill grants the far left DC court exclusive authority over future immigration disputes. 17. Only by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, which shall have sole and original jurisdiction to hear challenges, whether constitutional or otherwise, the validity of this section or any written policy directive within policy guideline, written procedures, or the implementation thereof issued by the under the authority of the secretary implementation of the section. Where do you see bills that say all the other local courts, district courts, federal courts, Supreme Court, or no jurisdiction? No. It's gotta go to the DC court. That right there is setting up the DC dictatorship. But it goes on here. Well, this is the key. In general, if the president finds this is in the national interest to temporarily suspend the border emergency authority, the president may direct the secretary to spend the use of border emergency authority on emergency basis. Duration. If the case of the decree of the president under sub paragraph, here it all is right here. So and and I've got the bill. I I've got it all right here. It legalizes everything and the funding and sets up special courts and and billions and billions of NGOs and and even more money if the president says in this emergency or his undeclared emergency, it makes him a dictator over the border. Here's another headline, red state. Schumer, Schumer swoons over McConnell's work on border security bill have never worked so closely. Because Mitch McConnell is is just as senile, maybe even more so and out of his mind, than Joe Biden. Speaker 1: While other networks lie to you about what's now. Infowars tells you the truth about what's happening next. Visit infowars.comforward/show and share the link today. Speaker 0: Infowars, tomorrow's news, today. Speaker 2: That it's time for humanity to stand up in the infowar and say, I don't know what's gonna happen at the end of this, but you wanna fight, you better believe you got 1. Speaker 0: From the front lines Of the information war, it's Alex Jones. Speaker 2: His responsibility to enforce the laws in the United States. I have used a clause in the constitution that Power states to defend themselves. It's article 1, section 10, clause 3 of the United States constitution where a state can defend itself and its citizens to protect their safety from the imminent danger that we are facing and from an invasion of millions of people coming from across the low into our country who are unaccountable whatsoever. And I applaud and thank that the members of the governors, they're with us here today. Speaker 3: We are here with our fellow governors today And with you and many governors that are not, because every state in our country now is a border state because of what were happening. When you think about the amount of fentanyl, Oh, this is trafficking. It's coming. They're coming to every state in the country, and every governor's having to Speaker 2: deal with. Speaker 3: 450 8,000,000 lethal doses of Fentanyl that have been detained at this border. Think about the doses that were not. Every governor's dealing with that. $51,000,000 in cash, £56,000 of that every state in the country is having to deal with. This is ruining lives in our states. It's ruining our communities. It has taken a toll on our fans. And it is time that something was done about this. And that is why we are standing here As governors, making sure that that gets done. Every state in the country is depending on no Biden acting. And if he does not, then we will continue to do so. I understand governor Speaker 2: Each one of us understand the devastating effects that the border policy has had on every one of our states essentially. Speaker 3: And we're here together to collaboratively Speaker 2: work to support Texas and to provide for the safety and security of people all across the country. This experiment in an upward world policy has catastrophically failed America. This country is in desperate need of leadership as it relates to this issue. If somebody makes it across the border illegally, the president has possibility imposed by congress to detain any illegal immigrant who has come here as opposed to detaining any illegal immigrant. Biden has let them all loose across the entire country with no ability to accurately determine their whereabouts or what they may be doing. Over the tenure of Joe Biden, we've had 3 Houston's cross the border Illegally. All time records. And we see the dangers every single day. The governors here have repeatedly called on The Biden administration to step up and do their job. Most recently, in a joint letter, we asked for the names and identities of People that have crossed illegally into this country, that request was met with silence. The average American is a the number one issue in the United States of America is the broken border and the illegal immigration that Joe Biden has created. We don't have time to wait for November. We got lives on the line every single day. Say that to the parents who have lost a child to deadly fentanyl that growing a number across the country, there are lives at risk every single day. Because like every officer in every city in our great state that understands that they have a daily duty to make sure that their communities are safe regardless of when election came play. Speaker 0: We are 273 days, 12 hours, 53 minutes, 41 seconds south, the most important election in world history. I'm coming to you from the heart of Texas, Austin broadcasting worldwide. Thanks to your support, your prayer, and your word-of-mouth. Alright. Look. They just released the, quote, bipartisan senate bill that they claim they have the votes for to pass in the house and senate. And I got about 5 AM as I normally do today with a couple hours of research before my daughter and wife got up. And I saw the subsections of the bill that Jack Posobiec and others were posting, and I went and read most thing this morning. That's a big bill. But there are sections in this that even shocked Alex Jones, because I know they're a bunch of criminals. But it actually says that Biden has the power of a dictator, which which shows they would never give his power to Trump, so they intend to steal the election in 9 months. And it says, for any reason, Biden can declare an emergency and do whatever he wants on the border, including in cities around the country and giving them unlimited money, and it gets worse, only the special court in DC, which they totally control. You've seen all the kangaroo action there. All the reg show trials there that that court has the jurisdiction. And and and and and, I mean, I sat there and marked up the bill. There's gotta be, like, 30 things in there that are just jaw dropping. Jaw dropping. The good news is they've been trying to spin this in the last month with different versions, and they do this thing where they won't show you the version, and then they bring it out hours before they try to vote on it. They've been doing the same crap here. They try to spin it and say, oh, Trump says don't do the deal because he wants the crisis to continue so he gets elected. No. Even Bill Maher's read the law and said Friday on his show on HBO, no. They have all the power. The president has the power. Biden has deliberately opened the border, which I know you know and I know. He said when he was running for office, he said, once I till the election technically said once I win, immediately surge the border. Said it in 3 different video clips. By the way, we always show the one for some reason. When you guys said it three times that I've seen, find me the 3 times Biden said, surge the border. He said that 1. The others, he said immediately, come to the US, come to the border. Maybe that's why when you search it, he only said surge once. But he he said 3 times. When I win, come here. Seek asylum. It's open. So it's so damning to sit here years later three and a half years later, and he's running around saying, oh, no. That's not what we're doing. So I got 3 stacks on this, and and I and the border is everything because it's so illustrative of how the government is hijacked by criminals and how they don't care about us and then how they bring in the illegals to then them up for welfare, but also make them get jobs. And they have Democrat Party NGOs and community organizers and law firms own and run these people. And that's why they put their deportation hearings out on average 5 years, some are out 9 years, is they're gonna control them. And the minute you get uppity as a illegal alien they brought in, as a permanent underclass, quote, migrant, your ass is deported. And that's who they deport. Not criminals, not MS 13. That's all admitted in the legislation, and it's admitted in his orders to the border patrol in the last 3 years. Just because somebody's a felon, just because somebody as a gang member, an MS 13, doesn't matter. Doesn't matter if you've caught them 6, 7 times. Doesn't matter if they've got 3 convictions. You're gonna let them go. But whoo boy. The IRS with no evidence claims you owe a bunch of money and sends you some letter. No judge, no jury is gonna take your house. Let me just mention some of the headlines here with the border situation. We had all the other stuff here as well, but it all ties in. And then I'm gonna drill into the bill, and I I've got a copy of it here. And and and Chuck Schumer is having orgasms on television. He's beside himself. Oh, Mitch McConnell is the greatest. Mitch McConnell freezes up every time he's on TV now. Mitch McConnell's wife is an admitted communist shiny spy. It's not just Democrats that are on the payroll, like Swallows Well and and or Fang Fang or whatever her name is, or or, you know, Diane Feinstein before she died, her chief of staff was a Chinese agent. It's Republican leadership. And the speaker of the house claims this legislation is dead on arrival. But if you look at the votes, it's close. I've teen enough, this bill is even worse than we expected and won't come close to ending the border catastrophe. The president has created as the lead Democrat negotiator proclaimed under this legislation, the border never closes. That's they said that. If this bill reaches the house, it will be dead on arrival. So this is an illustration of the complete insane arrogance. I'm gonna say this again very slowly, and I'm gonna show you the text. For any reason, the president can declare an emergency or undeclare an emergency and has all power over all actions at the border and can create any funds he wants or direct funds to the cities, and all disputes will be brought to a special court that he set up in DC. I mean, wow. So rubber stamp. Here's some of the headlines. Don't be stupid. Trump slams senate border bill demands separate package not tied to foreign aid. Oh, and it's got all that in it too. I I forgot. It's got a ton of money for Israel, ton of money for Ukraine. You know, they said it wouldn't, got 1,000,000,000 for the NGOs, couple 1,000,000,000 smackers to to to pay for the UN bureaucrats that are running all this. We got a good boil down on it on infowars.com. Scandalous senate deal allows 1,500,000 illegals per year, allocates 2,300,000,000 to NGOs, trafficking them, and gives 60,000,000,000 to Ukraine. Trump says only a fool or radical left Democrat would vote for this horrendous border bill, which only gives shut down authority after 5,000 encounters a day when we already have the right to close the border now, which must be done. This bill is a great gift to the Democrats and the death wish of the Republican Party. It takes a horrible job the Democrats have done on immigration, the border, absolves them, and puts them squarely on the shoulders of Republicans. Don't be stupid. We need a separate border and immigration bill. It should not be tied to foreign aid in any way, shape, or form. The Democrats broke immigration and the border. They should fix it. Make America great again. I got Bill Maher. Let let's just play this short clip. Or even Bill Maher says, it's in the law. They don't need a new law. They can control the border. Let me tell you. We had crew down there for last week. Still we still got Drew Hernandez down there right now following reports with the governors and everything. And when the convoy showed up and reporters showed up, both sides just shut down. Nobody else showed up. They got diverted down the road a 100 miles. It's total coordination. Here's Beaumont. Speaker 2: Part 2 of the acting Yeah. Is is is Joe Biden saying, you know what? If you just give me a new law a new law, why doesn't the president can fix this. He already has the existing laws. Speaker 3: And border patrol is still right Speaker 2: in your face. I need a piece of paper From congress to deal with the border. No. We already have that. That's right. That's right. So he has Speaker 0: so you know you lost it. You know the system's in trouble when Bill Maher is speaking out against you. You're like, tell us something we don't know. I know you know this. The general public does it tune in? You know, we reach millions a day. General public still thinks that, oh, the border crisis wasn't created by Biden. More and more figuring it out, though, and that's important. So, here's president Biden. We've reached an agreement on bipartisan deal that includes the toughest and fairest set of border reforms in decades. And it includes support for Ukraine and Israel, provides humanitarian assistance to the Palestinian people, while you bomb them. Now let let me do this. Let me start getting in to the subsections of the bill that I just mentioned. You know what? Let's do that in a minute. Let I got copies of it right here. See these these subsections? I'm gonna show you this in a minute. First, let's look at Elon Musk. Because people say, oh, Elon Musk couldn't blah blah blah. Well, I'm not saying Elon Musk is perfect. I'm not his apologist. I don't work for Elon Musk. But he's reaching 50 something 1000000 people a day saying Biden wants to destroy America and the borders are wide open, it's totally criminal. There's Chiacom agents coming across, and and the globalist want to depopulate you and your family. We've gotta defeat the globalist, and and he I I I interview him, and he says we need team humanity to stop the global depopulation. The globalists are gonna destroy the Earth and collapse everything. I'm supposed to just go, well, screw you. You're not good enough. I'm gonna sit there when somebody starts swinging way over to our direction. Again, he was never pointed purely at evil. But let's just say he was 360 pointed at evil. We don't want a 360. We want a 180 to good. He's already swung, like, 90%. So I don't look a gift towards the mouth, folks. Must says, wants illegals to vote, exposes Chinese pipeline in the US, calls for arrest of NGOs and epic spree, says they're trafficking children, shows all the senate reports, says arrest them now, calls for state attorney generals to indict the NGOs, which I've said a 1000 times. The NGOs are smuggling children. It's still federal law. You can't do it. They're unaccompanied. In fact, the crew sent me another report. I haven't even I forgot to give the rest of the crew. Of of of the border patrol told us they're so upset because there's 100 of little kids per crossing a day by themselves. And they say, I've been told at gunpoint to come here, 5, 6 year olds, and then a van picks them up and drives off of some men. And the border patrol knows that's illegal and says, we want the authority which we have under law to stop this. Say, Elon Musk, damn him. He's so horrible. Russ, stop it, Musk. Do not call for the rest of NGOs. You are not sure enough. You you you should just shut up and not fight the tyranny. That makes no sense. But it's all the cause celeb thing to attack Elon Musk. Okay. Great. I mean, he's just totally almost done a 180 here. He's almost completely like Alex Jones now. Was supposed to just sit back and say, well, you're not a purist. You're not we don't hey. I don't I'm not even saying trust Musk. Like, Joe Rogan. I've known Joe 25, 26 years. God longer than I know it's since 1998. Been friends with him since 1999. Good friends. And I've seen his evolution. I know he's pissed. Don't know who must be on the scenes. Unless he's put on a giant act, he's completely awake now, folks. And they're sure it's all coming after him, aren't they? I've told you forever. You gotta be ready to start winning, folks. Freedom is popular, but continuing. Not everybody started 30 years ago and has always been anti New Lord like me. Most people don't have that pedigree, folks. And I'm not trying to say I'm holier than now. It was all because of my family and educating me. Well, we're educating Joe Rogan and Elon Musk. So Musk says, Dem is wanting legals to vote, exposes Chinese pipeline of the US, calls for arrest of NGOs and epic post spree that reached I said 50,000,000. That was, like, 3 of the posts reached 50,000,000. I think if you count them all, it's like a 100,000,000 people. Man, I wish he'd shut up. I mean, you're calling for the arrest of the UN smuggling kids? Man, must. That guy's bad. I'm whoo. Need to shut him down right now. Whoo. I agree with Soros and the EU. 14 governors, border convoy protest eagle passes. Open border becomes full blown national security crisis. Great job to the convoy organizers. It's been peaceful. The border patrol's on our side, the state police, the national guard, the state guard, 14 governors showed up, pledging to take action and start prosecuting the smugglers and the NGOs. Yes. Yes. Just because Biden waves a one and says the border's up, it doesn't mean you're allowed to smuggle kids. So Abbot's doing the right thing. He's not perfect, but he's swinging our way. Isn't perfect. He's far from perfect. He's our enemy. Soros is coming after Musk. The globalists are coming after Musk. Musk isn't perfect. That's what I said about Soros. We know the whole Soros Biden left this combine is coming after all these people that are swinging our direction. And, again, they're not perfect, but it doesn't matter. Everybody's second against the convoy. Now it's top news. Now there's 14 governors down there. That's how we draw attention to that, which will create the solution. It's how we kill these evil bills, and it's how we create the legislation we need to stop this. 14 governors joined border convoy protests at Eagle Pass on open border becomes full blown national security crisis. Trump doubles down on mass deportations. Says we gotta do it. I got the video of that coming up. But now let's do this. Let's get into the legislation that Mitch McConnell, a totally compromised globalist, giving into the state department, the, the whole New World Order project is doing. Alright. This is, from the bill. In wokeness said, holy crap. This might be the worst insane part. And I didn't just believe these posts. I went and checked it in the bill this morning. This is all true. The bill grants the far left DC court exclusive authority over future immigration disputes. 17. Only by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, which shall have sole an original jurisdiction to hear challenges. Whether constitutional or otherwise, the validity of this section or any written policy directive within policy guideline, written procedures, or the implementation there of issued by the under the authority of the secretary, implementation of the section. Where do you see bills that say all the other local courts, district courts, federal courts, Supreme Court, or jurisdiction? No. It's gotta go to the DC court. That right there is setting up the DC dictatorship. Elon Musk points out, the only term the only long term goal of the so called border security bill is enabling legal legal leaders to vote. It will do the total opposites during the border that he links to the report on that. Here's another one. Not only does the bill cost 1 point not only does the bill codify 1,500,000 illegal border crossers into law, but the border emergency that automatically gets implemented with 5,000 crossings per day a week can be overturned by Joe Biden. And in case the 1,500,000 legals isn't enough, it also locks in green card giveaways through 2030. And there's the subsections right there of the bill, section 212. And here's a blow up of it. Mandatory activation. The secretary shall activate the border emergency authority if during a period of 7 consecutive calendar days, there is an average of 5,000 or more illegals who've encountered each day or one calendar day, a combined of 8,500 or more aliens. But it goes on here. Well, this is the key. In general, if the president finds this is in the national interest to temporarily suspend the border emergency authority, the president may direct the secretary to suspend the use of border emergency authority on emergency basis. Schumer. Schumer swoons over McConnell's work on border security bill have never worked so closely. Because Mitch McConnell is is just as senile, maybe even more so and out of his mind than Joe Biden and the rest of these one attics. The good news is speaker Johnson declares so called border security deal is dead on arrival. But that's what they're trying. That's what they're doing, and that is what we face as a society in a culture right now. Speaker 4: Well, well, nitric oxide is a key. It's made by our own bodies again. It's made by l citrulline and and l arginine, the amino acids. So we're fed. You can you can get it from beet powder and other things. The nitric oxide relaxes cyst. The endothelium, the vasculature, it relaxes the vein. It's a natural blood pressure. In fact, I use the 2, your InfoWars. What does it do? Speaker 4: It relaxes the vasculature. So the clot will go through and not restrict. It allows it to relax. It lowers the blood pressure, has the, toxic, synthetic lipid nanoparticles Similar to the one in the COVID shot. Prior to the COVID shot, the deadliest vaccine, we saw athletes dropping dead on the field, passing out, falling down all the things Speaker 0: Why is it particular to the athletes? Speaker 4: Because they operate at oxygen max, capacity max. They're they're operating at such a high level in their mitochondria. This is an energy production, oxygen, necessary disease. Speaker 0: So they create they that's what they're finding. They turbocharge the blood clots. Yep. Speaker 4: And ischemia, lack of oxygen. So constricted blood vessels too because athletes are running. They're constricted. They're they're working so that the blood flows, and it doesn't flow, which is why Your nitric oxide, product, that new products, I hope you'll show it because that's a very important thing to have for acute events. @elonmusk - Elon Musk

The massive flood of illegal immigration is due to 94 executive actions by the Biden administration. Until those executive actions are revoked, claims by Biden that he wants to address illegal immigration are a bold-faced lie.

@KanekoaTheGreat - KanekoaTheGreat

Reporter: “Why are you waiting to take executive action on the border?” Biden: “Because we need more forces on the border, I don’t have the authority to do that.” Biden took 94 executive actions in his first 100 days to decimate border security — and has all the authority he needs to reverse course and end the border crisis. On Biden's inaugural day, he signed executive orders that incentivize illegal immigration: • Paused Deportations • Suspended "Remain in Mexico" • Stopped Border Wall Construction Since these policy changes, over 8 million people have illegally entered the country, with millions more slipping past border patrol undetected.

On day one of Biden’s presidency he: -Revoked Trump’s immigration enforcement orders -Terminated the national emergency declaration used to fund the border wall -Deferred the removal of certain illegal aliens Now, we’re experiencing a border crisis like never before.

It has been 50 days since Kamala Harris became the presumptive Democratic nominee, and she recently released her campaign policy page. I find her claims about tax cuts for middle-class families misleading, as her plans could lead to increased audits and a significant tax burden on them. Her housing proposals may raise home prices without addressing affordability, and her education policies seem to ignore the needs of non-college graduates. Additionally, her childcare and energy plans lack detail and have resulted in higher costs. Lastly, her border policies appear to reward illegal immigration, and her support for veterans has been inadequate, particularly following the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan.

It has been 50 days since Kamala Harris became the presumptive nominee of the Democratic Party. In the dead of night yesterday, she finally released her campaign policy page. Here's what I think of it 🧵

⁨⁨1) Kamala Harris claims she wants to cut taxes for middle class families, but here's what's in her plan: IRS Audits for working families: Getting audited is a horrendous experience, even if you’ve done nothing wrong. Harris cast the tie-breaking vote to hire 87,000 IRS agents to audit more people. As recently as last summer, 63% of new audits fell taxpayers earning less than $200,000. The IRS, like Kamala Harris, claims that it’s not going to increase audits on people making under $400K, but the Treasury Inspector General stated the agency’s strategic plan, “did not include specifics on how the IRS was going to ensure it met this commitment.” That’s because they have no intention of ensuring they’re not going to audit middle class families—that’s where they’re going to find the money to pay for their massive spending proposals. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, under questioning in the House, could not deny that 90 percent of new audits under the IRA would be on households earning less than $400,000. The nonpartisan Government Accountability Office found that the majority of additional taxes the IRS recommended from audits from 2010-2021 came from taxpayers with income less than $200,000. It’s even harder to pretend that taxing working men and women isn’t their focus when you think about the reporting requirement Biden-Harris signed into law to require businesses to fill out a 1099K form on transactions over $600 made using third-party payment platforms. The reporting threshold before their bill was $20,000. There’s no minimum number of transactions in their bill, so a single transaction over $600 that triggers the reporting requirement creates more paperwork. Even Senate Democrats have backed different bills to blunt the impact of this enormously burdensome mandate. The Government Accountability Office found this aspect of the Harris tax record would result in at least 30 million new 1099K forms getting sent out in 2024. The Joint Committee on Taxation found that over 90 percent of the tax burden will fall on middle class families and gig workers. The Biden-Harris tax plan, as explicitly outlined in their formal budget request to Congress would increase taxes by $5 trillion. That’s going to stack on top of her inflationary climate spending bills and drag the economy down further. It’s been estimated that “the tax changes in the Biden-Harris budget would reduce long-run GDP by 1.6 percent…wages by 1.1 percent, and employment by about 666,000 full-time equivalent jobs.” That’s nearly a million people out of work and lower wages for everyone in order to shift money towards the Harris Green New Deal—as she said to CNN in her first interview after nearly a month as the Democratic nominee, her values haven’t changed on that policy, which she supported enthusiastically when she was in the Senate. All in all, the Biden-Harris record has been a massive wealth transfer from working people to the Green New Deal’s constituencies—the Harris tax plan is going to be more of the same, no matter what kind of claims she makes during the campaign.⁩

2) Kamala claims she wants to make rent more affordable and home ownership more attainable, but that's not what her plan would do at all. Kamala wants to give every first time homebuyer a $25,000 check toward downpayment assistance. What she fails to leave out is that this would likely raise the average home price by the same amount, making her plan moot. We also haven't heard how the debt-burdened federal government would pay for such a plan. There’s also no guarantee that this down payment assistance will be limited to citizens. The campaign has yet to lay out what requirements there will be, beyond being a first time homebuyer and having a two year history of rental payments. One reporter has indicated that only an SSN or taxpayer identification number will be required. If that’s true, then this would leave open the door for millions of illegal immigrants to get this assistance. And this wouldn’t be the first time housing assistance has gone to noncitizens—there are a number of federal housing subsidies that noncitizens are eligible for: including the HOME Investment Partnership Program and Treasury’s pandemic era Emergency rental assistance program. But under Kamala, the potential for assistance to go to illegals isn’t the only issue. Couple that with Kamala’s CFPB and DOJ effectively forcing banks to lend to noncitizens. They’ve rewritten guidance mandating that banks cannot deny loan applications strictly on citizenship grounds, even though citizenship and residence status bear a large impact on loan repayment prospects. Vice President Harris also mentions how she'll spur the construction of "3 million more rental units." While she outlines an admirable plan, it's tough to take it seriously. This Vice President has overseen an administration that has enacted new red tape for multi-family and single-family construction. We've seen her Housing and Urban Development Department enact green energy requirements for new rental units, mandatory strictly-cosmetic updates to public housing units, and more regulations that will make it harder to grow the rental supply. That's not the end of it. The Vice President seems to think that the ongoing housing crisis is strictly due to a supply problem, but it's not. Her policies have also driven demand for housing through the roof, particularly when looking at the price and availability of rental units. As I've outlined before, and as academic research supports, mass immigration drives up demand, threatens the American dream of homeownership, and makes housing less affordable for working Americans. When a city’s immigrant population increases, the area’s home prices and rental costs rise by a comparable amount. But the effects vary by neighborhood: home values are negatively correlated with the immigrant concentration. The result: only current homeowners in non-immigrant, wealthy neighborhoods stand to benefit from mass immigration. Working-class residents see their rental costs soar, and their home values decline. It's common sense, we can't fix our housing crisis until we address the crisis at the border.⁩

3) Vice President Harris claims she'll "take on the everyday obstacles and red tape that can make it harder to grow a small business." However, under her administration, the SEC has promulgated at least 47 rulemakings, the majority of which have not been mandated by Congress, and we've seen Treasury enact burdensome compliance regulations, with some even aimed at small businesses, like the Administration's preferred implementation of the Corporate Transparency Act. This doesn't sound like cutting red tape to me. It sounds like the opposite: enacting overbearing regulations that stifle innovation and kill job creation.

4) Kamala Harris claims she wants to make our education system a pathway to the middle class. Take it from me, a working-class kid who went to Ohio State on the GI Bill and then to Yale: education can absolutely be pathway to the American Dream. But I’m not naive enough to think that our current system works for everyone. It obviously doesn’t. Fewer than one-in-five American students goes smoothly from high school to college to a career that uses their degree. Kamala Harris doesn’t want to address these problems. Instead, she wants to double down on the failures of our education system. She wants taxpayers to write off more student loans, to increase subsidies that will only drive up tuition costs, and to send even more money to some of the worst-performing universities in the country. Here’s what I’d like to know: What will Harris say to Pennsylvania ironworkers who are upset that they have to pay for someone else’s college degree? The answer, I’m afraid, is absolutely nothing. Kamala Harris, like the rest of our education establishment, treats the majority of hard-working Americans without a college degree as an afterthought. We’re the only developed country in the world without a distinct, vocational education pathway, and yet Kamala Harris thinks the solution is to send even more money to universities.⁩

5) Kamala says she wants to invest in affordable child care, but again that's not what her plan would do: As I’ve said before, I want our public policy to increase access to affordable childcare options and empower parents with the flexibility and resources to make the best childcare decisions for their family. Harris says that she wants families to “afford high-quality child care.” That may sound nice, but as always, Harris is light on detail and heavy on slogans. What might she mean by this? It’s tough to say, but the best indication would be the national childcare plan that she’s already laid out with President Biden as par of their “Build Back Better” plan. We all know how those policies turned out: skyrocketing inflation. But the childcare provisions of their plan were so extreme that not even a Democrat-controlled Congress could pass them. They wouldn’t have worked for many American families. Most parents who use a paid childcare center say they prefer a faith-based provider. What would Harris’s plan do for them? Nothing. Childcare providers based in a house of worship would have been excluded from funding opportunities. Other faith-based providers would be subject to additional regulations in order to access funding that might not have been able to meet. Many parents prefer to stay at home with a young child or have a loved-one watch them. Would Harris’s plan support these families? Not at all. Her proposal was only supports childcare centers and would offer no support to families that prefer not to send their children to daycare. Ensuring families have access to affordable childcare is an important challenge for our policy to help tackle. But the answer cannot be to force families into Kamala’s preferred one-size-fits-all model. We can support parents and their children without leaving millions of families behind.⁩

6) Kamala Harris made it clear that she views American energy policy as a part of her wider fight against global warming. For example, she takes credit for passing the Inflation Reduction Act, which she claims lowered household energy costs while building a green energy economy. The reality of the IRA’s climate record, however, is much different. CBS News reported earlier this month that the cost of electricity has increased more than 28.5 percent since 2019, with the average American now paying nearly $300 each month just in utilities. These higher costs can be attributed to a shrinking supply of American electricity. More specifically, Harris's environmental policies have shuttered reliable coal power plants, slowed the approval of new natural gas plants and failed to enact permitting reform for American generation and transmission infrastructure. Instead, they have placed an increasing burden on less reliable sources of energy, such as solar and wind. These renewable sources are more dependent on conducive weather than coal and gas plants, which means they are most prone to failure exactly when Americans are most reliant on electricity to do things like heat their homes. Kamala’s energy policies are making Americans poorer and more vulnerable to extreme weather. As for the “new green energy economy,” let us look at the IRA’s effort to make American roads more conducive to electric vehicles. The IRA allocated $7.5 billion to build new EV charging stations along highways. In the almost two years since the IRA became law, the Biden-Harris administration has built just eight charging stations. This program is part of the wider Harris push to replace gas-powered cars with EVs, which has also fizzled. Many automakers, including Ford and General Motors, are delaying or curtailing EV rollouts amid lower-than-expected consumer demand, despite rosy predictions from administration officials and $7,500 federal tax credits to buy new EVs. Meanwhile, dealers are complaining that they cannot move the EV inventory they already have. Kamala Harris also pledges to advance “environmental justice” and pays fealty to international climate agreements. At best, the policies spawned by progressive and foreign ideologues will go the way of the EV push: billions of tax dollars wasted with American energy and auto workers left with uncertain futures. At worst, Kamala’s climate policies will increase energy costs for all Americans, degrade their standard of living with new climate mandates, leave them vulnerable to dangerous weather and make America a worse place to live. We all want cleaner air and water. What we do not want is more climate hysteria.⁩

7) Kamala Harris says she wants to secure our borders. Her record tells a different story: Harris touts her record prosecuting international criminals as California’s Attorney General. One of the reasons why California has so much migrant crime is because it is a sanctuary state that shields illegal aliens from deportation. Hence foreign criminals feel more protected in California. Another thing Attorney General Harris did as California’s AG was write a 2015 letter to the US Senate defending California’s sanctuary state policies and opposing a bill that would penalize the state’s noncooperation with federal immigration law. It is safe to assume that there would have been a lot fewer migrant criminals to prosecute in California if the state and AG Kamala had allowed ICE agents to do their jobs and deport them. Kamala Harris then claims to have supported a bipartisan border security bill that would have deployed more agents and drug scanners. I believe she is referring to Sen. Chris Murphy’s Border Act of 2024 (S.4361). What she won’t tell you is that the bill also codifies catch-and-release, allows up to 1.8 million illegals to enter before the border could be closed, gives billions of taxpayer dollars to the same NGOs that are driving the invasion and expands the executive parole powers used by Biden instead of limiting them. The bill’s author Sen. Murphy put it best when he admitted that, under his bill, “the border never closes.” I think all of that is totally unacceptable when our nation is facing a historic border crisis, which is why I and my Republican colleagues opposed it. Kamala Harris should have instead pushed for a standalone vote on new border agents and scanners. Kamala Harris also brags that, thanks to her efforts, border crossings are currently at 4-year lows. It is worth remembering that almost four years ago, on their first day in office, Biden and Harris issued executive orders that stopped border wall construction and stopped deportations. They then rescinded Trump’s Remain In Mexico policy, allowing every migrant with a dubious asylum claim to enter America while waiting in an years-long case backlog. As a direct result of these actions, America endured consecutive months record-breaking illegal immigration. Only once their Border Act was rejected, and border security consistently polled as a top concern of voters, did Biden and Harris issue orders that give the appearance that they care about illegal border crossings. She cannot take credit for nominally lower border crossing numbers after she spent almost four years holding the border wide open. But the most destructive part of the Kamala Harris border plan is where she says that she wants to give her 8.5+ million illegal aliens an “earned pathway to citizenship,” which means rewarding illegal aliens with amnesty and the right to vote in our next election. Promising amnesty and citizenship will create a gigantic magnet for illegal immigration that will entice people around the world to race across our borders. If there’s a takeaway from this section, it’s that Kamala opened our borders to 8.5+ million illegal aliens, lied about it for almost four years, blamed others when she got caught and now wants to reward those illegals with citizenship.⁩

@JDVance - JD Vance

8) Kamala Harris has said she wants to support veterans and their families. She has completely failed to do so as Vice President: Right from the beginning, Biden and Harris charted a bad course, putting U.S. soldiers in harm's way. In Afghanistan, as the situation turned chaotic in 2021, a lot more could and should have been done to keep our people safe. People on the ground warned Biden and Harris - through a dissent channel cable - that the situation would get chaotic. The administration didn't listen. And so when the time came to move our people out of Kabul, we ended up running the operation out of Kabul's own airport, right in the city. It was chaos, and ISIS terrorists exploited that chaos to murder 13 U.S. service members at Abbey Gate on August 26, 2021. And the thing that gets me is this: Kamala Harris never once bothered to pick up the phone and call those families. Kamala Harris never once supported an investigation into the decisions that led to Abbey Gate. If Kamala Harris cared about veterans, she would have demanded accountability. She didn't. I think our veterans and their families deserve a genuine investigation into what happened at Abbey Gate. That's about accountability, yes, but it's also about making sure it doesn't happen again. The same mistakes that led to our losing people at Abbey Gate were repeated again and again and again. At Tower 22 in Jordan on January 28, 2024, we lost three service members to a drone launched by an Iran-backed militia. Different time, different place, different enemy - but a lot of the same mistakes. By that time, our forces had been under fire in Syria and Iraq dozens, hundreds of times since October 7 - and we weren't shooting back. The situation was chaotic, we weren't in control, it was only a matter of time before our people paid the price. Take your pick of military operations under this administration - from the pier to nowhere in Gaza to the Red Sea operation against Houthi militants, the common thread running through them is our soldiers get thrown into situations where they are sitting ducks, where they very often come to serious harm, with no serious thought given to how we're going to get the other side to stop shooting at us. That absolutely has to stop, and it will stop under President Trump. When Russian forces attacked us in Syria on President Trump's watch, we killed them. When we took on ISIS in the Middle East, we destroyed them. Our goal should never be to send our troops into harm's way as some kind of symbol of resolve. We send our troops in to win. That's how it should be.⁩

I believe that Haitian migrants in Ohio are not illegal due to the Biden administration's executive decree, which protects them from deportation. While Temporary Protected Status (TPS) is intended to be temporary, I argue that Democrats will not enforce deportation when it ends. Additionally, Biden's use of "parole authority" has allowed many migrants to enter the U.S. legally, which I see as an abuse of immigration law. The original intent of TPS, established by Congress in 1990, has been stretched beyond its purpose, creating significant issues that I think could be addressed by future leadership.

@BuckSexton - Buck Sexton

The Haitians migrants in Ohio are not *illegal* The Biden/Harris administration decided, by executive decree, that they cannot be deported, and are de facto legal More importantly, Democrats will never, ever, deport these “TPS” recipients It’s not temporary, it’s forever

@BuckSexton - Buck Sexton

It’s supposed to be a temporary status, and when it ends, they are all “illegal” again in the sense that they are deportable. But Democrats absolutely will not deport them. That’s the whole game.

@BuckSexton - Buck Sexton

Also: Biden has exercised a “parole authority” so that many of these TPS designated countries have been allowed to fly hundred-of-thousands of migrants *LEGALLY* into the U.S. This an outrageous abuse of an immigration law loophole. However bad you think the Biden borders are, it’s worse

@BuckSexton - Buck Sexton

Temporary Protected Status comes from Congress, the Immigration Act of 1990. It’s supposed to be an emergency only measure. Biden’s White House has abused it far beyond the intent of the law, and created a mess. But Trump can turn it around and shut it down.

Many members in the house read the text of Senate bill. Members contacted speaker Johnson, and we were very clear. There should there is no way the Senate bill should get a vote in the house because it is a terrible piece of legislation that will not secure the southern border. House Republicans have passed border security measures, HR 2. We did it more than a year ago. Has Chuck Schumer brought it up for even debate or a vote in the Senate? No. He has not. Has the White House decided to reach out to the speaker Johnson to debate and deliberate or negotiate or compromise on HR 2 and its elements to secure the southern border? No. They have not. They're in charge in the Senate and in the White House. They've done nothing, except the bill that couldn't even make it out of the Senate. So I think it's important to set the record straight. Oh, also, by the way, house Republicans weren't gonna vote for that bill, and that was before Donald Trump even made his his view known on the senate compromise bill. 60 Minutes repeatedly asks Harris why the Biden/Harris admin waited 3 years to take executive action to curb illegal crossings. She says they introduced a bill upon taking office (that bill would’ve given given an 8 year path to amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants) then pivots to saying Trump killed the bipartisan border deal - which, again, the admin did not attempt until after 3 years of record setting chaos. Harris never actually answers the question as to why they waited 3 years to attempt to stop the chaos at the executive level. And a reminder about those record setting numbers, they do not include the more than 1.9 million known gotaways who were recorded entering the U.S. without apprehension. Gotaways under Biden/Harris in 3 years were higher than the prior decade of Trump + Obama - combined and there were times when entire chunks of the border were left completely unmanned to focus resources on processing/mass catch & release instead. There were days in 2022 & 2023 when 2,000+ gotaways were being recorded by CBP every day - while at the same time, the admin was falsely claiming the border was “closed” and “secure”.

Kamala and Mayorkas have significantly altered immigration policy, allowing more inadmissible aliens into the U.S. than previous administrations combined. This includes flying hundreds of thousands of inadmissible Haitians into the interior, a practice not seen under Obama or Trump. Historically, inadmissible aliens were not granted entry, but now, under the current administration, up to 45,000 can enter monthly. The numbers presented can be misleading, as they reflect a new approach to immigration that contrasts sharply with past policies.

@fentasyl - ~~datahazard~~

Kamala-Mayorkas opened the border in unprecedented fashion, inviting in more than the previous 2 administrations COMBINED. But this number is misleading. Kamala-Mayorkas also changed policy so millions of aliens Apprehended by or deemed Inadmissible by CBP were granted entry into the interior of the USA for years under flimsy and/or fraudulent terms of "parole" & "asylum" Obama & Trump didn't fly hundreds of thousands of Inadmissible Haitians into Middle America. During the Obama & Trump presidencies, "Inadmissible Alien" did not mean "Inadmissible Alien, later flown to Ohio." But it means exactly that under the Kamala-Mayorkas Plan For America.

Instead of patrolling the border, the BP has been illegally used to usher in over 717,000 alien parolees so far. There is no authorizing legislation for this. They simply wanted to bring in as many foreigners as possible, as fast as possible. The Border Patrol being illegally directed in this way only further exasperated their manufactured border crisis. The BP wasn't patrolling the border while they were focused on this illegal "parole" policy. The so-called “Secure the Border Bill” would have converted illegals to legal immigrants, legalized the illegal actions of the Biden administration and done nothing to reduce illegal immigration. It was a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Any given piece of legislation will do the opposite of its name.

If you have a significant number of people that are being moved into swing states that have come across the border illegally and then you provided them with all these services, you provided them with food stamps, EBT, you provided them with housing, you could if you gave those people amnesty and allowed those people to vote and it was very organized, You're talking about 75,000 votes over a few counties that switched everything over to the Republicans. You could see how you import 10,000,000 people over the course of 4 years illegally and then move a significant number of them to swing states and then provide them with all these services and then give them a path to citizenship, you could essentially rig those states. Speaker 0: Undeniably, immigration is changing our nation. I mean, I haven't spent a lot of time in Texas, but it's very clear that that immigration has has remade Texas. And I think it's, generally, it's Speaker 1: it's Speaker 0: for for a good

The negative feedback from voters clearly pushed for a change. Even with proposed adjustments, the bill remains weak. We need robust policies that ensure local and state agencies actively support the Trump administration's interior enforcement efforts. Half-measures just won't cut it.

@GovRonDeSantis - Ron DeSantis

The overwhelming negative feedback from the voters obviously forced a change in course. The bill, even with these proposed changes, though, is weak, weak, weak. We need strong policies that will ensure that local and state agencies are actively assisting with interior enforcement efforts of the Trump administration. Half-measures won’t suffice.

I reported on a troubling situation in Florida where a 37-year-old illegal immigrant was arrested for molesting at least one teen girl placed in his care by the Biden administration. The administration has placed hundreds of thousands of vulnerable children with unvetted sponsors, eliminating DNA testing and failing to check criminal records. The Department of Health and Human Services, responsible for these placements, lacks law enforcement capabilities, leading to serious concerns about child trafficking, with one-third of the children reported missing.

@lukerosiak - Luke Rosiak

Florida police have arrested a 37-year old illegal immigrant for molesting at least one, and possibly more, of the teen girls that the Biden administration sent to live with him as part of its "unaccompanied alien children" smuggling operation.

@lukerosiak - Luke Rosiak

The Biden admin placed hundreds of 1000s of vulnerable children in the homes of random illegal immigrant adults. The "sponsors" were essentially unvetted; Biden got rid of DNA testing, texted pictures of foreign IDs to show their names, and didn't check foreign criminal records.

@lukerosiak - Luke Rosiak

Unaccompanied alien children were placed w "sponsors" by the Department of Health and Human Services, which is not a law enforcement agency and had no ability to do anything about it when they were trafficking kids for labor or sex. 1/3 disappeared. Teen Molested By Illegal Alien Who Biden Admin Sent Her To Live With, Police Say A 37-year-old illegal immigrant man was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing at least one teen girl who the federal government sent to live with him as part of the Biden administration’s scheme to place “unaccompanied alien children” in the homes of unrelated, loosely-vetted “sponsors.”Wilson Manfredo Lopez-Carillo was arrested by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office in Florida on May 22 and charged with three counts of sexual assault on a minor. Police said in charging documents that the victim arrived in the United States in August 2023 as a 16-year-old, and was placed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the home of several people, whose names are redacted but appear to include Lopez-Carillo.The victim “reported three instances of sexual battery by [redacted] all occurring in February 2024. [Redacted] stated that [redacted] was not present during these incidents, as she would be out with her children selling tamales to support the family. She explained that [redacted] took advantage of [redacted’s] absence to abuse her,” a document said.While she was in the kitchen. Lopez-Carillo “grabbed her, and took her to his bedroom. He removed her pants and underwear and proceeded to sexually batter her,” police wrote. A second incident unfolded similarly, with the man offering her $100 to keep quiet, which she refused, police said. She did not report the incidents to police initially “due to fear of retribution from [redacted], who had threatened her,” it continued.The heavily redacted police statement suggested that the adult woman in the house became suspicious and confronted Lopez-Carillo. The victim was given three days to leave the house and “sought refuge with…a friend from church.” The friend contacted the woman who “revealed that [redacted] had sexually assaulted [the victim] which led to her expulsion. [The friend] expressed his shock and concern upon hearing this. He decided to allow [the victim] to stay in a room at his home to prevent her from being homeless.”Once living with the friend, she felt safe enough to report the abuse to the police. The friend later became the girl’s legal guardian after receiving permission from her parents, and told police another girl had also sought refuge at his home after a person whose name was redacted had attempted to sexually assault her.Police set up a recorded call where the victim asked Lopez-Carillo why he had assaulted her as a minor, and he “responded by attempting to justify his actions.” He did not deny the incidents but “tried to downplay their significance” and “attempted to shift the blame onto [redacted],” police said. “When confronted about the possibility of a pregnancy, due to unprotected sex, he mentioned giving [the victim] a pill,” they wrote.Lopez-Carillo is being held without bail in a Palm Beach County, Florida jail, and a judge has determined that he is an illegal alien, according to court records.The case was first reported by Illegal Alien Crimes on X.Probable Cause Affidavit: pic.twitter.com/19we82vrJM— Illegal Alien Crimes (@ImmigrantCrimes) May 30, 2025More than 120,000 “unaccompanied alien children” entered the country annually during the Biden administration as part of a loophole that let illegal immigrants stay in the country if they said they were under 18 and were not with their parents.That incentivized families to separate, paying human traffickers to take the children across the border alone. When the children arrived, they were astonishingly vulnerable to exploitation: they didn’t speak English, they were underage, they were in debt to cartels, and they were afraid to go to the police because they were illegal immigrants.But Democrats had accused President Donald Trump of holding “kids in cages,” referring to the secure facilities developed by the Obama administration. So, when Joe Biden became president, he sought to avoid the charge of hypocrisy by quickly finding places for the children to live.The problem was there were no safe homes waiting to take in hundreds of thousands of children. So the Biden administration began sending them to live in the homes of illegal immigrant adults who often were not related to them. It was impossible to vet them since the “sponsors” were illegal themselves, and since the Department of Health and Human Services is not a law enforcement agency.As a result, contractors received billions of dollars to process the children, and HHS officials used makeshift vetting, such as having sponsors text a picture of a foreign passport to them. But there was no way of knowing whether the sponsors were who they said they were, and no way to check foreign criminal records or the authenticity of documents with the government of their home countries.Biden’s immigration policies came under renewed scrutiny this week after an illegal immigrant granted a work visa by the Biden administration threw a Molotov cocktail at a group of pro-Israel demonstrators in Colorado. Mohamed Sabry Soliman, a 45-year-old Egyptian national and illegal alien, is believed to have entered the United States on a visa before he was granted work authorization by the Biden administration, which he overstayed after it expired in March, The Daily Wire reported.Biden’s Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said after children were delivered by contractors to “sponsors” — who government officials had typically never seen until the drop-off — the federal government was no longer responsible. Mayorkas also claimed that stopping the trafficking of children for labor was “outside the responsibility” of DHS.But Democrats, led by Kamala Harris, pushed to prevent HHS from sharing data with other federal and state government agencies, ostensibly to protect the privacy of the illegal immigrant adults and children. That meant that local school districts and state child welfare offices had no idea that the children existed, making it impossible to ensure that they were attending school and not being trafficked for labor or sex.Federal whistleblowers told Congress the scheme amounted to taxpayer-funded human trafficking, and the New York Times reported that one-third of the children could not be located 30 days after being placed with a “sponsor.”Democrats said the solution was more money, obscuring the fact that HHS has no law enforcement powers and could not do anything to punish sponsors who would not say where the child was, even though an American whose child disappeared would go to jail.In August, the Department of Homeland Security inspector general said the department did not know the location of 300,000 minors, and “Without an ability to monitor the location and status of UCs, ICE has no assurance UCs are safe from trafficking, exploitation, or forced labor.”The inspector general mentioned a case similar to Lopez-Carillo’s, in which “One ICE officer expressed concern with not being able to take action in a case involving a UC whose sponsor claimed the UC was in an inappropriate relationship with her husband.” That same month, the Democratic National Committee made preserving the unaccompanied minor loophole a plank of its 2024 platform.Donald Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, said rescuing the missing “unaccompanied alien children” is a priority.Related: How Guatemalan Traffickers Exploit Biden’s ‘Unaccompanied Alien Children’ Program dailywire.com

I argue that most alleged asylum seekers at the Southern Border don’t fit the narrow state-persecution criteria, and that the whole frame is fake. Non-Mexican entrants supposedly travel through persecution-free countries; many allegedly refuse safer resettlement; lawyers push fake asylum claims as a multibillion-dollar industry. Detention is civil, not punishment, and removals happen only after hearings—often delays, absences, or appeals. Biden released millions without intake for political aims.

@StephenM - Stephen Miller

A little primer on “asylum”: 1. There are no “asylum seekers” on the Southern Border. “Asylum” is limited to individuals fleeing extremely narrow categories of state persecution (eg high-ranking Soviet defectors during the Cold War) — none of the groups illegally crossing the border fit that criteria. No one in Mexico or Ecuador or Honduras etc live in nations where there is any state persecution of any protected class. It’s all fake, all the way down. 2. All non-Mexican illegals have transited through additional countries on the way to America where there are no forms of state persecution, thereby further disproving any hypothetical claim 3. As yet further proof the claims are fake, aliens turn down the opportunity to avoid this fabricated persecution by being safely resettled in another nation 4. Illegal aliens receive free and functionally unlimited legal services. When facing deportation, they and their lawyers (as a matter of course) automatically file fake asylum applications. It’s a multibillion dollar fraudulent industry. It’s gross, unethical, and deeply immoral. Everyone involved in this system understands and knows these claims are false. Adjudicating these knowingly false claims is a full-time job for thousands of people. 5. Federal law requires illegal aliens to be detained pending a hearing for their (fake) asylum claim. These are not prisons. They are not being punished. No one is being sentenced. Civil detention and removal is not part of the Article III justice system (in fact, Congress stripped Article III of jurisdiction over civil immigration procedure). The goal of the US government is to send aliens home immediately (they get cash and a free plane ticket) with the fewest days in custody as logistically possible. Any delay is caused by the fake asylum claim. 6. When the fake asylum claim is heard on the “non-detained” docket the illegal aliens rarely show for their hearings. Those few who do show stay in the country regardless after losing (unless placed into detention). Removal orders are ignored as a matter of course. If and when absconders are eventually found (at great time and expense) they still have to be detained to actually effectuate the removal. At this point in time their lawyers will file a motion to reopen their asylum claim or otherwise appeal the finding and seek release again. Regardless, no removal of any alien anywhere can occur unless in a detained setting. If the alien has children they are, by law, supposed to stay in a family residential center (that costs more per night than a high-end hotel, and includes full medical, dental, scholastic and other services). 7. Biden officials did not even bother with the pretext of performing intake interviews for the millions and millions and millions they released into the US. The aliens were simply released on sight, no questions asked, with court dates years away, in the hope and expectation that by the time their fake asylum claims were adjudicated and rejected years later, Democrats would be able to scream that these illegals have now lived here for X years and they and their children must be allowed to stay at our permanent expense. No one in the prior Administration responsible for these decisions actually believed the or now this has anything to do with asylum. To them, it is just useful propaganda in service of infinite mass migration.
