I will contact Director Ray today to address the issue of FBI oversight. It is concerning that foreign countries are giving large sums of money to various LLCs connected to the Biden family, including grandchildren. We need to uncover the reasons behind this hidden money and understand why foreign funds are being received while Biden is in office.

Speaker 0: That's unacceptable. I'm gonna call, director Ray today because we have oversight of the FBI. We have the right. Comer is simply following information that he has found. We should find all the information. Isn't it quite interesting that foreign countries Give 1,000,000 of dollars to different LLCs that trace down to the entire Biden family, to grandchildren. What are they doing? Why are you hiding money that direction? And why is Foreign money coming from other countries while he's in office.

On October 18th, a pro-Hamas group led by Rashida Tlaib illegally occupied the Canon House building. Photos captured organizers texting each other in a chat called "global intifada." During a Homeland Committee hearing, the FBI director, Christopher Lee, admitted he was unaware of the group and its meaning. Over 300 members were arrested, including one with terrorist ties who almost assaulted a congresswoman. The chat also revealed the involvement of Katrina Blakely, a lead attorney at the Southern Poverty Law Center, which the FBI has used as a resource. The congresswoman criticized the FBI for not caring about terrorism and accused them of being a political campaign arm. She also mentioned Tlaib's connection to a Facebook group with known terrorists.

Speaker 0: So October 18th, we had the ceasefire now, the pro Palestinian the really pro Hamas, group come in, illegally occupy the Canon House building. And that was led by Rashida Tlaib. She she's very organized in those groups, and we captured photos of the, organizers texting, shared photos of the, organizers texting each other on their cell phones. And the image we captured shows their cell phone, and they were in a chat message amongst each other. And the the name of the chat is global in Tifana. And this is what I brought at the Christopher Lee, our FBI director, yesterday at the Homeland Committee hearing. And I said, are you aware that this group call some self global intifada. And I asked him, I said, do you know what intifada means? And he goes, no. I don't. I said, do you know the definition? He goes, no. I don't. I said it means Arab uprising. It means jihad, and it's a global intifada, global jihad group broke into our office buildings in the capital complex, and Capitol police arrested over 300 of them. One of them that has known terrorist ties nearly assaulted me, and Capitol Police had to move him out of the way. But here's what else is interesting because you already brought it up. In the in the chat message the list of names. We're very visible. One of them is Katrina Blakely, who is the lead attorney at the Southern Poverty Law Center. And the FBI has been using the resources and quoting, the Southern Poverty Law Center in their attacks on Catholics all over the country. And this is who is involved in the global intifada group. And I brought this up to him, and he had no knowledge, no awareness of it, and was not even interested. Didn't ask me, Congresswoman, could you please provide me with this evidence? Not at all. He did not care because the FBI and the Department of Justice is the political campaign arm, which is the weaponized arm of the Joe Biden campaign for presidency. And this is the most outrageous, Dangerous thing happening in our country, Dawn. No American is safe when we have an FBI director that doesn't care about terrorism, breaking into our own government or terrorists all over our country, but yet will abuse the system to hunt down people like Gregory Getman, with helicopters and tanks in the streets. Doesn't doesn't want to go after, all the black high school students that beat and kick to death. A 17 year old white student doesn't consider that a federal hate crime, but yet will target any minority that is killed by a white person and considers that a federal hate crime. It it just it I could not believe it. I was so angry questioning him yesterday, and and I'm going to continue that path because our FBI should be investigating terrorists, especially when it's linked to Rashida Tlaib, a member of congress who was outed this week for being in a Facebook group for 6 years with known tariffs in Hamas. And it's very serious.

Speaker 0: I'm not sure if Jimmy Kimmel understood what the title of this conversation is. What you talking about? Willis, Bonnie Willis. Did she get back to you today? Speaker 1: Yeah, we said, Peter, not yet. I just talked with you. Speaker 0: Where is she supposed to get back to Speaker 1: you today? Yeah, she's supposed to get documents. Well, did you hear from her boyfriend? We haven't. So some I was talking about this in the office, and I said Fonnie Wade, and this is like a Freudian slip, you know, like Fonnie Willis and Nathan Wade. So, I know we haven't heard back from her yet. We'll see what we get from her. But there's a whistleblower in her office who we have talked to, the committee staff. Yeah. And she, the whistleblower, I think she's like 4 foot 11, but Fani Willis had 7 police escort her out when she fired this lady, because this lady raised the concern that Ms. Willis was not spending federal funds and not following the grant the rules of the grant and the grant dollars in the appropriate manner. So she raised this concern, and then finally, Will has fired her. She's now talking with our office, and we'll see where that goes. And that's why we subpoenaed for records and documents related to this. We'll see what we get. There's still a few hours left in today. She also was interesting. She instead of accepting service on the subpoena, she made us send the US Marshals. Even though our office had talked with her office, we've had correspondence back and forth, She made the US Marshals take the subpoena there, so go figure. This is Bonnie Willis, and we all saw her, I think her attitude on display when she took the studio. Speaker 0: I thought it was a skit, but I think it actually was real life. It was real. We sent out a tweet that said we didn't invite Fawnee Willis to CPAC, but there is a Fawnee sandwich with the chaser of Grey Goose Vodka. If you have enough cash, ready cash in your pocket. Speaker 1: Yeah. The comedy routine from Mr. Slap coming out today, that's awesome. Speaker 0: It's been a long year, Jay. Speaker 1: Well, we appreciate what you do. We appreciate what CPAC has meant for conservative principles for a long, long time. Thank you. It means a lot.

MSNBC is FREAKING OUT about Trump's new AG Pam Bondi. Phenomenal sign. https://t.co/ESYDfWq8nt

Video Transcript AI Summary
Pam Bondi is a competent choice for her role, despite differing ideological views. Her experience in immigration policy is notable, especially given Florida's aggressive stance on deportation and migrant management. She has implemented various laws affecting students and education funding, making her a formidable figure. This effectiveness poses a greater concern than the potential missteps of someone like Matt Gaetz, despite his questionable moral background. The discussion will also delve into her record on civil rights, LGBTQ rights, and other critical issues relevant to the Department of Justice, which were significant campaign topics this election cycle.

Speaker 0: Pam Bonnie is exactly what I was saying in the last segment that we should all fear because she's competent. We may not agree with her ideologically, but she actually knows how to do this job. So if anyone on the Democratic side or anyone who cared about liberty or justice was thinking, well, maybe Matt Gates will screw this up and that'll give us some time. No. Pam Bondi knows what she's doing. She knows what she's doing about immigration. Remember, Florida is one of those states that's been very aggressive about migrants and deportation and moving people to different states and everything else like that. Florida has enacted all sorts of rules and laws to, to curtail students and and what they can do on campuses and and and finding legal justifications for manipulating education money. She is a dangerous and effective pick, and that's frankly worse than what we would have got with Matt Gaetz even with the deplorable moral background that he has. Speaker 1: Yeah. And I wanna discuss that, with a little more depth with both of you, including her record on civil rights, LGBTQ rights, and other issues that are front and center at the DOJ, in which we know were also big campaign issues this cycle.

Here's a throwback of Pam Bondi discussing the Mar-a-Lago raid. https://t.co/hscUd28ulw

Video Transcript AI Summary
Having signed thousands of subpoenas as a prosecutor, I question why a motion to compel wasn't used when the Trump team was cooperating. The warrant's timing raises concerns; it was signed on Friday but executed on Monday, suggesting a lack of urgency. Typically, for document searches, a few agents would suffice, yet the FBI deployed an overwhelming number of agents for the Mar-a-Lago search, likely for optics to portray Trump as a criminal. This approach is part of a broader tactic to intimidate and send a message to others. Merrick Garland's statements contradict the actions taken, and the magistrate's lack of experience and potential bias raises further questions about the warrant's legitimacy. A more experienced judge might have insisted on a subpoena instead.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: For commentary as well as Fox News legal analyst Greg Jarrett. Pam, your take on all of this. Speaker 1: Sean, having personally as a prosecutor for 18 years signed thousands of subpoenas. Thousands. Many times people don't comply. So what do you do? You either issue a new subpoena or you do a motion to compel. Why wasn't that done in this case? The Trump people were working well with them. Why wasn't that done? That's a question for Merrick Garland. Number 2 for Merrick Garland, the warrant. Think about the warrant. If you're going to issue a warrant, the reason has to be, I'm worried they're gonna destroy evidence. Well, what's suspect about that? We've now learned that warrant was signed on Friday, but not executed until Monday. So why get the warrant? That doesn't even make sense. Number 3, I have personally been involved in many, many search warrants, authorizing them, the execution of the search warrants, and they came in there with guns blazing like you said. For documents, you know what you do? You get a couple agents, you go up, you show the warrant at Mar a Lago, they knew the president wasn't there, they knew it was a skeleton crew at Mar a Lago. You go in, you go to the safe, you go to the office, you get the documents you need. Done. Yet what did they do? They brought they did an execution on land, on sea, by air. They had agents in the water, agents in the air. You may have only seen 30 to 40 there on the ground, but there were 100 of agents that had to have been weaponized to pull the assault off at Mar a Lago that day and that night. Merrick Garland, that's where that's where tax dollars are going to that. Did you see the massive trucks out there, Sean, lined around? You know why they did that? It was the optics. They thought Donald Trump would look like a common criminal, but it backfired on them. And the American people have seen what they've done, and they are disgusted by this. And he's got a lot more explaining to do. Speaker 0: And and, you know, look at this. Look at the look at what they did to Peter Navarro. Look at what they did to Manafort. Look at what they did to Roger Stonehill joining us tonight, Greg. This is now their tactic. They wanna harass, intimidate, and send a message to everyone else. Don't mess with us. We're all powerful, almighty. And the double standard, the dual system of justice couldn't be any more clear than it is now. Speaker 2: Yeah. I don't question the integrity of the DOJ and the FBI. I criticize the utter lack of integrity and rectitude of Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray. Merrick Garland today unwittingly, stupidly undermined his own argument when he said, oh, our standard practice is use the least intrusive method. That's called a subpoena. And the FBI did that, 2 months ago. They were counting on Donald Trump challenging it so that they would then be poised for a raid. But Trump capitulated. He gave them everything they wanted. So they probably sat back at the DOJ and said, now what are we gonna do? Well, they should have issued another subpoena if they wanted more documents. I suspect all of that is left out of, the affidavit in support of the FBI warrant to search the premises. And I think they probably snookered this magistrate who, by the way, is not a regular federal district court judge. He's appointed by the district court to do the sort of grunt work. He doesn't have the experience. A real judge would have probably said, wait a minute. Speaker 0: Oh, wait a minute. Speaker 2: Searching the premises. From a case with Hillary Clinton. Speaker 0: Why didn't he refuse himself here? Well, he should've times. Speaker 2: His social media posts were virulently anti Trump. Under the law, he's required to recuse himself, but a good judge would have said, wait a minute. Why aren't you using a subpoena here? There are a lot of questions about this magistrate himself. Speaker 0: Alright. Thank you, Pam Bondi. We appreciate it. Craig Jarrett, thank

Several arrests were made during a planned operation, though fewer than anticipated. No arrests involved members of the TDA gang, suggesting a possible intel leak. A Honduran national with prior charges was also apprehended; a stolen rifle was recovered from his residence. Initial plans for a large-scale operation were thwarted by media leaks, forcing a postponement. The rescheduled raid still faced significant media and activist presence, seemingly confirming prior knowledge of the operation by both the targets and the local community. Despite the leaks, the operation proceeded.

Speaker 0: That led to a handful of arrests, but no TDA gang members. A stop at another apartment complex netted no arrests. It seems like they were tipped off. They knew this was coming. So, yeah, I I do get the impression that there were some intel leaks here, and I think that that probably they did know we were coming, but we're still coming. And and just because something leaks now and then doesn't it's not gonna stop us. This is the police. You have a warrant. Come out with your hands up. Also on their radar, this previously deported Honduran illegal alien with pending local charges for strangulation, kidnapping, and possession of fentanyl. Get the out of my neighborhood. Get out. Get out. While activists yelled outside, agents recovered this stolen rifle from inside the man's home. And guys, officials told us they were planning to net, a triple digit arrest as a result of this operation, possibly upwards of 200 people. ICE officials told me at the end of the day at the end of the day yesterday, they only had 30 arrests, only one of which was a confirmed Trende Arugua gang member. It certainly felt like everybody knew this was coming, including the targets and the local media. We'll send it back to you. And did the local media did did they get ahead of the operation? They were everywhere we were. Sometimes ahead of us, it felt like, along with some of the local activists. This raid was initially supposed to happen last week, guys, but, two media outlets wrote articles announcing it. It got leaked to them. They wrote articles announcing that ICE was coming to the Aurora area to conduct a huge operation. ICE canceled that raid, moved it to this week. And everywhere we went, the local media was there, followed quickly by those anti ICE activists. It it definitely felt like, people knew it was coming, and ICE officials told us the same. Alright.

That leaked memo being cited by the LA Times, and it reportedly states that a large scale immigration enforcement operation will be happening in Los Angeles in the coming weeks, and we continue to see those demonstrations, protesting those efforts from the Trump administration. Take a look. We have some video here showing you the latest. This is from the citizen app. This was yesterday as hundreds gathered in Downtown LA near City Hall, blocking traffic on Spring Street. It was eventually dispersed by LAPD with no reported injuries or arrests. But every single day since the morning of February 2, there have been people on the streets of Los Angeles, sometimes in the thousands, protesting the Trump administration's immigration policies and has promised to increase deportations with many worried that raids happening across the country will make it here to Southern California. Last week, we saw heavily armed SWAT teams storming apartment complexes around Denver and Aurora, Colorado. And on Friday, the LA Times, citing an internal document, a government document reviewed by the outlet reported that ICE would oversee a local large scale operation targeting undocumented immigrants or those who have pending orders for removal with local FBI and DEA agents and officers being called in to assist. That document reportedly circulated among some government officials last week. And yesterday, US attorney general Pam Bondi on Fox News was asked about leaks within the government. This was her response. So we can tell you that, basically, the FBI has not made any comment on this. And according to that leaked document being cited by the LA Times, that large scale immigration enforcement operation is set to happen by the end of the month, and we're expecting those protests, those large demonstrations to continue this week. That's the latest here in Downtown LA. I'm Mario Ramirez. We'll send it back to you.

I believe the Justice Department will investigate and prosecute anyone found to be tipping off criminals and helping them evade law enforcement.

Speaker 0: What are the ramifications for somebody within the FBI who may have leaked that ICE, memo detailing what their operations were and and and allowing those, trended Aromagua gang members to actually get away? Speaker 1: No. If you're interfering with legitimate law enforcement activity where they're going out and sending criminals back, repatriating criminals, you're interfering with that operation, that that should be prosecuted. I think I think, Tom Homan is exactly right. And my guess is Pam and soon to be Todd Blanche running our justice department will look into this. And if it happened, they will prosecute the individual who's tipping off the bad guys about the good guys coming to take them back, send them back to their country. So, yeah. This is this is as wrong as it gets, and I think Tom Homan is and he spelled it out because you're jeopardizing the safety of law enforcement officials by leaking that information to the bad guy.

This will not be tolerated. We will investigate and find those responsible, regardless of their agency. EXCLUSIVE: 🚨New York Governor @GovKathyHochul is colluding with @ericadamsfornyc’s Democrat primary political opponent @bradlander to remove Eric Adams from office via Judge Merchan’s daughter’s consulting firm! 🚨 New York Governor Kathy Hochul has called for an emergency meeting to discuss Mayor Eric Adams, including the possibility of removing him from office. What she isn’t telling you though is she is a client of the Democrat political consulting firm AUTHENTIC CAMPAIGNS, which is run by Loren Merchan, tbe daughter of Judge Juan Merchan. Eric Adam’s Democrat primary opponent @bradlander is also using Authentic Campaigns in his race against Eric Adams. According to records in the New York State Board of Elections database, Hochul has sent $689,974.35 to Loren Merchan’s personal home address in Richmond Virginia for her “services”. Additionally, Kathy Hochul @GovKathyHochul paid $100,350.00 between 1/22/2024 - 7/8/2024 to Judge Merchan’s daughter Loren Merchan, the President of Authentic Campaigns. Authentic Campaigns represents anti-Trump clientele. The meeting by Hochul was called after Trump’s DOJ dropped the charges against Adams. Talk about a conflict of interest! 🚨EXCLUSIVE🚨 NYC Mayor @ericadamsfornyc’s Democrat opponent Brad Lander @bradlander, the New York City Comptroller, has hired Judge Merchan’s daughter’s firm Authentic Campaigns for his political consulting. Loren Merchan, the daughter of Judge Juan Merchan, is the President of Authentic Campaigns. Her business partner is @KamalaHarris Senior Advisor @MikeNellis. Today, New York City Comptroller Brad Lander announced that he wants to bring legal action against the Trump administration after @elonmusk’s DOGE helped seize $80 million in FEMA funds. Yesterday, several senior Justice Department officials resigned in protest over their refusal to comply with an order from the Trump admin to drop a bribery case against Democrat New York City Mayor Eric Adams, who is running for re-election as a Democrat. What are the odds that a New York Democrat politician (Brad Lander) who is engaging in lawfare against President Trump has retained the consulting firm of Judge Merchan’s daughter while his opponent is playing nice with Trump and Tom Homan? Every. Single. Time. Cc: @LoomerUnleashed @CcpSkipTracer RECEIPTS 👇🏻

🚨BREAKING: DHS Secretary Kristi Noem announces she has found the ICE raid leakers and is FIRING them: "They will be fired. There will be consequences." https://t.co/e2i5c3TX1r

I've identified leakers within the organization, and we're actively uncovering more. Let me be clear: these individuals will be terminated, and they will face serious repercussions. Leaking information to the press, especially when it jeopardizes operations, puts law enforcement lives at grave risk, potentially leaving families without their loved ones. We're employing every available tactic, including polygraphs, email analysis, and communication monitoring, to identify these individuals. It's astonishing how these bureaucrats, driven by their agendas to undermine our mission of ensuring American safety, will betray one another to protect themselves. Rest assured, I am fully committed to finding and removing these leakers to ensure the safety of our law enforcement officers and agents, and to enable us to continue our vital work.

Speaker 0: I have found some leakers. We are continuing to get more. They will be fired. There will be consequences. And remember, when they leak information to the press in order to blow an op, they are putting law enforcement lives in jeopardy. They are risking their lives and putting their families in the position where they have to live without those individuals any further. So you bet. We have, used every tactic that we have. If you remember, we talked, just last week about how I'm using polygraphs to to go after and to really interview these folks because we are a national security agency. I have that tool I can use. Also looking at their emails, looking at their communications, and it's amazing how these bureaucrats who have an agenda to to stop the work that we're doing to bring safety to America, how they will sell each other down the river if it's just to protect themselves. So don't worry. I am doing everything to find these leakers and to get rid of them so that we can do our work and our law enforcement officers and agents can do it safely.

Headline evidence from Jeffrey Epstein's safe went missing after an FBI raid, according to court testimony in the Ghislaine Maxwell trial. The speaker, a former federal agent, stated that they don't understand how evidence could be lost in such a high-profile case, given the strict protocols for cataloging and securing evidence in an evidence vault. The only time the speaker recalls seeing evidence lost was during 9/11 when the Secret Service office in 7 World Trade Center collapsed. The speaker also addressed an email regarding Epstein, Clinton, and a plane. The speaker stated that a friend who was on a plane with Epstein and Clinton witnessed suspicious activity. The friend has not provided permission to share the full story or specific details, but did allow the speaker to say that the events were "very odd" and bothered him. The speaker claims the friend's credibility is "unimpeachable."

Speaker 0: The Ghislain Maxwell case. We have an update on that from The Telegraph. Turns out headline evidence from Jeffrey Epstein's safe went missing after an FBI raid court hears in Ghislain Maxwell trial. Folks, listen. I have over a decade of experience as a federal agent myself. Who cares? Hey. Look at me. Experience. I'm just telling you for to prove bona fides here. I have processed hundreds, if not thousands of pieces of evidence throughout my law enforcement career. I don't know how you would lose evidence. Let me explain to you how evidence works. You survey search warrant Jeffrey Epstein's house, and let's say, for example, you find videotapes or DVDs or whatever it may be. You then take them. You tag them. You note where you found them. In many cases, you take pictures. In most cases now, you take pictures of where you found them. You catalog them in evidence envelopes so you can't tamper with them, right? You seal the envelope, you sign the envelope. It then comes back with you in custody, and it goes back typically, well, the Secret Service to an evidence vault, which is a big like bank safe in the office. To go in the evidence vault, you have to sign in. To sign out the evidence, you have to sign out the specific piece of evidence. How the hell do you lose evidence in a case this big? Is it lost? Was it lost? If you get what I mean, I don't know. I'm just telling you, I've never seen evidence. You know what I did see in evidence lost? Seriously, sadly, during 09:11, our office was in 7 World Trade Center, the Secret Service office. 7 World Trade came down. I promise we lost a lot of evidence. That's the only time I've ever seen evidence lost. Here's another thing I wanna address. Someone sent me an email, You know, hey, Dan. Remember that thing you'd mentioned a while ago about Epstein and the plane and Clinton? Yeah. Like, when are you gonna break that? I said, break what? I told you. It's not my it's not my story. I can't say this enough. This is why sometimes I regret saying things on my show. It's not because I regret saying it. It's because people don't understand it. And I answer emails for a year when I'm clear as day about what happened. It's not you. It's just a limited number of people. But the audience free, if even one person's upset, it bothers me. I'll say this clearly. I have a friend of mine who called me a long time ago, who was on a plane with Epstein and Clinton, was there and saw some very suspicious, shady stuff. It's his I don't have any more detail. Said one day, get back to me and tell me the full story or give me permission to run with at least the minimal details I have. He hasn't since. So it's not my there's nothing I can do. I can't force him into it. It's not my information to give up. I'm not gonna talk to you about details I don't have. But he did give me permission to tell you that, that it was odd, very odd what happened, and it bothered him forever. And I'm I'm not trying to be cryptic or but the the story the the guy's credibility is unimpeachable. Believe me. But the exact details I can't give you because I don't have them, he does. One of these days, I'm sure I'll put him out. When he does, we'll be here to give it to you. But I assure you. That conversation happened. You just heard the Dan Bongino show.

The conversation centers on preparation and concerns surrounding a decision or briefing. Parked in a location because a diversionary is active, with discussion about whether to pull a card out for Q&A once a card is finished. There is acknowledgment that they cannot definitively decide on certain wording because not all stakeholders (“blue dogs”) are present. One speaker notes they are finishing up and references “the ground,” indicating finalization of points or a plan. They suggest that the plan was the result of a briefing with numbers and that stakeholders have signed off, but there is anxiety about the president’s stance or position. Regarding the president, one speaker remarks that the president is not bad “at the fourteenth,” implying a view of performance around a specific date or milestone, but another adds that the president has always been skeptical, particularly of certain issues or actors. They describe the president as having terrible relationships with the union and not great handling of the coronavirus pandemic with the workforce. They acknowledge some positive aspects: the president has hired well at the lower ranks and has done some things well on the operational side, but characterize him as not a strong leader overall. The discussion also notes that the president is a Secret Service figure. In a prior conversation with him just before the meeting, he was very transparent about his views on other states he might order, which were underestimating crowd size and underestimating the president’s influence on Saudi Arabia. The transcript ends with a commitment to further announcements.
