Speaker 0: Another example is the array of technologies often referred to collectively as geoengineering that potentially could help reverse the warming effects of global climate change. One that has gained my personal attention is stratospheric aerosol injection or SAI. A method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun's heat in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do. In SAI program could limit global temperature increases, reducing some risks associated with higher temperatures and providing the world economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels. This process is also relatively inexpensive.
The National Research Council estimates that a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10,000,000,000 yearly. As promising as it may be, moving forward on SAI would also raise a number of challenges for our government and for the international community. They stick together. They fall out of the sky.
Instead, you gotta use nanoparticulate aluminum, barium, strontium, magnetite, and so on. And this character, Dave's research, according to US code 50, section 1520 a, I think, it's legal to spray chemical and biological warfare on a on a civilian population as long as you call it research. So it's banned as warfare, but you can do it in your own populations. So I think all the all the spraying is generally done by people's own militaries.

Speaker 0: In the 20th century, clouds were seeded by numerous countries around the globe with various chemicals to produce rain. China was just doing this over the summer in Beijing to make sure that there weren't any, rain that there wasn't any rain during the Olympics. But all this has changed dramatically with the U. S. Military's secretive research and plans to control the planet's natural weather.
This has not been given very much, press. And we have to remember that we are have a corporate owned press where 85% of radio, television and print media is owned by 5 corporations. So they're not going to talk about things that are of really serious consequence and that's somewhat of the blessing a mixed blessing of the Internet, but there's certainly plenty of information on weather modification. The air force is on record as saying, quote, they want to control the weather by 2025, and we are not talking about just seeding the clouds for rain. Weather modification means, quote, any activity performed with the intention of producing artificial changes in the composition, behavior or dynamics of the atmosphere.
And as of April this year, there are more than 150 different weather modification programs around the world. Since about 2000, the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy have been spraying the entire United States Sky with a toxic brew of chemicals and other biologic agents. Just want to show you something. We have 2 different kinds of trails in the sky right now. 1 are called contrails.
How many of you know what contrails are? Contrails are would have been around, from the, ends of planes since World War II. These are very, very short exhaust trails that usually evaporate within a few minutes. You just look up at the sky and you'll just see a jet sometimes with 4 trails, but it evaporates pretty quickly. How many of you know what chemtrails are?
Nobody. The military and some commercial planes are spraying us with what are called chemtrails. I want you to look at the and oftentimes before there's a weather front, there are heavy assaults from these plains just before weather front has changed and comes in. Military and some commercial jets have been fitted with huge barrels of at least 49 different kinds of documented chemical poisons. Among other documented ingredients in this toxic man made clouds are pathogenic molds, fungi, weaponized viruses and made in some places like, the secret site at Fort secret site at Fort Detrick, Maryland, which is supposed to be a cancer site, but there are a number of scholars and professors tracking this that have big questions about this.
Barium and nano aluminum particles. What do these do to the human body? Barium is an alkaline earth mineral. It was discovered in 17/74. At low doses, it can act as a muscle stimulant.
At high doses, It detrimentally affects the heart and the nervous system. Barium is toxic to all mammals, and that means not just humans. Aluminum, which is the most abundant metal in the Earth's crust, is known to diminish kidney function and destroy brain cells and cognitive function. Just think about it. Just between the aluminum and the mercury that we're breathing all the time, we've got already a serious issue about, brain function and cognitive function.
There is also documented evidence that the aluminum in chemtrails is released as nanoparticles and that when they reach the earth environment for wildlife in lakes and streams, it's causing serious problems with wildlife there. Researchers are also finding that nanoparticles interfere with the growth of plants. Nanotechnology is totally unregulated. Just this past, month, a new research report, came out, showing and documenting for the first time that these nanoparticles actually go through the skin. Well, if you breathe them, whether they go through the skin or whether you're inhaling them, it's still a problem, a serious problem.

Public data is exactly that, public. Your tax dollars pay for it. It belongs to you. In my opinion, every presidential candidate should be screaming about this. It would, without a doubt, help their campaign as the demand from the public grows louder for COVID crime accountability.
Now another huge problem that Americans are facing and not just Americans, this problem is widespread, is debt. A FICO report announced that the average credit score in the United States dipped for the first time in a decade indicating Americans may be struggling with financial distress as they endeavor to make timely credit payments and bolster their savings. Ethan Dornhelm, FICO's VP of scores and predictive analysis identified a lack of savings buffer in households as one likely culprit for the lower credit scores. As the COVID 19 pandemic subsided and consumer spending increased, data showed a drawdown of savings among American households. The national average FICO score, the commonly used yardstick for creditworthiness, logged at 718 from April to July 2023.
By October, the average slipped to 717 indicating the possible impact of inflation and high interest rates on consumers' finances. FICO says their data shows missing payments and climbing consumer debt levels are having a considerable impact on decreasing credit scores. Speaker 0: Job in the US Air Force was working in bioenvironmental engineering. So what bioenvironmental engineering is in the Air Force is equivalent to that of the OSHA and the EPA, if you're familiar with that. So we were an embedded liaison to make sure that we were were tracking all of the aspects and impacts of the military, meaning what is the military doing, and how is it impacting the environment? Because we were accountable for that. One day, I was going through that computer system, which if you wanna look it up, it's called an Air Force form 3952.
It is the approval of hazardous materials. I was finding tons and tons of large quantities of aluminum, barium, strontium in the forms of oxides and sulfates. So I started asking questions, and at that point, my demonization began. You know, I I made my rank. I was decorated.
I was a noncommissioned officer of the quarter. I won lots of awards. I had no reason for anyone to attempt to demonize me. So then I get moved over to the other air logistics center. There's only 2 in the Air Force, which is in Warner Robins, Georgia.
This kind of carried with me, and I thought, you know what? Should I revisit this? Is it worth it? Did I hit something? Maybe it's need to know.
I started finding the same things at Robins Air Force Base. I was now doing some more investigation work. Part of what I did was to use a high volume air sampler to air sample, up to, I'd say, a football field in about 10 minutes. I also conducted soil sampling, because I thought, you know, if if this is real and they are spraying this, it's gonna get to the ground. So I conducted air sampling.
I conducted soil sampling, and I was getting high levels of these contaminants. When I started asking the question again under a new commander, I never in my life thought I would have somebody look me in the face and tell me, I am questioning you. Is there something wrong with you? You've been looking really depressed lately. You know, I can put you under a mental evaluation for up to a 120 days.
Who would take care of your daughter? Because I was divorced at the time. As soon as I heard that, I knew. It validated everything I ever thought. And I thought, I've spent 9 years of my life trying to protect human health, and here we are violating law after law after law.
Just sitting here, instead of protecting the people, we are poisoning the people. So I just want everyone to know and understand that of all things, of all the freedoms that we are losing, geoengineering is the number one issue that we are facing because you can have guns and money, and you can have everything. If you don't have food and water, and you are dying of respiratory and neurological illnesses, what does it matter? So you've heard about vaccines, and you'll hear, you know, about smart meters, and you'll hear about other issues like fracking. These are all systemic effects.
We are getting overexposed to toxins. People will tell you fluoride's in the water, but it's not a lot. It is a lot because you're getting it everywhere in your food. You know, water that you drink, everything is, excuse me, is washed with that water. And you're getting your vaccines.
All this it's a coupled systemic effects, and our bodies cannot metabolize these toxins. So I just wanna thank you for taking the time to listen to my story, and I will continue to shout from the rooftops. I don't care how many jobs I lose. I don't care how many friends or family I lose because I took an oath. And in 9 years, I was not able to honor that oath, but I am today.

Speaker 0: I'm not here to to make you believe Comtrails exist, which are scientifically proven they they exist. I'm not here to make you believe that chemtrails are real. I think the the the individual who actually owns the industry that says he cloud seeds kind of indicated that those things are real and not necessarily things that he does. And I'm not here to make you believe or make you find it truthful that cloud seeding exists even though that the the guy who gets paid to do that does it. I'm I'm here to tell you that I'm against heavy metals being sprayed over our state on on every level.
It doesn't matter how it's done, whether it's through aerosol spray, through through, you know, organizations that are that are hired to do this. I think those heavy metals we know scientifically cause major health issues for every single human being that exists on planet Earth. They it causes you to inhale it if it's done. It causes you to absorb it in your skin if it's done, and it causes you to ingest it when you eat your food or eat your crops that are that are being delivered to to the to the stores that we buy all that stuff from. So my my argument today would be, you know, that that we look at it from that perspective, not from the idea that I'm wearing a 10 hat and I'm up here to debate something that that isn't real or is real.
It's the fact that they can do that, whoever they is. I listed out several companies that are actually listed in there that that do some of those aerosol sprays. And and they shouldn't be allowed to do that in in our state of Florida. I I wanna protect and preserve what we have, the waterways. That's why I ran a bill last year to to protect the waters that we have shedding off of farmland and and and land in the state.
And I think that we continue to see things like this. And I'm not talking about the visible lines in the sky. I'm talking about the actual effects of acid rain and things that we all know happen that are scientifically proven. Speaker 0: Lawmakers believe some aircraft are dumping chemicals in the sky to try to manipulate the weather. While a federal weather agency says it's doing no such thing, a bill is making its way through the legislature aimed at ending so called chemtrails. Antares Fuentes reports.
Speaker 1: Panchatula State Representative Kimberly Landry Coates defended a senate bill aimed at a problem she says is growing across the state.
Speaker 2: Your bill would prohibit the intentional release of dispersion of these chemicals that you're talking about. And you said it's to control the weather? Is that what you said?
