In the last 24 hours, there were 9,300 encounters with illegal aliens. Over the past 5 days, this number reached 45,000. The US lacks space, resources, and willingness to accommodate the daily influx. President Trump's effective Remain in Mexico policy was dismantled by Joe Biden, leading to this invasion.

@RepMTG - Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene🇺🇸

9,300 illegal alien encounters in the LAST 24 HOURS! 45,000 illegal alien encounters in the LAST 5 DAYS! The United States doesn’t have the room, resources, or desire to house the thousands of illegal aliens invading our border every single day. President Trump’s Remain in Mexico policy worked. Joe Biden destroyed it because he wants the invasion.

New York and Arizona are unable to accommodate more illegal aliens due to financial and space constraints. The suggestion of "remain in Mexico" is brought up as a solution, which was effective before January 2021. However, under the Biden administration, this approach no longer seems to work.

Speaker 0: Being reported this morning. According to the border patrol, there were 9,300 migrant encounters at the border in the last 24 hours. That's 45,000 encounters in the last 5 days. Mister Barelli, can New York take on just another 45,000 more illegal aliens? Speaker 1: No. I think financially, and due to space concerns, the, the inn is is full. Speaker 0: Mister Lyons, can Arizona house some more of these people and feed them and educate them? Speaker 2: Right now, Tucson is now shipping some of these people back into Yuma. And Yuma does not have any facilities, No. Do we have homeless shelters for these people because their facilities are full. Speaker 0: And if you ask any American citizen who is by the way, we're in $33,000,000,000,000 in national debt now. I don't think we can afford to pay for this. We we heard mister Luttrell tell you mister Borrelli that he he doesn't wanna take back the illegal aliens from New York, and Texas doesn't want it want them either. I have a pretty good idea. How about remain in Mexico? Mister Barelli, would you go along with remain in Mexico? Speaker 1: It it certainly seems like before, January of 2021, this problem was a lot less significant for places like New York. Speaker 0: Absolutely, remain in Mexico worked. Mister Lines, how do you feel about illegal aliens, remaining in Mexico? Speaker 2: We saw 1 20th of the challenge that we're seeing today because Because of that MPP protocol to remain in Mexico. Speaker 0: Seems like it works. Ms. Malia Takas, you're from New York. How do you like remain in Mexico? Think it's a good idea. It certainly worked under the previous administration. Yeah. It worked. But somehow under the Biden administration, this this no longer works.

Biden unveils his plan for the border crisis: -Fast track processing at the US border -Expand legal pathways for citizenship -Increase the total number of refugees -Send money to help sanctuary cities -Speed up work-permits for illegals

Video Transcript AI Summary
We have implemented policies to process people quickly and fairly. Additionally, we are expanding legal pathways for entry, reducing wait times for families to be reunited, and increasing the number of refugees admitted from Latin America. We are also providing support to states and cities with high immigrant populations, training city workers, and assisting over a million eligible migrants with work permit applications. While Congress has the power to change the waiting period for work permits, the secretary of homeland security has taken action to provide temporary protection to hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans due to the poor conditions in their country.

Speaker 0: 1st, we put in place policies that process people in a fair and fast way. Second, we're significantly expanding legal pathways for entry so businesses can get the workers they need. Families don't have to wait for a decade to be together. I've also directed my team to make historic increase in the number of refugees admitted from Latin America. People fleeing violence and persecution. We simply want the kids to have a better life. Next week, my team will consult with Congress on this plan. Third, we're supporting states and cities that have seen a surge in immigrants. We've developed federal experts, deploy them to help train city workers. We've launched outreach campaigns helping over a 1000000 eligible migrants apply for work permits. We're accelerating the process for work permit applications. Right now, most migrants have to wait 6 months after filing a claim before they can go to work. Only Congress can change that. But the secretary of homeland security can take extraordinary action. Yesterday, given the poor conditions in Venezuela, secretary Mayorkas announced temporary protection for hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans already in this country.

The Biden administration acknowledges the urgent need for border wall construction due to the escalating migrant crisis. Interestingly, this stance contrasts with their previous criticism of such measures. Mayorkas emphasizes the necessity of physical barriers and roads to prevent unlawful entries, citing relevant legislation. Selling border wall parts now seems ill-advised.

@CollinRugg - Collin Rugg

BREAKING: The Biden administration says there is an “immediate need” to wave regulations and build a border wall as the migrant crisis spirals out of control. Remarkable. 4 years ago this was “racist.” Now they’re advocating for it. "There is presently an acute and immediate need to construct physical barriers and roads in the vicinity of the border of the United States in order to prevent unlawful entries into the United States in the project areas pursuant to sections 102(a) and 102(b) of [the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996]," Mayorkas said in an announcement. Gee, maybe they shouldn’t have sold all the border wall parts.

The US government has created an app called CBP-1, allowing non-citizens without proper documents to schedule appointments and enter the country. This app functions as a concierge service for illegal immigrants, enabling them to choose from seven border points of entry. Critics argue that this approach prioritizes convenience over security, as those arriving for appointments are not interviewed or questioned about their vulnerabilities or reasons for coming to the US. This app has sparked controversy, with some viewing it as an alternative to building a physical border wall.

This Is One Of The Most INSANE Things I’ve Ever Heard, Only A Nation Attempting To Suicide Itself Would Allow This An App Has Been Created By The US Government For Illegals To Log On & Make Appointments To Enter The Country WITHOUT DOCUMENTS “I'm reading to you from public reports about how your own app works. And you identified seven separate border points of entry where they could come, five of them in Texas, two of them in California, one in Arizona. It's like a concierge service for illegal immigrants. My question is, you didn't think the border crisis was bad enough that now we're gonna have an app that allows illegals to schedule their appointments and come and be admitted to this country? Senator, you're mischaracterizing the use of the application. — Those arriving for the CBP-1 appointments are given no interviews, asked no questions about vulnerabilities that they may or may not have listed in the app or about why they're coming to the United States. Speaker 0: If I can, I will get you the precise Speaker 1: I'm reading to you from public reports about how your own app works? You rolled out a new phone app called cbp 1, an app for a cell phone. I've got a picture of it behind me here. This phone app allows and I'm gonna quote from your own fact sheet. It allows, and I quote, noncitizens without out appropriate documents for admission to schedule an appointment to come to the border. My question is, you didn't think the border crisis was bad enough that now we're gonna have an app that allows illegals to schedule their appointments and come and be admitted to this country? Speaker 0: Senator, you're mischaracterizing the use of the application. Let me let me explain it to you. We are currently enforcing the public health order of title 42, and I know you're very familiar with it. There is a process For individuals who claim an exception to the Title 42 expulsion authority because of an acute medical, condition. Speaker 1: Well, let's talk about this app. Speaker 0: If I if I may finish, an urgent, an urgent humanitarian reason. So instead Of them coming in between the ports of entry to claim that urgent medical condition, that extraordinarily acute humanitarian cause. We allow a limited number to arrive at our ports of entry And seek the emergency relief that they need. Speaker 1: Schedule you you allow them let's let's be let let let's be particular about what Speaker 0: you do. You say the CBP one app Was not, unveiled for the 1st time on January 5th this year. Speaker 1: Oh, oh, no. But you changed it. You made it available on January 5th to the illegals themselves. You don't have to be a lawyer to use it. You don't have to be a member of a non governmental organization. Anybody can download the app and use it on their phone. And for the first time, you allowed them to schedule appointments. Now let's talk about what actually happens when they come to the border. It's interesting. You characterized this when you rolled it out as an application for applying for asylum. But nowhere on the app do you actually require the illegal migrants to apply for asylum or to claim asylum or anything about asylum. And in fact, when they then get to the border, you don't ask them questions. You don't do interviews. You just release them. Here's the Texas Monthly, not a notable conservative outlet, who reports, and I quote, at no point does the app ask users, are you seeking asylum? Those arriving for the CBP one appointments are given no interviews, asked no questions about vulnerabilities that they may or may not have listed in the app or about why they're coming to United States. They're simply released into the country, end quote. So rather than building a wall, mister secretary, you have built Ticketmaster for illegal immigrants. Speaker 0: You are, senator, you are conflating programs. Let me let me explain Speaker 1: to you. Respond to this. Is it true that they are given no interviews, asked no questions, and simply released into the country? Let Speaker 0: me explain to you what we announced On January 5th. Speaker 1: No. I want you explain to me what's happening. I know what you announced. I read it to you. Speaker 0: So I so I will explain to you what is happening. Speaker 1: Are they given interviews? Let's start with that. Are they given interviews? Speaker 0: We were previously experiencing That's starting Speaker 1: to sound like a no. Well, let's just let's just phone in here. Mister Secretary, my time is is very limited. I don't mean to interrupt you, but I wanna to some clarity here. Are the the Texas Monthly has reported that once illegal immigrants go on their phone and reserve their time to come to the border once they use your concierge service that you created for them. When they come, they are given no interviews. They are asked no questions about any vulnerabilities. They are simply released into the country. Is that happening? Senator, Speaker 0: you are mistaken. And if I may explain Speaker 1: Are they given interviews? Speaker 0: If I may explain, individuals who seek parole Under our January 5th program for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans are screened and vetted before they arrive at our border. Wait a minute. Speaker 1: Wait a minute. No. They they go on and and they go on the phone, and they just reserve a time. And then they show up, and they're not given they're given nothing. Listen to this. Even immigration advocates are amazed about this. You're also from the Texas Monthly. Here's 1 immigration advocate whose first name is Orda. She says, that's the crazy part. Nothing in this new program requires you to actually seek asylum. Somehow, we've decided to punish those who arrive at the border without the app who may be seeking asylum, but we just let in anybody who may or may not have any particular reason to seek asylum so long as they've made an appointment on your Ticketmaster app. This seems crazy to me. Speaker 0: Senator, it's a complete mischaracterization of the program that we announced And are implementing So how many Speaker 1: people have used how many people have used the app then? Speaker 0: That you are referring to. So if I can explain Speaker 1: How many people have used the app? Speaker 0: So we have, we had a significant surge of queue Speaker 1: How many people have used the app? Speaker 0: Victoraguans and Venezuela. Speaker 1: Mister secretary, you're here to answer my questions. How many people have used the app? Speaker 0: Tens of thousands have sought to make an appointment At the port of entry under our parole program. Speaker 1: Okay. Okay, good. How many have been admitted without an interview at the border? Speaker 0: Well, you are, again, inserting a fact, that does not belong in your question. So If I can't, I will get you the Speaker 1: I'm reading to you from public reports about how your own app works. You're just blanket deny so you're not quite denying it. You're saying that maybe we don't understand. Apparently, I don't understand. Texas Monthly doesn't understand. Immigration advocates don't understand. You're the only one who understands it. You won't answer my question. How much did this cost to develop, by Speaker 0: the way? Senator, I don't have the the cost, but let me share with you critical Speaker 1: Will you get it for us? Speaker 0: Let me share with you a critical Will Speaker 1: you get us the cost Speaker 0: of what it to develop this app? Happily. Speaker 1: Did you use Speaker 0: a did you contract with a tech firm to develop it? Senator, we have seen a approximately Speaker 1: Did you contract with a tech firm to develop it? Speaker 0: We have seen an approximately 95% did you contract with a tech firm to develop it? Yes or no? Senator, this was led by US Customs and Border Protection, Our technical experts within the agency. And I certainly will get an answer to your question whether outside consultants were utilized. Speaker 1: So you don't know. Speaker 0: Development process. Speaker 1: You don't know. Speaker 0: May I may I explain to you, since you have a misunderstanding of the program, what it is and the impact, The positive impact it has had on encounters of these 4 populations in between Speaker 1: I just wanna know why it is that you are allowing people to come to this border to make appointments to not be interviewed, and then how many have just been released? Is it true, by the way, as the Texas Monthly reports that they're simply released in the country on official parole. And get this, they're not given according to their reporting any kind of follow-up. Their court dates are in immigration court, Texas Monthly Reports, not even necessarily asylum trials. They're often general deportation hearings where defendants can make arguments for remaining in the country. Is that true? Speaker 0: That is, a completely mistaken understanding of how the immigration process works. That language is completely confusing and erroneous. Speaker 1: It is confusing. What's confusing is why anybody would think that an app like this to allow legal immigrants to literally reserve a time to come to the border and then be ushered in without an interview, without follow-up, without tracking is stunning. It's absolutely stunning. Let me ask you in my very short time remaining something else about Chinese nationals. I've I've only got a minute left. Speaker 0: That is false. Speaker 1: Let let me ask you about about the the Chinese nationals who we all saw coming over the border, busloads of them, and then being released in the American interior. What's the what's the percentage increase of Chinese nationals across border this year, mister secretary. Let's just focus on maybe the Rio Grande Valley side. Speaker 0: The number of the the number of Chinese nationals encountered on the southern border, has increased significantly Speaker 1: Do you know how much? Speaker 0: Over the past. I don't have the precise Speaker 1: I do. It's not it's 900% just in the Rio Grande Valley sector. Are any of or any of these people who came in this bus these Chinese nationals members of Speaker 0: the Chinese Communist Party? Senator, if an individual Presents a national security or public safety threat. We detained them during the pendency Speaker 1: of their But that's not what I asked. I asked if they're members of the CCP. Speaker 0: During the pendency of their removal proceeding. Speaker 1: Are are any of these individuals members of the CCP? I think there's about 70 who came on this bus. Speaker 0: If indeed they are determined to be A national security threat or a threat to public safety. We detained them pending their removal proceedings. Speaker 1: Were any of these individuals detained or were they released Speaker 0: into the I don't have awareness of that particular group of individuals. Speaker 1: And so you don't know if any of them were members of the CCP? Or actually, you do know. You just won't say. President Biden is considering implementing strict border policies, similar to those used by former President Trump, in order to persuade Republican lawmakers to provide more military aid to Ukraine. This marks a significant shift in immigration policies, as it reflects concerns over the record number of migrants crossing the southern border and the strain it has placed on federal and local resources. Democratic-led cities like New York and Chicago have struggled to accommodate the influx of newcomers, leading to concerns from local officials. The new Senate border bill appears to be worse than the current law. It does not end catch and release, exempts UAC from removal authority, does nothing to end perpetual settlement agreements, codifies the Administration's asylum officer rule, and has a problematic emergency authority. Non-Mexican UAC are not counted in the total triggering the emergency authority. The bill allows the Biden team to opt anyone out from expedited proceedings and suspend the new authority. It also wastes taxpayer money, including billions for processing and providing services to illegal aliens.

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

🚨The new Senate border bill is out (https://appropriations.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/emergency_national_security_supplemental_bill_text.pdf) and we are evaluating it, but here are TEN things you should know to start with (there are more). In sum, it appears to be WORSE THAN the current law. Read this 🧵and decide for yourself.

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

1. It does not end catch and release. Instead, it facilitates catch and release for certain populations. This should be a MAJOR red flag for all. https://t.co/2w8bsk1L64

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

2. It exempts UAC from the new "break glass" removal authority. Which means it is worthless, as UAC remain a gaping loophole, and we have seen the largest child smuggling operation in history during the Biden Administration. For context, more than 476,000 UAC have come during the Biden Admin. None of them ever go home.

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

3. It does nothing to end perpetual settlement agreements like Flores, which have undermined border security for decades. https://t.co/p3YcKBfnhK

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

4. The bill effectively codifies the Administration's absurd "asylum officer rule" that dozens of state Attorneys General are currently challenging in court. They might as well call this the "Asylum Officer Empowerment Act," meaning more and more aliens will get asylum based on lax adjudications. And asylum = path to a green card and citizenship.

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

5. The new "break glass" emergency authority is a disaster. The Secretary "may" use it if there are 4,000 or more aliens encountered each day (28k per week, 121k a month, 1.46 mil a year). But he "must" use it when there are more than 5,000 a day over a week or 8,500 in a single day. Those are insane numbers and totally unacceptable to the American people.

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

6. And Non-Mexican UAC are NOT counted in the total that triggers the emergency authority. https://t.co/ak13WSQ12u

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

7. But if that wasn't bad enough, there is a provision that allows the Biden team to essentially opt anyone out from the new supposedly expedited proceedings. https://t.co/KdTrLjuOfx

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

8. And if that weren't bad enough, it allows Biden to SUSPEND the new authority if he wants to, rendering it meaningless: https://t.co/ShvPbvKF0A

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

9. Oh, and the authority is limited in time duration, going down each subsequent year, making it even more worthless: https://t.co/mohOnHwEgw

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

10. The bill wastes a ton of taxpayer money. Billions here and billions there for more "processing." Including $1.4 BILLION for more FEMA grants that provide shelter and other services to illegal aliens. There are even nuggets like $36 million to provide attorneys for "incompetent" adult aliens.

Let me be clear: The Senate Border Bill will NOT receive a vote in the House. Here’s what the people pushing this “deal” aren’t telling you: It accepts 5,000 illegal immigrants a day and gives automatic work permits to asylum recipients—a magnet for more illegal immigration.

Congresswoman Nicole Malaka argued that the Senate bill did not go far enough when it comes to securing the border and said there is more President Joe Biden can do. In the interim, He can, uh, end, catch and release. He can adjust the asylum. He can end the parole program that he started, and he can actually shut down the border. He can shut it down. Meanwhile, more than 173,000 migrants have entered New York City in the past two years with the city still currently caring for close to 70,000 migrants. Governor Kaby Houl on Friday continued her call for a border deal saying New York cannot continue to handle this influx of migrants. If the 10 Republican members of Congress who represent the state of New York would simply exercise their clout, walked down to Speaker Johnson's office and say, our state needs help right now, they can no longer financially afford to handle this number of people. Now, Congressman Ryan, along with Congressman Mike Lawler, wrote a bipartisan letter to President Joe Biden last year asking that he approve New York's request for a major disaster declaration. So more federal resources could be funneled to the state, something that Biden still has not done.”

Speaker 3: He can, end catch and release. He can adjust the asylum. He can end the parole program that he started, and he can actually shut down the border. He can shut it down. Speaker 2: Meanwhile, more than a 173,000 migrants have entered New York City in the past 2 years, with the city still currently caring for close to 70,000 migrants. Governor Kathy Hochul on Friday continued her call for a border deal saying New York cannot continue to handle this influx of migrants. Speaker 4: If the 10 Republican members of congress who represent the state of New York would simply exercise their clout, walk down to speaker Johnson's office and say, our state needs help right now. They can no longer financially afford to handle this number of people. Speaker 2: Now congressman Ryan along with congressman Mike Lawler wrote a bipartisan letter to president Joe Biden last year asking that he approve New York's request for a major disaster declaration so more federal resources could be funneled to the states, something that Biden still has not done.

The massive flood of illegal immigration is due to 94 executive actions by the Biden administration. Until those executive actions are revoked, claims by Biden that he wants to address illegal immigration are a bold-faced lie.

@KanekoaTheGreat - KanekoaTheGreat

Reporter: “Why are you waiting to take executive action on the border?” Biden: “Because we need more forces on the border, I don’t have the authority to do that.” Biden took 94 executive actions in his first 100 days to decimate border security — and has all the authority he needs to reverse course and end the border crisis. On Biden's inaugural day, he signed executive orders that incentivize illegal immigration: • Paused Deportations • Suspended "Remain in Mexico" • Stopped Border Wall Construction Since these policy changes, over 8 million people have illegally entered the country, with millions more slipping past border patrol undetected.

I believe that Haitian migrants in Ohio are not illegal due to the Biden administration's executive decree, which protects them from deportation. While Temporary Protected Status (TPS) is intended to be temporary, I argue that Democrats will not enforce deportation when it ends. Additionally, Biden's use of "parole authority" has allowed many migrants to enter the U.S. legally, which I see as an abuse of immigration law. The original intent of TPS, established by Congress in 1990, has been stretched beyond its purpose, creating significant issues that I think could be addressed by future leadership.

@BuckSexton - Buck Sexton

The Haitians migrants in Ohio are not *illegal* The Biden/Harris administration decided, by executive decree, that they cannot be deported, and are de facto legal More importantly, Democrats will never, ever, deport these “TPS” recipients It’s not temporary, it’s forever

@BuckSexton - Buck Sexton

It’s supposed to be a temporary status, and when it ends, they are all “illegal” again in the sense that they are deportable. But Democrats absolutely will not deport them. That’s the whole game.

@BuckSexton - Buck Sexton

Also: Biden has exercised a “parole authority” so that many of these TPS designated countries have been allowed to fly hundred-of-thousands of migrants *LEGALLY* into the U.S. This an outrageous abuse of an immigration law loophole. However bad you think the Biden borders are, it’s worse

@BuckSexton - Buck Sexton

Temporary Protected Status comes from Congress, the Immigration Act of 1990. It’s supposed to be an emergency only measure. Biden’s White House has abused it far beyond the intent of the law, and created a mess. But Trump can turn it around and shut it down.

The speakers discuss immigration and border security, questioning why the Biden administration doesn't secure the border. One speaker believes Biden has the executive authority to do so. They claim the asylum system is overwhelmed, with a significant backlog and increased immigration compared to 20 years ago, even more than during the Trump administration. They discuss the percentage of cases that result in deportation, suggesting that many asylum seekers are approved, even if their initial entry wasn't legal. Some enter legally on visitor visas and then apply for asylum when their status expires, which one speaker describes as a loophole. They also claim that the Democratic Party platform is influenced by whoever gives the most money to the party, resulting in control by special interests.

Speaker 0: Why don't they just clean up the border? That's my question. Speaker 1: I personally I personally think Biden has the power to do that. The refugee and asylum stuff is a mess. There's the backlog for asylum is so bad because there's so much immigration more immigration than I was 20 years ago. Speaker 0: What's the percentage of cases in UC come across that get deported? Not many. Speaker 1: Out of all the ones I've seen so far, they have all been assigned to the police. Speaker 0: The protections good? No. But a, democrat appointee couldn't say Speaker 1: that because it does not lie. But it's a party platform. Speaker 0: And who made the party platform is by far Speaker 1: Whoever gives the most money to the Democratic Party. Now we're completely controlled by the special interest above us. Speaker 2: I'm gonna send to the United States Congress a pathway to citizenship for over 11,000,000 undocumented people. It is my testimony that the border is secure. Speaker 1: And we're completely controlled by the special interest above us. Speaker 0: So you work with the DHS officers? Speaker 1: Yeah. They're actually called immigration Immigration. Immigration officers. Officer. Yeah. And they're under US Citizenship Immigration Service. So US Citizenship and Immigration Services is like the benefits agency for immigrants. I'll be at DOJ. I started in February and I'll be there till next February Oh, okay. And then I'll go back to my other job. Speaker 0: Which was what? Speaker 1: The council council with US AirAsia and Immigration Center. Speaker 0: Okay. So they're just giving you putting you on loan? Speaker 1: Yeah. Basically, that's a good that's a very good way to say it happens. Oh, the refugee asylum. Yes. And, like, that's Speaker 0: What do you mean? Speaker 1: It's just so I mean, there's so many people applying for asylum, like, there's all those people at the border that are coming over, you know, then saying I'm flying for asylum. I don't know what to do. And then, like, there's the backlog for asylum. It's so bad. There's more flows of people coming in now. Why is that? Because Biden's president. Because he's more liberal than immigration people. Because there's so much immigration more immigration than there was 20 years ago. Speaker 0: And, yeah, even more than during Trump, Yeah. Wow. But they don't admit that. Why? And why don't they just clear the border? That's my question. Speaker 1: I personally I personally think Biden has the power to do that. I really think that Biden has executive authority to close the border. I think that the power is delegated to them by the human nationality. Speaker 0: That's our opinion. That's you knowing law. Speaker 1: Yeah. I think or not I mean, it's total, but, like, garlic. I'm not garlic. Oh, not garlic. Mayorkos, I think, may have to happen to them that just through the Immigration Nationality Act, however you want. I think he doesn't do it. Well, I don't think he know it's I don't think they know whether it's legal or not, so that's why they don't do it. Sometimes you gotta take a chance. Yeah. And they don't want I don't think they want that work unless it's really necessary. Speaker 0: But Trump is campaigning on deporting everybody when if he gets elected. That's gonna get support. Yeah, a Speaker 1: lot of them. Right. Speaker 0: What's the percentage of cases that you see come across that Speaker 1: get deported? Not many. Out of all the ones I've seen so far, they've all been asylumed through this. Is that the problem? I don't think so, because they are getting approved which means that if they're approved asylum technically their insurance was legal even if they wasn't. But actually you'd be surprised, those people that are suing for their asylum asylum reputation to come but to be decided on, they did enter, specifically enter and were admitted to the United States legally on visitor on non immigrant visas. So like just your visit card. When you're only gonna be here for a certain period of time, and then they apply for asylum when that status runs out. Speaker 0: So it's kind of like a loophole they're taking advantage Speaker 1: of. Yes. Yes. Speaker 0: So how do those asylum tests get approved if they were just visiting Speaker 1: in the first place? Because that's usually the way to get out of the country that they're being persecuted from. Speaker 0: Your position seeing all the UC is different. You must think that, yeah, asylum is deportation is good. But a a democrat appointee couldn't say that Speaker 1: because it does not why? But it's a party platform. Speaker 0: And who made the party platform is my question. Speaker 1: The party in Shire. The party what? In Shire. Speaker 0: And who's that? Speaker 1: Whoever gives the most money they gives the most money to the Democratic Party. And we're completely controlled by the special interests above us. That's Is Speaker 0: it true it's a fact? Speaker 1: They have the most influence and they're they're official because they don't make the most money.

I shared new CBP data revealing that nearly 530,000 migrants have entered the U.S. through the Biden administration's CHNV mass parole program, with an additional 813,000 using the CBP One app for appointments. These migrants receive two-year humanitarian parole, allowing them to work. ICE sources indicate they lack the resources to monitor or deport those who overstay. With ICE's non-detained docket projected to reach 8 million, it's clear that over 1 million migrants allowed in through these programs are likely to remain in the U.S.

NEW: Per newly released CBP data, nearly 530,000 migrants have flown into the US & have been paroled into the country as part of the Biden administration’s controversial CHNV mass parole program. Additionally, approx 813,000 migrants have scheduled appointments via the CBP One app at ports of entry to be released into the US. These are “lawful pathways” created by the Biden administration, and these numbers do not count in Border Patrol data, as they are not illegal crossings. Most of the migrants taking part in these programs are paroled into the U.S. on two year humanitarian parole grants, which also allow them to apply to work. Every single ICE source/contact I’ve spoken with has told me the same thing - they do not have the manpower or resources to find and deport such a large population of people if they overstay these 2 year grants. As it stands now, ICE’s non-detained docket is on track to hit 8 million by the end of the year, and each ICE officer currently manages an average of 7,000 cases. The agency is already tasked with tracking down and removing those with final orders of removal, aggravated felons, gotaways, etc. They physically do not have the bodies to track and remove this additional population - and there has been no government agency monitoring parole expiration, according to a recent DHS Inspector General report. The bottom line - the more than 1 million migrants the Biden admin has allowed into the U.S. via these programs are here to stay - even if they fall out of status and become unlawfully in the U.S. New CBP data: https://cbp.gov/newsroom/national-media-release/cbp-releases-august-2024-monthly-update

The Biden administration created two programs in 2023 to allow migrants to enter the U.S. legally, bypassing border patrol. CBP data indicates over 1.3 million migrants have entered the U.S. through these programs. Approximately 530,000 migrants have flown into the U.S. via the CHNV parole program for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans. Two Haitian nationals who entered through this program were arrested for sexually assaulting children. Akeem Marc Desire was arrested for allegedly molesting a 10-year-old boy in Massachusetts, and Corey Alvarez was arrested for aggravated child rape. Since January 2023, over 800,000 migrants have been allowed into the U.S. using the CBP One app. In July 2023, Kinal Batiste, a Haitian national who entered via the app, was arrested in New York and charged with a double murder. These programs bring in roughly 70,000 to 80,000 migrants monthly, who are not counted in border patrol data.

Speaker 0: Bill, good morning to you. Record high illegal crossings down at the southern border have obviously been a huge political headache Speaker 1: for the Biden administration. So at the start of 2023, they created 2 new programs to allow migrants to come into the US legally, bypassing border patrol entirely. And according to new CBP data, those Biden programs have now allowed more than 1,300,000 migrants to come into the US. So take a look at this. According to that CBP data, about 5 130,000 migrants have now flown into the US as part of the Biden administration's controversial mass parole program for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans. It's called the CHNV program. Now more than 200,000 of them have been Haitians coming in, and at least 2 of those Haitians were arrested for sexually assaulting children this year. Take a look. Earlier this month, Haitian national, Akeem Marc Desire, was arrested for allegedly molesting a 10 year old boy in Massachusetts. He first flew into the US as part of the CHNV parole program in June of 2023. Then back in March, another Haitian national, Corey Alvarez, was arrested for aggravated child rape. That's after prosecutors say he raped a girl in a migrant hotel outside of Boston. He also flew into the US as part of the CHVNV parole program back in June of 2023. Now there's a second program. According to CBP data, since January 2023, more than 800,000 migrants have now been allowed into the US via the Biden administration's use of the controversial CBP 1 cell phone app that allows migrants to book appointments at ports of entry to be released into the US. That includes nearly 45,000 migrants last month alone, an average of nearly 1500 migrants coming in every single day. And this year, Kinal Batiste, a Haitian national who came into the US in July 2023 via that cell phone app, was arrested in New York and charged with a double murder after he allegedly stabbed 2 men to death. And back out here live, these two programs combined together have been bringing in roughly 70,000 to 80,000 migrants every single month, and those migrants are not counted in border patrol data because they are not illegal crossing. So, yes, border patrol numbers have been down significantly this year, but those numbers are not a true reflection of the amount of people who are being allowed into the country. Wow. Bill, we'll send it back to you. Speaker 0: Okay, Bill. Thanks. Stay on it. I know you will. Bill Miluzian in Chicago today. Thank you.

I noticed that those granted asylum can become citizens in just five years, which aligns with a Presidential election cycle. This leads to a significant Democratic vote. It seems that many are being settled in swing states like Arizona, Wisconsin, and Ohio to establish long-term Democratic dominance.

Those granted asylum become citizens within 5 years, which is just over one Presidential election cycle and then vote overwhelmingly Democrat. This is why so many are being placed in large numbers in Arizona, Wisconsin, Ohio and other swing states. To create permanent one-party rule by the “Democrats”.

I believe the Democrats are intentionally fast-tracking illegal immigrants to citizenship, aiming to shift swing states toward permanent one-party rule, similar to California post-1986 amnesty. Since January 2021, unprecedented illegal immigration has been met with paroling rather than deportation. Programs like the phone app and CHNV flights further facilitate this. Paroled individuals can adjust their status and eventually gain citizenship, potentially transforming the electorate within a decade. The ease of voter registration without proof of citizenship raises concerns about fraud and manipulation.

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

‼️Exactly. 💯 Not only have they pledged to abolish the filibuster and pass legislation making illegal aliens into voting citizens, but they are ALREADY placing them on a fast-track to citizenship. Here’s how 🧵:

@elonmusk - Elon Musk

The Dems are doing deliberate voter importation to swing states & fast-tracking them to citizenship. The only question is when (not if) enough migrants can vote to flip all swing states, shifting the whole country to permanent one-party rule, just like what happened to California after the 1986 amnesty. Diabolically smart tbh. That’s why I keep saying that, unless Trump wins and reverses this scam, 2024 is the last election in America. The Dem machine’s voter importation scam is the true threat to democracy, not Trump!

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

- Starting point = unprecedented levels of illegal immigration since Jan. 20, 2021. But the illegals aliens don’t get deported. - The overwhelming majority of encounters with illegal aliens since 2021 have resulted in DHS “paroling” the into the United States

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

- But the tens of thousands of illegal aliens crossing weren’t enough, so Biden-Harris added a phone app (unlimited each month) and he CHNV flight program (30k per month) They all get paroled into the United States.

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

What does this mean? Whether “paroled” after crossing illegally, paroled through the app, or paroled through CHNV, any alien paroled can then “adjust” status INSIDE the United States based on marriage or employment. No need to leave. In other words, they can get a GREEN CARD.

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

- Once they get a green card based on a job or marriage (real or immigration love), they can then become a citizen after five years. - Millions of illegal aliens who wouldn’t otherwise be eligible for this pathway are eligible because Biden-Harris paroled them

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

- On top of that, any alien granted asylum (inside the United States) or refugee status (flown to the United States by DOS) can become a citizen just five years after becoming an asylee/refugee (they get credit for one year of refugee status) (They added 100k refugees last year)

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

- Additionally, DHS is expediting adjudication of naturalization adjudications = DHS is fast-tracking citizenship applications for any aliens remotely eligible This fact has been widely reported.

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

- Kamala has also pledged to support a pathway to citizenship for everyone here illegally. Clearly, this would also create tens of millions of additional voters across the United States.

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

So within five to ten years, Biden-Harris can completely transform the electorate. Anyone who doubts their intentions or that fast-tracking is occurring has NO CLUE how the system actually works. It’s factually just a matter of time. 5, 10, 15 years. Doesn’t matter.

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

- And that’s just the issue of actual pathways to citizenship. Layer on top of that the fact that anyone can register to vote by using the federal form and providing NO proof of citizenship! This means more ballots. This means more fraud. This is what the left wants.

@America1stLegal - America First Legal

Anyone with a cursory understanding of the immigration laws knows this is the whole game. It’s sad that anyone would deny or doubt reality.

The Biden/Harris administration openly bragged about opening the border and stopping wall construction

@BillMelugin_ - Bill Melugin

60 Minutes repeatedly asks Harris why the Biden/Harris admin waited 3 years to take executive action to curb illegal crossings. She says they introduced a bill upon taking office (that bill would’ve given given an 8 year path to amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants) then pivots to saying Trump killed the bipartisan border deal - which, again, the admin did not attempt until after 3 years of record setting chaos. Harris never actually answers the question as to why they waited 3 years to attempt to stop the chaos at the executive level. And a reminder about those record setting numbers, they do not include the more than 1.9 million known gotaways who were recorded entering the U.S. without apprehension. Gotaways under Biden/Harris in 3 years were higher than the prior decade of Trump + Obama - combined and there were times when entire chunks of the border were left completely unmanned to focus resources on processing/mass catch & release instead. There were days in 2022 & 2023 when 2,000+ gotaways were being recorded by CBP every day - while at the same time, the admin was falsely claiming the border was “closed” and “secure”.

Will you work with President Trump to reinstate the Remain in Mexico program to ensure that only legitimate asylum claims are processed while individuals wait in Mexico? Yes, I will partner with him to reinstate this policy. Regarding the CBP 1 app, which allows asylum seekers to apply without providing evidence, will you end its use? Yes, if confirmed, I will shut down the CBP 1 app and preserve necessary data. The CHNV program has allowed mass parole without proper evaluation. Will you stop this abuse? Yes, we will return to case-by-case evaluations for parole and ensure our legal immigration system is fully utilized, with more judges and courts to process cases properly, unlike the current administration's approach.

Speaker 0: Will you work with president Trump to reinstate the remain in Mexico program that the president had in place in his first term, which does so much to ensure that those who would seek to abuse our asylum system are not allowed into the country? And those who have legitimate asylum claims, their claims are processed in due order and in due course, but they wait in Mexico until those claims are fully processed. Will you work to reinstate that program? Speaker 1: Yes, senator. The president and I have talked extensively about this and will, a 100% partner with him to reinstate the the Remain in Mexico policy and make sure that it's in place. Speaker 0: Fantastic. I think Travis might be alive today if that policy had been in place. Let me ask you about CBP 1, the phone app that I've called concierge service for illegal immigrants. I'm sure you're familiar with it. This was the Biden administration's effort to allow asylum seekers to apply ahead of time using their phones, but not actually to provide any evidence that they needed asylum. Mhmm. There is a newspaper report, a press report that said the only problem with the app is it never asks users, are you seeking asylum? They don't ask for any asylum evidence. Will you end the use of the CBP 1 app? Speaker 1: Yes, senator. If confirmed and and I have the opportunity to be secretary on day 1, CBP 1 will be shut down. There's data and information in there that we will preserve so that we can ensure we know who's coming into this country and who's already here that we need to go find. But also, we, make sure that there's another program, CHNV, which I'm sure you're per you're very familiar with, where our federal government actually paid to fly people into this country directly from other countries without any vetting or or knowing who they are. So there's several of these programs that need to be eliminated, and we need to ensure that we're following legal immigration laws. Speaker 0: I'm glad you just mentioned CHNV. This is another this is a mass parole program. Of course, as you know, our law allows parole in only very limited circumstances. There are 2 circumstances and it requires case by case evaluation. The president administration soon to be gone has granted mass parole in in direct defiance of the law, not case by case evaluation. The CHNV program is one of those instances. Will you put a stop to this abuse of our parole law in our asylum system? Speaker 1: Yes. We will go back to case by case evaluation of these parole cases and ensure that we have more resources if you will partner with us to to, make sure that our legal immigration system is is fully utilized, that we have more judges, more immigration courts so that we can process people legally and make sure that they are, going through that process rather than that like Joe Biden has done, use this as an excuse to allow people to come into our country with no consequence.

I discussed the recent change in immigration policy where illegal migrants no longer require hearings for deportation. This expansion of expedited removal means that undocumented individuals must now prove their continuous presence in the U.S. for at least two years directly to an immigration officer, rather than a judge. If they can't, they face immediate deportation. I also noted Tom Homan's assertion that these individuals are criminals under federal law, while I challenged his understanding of the law and his approach to enforcement.

Illegal migrants no longer need hearings to be deported Immigration Attorney explains new change by Donald Trump and Tom Homan “They expanded something called expedited removal for the entire country” “What expedited removal means now is that an immigration officer when they encounter someone who is undocumented in the United States, that person will have to prove to them to their satisfaction, not a judge, but to the immigration officer, that the that person has been continuously physically present in the United States for at least two years. If they don't do that, well, they're gonna get deported without a hearing” “Tom Homan would say with a straight face that they are criminals under 8 USC 1325, which makes it a federal crime to enter the United States and remain in the United States illegally.” Immigration attorney pretends he doesn’t know the law and takes shots at Tom Homan for enforcing the law….
