I used to think and be like you. I was a true believer in all things USA, including our overseas escapades. For most of the time I was in uniform, I had absolute faith and confidence in the just cause of everything we did and do abroad. I was a zealot. I believed in Captain America. You could not have found a soldier more convinced that everything we did was right and just. But then I made it to the field grade ranks, up to O-6. I had a gift for speechwriting so between tactical assignments I found myself serving at the highest levels with more than one famous figure you have heard of. I saw how Congress works making the sausage. I saw how national and defense policies came into being. I saw how we negotiate with any powerful criminal thugs who would help us when we invade a country. I saw how we enter into a zone of propaganda with the national media. I was not one of the Big Dogs, but I was around the Big Dogs all the time, and I was there when they let their guards down and told the truth. I was with the Big Dogs in D.C., and I was with the Big Dogs downrange in war. I know how they think and act. And it shocked me. It shocked me to my core. Most of our national leadership are unprincipled charlatans, concerned only about what will help their reputations, their careers, and their bank accounts. They have no principles other than self-interest, and the self-interest of members of The Big Dog Club is the entire basis for all things our leaders do. All of it. 100%. (As a side note, it's why they MUST destroy Trump.) I still deeply believe in the Constitution and the American people. The Constitution is the least imperfect governing document ever invented by mankind. It is pure genius, and I love it more than any document other than The Bible. I still believe in the American people. The American people possess a maverick independent spirit and the strength of an amalgamation of all the world's cultures in one place. They are an indomitable, beautiful people. I love them. But it's their leaders I despise, and for good reason. There. This was an honest attempt to reach an educated man like you about the blind spots you may have about how we are governed. If you take it, you have my respect. Speaker 0: So, you know, I look back on, in my new book, I talk about the history of the U. S. Bio weapons program. And from the beginning, the CIA was running the bio weapons program. Why? Because we didn't have a bioweapons program after World War II. And the CIA's first operation was called Operation Paperclip. And it was an operation to get all the bioweapons and nuclear and chemical scientists out of Germany and Japan, where they had extensive bioweapons program. The Japanese had a horrendous program where they were doing they did live visitations on 3,000 people. You know, they killed them all during the operation, removing their infected organs while they were alive with no anesthesia. And these were horrible, horrible scientists. The CIA elevated them, brought them over to Fort Detrick, downloaded them and made made them the heads of hospital systems pharmaceutical companies in Japan and continued to work with them. And they brought all the German scientists over here. And then they did all these experiments unwittingly on the American public. They sprayed toxins in National Airport. They sprayed them in the Pentagon, air conditioning system. They put poison water in NIH. They put light bulbs filled with bacteria that they broke on the grates and contaminated the New York City subway system, some of those microbes still in the subway today, they they did aerial dosing from ships of about, of about 60,000,000 Americans. At a dose, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Virginia, Norfolk, Virginia, all of the seaside towns were dosed from the air. And a lot of the midwestern cities were also all unwitting. They did 200 outdoor tests on Americans, unwitting. And they developed bioweapons by 1969 had a nuclear equivalent. They could kill people at $29 for death according to a CIA study, which they're bragging about. And then in 'sixty nine, President Nixon shocked the world by going to Fort Detrick and ending the U. S. Bioweapons program. He was worried we were creating bioweapons that could be reproduced for nothing. They were kind of a poor man's nuclear bomb. Anybody could reproduce them once we. And we were publishing how you did it. So they were giving blueprints to the to foreign nations to create these things that could be used against us. And he said, why are we doing this? We have nuclear bombs. We don't need these things. And we have a monopoly on nuclear bombs, 7 nations to have them. We've agreed not to give them to anybody else. Why are we letting these guys get, you know, weapons that are going to be turned against us? So we shut down the whole program. The Pentagon destroyed all of its bio weapons. But the CIA went into Fort Detrick right before the Pentagon went in there and took cultures of all the different weapons and hid them in a warehouse. A lot of it was in New York City and Washington DC. And they continued, we signed the bioweapons treaty, which Nixon, one of the great accomplishments of Nixon, he got all the nations in the world to sign it. We signed the Geneva Convention, finally, after delaying it for 50 years, the CIA was breaking the law the entire time. Then, in 2001, in June, the CIA sponsors the first of its pandemic simulations. It simulates a biological attack on Washington, D. C. By Saddam Hussein. This is in June 2001. That simulation got international press. And a lot of the CIA people like Judith Miller from The New York Times was promoting it, going around doing all the talk shows. It, it triggered 2 Senate hearings, 1 by Joe Biden's committee. And that hearing was in September 2001. What happened in September 2001? The 9/11. So that hearing was going on during 9/11. As soon as 9/11 happened, the neocons, which were working on all this stuff with the CIA, pulled out the Patriot Act, a 3 50 page statue from a shelf where I had been waiting for a while. And in 1 week said we want to pass this in a week. There's only 1 member of Congress who read it, which was Dennis Kucinich. And he went crazy and said, you have no idea this is the end of American democracy if you do this. It allows the CIA to spy on Americans. One of the things the Patriot Act did is it did not get rid of the Geneva Convention or the bioweapons treaty. But it said no federal official can be prosecuted for violating those 2 statutes. So it reopened the bioweapons arms race globally. And when the, a week after, when the Patriot Act was being debated, and it was being held up by 2 senators, there was an anthrax attack on the US capital. It was blamed on Saddam Hussein. And they although the new consul said, the we were right in the pandemic simulations, Saddam Hussein attacked us. And we used that as a justification to go to war against Saddam Hussein. And within 2 days we passed the Patriot Act. Who got the anthrax? 2 Senate offices. Tom Daschle and Patrick Lee, the 2 senators who were blocking the Patriot Act. The FBI did a 1 year investigation. They said this anthrax was unique. It was Ames Anthrax. There's only 1 place in the world that could have come from, Fort Detrick, the CIA lab. So we went to war. We passed the Patriot Act and immediately started giving $2,000,000,000 a year to bioweapons development. The Pentagon didn't want to do it because it was nervous about the legality because it was a death penalty to violate the Geneva Convention. Oh, you would have been committing a, you know, a war crime even if somebody told you it was okay. It wasn't. And so they funneled it through DITRA and DARPA. They funneled all of that money to NIH to NIAID, which became the primary spear tip of bioweapons development. So, Tony Fauci became the bioweapons czar in 2001. His budget went up by $2,200,000,000. He was personally given a 68% raise from the military. That's why he was the highest paid individual in the federal government. Because he was getting about this 68% bonus every year from the military. But it meant that he could not stop. And the thing the military wanted was gain of function studies, where they could take wild viruses and turn them into bioweapons. And bioweapons development always includes vaccine development. Because unlike chemical weapons, with bioweapons there's always blowback. It's called the boomerang effect. If you give your enemy bubonic plague, your guys are going to get it first, too. They're going to get it quickly. So the only way you can deploy a bioweapons is if you have already developed a vaccine. So the race is to develop a vaccine simultaneously and then you can deploy the bioweapons and your enemy will take a couple of years to develop the vaccine. And you can inoculate all of your team. So in 2014, 3 of Tony Fauci's bugs escaped from federal labs. And their escapes were public. And it caused a huge Abruaha, there were senate hearings. And people were immensely upset. And, and 300 scientists wrote letter wrote a petition to President Obama saying you have to shut down Tony Fauci. He's going to cause a global pandemic. And Obama declared a moratorium and told Fauci, ordered Fauci to shut down the 18 studies he was been doing. As I show in my book, he didn't do it. He instead took that science And he moved it offshore to the Wuhan lab and to the Ukraine. And when he did that, he was not the only one who did it. Tony Fauci spent about $29,000,000 on gain of function science in Wuhan. I let the CIA spend over $100,000,000. And the military spent about that much too, about 64,000,000 And they, the CIA funneled the money, most of it through USAID. But they also the CIA, as we now know, was also running this organization called the EcoHealth Alliance, which Fauci was funneling his money through. It was like a laundromat, where they funneled federal money so that it was so that their fingerprints would not be in the would not be visible on those studies. And, So, so that's important to understand now, just to get to the final thing in my book. And Tony Fallachy, if any of you end up reading the book. That last chapter is, talks about the, you know, the all of these, you know, these pandemic simulations. I've been studying the CIA for much of my adult life. Because of my family's relationship, I wrote a book, which I, to me is my best book, American Values. And it is a story of my family's 60 year fist fight with the CIA, which began with my grandfather, Joseph Kennedy, who served on the Hoover Commission in 1955 and recommended the disbanding of the CIA's plans, the vision. It's, you know, it's the vision that was fixing elections and assassinating leaders and all of that. So the CIA never forgave my family for that. And then when my uncle came in, you know, after the Bay of Pigs, he fired the top 3 officials, Bizzle and Goodell and and Alan Dulles, who then made himself the head of the Warren Commission 3 years later. And when my uncle died, he told a reporter, I'm glad the little shit is dead. He thought he was a god. And, So I, you know, I have I know a lot about the CIA. I've gotten their manuals. I paid over a $1,000 get these manuals because, you you know, they're training manuals from MK Ultra. And MK stands for mind control, MK Naomi, MK Dietrich, it all came out of Fort Detrich and NIH. And then 150 colleges around our country where they were funding these studies. And if you look at what they do in these simulations, they're using all of these techniques that they developed in colleges in college laboratories, social scientists and other scientists, medical scientists for years who were studying how do you control individual behavior but also Mass Baby. How do you induce mass psychosis? How do you create Manchurian candidates? You know, how do you do all these? And all these colleges studying these. And how do you, how do you impose centralized foreign control on indigenous populations. By coming into a country by using propaganda, by using fear, by sowing chaos, by destroying relationships, destroying faith in institutions, driving people apart and creating chaos so they will invite in an authority who will give them peace and safety. And all of them, all of these mind control techniques are designed to accelerate that process. And they, you know, they study the Stockholm syndrome, for example. How do you, if you lock people, you know, down, they become grateful to their captors. And they become angry at the people who criticize their captors. And they believe that the only way that they can escape is confinement, is through total obedience and total compliance to, you know, to their to their jailers. And, but, one of the most interesting experiments was called, the, Anyway, I'll think of it. It was, what Milgram Milgram. And it was a scientist, associate scientist at Yale, a sociologist called Stanley Milgram, who was a, who was part of the MK Ultra program. And he conducted this experiment where he recruited subjects from every Walk of American Life, there were students, there were professors, there were business people, there were blacks, whites, everybody from the New Haven area. And he would put the subject in a chair at a table where there was a dial in front of them that they could administer an electric shock to a person who is tied in the chair in the next room, who they told was tied in a chair, but he was actually a confederate of Milgram's. He was an actor. And when they turn this dial up and administer the supposed electric shock, they could hear the man in the other room screaming, shouting, begging, struggling, bleeding with them, crying. And the thought that but and the most of the people who are participating in this experiment begged to stop. A lot of them were crying and telling the doctor. The doctor was standing behind them saying, turn it up, turn it down, turn it higher, turn it down, turn it even higher, turn it down. And 67% of them turned it up to 2 50 volts where it was marked potentially fatal. 67%. You can go on Wikipedia and look the Milgram experiment. So, but 33% of the people got up and walked out. And what Milgram said that if you, for 67% of people, if you have an authority figure that has some imprimatur of legitimacy, like a doctor's title, that 67% of people will take his orders, even it means violating their most sacred values. It'll go against everything they believe in. And to me, it occurred to me many times during that 2020 we were all involved in this huge Milgram experiment. And that Anthony Fauci was, you know, Doctor. Milgram telling us you can violate the constitution. You can censor speech. You can close churches. You can shut businesses. You can ban jury trials. And you can, you know, tell people what they can and can't do. And you can gaslight them and marginalize them and vilify them. And and, you know, no cruelty is too great for somebody who dissipates. And what I would say to you is that 33% of the people walked out. And the people in this room are the 33% who wouldn't be told what to do. And, you know, what our job is now is to fight for the 67% till they wake up until they're able to fight for themselves to restore the freedoms that all of us believe in. And I'll leave you with three thoughts. 1 is that any power that government takes from the people, it will never return voluntarily. Number 2 rule. Every power the government takes, it will ultimately abuse to the ultimate to the maximum extent possible. And number 3, nobody ever complied their way out of totalitarianism. And, of course, many have pointed out that it may serve the political interests of many Arab nations to refuse to accept Palestinian refugees because it allows them to then blame Israel for any sort of humanitarian crisis that unfolds. When members of the Jordanian police and army tried to defend their citizens from these attacks, they were attacked and killed. The Palestinian political network operate as a state within a state with militants repeatedly using Jordan to launch rockets into Israel, the Marxist Leninist Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, even went so far as to hijack multiple planes, diverting the flights to Palestinian controlled airfield in Jordan where the passengers were held hostage. By September 1970, the Jordanian army had finally had enough. Of a full scale war with the PLO broke out. And after 10 months of fighting, the Palestinians were driven out of the country. Yet as a parting gift, a Palestinian terrorist group known as Black September assassinated the Jordanian prime minister. Sadly, the story doesn't end there because the PLO then moved into Lebanon of where they allied themselves with Marxist and socialist movements that were seeking to overthrow Lebanon's conservative Maronite Christian government. The presence of thousands of Palestinian Palestinian militants flooding into the country completely destabilized Lebanon and plunged the entire nation into chaos. Less than 4 years after the PLO was expelled from Jordan. Lebanon found itself in the middle of one of the most bloody and chaotic civil wars in Middle Eastern history from which it has never fully recovered. Of in short, Palestinian organizations have not just attacked Israel. They have sowed unrest in many of the neighboring Arab and Muslim countries as well, and this has led those governments to the conclusion that allowing for mass immigration or even just refugee camp resettlement within their borders would lead to domestic of unrest for their own countries, and this, of course, only exacerbates the humanitarian crisis for those Palestinian noncombatants caught in the middle. Of the problem is, as long as terrorist organizations like Hamas and others are elected to represent the Palestinian people, of their plight will most likely continue as neither Israel nor apparently the surrounding Arab nations want to see their own populations threatened by terrorist groups.

Right now, we have over a dozen dozen states that either don't have any backup paper ballots or only have them partially. You think that our adversaries don't know what those states are? Of course, they know what those states are. And if we have a close election In the general election, in a presidential race, and one state's out withstanding and their ballot boxes gets hacked into, their elections get hacked into, We will have absolutely no backup. Speaker 8: I know America's voting machines are vulnerable because my colleagues and I have hacked them repeatedly. We've created attacks that can spread from machine to machine like a computer virus and silently change election outcomes. And in every single case, we've found ways for attackers to sabotage machines and to steal votes. Across the country, there are about 50 Two different models of machines. They fall into essentially 2 styles, ones that scan a piece of paper or ones where the vote, the voter just interacts with the touch screen and many of them have been analyzed now by researchers Looking for security vulnerabilities. In every single case where a US voting Machine has been analyzed by by competent security researchers. They have found vulnerabilities that would let someone inject malicious software And change election data every single case. Speaker 10: The better or the more efficient way of hacking machines would be to subvert them all through the machine that's used to actually Program those machines. So prior to each election, the county election office or the voting machine vendor will actually program memory cards For that election, it tells the machine who are the candidates, what are the, you know, the contests being decided, and that gets inserted Into the voting machine. If you can alter, if you can subvert that machine that is used to program those memory cards, then you can pass, rogue software to the voting machines. Speaker 8: Voting Chains are not connected to the internet. This is something that you hear all the time in the US from election officials. Unfortunately, it's not actually true. In many new voting machines Come with, 4 gs wireless modems so that they can be connected to the internet from the polling place in order to upload the results faster. Now to me that sounds crazy. Why would you want to put your voting machines on the internet right in the middle of the election potentially at the most vulnerable time? Speaker 11: Studies conducted in 2007 by the state of California, state of Ohio, state of Florida found security vulnerabilities that could take advantage of these To engineer viruses where 1 compromised voting machine could then infect eventually the entire fleet of machines for an entire county. Typically at the end of the election day you move a memory card through each of the machines in the precinct and that's to collect the vote totals. That process can spread a virus. And there are other processes. The details vary from machine to machine. Speaker 2: When you say hacked, what were they able to do once they gained access to the machines? Speaker 1: All sorts of things. They could manipulate the outcome Of the vote, they could manipulate the tally, they could delete the tally, and and they could compromise the vote in any number of ways. Speaker 12: The machines used in Georgia Have been demonstrated to be hackable through a virus that's carried on ballot definition cartridges. Very much like this Duxnet virus was, Inserted into, nuclear centrifuges in Iran. Speaker 1: There are a number of states that outsource their reporting of elections to third parties, some of which are corporations based in other countries Trees like Spain. So you've got to trust that the aggregation of the votes and the reporting of the votes is is, is accurate as well. Speaker 8: I'm Pretty sure my undergrad computer security class at Michigan could have changed the outcome of the 2016 Michigan election if we wanted to. It is that bad. And we have a combination of very powerful adversaries and unfortunately quite vulnerable and obsolete systems. That's that's why I say it's only a matter of time. Speaker 13: Unfortunately, in a lot of these systems, the audit trails are just as vulnerable as the other aspects of the system. So there may not be Good forensic evidence of a successful, intrusion. With the current design, we cannot be universally confident that it hasn't happened. And it's probably only a matter of time before it will. Speaker 3: In at least 40 states, elections are carried out using machines They're at least a decade old. And like any technology, they're susceptible to increasing failure with age. Some state officials Have had to turn to eBay to find critical components like dot matrix printers, decades old storage devices and analog modems. Aging systems also frequently rely on unsupported software like Windows XP in 2000, which may not receive regular security patches And are thus more vulnerable to the latest methods of cyber attack. Speaker 4: In 2016, state election websites in Illinois and Arizona were hacked by intruders who installed malware and downloaded sensitive voter information. Speaker 6: It is worth fighting for integrity in our election system, which means that they are free From interference by a hostile or an unfriendly nation. Let's put the resources into upgrading the state's election systems. Because what we know is this. There are a lot of states that are dealing with antiquated machines, right, which are vulnerable to being hacked. Speaker 5: I sit on the Senate Intelligence Committee and Senate Homeland Security Committee and we receive all kinds of information about the vulnerabilities to our national We are vulnerable in terms of foreign interference with our elections. It's my understanding that some of the election system vendors have Acquired states to sign agreements, that prevent or inhibit independent security testing. There's a saying that I'm sure many of you have heard, which is the Do you know the difference between being hacked and not being hacked? Is knowing you've been hacked. Speaker 0: And they are still looking for ways to steal information about voter registration, for example. There are some tech experts in Silicon Valley Valley with whom I have met who say that, you know, maybe what they'll do this Next time is to really disrupt the actual election. Shut down the servers that you send results to. Interfere with the operation of voting machines because still too many of them are linked to the Internet. So there we are still very vulnerable. Speaker 14: I mean, I can tell you in Virginia, when I was governor, I had to replace all the machines. Because I remember when I first voted, when I went to Richmond, moved down as governor, I remember I kept voting in the senate race, kept voting for the democrat, republican name kept coming up. Three times that happened. Speaker 15: What do you mean kept coming up? Speaker 14: So I you know, we had the touch screens. I was voting for Mark Warner, our senator, and Ed Goswami's name would light up. Happened to me 3 times. Finally, the 4th time, Mark Damon, I quickly hit vote and I got out of there. You know, all the cameras are looking at me like this guy doesn't know how to vote. I mean, what's going on? So then I had an investigation done and listen to this. I brought in some technology experts. They were able to hack into our machines from off-site in about 5 or 6 minutes. And within 4 minutes, they were able to change a vote. IDD certified all the machines. Now in Virginia, we have paper ballots. Speaker 2: 43% Of American voters use voting machines that researchers have found have serious security flaws, Including backdoors. These companies are accountable to no one. They won't answer basic Questions about their cybersecurity practices and the biggest companies won't answer any questions at all. 5 states have no paper trail, and that means there is no way to prove the numbers The voting machines put out are legitimate. So much for cybersecurity One zero one. The vast majority of 10,000 election jurisdictions nationwide Use election management systems that run on old software that is soon gonna be out of date And write for exploitation by hackers according to an exhaustive analysis By Speaker 0: the Associated Speaker 2: Press, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Florida, Iowa, Indiana, Arizona, and North Carolina, among others, are all at risk. Even the state of Georgia, which just passed legislation to buy new voting machines, is on track To buy equipment that suffers from this significant cybersecurity weakness. Let's say the election Is decided by a small percentage. And people in America Don't think that the election was fair. The effect that would have on our 200 year Experiment in self governance. Our democratic system would take a real hit. Our elections weren't secure last week, and they sure as heck aren't secure this week. And anybody who says otherwise is either selling the voting machines or simply has a malicious Intent towards our elections. At one point in the Intelligence Committee, Both sides seem to agree that no votes were changed in the 2016 election. And I said, the experts I talk to say that until you have a Forensic analysis of a vote until you go in there and scrub the whole system. You can't really say that. Speaker 16: These machines don't have a capability of providing you forensic evidence To see if they cannot prove they were honest, they cannot prove that they were have been hacked. They simply don't have the Fundamental basic capabilities of providing you that forensic evidence, that data. Only way you can see That, that machine was hacked. If the attacker wanted to be, they found that it was hacked. That's a sad truth. So anyone who says, I have information one way or another. That's an opinion. That's not tactics. Practice, it can be done without leaving trace. When you know how the systems work, Looking for the evidence, you know that you won't find it because the systems are not recording, generating, Preserving or protecting meaningful forensic evidence. And this is from the very beginning to the end of the process everywhere. These systems really don't have a capability of recording and protecting any meaningful audit information or forensically important information. So a lot of times I would also argue that even if you try to take a look into the evidence, the problem is that there is no Speaker 17: We've heard a lot from voting machine vendors and election officials that voting machines Can't be hacked because they're not connected to the internet. All of those vulnerabilities that Andrew talked about, are not a problem because no one can access the machines And it turns out that that message that they've been giving us for years and particularly after the 2016 election Just isn't true. Voting machine vendors have sold election officials on these in use of modems. In some case, the modems are embedded inside the voting machines. In other case, they're external modems that get attached to the voting machine at the end of the election. So at the end of the election, the machine goes Into shutdown mode and then this option pops up about modoming results. And so the system will automatically then dial in and send these votes over a cellular modem to a server on the Internet that collects the results. So everyone will tell you and they've told me every time I've spoken with them that cellular modems are not really internet connectivity. They will say, That doesn't mean that the machine is connected to the internet. It's using a cellular modem. Well, that's not true and Election Systems and Software, which is The top voting machine maker in the country, this is one of their statements over and over again with the public but this is one of their own diagrams that they They gave to Rhode Island in 2015. And if you see that circular part in the center there showing that that modem transmission using the wireless modem, They sit there, right there. It's on their own diagram that is going over the internet. Speaker 8: Before every election, election officials have to program the voting machines With who's on the ballot and what are the rules for counting? Well, they make that election programming on a PC workstation somewhere either at the, at the jurisdiction or at an outside vendor that does it for them. If an attacker can break into that work Station which is called an election management system. They can spread malicious code to all of the memory cards used to program all of the voting machines in the jurisdiction And those election management system workstations sometimes are connected to the internet or the data that's programmed into them passes Through an internet connected system. If you can trick a voting machine into, contacting In your device your fake cellular tower instead of a legitimate tower you can actually use that connection to get back into the voting machine and get back into the tabulator, and then alter votes and software. They simply book the adults and the child in as the ball is normal. Some of these children are part of recycling rings. They are used as pawns in order to get single adults into the United States Under the disguise of a family unit. According to a Florida grand jury report, in February 2019, Belkin Adania Martinez Perrada, a Honduran mother of 4 agreed to a scheme to rent 3 of her 4 children ages 6 months to 12 years to 3 different Honduran men so they could pass through the Texas border as families. After apprehension, Children are held in top secret compounds run by private government contractors in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security. A few compound locations across the state of Texas include El Paso, Pecos, Eagle Pass, Carrizo Springs and many more across the Rio Grande Valley. These compounds are highly secure and resemble concentration camps. This compound in Pecos, Texas is double fenced with guard towers and floodlights. Southwest Key Programs commonly referred to simply as Southwest Key is an NGO with a checkered past. In a report published on September 6th 2023 by the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General, it was admitted that DHS may unknowingly release migrants including children to potentially unsafe conditions or smuggling operations. Finally, in a report filed by a Florida grand jury in March 2023, it was found that an employee of ORR was fired for reporting a case of suspected human trafficking of over 100 unaccompanied alien children shipped off to a single house in Texas to a government hotline because her ORR superiors refused to investigate the matter. Once ORR has vetted the sponsor, children are escorted by government contractors from holding facilities into the hands of their sponsor somewhere in the United States. A couple of the contractors involved in this step include Southwest Key and MVM. MVM is a private security contractor founded by 3 former Secret Service agents. The company has been granted $369,500,000 in order to provide staffing and resources necessary to arrange travel and escort for unaccompanied children in ORR custody. After 9/11, MVM was contracted by the NSA and CIA to provide armed security in Iraq. More recently in 2018, MVM won a contract to conduct research for the FBI's high value detainee interrogation group, A program implemented to conduct overseas interrogations of terrorists. This same company is now conducting a domestic child escorting operation. And if the President doesn't designate them as presidential records and then takes them when he leaves office, they are deemed personal records. Garland must allege and prove more than mere retention, in order to charge a former president for espionage for having his presidential records he's allowed to have (not own) under the Presidential Records Act. One way a court may attempt to harmonize the Presidential Records Act with the Espionage Act is requiring the government to allege and prove the former President intended to cause "injury to the United States or aid to a foreign nation result from the disclosures." United States v. Rosen, 520 F. Supp. 2d 786, 793 (E.D. Va. 2007). There is zero evidence--not even an allegation--Trump intended to harm America by retaining his presidential records. It is not a crime to be a jerk. It is not "espionage" to fight with librarians and other bureaucrats. We do not send former presidents, who happen to be your boss's chief political enemy, to die in prison over presidential-records disputes. This is one key reason Garland's indictment of Trump is fatally flawed as a matter of law.
