With outbreaks in 48 states as of Friday, according to the Center of Disease Control, additionally 9 states including Michigan have reported outbreaks of the Avian Flu in cattle and with 49 herds across the US are impacted. I shared concerns about the USDA spending $1.5 billion on mass culling for bird flu, which has led to skyrocketing egg prices and increased transmissibility of H5N1 to humans. Epidemiologist Nic Hulscher argues that current biosecurity strategies are failing and calls for an end to unnecessary culling, allowing natural immunity to develop. Additionally, I highlighted the unpredictability of disasters and recommended My Patriot Supply for emergency food kits that last up to 25 years to prepare for unforeseen events.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

DISTURBING: The USDA has spent $1.5 BILLION on mass culling for “bird flu.” If you’re wondering why your eggs are expensive, this is why. But skyrocketing prices are just the least of our problems. Epidemiologist @NicHulscher points out that a recent study by Garg et al. found that “100% of poultry-linked human H5N1 cases have been traced to reckless mass depopulation efforts.” So the very policy meant to protect is making bird flu more transmissible to humans. “Current biosecurity strategies aimed at ‘eradicating’ bird flu are clearly failing,” Hulscher says. “The USDA must… end the unnecessary culling of healthy birds, and allow natural immunity to develop.” Follow @NicHulscher and @McCulloughFund for more breaking news about bird flu and the harms of the COVID-19 injections.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The USDA has spent over $1.25 billion on mass culling due to the H5N1 bird flu, leading to disastrous consequences, including skyrocketing egg prices. This failed biosecurity strategy has caused egg prices to reach a 45-year high, misusing taxpayer funds. As of November 2024, the costs associated with the H5N1 outbreak have exceeded $1.4 billion, with $1.25 billion in indemnity and compensation payments. A staggering $227 million went to premises infected multiple times. Mass culling is failing, bird flu is still spreading, and egg prices are skyrocketing, impacting the cost of many foods. Speaker 0: The USDA and other health related news has spent $1,250,000,000 on mass culling for the h five n one bird flu with disastrous consequences. You wanna know why your eggs are expensive? This is actually why. Mhmm. Primarily has to do with the the mass culling. The failed biosecurity strategy has driven egg prices to a forty five year high while wasting billions in taxpayer funds and immediate payments. According to a recent USDA document titled payment of indemnity and compensation for highly pathogenic avian influenza. As of November 2024, the costs associated with the ongoing h five n one outbreak have exceeded $1,400,000,000, including 1,250,000,000.00 in indemnity and compensation payments. Of this, the, AFIS has spent approximately 227,000,000 on indemnity payments to, premises that have been infected multiple times with HPA, I or HPA one. The strikingly large sum of indemnity payments not only incentivizes farmers to comply with state run mass killings of their animals, but also represents a serious misuse of taxpayer money. Mass colonies trigger a cascade of severe downstream consequences. Here are four key reasons why the mass colonies of poultry for h five n one bird flu must end immediately. Mass colonies failed despite, killing the entire flock. Bird flu detections continues to widely propagate. Also, it causes egg prices to skyrock skyrocket. And by the way, that causes almost all food to skyrocket as people might know because eggs are a primary ingredient in, you know, baked goods, Yeah. Primary ingredient in a lot of health foods. Mhmm. And a primary ingredient in a lot of base Chad's morning breakfast routine. But basically, they've hit a 45 high according to inflation. They also result in chicken to human transmission because people are having sex with chickens. No. I don't I don't know. That's I don't it is a crazy story. It's like, by the way, we got HIV because people were having sex with animals. And by the way, guys, you know, a lot of you, I do care about your guys' health and wealth. Today marks the worst day for our family farm. Security guards were stationed overnight as a dozen people in hazmat suits prepared to cull all our chickens, despite over 4,000 showing no signs of disease. We meticulously track our birds, yet there’s no quarantine option. We face a year without restocking, risking our customer base, and the costs of disposal and incineration are overwhelming. The government seems indifferent to our plight, and we’re left uncertain about our future. We appreciate the outpouring of support during this heartbreaking time.

@robinmonotti - Robin Monotti

Pray for the family farm here today. Orchard Organic Farm: The worst day has come. We had security guards positioned on both entrances to the farm overnight. Yesterday, at least a dozen people in hazmat suits and huge helmets were setting up the cull equipment and Jerry spent hours with the government vet counting every chicken with no signs of disease (those are the ones we get compensation for). I find this slightly ludicrous as we keep meticulous records which clearly show the number of birds in each house with any losses  recorded. The chickens also get counted again as they are culled. Over 4,000 hens show absolutely no signs of disease whatsoever and are positioned well away from the infected house. All birds will still be culled. There is no quarantine option. We cannot restock for 12 months by which time we will have lost all our customers. There is an option to go through a secondary cleaning and disinfection process but this is extraordinarily expensive and out of our reach. Despite trying very hard, it is nigh on impossible to get affordable insurance for avian flu. The cost of insurance would have made our business completely unviable. No-one wants to insure organic laying hens due to the freedom they are afforded and therefore the greater risk of being in contact with wild birds. We have to shoulder the cost of incinerating £7,000 of eggs which can't be sold and disposing of £5,000 of chicken feed which has to remain in the farm. Tomorrow we will wake up with empty fields and all our 'girls' will be gone. The government has no interest whatsoever in what happens to us now, other than making sure we follow their post cull rules for the year ahead. We have no idea what the future holds for us now. After the most gruelling and haunting week of our lives at Orchard Organic Farm we will be taking some time to decide on the best way forward and Jerry will be looking for a job. Thank-you to everyone for the wonderful messages of support. We have felt very loved and we are more grateful than you can ever imagine. Emma

@RWMaloneMD - Robert W Malone, MD

This is truly horrific. The wastefulness and wonton cruelty is on a scale that is hard to imagine. And Sayer is right - these animals are asymptomatic. There is no need for this. BTW- I hate the term "poultry industry." Farming should never be an industry. Farmers have a duty to care for and ensure a good death of the animals they are responsible for. Corporations have removed the humane component of farming.

🚨Using PCR to justify mass culling of asymptomatic chickens in ‘avian flu outbreaks’ is like sentencing an entire town to exile because a few dust particles tested positive for smoke. Detecting viral fragments (often indistinguishable from nucleic acids from damaged cells) is not the same as confirming infection, let alone infectiousness—yet entire poultry industries are dismantled based on a molecular whisper, not a biological reality. Even Kary Mullis, the inventor of PCR, warned that it should never be used as a diagnostic tool for infectious diseases.🐓

I've raised concerns about the USDA's plan to vaccinate millions of chickens against bird flu, which I believe could lead to dangerous "leaky vaccines." These vaccines may not stop the virus but instead could create mutation factories, resulting in more infectious variants. Despite the government investing heavily in culling and vaccines, egg prices are skyrocketing, and the real issue—how this could affect humans—remains unaddressed. I advocate for isolating infected flocks and using therapeutics instead of mass culling. The situation is alarming, and I hope more people pay attention.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

RFK Jr. Issues Grave Vaccination Warning HHS Secretary Kennedy just upended the bird flu vaccine narrative, revealing a disturbing reality authorities are trying to hide. Why isn’t anyone talking about this? 🧵 THREAD

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

The USDA wants to vaccinate millions of chickens to stop the bird flu. They claim it’s the ultimate solution, but not everyone’s convinced. RFK Jr., for one, is sounding the alarm. He’s worried about a big problem: “leaky vaccines.”

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

Leaky vaccines don’t actually stop a virus from spreading. Instead, they risk transforming entire flocks into virus mutation factories, churning out new variants like some kind of twisted science experiment gone wrong. All under the guise of health and safety.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Vaccinating birds with a leaky vaccine, one that doesn't provide sterilizing immunity, turns the flocks into mutation factories, teaching the organism how to mutate. This destabilizes the organism and makes it more likely to jump to animals. The speaker claims that all agency heads from NIH, CDC, and FDA advised against bird vaccination because it is dangerous for human beings.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: The White House, we all of my agencies have advised against vaccination of birds. Because if you vaccinate with a leaky vaccine, in in other words, a vaccine that does not provide sterilizing immunity, that does not absolutely protect against the disease, You turn those flocks into mutation factories. They're generating they're teaching the organism how to mutate. And it's it destabilized, and it's much more likely to jump to animals if you do that. Right. So all my agency heads from NIH, CDC, and FDA had all said, we should not be vaccinating. It's dangerous for human beings to vaccinate the birds.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

"All of my agencies [CDC, NIH, FDA] advise against vaccination of birds because if you vaccinate with a leaky vaccine … you turn those flocks into mutation factories,” Kennedy explained. “It’s dangerous for human beings to vaccinate the birds…” Not only does the virus not go away, it actually evolves, adapts, and potentially becomes more deadly.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

This isn’t just some wild guess. History has already shown what happens when viruses mutate thanks to leaky vaccines. It can drive viral evolution, not only allowing pathogens to persist but also making them more infectious and harder to control.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker presents a chart showing 40 years of egg prices, noting increases (red) and decreases (blue). Egg prices went up under the first Obama term, down under President Trump, and then skyrocketed (blue). While avian flu is a factor, the speaker attributes high egg prices to high input costs, regulation, and the closing of export markets. The speaker claims that since Joe Biden took office, there is a $49 billion deficit in agricultural products, compared to zero under President Trump. The speaker states they are working to address the issue.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: But the other thing I wanna say, if you don't mind, Chris, is we're talking about the high price of eggs, and I wanna show your, viewers this chart. So you'll see here that this is forty years of egg prices. Right? Forty years. The blue is, is Obama, the first Obama term. The red, you'll see that prices of eggs go up. The red, the prices go back down. That's under president Trump the last time. And then the blue is when they skyrocketed. So, certainly, avian flu has a lot to do with it, but it's also the high cost of inputs, the unbelievable amount of regulation, the shutting down of our export markets. We have a $49,000,000,000 deficit in our ag products since Joe Biden took office. Do you know how much of a deficit we had under president Trump when we left? Zero. So there's a lot more that goes into this than just the avian flu, and, we're working really hard to address it.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

And while Big Pharma and the USDA continue to push leaky vaccines as the “solution,” look at what’s happening in the egg industry: • Egg prices have skyrocketed to $4.95 per dozen on average with customers in some states seeing prices topping a staggering $10 per dozen. • A sickening 166 million chickens have been culled in the United States alone. • The USDA is reporting that egg prices may jump another 41% in 2025, making what used to be a staple in the American diet sadly out of reach for many.

Speaker 0: And, the the the the disease is not passed through food. So you cannot get it as as far as we know, you cannot get it from an egg or, or milk or meat from an infected animal.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

But here’s the kicker: this virus isn’t even transmitted through eggs or food. So why are we murdering so many chickens and growing fearful of eggs? Instead of using a leaky vaccine and slaughtering millions of chickens, Kennedy suggests a more level-headed approach: • Isolate infected flocks • Let them develop natural immunity • Use therapeutics to treat and protect healthy birds

Video Transcript AI Summary
Scientists are largely against culling flocks, suggesting instead that flocks should be isolated and therapeutics tested. They propose allowing the disease to run its course to identify birds with a genetic inclination for immunity, which should then be bred, similar to wild populations. The White House strategy is to repopulate farms that have been depopulated. 66 million chickens have been killed, which is why there is an egg crisis.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: The the question is, should you cull those flocks? Most of our scientists are against the culling operation. They think that we should be testing therapeutics on those flocks. They should isolate them. You should let the disease go through them and identify the birds that survive Mhmm. Which are the birds that probably have a genetic genetic inclination for immunity, and those should be the birds that we breed like the wild population. Right. Right now, the White House strategy is to repopulate those farms that have been depopulated. We've killed a 66,000,000 chickens. Wow. That's why we have an egg crisis.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

“Most of our scientists are against the culling operation. They think that we should be testing therapeutics on those flocks. They should isolate. You should let the disease go with them and identify the birds that survive, which are the birds that probably have a genetic inclination for immunity,” Kennedy explained. Meanwhile, the government is dumping $1 billion into bird flu measures: • $500M for “biosecurity” • $400M for farmers with culled flocks • $100M for research into vaccines and therapeutics

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

Despite all of this funding, there’s no relief for Americans in sight. Egg prices remain sky-high and are expected to rise even further. Why isn’t anyone talking about this disaster?

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

The real concern is where this all leads. If leaky vaccines fuel viral evolution, what happens when bird flu jumps to humans? Do they push another rushed vaccine? Will we see more mandates? This isn’t just about chickens (even though what’s being done to them is downright horrible). It’s about a repeated failed approach to disease control that always leads to the same disastrous outcomes: Big Pharma profits, higher food prices, more unnecessary vaccinations, and a heck of a lot of fear.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

The red flags are all around us, and thankfully, RFK Jr. is ringing the warning bell loud and clear. But the question is, will anyone actually pay attention?

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

These “leaky vaccines” are dangerous. Hardworking farmers are being forced to kill healthy birds, and now the country is facing a major egg crisis. What’s the government doing about it? Throwing more cash at the problem, doubling down on vaccines, and dodging any real accountability.

If we don't stand for this and we don't pull together and we don't save all of these beautiful, happy, healthy animals, then what kind of world have we become? If I've ever asked for anything, we're asking for an SOS, and we need people to come to our farm today to stand up and do something. They say they're coming in one to four days. Jump's supposed to be ready for the bodies. You guys, please, if we've ever pleaded, We're asking now for everybody to be that one voice. We can make the change. We just have to do it together. We can't let them do this. Please come to the farm. 301 Landfill Road. Come surround the farm. Don't let them do this to these beautiful animals.

I’m devastated as I plead with inspectors not to euthanize my 400 ostriches. They claim bird flu could strike quickly, but none have shown symptoms for 8 days. My birds are 34 years old and can live to 75. It feels unjust to lose them over a disease that hasn't affected them.

Owner at Universal Ostrich Farm begs inspectors hysterically crying not to kill her 400 ostriches The tell her the bird flu would at max take a couple days to kill an ostrich. None of her ostriches have had symptoms for 8 days They’re 34 years old and live to be 75 Ostrich eggs have natural antibiotics. They’re killing all her birds over “bird flue” when none of the 400 Ostriches she has left have any symptoms

Someone states they are passionate after 34 years of caring for animals that live to 75 and have names. They ask that "Connor," "Ethan," and "Lulu" not be shot. They acknowledge there's a policy in place, but argue it's time for a change, suggesting a report indicating every bird looks healthy. Another person responds that going against the entire industry is not their decision, and that changing to a non-eradication approach requires a national conversation with the CFIA and the Canadian government. When asked how long it would take for an ostrich to die from sickness, the response is hours to days, depending on the disease. Someone counters that there have been no avian flu deaths on the farm in eight days. Another person states that the challenge is control versus eradication, because one diagnosis puts the entire population at risk, mandating destruction.

Speaker 0: I'm passionate. Why? That's thirty four years of animals that live to 75. They have names. You tell Connor. You tell Ethan. You tell Ethan. You tell each one of them that you're gonna come in here and shoot them. This isn't something Tell Lulu. We want to be doing, Speaker 1: but there's a policy in place that we must follow. Speaker 0: Well, it's time. And this is the first in Canada. This is the time you guys could change the policies. You can put in your report every bird looks healthy, please. Speaker 2: That's not our decision to make. To go against the entire industry make that decision Speaker 0: No, Wendy. You say they're looking at changing it, please. Speaker 2: National industry in consultation with the CFIA and the Canadian government. That's the that's if you want to say, okay. We're not going to eradicate. We want to move to something different. That's a conversation that has to happen at the national level. Speaker 1: What are your expertise on how long would it take to pass through an ostrich? If they were sick, how long would it take before they would die? Speaker 2: It depends it depends on on the disease condition, how they respond. It could be hours, could be a couple of days. Speaker 1: Okay. Okay. You say a couple of days. We have not had a death on the farm from the flu in eight days? Just again. Eight days. Eight days. Again, that's different conversation. Also Not really. It's eight days. You're saying Speaker 0: don't know that. Speaker 1: You yourself are saying hours to days, just days. Speaker 3: Yep. Speaker 1: Okay. Eight days, no avian flu deaths on the farm. What what do you can you say to that? Speaker 2: Again, we need Speaker 1: We need to get food. We need more testing. No. Speaker 3: Yes. No. That's the challenge. Speaker 4: That's and that's that's the challenge with Speaker 2: control versus eradication. Right? Because if you get a diagnosis of one bird on a place, that entire population at risk needs to be destroyed.

In response to Robert Kennedy Jr.'s plea to the CFIA regarding the slaughter of nearly 400 healthy ostriches, the agency has dismissed his concerns. I believe the CFIA is misleading the public about the birds' health, as no ostrich has tested positive for H5N1 in over five months. The local disposal sites require proof of infection, which the CFIA cannot provide. People are gathering to protect the birds, and I’ve suggested installing live cameras to document any government actions. One ostrich has already been found shot, raising concerns about potential drone involvement. I will seek answers from the government and provide updates.

@thevivafrei - Viva Frei

In response to the letter from @RobertKennedyJr to the Canada Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) pleading with the CFIA not to slaughter the near 400 healthy ostriches on Universal Ostrich Farm, and that the States would accept the ostriches for further research, @InspectionCan and @CFIAPresACIA (whose X accounts are STILL PROTECTED despite being official government accounts) have basically flipped RFK Jr. the proverbial bird (pun intended). The CFIA continues to dishonestly assert / imply that the birds are infected with the H5N1 virus or are a risk. As far as I understand, this is a lie. No bird has tested positive in over 5 months, and none are currently infected. In fact, this is exactly why the local disposal sites stated they would only accept ostrich corpses for disposal if the CFIA provides proof of positive tests for H5N1 (which they haven't provided, because they can't provide them, because the birds are not infected). The CFIA seems hell bent on slaughtering these beautiful healthy animals on the pretext of a lie of infection / risk. It is inexcusable. It is inhumane. It is atrocious. Be peaceful and law-biding. Raise awareness. People have gathered on the property to protect the birds. I have suggested they install constant live stream cameras. If the government wants to come in and slaughter 397 beautiful beasts, make sure the world sees. So far, one ostrich has already been found shot after drones were spotted flying over the property. We do not know if the two incidents are relates. We do not know if the government dared administer lethal force via drone. I will ask the government in this post, and via media request. Share away. Will get details and updates if I have any.

I reported on the culling of 543 farms due to Avian Flu policies, highlighting the drastic measures taken by the CFIA, including the slaughter of 50,000 birds based on suspicion alone. The financial burden on farmers is immense, with costs for CO2 euthanasia and cleanup. I also addressed the need to challenge the constitutionality of the Federal Health Act, which intrudes on provincial jurisdiction. Urging support for the Universal Ostrich Farm's request for oversight, I emphasized the importance of due process and animal welfare in this crisis.

@ShareawareCdn - Shareaware Canada

OSTRICH FARM REPORTS -- 543 Farms have been culled due to 'Avian Flu' policies. A farmer was under the inquisition for 6 hours in Abbotsford for 5 dead chickens. Within 3 days every single bird, 50,000 chickens and ducks were slaughtered. The CFIA could not have determined the death of the 5 of 50,000 chickens that died were contagious and did not have access to the lab in Winnipeg (over the weekend). The policy says: Only a suspicion warrants the destruction, nothing else. They have spent over 11 million dollars in CO2 (2.5 years) that they use to kill the birds in the barns. The remains are collected as a biowaste and distributed at A DAIRY FARM! The farmer then is responsible for the clean up, power washing, supposedly toxic waste is to be rinsed off? OR $18K worth of heating the barn. Some farms have gone through this 4 or 5 times. The toxic waste then remains. The farmer takes it as a cost of business and are closing. This is about Vaccination Industry = Trillions of dollars. CFIA is being dispatched by Ag & Health Canada. Moderna has just set up shop in Quebec for mRNA vaccines Sept 14 2025 Dec 2024 - Quebec Vaccine Health Canada bought 500,000 To 'protect farmers first'. Nov 2024 - Supposed human Avian Flu Jocelyn - The ventilator destroyed her vocal cords. The birds have immunity - they want them dead. Millions are being spent to be sure that the farms are left helpless. The Autonomy has been stripped with terrorism and inhumanity. Health is generally considered an exclusive Provincial jurisdiction. We need to attack the weakest link - that the Federal Health Act itself is unconstitutional as being an intrusion into exclusive Provincial jurisdiction. This applies to the RCMP as well, where policing is also exclusive Provincial jurisdiction under the BNA Act 1867, aka Constitution Act 1867. Where are the lawyers, again????

The speakers describe an eerily devastated site with extensive property damage and a semi-dismantled kill pen in the background, suggesting blood, carnage, and possible biohazard concerns. They note that the perpetrators “drove all around it and left,” then disappeared, leaving behind an impression of what happened. Speaker 1 observes enormous bales—much larger than typical hay bales—stacked on the property, describing them as about a foot to four feet high. They remark that birds are landing inside the area and pecking at whatever is there. They reference video from the day with dead ostriches still present, noting flocks of birds arriving, implying concern about the bird flu. The speakers recount that “they drove all around in the killing fields” and “kicking up hay as they left,” describing the act as tearing down their operations and leaving in a dismissive manner after terrorizing the family for a long period and slaughtering many birds. They mention “a thousand rounds” fired by marksmen that night, and state that this had “nothing to do with avian flu,” asserting that those shots were unrelated to the flu. Speaker 0 points to a pickup they saw stuck and seized in the area, with windows left open, illustrating the chaos and mess left behind. They emphasize the long duration of distress endured: “eleven months of hell, over six weeks or something like that of having this occupied land,” with RCMP provoking people and CFIA marksmen shooting, followed by the aftermath. Speaker 1 echoes the mess, suggesting it would have been easier to stack the birds or manage them differently, rather than creating the visible wreckage. They reiterate the claim that if the situation is labeled a biohazard, wild birds are currently seen around the area. They observe birds flying over the site, including a duck, indicating ongoing wildlife presence. Both speakers conclude by questioning the process: with an anonymous tip or accusation triggering CFIA involvement, suspicion alone seems to trigger actions that lead to destruction of holdings. They assert that CFIA will come in, destroy everything, and leave scorched earth, killing all animals, presenting this as the outcome. They end with the statement that this is Canada, folks.

Speaker 0: It's a very eerie feeling here. You can see how much is left behind here. The damage done to the property, the semi dismantled kill pen in the background. All of that I imagine is blood saute and absolute carnage took place there. I'm not sure if the biohazard still exists or not. They just drove all around it and left, but they are gone. Luca, how you doing? Speaker 1: Yeah. Just in awe, but I mean, at this point, can any of us really be surprised at this absolute disgrace of a mess that they have left? Like, they actually something like this. These are giant bales. Like, you can't tell from the video, but those are not your average hail bales. Those are massive. And on top of that Speaker 0: Yeah. They're about a foot high or four sorry. Four feet high each maybe? Speaker 1: Yeah. And I'm looking right now at these birds birds going in there and landing and picking at who knows what. And there's video from the day the the dead ostrich were still there. There's fucking flocks of birds. Literal flocks of birds coming down Yeah. On the dead bodies. Yeah. Like, that's how worried they were about this fucking bird flu. Speaker 0: Yeah. And then they drove all around in the killing fields, man, like, kicking up hay as they left. And Oh. They they just ripped down their stuff and and drive out of here like it's nothing. Like, they didn't just terrorize the family for for how long. Like, they didn't just mass slaughter all these birds. You know, standing out here, we have the video of the gunshots going off a thousand of them. Thousand freaking gunshots, man. Ranging out into the night. Speaker 1: Had nothing to do with avian flu. That's for Speaker 0: one Yeah. None of this. Yes. None of this as as as they suggested. And, you know, over here, you look way far down, and I can see the the pickup that was stuck and seized in here. You know, if it'll be any good. The windows were left open, I think. Speaker 1: Like Just look at that mess in the left. Yeah. It's unbelievable. Well, I mean, it is believable. Speaker 0: So, like, after, you know, eleven months of hell, over six weeks or something like that of having this occupied land, RCMP trying to provoke people, and then the CFIA with their marksmen shoot, you know, a thousand rounds, terrorize everyone, and this is what they leave behind. Speaker 1: Like, how much work do you think that would have been to knock all that shit, cut them up, leave this type of mess like that. Would have probably been easier to just stack them somewhere than it would be to cause that type of mess. Speaker 0: Yeah. And I mean, if if they're saying this is all biohazard, like Speaker 1: All all the wild birds are come I'm watching them right now. Speaker 0: Yeah. I can see one right there. They're right over top of it. Where'd he go? There's just one flying right over top of here now. Speaker 1: Yeah. Duck right there. Speaker 0: Yeah. And then all it takes is some angry person or some person that that has a hate on for a farm, and they they make a a anonymous tip or accusation, and this could happen to anyone else. Speaker 1: So it takes suspicion. Speaker 0: Suspicion is enough, and then CFIA will come in. They'll destroy everything you have, scorched earth, kill all your animals, and this is what they'll leave. This is Canada, folks.

I report that after two PCR positives for avian flu, nearly 400 ostriches on Katie Pasitney’s farm were shot in the dark, though the flock had been healthy for 250+ days and tissue tests showed Pseudomonas, not flu. Offers to relocate or independently test were rejected; the family was detained, and birds died at dawn as shots rang. The CFIA left carcasses near migratory ducks. Katie asks what else can be justified in the name of public safety.

@HighWireTalk - The HighWire

Nearly 400 ostriches were shot in the dark while help stood waiting. Canadian farmer Katie Pasitney tells Del that after two PCR samples taken from her farm were reported positive for avian flu, the CFIA issued a kill order. But the flock had been healthy for more than 250 days, and Katie says not one surviving bird was ever retested. She also explains that earlier tissue testing on sick birds showed Pseudomonas bacteria, not avian flu, and that more than three-quarters of the farm never became ill. Their science showed a healthy flock with natural immunity. Her family fought for nearly a year to save their birds. Offers poured in: -Administrator of CMS @DrOz offered to relocate the birds to his Florida ranch. -CEO of Red Apple Group @JCats2013 pushed for independent testing. -HHS Secretary @SecKennedy urged Canada in writing to let U.S. agencies test the entire flock. Every offer was rejected. "The Canadian Food Inspection Agency essentially just showed the world that they are not a scientific organization. They use science to bring authoritarian pressure and power upon innocent people." -@delbigtree The family wasn’t even allowed to say goodbye. Katie and her mother were arrested for trying to feed their animals (with permission) while the government seized the farm. She describes the gunfire, the panic in the pens, the birds running into each other in the dark, and a family identity erased in a single night. "The Canadian Food Inspection Agency had to come back in the morning. Those professional marksmen, they call themselves, they had to come back in the morning and finish shooting a couple of our ostriches that laid there in pain all night. We heard the gunshots ourselves. They're lying. And they say that they didn't. They lie. That's what they do the best." -@KatiePasitney And the most telling part: The CFIA left the dead ostriches out in the open, hay bales blown apart, with hundreds of migratory ducks landing in the kill zone. As Katie put it, “Your real risk is the migratory birds. It’s not the flightless animals and the animals on people’s farms that are the risk. They did not follow their own protocols, a detail that shows this was never about a virus; it was about control." A heartbreaking story that raises a hard question: if this can happen to peaceful farmers over two PCR tests, what else can be justified in the name of public safety?

The speaker declares the event described as “one of the biggest crimes in Canadian history,” claiming that on November 6 the Canadian Food Inspection Agency waged war on the speaker’s family and their farm. The attack took place in a peaceful valley inhabited by over 300 animals described as “prehistoric sentient beings” who had names, personalities, and had been part of the family for decades; the speaker emphasizes that these animals were integral to the family’s identity. The speaker asserts that none of these animals were ever tested, and specifically notes that “not one of those ostriches” were tested, yet they were gunned down “in the middle of the night,” described with strong language as being done by “cowards.” The assertion repeats that “not one of those animals had ever been tested.” The speaker then challenges the listener, asking how such an action could occur and how a family or a country could recover from a massacre that is described as barbaric. The rhetoric emphasizes an urgent grievance that life was treated as if it did not matter and that heartbeats no longer held meaning. The speaker expresses that, as a result, it feels as though there has been a loss of meaning for what life means and what life is. Key claims include: the incident as a major crime in Canadian history; a targeted action against the speaker’s family and their farm by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency; the presence of over 300 named, personable animals considered part of the family identity; the animals’ innocence in terms of testing; the killing of ostriches by nighttime action described as cowardly; and the broader emotional and existential impact—questions about how to move forward after what is described as a massacre and the sense that life’s value has been eroded.

Speaker 0: This is one of the biggest crimes in Canadian history. On November 6, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency waged war on our family, and they waged war on our farm in a peaceful valley with over 300 healthy prehistoric sentient beings that had names, they had personalities, they had been in our family for decades. They were our identity, and not one of those animals were ever tested. Not one of those ostriches that got gunned down by cowards in the middle of the night. Not one of those animals had ever been tested. So you tell me how we had a head doing something like this. You tell me how does a family or a country come back from a massacre, a barbaric massacre like this. Treating life like it doesn't matter, like heartbeats don't exist. It's like we've lost all meaning for what life means, for what life is.

reSee.it AI Summary
I reported that 543 farms have been culled due to avian flu policies, with one farmer interrogated for six hours over five dead chickens, leading to the slaughter of 50,000 birds. The CFIA's policy allows for destruction based on mere suspicion. Over $11 million has been spent on CO2 to kill the birds, and the remains are treated as biowaste, causing further burdens on farmers. Many have faced repeated culls, leading to closures. This situation seems tied to the vaccination industry, with significant investments in mRNA vaccines. The autonomy of farmers is being compromised. More information is available on my website.
