WATCH: President Trump shreds Biden for allowing Title 42 to end and lays out his policy plan to stop the invasion of illegals at the border. https://t.co/cYRSarxoHX

Video Transcript AI Summary
Under my leadership, we had the most secure border in US history. We replaced catch and release with detain and deport, and implemented title 42 for instant expulsion of illegal aliens. However, when Joe Biden took office, he terminated successful border policies, opened the borders, and resettled millions of illegal aliens. Now, he plans to remove the remaining shreds of our border policy, leading to mayhem and lawlessness. Countless fraudulent asylum seekers will flood into the US, and states like California offer free healthcare and education, attracting more illegal immigrants. Congress should cut funding for catch and release and prevent the administration from using taxpayer dollars to release illegal aliens. We must fight to secure our country and remove the illegal aliens Biden allowed in.

Speaker 0: Under my leadership, we had the most secure border in US history by far. We replaced catch and release with detain and deport. One of my most successful policies was title 42, which allowed for instant expulsion of any illegal alien Who crossed our borders? Anybody. If they were bad, we got them out. We got them out fast. Those who trespassed into our country could be immediately sent back to the place from which they came. Every would be illegal border crosser knew that with Donald Trump in the White House, Our border was closed. It was absolutely closed and they had no chance of getting in and therefore, they didn't come. When Joe Biden came into office, He terminated every successful border policy that was put into place, including remain in Mexico, one of the best of them all, deliberately throwing open the borders and instituting catch and release and resettling untold millions and millions of illegal aliens into the United States. They're now your neighbors. Congratulations. Now Joe Biden is preparing to remove the last remnants of my title 42 policy just a few weeks from now, wiping out the few remaining shreds of our southern border. Hundreds of thousands of people will pour in that day and the judge already said that's what's going to happen. This will mean complete and total mayhem and utter lawlessness And unlimited numbers of fraudulent asylum seekers flood into the United States unchecked. They are unchecked. Nobody has any idea where they come from. They don't know if they're healthy, if they're sick, if they're insane, or if they're coming from prisons. Already, tens of thousands of illegal aliens The mass on the Mexican side of the border, they're getting ready to storm across the moment title 42, which is so important, is officially gone. Can you believe they're getting rid of it? And when that happens, countless more will charge in from all over the world. They're coming from all over the world. And some of the states like California saying come in and we give you free health care, free education. People hear that from other countries, they say, well, that sounds good to me and they're making a mass charge toward our border. It's absolute lunacy. It will be a mass resettlement of millions and millions of illegal aliens into your communities, and the invasion will be aided, abetted, and facilitated by the Biden administration's every step of the way every path they take will be made easier by Biden. Congress should move immediately to choke off and terminate All funding for catch and release. We should ban Joe Biden and the communists and the administration from using a single federal taxpayer dollar to Set loose illegal aliens into the United States. Now is the time we have to fight to make sure our country survives because our country cannot take 2 more years of this invasion. And when I take the oath of office on January 20, 2025, We will immediately begin the process of fully securing the border and removing the illegal aliens Joe Biden is unlawfully allowed to break into our country. Thank you very much.

Eric Greitens: “Joe Biden is the largest Child Trafficker in the world right now…” I don’t understand why Border Patrol can’t just tell Biden/Mayorkas that these are unlawful orders and to go to H€LL #CloseTheDamnBorder #AmericaFirst #SaveTheChildren

Video Transcript AI Summary
Joe Biden is accused of being the world's biggest child trafficker. According to a border patrol agent, Biden's policies have hindered law enforcement and border security. The situation has led to children being sold to individuals posing as families. These children are brought across the border, only to be sent back and used again. Shockingly, one border patrol agent encountered a child who had been trafficked a staggering 15 times. This video claims that Joe Biden is currently the largest human trafficker in the world.

Speaker 0: Recognize that Joe Biden is the largest child trafficker in the world right now. You come down here and you talk with the border patrol. Not only has Joe Biden make it made it impossible for law enforcement to do their job, made it impossible for us to secure the border. What's also happened is that kids are being sold to families, to people to present themselves as a family. They walk across the border, and then those children are sent back across the border and used again. We're talking with a border patrol agent who came across 1 kid who'd been trafficked teen times across the border. Joe Biden is the largest human trafficker in the world right now.

Texas claims that if they were acting alone, they would have secured the border. However, they believe that the federal government, under President Biden, is welcoming people and collaborating with cartels to facilitate illegal crossings. Texas feels undermined by their own federal government in their efforts to secure the border. They blame Biden's border policies for hindering their ability to do so.

Speaker 0: So let let's be clear about what's happened on the border. Texas has the ability to secure the border ourselves. If we were acting in isolation, we would have secured the border. While Texas is doing everything possible to try to stop people from crossing the border, at the very same time the president of the United States is sitting, putting out the welcome mat, welcoming them in. The cartels also. It's the federal government that controls the immigration process. The cartels are working in collaboration with president Biden in the federal government to facilitate that illegal cross border. Our we are being overrun by our own federal government. Texas is being undermined by our own fellow fellow, federal government in our efforts to secure our border. It's only Joe Biden and his upper border policies that's hindered our ability to secure the border.

Biden is a disaster: "We've had 45,000 migrant encounters at our border in the last five days alone. That's an average of almost 9,000 every day."

Video Transcript AI Summary
Migrants at the southern border have realized that little has changed. Deportations are minimal compared to the daily influx of people crossing the river. They know that if they arrive, they will likely be released into the country with a court date, as the system is heavily backlogged. The Biden administration's warnings against illegal crossings and encouragement to use legal pathways are being ignored. In the past five days alone, there have been 45,000 encounters with migrants at the border, averaging almost 9,000 per day. This number is significant when compared to New York City Mayor Eric Adams' statement that the city cannot handle 10,000 migrants per month.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Over these past few months, the migrants have realized nothing's really changed down here. They're barely deporting anybody. They're deporting a drop in the bucket compares to compared to what comes across the river every single day. So these migrants know if they just get here, they're still gonna be released into the country, a large majority of them. That's the case. That's why they're willing to turn themselves in and speak out border patrol. We've heard the Biden administration say do not come. If you cross illegally, you're going to be removed. You need to cross at a port of entry and you utilize these lawful pathways we've created. Guys, the port of entry is directly above these migrants. That shadow you see, that's the bridge. That's the port of entry. That's the legal way to do it. They're deciding to do it illegally. They don't wanna wait for the paperwork. They don't wanna wait for hearings. They don't wanna wait for this or that. They know they're gonna get released into the country with a court date and with our system them being as backlogged as it is. Some of those court dates are stretching out into 2026, 2027. The bottom line, the migrants are not buying the Biden administration's threats of more consequences. We've had 45,000 migrant encounters at our border in the last 5 days alone. That's an average of almost 9,000 every day and when you hear New York City Mayor Eric Adams saying things like we can't handle 10,000 per month kinda puts it in perspective for you. They're getting 9,000 a day down here at the southern border.

Some women and children who were sort of in the middle of the river were picked up, by I guess it would be Texas DPS because they're running the earbuds there up and down the river and, taken out of the water and into safer ground there. But as you can see, as we have watched for the last couple of weeks, the illegal migration across the river into the United States continues, with this border crossing in Eagle Pass seeing thousands of people. And then over the weekend, we set what we believe is a new record of 11,000 people crossing into the United States in a single day. We'll keep an eye on this for you. In the meantime

Speaker 0: Thanks, everybody. Thanks for our friends from the senate, Scott Perry, chairman of the Freedom Caucus, for joining us here today. This is one of the most important press conferences that we've had and that I've been a part of. I was just home over Thanksgiving, like all of us were Monday morning before I flew back, I was at a coffee shop after I took my kids to school and this young man, an Hispanic young man came up to me, grew up in Laredo, lives in San Antonio, he's a constituent. And he looked at me and his ears his his eyes welled up, and he said, my family is under constant siege back home in Laredo. He said our state is under constant siege. He said I can barely pay my bills, and I'm watching the United States government leave us stranded. He said, thank you. Thank you for being my voice. Thank you for standing up and defending me. Okay? Those are the people that this group represents unapologetically. When I took the floor on the Thursday before we left for Thanksgiving, I said a few things. I said a few things about whether or not Republicans had anything at all, any one thing that we could stand up and defend. And, of course, my Democrat colleagues like to make hay out of that because they leave off the important clause after that, which is other than to say that we're just a little bit better than Democrats. That's what's at stake right now. Our border is wide open. I wanna be unequivocally clear to the speaker of the house, to republican leadership, if the word Ukraine is uttered on the floor of the House of Representatives before we have secured the border, passed HR 2 out of the Senate with the president signing it with metrics attached, that is an utter fail by Republicans. I wanna be completely clear. We must secure the border. There cannot be any equivocation about it. There cannot be any half measures. We owe it to the American people to stand up and secure the border, and we did that. The core policies in HR 2, parole fixes, asylum reforms, limits on the CBP one app, turn away authority, empowerment of state AGs to sue and defend those laws. We need those fixes. We need TVPRA in Flores to ensure that the unaccompanied children are safe, like we do with Mexico and Canada, but for all countries. My Republican colleagues are all too quick to want to trade those off as if they're unimportant, as if the child being sold into the sex trafficking trade as we speak is unimportant because, oh, we have our precious, we must pass the NDAA. We have our precious, we must fund the Federal Government at its full tilt at the Nancy Pelosi spending levels, which brings me to my final point. Spending restraint means actual restraint. It doesn't mean the fraud that is perpetrated in this town on a regular basis by Republicans and Democrats alike. All of the so called side deals that will blow the lid off of the FRA spending are completely unacceptable. And to the speaker and to senate republicans, I say, if we're gonna actually cut spending, it needs to actually cut spending year over year because the average American family eating $11,000 a year in additional costs as reported by CBS last night, they're expecting all of us to stand up and defend them. We're their voice. The average American, the average Texan who can't pay their bills or watching their border be wide open, watching cartels exploit our border, kill their kids, trying to get empowered. And we're over here nibbling around the edges saying, oh, we must pass the NDAA. So take out all the provisions that make it better. Why? So we can check a box and get something done as we head home to our family dinners at Christmas. That's the way this place works and it needs to end. Republicans together need to stand up and say, we'll eat Christmas dinner right here in Washington. We'll stay here into January. We'll do what it takes to stand up for every American who's getting left behind by an administration that is more concerned about advancing a radical leftist agenda than defending the American people they were sent here to defend. Senator Johnson?

Speaker 0: To deport them. Joining me now is a Texas Lieutenant Governor, Dan Patrick. Dan, now the White House said today that this law won't make communities safer. Your response? Speaker 1: So we spent a lot of time, Laura, in the Senate writing this bill Along with the governor. And we believe we have a bill that will survive any type of Supreme Court challenge because we are being invaded. Arizona tried this about 10 years ago, but our law is different. It simply says that our law enforcement can arrest anyone, Take them in, do a background check, photograph, do fingerprints. If they saw them cross the border illegally, we can do that. Or if they happen to reveal in the arrest stop that they crossed illegally, and then the magistrate will send them back And will escort them to the border, and they have a choice. They go to jail or they can go back. And if they go back and try to come back again and we arrest them again, the penalty gets even higher. We're fed up. In fact, seeing what happened in Colorado tonight, Laura, makes me think, except we believe in democracy in Texas, Maybe we should take Joe Biden off the ballot in Texas for allowing 8,000,000 people to cross the border since he's been president, Disrupting our state far more than anything anyone else has done in recent history. And so, this is, This is so outrageous. 10,000, 12,000, 14,000 people a day crossing the border. 8,000,000 people Speaker 0: in the office. Speaker 1: Enough to be the 12th largest state. It's incredible. Speaker 0: Now I think the numbers kind of they're not people are numb to the numbers now. It's the sheer mass of humanity that is obviously taking over cities, local communities, school districts, health care system, homeless shelters. I mean, it is overwhelming, already overburdened state and local budgets. And now, Dan, this congresswoman Jasmine Crockett decides, well, it's time to go after Texas. Watch. Speaker 2: I'm very concerned because the Republicans have never gotten immigration right. When you look at somebody like Greg Abbott, my governor, and his solution, his solution is to basically say, hey, we're going to kill people that are trying to come in. Like, that's not a solution. Speaker 0: So, Dan kill people? York congresswoman from Texas. You're trying to kill people, you and Abbott. Speaker 1: Yeah. She she's she's Jasmine Crockpot, not a Jasmine Crockett. That's just absolutely ridiculous. Our bill, Senate Bill 4 says We can arrest them and send them back. We also passed another bill to put another 1,500,000,000 into board to building more wall, and we've filed another and passed another bill, excuse me, to deal with human smuggling because the Biden administration is doing nothing, Laura, as we all know. We know That hundreds of people on the terrorist watch list have been apprehended. That doesn't count all the people we don't catch. We know that sex offenders, rapists, murderers have crossed the border, And Biden does nothing that puts our lives at risk. They don't care. You know, you know, our our founders is Speaker 0: a They don't care that, you know, Dan, they don't care about the constitution. They don't care about the representative democracy. They don't care about democracy and they certainly don't care about how many Americans and legal immigrants have been killed or brutalized or beaten or robbed because of the people they've they don't care. That's all collateral damage. Jan, we gotta roll. Thank you for joining us.

Thousands of migrants are waiting in shelters in Northern Mexico, while officials claim the border is closed and secure. The situation at the US southern border is said to be reaching a breaking point, with nearly 10,000 daily encounters on average. However, some argue that this is not a border crisis but rather a result of imperialism, climate issues, and trade problems. Despite differing opinions, the president is praised for his efforts in securing the border and addressing immigration. Since December, there have been over 35,000 migrant encounters and a total of 250,000 encounters so far.

The speaker discusses the gravity of the problem in Texas caused by illegal immigration. They highlight the significant impact on crime, human trafficking, and drug trafficking, including fentanyl overdoses. They attribute the worsening situation to the Biden administration's policies, which have reversed the progress made under Trump. The speaker criticizes the immigration backlog and the unrealistic court dates given to immigrants. They express skepticism about the effectiveness of meetings with Mexico and the proposal of amnesty. The speaker emphasizes the increasing number of people crossing the border, including individuals from around the world, and the lack of knowledge about their intentions. They criticize the Department of Justice for suing Texas instead of seeking their help. The speaker also discusses the cartels' control over the Mexican border and their partnership with border patrol, enabling them to profit from human and drug trafficking.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Explain to us the gravity of the problem and the challenge that you're having to deal with there in Texas. I mean, it's hard to fathom how big a problem that might be. Speaker 1: You know what? It's costing us 1,000,000,000 of dollars, but that that's not the most significant thing. The most significant thing is the crime, the increased human trafficking, drug trafficking. We have literally thousands of kids dying from fentanyl overdoses that don't have to die because we have the Cartels having an easy line into Texas and an easy line to get into the country. And so it is having a significant impact, and it is going to spread Beyond Texas, beyond the border states, it is an American problem. And I I think it's clearly caused by the Biden administration. You can see that under Trump, These problems were were diminishing and now under the Biden administration who has basically struck down all the policies that worked, We have significant problems with all of these things, and they're getting worse every day, which is hard to believe. You'd think after 3 years, He would have figured out a way to make it better, and instead, it's getting worse. Speaker 0: Well, you know, there's an immigration backlog in the Ports there of some 3,000,000 people. Some of these people coming across the border are getting court dates that are 10 years in advance. At least that's what some of the reports are saying. So I don't know how they proposed to do this, but, you know, they sent Secretary Mayorkas and Secretary Blinken down to meet with the Mexican president, But that seemed to be a meeting to just have a meeting, and now they're talking about actually actual amnesty. What's your take on what's going on there? Speaker 1: Yeah. Look, this is a joke. There's so many people coming across the world. There's so many people in the legal system. There's no way they'll keep up with it. Everybody knows how it actually works. They come in. They claim asylum. There's under Trump, they would have to stay outside of the country. Under Biden, they're allowed in. They disappear. Most of them don't show up for their hearings. And and there's almost no expectation that they will given the numbers and given the backlog. It's not realistic to think that many of these people or most of these people are Evergreen actually had their hearing, they're here to stay. And that's and the Biden administration knows that. They built a system to make it happen And this idea that somehow these meetings with Mexico where Mexico is now requesting that as as a fair trade for them stopping the the illegal immigration through their country into ours, That we're gonna somehow fund, dictators in South America and Central America. I mean, what could go wrong with that? It just seems like a really bad idea, and we've lost our leverage given the fact that the Biden administration doesn't enforce our own federal immigration laws. Speaker 0: Well, and now we're getting reports that there's some 15,000 people in a caravan moving up and north. And look, these are like daily numbers now coming Out of Mexico, not all Mexicans, people from all across the world, we have no idea who these people are and what they're trying to do. So Texas, I feel for you because you're trying to do something, and yet the Department of Justice wants to sue you over it rather than ask for your help. Speaker 1: Well, not only that, but you know, they're cutting down our fences, they're cutting down our wire. We sued them over that. I mean, they won't even let us like put up Fences. They they they damage our property. They come out of our property. And then, of course, this this threat of a lawsuit because we merely want to protect Our own citizens from the crime and the cost of illegal immigration when it's really their job to do it. And instead, we've got the Biden administration, as I said, Aiding and abetting the cartels, encouraging the cartels to make 1,000,000,000 of dollars and to bring as many people here as as fast as possible And as soon as possible. That's what the Biden administration is doing. They're not just not doing their job, they're actually encourage encouraging the opposite. Speaker 0: Well, it's interesting to me when they went down and met with the Mexican president, it made me wonder, are you meeting with the right people? Because it strikes me that the drug cartels, The mafia, if you will, is actually more in control of the northern part of the Mexican border than the Mexican government. And they could put troops up there. They could do things. But I just really wonder who's actually in control there in Northern Mexico. Speaker 1: Well, I think you're right. I mean, there's no doubt that the Mexican government could do more to and they did under the Trump administration because President Trump insisted on it. But there is no doubt that the cartels Have been incentivized. They're making 1,000,000,000 of dollars. They make, you know, 8 to $12,000 a person that they bring. So they're incentivized to bring as many people as possible. And remember, It used to be, the way border patrol worked, they were there to stop people from coming across the border. And now, the cartel doesn't try to Hide people. They don't try to sneak people across. They take them directly to border patrol. It's like a handoff. So it's a partnership. It's not It's not the way it was supposed to be, but that's where the Biden administration has taken us. They've taken us to a partnership with the cartels, so the part cartels Have the opportunity not only to make as much money with importation of humans, but also the border now is clear for their trafficking of drugs and other things that make money off of it. So they're building this network, not just in Mexico, but across the across the country. Speaker 0: Unbelievable. I appreciate what Texas is trying to do. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, happy new year. Thank you for joining us.

Speaker 0: The crisis at our southern border hitting new records. CBP revealing illegal encounters surpassed 300,000 in December alone. Speaker 1: Meanwhile, the showdown escalates between Texas and the White House over razor wire as governor Abbott asserts his state's right to defend itself. Speaker 2: But the lone star state is not alone. 25 governors now supporting Abbott in the fight. Georgia governor Brian Kemp is one of them, And he joins us now. Governor Kemp, thanks for being with us. Why did you think it was important for Georgia to join Texas? Speaker 3: Well, good morning, guys. Thanks You're having me on. Listen. It's like, you know, governors all over the country have been saying every state's a border state now. That includes Georgia, and that's why we're Staying strong with governor Abbott to stop this insanity at the southern border because the president and the White House won't. Speaker 1: So, governor, what do you think is going on with the Biden administration right now? A record number, over 300,000 Illegal immigrants in the month of December alone, they've been in the Biden has been in the administration for almost a full term now. Do you think they they don't care, they don't recognize this problem, or do they think that this is a political calculation fighting Texas will somehow help them in their reelection effort. Speaker 3: Well, I think early on, they just didn't care. Now I think they just, you know and and I think a lot of people thought they didn't Get it. I think now they're seeing the political ramifications of that, which is insane when you think about over 300,000 encounters in December. That breaks To September record, so the problem's getting worse, not better. 19 people on the FBI terror watch Cliffs were arrested, for a total of 50 this fiscal year. I mean, how many of those have gotten through that we didn't that are now in our country. So these are serious things. I think the American people are ready for the president to do something. And, you know, the White House yesterday in response to the, republican governors that are standing with governor Abbott and sent a letter, you know, they're saying call your member of congress and get them to work out a deal. I mean, look. This buck stops With the White House and president Biden, he had both houses of congress from 2020 to 2022 and didn't do a damn thing About the crisis at the border. And now that it's gotten political, they're trying to lay the blame on somebody else. This is actions that the president can take Today, to turn this tide and stand with governor Abbott instead of working against him. Speaker 0: Governors should, Speaking of the administrations, you know, right now, Donald Trump's running to be the the next commander in chief, to be the person enforcing what's going on at the border. Just trying to shift shift gears just a little bit. What do you make of the state of the Republican race net now on the Republican side? Because there's 2 candidates left. Some people are saying, there's not enough delegates to be had for Nikki Haley. Where are you on the on on whether this race should continue or not? Speaker 3: Well, I think when you look at the delegate Count, I know somebody in Georgia, tweeted yesterday that, you know, less people have voted in this election than reside in Gwinnett County, Georgia. So, You know, 2 strong wins, no doubt about it early on, but still a long way to go. And I I don't think it's for, you know, the party leadership or anybody else Decide who the nominee is gonna be. That's that's, there's a process for that. The people will vote and decide that, and I know the candidates have to decide, You know, when's the right time for them to exit, a race if they're going to? So I'll leave that up to them. I think we'll continue to watch. We got a long way to go to South Carolina. But look. That that doesn't change the fact the matter that everybody's standing on the Republican side in solidarity with what's happening in Texas, The disaster at the southern border, the runaway inflation we've seen in the country, just the bad policies of the White House really to have people so fired up about this election. 2024 is gonna be a critical year. Speaker 2: Alright. Governor Brian Kemp, thanks for being on this morning. Speaker 1: With Texas. Governor, thank you so much for joining us.

Speaker 0: You've said that you worked very closely with leader McConnell on this this bill now that we see what's in it. It seems to be as bipartisan as it gets. Why wouldn't this why wouldn't both sides really want this to go through? Speaker 1: Well, it's a great question, Mika. Look. It Took a long time, 4 months of arduous negotiations. They fell off the tracks a whole bunch of times. I had to be on the phone even at midnight Saying we gotta keep going. Why? We're at a turning point in America. This bill is crucial, and history will look back on it and say, did America fail itself. Why is it crucial? Well, if we don't aid, Ukraine, Putin will be walk all over Ukraine. We will lose the war, And we could be fighting in Eastern Europe in a NATO ally in a few years. Americans won't like that. If we don't help Israel defend itself against Hamas, That perpetual war will go on and on and on. If we don't help humanitarian aid to the starving Palestinians in Gaza, 100 of 1,000 could starve. And the border, everyone has said it's chaos. A speaker you just saw speaker Johnson. He said it's chaos. We have to do something legislative a few months ago. But what has happened, and answer your your question so this is crucial for America. It's a turning point. History is gonna look over our shoulders and say, did we rise to the occasion? To his credit, Mitch McConnell did. But too many Republicans, including speaker Johnson, are just scared to death of Donald Trump. Donald Trump has said he wants chaos. Donald Trump has said, well, wait till I become president. That'll take at least a year. Ukraine could be gone. The border will get much worse. War in the Middle East will get worse, maybe bring drinking bringing us into it. He's doing it all for political reasons. And let me just say, will senators the crucial question, the $64,000 question, The majority of Republican senators know this bill is the right thing to do. It's a compromise. I don't like everything in it, neither does McConnell, But it's a compromise. That's the only way you get things important done in the senate. We proved that 2 years ago in our bipartisan legislation. And will the senators drown out the political noise from Trump and his minions And do the right thing for America. It's a crucial question. History will is looking down on every one of us right now.

The speaker discusses a border security bill that grants President Biden the power to act as a dictator and declares an emergency on the border. The bill also establishes a special court in DC that has exclusive authority over immigration disputes. The speaker criticizes Mitch McConnell and highlights the negative consequences of the bill, including the legalization of illegal border crossings and the allocation of funds to NGOs. The speaker also mentions Elon Musk's criticism of the bill and the involvement of 14 governors in protesting the open border. The speaker concludes by promoting the sale of a nitric oxide product.

Speaker 0: There are sections in this that even shocked Alex Jones because I know they're a bunch of criminals. But it actually says that Biden has the power of a dictator, which which shows they would never give this power to Trump. So they intend to steal the election in 9 months. And it says, for any reason, Biden can declare an emergency and do whatever he wants on the border, including in cities around the country and giving them unlimited money, and it gets worse, only the special court in DC, which they totally control. You've seen all the kangaroo action there. All the rig show trials there. That that court has the jurisdiction. And and and and and, I mean, I sat there and marked up the bill. There's gotta be, like, 30 things in there that are just jaw dropping. Jaw dropping. The bill grants the far left DC court exclusive authority over future immigration disputes. 17. Only by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, which shall have sole and original jurisdiction to hear challenges, whether constitutional or otherwise, the validity of this section or any written policy directive within policy guideline, written procedures, or the implementation thereof issued by the under the authority of the secretary implementation of the section. Where do you see bills that say all the other local courts, district courts, federal courts, Supreme Court, or no jurisdiction? No. It's gotta go to the DC court. That right there is setting up the DC dictatorship. But it goes on here. Well, this is the key. In general, if the president finds this is in the national interest to temporarily suspend the border emergency authority, the president may direct the secretary to spend the use of border emergency authority on emergency basis. Duration. If the case of the decree of the president under sub paragraph, here it all is right here. So and and I've got the bill. I I've got it all right here. It legalizes everything and the funding and sets up special courts and and billions and billions of NGOs and and even more money if the president says in this emergency or his undeclared emergency, it makes him a dictator over the border. Here's another headline, red state. Schumer, Schumer swoons over McConnell's work on border security bill have never worked so closely. Because Mitch McConnell is is just as senile, maybe even more so and out of his mind, than Joe Biden. Speaker 1: While other networks lie to you about what's now. Infowars tells you the truth about what's happening next. Visit infowars.comforward/show and share the link today. Speaker 0: Infowars, tomorrow's news, today. Speaker 2: That it's time for humanity to stand up in the infowar and say, I don't know what's gonna happen at the end of this, but you wanna fight, you better believe you got 1. Speaker 0: From the front lines Of the information war, it's Alex Jones. Speaker 2: His responsibility to enforce the laws in the United States. I have used a clause in the constitution that Power states to defend themselves. It's article 1, section 10, clause 3 of the United States constitution where a state can defend itself and its citizens to protect their safety from the imminent danger that we are facing and from an invasion of millions of people coming from across the low into our country who are unaccountable whatsoever. And I applaud and thank that the members of the governors, they're with us here today. Speaker 3: We are here with our fellow governors today And with you and many governors that are not, because every state in our country now is a border state because of what were happening. When you think about the amount of fentanyl, Oh, this is trafficking. It's coming. They're coming to every state in the country, and every governor's having to Speaker 2: deal with. Speaker 3: 450 8,000,000 lethal doses of Fentanyl that have been detained at this border. Think about the doses that were not. Every governor's dealing with that. $51,000,000 in cash, £56,000 of that every state in the country is having to deal with. This is ruining lives in our states. It's ruining our communities. It has taken a toll on our fans. And it is time that something was done about this. And that is why we are standing here As governors, making sure that that gets done. Every state in the country is depending on no Biden acting. And if he does not, then we will continue to do so. I understand governor Speaker 2: Each one of us understand the devastating effects that the border policy has had on every one of our states essentially. Speaker 3: And we're here together to collaboratively Speaker 2: work to support Texas and to provide for the safety and security of people all across the country. This experiment in an upward world policy has catastrophically failed America. This country is in desperate need of leadership as it relates to this issue. If somebody makes it across the border illegally, the president has possibility imposed by congress to detain any illegal immigrant who has come here as opposed to detaining any illegal immigrant. Biden has let them all loose across the entire country with no ability to accurately determine their whereabouts or what they may be doing. Over the tenure of Joe Biden, we've had 3 Houston's cross the border Illegally. All time records. And we see the dangers every single day. The governors here have repeatedly called on The Biden administration to step up and do their job. Most recently, in a joint letter, we asked for the names and identities of People that have crossed illegally into this country, that request was met with silence. The average American is a the number one issue in the United States of America is the broken border and the illegal immigration that Joe Biden has created. We don't have time to wait for November. We got lives on the line every single day. Say that to the parents who have lost a child to deadly fentanyl that growing a number across the country, there are lives at risk every single day. Because like every officer in every city in our great state that understands that they have a daily duty to make sure that their communities are safe regardless of when election came play. Speaker 0: We are 273 days, 12 hours, 53 minutes, 41 seconds south, the most important election in world history. I'm coming to you from the heart of Texas, Austin broadcasting worldwide. Thanks to your support, your prayer, and your word-of-mouth. Alright. Look. They just released the, quote, bipartisan senate bill that they claim they have the votes for to pass in the house and senate. And I got about 5 AM as I normally do today with a couple hours of research before my daughter and wife got up. And I saw the subsections of the bill that Jack Posobiec and others were posting, and I went and read most thing this morning. That's a big bill. But there are sections in this that even shocked Alex Jones, because I know they're a bunch of criminals. But it actually says that Biden has the power of a dictator, which which shows they would never give his power to Trump, so they intend to steal the election in 9 months. And it says, for any reason, Biden can declare an emergency and do whatever he wants on the border, including in cities around the country and giving them unlimited money, and it gets worse, only the special court in DC, which they totally control. You've seen all the kangaroo action there. All the reg show trials there that that court has the jurisdiction. And and and and and, I mean, I sat there and marked up the bill. There's gotta be, like, 30 things in there that are just jaw dropping. Jaw dropping. The good news is they've been trying to spin this in the last month with different versions, and they do this thing where they won't show you the version, and then they bring it out hours before they try to vote on it. They've been doing the same crap here. They try to spin it and say, oh, Trump says don't do the deal because he wants the crisis to continue so he gets elected. No. Even Bill Maher's read the law and said Friday on his show on HBO, no. They have all the power. The president has the power. Biden has deliberately opened the border, which I know you know and I know. He said when he was running for office, he said, once I till the election technically said once I win, immediately surge the border. Said it in 3 different video clips. By the way, we always show the one for some reason. When you guys said it three times that I've seen, find me the 3 times Biden said, surge the border. He said that 1. The others, he said immediately, come to the US, come to the border. Maybe that's why when you search it, he only said surge once. But he he said 3 times. When I win, come here. Seek asylum. It's open. So it's so damning to sit here years later three and a half years later, and he's running around saying, oh, no. That's not what we're doing. So I got 3 stacks on this, and and I and the border is everything because it's so illustrative of how the government is hijacked by criminals and how they don't care about us and then how they bring in the illegals to then them up for welfare, but also make them get jobs. And they have Democrat Party NGOs and community organizers and law firms own and run these people. And that's why they put their deportation hearings out on average 5 years, some are out 9 years, is they're gonna control them. And the minute you get uppity as a illegal alien they brought in, as a permanent underclass, quote, migrant, your ass is deported. And that's who they deport. Not criminals, not MS 13. That's all admitted in the legislation, and it's admitted in his orders to the border patrol in the last 3 years. Just because somebody's a felon, just because somebody as a gang member, an MS 13, doesn't matter. Doesn't matter if you've caught them 6, 7 times. Doesn't matter if they've got 3 convictions. You're gonna let them go. But whoo boy. The IRS with no evidence claims you owe a bunch of money and sends you some letter. No judge, no jury is gonna take your house. Let me just mention some of the headlines here with the border situation. We had all the other stuff here as well, but it all ties in. And then I'm gonna drill into the bill, and I I've got a copy of it here. And and and Chuck Schumer is having orgasms on television. He's beside himself. Oh, Mitch McConnell is the greatest. Mitch McConnell freezes up every time he's on TV now. Mitch McConnell's wife is an admitted communist shiny spy. It's not just Democrats that are on the payroll, like Swallows Well and and or Fang Fang or whatever her name is, or or, you know, Diane Feinstein before she died, her chief of staff was a Chinese agent. It's Republican leadership. And the speaker of the house claims this legislation is dead on arrival. But if you look at the votes, it's close. I've teen enough, this bill is even worse than we expected and won't come close to ending the border catastrophe. The president has created as the lead Democrat negotiator proclaimed under this legislation, the border never closes. That's they said that. If this bill reaches the house, it will be dead on arrival. So this is an illustration of the complete insane arrogance. I'm gonna say this again very slowly, and I'm gonna show you the text. For any reason, the president can declare an emergency or undeclare an emergency and has all power over all actions at the border and can create any funds he wants or direct funds to the cities, and all disputes will be brought to a special court that he set up in DC. I mean, wow. So rubber stamp. Here's some of the headlines. Don't be stupid. Trump slams senate border bill demands separate package not tied to foreign aid. Oh, and it's got all that in it too. I I forgot. It's got a ton of money for Israel, ton of money for Ukraine. You know, they said it wouldn't, got 1,000,000,000 for the NGOs, couple 1,000,000,000 smackers to to to pay for the UN bureaucrats that are running all this. We got a good boil down on it on infowars.com. Scandalous senate deal allows 1,500,000 illegals per year, allocates 2,300,000,000 to NGOs, trafficking them, and gives 60,000,000,000 to Ukraine. Trump says only a fool or radical left Democrat would vote for this horrendous border bill, which only gives shut down authority after 5,000 encounters a day when we already have the right to close the border now, which must be done. This bill is a great gift to the Democrats and the death wish of the Republican Party. It takes a horrible job the Democrats have done on immigration, the border, absolves them, and puts them squarely on the shoulders of Republicans. Don't be stupid. We need a separate border and immigration bill. It should not be tied to foreign aid in any way, shape, or form. The Democrats broke immigration and the border. They should fix it. Make America great again. I got Bill Maher. Let let's just play this short clip. Or even Bill Maher says, it's in the law. They don't need a new law. They can control the border. Let me tell you. We had crew down there for last week. Still we still got Drew Hernandez down there right now following reports with the governors and everything. And when the convoy showed up and reporters showed up, both sides just shut down. Nobody else showed up. They got diverted down the road a 100 miles. It's total coordination. Here's Beaumont. Speaker 2: Part 2 of the acting Yeah. Is is is Joe Biden saying, you know what? If you just give me a new law a new law, why doesn't the president can fix this. He already has the existing laws. Speaker 3: And border patrol is still right Speaker 2: in your face. I need a piece of paper From congress to deal with the border. No. We already have that. That's right. That's right. So he has Speaker 0: so you know you lost it. You know the system's in trouble when Bill Maher is speaking out against you. You're like, tell us something we don't know. I know you know this. The general public does it tune in? You know, we reach millions a day. General public still thinks that, oh, the border crisis wasn't created by Biden. More and more figuring it out, though, and that's important. So, here's president Biden. We've reached an agreement on bipartisan deal that includes the toughest and fairest set of border reforms in decades. And it includes support for Ukraine and Israel, provides humanitarian assistance to the Palestinian people, while you bomb them. Now let let me do this. Let me start getting in to the subsections of the bill that I just mentioned. You know what? Let's do that in a minute. Let I got copies of it right here. See these these subsections? I'm gonna show you this in a minute. First, let's look at Elon Musk. Because people say, oh, Elon Musk couldn't blah blah blah. Well, I'm not saying Elon Musk is perfect. I'm not his apologist. I don't work for Elon Musk. But he's reaching 50 something 1000000 people a day saying Biden wants to destroy America and the borders are wide open, it's totally criminal. There's Chiacom agents coming across, and and the globalist want to depopulate you and your family. We've gotta defeat the globalist, and and he I I I interview him, and he says we need team humanity to stop the global depopulation. The globalists are gonna destroy the Earth and collapse everything. I'm supposed to just go, well, screw you. You're not good enough. I'm gonna sit there when somebody starts swinging way over to our direction. Again, he was never pointed purely at evil. But let's just say he was 360 pointed at evil. We don't want a 360. We want a 180 to good. He's already swung, like, 90%. So I don't look a gift towards the mouth, folks. Must says, wants illegals to vote, exposes Chinese pipeline in the US, calls for arrest of NGOs and epic spree, says they're trafficking children, shows all the senate reports, says arrest them now, calls for state attorney generals to indict the NGOs, which I've said a 1000 times. The NGOs are smuggling children. It's still federal law. You can't do it. They're unaccompanied. In fact, the crew sent me another report. I haven't even I forgot to give the rest of the crew. Of of of the border patrol told us they're so upset because there's 100 of little kids per crossing a day by themselves. And they say, I've been told at gunpoint to come here, 5, 6 year olds, and then a van picks them up and drives off of some men. And the border patrol knows that's illegal and says, we want the authority which we have under law to stop this. Say, Elon Musk, damn him. He's so horrible. Russ, stop it, Musk. Do not call for the rest of NGOs. You are not sure enough. You you you should just shut up and not fight the tyranny. That makes no sense. But it's all the cause celeb thing to attack Elon Musk. Okay. Great. I mean, he's just totally almost done a 180 here. He's almost completely like Alex Jones now. Was supposed to just sit back and say, well, you're not a purist. You're not we don't hey. I don't I'm not even saying trust Musk. Like, Joe Rogan. I've known Joe 25, 26 years. God longer than I know it's since 1998. Been friends with him since 1999. Good friends. And I've seen his evolution. I know he's pissed. Don't know who must be on the scenes. Unless he's put on a giant act, he's completely awake now, folks. And they're sure it's all coming after him, aren't they? I've told you forever. You gotta be ready to start winning, folks. Freedom is popular, but continuing. Not everybody started 30 years ago and has always been anti New Lord like me. Most people don't have that pedigree, folks. And I'm not trying to say I'm holier than now. It was all because of my family and educating me. Well, we're educating Joe Rogan and Elon Musk. So Musk says, Dem is wanting legals to vote, exposes Chinese pipeline of the US, calls for arrest of NGOs and epic post spree that reached I said 50,000,000. That was, like, 3 of the posts reached 50,000,000. I think if you count them all, it's like a 100,000,000 people. Man, I wish he'd shut up. I mean, you're calling for the arrest of the UN smuggling kids? Man, must. That guy's bad. I'm whoo. Need to shut him down right now. Whoo. I agree with Soros and the EU. 14 governors, border convoy protest eagle passes. Open border becomes full blown national security crisis. Great job to the convoy organizers. It's been peaceful. The border patrol's on our side, the state police, the national guard, the state guard, 14 governors showed up, pledging to take action and start prosecuting the smugglers and the NGOs. Yes. Yes. Just because Biden waves a one and says the border's up, it doesn't mean you're allowed to smuggle kids. So Abbot's doing the right thing. He's not perfect, but he's swinging our way. Isn't perfect. He's far from perfect. He's our enemy. Soros is coming after Musk. The globalists are coming after Musk. Musk isn't perfect. That's what I said about Soros. We know the whole Soros Biden left this combine is coming after all these people that are swinging our direction. And, again, they're not perfect, but it doesn't matter. Everybody's second against the convoy. Now it's top news. Now there's 14 governors down there. That's how we draw attention to that, which will create the solution. It's how we kill these evil bills, and it's how we create the legislation we need to stop this. 14 governors joined border convoy protests at Eagle Pass on open border becomes full blown national security crisis. Trump doubles down on mass deportations. Says we gotta do it. I got the video of that coming up. But now let's do this. Let's get into the legislation that Mitch McConnell, a totally compromised globalist, giving into the state department, the, the whole New World Order project is doing. Alright. This is, from the bill. In wokeness said, holy crap. This might be the worst insane part. And I didn't just believe these posts. I went and checked it in the bill this morning. This is all true. The bill grants the far left DC court exclusive authority over future immigration disputes. 17. Only by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, which shall have sole an original jurisdiction to hear challenges. Whether constitutional or otherwise, the validity of this section or any written policy directive within policy guideline, written procedures, or the implementation there of issued by the under the authority of the secretary, implementation of the section. Where do you see bills that say all the other local courts, district courts, federal courts, Supreme Court, or jurisdiction? No. It's gotta go to the DC court. That right there is setting up the DC dictatorship. Elon Musk points out, the only term the only long term goal of the so called border security bill is enabling legal legal leaders to vote. It will do the total opposites during the border that he links to the report on that. Here's another one. Not only does the bill cost 1 point not only does the bill codify 1,500,000 illegal border crossers into law, but the border emergency that automatically gets implemented with 5,000 crossings per day a week can be overturned by Joe Biden. And in case the 1,500,000 legals isn't enough, it also locks in green card giveaways through 2030. And there's the subsections right there of the bill, section 212. And here's a blow up of it. Mandatory activation. The secretary shall activate the border emergency authority if during a period of 7 consecutive calendar days, there is an average of 5,000 or more illegals who've encountered each day or one calendar day, a combined of 8,500 or more aliens. But it goes on here. Well, this is the key. In general, if the president finds this is in the national interest to temporarily suspend the border emergency authority, the president may direct the secretary to suspend the use of border emergency authority on emergency basis. Schumer. Schumer swoons over McConnell's work on border security bill have never worked so closely. Because Mitch McConnell is is just as senile, maybe even more so and out of his mind than Joe Biden and the rest of these one attics. The good news is speaker Johnson declares so called border security deal is dead on arrival. But that's what they're trying. That's what they're doing, and that is what we face as a society in a culture right now. Speaker 4: Well, well, nitric oxide is a key. It's made by our own bodies again. It's made by l citrulline and and l arginine, the amino acids. So we're fed. You can you can get it from beet powder and other things. The nitric oxide relaxes cyst. The endothelium, the vasculature, it relaxes the vein. It's a natural blood pressure. In fact, I use the 2, your InfoWars. I Keep that on my shell, and I feed myself the cardiomiracle, which is trace just for straight food. It's a different formulation than that one, and the 2 are a one two punch. What does it do? Speaker 4: It relaxes the vasculature. So the clot will go through and not restrict. It allows it to relax. It lowers the blood pressure, has the, toxic, synthetic lipid nanoparticles Similar to the one in the COVID shot. Prior to the COVID shot, the deadliest vaccine, we saw athletes dropping dead on the field, passing out, falling down all the things Speaker 0: Why is it particular to the athletes? Speaker 4: Because they operate at oxygen max, capacity max. They're they're operating at such a high level in their mitochondria. This is an energy production, oxygen, necessary disease. Speaker 0: So they create they that's what they're finding. They turbocharge the blood clots. Yep. Speaker 4: And ischemia, lack of oxygen. So constricted blood vessels too because athletes are running. They're constricted. They're they're working so that the blood flows, and it doesn't flow, which is why Your nitric oxide, product, that new products, I hope you'll show it because that's a very important thing to have for acute events. During a hearing, a senator questions a judge about a case involving a male convicted of raping a nine-year-old boy and a seventeen-year-old girl, and later convicted of possessing child pornography. The senator challenges the judge's decision to allow this individual, now identifying as female, to be housed in a women's prison. The senator accuses the judge of prioritizing political ideology over the safety and rights of the female inmates, highlighting the judge's statement that the individual was "entirely a female" despite having male genitalia. The senator quotes the judge's order, where she stated there were "no signs that petitioner is at risk of re offending" and deemed concerns about potential trauma to female inmates as "overblown." The judge defends her decision, stating the petitioner had not engaged in violence while in custody, and wardens requested the transfer due to medical needs. She claims the denial of transfer by the transgender executive council was based on hormone levels, which she found to be a pretext.

Speaker 0: In your court, what matters more? The rights of individuals or your political ideology. Speaker 1: I apply the law to the facts. Speaker 0: I I asked question. Which matters more? Speaker 1: Well, my political ideology doesn't matter at all. Speaker 0: K. So I don't believe you. And I think this case demonstrates that you are willing to subjugate the rights of individuals to satisfy your political ideology. This case involves a male defendant who raped a nine year old boy. Was he guilty of that? Yes. Speaker 1: The petitioner plead guilty to that. Speaker 0: K. So he raped a nine year old boy. He also raped a 17 year old girl. Was he guilty of that? Speaker 1: He plead guilty. The petitioner plead guilty of that crime as well. Speaker 0: So was he guilty? Speaker 1: I I hope so because she plead guilty to it. Speaker 0: He was a he when he did this. That's correct. And also criminal deviant conduct, which the record doesn't doesn't disclose what that was exactly. Then after serving in prison, mister McClain was released for parole, but then violated the terms of parole by having Internet and was sent back to prison. One year after being released again, was convicted of having child pornography. Is that correct? Speaker 1: I'm I'm unclear on exactly the time frame that you're at, but but the petitioner was convicted of distributing child pornography. Speaker 0: Child pornography that was images of adults violently raping children. Speaker 1: Abhorrent conduct. Speaker 0: Okay. Speaker 1: For which there are real victims. Speaker 0: And this individual, six foot two, biologically a man, a minute ago you said that when this man decided that he was a she, you said this individual was quote, I wrote it down, sober and entirely a female. That phrase struck me as remarkable. Did this individual have male genitalia? Speaker 1: I think what I said or at least what I Speaker 0: That is a verbatim quote. Entirely a female. Speaker 1: Sorry. What I meant to say was hormonally a Speaker 0: female. Okay. But that's not entirely. Did this individual have male genitalia? Speaker 1: Yes. Speaker 0: So you took a six foot two serial rapist. Serial child rapist with male genitalia and he said, you know, I'd like to be in a women's prison. And your answer was that sounds great to me. Let me ask you something. The other women in that prison, do they have any rights? Speaker 1: Is is that a question? Yes. Speaker 0: The other women in that prison, do they have any rights? Speaker 1: Of course. Speaker 0: Do they have the right not to have a six foot two man who is a repeat serial rapist put in as their cell mate? Speaker 1: Senator Cruz, I considered the facts presented to me and I reached a decision based on what the law Speaker 0: I asked you a question. Do they have a right not to have a six foot two man who is a serial rapist put in as their cellmate? Do those women have a right to that? Speaker 1: Every person who's incarcerated has the right to be safe in their space. Speaker 0: But you didn't think so. You didn't think so. And in fact, I'm gonna give some quotes from your order because senator Kennedy is right. This is not a judge's order. This is a political activist. By the way, the beginning of your order says, at birth, people are typically assigned a gender. I gotta say that would astonish a lot of Americans. A lot of Americans think you you you go to the hospital, a baby is born and you congratulations. You have a little boy, little girl. The assigned a gender, I know you went to Brown, but it sounds like it's in a college faculty lounge with no bearing on reality. The bureau prison argued. What I'm saying right now that if you put this person in a female prison, there will be a risk of sexual assault to the women. And you know what you did? You said you didn't care about the women. I'm gonna quote what you wrote. You wrote quote, the Bureau of Prisons claim pedagogical interest in protecting female prisoners from sexual violence and trauma. This interest is legitimate, that's kind of you to say. But there are no signs that petitioner is at risk of re offending. The record is devoid of evidence of incidents of violence or assault during petitioner's incarceration when she was the perpetrator, only the victim. A theoretical risk of sexual assault by the prisoner without more cannot support the BOP's position. No evidence theoretical. Have you dealt in what universe is someone who is a serial repeat child rapist not at a risk of re offending? Speaker 1: Senator, as I do in every case. Speaker 0: I know you've been told to repeat the line, I follow the law. I asked a question. In what universe is someone who is a serial repeat child rapist not at risk of re offending? Speaker 1: Sir, I looked at the facts that were before me in this case. All of the evidence including the statements of every warden who had supervised this petitioner. Speaker 0: You also wrote, the BOP also posits that permitting petitioner to live among women will be traumatizing and possibly dangerous to them. This concern is overblown. I have to say, if I were the father of one of those women, and you decided that my daughter's cell mate was gonna be a six foot two man who over and over and over again committed violent sexual assault. I would say the entire justice system is absurd and it is clear on your record, your political ideology matters a heck of a lot more than the rights of those women that you endangered. I think you're a radical and I think you have no business being a judge. Speaker 1: Judge Ned. Speaker 2: Judge Nedburn, there was an opportunity during your exchange with senator Cruz that you were attempting to offer a response relative to the the conditions under which this petitioner were was unsafe in the facilities in which she was being held. I'd like to offer you the opportunity to finish that response. Speaker 1: So the facts that were presented to me and what I relied on to make my decision were that the petitioner had engaged in no violence, no physical violence, no acts of sexual violence whatsoever while in custody. All three wardens who supervised the petitioner requested that she be transferred to a women's facility because of her serious medical needs. In addition, the Bureau of Prisons long time medical provider testified at a two day hearing in my courtroom, and recommended that the petitioner be transferred because of her serious medical needs. And the last thing I'll say is that the transgender executive council, which is the body that makes decisions on behalf of transgender transfer requests within the Bureau of Prisons, never said that the petitioner could not be transferred, and never ever said that she couldn't be transferred because of any risk of violence. What the transgender executive council repeatedly said in denying the request was simply that she needed to maintain her hormone levels. That was the repeated justification for the denial of transfer. But the petitioner had reached full female hormone levels before even being incarcerated. At the time, the district judge in Indiana who sentenced the petitioner requested that she be placed in a women's facility. Her hormones were entirely female at that point. And so the decision by the transgender executive council to deny the transfer request based on this idea that it was only because her hormones needed to be consistent and stabilized. I found was a pretext, but they never once said Speaker 0: opposite of what she said. Your Speaker 2: own reporters. Senators, I gave both of you more time to finish your line of questioning. I allowed the witness to finish her. I allowed the witness to finish witness I allow the witness to finish her. That is Speaker 0: I understand that Speaker 2: is not. I have said that. Speaker 0: Madam chair. She has an obligation to explain why she directly contradicted what she wrote in her report. She says in her report, the Bureau of Prisons claimed pedagogical interest is in protecting female prisoners from sexual violence and trauma. She just told you Senator So, yes, you are afraid of the answer to that question. Speaker 2: Senator Padilla. Before Speaker 0: afraid of the answer to that question.

The speaker criticizes legacy media for focusing on "gotcha" moments against Trump's deportation policies, claiming the American people don't care about the "lived experience" of deported gang members. They advocate for increased deportations, reformed legal immigration, and preventing the subversion of American culture by "importing an enemy." The speaker supports mass denaturalization and accuses the Biden administration of granting citizenship to millions of illegal aliens. They credit the Trump administration for its deportation efforts, despite media attempts to highlight problematic cases. They criticize Senator Van Hollen for requesting a meeting regarding a deported MS-13 member. The speaker claims a global populist movement is rising due to mass immigration and accuses foreign governments and federal contractors of conspiring to manipulate public opinion on the issue. They criticize Zelenskyy's "60 Minutes" appearance, arguing that aid to Ukraine is misspent and that the U.S. should prioritize domestic issues. They support tariffs and criticize the media's coverage of Ukraine aid compared to tariffs.

Speaker 0: Change in the Oval Office earlier today. And, look, we don't like to cast or throw stones here in the war room. But I will say for some of my legacy media colleagues, though it pains me to have to describe them as such. Just a humble tip. If the questions that you're asking, if I were to just read a blank transcript of them, and they probably could have been read or written by a propagandist on behalf of MS thirteen or trendy Aragua, it probably means that you're not asking a very good question. I think Caitlin Collins is probably only a few days away from becoming an honorary member of MS thirteen, and I would extend that honor because they probably think it is one out to probably virtually all of the press corps because it seems that the only time that the word immigrant, immigration, refugee, or any Latin American country can cross their mouths or enter their vernacular, sort of like a Kamala Harris effect. Right? The only time she could say the word sovereignty was when she was down at the border once on the campaign in Tucson, then suddenly it seemed to diminish and abate from her vocabulary in its entirety. But the only time that these sick, twisted people want to talk about immigration, legal, illegal, or otherwise, is in the confines of trying to get a gotcha moment against president Trump. And I don't know. I'll just be blunt. The American people do not care about deporting or what the lived experience of some thug violent gang member is after they've been deported from this country. I don't care about the paperwork, and I really don't care if they were in the right seat or the wrong seat. Right? I think we saw on the campaign trail, and frankly, since president Trump descended down the escalator on that very fateful day, the legacy media loves to play referee and set the goalposts when it comes to what our discussion has to be about anything related to immigration, legal, illegal, or otherwise. And the only time that my legacy media betters will ask a question about immigration is in an effort to smear and mock president Trump's deportation agenda. And just like what we saw the outrage, the rightful and justified outrage, the righteous indignation about what was happening in, say, for example, Springfield, Ohio, the American people don't wanna talk about respecting the human rights and due process of people who probably have more stuff in common with animals than they do humanity. We wanna talk about how these deportation numbers, how we can get them up, how we can reform legal immigration, how we can stop subverting this country's culture from within by importing an enemy, oftentimes peoples from countries that were basically at not maybe not kinetic war, but certainly economic war with. Right? Whatever happened to it was that the thousands of Chinese nationals that entered this country under Joe Biden. Right? They love to only look at immigration in the confines of a political gotcha moment against president Trump when the rest of this country looks at immigration as an issue that's not just about immigration, but it's something economic, it's political, it's societal, and most importantly, it's cultural. And anybody who thinks that defending illegal aliens by saying, well, it's actually not a crime. It's a civil offense to enter this country illegally. Yet good luck in the midterms. Very good luck in the midterms to you. And by the way, it's the same people who are so quick to make that distinction right between civil and criminal offenses. Well, did you see them ever apoplectic or melting down about? I don't know. What was it? The hundreds, if not thousands of terrorism enhancement charges that January 6 participants had added to their record? They're more upset about designating FS thirteen and trendy Ragua as foreign terrorist organizations and deporting foreign terrorists than actual American citizens being treated as as such. Right? They care more, I think, about the chain of custody and making sure that criminal illegal aliens have all of their human rights. Whatever weird UN Geneva framework they've come up with for these disgusting people being honored on these deportation flights that they care about investigating or looking into the chain of custody of mail in ballots. Right. It's very, very selective outrage. And it's quite interesting. We, I think, have advocated here on this show since before the election that we shouldn't just be talking about mass deportations, but we should be talking about mass denaturalizations too. And, yes, media matters. I hope you heard me on that one. But in the same vein that Joe Biden just gets to what? And I'm not talking. Auto pen signed preemptive blanket pardons, but just grant millions, probably at the end of the day, over 10,000,000 illegal aliens with some form of citizenship or a green card or a visa. That doesn't mean anything, not just because he was an illegitimate president, but there are certainly legal ways to look into denaturalizing these people. And I think that the president and that this White House should be looking into that full steam and full force ahead. Because I would certainly love to see my, my legacy media colleagues meltdown about that one. But I think we can give credit where credit is due. Obviously, we have hammered. I think on the show that the deportation numbers, though the crossings of the border have plummeted, we need to have, I guess, a perpendicular track record when it comes to these deportations and see that number exponentially grow, maybe even more so than the fake climate change hockey stick graph. But to the Trump administration's credit, I mean, right. You know, they've been talking about it since even before President Trump won the fear porn, the propaganda, the information warfare that they were going to be waging on all of us. Right? All the sob stories. I'm sure you all remember, and I'm not just talking about the legalization of domestic propaganda or CNN intentionally airing, you know, pictures of children dying in wars. Well, they'll never air pictures of American children being killed by illegal aliens. But I guess if it serves the military industrial complex, then they'll make an exception. But it really is quite wild that for the tens of thousands of people that the Trump administration has successfully deported, that the best gotcha moment they can manufacture really boils down to two people, and that is the Maryland man. Used to be Maryland father. Now I guess he's just a Maryland man who was what? An MS thirteen member. And then, of course, the, the infamous notorious makeup artist. And it really is quite impressive. Like I was saying of the, what, tens of thousands of people that they've deported. The best that they can do, the best accusation that they can hurl against the Trump administration is that, well, maybe two of the people, yeah, fudged the paperwork. Maybe they were just, being like Democrats on mail in ballots. But it's quite telling, and it's a testament to that successful operation. Right? Maryland man, I guess that's just like, what was it? Abu Bakr al Baghdadi, the US year religious scholar, also known as the leader of the Islamic State, but the Washington Post, I guess, didn't want to describe him as that. But I guess you also get special treatment if you're a member of a terrorist organization because apparently, senator Chris Van Hollen has requested a meeting with the wonderful president of El Salvador, Naibou Kelly, to discuss the status of that so called missing Maryland man demanding answers like a petulant child because apparently, the Democrats' perverse version of a social contract is that they're gonna keep selling you down the river with, I don't know, trade deals and immigration policy. But if you wanted to port a criminal foreign terrorist organization member, well, then you get a special meeting, not even with, a member of the house, but with a full blown senator because that makes a lot of sense. But I I would just say humbly to all of these wonderful Democrats who really on full display have shown their love not for this country, but for, again, foreign terrorist organizations that we probably wouldn't have had to flood the zone with all these EOs and deportations, and this whole mess of an operation would not have to be so haphazard and massive and colossal if you guys have not flooded this country with tens of millions of illegal aliens. And I'm not just talking under Joe Biden, but years past and years prior, and we know what you guys probably tried to do under president Trump too. And then it's quite funny because there's a beautiful article, I believe, came up yesterday in Politico Denver. If you want to toss that up, populists are gaining power and keeping it. What comes next? And it goes in details. They almost get there. They're close enough, but not quite. They don't realize that it's actually this mass immigration, and that's too euphemistic a term. This mass invasion of every western country by third world backwards cultures that hate us and don't have to go over to Iran to hear them chanting death to America. You can hear it a lot closer to home. But that is what is undergirding this global populist movement that believe me, Politico is absolutely panicking and in meltdown over. But the real reason that the populist movement right now is having such a moment and is so ascendant. Is because, well, all of the levers that they used to try to throttle us, whether it was the censorship USAID, the state department, all of these weird pro democracy initiatives. I think anytime you hear the word pro democracy, it should make the hair on your neck stick up almost as much as when you hear comprehensive immigration reform or another Ukraine aid package, but they no longer have the levers of institutional power to push back on what is the ascendant global populist movement. And might I just just add while we're at it? The left, of course, is also melting down over terrorists being deported from college campuses. Although fair point, I think there are probably a lot of homegrown terrorists and anti American activists on those campuses too. But I think that they need to be going after the professors as well. The foreign professors And a lot of the Chinese Communist Party funded, if not outright linked and controlled, owned and operated researchers. I think just limiting the confines of who you're deporting on these college campuses to people who are anti Semitic or anti Israel is not right. It should be under the the purview of who is anti America. Right? This is The United States Of America, and I think they need to broaden out the scope. I think, like I said, Chinese Communist Party funded researchers and, frankly, all the foreign students should have been gone yesterday. How's that for a late Sunday afternoon? E l. But this administration really is firing on all cylinders, and you can see it in the way. Caitlin Collins, the wonderful Caitlin Collins is melting down in the briefing room. But I want to broaden this out to, I guess, an exclusive story for you guys here on the war room that I broke this morning having to do with foreign governments, if you can believe it, actively researching and studying how they can best thwart within their own countries, a populist uprising in terms of supporting restrictionists. That's what they describe it as immigration policies in the style of president Trump. Denver, if you wanna toss the report cover up, it's called no bias here, countering misinformation about refugees and migrants. Fun fact, not only was it funded by an Australian government subsidized research research institution, but also the, behavioral insights technology. It's a global consulting firm that has a lot of contracts with the federal government. I guess, where is Doge when when you need it? But they put out this forty, fifty some odd page report, working. They've become so radical. It's no longer just about debunking misinformation. They're actually in the business of prebunking information. In other words, they don't even want you to be able to conceptualize dirty thoughts about illegal aliens and mass migration to begin with. Let that sink in. Global researchers in conjunction with federal contractors conspiring together to make it so you can't even have unpure thoughts or negative thoughts about mass migration. And to that point where they say that legal aliens are used as political scapegoats for all things that are going wrong in this country. I don't necessarily think that's true. I think here in the war room, we call it the deep state for for what it's worth, but whatever they can, share credit, I guess. But one of the top examples that they use in terms of prebunking, and I'll read you the direct quote, you can also toss the picture up on screen, is, quote, in The US, Trump has introduced new border control measures and announced plans for mass deportations. Some European leaders are considering following suit. In this context, misinformation may circulate in the near future, warns the paper. They then go on to explain, and you can put the other picture up where they show you this nice little HR UN style flowchart where they help you prebunk these, what they describe as myths about the scale of illegal immigration, the scope of illegal immigration, crimes committed by illegal aliens, and, of course, the impending, if not already occurring housing crisis at the hands of illegal aliens. And, frankly, I think the real buried lead here is that rather than curtail the number of immigration, legal or illegal, they would rather engineer and terraform your psychological response to it. Right? That's quite telling. Rather than work with the population at home who has obviously expressed anti immigration sentiment, they would rather try to psychologically manipulate you, that's what they're studying, into being pro open borders. That's the elite ruling class. That's your betters that we're up against. I guess, speaking of narrative control, they wheeled out, I guess, another wonderful open borders globalist, although, I guess, the only border he cares about is his own. That is, of course, none other than Volodymyr Zelensky, who got the wonderful sixty minutes treatment last night on just a whole bash Trump episode. I have a few cuts that I wanna play. I'll put a trigger warning for those of us. I guess it's a little close to tax day, so I apologize. But in case you are wondering what your hard earned tax dollars are going to support, I'll give you a little super cut. Denver, let's roll it. Speaker 1: Dictator and said that Ukraine started this war. What did you think? I believe, sadly, Russian narratives are prevailing in The US. How is it possible to witness our losses and our suffering, to understand what the Russians are doing, and to still believe that they are not the aggressors, that they did not start this war? This speaks to the enormous influence of Russia's information policy on America, on US politics, and US Politicians. Speaker 2: You're not in a good position. You don't have the cards right now. Speaker 1: And Zelenskyy told us he heard Russia's narrative from Trump officials in that disastrous Oval Office meeting in February. Speaker 2: Think you're gambling with World War three. Speaker 1: Would you invite president Trump to Ukraine? Speaker 2: With pleasure, please. Speaker 1: This Zelenskyy apparently wanted president Trump to hear in English. Speaker 2: We want you to come and, I think, to come and to see. You think you understand what's going on here, okay. We respect your position, you understand. But please, before any kind of decisions, any kind of formats of negotiations, Come. To see people, civilians, warriors, hospitals, churches, children, destroyed or dead. Come, Look and then let's move with the plan how to finish the war. You will understand with whom you have a deal. You will understand what Putin did and we will not prepare anything. It will not be theater with preparing actors in the streets and etcetera. We don't do this. We don't need it. You can go exactly where you want in any city which has been under attacks. What I said to them, just come and to understand. Speaker 1: With his invitation on its way, he switched to Ukrainian. Does The United States have your back? The US has donated about $175,000,000,000 in aid. Roughly 100,000,000,000 of that was military, most of which was spent in The US on manufacturing American weapons. What would you say that the American people have gotten for that money? We have always believed that this is our shared struggle, that Ukraine is defending our shared values, that we are defending Europe as a whole. I can only thank the people of The United States Of America for their support, their strong support. But the people dying right now, with all due respect to The US and Europe, the ones dying right now are Ukrainians. This is why I say that by giving us weapons, other countries are protecting their own people. Speaker 0: Yeah. You can save your thanks. I think what the American people really want is, well, frankly, no more money to go to you and your corrupt oligarchic friends, but we want an audit and a retroactive audit at that. And also shame on you for saying it's only Ukrainians who are dying or I believe you referred to The United States as a partner of yours. Don't really think that that's a coequal relationship in any sense of the word. A lot of Americans are dying too, and I would have rather allocated those $175,000,000,000 to what wasn't probably stopping the fentanyl crisis, stopping, I don't know, the poorest southern border, the invasion that was going there, or any of the myriad of health emergencies that this country's undergone while we've been shipping away, God knows what to your country that's probably only funneling at least half, probably more of those weapons to the black market. I mean, at this point, I think the only, strategic advantage that the Ukraine could potentially have for The United States would be turning it into another version of El Salvador where we could deport illegals too. And I stand by that wholeheartedly. Media matters. You know, it's it's quite funny. Right? The irony, it's not okay for Russia, right, to cross the border of Ukraine. But I guess when it's The United States, if you're just a Maryland man, which is apparently a euphemism for what domestic terrorists or foreign terrorists in that case, then you have free rein to invade The United States all that you want. And if you're not on the right seat when you're being deported, then you'll have the entire praetorian guard of the legacy media running cover for you. And I guess while we're at it, the legacy media that's also right apoplectic over the tariffs, it's quite funny. Ukraine aid is really great for America's industrial base. Right? It's really good at building that up and creating jobs. Well, you know what else is really great for America's industrial base since apparently you guys care about that so much? A little thing that starts with a t called tariffs, But I don't think that they're getting the same kind treatment that Volodymyr Zelenskyy or any of the other Ukrainian oligarchs, corrupt oligarchs at that, and I'm being nice in my characterization, have received in terms of media coverage. And by the way, tariffs are less severe of an economic impact on The United States than any of these United's than any of these Ukraine aid packages. And I'm not just talking from a fiscal perspective, but from how the fact of how close we've been drawn in to World War three, angering the Chinese Communist Party, and angering Russia at that. But I guess democracy dies in darkness. Right? So therefore, we should just continue to ceaselessly sell our tax dollars down the river. And I guess democracy also dies when you start deporting foreign terrorists, convicted foreign terrorists at that. That's the America that we live in. We're gonna get into all things speaking of maybe not foreign, maybe not full blown terrorists, but, aiding and abetting domestic terrorists, foreign ones too. Mark Zuckerberg after the short break. Speaker 2: I've Speaker 0: gotta go run and grab a

BREAKING: Another group of no-name Democrats has joined with Margarita Conniseur Van Hollen during a press conference, MELTING DOWN over ICE facilities. This is COMEDIC GOLD! Trump has officially broken the Democratic Party, and there is NO DENYING IT! https://t.co/t9Dl1OhYli

Video Transcript AI Summary
Members of Congress were locked out of a detention facility, despite a "welcome" sign and legal provisions for congressional access. The facility detains individuals, including Maryland residents with no criminal history, often exceeding the 12-hour standard for holding facilities, sometimes holding them for over 60 days before shipping them elsewhere. The facility is accused of violating due process rights, exemplified by the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was deported to El Salvador and later ordered to be returned by the Supreme Court. Concerns are raised about inhumane treatment and the detention of non-violent individuals. One representative stated that people are having their due process rights trampled on and that everyone is subject to the same rules and regulations. The denial of access is seen as an attempt to conceal the misuse of taxpayer dollars and the truth about the facility's operations, which is part of a pattern of lies.

Speaker 0: That's why they shut the door and locked us out. There's a sign on the door that says welcome. They didn't let members of congress through that door, and the person who was in charge had no real answers to some of our pressing questions about the conditions right here. I'm not gonna go through all those conditions. A number of complaints have been filed in courts around the country with respect to those conditions. We also have a long list of people who reside in Maryland, who have no criminal histories, who have been detained here for a period of time far exceeding the twelve hour standard that it's supposed to be. In some cases, well over sixty days, which is way in excess of the standard for a, quote, holding facility. They are housing people here. That is what they are doing. And then they ship them off to other places around the country. And it's heartbreaking to see the names of some of these people. I think a lot of attention has been given recently to the pastor from the Eastern Shore. He was held here for over sixty hours before being shipped out. This holding cell has also become a place where the Trump administration's plan to violate people's constitutional right to due process has been front and center. This is the place where they held Kilmar Abrego Garcia before they shipped him down to Secot, the notorious prison in El Salvador. This is where they denied him his due process rights. Then, of course, a nine to nothing supreme court decision called out that illegality and said they had to facilitate his return. But this office, which we wanted to go see, has become a critical holding point for people who are being swept off the streets without due process and people who do not have any kind of violent history and pose no threat to public safety. But here, they're treated inhumanely. We know that because we had a staff delegation visit back in March. Somehow between March and now, they've decided to not allow members of congress to see what's going in on in there. Even though as congressman Nfume says, the language of the law could not be more clear. And the person in charge upstairs really couldn't refute the plain language of the law that says members of congress need to go in. So I will just end with this. You have to ask yourself why. Why? Why don't they want members of congress to go in and see with their own eyes or talk to people who were detained there? Because they wanna cover up what's going on in that place. They don't want the public to know how their taxpayers' dollars are being used, and is obscene. I now wanna turn it over to the other representative in our delegation from the Baltimore area, Johnny Yoshefsky. Speaker 1: Thank you, senator, and good afternoon. I will add two observations. First of which is before I came to congress, my first job was as an American government teacher. And one of the many things I tried to teach my young people was about due process and the rule of law. And what we're seeing here across the country is the exact opposite of that. People here in Baltimore and across America are having their due process rights absolutely trampled on. And you have to ask yourself if you're watching and if you're listening, what happens when it's me? When you are in a country, you are subject to that country's rules and regulations. Regulations that call for allowing members of congress to visit detention facilities. Regulations that allow for immigration processes to proceed. You can have whatever opinions you want about what the law says. You don't have to like the individual in question. Because when it comes down to it, if it is you or your family, you want and our constitution demands that you have those same due process rights. The second observation I would make is building on what senator Van Hollen said. And that's when you're a liar, you want to hide everything. When you lie, you want no one to see the truth. And so today, unfortunately, is one example in a long, terrible running list of lies from Donald Speaker 0: Trump.
