This is a serial cable, and it's connected to the back of the machine. Take off the back of the machine, and there's a serial port, and that gives a full root access with no password on the app.

Speaker 1: Nope. There's no password on it. With this kind of access, you could rewrite the code that's running on there and get it to count votes in whatever way you want it. You would do this in advance of election night and then wait for the results come in. You could control the election results.

Speaker 2: this it's easily possible for, somebody to get into these machines because they're unsecured for such long periods of time. I have done research on and personally watched 150 elections, at least. 2 of our experts and I went to the closing of the polls in one of the recent elections. At the end of the closing of the polls, the poll workers left us there with about 6 voting machines by ourselves. I was with 2 guys who could have gotten into those machines in a matter of seconds and put in malware?
Speaker 3: The machine we're in front of is a central count scanner. It's the ES and S Model 650. It's, to our knowledge, the most widely deployed central count scanner in America. Anytime you do early voting or provisional voting or anytime you're in a state where they do central tabulation of all the ballots, so they bring them to one place, this is the kind of high speed scanner they would use to count ballots. Historically, these machines were examined, and they determined there was a there was a number of serious problems with them by virtue of messing with the Zip disk.
Just turn it on for 3 minutes and stick a disk in, wait 1 minute, and then walk away. You're able to change the behavior of the machine any way you want, including changing the results of an election.

Speaker 0: It's now apparently a criminal offensive felony in this country to suggest the 2020 presidential campaign was not on the level. That crime appears to form the basis of one of Donald Trump's pending indictments. He's an election denier. But, actually, it's worth denying the legitimacy of that election because it was not fair. Critical information was withheld from voters through censorship and yes, by the government.
That is a fact. It's also a fact that Mark Zuckerberg spent $400,000,000 to control voting in various places around the country and affect the outcome. That's not legitimate. It was also conducted in many places through electronic voting machines, and no country should ever use electronic voting machines because fundamentally they cannot be trusted. Why would you trust it?
But then there's the question of outright cheating voter fraud. Was there voter fraud well we know there was some but was it widespread that is a hard allegation to prove though of course many people believe there was widespread fraud Well, now it turns out we know for a fact that there was and in fact it can be proven with a poll. Just ask people. Did you personally commit voter fraud? Well, that has just been done and the answer is a huge percentage of people asked in the poll admitted, yes, I committed voter fraud.
It's remarkable. Justin Haskins is a senior fellow at the Heartland Institute. He joins us now with details. Justin, thanks so much for coming on. If if you could just start by giving us the results, the shocking results of this poll, and we'll go from there.
Speaker 1: Sure. So, it was pretty straightforward. We asked people, a series of questions. The first of which is or one of the first questions was, did you vote in, the 2020 election? And did you vote with an absentee ballot?
And if they answered yes to both of those questions, then we ask a bunch of questions related to voter fraud. We didn't tell them that they were that we were asking, did you commit voter fraud? We just asked them about various behaviors. So for example, we asked, people, did you vote in a state where you're no longer a legal resident? That's a pretty straightforward question.
If you're not a permanent resident of a state, you can't vote there. 17% of people, nearly 1 in 5, said yes. They did do that. We asked people, did you fill out a ballot for someone else on their behalf? That's also illegal.
You're not allowed to fill out someone else's ballot. 21% of people said yes to that question. We asked if people forged the signature of a friend or family member on their behalf with or without their permission? We actually put that in the poll question, and 17% of people said yes to that. So all told, it's at least, and I say at least, 1 in 5 mail in ballots involved some kind of fraudulent activity.
But we didn't just stop, there. We also asked everyone whether they voted via mail in ballot or not, so in person voting as well. Do you know anyone who personally in your personal life, a friend, a family member, acquaintance, someone from work? Has anyone ever admitted to you that they did one of these kinds of forms of voter fraud? And 10% and 11%, we asked 2 different questions on that, said yes.
People admitted to me that they committed voter fraud.

These are absentee ballots, mail in mail in ballots. They cannot be in sequence. 2232 cannot have 2233 next to it because if they're mailed in, they come in all different numbers. And when when I started noticing that these numbers are almost next to each other, like, one or the other was in the middle, but then they were almost next to each other, my my antennas went up.
That's exactly when I thought something is not right here. Then I asked a supervisor. There was not even a date on those, envelopes. It said November 0 dash 2020. There was no second number there.
Then I said, what is the date on this one? Then they got really mad at me. They said, you're not letting us do our job. You're disturbing us. And at that point because we really don't wanna be kicked out, you know, so we were just kinda not challenging anything because we wanna still stay in the room because we barely had anybody.
Not only that, the sequence ballot numbers were all from the same area, like the guarded street in the downtown Detroit. Guardant street sequential ballots, signatures were all alike. They had no date stamp. It's at like, it was empty after 0. There was no 3rd or second or first or nothing.
And, they were none of them were coming up in the system. They were all being entered manually. They even knew that none of these details would even be in the poll book or in the system.

Speaker 0: Hello, team Freedom. Patrick here. It's about time I come clean about the postal service, lawsuits we have. There's now 2 of them, and I may as well just review this briskly. In 2020, you may remember a whistleblower came forward named Jesse Morgan.
It was a trucker who said that he had been given a strange trucking load, and he looked into it and he found some funny things. I'm gonna walk you through what what really happened there. What really happened there is this. When I built Overstock, we had an issue where sometimes you would buy what you try not to, but you would get great goods. And this is how that work.
And believe me, this will transport directly over and translate directly into discussing, ballots. Somebody would go North Face would go to Taiwan and have some factory make 10,000 sleeping bags for them. North Face, you know, under license in North Face, so forth. That factory would stay open an extra weekend and run another 2,000 sleeping bags. And then they would go into the market and sell them as North Face sleeping bags.
Now and you you were at a great price and as a discount as, you know, we would buy them. Well, it turns out and but it would turn out that they weren't well, they were forensically, they were North Face. It was the same factory, the same paperwork, the same labels, the same employees had done it. They were not actually produced under license to North Face, and so that was called gray goods. And keeping that stuff out of our supply chain was a full time job for 1 Water.
Was always looking at paperwork. Well, in the creation of ballots, the same thing happened in 2020. There was a ballot company in Michigan who won a bunch of contracts to to print ballots for this county and that county all over America, about 20 different states. What they were doing, was they were if they got a contract to print 200,000 ballots for 1 county, they would print up 300,000 and take those extra 100,000, and they would ship them off to Europe, to to, Europe, to New York, to a place called Flushing, New York, which has has a long history with a radical left. There was a facility there, a 100 people in a room associated with a union called SEIU, filling those ballots out.
And the same thing was going on with all the counties that this that this printing company in Michigan supplied. So these people would fill them out a very well organized effort. We'd be filling them out, and then they were sent to Bethpage, New York. And at Bethpage, New York, there was a facility, on Grumman Road, I believe it was called, where these were taken and they were re they they were reintegrated into the mail. They were integrated into the mail system as possible.
Now the Bethpage, New York facility is a postal, station, but it's not set up to handle 1st class mail and ballots of 1st class mail. And if you're gonna handle 1st class mail, you need something called an Oregon machine. But they don't have an Oregon machine. But they were handling 1st class mail, and they were putting them in gaylords. What is a gaylord?
A gaylord there's a picture of a gaylord on the front of this, associated with this video. A gaylord is a a box or a big canvas shopping version of a shopping cart, but much bigger. And it's on wheels, 4 wheels. And anytime you do warehouse work where you're moving lots of letters or packages, they get put in things called gaylords, and then you move these boxes on wheels. Is it worth to think of them as very big shopping carts made sometimes made out of with canvas walls on wheels, and that's what you move around the warehouse.
So each gaylord holds 50 to a 100000 ballots. Between October 18th October 21, 2020, 8 get, trucks came in from a company called area trucking area road and trucking, and they were filled up with gaylords, 20 to 30 gaylords, and sent on their way to Lancaster, PA. One day, a on one of those 3 days in late in mid late October 2020, a trucking company, a different trucking company, it's truck pulled in. It was called 10 road 10 roads trucking. 10 roads trucking.
And and, driven by a guy named Jesse Morgan. And somebody at the facility made a mistake, and they loaded those ballots onto the wrong onto his truck, wrong company's truck. He got the paperwork and he said, truck this to Lancaster, PA. He trucked it to Lancaster, PA. That, that was the guy.
His name was Jesse Morgan. That he got to Lancaster, PA. He was kept waiting for 6 hours because the paperwork wasn't from the right company and whatever who he went in the back of his truck and he found 20 gaylords. May have been 20 as much as 27 gaylords. Well, if each one holds if there were only 20 and each one held only 50,000, the truth is they can hold up to a 100,000 ballots.
That well, 20 gaylords and 50,000 ballots. That's a 1000000 ballots. And by the way, these ballots, the envelope, they were filled in and the outside envelopes were signed. And that's because in this facility in Flushing, New York, there were a 100 union folks sitting there at tables filling out ballots for Joe Biden and signing the outside in the envelope. Of course, so that's that was the the supply chain that got them from a a printing company was that was deliberately printing up great goods, extra ballots, getting them to this left wing group in Flushing, New York who was filling them out and signing them to a for a postal facility in Bethpage, New York that wasn't supposed to be handling first class, mail, but yet it was handling ballots, which were first class mail, loading them into a truck, getting them to Lancaster, PA.
And there, they were entering the mail system as mail in ballots. Well, that just that one Jesse Morgan truck had at least a 1000000 ballots in it. It may have had a 1000000 and a half ballots. And then he went back and he he looked at it, and that's what he found when he went back in. There were there were 20 to 27 gay boards each with 50 to a 100000 ballots.
We could determine later by weight. And they, so a minimum of a million, probably more like a1000000 and a half ballots. And remember, that was one of 9 trucks. We know there were 8 other trucks from some other company. So 8 or 9 times a1000000 is 8 to 9000000, but it may have been 9 times a 1000000 and a half or more.
So maybe more like 12, 13,000,000 ballots or re mailing ballots were integrated into the mail system through this this chain that I just described. And that's just in the north. We think there was something similar going on in the south and this involving a company called Runback. Different story. But that's what happened in 2020.
And that's the that's this whistleblower who came forward. Now that whistleblower came forward and he told this story. He was immediately picked up by the feds, held in some, you know, basement for 9 hours, questioned. And the feds came out with a piece of paper saying he just signed something that retracted the statement he he gave him. He immediately came out and said, look, I was in the underground with these feds, and they berated me for 9 hours to get me to retract my story.
At a recent point, they said they were gonna kill me and my family or something. And at that point to get out of it, I said I withdraw, but and I signed something that says I'd take this back. That was so I didn't get killed in this basement. I came out and I'm telling you folks the truth. That absolutely was the truth, what I had to say.
We investigated that and we had the wonderful John Bornahan, part of the America project, as a 25 year federal officer from the DEA, but now he's in a private kind of a specialty practice. And he does odd investigations. We have affidavits from people who were involved, people who worked in the in the Bethpage facility. We have the whole chain of command mapped out. But the last thing we needed was, okay, tell us who paid for those trucks.
Now it gets interesting. So now I'm giving you a history. If you've been following my videos over the years, you will have heard a lot of this, maybe not all of it. I've never really deliberately never really put it all together for everybody because I've given you this history and then giving you a new development in the last month that's big. So for 4 years, we fought with the postal service to say, okay.
Who paid for that truck? Somebody paid for those trucks. And, you know, we think it was the DNC or it's gonna be turned out to be Kleiner Perkins and some DNC front company paid for all this. They have fought turning that over like it's the nuclear codes to turn over that information. In the process of the postal service turning fighting to turn that over, some really funny things came out.
One of them is that federal agencies so federal postal service takes a picture of every first class mail that comes through. There's a digital picture. There's huge server farms the postal service maintains where everything's really recorded. All the movement of every piece of paper. If we're correct, there's 10 to 12, 13,000,000 ballots out there, which there will be no digital photos for of how they of how they got it.
If they really got into the system naturally, people just turning them in, there would be they would've there'd be a digital photo trail along the way of all of those ballots. There is none because they didn't they're not legitimate. They they were created like I just described, taken to a not to a postal facility not legally able to handle 1st class mail and reintegrated into the mail system as I just described. They they would provide no information on the background of those 12,000,000 ballots and in including who paid for the trucking. Because if it turns out it was the DNC or Kleiner Perkins who paid for those trucks, then that kinda answers everything.
Well, the the branches of the parts of the executive branch, they all have what you're talking about the IRS, you're talking about the EPA. They all have a documents retention policy just like any company does. And then publicly traded company has to maintain all documents for 6:6 years. So if a if a lawsuit comes in or the SEC comes in, you can sort of recreate everything that's happened in every part of the company for 6 years. And that's what the federal government has.
In 2020, in March or April of 2020, 9 months before the election, the postal service changed their document retention policy. How long they keep documents From a 6 year look back to a 90 day look back. K? 90 days, maybe even 30 days on some types of things. They got through and they now they got through the election, got 30 to 90 days out destroyed, claimed to have destroyed all their documents related to the election.
And then they changed their look back policy to 6 years again. They changed it from 6 years to 90 days, got into during 2020, got through the election, got everything destroyed, and then changed it back to 6 years. Well, there's something called the Administrative Procedures Act. I think it's 1971, which says when a federal agency changes some administrative procedure, how it works is it publishes to the public, we're considering changing some rule. And the public has 60 days to study it and 30 days to write their their feelings about that and what they want.
And then the agency has, you know, it's this very formal process. It has 30 days where they come back and they propose a new rule and then the public has another comment period. And then finally, the agency publishes its rule. They didn't do any of that as they change these procedures. The only way they can get around doing those things is the administrative procedures act does allow for a a regulator or administrative part of the government to change its procedures without going through that rigmarole if they get the sign off of a federal judge.
And the postal service has, in fact, in 2020, gotten the sign off of a federal judge. That federal judge is Emmett Sullivan. And if you've been paying attention, Emmett Sullivan is the very strange judge who oversaw the Mike Flynn fiasco for the DOJ where they hounded Mike Flynn, a decorated 3 star general. They hounded him for 3 4 4 years, 5 years, saying, they they hounded him. He, at at one point, the media was actually say, well, he plead guilty.
He did submit a guilty plea for when they for a nothing burger offense when they threatened his son with 25 years. But he got into it and he withdrew the guilty plea. The media will never tell you that. He withdrew withdrew the guilty plea, fought it on. Eventually, the DOJ got a retired judge to come in and look at the whole case.
They said this whole case is trumped up. It should never been brought. But this guy, Emmett Sullivan, he'd never accepted the guilty plea, which is why when people say, Flynn is a convicted felon. He's not a convicted felon. He submitted a guilty plea to a felony.
The judge didn't accept it. The judge savored it like a fine wine and danced around for months. So the media could say, we have a guilty plea from from Michael Flynn. Well, because he took so long, that gave Michael Flynn time as he learned more and in particular learned how crooked the case was that had been fabricated against him. He withdrew the guilty plea.
So they that judge never accepted the guilty plea, which means Mike Flynn is not. Like, he was never convicted. He may never accepted the plea. They fought it on and a retired judge from Saint Louis or somebody came in and looked at it all and said this whole thing is a big lark and the DOJ and they should never been brought and the DOJ dropped the case. That's the judge, Emmett Sullivan, who refused to let it drop and said, well, I'm gonna prosecute Michael Flynn.
Well, that's not how prosecutions work. The judge is a the neutral judge and the government brings a case and there's the defendant. A judge in American history has never said I'm gonna run my own prosecution of this guy. It was ridiculous. And that went on until Trump pardoned this kangaroo pardon him out of this kangaroo court situation.
That's and it's Sullivan. That's the same judge who signed off in 2020 on this Mickey Mouse behavior from the postal service that let them destroy their records. I've just summarized a 4 year multimillion dollar fight, multimillion dollar fight, 2, $3,000,000 fight. You know, people wonder what the what the American project does. It funds so many things like this.
It fund so many things like this. That but that's and and now I'll be putting it online either I'll be putting it online probably on Telegram is where I put a bunch of documents. I'll attach what I can to this local's broadcast. The they finally in, like, September put well, actually, finding that out, I'll tell you this with the postal service. It was so clear they were in the wrong that eventually, the they got a lawyer not from the chief legal counsel of the US Postal Service.
All we had was a FOIA case, a Freedom of Information Act case in Washington DC set telling us saying, who paid for those trucks? You know, somebody pays for them. 10 roads, trucking area, trucking didn't didn't just do that on their own. Somebody paid for those trucks. Finally, judges, I mean, Obama appointees and and democratic judges who were involved in the process were telling the postal service you have to turn that information over.
But somewhere in there, the postal service finally turned over, and they kept saying we don't have the information. We don't have the information. We were able to prove they did. They had it. There were different ways it was buried.
They finally turned over a sheet about the billings from that facility on on those three dates in October of 2020. It was, like, 9th 18th 19th 20th, I think. And they had whited out those 3 dates. They and and then they ended up saying, we will we will not turn over not even with a judicial order, we will not turn over information for those 3 dates. So and in a normal world, that would be proof of guilt, you know, long ago proof of guilt.
Their own DOJ attorneys let us know and let in filings, they were ordering their their people, their client, in this case, the US Postal Service, to turn the information over and the client just wouldn't return wouldn't turn it over. Finally, we got an affidavit filed in September of this year from some guy who oversees the and I'll I'll include as much of this as I can in the, in the notes that you can look at these things yourself. An affidavit saying we don't have the data. Well, at this point, there's a judge, Daphne Daphne Friedman in Washington DC who's had enough, and she clearly doesn't believe. And there is nothing I mean, there's nothing to believe.
They've just stonewalled us and the judicial system for 4 years turning over simple information, which makes us really confident what that information is, is something like who paid for that trucking that was is gonna turn out to be Kleiner Perkins or some other democratic front paid for that. And and, so, boom, that is background. We filed a case in late August, again, in May in, Maryland with a federal judge in Maryland against the postal service saying, look, they clearly cheated. They cheated on all these FOIA responses. They've been hiding this information.
They're lying. They're clearly lying because we've, time and again, we've proven that they have information that they claim they didn't have. And so we finally went to the postal service 2 months ago and said I mean, we went to the judiciary 2 months ago and said the postal service cannot be involved in an election. Given what they did in 2020 and given how they've stonewalled and buried and refused to answer these questions, they're clear. And there's so many, so much evidence, including the affidavits we have from people in that chain of command.
They cannot be involved in the election in 2020. Incidentally, it's unconstitutional unconstitutional. You cannot have any part of the executive branch of the federal government involved in an election. That's like really clear law. And yet, so everything they've done and, of course, since Biden came to power, he created a special division of the postal service to be involved in elections.
That's unconstitutional. So we brought all this, including the postal services' crooked behavior over the preceding 4 years to a federal judge in Maryland and said and join them from being involved in this election. That judge has taken this very seriously. They tried to get it dismissed. It wasn't dismissed.
And now that Georgia's ordered judges ordered on Thursday or Friday, 2 days ago, we called for a an emergency injunction against the postal service, and the judge has granted it. So coming up, I believe, early this week, there is an there's a hearing on a federal judges injunction against telling the postal service they can't be involved in this election. Well, given how close we are to the election, it's highly unlikely the judge is going to go along with that remedy. But a lesser remedy is to say, okay. Then you have to demand radical transparency right now out of the postal service on all the movement of everything ballot related for this election.
Otherwise, we're going to just they're just gonna stuff like crazy the mail in ballots and present us with a fait accompli like they did in 2020. And no one will have any reason to judge to to trust these elections. So you just have to demand radical judge. You have to order immediately on an emergency injunction, radical transparency into the everything in the postal service involved with moving ballots. That's where things stand.
That was filed on Thursday or Friday. I believe it was granted. I believe this week, there is an emergency hearing in a Maryland court. By the way, the head of the Postal Service lives at the the postmaster general lives in Maryland, and that gives us reason to to have filed this in Maryland. And my understanding is we have a judge, not a friendly judge in Maryland, but a non crooked judge in Maryland.
And he's taking the postal services trying to get this kicked out or squashed, and the judge is having none of it. So there's a hearing coming up this week in a federal courtroom in Maryland where we're asking a judge at the very least. I mean, what you really should do is just say you cannot be involved in any election, which is incidentally what the con what the law and the constitution says. But if he's not gonna do something that extreme of remedy this late in the game, he certainly is, has the capacity to change things by demanding radical transparency immediately within the postal service for inspection, for any any movement of balance in this election. So I have given that as tersely and concisely as I can.

This has been the royal flush. And the ace was finding out I mean, we actually put together. We know where those fake ballots well, that's just a thing. They weren't fake ballots. They were ballots printed in a real printing company that was in on it is in on the fix up in Michigan.
And just like that, when I give you the North Face tent exam or sleeping bag example from Taiwan, those sleeping bags aren't fake. But in the sense, they're fake. They're just not you you see what I mean? They're fake. That mean they're manufactured out of license.
That what makes them very good. Well, our system is awash in very good balance. They don't have to be made in China. This stuff about them being printed in China, back in 2020, I don't know if any of that's true. Although we did see place where there were Chinese indications of Chinese printing, but the the main event is not that they're printed somewhere else.
They can be printed in the actual facility that's supposed to be printed in ballots, but they're just doing overruns and they're using those overruns to feed into the system this way. We have we know what happened in 2020. The only parts we don't know are the parts that they have broken the law by erasing, by shielding, by stonewalling for 4 years for 4 years. And shame on the federal judiciary. This has only happened because it's taken 4 years and they still, through their mechanism, could not get let us get to the bottom, to the true bottom of anything.
But given the behavior of the postal service, it's clear that they were involved in massive, you know, fraud on a 10 to 13,000,000 vote level back in 2020. I think they're stepping it up for this election. That so this is the hijacking of the country gets complete if it isn't stopped, and it has to be stopped right now. And we have all the information in if you for further reading. And it is now in front of a federal judge in Maryland seeking we're we're seeking at least a federal injunction against demanding radical transparency, if not eliminating the postal service from this game at all, which is really what the right the right solution is.

Speaker 0: Twenty twenty FBI intel memo warning that China might have been sending fake driver's licenses in to create fake mail in ballots to help Joe Biden win. There's a busting headline in here. When the FBI called this back so they have this intel. It's corroborated by the licenses that are intercepted by customs and border in border protection in Chicago. But they call it back anyways and decide we're just not gonna investigate this because this would look good for Trump, bad for Biden.
They ask all intelligence agencies to destroy the intelligence report that the FBI actually sent them as a federal records act. You're not supposed to do that. But they wanted it destroyed. Why? Because they probably didn't want it to leak out before the election that China preferred Joe Biden over Donald Trump.
Sixty minutes aired a piece with the head of the homeland Security Cyber Security Division saying there were no foreign intrusions in the twenty twenty election. It was a perfectly clean election, he said. I think it was Chris Krebs was his name. We now know that to have been a false proclamation. First, we know a year later in '21, a bunch of Iranians were, indicted in Manhattan on charges that they interfered in the election and hacked into a state database to obtain voter IDs and use them in a mal influence operation against the American election.

Speaker 1: They were out there since June, but she knew about it and didn't tell the clerks about it. And now she's apologizing to the clerks. She should apologize to the American people or at least the people in Colorado, but there are other passwords besides just for Colorado, I've heard, for the The United States in there for Dominion machines.

Speaker 1: Absolutely. Absolutely. That's what's going on with the cartel in Arizona and Michigan and, you know, I was so happy when I saw Florida for Trump and all these other places. But just remember, Dominion's headquarters is in Colorado. Denver, Colorado.

In the meantime, the Customs and Border Patrol, Border Protection Agency intercepted 20,000 of these fake drivers IDs, essentially corroborating the intelligence. But the Biden administration Wow. The Chris Ray FBI, they simply covered this up.
And for five years, we were kept in the dark until this intelligence document was sent last night to Chuck Grassley from Kash Patel. China saw mail in ballots as an enormous vulnerability during the COVID nineteen pandemic and because I you know, our enemies look for weaknesses, not for strengths. They don't look for the hardest thing to do. They look for the easiest thing to do to us. That is a warning sign.
Now lots have happened since 2020 and with all of the voter ID and other things, we've tightened up laws in several states. And where we've tightened up the laws in the states, people vote more because they have greater confidence in the system. But China saw this as an exploitable operation, and, I think that should concern all of us. In any state that doesn't have their mail in voting to the proximal best, security measures, there's a foreign enemy looking to exploit it right now.
Speaker 5: This morning, HSI Miami, along with our state and federal partners, FDLE, DSS, and USCIS, arrested a permanent resident who is a Haitian national and a convicted aggravated felon. He was arrested for unlawful voting and casting a false ballot.
