On October 18th, a pro-Hamas group led by Rashida Tlaib illegally occupied the Canon House building. Photos captured organizers texting each other in a chat called "global intifada." During a Homeland Committee hearing, the FBI director, Christopher Lee, admitted he was unaware of the group and its meaning. Over 300 members were arrested, including one with terrorist ties who almost assaulted a congresswoman. The chat also revealed the involvement of Katrina Blakely, a lead attorney at the Southern Poverty Law Center, which the FBI has used as a resource. The congresswoman criticized the FBI for not caring about terrorism and accused them of being a political campaign arm. She also mentioned Tlaib's connection to a Facebook group with known terrorists.

Speaker 0: So October 18th, we had the ceasefire now, the pro Palestinian the really pro Hamas, group come in, illegally occupy the Canon House building. And that was led by Rashida Tlaib. She she's very organized in those groups, and we captured photos of the, organizers texting, shared photos of the, organizers texting each other on their cell phones. And the image we captured shows their cell phone, and they were in a chat message amongst each other. And the the name of the chat is global in Tifana. And this is what I brought at the Christopher Lee, our FBI director, yesterday at the Homeland Committee hearing. And I said, are you aware that this group call some self global intifada. And I asked him, I said, do you know what intifada means? And he goes, no. I don't. I said, do you know the definition? He goes, no. I don't. I said it means Arab uprising. It means jihad, and it's a global intifada, global jihad group broke into our office buildings in the capital complex, and Capitol police arrested over 300 of them. One of them that has known terrorist ties nearly assaulted me, and Capitol Police had to move him out of the way. But here's what else is interesting because you already brought it up. In the in the chat message the list of names. We're very visible. One of them is Katrina Blakely, who is the lead attorney at the Southern Poverty Law Center. And the FBI has been using the resources and quoting, the Southern Poverty Law Center in their attacks on Catholics all over the country. And this is who is involved in the global intifada group. And I brought this up to him, and he had no knowledge, no awareness of it, and was not even interested. Didn't ask me, Congresswoman, could you please provide me with this evidence? Not at all. He did not care because the FBI and the Department of Justice is the political campaign arm, which is the weaponized arm of the Joe Biden campaign for presidency. And this is the most outrageous, Dangerous thing happening in our country, Dawn. No American is safe when we have an FBI director that doesn't care about terrorism, breaking into our own government or terrorists all over our country, but yet will abuse the system to hunt down people like Gregory Getman, with helicopters and tanks in the streets. Doesn't doesn't want to go after, all the black high school students that beat and kick to death. A 17 year old white student doesn't consider that a federal hate crime, but yet will target any minority that is killed by a white person and considers that a federal hate crime. It it just it I could not believe it. I was so angry questioning him yesterday, and and I'm going to continue that path because our FBI should be investigating terrorists, especially when it's linked to Rashida Tlaib, a member of congress who was outed this week for being in a Facebook group for 6 years with known tariffs in Hamas. And it's very serious.

If people are using bullhorns to assist others in evading law enforcement, it raises legal concerns. We're investigating where the line is crossed regarding impeachment and working closely with the Department of Justice to address this. Those involved may face serious consequences soon. This situation is dangerous for ICE, border patrol, and other agencies, as such interference puts officers and emergency responders at risk. I know they can protest, but that's not what they're doing. Speaker 1: You're exactly right. When they come to the they cross the line of impeachment, and that's why I'm working very close starting this morning with Department of Justice and where do they cross that line of impeachment. So they may find themselves in pair of handcuffs very soon. So working with DOJ, I'm not getting some legal guidance on that. I'm not an attorney. I I know what SecOps is about. Video Transcript AI Summary
Several arrests were made during a planned operation, though fewer than anticipated. No arrests involved members of the TDA gang, suggesting a possible intel leak. A Honduran national with prior charges was also apprehended; a stolen rifle was recovered from his residence. Initial plans for a large-scale operation were thwarted by media leaks, forcing a postponement. The rescheduled raid still faced significant media and activist presence, seemingly confirming prior knowledge of the operation by both the targets and the local community. Despite the leaks, the operation proceeded.

Speaker 0: That led to a handful of arrests, but no TDA gang members. A stop at another apartment complex netted no arrests. It seems like they were tipped off. They knew this was coming. So, yeah, I I do get the impression that there were some intel leaks here, and I think that that probably they did know we were coming, but we're still coming. And and just because something leaks now and then doesn't it's not gonna stop us. This is the police. You have a warrant. Come out with your hands up. Also on their radar, this previously deported Honduran illegal alien with pending local charges for strangulation, kidnapping, and possession of fentanyl. Get the out of my neighborhood. Get out. Get out. While activists yelled outside, agents recovered this stolen rifle from inside the man's home. And guys, officials told us they were planning to net, a triple digit arrest as a result of this operation, possibly upwards of 200 people. ICE officials told me at the end of the day at the end of the day yesterday, they only had 30 arrests, only one of which was a confirmed Trende Arugua gang member. It certainly felt like everybody knew this was coming, including the targets and the local media. We'll send it back to you. And did the local media did did they get ahead of the operation? They were everywhere we were. Sometimes ahead of us, it felt like, along with some of the local activists. This raid was initially supposed to happen last week, guys, but, two media outlets wrote articles announcing it. It got leaked to them. They wrote articles announcing that ICE was coming to the Aurora area to conduct a huge operation. ICE canceled that raid, moved it to this week. And everywhere we went, the local media was there, followed quickly by those anti ICE activists. It it definitely felt like, people knew it was coming, and ICE officials told us the same. Alright.

We believe the leaks originated internally. The Aurora leak is under investigation, and we've identified a suspect. Regarding the California leak, Secretary Noem is partially correct; the information points towards the FBI. The Deputy Attorney General has launched a criminal investigation. The individual responsible will face job loss, pension forfeiture, and jail time. The DHS Inspector General is investigating the first leak, and a criminal investigation has been opened into the second. We're committed to holding those responsible criminally accountable. Leaking information jeopardizes officers' lives by potentially alerting criminals, leading to dangerous ambushes. This isn't a game; DHS and DOJ are working together to ensure swift justice.

Speaker 0: Where are these leaks coming from? Well, look, we think it's coming from inside, and, we know the first leak of Aurora is under current investigation. We think we identified that person, under investigation right now. The the California leak, secretary Noem, you know, she's correct on some of the information we're receiving tends to lead toward the FBI. But I talked to deputy attorney general all this weekend. They've opened up a criminal investigation, and, they have promised that not only this person will lose their job and lose their pension, they will go to jail. They won't criminally prosecute. So we're all over it. We got the DHS IG investigating the first one. I have a pretty good idea what happened. Can't share a lot because it's under investigation, but, the IG has opened up a criminal investigation on the second. We're sending a strong message. It's just not, you know, giving the bad guys a heads up so they can escape apprehension. Right? We're arresting, you know, giving, you know, the the Venezuela gang a heads up so we can't arrest them. You're putting officers' lives at risk. It's only a matter of time if we walk into a place where there's gonna be a bad guy doesn't care. He's gonna be sitting and wait for the officer to show up and ambush him. This is not a game. So DHS and DOJ are connected to hip to hold these people responsible in a criminal fashion.

The memo reportedly details ICE overseeing the operation, targeting undocumented immigrants and those with removal orders, with assistance from FBI and DEA agents. What's this all about, about, Mario? Speaker 1: Good morning. That's right. That leaked memo being cited by the LA Times, and it reportedly states that a large scale immigration enforcement operation will be happening in Los Angeles in the coming weeks, and we continue to see those demonstrations, protesting those efforts from the Trump administration. Take a look. We have some video here showing you the latest. This is from the citizen app. This was yesterday as hundreds gathered in Downtown LA near City Hall, blocking traffic on Spring Street. It was eventually dispersed by LAPD with no reported injuries or arrests. But every single day since the morning of February 2, there have been people on the streets of Los Angeles, sometimes in the thousands, protesting the Trump administration's immigration policies and has promised to increase deportations with many worried that raids happening across the country will make it here to Southern California. Last week, we saw heavily armed SWAT teams storming apartment complexes around Denver and Aurora, Colorado. And on Friday, the LA Times, citing an internal document, a government document reviewed by the outlet reported that ICE would oversee a local large scale operation targeting undocumented immigrants or those who have pending orders for removal with local FBI and DEA agents and officers being called in to assist. That document reportedly circulated among some government officials last week. And yesterday, US attorney general Pam Bondi on Fox News was asked about leaks within the government. This was her response. So we can tell you that, basically, the FBI has not made any comment on this. And according to that leaked document being cited by the LA Times, that large scale immigration enforcement operation is set to happen by the end of the month, and we're expecting those protests, those large demonstrations to continue this week. That's the latest here in Downtown LA. I'm Mario Ramirez. We'll send it back to you.

I joined Ingraham Angle to discuss troubling leaks regarding ICE operations. An open borders activist received confidential information, alerting criminal aliens in Virginia and advising them on how to evade ICE. This interference is not just ethically wrong but poses risks to law enforcement. The real concern is the source of these leaks, which have now spread to multiple cities. Despite promises of accountability, no consequences for the leakers have been announced. Meanwhile, Pablo Reports has blocked me and called me a coward, which is quite typical.

@BillMelugin_ - Bill Melugin

Joined @IngrahamAngle to discuss the latest on leaks of ICE operations. In this case, an open borders activist got a leak, gave criminal alien targets in VA a heads up, then urged them to “prepare accordingly” for ICE to potentially enter their homes w/ warrants & coached them to stay off of highways due to VA state police cooperating with ICE. While his attempt to interfere with the serving of federal judicial warrants against criminal alien targets may be ethically abhorrent & dangerous to law enforcement, the true issue lies with whoever leaked him the operational details. Details of ICE operations have now leaked in Virginia, Los Angeles, Aurora, and Chicago. The problem appears to be getting worse, rather than better, and despite promises of consequences for leakers, none have been announced yet.

Video Transcript AI Summary
This DHS leak went to a far-left, open-borders activist who doesn't want ICE to succeed. He gave targets a heads up and advised them on how to avoid ICE, even warning them about highway patrols and potential home entries. ICE had judicial warrants for these individuals, meaning a judge had already signed off on warrants for criminals, fugitives, and those with final removal orders. This activist is aligning himself with criminal aliens, and the real blame goes to the leaker within the Trump administration. These leaks seem to be getting worse and worse. The individuals targeted often have previous felonies, violent crimes, or have already been ordered for deportation by a judge. Pretending to be a reporter won't avoid legal accountability, as it interferes with federal ICE operations.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Now this looks like a leak from DHS. What do we know? Speaker 1: Laura, it was a leak, and it was leaked to not a reporter, but a far left open borders activist who doesn't like ICE and doesn't want ICE to succeed, and he's trying to say that he's just reporting the news. No. He's not. He went well beyond that. If you guys pull up his his string of tweets, not only did he give these targets a heads up that this was coming, he then said ICE has warrants. They can go into your home, so, quote, plan accordingly. He then went on to say that the highways aren't safe. Stay off the highways because state police are partnering with ICE. That crosses the line from reporting into activism. And here's why it's so egregious in this case, Laura. He openly says in his reporting there that ICE had up to 100 judicial warrants to go after these guys. That means a judge had signed off on these criminal warrants and given ICE the green light to go after them. That means there is a higher degree of criminality. These are not just administrative ICE arrests. These are criminals. They're fugitives. They're people with final orders of removal, and ICE had judicial permission to target them and go after them. Well, this activist has apparently decided to align himself with those criminal aliens, give them a heads up, and then coach them and advise them on how to avoid ICE. And Laura, you and I may find that abhorrent, but the real blame here goes with whoever leaked him that information. Because the big question right now is who in this Trump administration is talking to a far left ICE hating activist, you know, immigration reporter, as he describes himself, and is leaking these operational details to him because his information was accurate, Laura. I confirmed with ICE sources. There were operations in Virginia today. So, look, a lot of people in the Trump administration have been going on TV saying that these leakers are gonna be punished. They're gonna be identified. They're gonna be consequence. But we haven't seen any of that yet. Right? Aurora leaked. Chicago leaked. LA leaked. Now Virginia leaked. It seems to be getting worse and worse. We may not like what this activist is reporting, but the true blame goes to whoever is leaking that information to him and giving up the ICE intel. Speaker 0: Well, Bill, what what kind of lovely individuals are subject to a judicial warrant? It's a term that our viewers haven't heard very often. Speaker 1: Basically, some of the things you you announced in your Anchor intro. These can be people who have previous felonies. They can be people who are fugitives of the law. They can be people who have final orders of removal, meaning they've already had their immigration cases heard, and a judge has ordered them deported, from The United States. It essentially means that they're not just targeting these people because they're in The US illegally. They have a criminal history, perhaps a violent felony, perhaps a rape, perhaps an assault with a deadly weapon. They're not they're not good guys that a a judge is signing off on. Right? So this guy decided to not only give them a heads up, but then actively coach them. Hey. Stay off the highways, and they might come into your house, so prepare accordingly. And that what does he mean by that? Right? I mean, you could have some nut job sitting there with a gun waiting for them to come in. Speaker 0: Well, lives are on the line, Bill, and I'm gonna say this. Pretending you're a reporter to try to avoid your own legal accountability here, that might not work. I mean, it it it could be considered a fraud in the in the publication of this. It's fraud. It's it's it's fraudulently identifying yourself and then interfering with federal ICE operations. Americans could very well get killed as a result of this. So the leaker is culpable. This so called reporter better watch out because he may be culpable as well. You just don't know how this is gonna go down. Bill, as always, you're reporting on this. Thank you so much.

FBI Special Agent Jonathan Buma filed a whistleblower complaint after experiencing what he believed to be discrimination and suppression of intelligence reporting. Buma presented information implicating the Bidens in business deals with Burisma, which the assistant director was interested in pursuing. However, when Buma attempted to provide information that Rudy Giuliani may have been compromised by individuals suspected of Russian counterintelligence influence operations, he was shut down. Buma became concerned after learning Giuliani received $300,000 from Pablo Fuchs, who had ties to transnational organized crime. Buma's reporting faced increased scrutiny, leading to negative performance reviews after 13 years of exceptional awards. After filing a whistleblower complaint, the retaliation increased, with no acknowledgment or interviews. Buma was prohibited from reporting on criminal matters, public corruption, or anyone related to the White House or Trump associates. He experienced personal attacks and was moved to a squad where he couldn't work sources. Buma believes the FBI is not an arm of an anti-Trump agenda. He came forward to protect other FBI agents and restore the integrity of the FBI. He fears that if the FBI cannot hold itself accountable, public corruption will become rampant, and the country could descend into a fascist state. Despite potential repercussions, he intends to continue working.

He's very interested and he was adamant about packaging that information up and transferring that to the appropriate case agent right away. But during the same meeting, when I attempted to provide information that Rudy Giuliani may have been compromised by individuals suspected of being involved in Russian counterintelligence influence operations, He shut me down and the meeting ended. I came to know that Julian had received $300,000 from Pablo Fuchs, a very powerful businessman who had deep ties with a transnational organized crime syndicate. He was based in Ukraine. And that was deeply concerning to me, especially, you know, having heard that Giuliani had been working for the president pro bono. My questions that were going through my head were, who does he really work for? I wasn't trying to, you know, implicate Trump or do anything that would, you know, injure his reputation. This reporting implicates Giuliani. He was the one that was in ongoing contact with foreign nationals and, you know, political activists who received hundreds of thousands of dollars from these sources. And at that time, Joe Biden was not yet the Democratic nominee. I I said to my my co handling agent, I said to him, why do they keep going back to the Bidens? So what if this is the leading edge of a disinformation campaign to create a theme of derogatory information about the Bidens in anticipation that Biden would be Trump's main political rival. And I started to experience pushback. All of my reporting came under under really tight scrutiny to the point where I went from getting exceptional performance awards to being told that I was an inconsistent performer and that I had all these administrative I don't have a history of that, thirteen years before that. So it got to the point where it was pretty intolerable. So I filed a whistleblower complaint. All FBI agents get annual training concerning the, the protected federal whistleblower statute, which says that if you see misconduct in management, you can follow us about a complaint with the inspection division. The managers involved in your chain of command are prohibited from committing any acts that could be considered reprisal or retaliation. From that point forward, the retaliation actually increased, and I experienced no such protection, and there's never any mention or acknowledgment outside of an automated email response saying, we received your information, and a letter that said we received your information. Nothing. No interviews. No anything. And an email was sent with a brand new supervisor that specifically prohibited me from doing any more reporting on criminal matters, public corruption matters, or reporting on anyone related to the White House or any current or former associates of Trump. But then now I started to experience personal attacks, not only suppression of the reporting. My reporting was corroborated already at that point, so if you can't undercut the reporting, you undercut the person. So that's what I was experiencing at that point. And I was moved to a squad where I couldn't work sources. I was sent to basically, the Alaska of LA, and and it put into a position where it would be physically impossible for me to do any more source reporting. I was never trying to drive the political process in one way or the other. I was only trying to make sure that everybody had all of the information, both sides, so that people could make intelligent, you know, decisions about what they wanna do, policy makers or voters or whatever. What chairman Jordan's investigation is alleging is that the FBI as a whole is an arm of the anti Trump agenda, and that's simply not true. There is this allegation out there that the FBI slow played the intake of information and their diligent effort to investigate Burisma and the Bidens. What I saw going on with some of these these hearings was they weren't getting the full story. And I wrote up a statement, went to his office, and I told him, quite honestly guys, here's what happened. I think the management cared a lot about it and they wanted a special briefing about it. What needs to be said here is I later started reporting on Giuliani, and, I really started to experience some suppression. And at that point, they shut me down, and they said, no. No. No. We're we're only interested in things related specifically to Biden. I I don't think it's a legitimate investigation. The reason why I came forward is number one, don't want any other FBI agent to ever have to go through what I've gone through, having their right of protection under the statute completely, blatantly violated. Number two, I want to restore the integrity of the FBI so that people have trust and faith in it. Because if it's gone, public corruption will become rampant and we will things will go to hell in a handbasket in this country real fast, faster than people think. If the very agency that's charged with holding our public officials and the most powerful people in the world accountable can't hold its own self accountable and becomes corrupt itself, then, this country, things can get bad real fast. You know, it would be the beginnings of a fascist state. If they wanna figuratively slaughter me by firing me, they can do that. But I have no intention of leaving. I'm gonna show up for work. I'm gonna continue to show up for work in the hope of getting a good paycheck like any other American really wants.

EXC: Woke FBI agents can “opt out” of participating in deportation raids. ICE agents have been left stranded as a result. https://t.co/oXCWUk3VAC

Video Transcript AI Summary
Steve Friend communicated concerns that the FBI is obstructing mass deportations. FBI agents are allegedly being given the option to opt out of participating in deportation raids if they don't align with their beliefs, enabled by supervisors. These supervisors, described as left-wing, are said to have compared agents participating in raids to Nazis. The justification for opting out was allegedly that it only applied to big cities like Chicago, New York, and LA. When Dan Bongino visited the Phoenix offices, supervisors allegedly prevented him from joining an ICE raid and ceased all deportation raid activities that day to meet with him. In one instance, a supervisor allegedly texted a team of FBI agents en route to assist ICE in a deportation raid to tell them not to go, leaving ICE without the expected support.

Speaker 0: Of another vertical where congress has let us down. Of course, their weaponization committee people may remember the wonderful and intrepid whistleblower Steve Friend. He's been on the show and has a wonderful podcast. But I was actually just speaking with him, and he wanted me to communicate rather exclusively to the audience some really major concerns about how the FBI and certain rogue agents, but particularly at the supervisor and management level, are really working to obstruct the deportation, the mass deportation agenda. So I wanna walk you through this sort of in pieces. So first and foremost, FBI agents, so these are the sort of rank and file, are actually being given the option to opt out of participating in deportation raids if they do not align with, say, their personal or political beliefs. And the people who are letting them or enabling them to opt out come at sort of the squad supervisor or field office special agent in charge level. And in at least two cases, Steve was relaying to me how a lot of these sort of left wing FBI, which is more concentrated at the management level or the sort of supervisory roles, that they were saying people who participated in these raids, they were comparing them to Nazis, trying to create a culture whereby these agents wouldn't necessarily want to participate in these raids to begin with. And then when you come to the city of Phoenix and why it's important sort of the city by city basis, the justification that they had been given saying that, oh, well, you can opt out of these deportation rates if you'd like, is because they were saying that it only applied to certain cities, the big ones. Right? Chicago, New York, LA. But if you are in a smaller city, that that was sort of your justification for not having to participate. But when deputy director Dan Bongino was visiting the Phoenix offices, I guess some of the agents had wanted to invite him to participate, in an ICE raid where FBI was going to be joining them. But supervisors there actually said no. And perhaps deputy director Bongino did not want to join. Again, this is not coming from Bongino. This is coming from the supervisors in these offices, said that's not going to happen. And they actually ceased all deportation raid activities that day to have everyone in the office, to, you know, meet with Bon Gino. But in practice, Steve was saying that a lot of his sources so these are people who are still working in the FBI, in some cases, you know, his former colleagues, that there was one incident where there was a text chain between a staff supervisor, squad supervisor, when a team of FBI agents were supposed to be en route and joining, ICE officials, ICE agents, in a deportation raid. ICE thought that FBI was going to be coming and assisting them. But this supervisor said, no. We're actually not. And they left ICE stranded without the FBI, support staff that they wanted. You know, this

A breaking update on the Saturday shooting targeting border patrol agents in Chicago: a suspect is now in custody, according to DHS. The suspect is described as a criminal illegal alien from Mexico with a prior felony conviction. The information was provided as federal investigators move forward with the case. Details from the reporting indicate that border patrol agents were conducting operations in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood on Saturday morning when a man drove up in a Jeep, opened fire, and then drove away. There were no reported injuries, but investigators collected shell casings and video from the scene. The incident prompted a joint investigation involving the FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and Chicago police. Officials confirm that the suspect is from Mexico and is now in custody. He is described as having a past felony conviction for firearms. Investigators are pursuing leads based on this suspect, and it appears he was the person in the Jeep and armed at the time of the shooting. In related weekend developments, DHS released photographs showing damage to federal vehicles. At least four border patrol cars were rammed, and those vehicles were boxed in and pelted with objects such as bricks and paint cans during operations over the weekend. Additionally, authorities issued an alert noting that the leadership of the Latin Kings street gang has issued a directive to shoot on-site immigration officers and federal agents operating in Chicago as part of Operation Midway Blitz. The report emphasizes the alleged direct threat to federal agents in the area. The updates come as authorities continue to respond to incidents involving federal agents in Chicago and pursue leads stemming from the Saturday shooting. No injuries have been reported in connection with the attack on the agents, and the investigation involves collaboration among federal and local agencies. The breaking news underscores ongoing concerns about safety for immigration and federal enforcement personnel operating in the city.

Speaker 0: A breaking update right now to a story that we've been reporting all afternoon. A suspect is now in custody in connection with Saturday's shooting targeting border patrol agents in this mess in Chicago. DHS says he is a criminal illegal alien from Mexico with a prior felony. Senior correspondent Mike Tobin joins us live from Chicago with the breaking news on this. Hi, Mike. Speaker 1: Hey, Martha. That is a breaking development that border patrol agents or federal agents, I should say, now have a suspect in custody for firing at border patrol agents on Saturday. The video we have is after the shots were fired. People mobbed to the scene. Chicago police showed up control the scene, but DHS says Saturday morning, border patrol agents were operating in the predominantly Hispanic Little Village neighborhood when a man drove up in a Jeep, opened fire, and drove away. No one was shot, but investigators collected shell casings and video from the scene. There was a joint investigation of the FBI, ATF, and Chicago police. That suspect is from Mexico and, again, in custody. Speaker 2: They've got a suspect in custody, an illegal alien that has a past conviction for firearms, a past felony conviction for firearms. This suspect's in custody, and they're pursuing leads based on this suspect. It appears he was in the Jeep, and he was armed. Speaker 1: Now over the weekend, DHS also released pictures of federal vehicles that were damaged. The agency says at least four cars were rammed while operating over the weekend. They were also boxed in and pelted with everything from bricks to paint cans. On top of that, an alert went out to border patrol, warning them that the leadership of the street gang, Latin Kings, has put out a directive to shoot on-site immigration officers and federal agents operating in Chicago as part of Operation Midway Blitz. Martha, back to you. Speaker 0: Incredible. Mike Tobin, thank you very much. HHS secretary.
