John Solomon reports that the Durham probe has shifted to a criminal investigation due to evidence of wrongdoing, now able to subpoena and compel testimony. He notes House Speaker Pelosi initially saw "no need for a vote" on the impeachment inquiry, but changed course after President Trump's foreign policy victory. Solomon claims the "Russia collusion story" is being repeated with Ukraine via inaccurate reporting. He states records show Hunter Biden's firm received $166,000 monthly, not $50,000. Solomon says that on the day a Ukrainian prosecutor was fired, Biden's legal team contacted the prosecutor's office to settle a case. He claims Ukrainian prosecutors raided the home of an individual and planned to interview Hunter Biden. Solomon alleges George Soros has a large footprint in Ukraine, including funding the Anti-Corruption Action Center with the State Department. He claims the State Department sent a letter telling prosecutors to not prosecute that group. Solomon attributes attacks against him to Soros' funding of ProPublica. He says he will continue reporting facts.

Speaker 0: And joining us tonight, award winning investigative reporter, Fox Business contributor, John Solomon. John, good to have you with us. Speaker 1: Good to be with you, Lou. Speaker 0: Let's start to your reaction. If you will, the endorsement, the outright endorsement of Christopher Wray who, you know, of whom I think it can be said, many have thought he was dragging his feet and not being particularly helpful to the Durham investigation. Speaker 1: Well, if you remember early on, Attorney General Barr said that some of the answers he was getting from his lieutenants like Chris Wray didn't add up. But it appears now with mister Durham working behind the scenes, is good cooperation. And that is why now, in the in the face of some criminal evidence of criminal wrongdoing, this probe has gone from an administrative rude review to a criminal investigation. That is a significant development, particularly because it now gives mister Durham the ability to subpoena and compel testimony in ways that an administrative review couldn't. So it's good to hear that the FBI and the DOJ are on the same page and that there's good cooperation going on. Speaker 0: It's also, interesting to watch the House of, Representatives or at least, the Speaker of the House announce that there will be a vote, by the House Thursday, on going forward. It's unclear whether she will have the the principal encouraged to call for a full vote of the House on articles of impeachment or a process of inquiry. What we're hearing sounds like it's going to be just a discussion about going forward rather than whether or not there should be a quote unquote inquiry. Speaker 1: Right. Well, keep in mind a couple weeks ago, the same speaker said there was no need for a vote. Mhmm. It only appears that that need for a vote arose after the president scored a major foreign policy victory in in the, death of al Baghdadi. And so I think, people look at this in the real world. I just came back. I was a couple days out visiting in outside of the Beltway, and the people in the real world see the political nature of this inquiry, and they're deeply concerned about it. There there's no one that's gonna pull the wool over the eyes of the American people. Yeah. They're pretty smart. Speaker 0: Yeah. I agree with you 100%. And it appears that that may be dawning on some of the radical dims. And for a while, we thought Nancy Pelosi had a had a grip, but she obviously did not. And we're almost a month and a half into this farce that should you know, they're trying to call an impeachment a legitimate impeachment process. Right. Again, built on a transcript of a call between Zelenskyy and the president, the president of Ukraine, you know, and so called whistleblowers that are evaporating faster than they can come forward. Well Ukraine represents, well, it's a target of the national left wing media, and they keep Yeah. Well, putting forward just crazy, to me at least, assertions. But among them that Hunter Biden's firm got paid $50,000 a month. Only $50,000 a month. Yeah. Your thoughts. Let's go through a few of these claims. Speaker 1: It it is fine. If you remember, the greatest, conspiracy theory ever woven by the American journalism community was the Russia collusion story. Right. We're beginning to see that go on with Ukraine. And how does he how do we go from something that's factual, Russia interfered in the election, to something that was completely silly like, collusion between Trump and Putin? You get it by inaccurate, reporting and misinformation, and we have a lot of that now in the Ukraine scandal. A lot of the early Ukraine scandal looks a lot like the early Russia scandal. Speaker 0: Yeah. Speaker 1: Start with Hunter Biden. I have the records, that the FBI sees from Hunter Biden's firm and that the Ukrainian prosecutor sees from the, company Burisma. Both show that his firm was getting 166,000 and some change each month. Not 50,000, 1 hundred and 60 6 thousand. That's three x what, vice president Joe Biden likes to use as the lowball figure for what his son has got. Even at $50,000 a month, it's a big salary. But just think about the the difference in that, and you have to ask yourself, why are people understating the amount of money that flowed to Hunter Biden's firm? Speaker 0: And and and why are they reporting that that there was, you know, no active investigation of Hunter Biden know, Burisma, you know, was They were? Hiring had him on the payroll and the his father was calling for the firing of the the general prosecutor and to end the investigation. Speaker 1: Yeah. A couple weeks ago, had a story, Lou. March twenty ninth, the day that the prosecutor general of Ukraine, the attorney general of Ukraine was fired, a guy named Shokin, that same day, Hunter Biden's American legal team was calling the prosecutor's office, trying to meet with the new guy and see if they could settle the case. There was a case, and here's something that a lot of the media ignored because they haven't done the spent the time that I have spent trying to research this. In February, '1 month before Joe Biden effectuated the firing of this prosecutor, Ukrainian prosecutors raided the home of Boris Mazondar, Zulcheski. They seized this property. There was a very, very active investigation, and Hunter Biden was going to be one of the people they plan to interview, according to mister Shokin, someone I interviewed. And that's when the vice president left in action. Whether they're related or not, the appearance issue is clearly there, and anyone who says that there wasn't an active investigation hasn't been on the ground reporting in Ukraine. Speaker 0: And, John, you've been under some considerable attack, from some quarters. Your thought about the origins of those attacks and the purpose? Speaker 1: Well, listen. Part of the reason liberals are so involved in Ukraine is that one of their largest mega donors, George has a very large footprint. In fact, he had a group called the Anti Corruption Action Center. It was jointly funded by the State Department, that embassy in Kyiv, Ambassador Yovanovitch, and George Soros. They funded that group together. It was that group that the United States State Department sent a letter to prosecutors said, do not prosecute that group. We want you to get hands off. Now remember, we have all these state officials running around saying, we didn't tell the Ukrainians what to do. I have the letter. It happened. There's a lot of liberal interest in Ukraine because one of their mega donors is there. And if you look at the most recent attack by me today, or a few days ago, excuse me, by ProPublica, who funds ProPublica? George Soros and the Open Society Foundation. Not hard to figure out why I'm being attacked. Speaker 0: And, and I thought we'd just give you an opportunity to respond to that, because I I know you, and I know your work, and I know that you are. Thank you. Absolute aces. The craft is Yeah. I'm very fortunate to have you. Speaker 1: All you can do when you have these sort of character attacks is to just keep reporting the facts. Don't let it distract you. Stay focused on the facts, and the truth will ultimately came out. It did in Russia, and I believe at the end of the day, it will come out in Ukraine as well. Speaker 0: Absolutely. And the next time, we'll take up why you and I and Sean Hannity and a few of our other folks ended up on a something of a an attempted enemies list led by apparently the former ambassador to the Ukraine. Yeah. That's for Speaker 1: another on that still. Absolutely. Thank you, sir. Speaker 0: John Solomon, thank you. Speaker 1: Appreciate it. Speaker 0: Thanks. Great work as always.

InQTel, a venture capital firm linked to the CIA, has gained immense power by funding tech companies like Facebook and Palantir. Its president, Chris Darby, is also a board member of Moderna's C19 manufacturer. Luciana Borio, VP of InQTel, inspired National Resilience, and Robert Nelsen, a venture capitalist, founded it. IQT officials, including Borio, Darby, and Scott Gottlieb, were vocal during the pandemic. IQT's 2019 report named Robert Walker and Eric Toner as guest experts. Tara O'Toole, another IQT member, is associated with NWO scripts and exercises. USAID, seen as a CIA front, has funded EcoHealth and Burisma. The CIA's involvement in C19 origins raises questions. Darby's views on China's bio strategy and data harvesting are concerning. The CIA has tried to hide the roundtable document.

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

1🧵🚨 Following the thread I just made-let's dig deeper & expose the real crime w/in C19. The Dec 2019 In-Q-Tel [CIA] doc not only predicted the pandemic, & the future of health but it revealed 4 names of serious concern: Tara O'Toole, Luciana Borio, Robert Walker, & Eric Toner. https://t.co/CGrrAXJIt4

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

2🧵Before we get to those individuals we need to look at the company. In-Q-Tel [IQT] was created in 1999 by Ruth Davis a CIA director in the 1990's & Lockheed Martin. Since, it's become one of the most powerful venture capital firms in the world- all catering to the CIA https://t.co/DreBSDnErw

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

3🧵IQT supplies the Intel Community w/ companies who make tech that benefits the CIA. Their funding has brought companies into Icon status like; Facebook, Nokia, Palantir, Metabiota, D-Wave quantum computers, & thousands more.

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

4🧵Who leads IQT? The President is a man named, Chris Darby. Darby isn't just another intel spook, he, since 2021 has been a leader in healthcare as a board member of Moderna's C19 manufacturer National Resilience. https://t.co/lyxzHxVaSM

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

5🧵The VP of IQT is Luciana Borio who oddly enough was the inspiration behind National Resilience. Aside from that Borio is a JohnsHopkins grad, frmr director at the NSC, frmr FDA chief scientist. In 2020, she was appointed by the Council on Foreign Relations' pandemic Task Force https://t.co/eL4Y5m5PXH

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

6🧵At the Council of Foreign Relations she works w/ Robert Nelsen, venture capitalist who founded Nat'l Resilience & claims the idea was inspired by his friend, Luciana Borio & that the initial funds [$800million] was due to Borio's deep intel/gov connections https://t.co/pvNFVCUxM1

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

7🧵Both Borio, & Darby [IQT] officials were very outspoken during the pandemic. In 2021 Borio appeared on CNBC for a segment on C19 restrictions & vaccines w/ Another Nat'l resilience board member, the frmr director of the FDA, Scott Gottlieb. 🔎 https://t.co/UKIvT9I6aa

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

8🧵For those unfamiliar w/ Gottlieb, you should know that not only does he sit on the board for Moderna's C19💉 manufacturer, Nat'l Resilience he also sits on the boards of Pfizer, & Illumina. He's the frmr director of the FDA. At illumina is Resilience member Francis Arnold 🧐 https://t.co/vGxmQwqbZh

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

9🧵IQT Dec 2019 report named the guest expert, Robert Walker the Chief of Health Innovation, Office of Army Surgeon General MEDCOM in Germany. Interesting since only 1 other country made 💉s that were sold in the US is Germany {biontech} & all 💉contracts went thru the ARMY. https://t.co/xbfKGRPSxU

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

10🧵The other guest at the IQT round-table in Dec 2019 was Eric Toner. You'll recognize his name from my work. He is the lead scholar at JohnsHopkins Center for Health Security & was a key coordinator of Event 201 https://t.co/lCl6S7Y5lJ

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

11🧵 I reported in July, the SAME writers [Eric Toner] for Event 201 was the SAME as the authors of Fauci's GPMB's whitepaper of Sept 2019 titled"Preparedness for a..Respiratory Pathogen Pandemic" which highlights the scenario of a lab leak. Toner was the 2019 IQT guest member.🚨 https://t.co/uzeObJk4iJ

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

12🧵Lastly, the other IQT member in that roundtable is Tara O'Toole, who is a championed NWO Doom script writer & is behind the exercises Dark Winter, & Crimson Contagion. O'Toole is on the board for JHCHS & was personally listed by the Russian Ministry as implicit in Ukraine BLs https://t.co/H25ZUkMyiw

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

13🧵 Most of this I've covered, but to tie it all together you have to know that o/side of the US, the USAID program started by #JFK , is seen as nothing more than a CIA front. They've had operations all over the world including Ukraine + have funded EcoHealth, & Burisma [Biden} https://t.co/Z6GyOYarsa

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

14🧵Don't take my word for it. Listen to this @HighWireTalk interview with frmr EHA VP @AGHuff from episode 305 in Feb 2023 https://t.co/fZQPGInYsh

In late 2015, my boss, Peter Daskin, approached me and asked if we should work with the CIA. I used to work in a classified environment and have experience in national security, so I wasn't surprised. I told him it wouldn't hurt to talk to them, as there could be financial benefits. Peter mentioned that the CIA was interested in our work in China and the data we were collecting. After this conversation, he confirmed the relationship with the CIA over the next two months. I wasn't shocked because programs like this are often used to gather intelligence on foreign laboratories.

Speaker 0: So in late 2015, as I'm leaving work late 1 night, it's only Peter Daskin and I closing down the office. He stops me as in the vestibule and, on the 17th floor and asks me, Andrew, do you mind if I ask you a question? No, Peter. Go ahead. You know, this is my boss. He's the CEO of the company. Sure. Someone from the CIA approached me. And do you think we should work with them? And I formerly worked in a top secret classified environment before coming to Ekoath Alliance. And I've worked in National Security for years, so I'm shocked that he's asking me this out in the open. I said, Peter, it never hurts to talk to them. There could be money in it. And he goes, Well, they're interested in the places we're working, the people that we're working with and the data we're collecting. And then he specifically sort of references the work in China. And you know, that was the end of the conversation. We go down the elevator. I walk home to my house about 10 blocks away. He drives home to New Jersey. And then over the next 2 months, he then confirms that the relationship with the CIA is proceedings. So I I don't really find that shocking because oftentimes it takes programs like this to collect intelligence on on foreign laboratories.

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

15🧵Perhaps the Nephew [RFKjr] of the President[JFK] who created #USAID will tell you in this clip from his recent appearance on @TuckerCarlson. The potential next president of the US, RFKjr admits what USAID truly is- an offshoot of the CIA. https://t.co/K7ms6guc6q

And those operations ended up, most of them in the Wuhan lab, which is a military lab and that the Chinese run, the People's Liberation Army. And then a lot of them went to the Ukraine. So, a lot of that science now and it's funded, Fauci was funding lots of it. But then, the other government agencies began to get confidence in their ability to get away with it. And most of it is being funded by the Department of Defense. The most of all, the biggest single funder is USAID, which is a CIA cutout.

16🧵BTW the CIA/In-Q-Tel has gone out of their way to try to hide the roundtable document but I have copies & receipts for days. This all should make you question the origins of C19, China, USAID, and the CIA. Let Darby explain his views on Bio & China (from 2019 podcast) https://t.co/vvv0Xpm1WI

Video Transcript AI Summary
China's strategy in technology is sophisticated, focusing on control and long-term goals. They are particularly invested in AI and Bio. Beijing Genomics Institute has vast genomic data sets, which they apply AI to in order to reduce healthcare costs. Bio is considered the most important industry in the competition for high-tech sectors. China aims to win the bio revolution, as synthetic bio has the potential to cure diseases and provide food. SenseTime, a Chinese AI firm, is the most valuable AI company due to its algorithms trained on a large dataset of facial recognition images. Data, especially labeled data, is crucial for developing effective algorithms.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: A safer place. Chris, the competition with China over technology, how do you think about that? Speaker 1: I think about that a lot, Michael. As you can probably imagine, the the the Chinese have a very, in my mind, sophisticated strategy When it comes when it comes to technology when it comes I think the Chinese look at technology literally from the ground up. I think that They understand that control is important. And if they abdicate control, they may not be able to achieve their long term goals. If I look at what they're doing with AI and Bio, for example, Again, they're playing a really sophisticated long game. I I think that when we look at their AI initiatives, as we think about it from a national intelligence or defense perspective, I immediately go to Bio. If you look at at Beijing Genomics Institute and places like that, They've got these huge genomic data sets. And if I'm China and I'm worried about my health care over a long period of time Speaker 0: That makes sense. Speaker 1: I'm going to Apply AI to those genomic data set sets to to decrease my my cost obligations over a long period of time. Speaker 0: So in this competition for these high-tech industries, what are the most important? Speaker 1: I would actually say bio is the most important right now. And I know that that that's probably not a popular You don't Speaker 0: hear that. You don't hear It's not Speaker 1: a popular answer in in in Washington. The I heard a quote from a scientist. In fact, I think it was a Chinese scientist, who said that the Europeans won the Industrial Revolution, the Americans won the IT revolution, And the Chinese want to make sure they win the bio revolution. And if you think about what we can do with synthetic bio these days, When you think about its ability to cure disease, to to deliver food, Bio is the essence of life. And if you think about what we can do with synthetic bio these days, And so China is going to have this corpus of labeled data that they can leverage. In fact, if you look at the most Valuable AI firm in the world today, I believe it's probably SenseTime, a Chinese a Chinese firm, an AI firm that really trained its its algorithms and Trained its its deliverables on a massive set of facial recognition images that they gathered from the cameras that were distributed. Well, they took that and they're they're leveraging it into all sorts of different opportunities. Speaker 0: So the more data have you have, the better you are developing those algorithms? Speaker 1: Oh, absolutely. Yeah. An algorithm without data is useless and it's not just data, it's labeled data.

@dezzie_rezzie - Destiny Rezendes

17🧵Darby confesses that:"The Chinese have a very, in my mind, sophisticated strategy when it comes to technology" & "Bio is THE most important right now." Darby hails the CCP's data harvesting & genomic data. China will rule the Bio-revolution he claims.. https://t.co/M9Wz0bNYxJ

Media Matters' Angelo Carusone has a history of targeting individuals until they face financial ruin. He successfully campaigned against Glenn Beck, leading to his departure from Fox News. Carusone also targeted Bill O'Reilly, resulting in advertiser boycotts and his eventual departure. Carusone's biased tweets reveal his disdain for the right-wing. Additionally, Media Matters has ties to Soros and Joe Biden's super PAC, Unite the Country, which collaborated with American Bridge Group. This article provides evidence of Carusone's destructive campaigns and political affiliations.

🔥 Media Matters, Angelo Carusone, has shown a repetitive pattern of obsessively and compulsively targeting people with financial ruin until he is successful. His destructive terminator campaigns, at one time, were even replete with websites and social media pages. Including on Twitter which is now owned by @elonmusk. Let’s start with Stop Glenn Beck in 2009 which for years targeted him with demonization until Fox was forced to let him go. Here’s some of Angelo’s StopBeck accounts tweets: 🔸Urge getaroomcom to stop sponsoring Glenn Beck's vitriol and race-baiting. 63 other corporations already have. 🔸Email Jos A Bank: Ask y thy sponsor Glenn Beck's vitriol & race baiting when 63 corps have stopped. 🔸Be sure 2 contact kellogsUK - still sponsoring Glenn Beck on Sky TV, but are reconsidering at moment. Urge em to 2 stop. After multiple years, Angelo was finally successful. And added this to his Twitter bio: “After a 2 year campaign, we STOPPED GLENN BECK. But, we have a lot more to do. Onward!” On his Stop Glen Website he indicated this also. “On April 6, 2011, Glenn Beck announced that he’ll “transition off” his Fox News show. Today, it is being reported that Glenn Beck’s final show on Fox News will take place on June 30, 2011. More than 300 advertisers excluded their ads from Glenn Beck’s Fox News program since late July 2009. Be sure to check out these amazing charts that illustrate the cost of advertisers boycotting Glenn Beck's show.” The above linked to Angelo’s StopFox website, where it mentioned the reason for his hatred of Glenn. An opinion, that I quite frankly agree with. “More than 300 advertisers excluded their ads from Glenn Beck's Fox News program since late July 2009 after he called President Obama a "racist" who has a "deep-seated hatred for white people."” Next up, Angelo targeted Fox News Bill OReilly even using a StopOReilly Twitter page. Nonstop calling on advertisers to drop him along with attacks until he too was let go. He’s done the same with Hannity who survived, and also Tucker who was let go. This is spiteful targeting set out to purposely destroy careers! I’ll link everything below. Later, I’ll do a new post that shows that this supposed fact checker, which should be non biased, absolutely abhors republicans.

It seems Media Matters had it out big time for Fox News by looking at all their folks being targeted. 🔵 Let’s begin with the Glenn Beck links for above, then I’ll expand a wee bit. The first two are from the StopGlenn Twitter page. 🔸“After a 2 year campaign, we stopped Glenn Beck. But, we have a lot more to do. Onward! Statements expressed here are my own.” https://archive.is/fRjfg 🔸 These are examples where Angelo Carusone demands advertisers make his dream come true. https://archive.is/de8oK 🔵 This link is for the StopBeck website quote mentioned above. “Great work all! Onward we go...” https://archive.is/de8oK 🔵 And this is from the DropFox website that discusses their advertising victory over Glenn Beck. https://archive.is/sep16

Next we move onto Angelo’s StopOReilly Twitter page. ♦️“The prospect of dumping O'Reilly — once unimaginable - has gained steam this week due in part to street protests outside Fox News headquarters and advertiser boycotts on O'Reilly's air. One network insider said Fox executives are alarmed by the severity of the ad-revenue decline. "It's worse than Glenn Beck," the insider said, referring to the advertiser revolt that helped derail Beck's Fox News career in 2011.” https://web.archive.org/web/20170419203758/https:/twitter.com/stoporeilly ♦️Angelo quote retweet: “And that's a low estimate, a very low estimate” Media Matters: “Bill O'Reilly's show will lose somewhere between $20 To $25 million this year alone as a result of advertiser boycotts” ♦️“CONFIRMED: CapitalOne dropped O'Reilly. I promised this, so I’m cross referencing it. Clearly Angelo disdains the right an awful lot.

🚨Media Matters, Angelo Carusone, has a strong political bias motivating them. Here’s some archived tweets of his: 🔹“Should be clear now that malevolent right-wing strain has taken a foothold in our society. Now more than ever must it be challenged. Onward.” 🔹“I'm floored by the right-wing commentary around Bergdhal. And that says a lot as my experience has taught me not to expect much from them.” 🔹“Right-wingers launching a campaign to send used underwear to the White House. (Really). Illustrating once again that they're full of sh*t.” 🔹“For those that don't know, The Federalist Papers Project is *not* a news outlet. No wonder why the White House was involved in the Media Matters and X ordeal. Lemme explain how. Once upon a time, senator Biden had a long time family friend and Aide, Mark Doyle, who later became the chair of Unite the Country, the pro-Biden PAC. Unite the country disbursed thousands to this Biden family friend who discussed business opportunities with Hunter. Over $60,000 to Prairie Avenue Advisors LLC for fundraising consulting services in one year. Prairie Avenue Advisors is a Chicago-based company registered to Mark Doyle, who served as a senior Biden adviser in the Senate and later as the national finance director for Biden's failed 2008 presidential campaign.  The close Biden confidante also previously discussed foreign business prospects with the president's son. I’ll review this further in another post. Biden Super PAC, Unite The Country, also joined forces with David Brock’s, American Bridge Group to form a $175 million anti-Trump coalition. Now you may ask what does American Bridge have to do with Media Matters? Well Media Matters used to share an address with the obviously linked American Bridge, along with CREW. All of these work together as seen in the Media Matters strategy guide. There’s likely even more scandal here, but this is a start! All links to follow!

Guess who funded Media Matters? George Soros: https://t.co/xJ0UFmmpAb

Media Matters For America was founded in 2004 to address perceived bias in the media favoring Republicans. It received initial funding from John Podesta, who was involved in Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign and advised the Clintons. The organization's creation was motivated by the belief that the media was too slanted and in favor of Republicans. The funding for Media Matters came from George Soros.

Speaker 0: For America was created in 2004 because the people who founded Media Matters For America thought that the media was too biased, too in the tank, too slanted on behalf of Republicans. I'm not joking. And it was started with seed money and an umbrella organization started by John Podesta. That's right. That John Podesta, the guy who ran Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign and was a consigliere and adviser to the Clintons. And the money that started the whole thing came from, say it with me, George Soros.

🚨 On today’s stream, we broke the absolutely bombshell news that USAID gives *TWICE* as much money ($27 million) to the fiscal sponsor of the group controlling Soros-funded prosecutors than Soros gives ($14 million). USAID Prosecutors. https://t.co/fPXqSFO2aD

No way. I don't feel good about this. We've been reading about Soros and the FJP, which controls prosecutors through funding from various oligarchs and USAID. The Daily Wire article misrepresents this by making it seem like Soros is the sole funder. In reality, FJP is backed by multiple sources, including USAID, which has a much larger budget. Soros contributed $10,000, while USAID provided over $26 million. This shows that the narrative of "Soros prosecutors" is misleading; they are actually "USAID prosecutors," functioning as a conduit for CIA interests. The focus should shift from Soros to the broader influence of USAID in controlling prosecutors across major U.S. cities. This is a significant revelation.

Speaker 0: No fucking way. Speaker 1: Bros. Bros, I don't feel so good. Benz Bros, I don't feel so good. No. Why does this keep happening? Why does this keep happening? No. No. No. No. This is Speaker 0: not happening right now. Fuck. Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? Is this some sort of sick, twisted joke just to fuck with me? Speaker 0: For the past 45 minutes, we've been reading we've been reading about Soros. The Soros machine controls prosecutors. They're giving them top down orders on who to prosecute and who not to prosecute and what to say in press releases, and what laws to enforce, and what to post on social media, because the whole thing is run by this Soros group, Soros funded group called FJP. You scroll down to page 8, and this is not even mentioned by Daily Wire in the big write up on this report. Actually, FJP is a fiscally sponsored project of the Tide Center, which means they get their 501c3 status through the Tide Center. And they were also given funds by Open Society. And then you go to the Tide Center, and Tide Center is funded by USAID. I'm sorry. Kill the music. I'm sorry. These are USAID prosecutors, and you guys know because you've seen 2 or 3 dozen streams by now if you've been subbed for a while about USAID and its role as a CIA conduit, as a pass through for CIA, as the constant companion of the CIA. Go back and watch our 6 hour series called 10 times USAID was busted as a CIA cutout, and you'll see all the receipts in there. These are CIA prosecutors. That's what you're living under. Oh, that is too funny. That's too funny. USAID prosecutors make a trend. Alright. FJP, which again, we need to recontextualize as being the aggregate sum of USAID, Bill Gates, the Ford Foundation, the Kellogg Foundation, and George Soros. But already, you guys see what I'm saying? If you just read the Daily Wire article, you would have thought it was a 100% funded by George Soros, a 100% controlled by George Soros. It's this one, you know, pinky in the brain, one madman's monomaniacal quest to control the world, and they're all doing what he says. When it's a coalition of oligarchs in tandem with the Central Intelligence Agency via USAID. So already, we need to think of FJP as being like USAID plus their group of outside oligarch donors and drafters. USAID has $50,000,000,000 a year to play with. 50,000,000,000 a year. George Soros has 25,000,000,000 total versus 50,000,000,000 a year. George Soros is what? 90 90 years old, something like that. 10 years of USAID funding is $500,000,000,000, half a trillion. FJP gives some sources most valuable prosecutors prominent leadership positions. Okay. But are you gonna say anything more about FJP? I wanna know FJP's relationship with Soros Because when I go to FJP, what I see is Soros is one of 5 different foundations who fund the Tide Center. The Tide Center is who gives FJP its 501c3 status. I see 5 major oligarch donors plus USAID. All they say is, FJP was given additional funds. That's it? Additional funds? How much funds? This is crazy. I almost don't wanna read anymore unless they tell me this quickly. I'm sorry guys. Because you will have a totally inverted causal relationship of the world if you don't build your Jenga tower properly. What the fuck is this? Given additional funds. Put a gun in my mouth and abort me from, planet Earth if I publish a comprehensive 33 page report like this, and the crux linchpin of the entire thing, which is FJP equals Soros. So everything FJP does means it is done by Soros and only Soros. And they are 1 and the same exactly. Nobody else is responsible. Nobody else is exerting more influence than Soros is. They're a total cut out of George Soros. And my only evidence for this is they were actually sponsored by a different group. They're not a fiscally sponsored project of the Open Society Foundation. They're a fiscally sponsored group of an organization that has 5 major oligarch foundation funds. Soros is only one of them. Oh yeah, and a major source of their funding is also USAID. And the only connective point is that in addition, FJP was given funds by the Open Society Foundation. How much did they give them? Why is there no fucking hyperlink? Do you understand what I'm saying? If if Bill if the if the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation gave more money than the Open Society Foundation, then this report should be called Gates prosecutors. If USAID gave more money than Soros, then this whole report should be called USAID prosecutors. Why would you if you're building your entire case on saying the prosecutors are controlled by FJP and FJP equals Soros, and then buried on page 8, we find that FJP is actually not spun out of the open society foundation, it's spun out of the tide center. And the tide center is 5 oligarchs plus USAID and some undisclosed additional funding was provided. We don't know that Soros is the major donor to FJP or if they're actually financially funded more by the US government or by the other oligarchs in the consortium. And we don't know that Soros is controlling FJP to tell them what to tell prosecutors. The whole fucking case collapses. This is this is I almost don't wanna read anymore unless they answer that. What the hell? Their budget was over 2,000,000. 1,500,000 for where is the fucking hyperlink? What does that mean additional funds? Did they give a 100 k? When and why did they give it? We're about to go to the next article. This is pissing me off. Let's go to this one. Usaspending.gov. USAID to the Tide Center. $25,000,000? Speaker 1: 25,000,000 bucks? What the fuck? 25,000,000 bucks Speaker 0: to the fiscal sponsor of the group controlling 30% of the United States of America's prosecutors. So FJP got 1,500,000 from the Facebook cofounder. It got additional funding from Mark Zuckerberg. It got 600 k from the Ford Foundation. So we're looking at at a budget in, like, the midmillions, mid single digit millions. But FJP's financial sponsor got $25,000,000 Speaker 1: from USAID, USAID prosecutors, Speaker 0: USAID prosecutors. Oh my god. So CIA, and look at all it says, civil society innovation initiative fiscal agent. So the CIA's civil society capacity building where USAID builds up assets by giving them money for the CIA to instrumentalize, to accomplish the State Department's foreign policy in a country. That group, which is capacity building institutions for the CIA to deploy and direct in countries all over the world is taking that money, and it is spawning groups like FJP who are giving direct orders to prosecutors on who to prosecute, including the president of the United States, USAID prosecutors. That's incredible. 25,000,000 puts the Open Society Foundation grant to shame. That grant terminated just 3 months ago in September 2024. Incredible. And all it says usually, the description is very extensive. You guys, we've we've read a bunch of these grants before on air. You guys remember? It'll used to be paragraphs long. Look how open they they leave it. You're the agent of the US government. The parent company for the prosecutor control group who controls the whole network hub is serving as the fiscal agent of the CIA's money conduit. Another grant from USAID to the Tide Center for 1,500,000 matching the highest grant on record for FJP. That lasted until 2019. Okay. So we are up to $26,500,000 from USAID to the group controlling America's prosecutors financial sponsor. A multilateral initiative that secures concrete commitments from governments to fight corruption, I e, arrest the State Department's political enemies. So USAID, the State Department CIA mutant baby, is paying the Tide Center to secure concrete commitments from governments. Speaker 1: They're diplomats. They're diplomats. They may as well be state department diplomats. Speaker 0: The government is paying this cutout NGO to do back channel diplomacy with foreign governments. Speaker 1: And this is the group sponsoring FJP who's giving direct orders to the prosecutors in charge of New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington DC, Atlanta, Georgia. Holy fuck. The CIA is controlling America's prosecutors. That's the fucking story. Not some grandpa billionaire. Holy shit. Speaker 0: Holy shit. Dude, I'm about to never say the phrase Soros prosecutor again. God, that's crazy. They're deputizing them to be diplomats. They're paying them to get concrete commitments from governments. That's what a diplomat does. That's what a state department diplomat does. Wow. This is too good to be true. Not leftist. They're blobest. It just looks leftist because they want to combat the right wing nationalist forces here. But if Bernie Sanders 2016 had won the presidency, Tides Foundation would probably support be supporting right wing nationalists just to just to get a a regime change. They'd be giving civil society funds to right wing shit posters and then backing Nikki Haley as the president that they rally behind. Do you get it? Look at this. Okay. So Soros gave well, there fuck it is. There it is. K. Music. We got we gotta cut the music for a second here. There it is. Soros gave 14,000,000 to the Tide Center. And no wonder, no fucking wonder, on page 8, when they were setting this up, they only said additional funds because all they gave is one grant in 2019 worth $10,000. Guys, are you seeing this? Every tendril in my body had a suspicion. This is exactly what it was and I expressed it to you live on stream reading this for the first time and here it is validated in total. They they said additional funds and they didn't say even when because the actual truth of it is they only gave 10 k. That's like the expenses to host a random weekend conference. And it was in 2019, 2 years after it had been founded. And this report is published in 2024. So their entire evidence that FJP is controlled by Soros is that he gave a big number, 14,000,000 to Soros' to, to FJP's financial sponsor, the Tide Center. So let me ask you a question. It's a tough one. You gotta you gotta know math. Okay? What's a bigger number? 14,000,000 or 25,000,000 plus another 1,500,000. That's the same time period, by the way, 2016. So USAID has given at least 26,500,000, which is twice as much as Soros gave. Twice as much. Soros only gave FJP 10 k. The Ford Foundation gave 600,000. They had a budget of 2,000,000. Zuckerberg probably paid more to FJP than, than Soros. Soros gave 10,000. Their budget was over 22,000,000. That's crazy. They only gave 10 k of their over 2,000,000 budget directly. And the parent company, which is where they get the evidence, the whole thing is Soros prosecutors Soros prosecutors since they gave 14,000,000. Well, USAID gave twice that amount. So these are USAID prosecutors. These are USAID prosecutors. I was like a little bit glib when I said that initially because I wasn't sure whether USAID gave more than Soros. But not only did they give more, they gave twice as much. This is incredible. This is an incredible story. That's an incredible fucking story. Are you guys processing this? Every time you hear the word Soros prosecutor, no, they're USAID prosecutors. And USAID is a CIA front. And its whole purpose is to accomplish the state department's goals or sometimes the military's goals. This is a palace coup, folks. This is rogue organs of the federal government preventing the American people from electing a president. This push to prosecute Trump by Alvin Bragg, Soros was a minor co funder. He gave them $10,000. That's it. And the 14,000,000 he gave to the parent company, the fiscal sponsor of FJP, well, that ain't shit compared to 28,000,000, the 27,000,000 that USAID gave him. But it all works together because like I said, Soros is state department. Soros is USAID. Soros is attached at the hip. Soros Inc is the is a donor and drafter in the state department network. A tag along like many of these other oligarchs are. Wow. Incredible. We just broke huge, huge news here. Well, our, our work here is that this is so funny. Soros is mentioned 242 times in this report because they provided additional funds to FJP, and they provided $10,000. Well, they provided $14,000,000 to their fiscal sponsor. USAID provided $26,700,000 during that exact same time period, twice as much. So control f for Soros, replace all with USAID. Well, my work here is done. Thank

USAID gave nearly $15 million to George Soros' Open Society Foundation over Obama's last four years in office alone, which conducts extensive work in the West Bank / Palestine region - however the funding was primarily for Soros operations in Albania and Macedonia. https://t.co/jxasKRYqC0

I pointed out that the push to prosecute Trump by Alvin Bragg is not primarily funded by Soros, who contributed only $10,000. In contrast, USAID provided $27 million to the parent company of Fair and Just Prosecution, a nonprofit that influences progressive prosecutors. So, when people refer to Soros prosecutors, it’s more accurate to call them USAID prosecutors.

This discussion centers around the influence of various funding sources on prosecutors in the U.S., particularly focusing on the group FJP. It reveals that FJP is funded not just by George Soros, but also by USAID and several other foundations, with USAID contributing significantly more. The narrative challenges the notion that Soros is the sole controller of these prosecutors, highlighting that USAID, often linked to CIA activities, plays a major role. The conversation emphasizes the need to reassess the narrative surrounding Soros and recognize the broader coalition of oligarchs and government agencies influencing prosecutorial decisions. Ultimately, it concludes that the term "Soros prosecutors" should be replaced with "USAID prosecutors," given the latter's greater financial influence.

“There is no USAID project on God’s green earth that is honest.” Former State Dept. official @mikebenzcyber exposes how the U.S. uses USAID to topple foreign governments and covertly influence other countries: https://t.co/AaAd80G5j3

Video Transcript AI Summary
Donald Trump has empowered Elon Musk to address perceived waste in government agencies like USAID, which operates independently of elected officials. This agency is often seen as a facade, with its projects serving dual purposes that align with U.S. foreign policy interests. Historical scandals involving USAID include controversial actions in Afghanistan and Cuba, raising concerns about its operations. The CIA's past misuse of public health initiatives for intelligence work casts doubt on USAID's integrity. The potential exposure of classified information at USAID poses risks to U.S. national security and could damage diplomatic relations, leading other nations to favor adversaries like Russia and China. The lack of transparency about USAID's activities could result in significant international repercussions, undermining U.S. credibility and economic interests abroad.

Speaker 0: Whether you like it or not, Donald Trump has deputized Elon Musk to have this agency that's designed to eliminate waste as the White House sees it. Wasteful spending, unnecessary spending. And so when the people that are part of this effort that Donald Trump has created after he won the election went to USAID, and it's happened in other agencies too, you see almost this physical resistance, like, how dare you come into our realm? You have you don't run us. You're just the elected part of the government. Where this agency that exists, independent of you, where does this mentality come from that they have this right to pursue their own agenda independent of any elected officials or elected parts of the government? Speaker 1: Well, there the the entire agency exists as a carefully constructed lie. And just like, James Clapper and, you know, John Brennan and Leon Panetta. These are these are the holders of the great American, you know, the closet of skeletons of state secrets. And, you don't just hand that over to a random taxicab driver because 51% of the population elected him because he population elected him because he does funny TikTok dances. What I think what I'm trying to say here is, is if you remember the recalcitrance around sharing, sharing intelligence with president Trump, both, in his 2016 presidential run. And then again, in the, in the lead up to the 2024 election, I think what's happening at USAID is, is essentially an echo of that, which is that USAID is supposed to be untouchable. I mean, virtually, there's no USAID project on God's green earth that is honest. If we are irrigating the rivers, you know, the, or irrigating the agricultural fields in a country, it's because we're trying to control the, you know, the the territory there. If we are working on the rip the water supply, it's because we're trying to control the rivers. If we're we're working on famine relief, it's because we're trying to control the food supply and make inroads into the indigenous populations there. If we are helping them write their constitution and go through democratic legal performance so that we can control their their laws. Every single thing USA does is dual purpose. It's dual purpose by charter. They're only allowed to do the the things that advance US foreign policy interest. And we just put a little bow on top of it, and we say, in the process, we're making the world a better place. There because it's, you know, it's going to these humanitarian groups who are administering this thing, which in the process will help US far foreign interests. But the fact is is, you know, the worst scandals in in, American statecraft in the 19 sixties seventies and maybe early eighties were were the CIA. In recent years, the worst, the worst scandals in American statecraft have been USAID, from, from funding the Wuhan lab to, to growing heroin in Afghanistan and irrigating the poppy fields to setting up a fake Twitter in, in Cuba with, an explicit USA document saying that the plan is to have algorithms favoring sports news and hurricane updates. And then once we have enough people switch to get them to hate their government and topple their their government and take to the streets in smart riots, to them even using public health HIV prevention clinics as, as, undercover for, for for USAID workers doing intelligence work to get people to overthrow their governments. And this gets me to another point that I feel remiss if I didn't say it because I've been thinking about it so long and haven't really had a venue to just kind of open open say it. But we do this. Speaker 0: Open and say everything that you want because this is the venue for it. Speaker 1: You recall, you recall how in 2011, the CIA was busted running a fake this this this this this this this this this this this Speaker 0: this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this Speaker 1: this this this this this this this this this this Speaker 0: this this this this this this this Speaker 1: this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this Speaker 0: this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this Vaccine activists were angry because they had worked so hard to build confidence in vaccines, and it turned out that it was a whole fake plan and designed to get the United States to get data on Pakistanis. Speaker 1: Yes. Right. Had nothing to do with David Petraeus' counterinsurgency manual calling to collect 85% of the country's biometrics. Yep. It was just a. But the fact is is they were they were caught flat busted in that in that situation, with a fake vaccine drive, fake vaccine clinics, and that was 2011. It took them 16 months to issue a written statement, a nonbinding written statement that they would no longer use vaccination work or public health work or public health facilities to do intelligence work out of. So we have a nonbinding written statement from the CIA that took them 16 months of fighting it to issue, to say that we will no longer use our public health facilities as a front for CIA work. Well, given that USAID is CIA, there is no daylight between those those two those two organizations. That is why you see the likes of AOC and Chuck Schumer saying that if Elon Musk gets access to the highly classified documents at USAID HQ, it will put US National Security at grave risk. Well, what is a humanitarian NGO humanitarian aid NGO sponsor doing with so many troves of such highly classified state secrets that it will massively endanger all of US national Security if somebody outside of USAID reads it. That's the sort of thing that you typically would reserve for a CIA or NSA, level document. But the fact is is that's USAID for you and but USAID is not under that obligation that this nonbinding we don't know that when CIA, pledged to not use public health facilities for intelligence work, then the baton wasn't just handed off to its identical twin twin cousin, USAID. And I have an open question. When you look at the fact, for example, that HIV clinics in Cuba and the Western Hemisphere were being used by US as cover for color revolution work, formal cover. In fact, in their, you know, own documents, they said that the HIV program would be the perfect excuse because, Cuban counterintelligence would never think to look there. Well, how many other public health facilities operated by USAID are doing the same thing in Africa, in South America, in Eastern Europe, in Central Asia? And so I guess what I'm getting at here is turning over that level of scandal, it's one it's bad enough if Americans know it, but it becomes an international incident. I mean, one of the things that I ran into at state, Glenn, which you might find interesting is, you know, when we were trying to convince foreign countries to move off of Huawei, what they would turn because it's, you know, it's back channeled by the CCP and Chinese intelligence, we would get hit by the with a counterargument. Well, you want us to use American, you know, IT architecture, but Snowden we read the Snowden files. Speaker 0: Yeah. That was that was part of the big story that we published was that they were, you know, backdooring that same technology. At the same time, they were telling people not to use, the Chinese, companies because they were backdooring it. We were backdooring it. In fact, we were intercepting the the devices that people around the world ordered, opening devices the FBI was, and putting in the technology that would allow us to backdoor that equipment. And of course, that created skepticism while we were trying to convince them not to use, OI and other Chinese companies. Speaker 1: Right. Right. So, you know, the the point that I'm that I'm driving at here is these things the Snowden story is very easy to look at as an American, and and the concern that I think folks in in the blob, folks in the National Security Complex and the international relations complex have is, you know, it's if only Americans learned how bad USAID was and what it was really doing, for example, if that story I just mentioned in Bangladesh, if Americans had full access to everything that that USAID, and its and its spindle groups were doing in all these other, countries, that's one conversation. That's bad enough, but may be tolerable. But the problem is is when other countries learn about this, it becomes a diplomatic incident. It be it becomes something that that harms our standing with partnered nations and with it it it makes neutrals wanna turn to Russia and China instead of the United States because we look like the bad guy. It harms our standing at the UN. It allows foreign countries who may be hostile or neutral to us to hold up these scandals in front of the UN and, and and move international favor against the US, which then can have, trickle down effects on our national security, our our economic, engagements in various countries with, it can sever trust in in countries that we're trying to court, and that then harms the economic interests of all the different private sector companies who draft behind the battering ram of American statecraft.

USAID is perceived as a tool for regime change, with significant funding that surpasses the CIA's budget. Allegations suggest it operates under the guise of humanitarian aid while influencing elections and supporting political agendas in other countries, including Guatemala. There are claims of a connection between US government actions and child trafficking networks, with organizations like Save the Children allegedly involved. Critics argue that the Biden administration has covered up voter fraud in Guatemala, raising concerns about the integrity of US foreign policy. The Department of Homeland Security is accused of creating partnerships with cartels and NGOs, using taxpayer money to facilitate child trafficking. Overall, there are serious accusations of deception and negligence regarding the treatment of vulnerable children in the US.

Speaker 0: It was USAID that I fear much more than the CIA because the USAID is how CIA gets shit done. Speaker 1: USAID is clearly in the job of trying to bring about regime change. It has secret bank accounts, shell companies. Speaker 0: USA gets 50,000,000,000 a year in US taxpayer money. That's a larger overt fund than the CIA has. Speaker 1: USAID perhaps is the new CIA. Speaker 2: Have we ever tried to meddle in other countries' elections? Oh, probably. This is not just about over there. This is about here. Speaker 3: They have a process, a system by which they destroy other nations, and they use that same process and system in order to destroy The United States. Speaker 0: It's a plot against our own people. Speaker 4: America, what if I told you that the United States government was acting like the world's gestapo? Using organizations like USAID under the pretense of humanitarian aid to topple governments, install politicians, and orchestrate regime changes in third world countries. Speaker 2: I disagree with that as somebody who has helped plan coup d'etat. Yeah. Not here, but, you know, other places. Speaker 5: These are places that are practically entirely run at this point by the CIA and the US State Department, which is, of course, a CIA front. Speaker 0: USAID provides most of the money. Speaker 2: This isn't a giveaway. Speaker 0: The State Department provides the policy vision. Speaker 2: This makes a difference to people's perception of us. Tricky endeavors, whether it's fighting terrorism. Al Shabaab Speaker 0: groups in USAID camps. Or narcotics. Joe Biden's state department is commanding the Taliban to keep the opium flowing. The repression Speaker 2: or resistance to governance. Speaker 0: Those USAID trucks were stopped at the border to Venezuela with fully automatic weapons. Speaker 2: All of those things. Speaker 0: I don't think that's humanitarian aid. Speaker 2: What a difference that makes. And if Speaker 6: we stand for democracy anywhere, we have to stand for it everywhere, including in in Guatemala. Speaker 4: Guatemala. What if I told you that USAID, the state department, and the CIA raided a fraudulent political party and then used that illegitimate party to rig the twenty twenty three Guatemalan election so they could install a list of CIA controlled politicians who would continue to allow them to run the world's largest child trafficking network out of Guatemala. Speaker 0: Nothing to do with that? Speaker 2: Correlation, not causation? Speaker 6: That is absurd. Speaker 2: They didn't deny it, which means that they admitted it. Speaker 4: This is a no question a political shocker in Guatemala. Speaker 1: The US Government, the Biden administration helped covered up voter fraud. Speaker 5: Why Guatemala? Why not some other country? Speaker 1: Guatemala is concerned about child trafficking, the NGOs that are trafficking the children. Jill Biden was the chairman Speaker 3: of the board of Save the Children. Speaker 0: You guys just raided Save the Children. Speaker 3: Guess who stepped in? The state department, US embassy, and USAID. Another coincidence? Speaker 4: America, what if I told you that DHS, under the direct orders of Alejandro Mayorkas, would create a public private partnership with Mexican cartels, and that HHS, under the direct orders of Xavier Becerra, would create a public private partnership with NGOs like Save the Children and Southwest Key programs. And in this quasi public private partnership, they would use your tax dollars to fund the world's largest international child trafficking operation. Speaker 7: As to who we know where they are, that is outside the responsibility of the Department of Homeland Security. Speaker 2: There's nothing but lies. Nothing but lies. Secretary Mayorkas, he acts like none of this ever happens. Speaker 0: It's his policies that caused over half Speaker 2: a million of children being smuggled Speaker 0: in this country. And he also knew who to play Speaker 7: in. HHS places those children. Speaker 6: That's on you. Was that Speaker 0: a question to me? Are you familiar with the sponsors that utilize a strip club as an address? Speaker 2: You shrug your shoulders and then send another batch of kids out to sponsor. Speaker 1: Human trafficking bust at an egg farm. Federal prosecutors call it modern day slavery. Speaker 7: Of course, we investigate cases of of Speaker 0: trafficking. Speaker 2: Another lie.

I believe USAID is deeply corrupt, having funneled vast amounts of taxpayer money to various controversial causes. They've allocated hundreds of millions to Soros-linked nonprofits and supported initiatives in countries like Afghanistan, Yemen, and Syria. Notably, funds went to electric vehicles in Vietnam, a transgender clinic in India, and LGBTQ advocacy in multiple countries. USAID has also financed media organizations and projects that align with political agendas. This is just the beginning of exposing what I see as a network of money laundering agencies.

The CIA's main function is gathering intelligence, but it also engages in covert actions and propaganda. We disseminate propaganda to influence public opinion, sometimes working with journalists. This involves planting false stories, sometimes by using compromised journalists or even creating false narratives with fabricated evidence. This practice isn't limited to foreign countries; we've also planted false stories in the US press. For example, during the Angolan war, we used false stories about Cuban atrocities, including fake photos, which were then spread internationally. We've also sponsored the publication of numerous propaganda books in English, influencing public opinion about Vietnam. While the CIA admits to some propaganda efforts abroad, they deny similar activities within the United States. However, this is untrue, as we planted false stories in the Washington Post.

Speaker 0: Let's talk about the function of the CIA. I I think a lot of us have an impression that all the CIA does is, gather intelligence. Intelligence is information, of course. Now one would think that if you obtained information, that was based upon fact. And if that is so, what did you do with it? Speaker 1: Well, one of the four principal functions of the CIA is to gather intelligence and and ideally forward it to the the president, the users of information, the policy makers, as they say. There are other functions, however, some of them more legitimate than others. One is to run secret wars, the covert action that's written and talked about so much, like what's happening in Nicaragua today from Honduras. Another thing is to disseminate propaganda to influence people's minds. And this is a major function of the CIA. And, unfortunately, of course, it overlaps into the gathering of information. You you have contact with a journalist. You will give him true stories. You'll get information from him. You'll also give him false stories. Speaker 0: Did you buy his his confidence with true stories? Speaker 1: You buy his confidence and set him up. We've seen this happen in recently with Jack Anderson, for example, who has his intelligence sources. And he has also admitted that he's been set up by them. You know, every fifth story just simply being false. You also work on their human vulnerabilities to recruit them in a classic sense to make them your agent, so that you can control what they do. So you don't have to set them up sort of, you know, by by putting one over on them. So you can say, here, plant this one next Tuesday. Speaker 0: Can you do this with responsible reporters? Speaker 1: Yes. The church committee brought it out in 1975, and then Woodward and Bernstein put an article in Rolling Stone a couple of years later, 400 journalists cooperating with the CIA, including some of the biggest names in the business to consciously introduce the stories into the press. Speaker 0: Well, give me a concrete example of how you use the press this way. How, false story is planted and how you got it published. Well, for example, Speaker 1: in my my war, the Angola war that I helped to manage, one third of my staff was propaganda. Ironically, it's called covert action inside the CIA. Outside, that means the violent part. I had propagandists all over the world, principally in London, Kinshasa, and Zambia. We were we would take stories which we would write and put them in the Zambia Times, and then pull them out and send them to a journalist on our payroll in Europe. But his cover story, you see, would be that he would he'd gotten them from his stringer in Lusaka, who had gotten them from the Zambia Times. We had the complicity of the government of Zambia, Kenneth Kawunda, if you will, to put these false stories into his newspapers. But after that point, the journalists, Reuters and AFP, the management was not witting of it. Now our contact man in Europe was, and we pumped just just dozens of stories about Cuban atrocities, Cuban rapists. In one case, we had the Cuban rapists caught, and tried by the Ovimbundu maidens who had been their victims. And then we ran photographs that made almost every newspaper in the country of the Cubans being executed by the Ovimbundu women who supposedly had been their victims. Speaker 0: But these were fake photos? Speaker 1: Oh, absolutely. We didn't know of one single atrocity committed by the Cubans. It was pure, raw, false propaganda to to create, an illusion of communists, you know, eating babies for breakfast, and that's sort of totally false propaganda. Speaker 0: John, was this, sort of thing practiced in, Vietnam? Speaker 1: Oh, endlessly a massive propaganda effort in Vietnam in the fifties and in the sixties, 60s including the thousand books that were published several hundred in English, that were also propaganda books sponsored by the CIA. Give some money to a writer, write this book for us. Write anything you want. But on these matters, make sure, you know, you have this line. Speaker 0: Writers in this country, books sold and distributed in this country? Speaker 1: Sure. Yeah. English language books, meaning an American audience as a target on the subject of Vietnam and the history of Vietnam and the history of Marxism, and supporting the domino theory, etcetera. Speaker 0: Without opening us up to a lawsuit, could you name one of them? Speaker 1: No, I could not. The the church committee, when they found this out, demanded that, they be given the titles so that the university libraries could at least go and stamp inside Central Intelligence Agency's version of history. And the CIA refused because it's been commissioned to protect its sources and methods. And the sources would be the authors who wrote these false propaganda books, some of whom are now, distinguished scholars and and journalists. Speaker 0: Well, doesn't the CIA flatly deny? They've admitted that there is some propaganda efforts, but their position is that those are all outside The United States, not in The United States. Isn't that true? Speaker 1: Absolutely. While we were, running Angolan operation and pumping these stories into the world and US press, exactly that time Bill Colby, the CIA director, was testifying to Congress, assuring them that we were extremely careful to make sure that none of our propaganda spilled back into testimony, we were planting stories in the Washington Post. By that, I mean not through Lusaka, but we actually flew a journalist from Paris to Washington to plant a false story. I mention it. I give the text of the story in my book.

And it played a an important part in events now. Speaker 2: Ukraine. We also were able to have good discussions with the leadership there about how to restart agriculture and improve energy efficiency using this new model of partnering with companies. USAID funded an organization that fabricated evidence which was used to impeach President Trump. The Deep State frequently funds regime change efforts abroad, but when it uses taxpayer money to undermine our own government, isn't that treason? https://t.co/7ow55Z5sqY

Video Transcript AI Summary
One of the central pieces of evidence that led to President Trump's impeachment was created by the USAID-funded OCCRP. USAID has a broad strategy for information control that includes censorship and control of investigative journalism worldwide. When these organizations participate in violations of the First Amendment, like CISA, they should be shut down. Cybersecurity is important, but it shouldn't be undermined by censorship. It's borderline treason when organizations entrusted with protecting our country undermine our own government. Weaponizing DHS, FBI, and CISA is treasonous. These regime change activities, developed abroad, are now directed against the American people, and we still haven't dealt with it.

Speaker 0: Mister Shellenberger, can you explain how you traced USAID funding that served as the basis for whistleblower report in 2019, which led to the impeachment of president Trump? Speaker 1: Sure. Well, you may remember that the, the so called whistleblowers in the White House was actually a CIA analyst, and in that whistleblower's complaint, which led to the impeachment, one of the central pieces of evidence was created by a USAID funded and controlled organization called the OCCRP. And we have another piece out today about how it participated in the Russiagate hoax as well, creating, essentially, very important information leading to that. So So, I mean, you have in USAID a much larger fund of money and a much broader strategy for information control that included censorship, but also, as I mentioned, taking control of investigative journalism, really worldwide. I mean, its ambitions were, you know, amazing. So, yeah, I mean, that's a that's an agency. When when we saw that get shut down by Doge, I thought that was completely appropriate. If there's something in there that it was doing that's valuable, then you could refund it later. But my view, same thing with CISA, death penalty for organizations that participated in violations of the first amendment like CISA. Cybersecurity is an extremely important function. It shouldn't be contaminated and and undermined by censorship activities. Speaker 0: I think it's always been known that our government has funded the change in administrations, if we can say it politely, of other governments, but isn't it borderline treason when the taxpayer is when when organizations entrusted with protecting our country are now undermining our own government? Speaker 1: Absolutely. I mean, if you're trying to do regime change, illegal if you're weaponizing DHS, FBI, CISA, that's that's treasonous regime change activities redirected, you know, know, that you developed abroad, that we developed abroad for regime change directed against the American people and the and our representatives. I mean, it's shocking, and we still haven't dealt with it Speaker 0: as a country. Mister chairman, I see my time has expired. I’ve been exploring the US Global Leadership Corporation, which claims to represent 400 NGOs and businesses. Their mission promotes a blend of diplomacy, development, and defense, suggesting a push for increased NGO influence in military matters. The organization is backed by notable figures and foundations, including George Soros and the Bill Gates Foundation. Their advisory board features a mix of political heavyweights, and they have been involved in lobbying for significant spending bills and refugee resettlement. The connections between this group and government initiatives raise concerns about conflicts of interest and the extent of their influence.

Modern warfare requires more than just the Department of Defense. In Afghanistan, cooperation with the Department of State and NATO allies was crucial for counterinsurgency. The insufficient presence of the Department of State, particularly in southern and western Afghanistan, hindered the growth of governance, which was essential for counterinsurgency success. Terza identifies as a veteran for Smart Power.

Speaker 0: My name is Nicholas Terza. I was a US army officer for about eight years. I served first part of that as a field artillery officer. I served about a year in Korea, and then I served about a year in Iraq. I joined in about 1999, I guess officially when I signed on the dotted line to join Army ROTC at the university level and then officially became second lieutenant in February. And I joined I think for the reason a lot of people joined. It was a great opportunity. There's a lot of adventure. Of course, in 1999, we had no idea how much adventure would be entailed for us over the next ten years, but I also just wanted to serve my country. I grew up believing that serving in the military was the right thing to do. I believe smart power is simply leveraging all the the tools that America has throughout the federal government to achieve national security objectives, business objectives, growth objectives, all those things that are in the the national interest and even at times for national values and not just sticking with one set of tools when you have a wide variety at your disposal. I think what I saw personally in Iraq and Afghanistan is so often the Department of Defense, mainly the military was very well funded and we had a lot of assets at our disposal and sometimes almost a blank check, but we didn't have the kind of subject matter expert. We didn't have the skills, and we really needed and wanted people from the Department of State, people from USAID, sometimes even from places like the Department of Agriculture or the Department of Transportation to be working with us on the ground because the nature of warfare as it is today requires far more than just the Department of Defense. In Afghanistan, in trying to pursue counterinsurgency strategy, we all the time would cooperate with the Department of State and often Department of State counterparts from other countries, from our NATO allies. But because the Department of State for so long had not had enough of a presence, especially specifically in the South and in the West Of Afghanistan, it hindered our ability to grow governance. Because there was no way we were going to be successful in counter insurgency unless we were also successful in growing the governance of Afghanistan. My name is Nicholas Ryan Terza. I was a captain in the United States Army, and I'm a veteran for Smart Power.

US Global Leadership Corporation on its Youtube Channel describes itself as representing 400 NGOs and businesses. Its mission - "support the smart power approach of elevating diplomacy and development alongside defense in order to build a better, safer world." If you've been with me long enough, you know that is code word for increasing NGO influence in military affairs.

@DataRepublican - DataRepublican (small r)

The US Global Leadership Corporation is broken into two nonprofits: Center For Us Global Leadership, a 501(c)(3) with EIN 743093659, with a budget of 10MM. That is the so-called "education arm." Us Global Leadership Campaign, a 501(c)(4) with EIN 522024493, with a budget of 2MM - their "advocacy arm." Neither report taking in any government grants, but they've got plenty of political influence.

There is plenty of private sector interest. For example, Karan Bhatia, who serves an active position on US Global Leadership Campaign, currently is serving as head of government affairs and public policy at Google. @JamesOKeefeIII @BasedMikeLee @USGLC Liz Schrayer, the President and CEO of USGLC, also claims to serve on USAID’s Advisory Committee. In the past, she also served as political director of AIPAC. @DataRepublican - DataRepublican (small r)

USGLC is a Who's Who of the Uniparty - and also of the private sector (compiling the list right now), and it is so powerful that it takes credit for a 95 billion spending bill in a Congress that otherwise ignored Helene victims. And its backers are George Soros and Bill Gates. I am reeling.

Speaker 0: We are a group of of NGOs, business leaders, community leaders, former military leaders, and what brings us together is a shared vision in the value of American leadership. Speaker 1: We are looking out at a world that perhaps is more dangerous than at any time since the second world war, where authoritarians are on the march. Dictators in Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea are working together to undermine America's interest and those of our allies. Speaker 2: If the world better understands the threat of Russia's expansionism Speaker 3: It's a nasty world with nasty dictators. And if we actually all care about this rules based order that we been talking about for so long, if we actually care about the West leading, then we need to get serious, not just in rhetoric, but in policy. Speaker 4: America needs to show up. We have the tools to show up. US global leadership is about kitchen table issues, our economic interests, our security interests, our values. Speaker 5: Food security is national security. Speaker 3: The economic security is national security. And so the partnership across government with industry, it's just absolutely essential. Speaker 0: And in order to make a difference, it takes a strong military, hard power, but it also takes diplomacy. It takes soft power. Speaker 4: We need to lead. America needs to lead. That's why we talk about leveraging diplomatic ties, leveraging friends and allies. Speaker 5: It is peace through strength. But if you want peace through strength, that's a moment to celebrate the State Department. We need to be able to recognize that the State Department people sign up to solve problems. They are public servants, and they really wanna be out front. Speaker 2: Anyway, you look at the world today, the most important thing is to defeat the Russians in Ukraine. Speaker 6: If you wanna send president Xi a message, beat Putin in Ukraine. Speaker 0: This is our armor, not just against China, but to support American interests and American companies throughout the world and to counter autocratic governments. Speaker 7: So we have to have fair and reciprocal trade, Speaker 8: you know, with China. I and we do need trade partners. Speaker 0: And this is where diplomacy is really important in the work that you guys do as well as IRI. Speaker 9: I see in the future is is free men and free women and free markets being promoted by this country. I see a a country that's that's confident and and an economy that's booming and and working with our neighbors and Speaker 1: our friends and our allies, and I see the freedom back on the March.

I'm digging through Congressional testimonies and came across one where both Admiral James G. Are you doing similar things in Ukraine? Speaker 2: Well, I set up a foundation in Ukraine before Ukraine became independent of, Russia. And the foundation has been, functioning ever since, and it played an important part in events now. Speaker 1: Do you think Ukraine will be able to assert a kind of independence from Russia and an alignment with the West? Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker outlines a project to map US State Department involvement with George Soros, The Open Society Foundations, and related entities across many countries, noting that the WikiLeaks cables (Kissinger, Carter, and Cablegate) cover 1973–2010 but omit the 1980s and 1990s. The goal is to create a comprehensive picture of how US policy has aligned with “George Soros, The Open Society Foundation, The Open Society Institute, every open society spandrel in every country.” The speaker highlights that Strobe Talbott in 1995 said US foreign policy had to be synchronized with allied governments and with Soros, describing it as “like working with a friendly, allied, independent entity, if not a government,” and stating that Soros then became “the number one political downer.” The narrative begins with precedents before the Open Society Foundation’s creation in 1979. In 1973–1975, Soros references appear in cables before the Open Society Foundation started. The speaker then focuses on a troubling example from 1976 in Gabon, via a Kissinger cable titled Visit by Brown and Root Executives to Gabon. Brown and Root, later Halliburton, is connected to George Soros through Brown and Root’s executives and projects. The CIA’s reaction to a Ramparts article about Brown and Root is discussed, showing Herman Brown (founder of Brown and Root) and his son George Rufus Brown as covert associates with the CIA under project LP coin, with Herman Brown serving as president and director of Brown and Root and trustee of the Brown Foundation. The claim is that both Herman Brown and his son had covert security clearances and were involved with CIA projects from 1965–1967, including potential service on the board of a CIA creation in Thailand/Laos. Brown and Root is described as one of Soros’s top five holdings in the mid-2000s, implying a CIA-connected origin for the company. A note is given that in Gabon, Soros Associates (founded by Paul Soros, George Soros’s older brother) is involved in port projects. Paul Soros’s shipping and engineering influence is illustrated by a Washington Post obituary, and the speaker mentions a related anecdote from Bill Burns’s autobiography The Back Channel about embassy construction projects in Russia being prebugged, and the implication that Western engineering firms with ties to intelligence could have facilitated spying. Before Open Society Foundations existed, in June 1975 Bandar Abbas Port Project in Iran involved three senior Dravo Corporation executives, plus International Systems, Van Houten Associates, and Soros Associates. The embassy was instructed to assist American bidders to ensure Soros Associates’ bid, noting Soros Associates’ engineering focus and the aim to eliminate competing bids. The government of Iran’s consideration of the American group and the influence of Soros’s bid on Iran’s judgment are documented. In Gabon, 1975–1976, financing arrangements are described: a financing package for Soros’s contract including a down payment by the Gabonese governor, an Export-Import Bank direct loan, and a First National City Bank loan, with the U.S. embassy consulting to emphasize more favorable terms and to potentially extend financing into a larger package. The accounts emphasize multiple U.S. government roles: Commerce Department, State Department, Export-Import Bank, and embassies, colluding to support Soros financing and projects, with the claim that this occurred years before the Open Society Foundations were created and began collaborating with U.S. agencies. The speaker suggests a long-standing family involvement, with older brother Paul Soros already coordinating with the State Department to secure deals for Soros Associates before 1979. The Mongolia story is promised as a later highlight. The compilation is framed as a five-decade pattern of government support for Soros-related deals, starting in 1973 and continuing through the Cablegate era.

Speaker 0: I went into the WikiLeaks cables, all the diplomatic cables. These include the Kissinger cables from 1973 to 1976, the Carter cables, 1977, 1979, and Cablegate from 2003 to 2010. So this is missing the nineteen eighties and the nineteen nineties. But what I did is I ran a search for Soros and then separately searches for the Open Society Institute, the Open Society Foundation, The Open Society Forum. And my goal is to create a comprehensive tapestry of all US State Department involvement with George Soros, The Open Society Foundation, The Open Society Institute, every open society spandrel in every country in the world to create a comprehensive picture of how it is, for example, that Strobe Talbot came to say in 1995 that US foreign policy has to be synchronized, deputy secretary of state came to say, it's identical to The US the foreign policy of the US government, but it's compatible with it. It's like working with a friendly, allied, independent entity, if not a government. We try to synchronize our approach to foreign policy with Germany, France, Great Britain, and George Soros. The magic sauce. And, of course, Soros then turns around and is the number one political downer. And so I began this task, and I'll start the story here. So I began this exercise by seeing all this stuff in 1973. 1973, 1974, 1975. You see the entire first page is before 1979. So I I skipped over it at first. I thought that must be a mistake. It's gotta be it's gotta be it's gotta be a different source. So I started because again, this leaves out the nineteen eighties and nineteen nineties. So I really started my review at first in from 2003 to 2010, and I'll show you some crazy shit. But then when I was on my way to stuck on the way from Miami to Portland to Maine to do the Tucker thing, I thought, you know, that is an awful lot of George Soros references before 1979. Maybe I maybe I should check a couple of them out. It didn't make sense to me because 1979 is when the Open Society Foundation started. So that is when I had assumed the Soros relationship with the State Department. Why is Soros popping up in so many State Department cables before Soros even started the Open Society Foundation? And I'm about to tell you that story, and then we'll work our way up to Mongolia. The Mongolia story is one of the craziest stories I've ever heard in my life. I've been telling everyone this week about Mongolia. I told Tucker about Mongolia. I was on a date. Told the girl about Mongolia. I couldn't sleep because Mongolia. But let's let's tell it in order. So I'm gonna show a couple things to you here. This is a Kissinger cable. The cable is called Visit by Brown and Root Executives to Gabon. It's the governor of Gabon, I believe. Let me show you this. So here is our map. We are right here in Central Africa on the Atlantic Ocean side port a bit in Gabon. This is where our drama begins. And what you will see here is a visit visit by Brown and Root executives. Now if you remember, we started off talking about Brown and Root. Brown and Root is now Halliburton. Halliburton owns Brown and Root. They acquired them. And we brought up this memo. Let me find it. Here we go. This one. The CIA let me move this over. This is 1976, ten years earlier. We just found this out though in the full unredacted in 2025. And this is the CI's reaction to a Ramparts magazine article titled the CIA's Brown and Root Dimensions. And here we have a visit by Brown and Root, Halliburton. So the CIA's Halliburton connections, dimensions. And what you'll see here is George Rufus Brown and Herman Brown. So there is no mistaking things. Herman Brown, an American businessman and philanthropist with the Brown Foundation, also listed in the JFK files for CIA work, was the cofounder of Brown and Root, a prominent construction and engineering firm. He played the central role in development of the company, which is known for its major work on infrastructure projects, dams, bridges, military installations, offshore drilling, oil, oil and gas. Now it turns out in the CIA files, Herman Brown, president and director of Brown and Root, Houston, Texas, president and trustee of the Brown Foundation, Houston, Texas, was granted a covert security clearance approval for work with the Central Intelligence Agency for use as a covert associate under project LP coin. So the founder and president of Brown and Root, which became Halliburton, was secretly working as a covert associate with the Central Intelligence Agency as he grew what was then the largest construction, oil exploration, and military construction, and infrastructure development company in America. Founder and president of the company, secretly working for the CIA for thirteen years. His son, the vice president of Brown en route, George Rufus Brown, so both Herman Brown and his son, was also granted a covert security clearance for use as a covert associate for work with the Central Intelligence Agency on project LP coin. We don't know what project LP coin is. And then also granted a provisional covert security approval for him being used in connection with possible use in serving on the board of directors for a CIA proprietary being set up to work in Thailand and Laos and was issued another covert security approval for working with the CIA from 1965 to nineteen nineteen sixty seven. So Browning Root, one of the top five holdings of George Soros, his Soros Management Fund in the mid two thousands at least. It's one of his top five holdings. Its creator was CIA. Its president, its vice president was CIA. And here, we have that same construction and development firm traveling to Gabon right here in 1976. I'm gonna read this to you. Brown en route manager, international sales, Edward Sullivan, will arrive in Libreville. They plan to visit the Santa Clara site to develop estimates for cost of building that facility. They're interested in the Grand Puebara. O'Sullivan is anxious. The Brown and Root executive vice president I'm sorry, vice president, is anxious to meet with president Bongo, as well as any additional government of Gabon officials embassy may recommend. O'Sullivan has been trying for several re weeks to obtain hotel reservations, but without success, they greatly appreciate embassy assistance, locating accommodations. We also like interpreter and a rental car. Department recognizes that these requests come in a difficult time for the embassy. However, very strong, brown and root interest in Gabon projects, particularly Santa Clara, critical competition factors preclude deferral. Company currently plans to go all out for Santa Clara Port construction. We know that the US embassy is under stress right now in Gabon, but you have to help Brown and Root secure this deal with the government of Gabon to acquire this giant port construction project. Brown and Root's vice president O'Sullivan has just come from detailed discussions with Soros Associates to develop background for on-site estimates of construction and costs he to use in forthcoming talks with the government of Gabon officials. He's also met with Horstley of Leon Templeton and and Sons. Sullivan advised Commerce emphatically that Brown Root wants no, repeat, no relations or identity with the Templeton firm. End f y I, Kissinger. Now Soros Associates Soros Associates is the group run by George Soros' older brother, Paul Soros, also a businessman and philanthropist. Soros founded Soros Associates, older brother of George Soros. Oh, that's interesting. I actually didn't know this about the Brazil side. And to Brazil report, Soros business interests in ports in Brazil. Interesting. I wonder where that is today. I wonder if Bolsonaro had a problem with that. What Lula's relationship with the was. Okay. One second. Let's come back to this. Now, I bring this up actually, let me just show you the here's the Washington Post obituary of Paul Soros. Paul Soros dies at 87. Shipping industry titan and prominent philanthropist. He arrived in 1948 with $17. K. In his pocket, how much was in his bank account? He founded his engineering firm Soros Associates in 1956 from his home in Connecticut. At 65, he was already worth a 100 over a $100,000,000. Then started the Paul and Daisy Soros Foundation, titan of the shipping industry. You know what's really funny? I'm reading Bill Burns's autobiography called The Back Channel. Bill Burns was the CIA director for Joe Biden. And, there's a funny incident where he's describing his time in the US embassy in Russia in the nineteen nineties under the Boris Yeltsin years. And he talks about how every time there was a fire at the embassy, the Russians would come in and disguised as firefighters. They would plant bugging devices. And when one of the embassy adjunct buildings was built by a Russian construction company, it was prebugged with Russian spying devices because the construction and engineering companies in Russia were working with Russian intelligence. And he's teeing them up as, you know, these everything all the crisis relief and humanitarian relief and construction companies in Russia were secretly working with Russian intelligence and bugging everything. And then the next page, it says, and under US ambassador Thomas Pickering, he inherited a US Embassy that had no local Russians working at the embassy, which is a big problem for us to be able to gather intelligence on and make connections with Russian civil society out of the embassy. But fortunately, Yeltsin had rolled back a ban on the US embassy for the past seven years because of the bugging and spying crisis where the embassy was bugging all of the Russian infrastructure. And so they got in trouble. They were hiring Russian, like, engineering firms and planting devices in the infrastructure. Then they got in trouble with the Russian government. So the Russian government said, okay. Unless you wanna get kicked out of the country, you're not allowed to do this anymore, which makes me wonder, sort of apropos of nothing, given that Brown and Roots president was working for the CIA, its vice president was working for the CIA, its foundation was working with the CIA, and they're a major construction company. Were they bugging the infrastructure in these projects for the CIA? Burns Bill Burns, the CIA director, used the term prebugged that these buildings were built. They were constructed prebugged for the Russians, and then concedes that The US was doing the same thing. Do you think that's part of the deal maybe? Do you think when these massive ports are constructed, where there's all this flow through traffic and the Gabon officials are all over it, do think they come prebugged from Soros? Open question. Let's keep going. So before George Soros started working with the state department, six years before he started his Open Society Institute, Open Society Foundation. His older brother was already in the game working with the state department, bending over backwards to make sure that his older brother secured deals. Now remember, this is during the Cold War. There was an interest in having Westerners control the infrastructure rather than Russians controlling it. There were Russian development firms, Russian construction firms. Africa was tilting towards Russia. A lot of African companies were sympathetic towards communism. There's a big battle over Russia, a big battle over Africa with Russia. So you can see a state department interest in pulling strings out of the embassy with the government to make sure Soros gets the deal rather than the Russians. This gets back to that clip about George Soros admitting on tape, bragging on tape that the Soros empire was built out of the ashes of the Soviet empire as he collected all of the assets the Soviets used to own. Speaker 1: When the Soviet Union the Soviet Empire collapsed, and as the empire collapsed, moved in and picked up the pieces. First in Hungary in 1984 and then Poland in '87, China in '87 as well. And so this is how the this what I'm the Saurus Empire was replacing the Soviet Empire. And how do you think you're doing in your imperial ambitions? Speaker 0: Here's another example. June 1975, again, still four years before the Open Society Foundation was created. Bandar Abbas Port Project. Three senior executives from the Dravo Corporation out of Pittsburgh. Let's check out this Bandar Abbas project, and this is in Iran. Iranian revolution of nineteen seventy nine is when we lost Iran. K? We couped the CIA couped Iran. Was it 1953? 1953. The US and UK cooed the Iranian government out of office. We overthrew Mosaddegh. We installed the Shah, and Iran was a US UK vassal state until four years later. At the time, the coup was in large part because of Mossadegh's attempt to nationalize Anglo British Petroleum, which is today BP, British Petroleum. And what you see here is while we still had a puppet government that was friendly to The US in Iran, the US state department is working, as well as the commerce department, is working to secure port projects for George Soros' older brother, Paul Soros. Here's what he say. Three senior executives on the Dravo Corporation visited the Bandar Abbas Port project. Dravo is part of the Iranian American port Consortium bidding on the project. Other three members include International Systems, Van Hooten Associates, and Soros Associates. Dravo's estimated value of the project is between 700,000,000 and $1,000,000,000. This is in 1975. Action requested. In addition to providing all possible assistance to only American consortium bidders, request embassy ascertain the following. In the government of Iran giving consideration to the American group, has the submission of the bid influenced favorably or otherwise their judgment. Here's 1975 back in Gabon, Santa Clara war project. The US ambassador, the head of the state department, raised with the port director, Damas, question of mineral port design and asked if progress have been made in reaching a decision. Damas, the head of the port in Africa, said that meetings had been held within the government of Gabon and were continuing, which should lead shortly to the elimination of all but a few offers and that Soros was in very good position. So here is the head of the state department in the country, Gabon, on the coast on the West Coast Of Africa, back channeling with the head of the port to make sure that Paul Soros won the bid, Eliminate all of the opposition. Once choice narrowed, Damas said that further discussions would be had with firms selected. He mentioned that one difficulty with Soros' bid was that American specifications differed from Gabonese, I e French ones. Ambassador told Damas that he felt sure that this problem could be overcome in further discussion with Soros. Decontrol on receipt. So The US ambassador already in 1975, four years before kid brother Soros, George Soros, even starts the Open Society Foundation, Paul Soros is already getting mucho favors from the US state department. The US state department is pulling strings to make sure that competing bids with Paul Soros are eliminated and encouraging the government of Gabon to go through with the deal and that the barriers can be overcome to make sure that Paul Soros wins the bid to control the ports of Gabon. Here's again 1975 in Gabon. Recent visit to First National City Bank led the suggestion that Dravo Corporation Pittsburgh be contracted for construction of Santa Clara Mineral Port. It appears Soros Associates virtually certain to get engineering contract for port. Embassy's understanding is that Soros only does engineering, not construction. If this is the case, it obviously is in our interest to find an American firm, Sunnis, that wants to do construction. Thus, we'd appreciate any further information on Dravo. So we know Soros has got it locked, but we need someone else to actually do the construction that Soros can then do the engineering on top of. Current status and outlook for Gabon's iron ore. Director general of Samophore, Gabonese iron ore consortium, called The US ambassador to review the latest developments since 1975 in Gabon. The director general, Delepin, stated governor of Gabon percentage in Samoafer is now 56, with Bethlehem at 20, French 10, German 10, and remaining four split between Europeans. Delepin thought governor of Gabon would eventually relinquish relinquish part of its 56% to attract participation of new iron consuming partners such as Japan. Delepin added that he he pleased governor Gabon had and would keep single largest participation as this would induce favorable treatment of company, I e rail tariffs, and reduce chance of nationalization as well spread the cost. Philippines said plans likely moving forward for construction of the mineral port, and that Soros likely to get the engineering contract for how the iron ore iron ore will be exploited. I wanna get to the loan part of this. I'm jumping around a little bit, but this is 1973. Soros Associates study. $10 from Bayer. $8.09 6. Mike's always working. True. Well, there's just so many of these Soros references that, like, I'm having a hard time finding the stuff in my notes. Give me one sec. Ministry of transport. Major project, port consultant. Arrival, Paul Soros. So Paul Soros comes to visit. Alternative dates. Kissinger, the Gabonese economy. The Gabonese economy. As embassy is aware, in absence of thorough and reasonable current data on Gabon's economy, Exem Bank has been processing cases for Gabon based on data available and indications that government of Gabon is credit worthy obligor. Loans recently approved on this basis for General Electric locomotives and Soros study financing. So Soros is making loans. As you'll see, there's, like, a $25,000,000 loan. More on Iran. One sec here. Soros has indicated interest in design on on work for, yeah, again again in Iran. You can already see that the Soros family wants to do the same thing in Iran and Gabon that the State Department want. A major project let me check out this one. 1974, major project, Ero Isla. Soros Associates again, so does the geological work. I think it was in 1976, so it's a little bit ways down. Senegal, all of these. Soros, Soros, Soros, Soros, Soros. Soros financing. 1976, still in Gabon. First National City Bank, Liberville, has informed embassy that governor of Gabon has accepted completely financing package for the Soros contract. So the governor of Gabon cannot afford to pay George Soros. They need to take out a loan to pay George Soros for the contract to construct the port and to extract the iron ore. Subject financing to be provided the following amounts. Governor of Gabon down payment of half $1,000,000, an Exim Bank direct loan of $2,000,000, First City National Bank loan, $2000000.1.5 total, 5,600,000.0, which is the total amount of the Soros contract. Thus, US portion of Soros contract, 4,000,000, and local costs being financed by Exim Bank other than the governor Gabon down payment. When the Department of Commerce phoned First National City Bank, to call its representative visiting Gabon instructing to point out governor Gabon has more advantageous terms than the original one, stressing eventual combination Soros contract financing into larger package, including US source construction and extending beyond five years. So not only is the State Department negotiating Soros' deals, helping him secure the deals, they're also back channeling so that foreign governments can pay George Soros so that Soros makes his appropriate profit on the deal. Now, the Ex I'm Bank let me show you this. Refers to the Export Import Bank of the United States. This is a US Government agency who is working with your tax dollars. So the US government so it's think about how many different government agencies are helping Soros Inc? The commerce department, the state department, the export import bank of the United States. So the commerce department is is working with the local trade representatives. The embassy is working with the senior leadership of the foreign country, and the export import bank with our tax dollars is loaning out to the foreign government so that they can pay George Soros his money. How far backward over yourself do you need to bend for the government to do favors for Soros Inc? This is before the Open Society Foundation was ever created, years before it. So when the Open Society Foundation was created in 1979 and then right away hits the ground running, working with the state department, the treasury department, the central intelligence agency, You know, Pride didn't just pick it up on the fly. Do you think George Soros ever picked up the phone and called his older brother, or Paul Soros ever picked up the phone and told his kid brother, hey, you're running a hedge fund in in New York City. You're betting on all these portfolio companies. Dude, you gotta you gotta work with the governor on this. This is where the money is. This is a family business where their deals are secured by the US government. So when they go around and do all of the things that advance what the state department wants. There is this favors for favors relationship that goes back now five decades, more than five decades, fifty two years, 1973. Those are just the earliest cables we have. The WikiLeaks cable gate archive starts in 1973.

Angelo Carusone, the president of Media Matters, has a history of targeting individuals until he achieves financial ruin. His campaigns against Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly, Hannity, and Tucker Carlson were relentless. Carusone's efforts led to Beck's departure from Fox News and caused advertisers to drop O'Reilly. This pattern of destructive targeting is aimed at destroying careers. It is worth noting that Carusone's bias against Republicans is evident in his actions.
