Now remember, she mixed pleasure with business and perhaps tainted the entire prosecution against Trump.
He and other co defendants through their lawyers are trying to get her tossed from the case. Now that the whole world knows about her affair with the guy she hired as her lead Trump prosecutor.

He had a sworn affidavit to the divorce court on February 1st, and then she submitted that sworn affidavit in response to Mike Roman's, motion to dismiss on February 2nd.

I mean, the special prosecutor to go after the special I mean, she's the DA in this case, but, the the this entire election interference case has looked like a political hit job from day 1. She only confessed to this yesterday, thanks to a judicial watch lawsuit. Of course, when we first sued and began asking for these records, they told us they had no records. Well, it turns out that wasn't true. In fact, the only reason we got the confession yesterday was because a court last week found her in default.
She didn't bother to answer the lawsuit under law as you as she was supposed to. But rather than turn the records over as the court, I think, strongly suggested, she's using a loophole of exemptions and privileges to hide the records from the American people. Now we're gonna push back hard in court. Our head lifting will continue. But in the meantime, this really does confirm a, she was in collusion with the Pelosi operation to get Trump.
