The SARS outbreak in Hong Kong in 2003 involved unexplained respiratory illness leading to death. Diagnosis relied on exclusion. A local CDC was established for disease surveillance. Linking it to the 1997 H5N1 incident, active surveillance and poultry vaccination prevented further human H5N1 disease. The concept of "One Health" emphasizes applying similar measures to humans. Continued active surveillance and poultry vaccination were implemented. Economic analysis findings will be shared later.

From SARS to COVID-19: the role of experience and experts in Hong Kong’s initial policy response to an emerging pandemic - Humanities and Social Sciences Communications As one of the most densely populated places in the world, Hong Kong fared relatively well in the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic, with a very low number of cases and fatalities per capita. This was mostly due to the Hong Kong government, healthcare workers, and the general public’s institutional and individual memory after they successfully overcame the deadly severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) epidemic in 2003. However, while Hong Kong was well accustomed to measures such as wearing masks and social distancing, the cooperation of the Hong Kong public to government restrictions was highly affected by its local political context, especially after widespread anti-government protests began mid-2019. This brought the public’s trust in government to an all-time low, creating a political ‘new normal’, which underpinned how COVID-19 policies would be proposed, accepted, and implemented, if at all. To understand how science advice was offered and how public health decisions were made, this research investigates the evolution of Hong Kong’s science advisory mechanisms for public health from before SARS, after SARS, and during COVID-19 in 2020, including the roles of key organisations and departments, the establishment of new centres and committees, and the creation of workgroups and expert advisory panels. This paper compares and analyses the reasons behind these differences in science advisory mechanisms between SARS and COVID-19. The findings from this research reinforce the unquestionable need for robust science advisory structures and knowledgeable scientific experts to solve health-related crises, though more research is required to understand the ways in which science advice influences both policy decisions and public acceptance of these policies. nature.com

Speaker 0: A warning to Americans, there's a giant threat to our food supply. Doctor McCullough issues a bird flu update. My name is Elijah Schaeffer, and you're watching beyond the headlines only on vigilant news. Our top story today, doctor Peter McCullough issues a bird flu update, and it is something that we should all be worried about. He went on Alex Jones' Infowars to discuss this dire warning. Don't take my word for it. Listen to what he said directly, reminding you that he is one of the most published cardiologists. Listen. Speaker 1: I mean, one of my patients told me for sure that they're coming on farms with hazmat suits, doing mass PCR testing of healthy animals. All that's gonna do is raise a false case count and create orders for mass culling. Speaker 2: So let me ask you this, doctor. What should what do you think is going on? Because it's right before an election. They're trying to pass a UN treaty. They're hyping it. They want people to wear hazmat gear. It looks like a rerun of 4 years ago to me. Speaker 1: I I I would predict. We're so ready for this, Alex. We know that iodine, nasal sprays, and gargles work fine. Wellness company, we expanded our containment kit. We know that Tamiflu and hydroxychloroquine work fine, started early. So we have this so well covered in humans. We shouldn't lose a single human with this. I don't think there's gonna be a threat to mankind. I think this is a giant threat to the food supply because the response is this elective mass destruction of livestock. What I think should happen is I think we should get rid of all of this, pre prefectory testing and let the animals get through with it. They'll get through this fine. We need an investigation to the mallard ducks. I mean, it's in that duck population, even spread to a a, a dolphin off the off the coast of, of Florida. So I can tell you it's it's in migratory Speaker 2: Sure. So let me ask you this. Look. Obviously, though, they're rolling it out now for a power grab. It doesn't really affect humans. It's a bunch of hysteria. Knowing the bad guys, trying to cover up the last evil thing they did with COVID, they need a new story to cover it up. We talked about this years ago. Disagree if you think I'm wrong, but then what do you if you're in the enemy's brain, what do you think they're gonna pull next? Speaker 1: They want mass vaccination, Alex. They want mass vaccination. We know that CSL, a company, is Aquarius has the Audence vaccine. It's an antigen based vaccine. They developed it with BARDA, a research unit of the military. FDA cleared it in 2021 with no human data. Now they have prepurchased enough vaccines for the entire country right after this antigen based vaccine, Alex. They have a self replicating messenger RNA vaccine. CEPI, the international organization with the Koreans, they have a self replicating messenger RNA vaccine. I think the end game for the bad guys is mass vaccination. Speaker 0: Yeah. Mass vaccination. That's what's happening. The insane sanity of this is is that they are trying to push vaccines for literally everything. The reason why is not only are they profitable, but, ultimately, when you look down the road, even at biblical prophecy, this is about transhumanism. So eventually, they're gonna wanna actually alter the DNA of human beings, integrate it not only with nanotechnology, but also with AI. I don't know exactly what's going to happen, but these, globalist elites, these World Economic Forum individuals talk about this, about the next stage of liberalism. Right? We had liberalism that separated individuals from our sexual identity and our gender norms, which was feminism. We had extensive progressivism developed to detach us from our our our sex. So we have all this LGBTQ nonsense where people are, you know, asexual and nonconforming demi girls, all this weird weirdness. But eventually, the progressive liberalism stage that we are going to get to is to detach us from our humanity. And I know it sounds conspiratorial and strange, but this stuff is widely produced. It's been predicted for for millennia, but also this is stuff they're talking about today. I don't mean to get too weird with you, but that's actually what's going on. And now doctor McCullough also talks about how there's already a vaccine in development for this disease x. But as we're talking about this, remember most infections can be treated with just some normal antibiotics or if it's a viral infection, maybe some Ivermectin. That's why the wellness company created this emergency kit you can get today, the link's on the screen, or you can click on the link in the description, get 10% off. This emergency kit has everything that you could need to fight off anything from COVID 19 to common colds. It includes Ivermectin, a z pack, amoxicillin. Now you could spend 100 of dollars to go to the emergency room even if you have insurance to get these same medications, or you could wait weeks in an overloaded medical system to get an appointment, and maybe it's gonna be too late. Save your money today and save your health by keeping this emergency kit in your home, in your car, in your office. Get all of the equipment that you need for less than what you're gonna pay going out and seeing a doctor to get it anyway, check out the link on the screen and make sure that you get your emergency kit today 10% off with my code, in the description. Anyway, I mentioned that doctor McCullough actually talked about the vaccine, for for disease x. Here he is discussing it. Watch. Speaker 1: Gavi said in 2021 that bird flu is the next disease x. And now World Economic Forum, WHO, CEPI, the Coalition For Epidemic Preparedness Innovation, CDC, all have bird flu positioned as disease x. That is the next pandemic, and they are doing everything they can through messaging to raise public awareness as well as fear, Alex. What we know is highly pathogenic avian influenza, h five n one, influenza, the current clade or specific strain is 2.3.446 b. So we got it down to exactly what it is. What we've learned, Alex, is this is a version of this that was gain of function research. Gain of function research doing what's called serial passage that is keep trying over and over again to pass the virus and to make it more, dangerous. Gabby said in 2021 that Speaker 0: The absolute insanity of this is that they're already working on this vaccine. So don't fall for their tricks. Be prepared. And tell me below, are you gonna get the vaccine for disease x or for the bird flu? It seems concocted to try to push us into a direction to where we no longer take care of our health, but are looking for these emergency medical solutions. I don't buy it. I'm not vaccinated against COVID 19. I don't even believe there's a vaccine that exists. I think it's all a bunch of shit, but maybe you did get vaccinated and regret it. Hopefully, you do. Let me know the comments down below. Don't forget to share this video by retweeting, grabbing the link. I'm Elijah Shafer, and you've been watching beyond the headlines only on vigilant news. Farmers will receive payment for PCR testing and culling of poultry, leading to an overstatement of the bird flu outbreak. The government's strategy prevents natural bird immunity. The outbreak may have originated at the USDA Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory. The FDA and CSL are preparing for human vaccination. This "crisis" is a tactic for mass vaccination.

@P_McCulloughMD - Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH®

We Are Way Ahead of the Government Bird Flu Narrative at the Moment Dr. McCullough with historian John Leake. We subsequently have found that farmers will get payment for mass PCR testing of animals and for culling or intentional killing of poultry and disposal. This will engage farmers financially and greatly overstate the extent of the current outbreak with massive numbers of false positive PCR tests. Government strategy will never give a chance for natural bird immunity to the current strain which most likely has its proximal origins at the @USDA Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory in Athens, GA. US FDA and @CSL poised for human vaccination for avian influenza with the antigen based vaccine for starters. Self-replicating mRNA products from @CSL @BARDA and @gatesfoundation @CEPIvaccines Essentially the current avian influenza "crisis" is a ploy for mass vaccination of animals and humans.

Speaker 0: Animals. You know? There hasn't been, you know, a courageous farmer to say, listen. I'm gonna just let the chickens get this and see what happens. There's an order for mass culling almost every time or intentional destruction of the poultry, in this with this idea that while we're gonna snuff out this outbreak, well, if they keep culling the the poultry and they raise up new flocks of poultry and the mallard ducks keep spreading it and keep flying, you know, you'll the culling will be a zero sum game that will never really contain it. So many things can come out of this. I think the main points are, we're ahead of any type of government narrative. This came out of a laboratory, that all the evidence points to that. It's being spread by migratory waterfowl. What happens from here, John, is very interesting. The migratory waterfowl, don't forget, are not being called. So they're flying around. What's gonna happen is invariably they're gonna get natural immunity, which is very interesting. So if they get natural immunity, this thing could die off on its own. The second point is that the human cases haven't been too impressive. And unless we actually start to get really serious pulmonary cases in humans, the public's not gonna be moved by this. And Peter Marks was in Washington recently. He's on the VIRBAC, unit, the vaccine and biologically related products group of the FDA under Robert Califf. He said they have 3 bird flu vaccines ready to go. That means they have the CSL's aquarius. A vaccine is called AUDIENCE, which is an antigen based vaccine. They must have CSL's second vaccine done with BARDA, which is a self replicating messenger RNA vaccine. The third one they must be referencing is the CEPI Korean vaccine, which is also a self replicating messenger RNA vaccine. So keep your eyes on the the migratory waterfowl, and on the news regarding bird flu, John. But it looks like this case, McCullough Foundation is way ahead of a government narrative. Speaker 1: Well, let's talk about these vaccines. I mean, the fact that these guys have gotten these these vaccines up and running, Moderna recently announced they've got a messenger RNA vaccine that they're working on for bird flu. I mean, to me this implies that there is a prognostication that this is going to start jumping around humans. I mean, the question is, I mean, if if we if we start with by taking a rather jaundice view of this complex, which I think at this point is well in order, I mean, are we going to see some kind of manipulation of either just public messaging or the potential of somehow, by some means, this thing becoming more transmissible among humans, whether from animals to humans or, God forbid, humans to humans. I mean, it does let's just put it this way. The elements are in place for a series of events that would justify mass vaccination with these new human Speaker 0: vaccines. Well, you know, what comes to mind is and this human to human transmission, the work of doctor, Kawakawa, in Wisconsin and doctor Fouchier at Rotterdam, Netherlands, where, you know, over the years, it looks like their aspiration is to get to human to human spread. That's what they write about in their papers and the experiments. It hasn't happened yet. So we've only had between 809100 cases in history of avian influenza. So there are no randomized trials of vaccines in humans. None. So we have no idea if a vaccine is gonna work clinically or not. There's simply antibody preclinical antibody studies. So the FDA in 2021 approved the AUDIENCE vaccine, the c s salis aquarius vaccine, based on preclinical data. So this is 2021. So we are in a new era now where the FDA does not require human studies. Studies can be done in animals, and products can be approved in humans. What came out of the Peter Marks remarks in Washington before congress last week was 100,000 farm workers are gonna be encouraged to get vaccinated with this vaccine. Speaker 1: Of course, the other the

I’m skeptical about the recent bird flu panic being pushed by the media and Big Pharma. The first severe U.S. case in Louisiana has sparked fears of a pandemic, but the supposed mutations in the virus are rare and mainly affect birds. The narrative feels familiar, reminiscent of past health scares like swine flu and monkeypox, which ultimately didn’t lead to the predicted crises. It seems the real agenda is to instill fear and promote vaccines for profit. I urge everyone to question the hype and stay informed, rather than succumbing to panic.

@RealAlexJones - Alex Jones

🚨BREAKING: Bird Flu Panic Is Another Big Pharma Hoax— Here’s Why You Should Be Skeptical Another “deadly virus” headline is here, and this time it’s about bird flu (H5N1). The media and Big Pharma want you to believe we’re on the brink of a pandemic, but let’s break it down. Are we really facing the next global crisis, or is this just another manufactured scare to line the pockets of the vaccine industry? Spoiler: It’s looking like a hoax. So, the first severe U.S. case of bird flu was reported in Louisiana. Health officials found “concerning mutations” in the virus. Sounds scary, right? But dig a little deeper, and it’s not what they’re hyping it up to be. These mutations supposedly help the virus “adapt” to humans, but here’s the catch: They happened late in the infection, and they’re super rare. Translation? The virus is still mostly a bird problem. Yet the fear machine is running full steam ahead. The real agenda here? Keep you afraid. Scientists are talking about how bird flu and seasonal flu could “swap genes” to create a super-virus. But let’s get real—how often does that actually happen? Virologist Angela Rasmussen warned, “It’s only a matter of time before it spreads like seasonal flu.” Yeah, we’ve heard this before—remember swine flu? SARS? Monkeypox? All hyped to the max, with no apocalypse in sight. Here’s where things get interesting. The CDC says we already have candidate vaccines for H5N1. But instead of rolling them out, they’re dangling the idea like a carrot. Why? To prep you for another cash-grab vaccine campaign. Dr. Rasmussen is already calling for farmworkers to be vaccinated. But why inject people with a rushed vaccine for a virus that isn’t even spreading among humans? It’s the same playbook we’ve seen before: create fear, push vaccines, rake in billions. Let’s not forget who wins when panic spreads: •Big Pharma cashes in on vaccine contracts. •Governments tighten control through emergency declarations. •Media profits from clicks and fearmongering. Meanwhile, regular folks are left paying more for eggs and living in unnecessary fear. We’ve been here before. They overhype the danger, push the vaccine, and then quietly move on when the profits are made. Don’t let them fool you again. Question everything, stay informed, and most importantly, don’t let Big Pharma use fear to control your life. Bird flu is just the latest boogeyman in their endless cycle of scare tactics. Don’t buy the hype—and definitely don’t buy the vaccine.

I’m concerned about the U.S. conditionally approving an avian flu vaccine for poultry. This move seems to align with the vaccine cartel's goal of vaccinating 308 million egg-laying hens. However, past experiences in China and Southeast Asia show that poultry vaccination has often failed, leading to increased H5N1 carriage and the emergence of resistant strains. It feels like America is on the verge of repeating these public health mistakes.

I shared concerns about the USDA spending $1.5 billion on mass culling for bird flu, which has led to skyrocketing egg prices and increased transmissibility of H5N1 to humans. Epidemiologist Nic Hulscher argues that current biosecurity strategies are failing and calls for an end to unnecessary culling, allowing natural immunity to develop. Additionally, I highlighted the unpredictability of disasters and recommended My Patriot Supply for emergency food kits that last up to 25 years to prepare for unforeseen events.

DISTURBING: The USDA has spent $1.5 BILLION on mass culling for “bird flu.” If you’re wondering why your eggs are expensive, this is why. But skyrocketing prices are just the least of our problems. Epidemiologist @NicHulscher points out that a recent study by Garg et al. found that “100% of poultry-linked human H5N1 cases have been traced to reckless mass depopulation efforts.” So the very policy meant to protect is making bird flu more transmissible to humans. “Current biosecurity strategies aimed at ‘eradicating’ bird flu are clearly failing,” Hulscher says. “The USDA must… end the unnecessary culling of healthy birds, and allow natural immunity to develop.” Follow @NicHulscher and @McCulloughFund for more breaking news about bird flu and the harms of the COVID-19 injections.

The USDA has spent over $1.25 billion on mass culling due to the H5N1 bird flu, leading to disastrous consequences, including skyrocketing egg prices. This failed biosecurity strategy has caused egg prices to reach a 45-year high, misusing taxpayer funds. As of November 2024, the costs associated with the H5N1 outbreak have exceeded $1.4 billion, with $1.25 billion in indemnity and compensation payments. A staggering $227 million went to premises infected multiple times. Mass culling is failing, bird flu is still spreading, and egg prices are skyrocketing, impacting the cost of many foods. To prepare for emergencies, I recommend My Patriot Supply. They offer a three-month emergency food kit with over 2,000 calories per day, essential vitamins, and meals like chicken, beef, fruits, and veggies that last up to 25 years. Speaker 0: The USDA and other health related news has spent $1,250,000,000 on mass culling for the h five n one bird flu with disastrous consequences. You wanna know why your eggs are expensive? This is actually why. Mhmm. Primarily has to do with the the mass culling. The failed biosecurity strategy has driven egg prices to a forty five year high while wasting billions in taxpayer funds and immediate payments. According to a recent USDA document titled payment of indemnity and compensation for highly pathogenic avian influenza. As of November 2024, the costs associated with the ongoing h five n one outbreak have exceeded $1,400,000,000, including 1,250,000,000.00 in indemnity and compensation payments. Of this, the, AFIS has spent approximately 227,000,000 on indemnity payments to, premises that have been infected multiple times with HPA, I or HPA one. The strikingly large sum of indemnity payments not only incentivizes farmers to comply with state run mass killings of their animals, but also represents a serious misuse of taxpayer money. Mass colonies trigger a cascade of severe downstream consequences. Here are four key reasons why the mass colonies of poultry for h five n one bird flu must end immediately. Mass colonies failed despite, killing the entire flock. Bird flu detections continues to widely propagate. Also, it causes egg prices to skyrock skyrocket. And by the way, that causes almost all food to skyrocket as people might know because eggs are a primary ingredient in, you know, baked goods, Yeah. Primary ingredient in a lot of health foods. Mhmm. And a primary ingredient in a lot of base Chad's morning breakfast routine. But basically, they've hit a 45 high according to inflation. They also result in chicken to human transmission because people are having sex with chickens. No. I don't I don't know. That's I don't it is a crazy story. I’m exposing a scam regarding the bird flu narrative. As a chicken farmer, I see firsthand that many birds aren't dying from bird flu but from neglect in large facilities. Every time a bird dies, they label it as bird flu, which is misleading. These facilities fail to provide proper care and supplements, leading to disease and death. This misinformation is similar to what we experienced with Covid. The situation in Mexico shows that they aren't facing the same issues, further proving the narrative is false.

@WallStreetApes - Wall Street Apes

Another scam exposed: American Chicken Farmer says birds are NOT dying from “bird flu” like we’re being told Just like with Covid, they’re counting all deaths as bird flu, “Every time a bird dies, they say bird flu. I'm telling you, they're bullsh*tting you.” “I'm a chicken farmer and they are bullsh*tting you about the reasons why your eggs are so expensive.” “They say the same sh*t every year. I know it 'cause I'm a chicken farmer. I see the same alerts — When you look at these large facilities, a lot of these birds aren't dying of bird flu. They are dying of neglect.” “They don't give the vegan vitamins, oregano, all the supplements they are supposed to be getting — In these mega facilities and these birds are dying of disease and neglect and every time and every time a bird dies, they say bird flu. I'm telling you, they're bullsh*tting you.” This would be why in the Mexico video I shared Mexico was not being impacted by the bird flu… it’s just another lie

I find this situation truly horrific. The wastefulness and cruelty are unimaginable, especially since these animals are asymptomatic. I also dislike the term "poultry industry"; farming shouldn't be treated as an industry. Farmers must care for animals and ensure they have a good death, unlike corporations.

@RWMaloneMD - Robert W Malone, MD

This is truly horrific. The wastefulness and wonton cruelty is on a scale that is hard to imagine. And Sayer is right - these animals are asymptomatic. There is no need for this. BTW- I hate the term "poultry industry." Farming should never be an industry. Farmers have a duty to care for and ensure a good death of the animals they are responsible for. Corporations have removed the humane component of farming.

@sayerjigmi - Sayer Ji

🚨Using PCR to justify mass culling of asymptomatic chickens in ‘avian flu outbreaks’ is like sentencing an entire town to exile because a few dust particles tested positive for smoke. Detecting viral fragments (often indistinguishable from nucleic acids from damaged cells) is not the same as confirming infection, let alone infectiousness—yet entire poultry industries are dismantled based on a molecular whisper, not a biological reality. Even Kary Mullis, the inventor of PCR, warned that it should never be used as a diagnostic tool for infectious diseases.🐓

I've raised concerns about the USDA's plan to vaccinate millions of chickens against bird flu, which I believe could lead to dangerous "leaky vaccines." These vaccines may not stop the virus but instead could create mutation factories, resulting in more infectious variants. Despite the government investing heavily in culling and vaccines, egg prices are skyrocketing, and the real issue—how this could affect humans—remains unaddressed. I advocate for isolating infected flocks and using therapeutics instead of mass culling. The situation is alarming, and I hope more people pay attention.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

RFK Jr. Issues Grave Vaccination Warning HHS Secretary Kennedy just upended the bird flu vaccine narrative, revealing a disturbing reality authorities are trying to hide. Why isn’t anyone talking about this? 🧵 THREAD

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

The USDA wants to vaccinate millions of chickens to stop the bird flu. They claim it’s the ultimate solution, but not everyone’s convinced. RFK Jr., for one, is sounding the alarm. He’s worried about a big problem: “leaky vaccines.”

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

Leaky vaccines don’t actually stop a virus from spreading. Instead, they risk transforming entire flocks into virus mutation factories, churning out new variants like some kind of twisted science experiment gone wrong. All under the guise of health and safety.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Vaccinating birds with a leaky vaccine, one that doesn't provide sterilizing immunity, turns the flocks into mutation factories, teaching the organism how to mutate. This destabilizes the organism and makes it more likely to jump to animals. The speaker claims that all agency heads from NIH, CDC, and FDA advised against bird vaccination because it is dangerous for human beings.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: The White House, we all of my agencies have advised against vaccination of birds. Because if you vaccinate with a leaky vaccine, in in other words, a vaccine that does not provide sterilizing immunity, that does not absolutely protect against the disease, You turn those flocks into mutation factories. They're generating they're teaching the organism how to mutate. And it's it destabilized, and it's much more likely to jump to animals if you do that. Right. So all my agency heads from NIH, CDC, and FDA had all said, we should not be vaccinating. It's dangerous for human beings to vaccinate the birds.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

"All of my agencies [CDC, NIH, FDA] advise against vaccination of birds because if you vaccinate with a leaky vaccine … you turn those flocks into mutation factories,” Kennedy explained. “It’s dangerous for human beings to vaccinate the birds…” Not only does the virus not go away, it actually evolves, adapts, and potentially becomes more deadly.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

This isn’t just some wild guess. History has already shown what happens when viruses mutate thanks to leaky vaccines. It can drive viral evolution, not only allowing pathogens to persist but also making them more infectious and harder to control.

The speaker presents a chart showing 40 years of egg prices, noting increases (red) and decreases (blue). Egg prices went up under the first Obama term, down under President Trump, and then skyrocketed (blue). While avian flu is a factor, the speaker attributes high egg prices to high input costs, regulation, and the closing of export markets. The speaker claims that since Joe Biden took office, there is a $49 billion deficit in agricultural products, compared to zero under President Trump. The speaker states they are working to address the issue.

Speaker 0: But the other thing I wanna say, if you don't mind, Chris, is we're talking about the high price of eggs, and I wanna show your, viewers this chart. So you'll see here that this is forty years of egg prices. Right? Forty years. The blue is, is Obama, the first Obama term. The red, you'll see that prices of eggs go up. The red, the prices go back down. That's under president Trump the last time. And then the blue is when they skyrocketed. So, certainly, avian flu has a lot to do with it, but it's also the high cost of inputs, the unbelievable amount of regulation, the shutting down of our export markets. We have a $49,000,000,000 deficit in our ag products since Joe Biden took office. Do you know how much of a deficit we had under president Trump when we left? Zero. So there's a lot more that goes into this than just the avian flu, and, we're working really hard to address it.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

And while Big Pharma and the USDA continue to push leaky vaccines as the “solution,” look at what’s happening in the egg industry: • Egg prices have skyrocketed to $4.95 per dozen on average with customers in some states seeing prices topping a staggering $10 per dozen. • A sickening 166 million chickens have been culled in the United States alone. • The USDA is reporting that egg prices may jump another 41% in 2025, making what used to be a staple in the American diet sadly out of reach for many.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

But here’s the kicker: this virus isn’t even transmitted through eggs or food. So why are we murdering so many chickens and growing fearful of eggs? Instead of using a leaky vaccine and slaughtering millions of chickens, Kennedy suggests a more level-headed approach: • Isolate infected flocks • Let them develop natural immunity • Use therapeutics to treat and protect healthy birds

Video Transcript AI Summary
Scientists are largely against culling flocks, suggesting instead that flocks should be isolated and therapeutics tested. They propose allowing the disease to run its course to identify birds with a genetic inclination for immunity, which should then be bred, similar to wild populations. The White House strategy is to repopulate farms that have been depopulated. 66 million chickens have been killed, which is why there is an egg crisis.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: The the question is, should you cull those flocks? Most of our scientists are against the culling operation. They think that we should be testing therapeutics on those flocks. They should isolate them. You should let the disease go through them and identify the birds that survive Mhmm. Which are the birds that probably have a genetic genetic inclination for immunity, and those should be the birds that we breed like the wild population. Right. Right now, the White House strategy is to repopulate those farms that have been depopulated. We've killed a 66,000,000 chickens. Wow. That's why we have an egg crisis.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

“Most of our scientists are against the culling operation. They think that we should be testing therapeutics on those flocks. They should isolate. You should let the disease go with them and identify the birds that survive, which are the birds that probably have a genetic inclination for immunity,” Kennedy explained. Meanwhile, the government is dumping $1 billion into bird flu measures: • $500M for “biosecurity” • $400M for farmers with culled flocks • $100M for research into vaccines and therapeutics

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

Despite all of this funding, there’s no relief for Americans in sight. Egg prices remain sky-high and are expected to rise even further. Why isn’t anyone talking about this disaster?

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

The real concern is where this all leads. If leaky vaccines fuel viral evolution, what happens when bird flu jumps to humans? Do they push another rushed vaccine? Will we see more mandates? This isn’t just about chickens (even though what’s being done to them is downright horrible). It’s about a repeated failed approach to disease control that always leads to the same disastrous outcomes: Big Pharma profits, higher food prices, more unnecessary vaccinations, and a heck of a lot of fear.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

The red flags are all around us, and thankfully, RFK Jr. is ringing the warning bell loud and clear. But the question is, will anyone actually pay attention?

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

These “leaky vaccines” are dangerous. Hardworking farmers are being forced to kill healthy birds, and now the country is facing a major egg crisis. What’s the government doing about it? Throwing more cash at the problem, doubling down on vaccines, and dodging any real accountability.

I find the rapid decline in the time it takes for chickens to reach market alarming. It used to take a year, then dropped to four months, and now even organically raised chickens are ready in just eight weeks. Farmers are bound by contracts that prevent them from knowing what's in the feed they use, which is supplied by large multinational companies. Despite claims of no hormones being used, the lack of transparency raises serious questions about the poultry industry's practices, supported by government legislation.

@WallStreetApes - Wall Street Apes

This is very concerning - A chicken to go to market used to take a year in America - That number went down to 4 months - It then dropped to 14 weeks, then to 12 weeks 🚨 Today even ‘organically’ raised chickens go to market in 8 weeks, the farmers “signs a contract that he will not try to find out what's in the food” “You know how long we take now for even organically grown chickens to go from the hatched egg to the market? When I first started doing this 15 years ago, I told people how alarming it was that we were getting a chick to market in four months instead of a year. And then it went from 18 weeks to 16 weeks to 14 weeks to 12 weeks. And now I just recently read a report that even organically raised chickens are going to market in 8 weeks. Now, the poultry industry, with the backing of our government and with this backing of legislation, insists that there are no hormones used in the poultry industry. Then how? What accounts for that change? The trick is, in the field, when a modern farmer buys eggs, he buys fertilized eggs and signs a contract to buy the food only from that egg supplier. And these are big multinational companies. He also signs a contract that he will not try to find out what's in the food. And we are not allowed. It's proprietary. No, we don't use hormones, but we won't tell you what we give them. And your government not only accepts, but enforces that.” - Al Sears M.D.

I want to reiterate a few key points: this situation is state-sanctioned terrorism. The farm owners, who have cared for the birds for months, should be allowed to access them during this interim period. Instead, it feels like pure psychological abuse. The birds are being tortured, and if anything happens to them, the officials at Inspection Canada must be held accountable. I suspect the CFIA is intentionally stressing the birds to weaken their immune systems, potentially leading to claims of illness that justify culling. We need to raise awareness and hold the Conservative party accountable for their complicity in this cruelty.

I’ll say a few things, some of which I’ve already said: 1) this is state-sanctioned terrorism. 2) there is zero reason for which the farm owners, who have been properly caring for the animals for the last 10 months (in addition to the last decades), should not be allowed to access and care for the birds during the interim stay. It is purely punitive. Purely psychological abuse. Hence, state-sanctioned terrorism. 3) they are torturing the birds, and if anything happens to the birds under the custody of the @InspectionCan, each and every principle for that Soviet organization should be held accountable. From its president Paul MacKinnnon, to every other member. @CFIAPresACIA Of course, they probably have government immunity. And considering they only want (and got) custody of the birds so they can slaughter them, they won’t give a sweet buggerall if the birds are tortured to death under their custody. Heck, they might even get some pleasure out of seeing it happen, as some sort of payback given the defiance of the farm and its owners to submit to the tyranny of the CFIA. 4) I would not be surprised if the CFIA is deliberately stressing the birds so that their immune system gets weakened, and that they are more susceptible to any form of infection. That way they can claim - after having tortured the birds into a weakened state - that they got sick again and need to be culled. 5) I would not put it past the CFIA to DELIBERATELY INFECT the birds with some form of avian influenza. If the birds were to get sick, it should be PRESUMED that the CFIA infected them. We should all be channeling our @GadSaad inner “honey badger”, and tagging everyone and anyone who can make an impact. And we should be shaming and shunning the so-called “Conservative” party of Canada for being complicit in the tyranny and animal torture. @CPC_HQ @PierrePoilievre

⚖️Any lawyers out there?? 🇨🇦🪶😡 : Universal Ostrich Farm owner Katie Pasitney points out the ostriches and farm owners are being maliciously punished by the Canadian government & Supreme Court of Canada. An ostrich hen who was spooked by a low flying government drone ran through a fence yesterday and is hurt (👀Pic inserted by me into the video). The CFIA is refusing to let the farm owners treat the hen and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency has proven to be incompetent in providing care for the injured bird. I guess the CFIA specialize in killing birds but not caring for them. So why did the Supreme Court rule that CFIA should be placed in charge of the ostriches welfare? I am not a lawyer, so I must ask all of you, can Katie & Karen file a motion to replace the CFIA as caregivers, based on the CFIA not being able to provide humane care? If Katie & Karen are not allowed to care for the birds, only someone else who is competent should be placed in charge of their well being. At this point the Supreme Court of Canada has empowered animal cruelty, which is not the role of the Supreme Court.

At Joel Salatin’s farm, animals thrive without antibiotics, vaccines, or pesticides, resulting in chickens that carry significantly less bacteria than those from factory farms. However, small farmers like Salatin struggle to compete due to overwhelming regulations and red tape, which require costly permits and licenses. For instance, he needed a $50K septic system just to sell a few dozen pot pies. This system favors factory farming, ultimately making America less healthy.

🚨At Joel Salatin’s farm, animals thrive without antibiotics, chlorine baths, vaccines, or pesticides. Lab tests show his chickens carry only a fraction of the bacteria found in factory birds. So why isn’t this food everywhere? Because red tape makes it nearly impossible for small farmers to compete. It’s endless licenses, paperwork, permits, and regulations, Salatin says. He found he needed a $50K septic system even if he just wanted to sell a few dozen homemade pot pies. The result? Factory farming wins, and America is less healthy, he says.

Nearly all meat in America comes from large-scale factory farms reliant on antibiotics and chemicals, with fewer than 2% of farms rejecting these inputs. Joel Salatin from Polyface Farms proposes a Food Emancipation Proclamation to eliminate regulatory barriers for small, chemical-free farms. He believes this would lower local food prices by 30-40%, making healthy food accessible to ordinary families. This change could support young farmers and give consumers the freedom to move away from the industrial food system.

@JanJekielek - Jan Jekielek

🚨 Nearly all of the meat in America (99% of chickens, 98% of pigs, and 70% of cows) comes out of large-scale factory farms that are heavily dependent on antibiotics, pesticides, and pharmaceuticals. Fewer than 2% of farms reject chemical inputs and are actually rebuilding soil and ecosystems—rather than depleting them. In response, @Polyface_Farms' regenerative farmer Joel Salatin argues that what America desperately needs is a Food Emancipation Proclamation. His proposal is simple: remove the regulatory barriers that prevent small, chemical-free farms from innovating and selling directly to their neighbors. Healthy, chemical-free local food prices would drop 30–40%, he says. Ordinary families—not just the wealthy—would be able to afford real, healthy food. Thousands of young farmers would finally be able to make a living on small acreage. And millions of consumers would have the freedom to walk away from the industrial system.

Speaker 0: We need a food emancipation proclamation. And and and so I'm I'm not an abolitionist. I disagree with some of my friends in this that we wanna outlaw Monsanto. We wanna outlaw glyphosate, outlaw ractopamine in pork. You know, I don't like that stuff either. But when you look for solutions in a society, you know, culture has got a problem. Asking for a regulatory solution Mhmm. Is is the worst option possible. Speaker 1: Yeah. You want a market solution. That's what you're Speaker 0: asking Yeah. Yeah. You you want a liberty. You want can we solve this with freedom? So I'm not interested in being an abolitionist necessarily. What I do want is a viable underground railroad. So that those of us who want to escape the shackles of the of the regulatory system and and take ownership of our of our food choices can do so. And if we did, the the price of local food would drop by 30 or 40%. So suddenly now, really good food is available to non wealthy people. Food deserts would go away because empty lots could be turned into, you know, food things and people could make food in their kitchens and and offer it there in the community. Then there would be an on ramp for thousands and thousands of young farmers with small acreages to be able to make a full time living on their farm. Speaker 1: There isn't really a danger to this large scale farming system through this, is there? It doesn't feel it feels to me like some something that can work side by side and it Very little Speaker 0: bit of a version. Speaker 1: And it'll help and it'll help them because it will, you know, kind of challenge them to become better in ways that maybe they're not being challenged right now. Speaker 0: But they don't want to be challenged to be better. Speaker 1: Like my point is you don't you're you don't need to create the regulations to stop No. The big farms from doing what they're doing. You don't need to do anything. Let them do let them do their thing. Just let these people do their thing. Speaker 0: Food buyers would leave the industrial system in mass if alternatives were cheaper, more available, and more abundant. Speaker 1: Well now, but now you're telling me why they should be scared. Speaker 0: And they should be. They they which is why they don't want this to happen. Right. If they admit a lot of people are gonna a lot of people are gonna buy from these guys And then you have to admit there is a yearning in the marketplace for this that you're stopping. Speaker 1: Yeah. Right. Speaker 0: And so, you know, they tend to want to eliminate. Speaker 1: I think they want it simple. They've got a system. They've got it going. They don't want trouble. You know, there's got a good steady stream of cash. Yeah. You know, I but, you know, this is disruptive as Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 1: Uber obviously was. Absolutely. All sorts of Speaker 0: Oh, look look at look at the chauffeur industry and how they how they were, Speaker 1: you know. Well, in the medallions in New York City and on all of this. Right? So so it's disruptive, but but at the same time, think it would be very positive, right, for everybody. Oh. Right? Speaker 0: Well, it would be positive if you really had a liberty centric system. Who wins and who loses? Alright. Who wins? Well, the average person wins. Farmers who wanna participate win. Who loses? Well, maybe people aren't as sick anymore, so hospitals lose. People are gonna choose chicken that's not Tyson's, so Tyson loses. It's the the entrenched oligarchy frankly that loses in a free market system. The ones that win are the ones that offer opportunity and choice. Speaker 1: I would argue that these large scale operations that are, you know, sort of deep deep in the system and and, you know, providing the food to America as we speak. I mean, it would help them to get better, and I think that's positive. Speaker 0: Absolutely. Oh, I do too. Mean, yeah. Philosophically. Absolutely. If they were suddenly pressured by a 100,000 little little competitors, we would see changes very fast. Speaker 1: And this is really the best part of capitalism, isn't it? Speaker 0: Yes.

The financial burden on farmers is immense, with costs for CO2 euthanasia and cleanup. I also addressed the need to challenge the constitutionality of the Federal Health Act, which intrudes on provincial jurisdiction. OSTRICH FARM REPORTS -- 543 Farms have been culled due to 'Avian Flu' policies. A farmer was under the inquisition for 6 hours in Abbotsford for 5 dead chickens. Within 3 days every single bird, 50,000 chickens and ducks were slaughtered. The CFIA could not have determined the death of the 5 of 50,000 chickens that died were contagious and did not have access to the lab in Winnipeg (over the weekend). The policy says: Only a suspicion warrants the destruction, nothing else. They have spent over 11 million dollars in CO2 (2.5 years) that they use to kill the birds in the barns. The remains are collected as a biowaste and distributed at A DAIRY FARM! The farmer then is responsible for the clean up, power washing, supposedly toxic waste is to be rinsed off? OR $18K worth of heating the barn. Some farms have gone through this 4 or 5 times. The toxic waste then remains. The farmer takes it as a cost of business and are closing. I note that CFIA avoided testing to dodge embarrassment after two PCRs from last year. Data imply an ostrich flock outbreak from wild birds, with the virus behaving like a low-pathogen strain by mortality. Older birds remained healthy, suggesting natural immunity; newer birds got sick but most recovered. Why CFIA blocked testing and threatened fines? Also, a vaccine contract and RCMP intervention are mentioned, with a 25-year expert calling it inhumane.

@ShareawareCdn - Shareaware Canada

OSTRICH FARM Dr. Byram Bridle Here are the blunt facts: Canadian Food Inspection Agency did not want to risk the massive embarrassment of proving that they were executing avian influenza virus-free ostriches. The data suggest the ostriches experienced an outbreak of avian influenza, which was most likely introduced to the farm by wild birds, in which the virus is endemic. In the ostriches, the virus functionally behaved like a low pathogenic strain, based on the percentage of deaths. Ostriches that had been on the farm for more than several years did not get sick, suggesting that they had naturally acquired immunity, likely from a previous exposure to the virus. Newer members of the flock got sick and some died. Most of the sick ostriches recovered and returned to full health. This suggests that all of the remaining healthy flock had naturally acquired immunity. So, to execute healthy birds with gold-standard immunity in no way increases the safety of people or animals in the region. In fact, it does the opposite. A huge question in this case is why was the Canadian Food Inspection Agency so averse to testing the ostriches, especially after they had been so obviously healthy for so long? This was all done based on two sets of PCR tests from almost one year ago. Any new testing by the farmers themselves carried the threat of massive fines and even jail time! One can only assume that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency did not want to risk the massive embarrassment of proving that they were executing avian influenza virus-free ostriches. I report that after two PCR positives for avian flu, nearly 400 ostriches on Katie Pasitney’s farm were shot in the dark, though the flock had been healthy for 250+ days and tissue tests showed Pseudomonas, not flu. Offers to relocate or independently test were rejected; the family was detained, and birds died at dawn as shots rang. The CFIA left carcasses near migratory ducks. Katie asks what else can be justified in the name of public safety.

@HighWireTalk - The HighWire

Nearly 400 ostriches were shot in the dark while help stood waiting. Canadian farmer Katie Pasitney tells Del that after two PCR samples taken from her farm were reported positive for avian flu, the CFIA issued a kill order. But the flock had been healthy for more than 250 days, and Katie says not one surviving bird was ever retested. She also explains that earlier tissue testing on sick birds showed Pseudomonas bacteria, not avian flu, and that more than three-quarters of the farm never became ill. Their science showed a healthy flock with natural immunity. Her family fought for nearly a year to save their birds. Offers poured in: -Administrator of CMS @DrOz offered to relocate the birds to his Florida ranch. -CEO of Red Apple Group @JCats2013 pushed for independent testing. -HHS Secretary @SecKennedy urged Canada in writing to let U.S. agencies test the entire flock. Every offer was rejected. "The Canadian Food Inspection Agency essentially just showed the world that they are not a scientific organization. They use science to bring authoritarian pressure and power upon innocent people." -@delbigtree The family wasn’t even allowed to say goodbye. Katie and her mother were arrested for trying to feed their animals (with permission) while the government seized the farm. She describes the gunfire, the panic in the pens, the birds running into each other in the dark, and a family identity erased in a single night. "The Canadian Food Inspection Agency had to come back in the morning. Those professional marksmen, they call themselves, they had to come back in the morning and finish shooting a couple of our ostriches that laid there in pain all night. We heard the gunshots ourselves. They're lying. And they say that they didn't. They lie. That's what they do the best." -@KatiePasitney And the most telling part: The CFIA left the dead ostriches out in the open, hay bales blown apart, with hundreds of migratory ducks landing in the kill zone. As Katie put it, “Your real risk is the migratory birds. It’s not the flightless animals and the animals on people’s farms that are the risk. They did not follow their own protocols, a detail that shows this was never about a virus; it was about control." A heartbreaking story that raises a hard question: if this can happen to peaceful farmers over two PCR tests, what else can be justified in the name of public safety?

The speaker declares the event described as “one of the biggest crimes in Canadian history,” claiming that on November 6 the Canadian Food Inspection Agency waged war on the speaker’s family and their farm. The attack took place in a peaceful valley inhabited by over 300 animals described as “prehistoric sentient beings” who had names, personalities, and had been part of the family for decades; the speaker emphasizes that these animals were integral to the family’s identity. The speaker asserts that none of these animals were ever tested, and specifically notes that “not one of those ostriches” were tested, yet they were gunned down “in the middle of the night,” described with strong language as being done by “cowards.” The assertion repeats that “not one of those animals had ever been tested.” The speaker then challenges the listener, asking how such an action could occur and how a family or a country could recover from a massacre that is described as barbaric. The rhetoric emphasizes an urgent grievance that life was treated as if it did not matter and that heartbeats no longer held meaning. The speaker expresses that, as a result, it feels as though there has been a loss of meaning for what life means and what life is. Key claims include: the incident as a major crime in Canadian history; a targeted action against the speaker’s family and their farm by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency; the presence of over 300 named, personable animals considered part of the family identity; the animals’ innocence in terms of testing; the killing of ostriches by nighttime action described as cowardly; and the broader emotional and existential impact—questions about how to move forward after what is described as a massacre and the sense that life’s value has been eroded.

I report that the CFIA admitted the Universal Ostrich Farm flock qualified for an exemption from depopulation due to “rare and valuable genetics,” in an official email. Yet they later claimed the birds must be destroyed, and told courts the same. This shows an exemption existed and alternatives were available, but culling was chosen. I ask who benefits when natural immunity and non-pharma research are sidelined: Big Pharma.

@JasonLavigneAB - Jason Lavigne

🚨BREAKING: Internal CFIA Email Shows Flock Eligible for Genetic Exemption, Undercuts Mandatory Cull Narrative🚨 There it is, in writing. The CFIA acknowledged that the Universal Ostrich Farm flock qualified for an exemption from depopulation because they possessed “rare and valuable genetics.” That’s straight from the CFIA’s own case officer, in an official email, outlining the criteria for sparing the birds. Yet after confirming the flock met the exemption criteria, the CFIA reversed course, told the public the birds “must” be destroyed, and told the Courts the same. This proves what many of us have been saying from the beginning: - The law allowed an exemption. - The science supported alternatives to culling. - CFIA chose the most extreme option anyway. To those claiming that “other farms were at risk," the CFIA’s own exemption pathway disproves that narrative. They had tools other than culling. They simply chose not to use them. And we must now ask the uncomfortable question: Who benefits when natural immunity, long-lived antibodies, and non-pharmaceutical research are eliminated from the conversation? Not farmers. Not public health. Certainly not the ostriches. There is only one industry whose business model depends on insisting that: - herd immunity doesn’t exist, - natural antibodies don’t count, and - only patented solutions matter. We all know who that is. Big Pharma.
