The speaker criticizes the Secretary's performance and accuses him of not providing answers. The Chairman allows the Secretary to respond, and he defends himself by stating that the implication made about him is despicable. He also mentions his background as the child of a Holocaust survivor and finds the senator's adversarial tone disrespectful. The Chairman interrupts and asks to move on. Senator Romney is mentioned, but no further details are provided.

Like if you'd like to have a minute to respond you are alive. I would. And I'm not sure I'll limit it to 60 seconds. That's fine. Number 1, what I found despicable is the implication, that, this language tremendously odious. Actually it could be emblematic of the sentiments of the 260,000 men and women of the Department of Homeland Security, number 1. Number 2, senator Holly takes a adversarial approach to me in this question, and perhaps he doesn't know my own background. Perhaps he does not know that I am the child of a holocaust survivor. Perhaps he Let's not know that my mother lost almost all her family at the hands of the Nazis. And so I find his is adversarial tone to be entirely misplaced. @RepMTG Tom Homan Retired Acting Director of ICE Says "President Biden is the first president to unsecure the border on purpose "👇 https://t.co/xuD0cb5y7Q

Video Transcript AI Summary
I started my career in immigration enforcement in 1984 and worked for 6 presidents. Every president secured the border until Biden, who intentionally left it unsecured. The border went from the most secure to historic illegal immigration levels. The administration moves people to ports of entry to show fewer illegal entries in between, but it failed. There were over 300,000 crossings from November to December. Biden's policies are causing people to come and stay, with 1.9 million "gotaways" proving the border is not secure.

Speaker 0: Started my career in in immigration enforcement in 1984 as a border agent. I've worked for 6 presidents up to Donald Trump. Every president I've ever worked for took some steps to secure the border, because they understood you can't have national strong national security if you don't have border security. And even president Obama gave me the presidential rank award, highest award available. Because what was I doing at the time? I was I was locating and deporting people in the country illegally. But president Biden is the 1st president in the history of this nation that I know of who came in office and unsecured a border on purpose. So we went from the most secure border of my lifetime, and it's not my just my opinion. I've done this for 34 years. Anybody can go to cbp.gov, look at the data, and within months, we went from the most secure border to historic illegal immigration, numbers we've never seen before. And it's not because it's seasonal. It's not because of climate change. It's not because of Trump. This is by design. This is shell game. They move people. They move thousands to the port of entry so they can claim less illegal entries between the port of entries, but it's failed because November to December, we saw record amounts of crossings on the border, over 300,000. They're coming and staying because of Biden's primuses. 1.9 1,000,000 gotaways. That statement alone, to convince anybody on either side, 1,900,000 gotaways, the border is not secure, is ridiculous to claim so.

We shouldn't be too surprised Mark Cuban would say something so stupid considering he says Border Czar Harris has done a "good job" at the southern border As a strong, intelligent woman, I unapologetically support Donald Trump https://t.co/cxX7gamRNR

Video Transcript AI Summary
In the past week, Trump supporters have faced harsh criticism, being labeled as Nazis and garbage by various media outlets and the president. Mark Cuban claimed there are no strong, intelligent female Trump supporters, which is misguided. Women in professions like healthcare, education, and the military, such as Tulsi Gabbard, exemplify strength and intelligence. Cuban's comments reflect a lack of understanding, especially since he praises Kamala Harris's performance at the southern border, despite significant issues like crime and missing children. Disparaging a large segment of the population just before an election seems counterproductive.

Speaker 0: Alright. Let's just unpack this really quick. Just in the past week alone, Trump supporters have been called Nazis by virtually every media outlet. We have been called garbage by the sitting United States president. And now Mark Cuban has come out and said there is no such thing as a strong, intelligent female supporter of Donald Trump because they don't exist. Respectfully, Mark Cuban, you would not know a strong, intelligent female if she slapped you across the face, which you're such a beta, you might actually kinda like that. So if you are a health care provider, if you are a school teacher, if you are a US military member and you are a woman and a Trump supporter, then to Mark Cuban, you are stupid and weak. If this woman right here, Tulsi Gabbard, a lieutenant colonel in the US army, if this is not a strong intelligent woman, then what is? Actually, I already know Mark Cuban's answer. This is who Mark Cuban believes to be a strong intelligent woman. Although, we really shouldn't be too surprised that a comment like this would come out of Mark Cuban's mouth considering that he says border czar Harris has done a good job at the southern border, which maybe we just have different ideas of what constitutes as a good job. But to me, the illegal entrance of 13,000 murderers, 16,000 rapists, and the 320,000 missing children certainly doesn't fit the bill. It doesn't seem like continually disparaging more than half the country less than a week before election day is an effective strategy to get your candidate elected. But what do I know? I'm just a stupid weak woman.

I'm frustrated with this administration's handling of our southern border. To the millions of illegal aliens released in violation of federal law, it's time to start packing. The reason we have 50,000 people in detention is due to the failure to secure the border. The federal government has let down the American people by not closing loopholes. Last year, there were 137,000 criminals, including 2,000 murders and 12,000 sex offenses. We need to increase the number of agents in New York City to address this issue. Video Transcript AI Summary
The plan focuses on three main priorities. First, deportation operations will target public safety and national security threats, as they pose significant dangers to the United States. Second, securing the border is essential, emphasizing the need to prevent catch and release practices. Third, there is a critical issue of over 300,000 missing children, with more than half a million trafficked into the U.S. This administration has released many of these children to unvetted sponsors, making them vulnerable. Some have been found in forced labor or sex trafficking situations. Addressing the safety of these children is a crucial priority.

As far as the deportation operation, we will prioritize public safety threats and national security threats because they're the biggest they pose a big danger to to United States. Secure he he's got 3 rails. So we'll do the deportation operation with the priorities I just talked to you out of the gate. That that that'd be the priorities. Second thing, secure that border. Lock that border down and catch release and secure the border. The 3rd rail is we got over 300,000 missing children. That this that that over half a 1000000 children have been trafficked into United States. This administration released them to unvetted sponsors, and they can't find 300,000. And based on my 3 and a half decades, some of these children are in forced labor. We already found some in forced labor. Some are in forced sex trafficking. Some are in more pedophiles. We need to save these children. That's gonna be a third rail. But

You've protected Texas and the nation. Unfortunately, some governors and mayors oppose our efforts, especially regarding interior enforcement. We face a mass deportation situation following a surge in illegal immigration, where many claim asylum but ultimately receive removal orders. We must enforce these orders; otherwise, immigration courts become ineffective. Allowing individuals to stay sends the wrong message and undermines our laws. ICE will face challenges, but we will not tolerate those who obstruct our operations. It's time to address illegal alien crime and prioritize public safety. President Trump is dedicated to securing the border and focusing on national security threats. Mayors and governors must collaborate with us to remove these threats from communities, as the situation at the southern border has created significant vulnerabilities.

It's a shame we have other governors and other mayors who are right out of the gate. I said they're gonna push back on president Trump and what we're trying to do, especially for interior enforcement. Let me be clear. There is gonna be a mass deportation because we just finished a mass illegal immigration crisis on the border where anybody can look at 9 out of 10 people claim asylum at the border, we'll end up with the order removal. So you can't ask the the the for the right to claim asylum, the right to see a judge, the right to due process, and we give you that due process. And at the end of that due process, a federal judge ordered you removed. We have to remove them. Because if we don't shut down immigration court, those orders don't mean anything anymore. Take you guys off the border because there's no consequences. So you can't demand due process or right to claim asylum and not obey the court order. That is why there needs to be a mass deportation. We got a mass number of people, massive people who who will get a final order and be order removed. If we don't do it, what is the option? Let them stay? Because you're letting them stay, you'll never fix the border. There'll be company you're gonna send a message to the rest of the world. Enter the country like me, which is a crime. I’m proud to introduce Tom Homan, the next Border Czar. For the past four years, I’ve been frustrated by the current administration's actions that have compromised border security. Under President Trump, we saw unprecedented success in securing the border, with immigration down significantly. Unfortunately, President Biden has intentionally undone these efforts, leading to a crisis that has overwhelmed border patrol and increased crime, including sex trafficking and drug smuggling. We need to enforce immigration laws and carry out mass deportations for those who have received court orders. Ignoring these orders sends the wrong message about our immigration system. Everyone must work together to address this national security vulnerability. I commend the efforts in Texas and the leadership of Governor Abbott. Speaker 0: And I am proud to have with us today the next Border Czar and that is Tom Homan. Speaker 1: Thanks, Governor. Look, you guys know me. For the last 4 years, I wake up every morning pissed off about what this administration did to the most secure border in my lifetime. Let me be clear. I've worked for 6 presidents starting with Ronald Reagan. Every president I worked for took steps to secure the border because I understood you can't have strong national security if you don't have border security. We didn't know who's coming in, what's coming in, and where's coming in, why it's coming, all those questions. Right? No one did better than president Trump. President Trump's one bad ass president to secure this border at a level we've never seen before. You're looking at Grayson is down to a 45 year low. Immigration is down between 83 90 90%. Unprecedented success. Joe Biden is the 1st president in the history of this nation who came in the office and unsecured the border on purpose. This isn't mismanagement. This isn't this isn't incompetence. This is by design. So the the first morning I woke up with a smile on my face was day after the election when president Trump won. Because he's gonna come back. He's gonna finish the job he started. First of all, he sends his well wishes here and happy Thanksgiving to president Trump. Also, we got a secretary coming in. Secretary Kristi Noem, the governor. I've met with her numerous times. She's the right person at the right time for the right job. She gets it. She has a lot of great ideas of her own. So I'm looking forward to Christy getting through a confirmation process of coming to work with us. I think she's doing a fabulous job. Today is first day at Buena Shelby Park. I'm here. Governor Abbott has done an amazing job. Immigration in Texas is down 86%. Is that right? 86%. Think about that. This is a model we can take across the country. We're gonna help governor Abbott finish the job he started, but this is a model country. Unprecedented success in Texas. It's a shame the taxpayers of Texas have to spend 1,000,000,000 of dollars to do the job that this administration failed to do, didn't wanna do. And because of that, what everybody in this room today, you gotta understand, you're a national hero and you're saving this nation. Let me explain why. It's just not about immigration anymore. When this administration calls a crisis the biggest they cause, it overwhelms the border patrol. And because the border patrol is so overwhelmed taking care of this humanitarian crisis, many were pulled off the line. And what happens then? 600% increase in sex trafficking. Fat and all coming across the border kill a quarter 1000000 Americans. Record number of people on terrorist watch is crossing the border. Over 2,000,000 known godaways. How many of them come from the country sponsored terror? How many of them were carrying fentanyl? How many of them were sex trafficking women and children? How many of them are gang members? So it's more than just illegal immigration. I care what your opinion is on illegal immigration. When you cause a crisis this big, all these terrible things happen. Cartels are making more money today than ever did. They're making record amount of money smuggling aliens, record amount of money trafficking and women and children, and a record amount of money moving the dope. I'm happy that we finally got a president. President Trump's will come in January. Like the and and like, the government says, we're not waiting till January. We're already talking. We're already planning. We're gonna put we're gonna put a plan in place and secure this nation at the highest level it's ever seen. We're gonna finish Trump's work. I wanna say thank you to each and every one of you. What people don't understand is that what you've done in Texas, for every ounce of Fentanyl your trooper sees are less overdose deaths. Deaths. For every person you arrest for trespassing and put them through a fingerprinting process, that's one less God away. At least we know who these people are. What you've done is not only protect the state of Texas and the citizens of Texas, you are protecting this nation. It's a shame we have other governors and other mayors who are right out of the gate. I said they're gonna push back on president Trump and what we're trying to do, especially for interior enforcement. Let me be clear. Already record number of people on terrorist watch list. If you don't think a single one of the 2,000,000 came from the country sponsoring terror and then come and do us harm, then you're an idiot. Everybody, I'll be on the same page. Republican, Democrat, independent. This is a huge national security vulnerability and everybody, I'll be concerned with it. So thank you for your service. America has waited for someone like Tom Homan for a long time https://t.co/AG7k4f9r5S

This isn't Hollywood. Tom Homan is someone America has long awaited, with nearly 75% supporting his focus on deportations. Under 8 USC code 1324, those who conceal or harbor illegal aliens can face felony charges. The mayor of Denver is just seeking attention while serious actions are on the horizon with a supportive Department of Justice. Regarding China, they have a death penalty for drug dealers but haven't enforced it. Trump is suggesting a 10% tariff on their goods as a consequence. Other leaders, like Trudeau and Mexico's new president, are reacting quickly because they don't want to lose the U.S. as a partner. Additionally, with the U.S. aiming for energy independence, our negotiating power with Canada may increase since we rely on them for 60% of our crude oil.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Wanna talk about is the fact that, this isn't Hollywood. And I love you, Harold. You know that. God better get out that Tom Cruise guy to wear a suit on. Tom Homan is not, overdoing it. And America has waited for someone like Tom Homan for a long time. And it's, I think, 3 quarters. It's more than 70%. Almost 75% of Americans think that, Donald Trump has to prioritize these deportations. And when Tom Homan talks about 8 USC code 1324 section 3, where an alien has come or entered or remains in the United States in violation of the law, and you conceal, harbor, or shield them from detection or you can attempt to do the same, you are guilty of a felony. So this guy who's dancing around the mayor of Denver, I mean, he's a joke. This is all gonna end. He's trying to get some attention because that guy right there on the screen is dead serious. He's gonna have a department of justice with Pam Bondi who's going to be able to back it up. They're gonna have the legal force to be able to do it. Now let's talk about the fact that, apparently, China has had a death penalty for drug dealers. And, apparently, they've refused to make good on that death penalty, statute. And Donald Trump is saying, you know what? If you're not gonna use it, then we're gonna we're gonna add 10% on your goods as well. Now I don't claim to be as knowledgeable on tariffs as you guys. I don't really care. What I care about is within 2 hours, Trudeau jumps, and this woman, the new the new, prime minister or president of Mexico is jumping. Nobody wants to lose the United States. Okay? Nobody wants to lose the power, the money that we give away, and everything else. But I think that there's something significant. This is my last point, Dana, is that we get 60% of our crude oil from Canada. Alright? Now if the United States is going to be energy independent again, we have an even tougher negotiating stance with Canada because we're not gonna need as much of that crude oil when we start doing our own dance here.

Today’s operation in Chicago, led by multiple federal agencies, focused on public safety and national security. We successfully apprehended serious offenders, including sex offenders and gang members, removing significant threats from the streets. This operation was meticulously planned, targeting individuals with criminal and immigration histories. In Aurora, there was a major bust involving illegal immigrants, guns, and drugs. Unfortunately, local policies hinder our ability to access jails, making it difficult to apprehend dangerous individuals directly. We need cooperation to ensure public safety; sanctuary city policies only protect criminals, not communities. Law enforcement should collaborate to keep everyone safe, including immigrant communities.

Speaker 0: Alright, Tom. Talk to us about the day. Speaker 1: I'll just hold on to it. Look. It's a great day. This is all government approach. Look. I've been doing this three and a half decades, and what president Trump has put together is amazing, here in Chicago. And and it's a first operation of this size and and and complexity. We have all our government approach. We had US Marshals, DEA, FBI, ATF, ICE, ERONHSI. I mean, it's a all government approach, so we had a lot of resources come to look for public safety threats. As president Trump committed to, we're gonna concentrate on public safety threats and national security threats, and that's what we did today. We wrestle a lot of bad guys. I mean, last time I was down down there, I think we got at least 7 sex offenders, serious sex offenders, child sex offenders. We got 2 murders about illegal aliens that are committing murder. We got numerous gang members. We got, you know, it's an accurate assault, suspects in convictions. So we we left we took a lot of bad guys off the street today with the help of all these other agencies. What's great about these agencies is not only the force multiplier, but if we run the we find dope, DA can take that case and prosecute it. We find guns, especially with TDA. HF take that case and prosecute it. So it's just not about wrestling criminal amnesty for them. We're gonna we're gonna gather some prosecution down. As a matter of fact, we got 2, criminal warrants getting ready to be executed. Now there are going to be prosecutions. So, look, there's great operation that was well targeted. And 1 thing we showed today, I think, to American people, we recorded a lot of it. It's not it's not neighborhood sweep looking for people different than us. It isn't racial profiling like you read on the the left media. This is a well planned operation. I walked through the command center. I saw the targeting system. I saw these for hundreds of hours working these targets up and make sure they have a criminal history and immigration history, and and we're likely we're to find them. A lot of work running this, and they did a great job. We took a lot of public safety threats off the street here in Chicago. This city is a lot safer today because of what ICE and the other agencies did do today. Speaker 0: Aurora. I don't know if you've been briefed on that. They had a big bust out there too. Nightclub, fifty plus illegals, guns, drugs. Any any update on that? Have you been briefed? Or Speaker 1: There's there's things going on in Aurora. There's more things going on in Roar. I'll just leave it at that. Speaker 0: Okay. Last thing. What I noticed today, your job would be made a hell of a lot easier if the state and the local would let you into the jails. The fact that you guys have to go out here, you've talked about this a lot. You have to go out into the community get these guys because governor Pritzker doesn't, doesn't, accept your detainers. No. Speaker 1: He's too busy lying to the American people because he he put a he put a social media post out the other day saying, I say he's just run this elementary school. You wanna talk about for fear in community. He says, I'm putting fear in community to make a false claim to ISIS and exclude me. Give me a break. You should've been with us today. I wish you would've been with us today to see exactly how we do and and how we operate. But, look, you know, these bad guys should have been handed over to us right out of Cook County Jail. That way, they're not back in the public to defend. Look at these these child sex predators. They're on the streets of Chicago. It would have been so much easier to notify. 1 agent can arrest 1 bad guy in the safety and security of the jail. But we release a sexual predator to the street. It puts the offset risk, and now we got a rest of my history. It puts, you know, children in the community at risk, and and and and it puts the alien self at risk because anything happened in street address. So I wish that I'd have to sit in jail. It's more efficient. It's safer. It's safer for the community, safer for everybody to release the public safety threat back into the public, or you can hand them over to us, it's just ridiculous. It's it's not common sense, and I hope they come to the table and work with us. Speaker 0: If they don't, will you be able to use the supremacy federal supremacy clause you think to go around them and Speaker 1: We're we're gonna do everything we can to to to fight back in sanctuary cities because sanctuary cities are sanctuaries for criminals. That's all it is. They'll tell you that they're protecting victims and witnesses of immigration crime to feel free to come to law enforcement and not be afraid to work more lives. That's a bunch of crap. The victim and witness of crimes don't want the bad guy back in their neighborhood either. It's ridiculous. That kind of that whole concept's ridiculous. We wanna talk to the guy. They locked in a jail cell. That's who we wanna talk to. They locked him in jail. So for obvious public safety reasons, when you're done, give it to us. Protect the immigrant community. Where's that illegal alien like you to recommit? In the very community he lives, the immigrant community. So protect the American communities, protect the immigrant communities, protect our officers, give us the, the bad guy in safety and security account in jail. It just makes sense. Law enforcement should work with law enforcement. Thank you, sir. Got it.

NEW—Border Czar Tom Homan will not be cowed by sobbing celebrities like Selena Gomez: “If they don't like it, then go to Congress and change the law...We're going to do this operation without apology. We're gonna make our community safer.” 🔥🔥 https://t.co/Z8Q1pl9TUz

A viral video posted by a Hollywood celebrity, which has since been deleted, showed her emotional response to attacks on her community, accompanied by a Mexican flag. In response to concerns about families being affected, it was clarified that arrests are focused on public safety and national security threats, not families. The speaker emphasized that securing the border is a critical issue, citing significant increases in crime, trafficking, and drug-related deaths. The commitment to enforcing laws and enhancing community safety was reiterated, with the expectation that these measures will lead to a decrease in fentanyl deaths and illegal alien crime. The focus remains on moving forward without apologies.

Speaker 0: I don't know if you've had a chance to see the a video that has been going viral over the past hour or so. We're still working to clear it and show it. In fact, the Hollywood celebrity who posted it has now deleted it. I I I think because probably she faced a lot of backlash for it. Noting even the New York Times and Fox News poll show that a majority of American respondents are in favor of deportations of criminals and gang members. She posted a video sobbing. She was crying in it. She said, all my people are getting attacked, with the picture of an a Mexican flag. Again, she has now taken that down. But what do you say to those who are out there saying that that these are everyday people, these are families that are being attacked and dragged out of their homes? How do you respond to that? Speaker 1: I don't think we arrested any families. We've arrested public safety threats and national security threats, bottom line. And look, president Trump won the election on this one issue, securing our border and saving lives. This what happened on our southern border last 4 is the biggest national security threat this country seen, at least in my lifetime, because we got over 2,000,000 known god alway. We got a 600% increase in sex trafficking. We got a record number of terrorists crossing the border on terrorist watch list. We have quarter 1000000 Americans diving from Pentelon coming across the open border. We're gonna do this job, and we're gonna enforce the laws of this country. If they don't like it, then go to congress and change the law. We're gonna do this operational apology. We're gonna make our community safer. We're gonna save once we lock that border, we'll continue this operation, you're gonna see fentanyl deaths decrease, illegal alien crime decrease, sex trafficking decrease. It it's just all for the good of this nation, and we're gonna keep going. No apologies. We're moving forward.

You treating migrants humanely? No, reports show they’re on planes without water. That’s nonsense. Our detention facilities exceed all standards. Check the ICE website for our performance-based standards; they’re the highest in the industry. But are you only detaining illegal criminals? There are reports of students showing bruises from deportation flights. That’s absurd. We investigate any claims. The ICE professionals I led uphold the highest standards. We care for detainees while enforcing the law without apology. Are you using military planes for deportations as a tactic? No, we’re securing the border, which is a national security risk. Illegal entry is a crime. The current crisis overwhelms border security, leading to increased drug trafficking and terrorism. President Trump will secure the border and enforce immigration laws without hesitation. Expect our efforts to intensify soon.

Speaker 0: You treating migrants humanely? No. But there's been reports of them on planes with no water Speaker 1: That was much crap. Speaker 0: Complaining of Speaker 1: a bunch of crap. What do Speaker 0: you mean a bunch of crap? Speaker 1: I used detention facilities at the highest detention standards in the industry. Any of the ICE standards our our detention standards are higher than any state or federal or local facility in the nation, in the world. Someone should go to the ICE website, look at PBNDS 11, performance based detention standards, and look at our detention standards, highest in the industry. Speaker 0: But are you sure you're only getting, illegal criminal migrants? I mean, there were some pictures over the weekend of people that claimed to be students, Brazilian students who were showing examples of bruises on their arms from from American deportation flights. Speaker 1: That's ridiculous. But if if they want me to come fight, we'll be investigating. Speaker 0: But your assurance is what? Speaker 1: The the men and women are ICE professionals. We do this for a living. And I can tell you, I ran ICE for years. I I I the first director of ICE camp through the ranks. Again, these men and women professional, highest attention standards in the industry. We take care of these people. But we're going to enforce the law, and we're not gonna apologize for doing it. Speaker 0: And you're gonna do it in a sort of public way with do you need to use the big military planes? Is that part of a sort of shock and awe tactic? No. They haven't been used before, have they, for migrants? Speaker 1: No. We we got president Trump. We're gonna use all the government to secure our border, which is the biggest national security vulnerability this country's ever seen. And we're gonna force laws to this country. It's not okay to enter this country illegally. It's a crime. When you cause a crisis as big as the Biden administration calls, when you overwhelm the board, Joe, but they can't do their national security job, that's when the fentanyl come across to kill a quarter 1000000 Americans. That's when you have a 600% increase in sex trafficking. Thus, you have a record number of no inspected terrorists coming across an open border. President Trump's gonna secure the border as promised to the American people. We're gonna force immigration laws. That's what we're gonna do without apology. We're we're we're on board. We're gonna go forward. You're gonna see it get a hell of a lot bigger in the near future.

We've made significant progress on border security with illegal immigration down 95% and increased interior arrests of criminal aliens. We aim for zero "gotaways" and will target those exploiting the system, with action coming in weeks. Leaks are being investigated, but most agents are dedicated. We have a strong team, including Kash Patel and Pam Bondi, ready to address sanctuary cities and terrorist organizations. The public can help by reporting suspected child endangerment; we're seeking to find 300,000 missing children. To make these changes permanent, we need legislation addressing family settlements, the TVPRA, and asylum rules. This could solve most border problems. Investigations into misused funds by NGOs and the UN have started. Anyone violating laws, including politicians compromised by cartels, will be held accountable.

Speaker 0: If I offend anybody today, I don't give a I wake up every day excited because I work for the greatest president of my lifetime, Donald j Trump. Speaker 1: Alright, Tom. What a great great event. Thirty two days in. Talk to me about what we've done so far and where we're heading. Speaker 2: Well, thirty two days in, we got illegal immigration on the border. Illegal entry is down 95%, which is a game changer, unprecedented. We have just under 22,000 illegal aliens arrested in the interior, vast majority being criminal aliens. We got a number of gotaways down from an average of 1,800 a day under Joe Biden to 48 the other past twenty four hours. So we make a lot of progress. Border's very secure. We got more work to do, and we won't keep doing that. I'm not gonna be happy till the zero gotaways. I'm not gonna be happy to every gang member, every illegally criminal, every public safety threat and national security threat that are not supposed to be here until they're all gone. That's the day I rest. Speaker 1: How do we combat the activists that are out there training these people how to game the system, especially if we're just using administrative warrants as they're you know, I'm not getting into tactics or anything that's secret, but, is is there more that we should expect as far as getting larger numbers? Because we're talking 15,000,000. Speaker 2: You know, we're talking big numbers that we're going to be increasing the target. We've we we put together a great group to increase the targeting. We're increasing the number of teams. And as far as administrative warrants, watch to see what happens in a few weeks. Speaker 1: So no so that that's it. That's the breaking news. Watch to see what happens. What about the the leaks inside? Speaker 2: Leaks inside, look. We're dealing with we already we already identified one leak. That's under investigation. We'll wait to see how the investigation pans out. They're they're we're investigating one more. So look. 99.9% of these agents on the street are doing the right thing. I mean, I know a lot of people are are point defenders at the FBI. If there's a leak in the FBI, it's showing on that person, but these FBI agents are out shoulder to shoulder with us. They're wearing a gun in their hip, putting a cover our best time, arresting the worst of the worst. So god bless the FBI. God bless the US Marshals Service, DEA. All these groups out there are working with us, so we're gonna keep doing it. And Kash Patel. Yeah. Rock star. Rock Rockstar. About the change. Great. Look. You got Kash Patel. You got you got Pam Bondi. Right? We we we president put together one hell of a cabinet. So, you know, for those sanctuary cities, you wanna keep playing your games, you wanna keep being a sanctuary for criminals, you can deal with paying bond. The FBI, for those groups that Trump just designated terrorist organization, you can deal with me and Kash Patel. So look, it's it's all hands on deck. President made that clear. All the government is gonna make this country safe again. Speaker 1: Thank you, sir. Anything else to the American people? How can they help you? Speaker 2: Look, you know, God bless president Trump. We got the greatest president of my lifetime back in in the White House. As far as what the public can do, look, we're looking for 300,000 innocent children. We just started that effort. I'm asking every American be deputized. You're a nice agent. If you see look, every parent in the country has an innate innate ability to know when something's not right with a child. I think all parents have that. If you see something not right with a child, see that child in a workplace that shouldn't be there. If you see that child in a situation you know there's something not right, make a phone call. Because if one phone call out of a thousand saves a child, you're doing the right thing. So I'm deputizing every American citizen now to help us find these missing kids. Some of them are gonna be a sex trafficking. Some are gonna be a forced labor, but we gotta save these kids. President Trump made that commitment. I made that commitment. We're do what we can to find everyone. Speaker 0: How many Americans aren't dying from fat and all overdoses? How many no expected terrorists aren't getting in the country? How many women and children aren't sex trafficked in this country when you had a border lockdown? We're saving lives. So Speaker 1: in addition to what you guys are doing to make this permanent, you know, we're doing executive orders now. How do we fix this so that what you do remains permanent? Look. Speaker 2: We we gotta we gotta have legislation for a permanent fix. Right? We can't count on every president presidential election for things to change on the board. We see the we see the damage that Joe Biden did when he came in. He he destroyed everything we created to give us a more secure border. Now we're gonna get the border. We're actually gonna gain reach full operational control of the Southern border. We're already down to 48 gotaways. I want the number to be zero, but these changes need to be permanent, so we need legislation. We need congress now that we have the house and the senate. Let's move. That's great legislation. There's three there's three things they can do that will lock that board down. Number one, the Florida settlement agreement. If a family comes across the border illegally, let us hold them and a family residential center long enough to see a judge. Over 90% was the case we sent them home, the family stopped coming. As far as children, pass the TVPRA, the Trafficking Victim Protection Act. Redesignate that. But you gotta change that because even though I had a good intention, we need to treat children from all the world the same we treat children from Mexico. If you're not a true victim of trafficking, we let us immediately return them to the country same we do with Mexican nationals. Will stop the children from coming across. For some of we're gonna stop the families. Finally, we gotta look at the asylum rules. The first you know, your first interview on the border of asylum, the threshold is very, very low to pass interview. The cartels teach you a few key phrases, you pass the first interview. But when you get in front of the judge, if you show up in front of the judge, ninety percent or more fail to qualify for asylum. They simply don't qualify. So let's fix the asylum system. Make that first interview on the border at the same threshold of proof as the the judicial threshold, and we we fix that. So with those three changes, you would solve 85 to 90% of the problems on the border. Speaker 1: And you actually think we're gonna get democrats even potentially come Speaker 2: I think we'll get some democrats. I think I think it was a clear mandate what happened November. People don't want open borders. People don't want criminal aliens streaming across our our our borders and coming to our cities, and we can have it. Illegal alien crime skyrocketed under, president Biden. And I look at the, resounding support we have right now, most Americans want assault and arrested criminal aliens. Vast majority want us to arrest criminal aliens. And and and the majority wants us to arrest noncriminal aliens. Let's remember, everyone across the border illegally committed a crime. So we got American people behind us. Well, I think we got the Republican Party united behind us. I think we got a lot of Democrats. So let's get it done while we have control of both houses. Speaker 1: Defunding you know, USAID, stopping the funds, the grants to these NGOs. Can we stop all of that funding? And then can we prosecute some of these organizations? Speaker 2: Stopping all the funding that goes to these groups that were, in my opinion, complicit in the worst, immigration order crisis I've seen in my lifetime, but there are gonna be investigations that have already started. We're gonna look to see how this money was spent, who was given this money, and what they did with that money. So I think a lot of investigations are gonna be done by the house oversight committee of the DHS. And we gotta hope these people accountable, including the nine United Nations who spent millions and millions of dollars. As you know, Ben, you did a lot of reporting down in Mexico and Central America. We need to see what the United Nations what's their complicity in this whole thing? Yeah. Investigations are started. Speaker 1: What about politicians that may be bought off by the cartels? Know, I think Speaker 2: held accountable too. No one's off. You're like, you violate laws in this country, you you you're gonna be held accountable. And this administration is all about enforcing law, holding people accountable. Go America's voice. Rock and rolling. Speaker 1: One and only Tom Homan heading out. God bless America. As he said, every American has a part to play in this. If you see something that's not right, especially parents, call it out. There are hundreds of thousands of missing children. That those are the ones that we know about, and there's probably a million more that we don't. It's up to this generation. It's not enough to watch these activists burn down our country and be frustrated watching your TV. It's time that we step up and act. If you love this country, you're called to stand.

DHS is implementing a migrant database for undocumented individuals over 14, requiring registration and fingerprinting, sparking criticism. If individuals don't comply, they can be charged with a crime and face penalties. We're seeing record low numbers with illegal immigration down 97% in one month. We've already deported over 20,000 individuals right at the border and about 26,000 from the interior. While I'm happy with the numbers, we need more, especially deporting criminals. We are going to increase law enforcement in sanctuary cities, despite their resistance, by sending more officers and expanding operations to arrest the bad guys. I'm looking forward to going to Boston to make that city much safer, especially since there are nine sexual predators, rapists of children, walking the streets. We're going to decrease illegal alien crime to zero.

Speaker 0: Now DHS is rolling out a migrant database requiring anyone here illegally over the age of 14 at least to register and be fingerprinted. And of course, the left is howling. Speaker 1: It it's a flawed, expensive, bureaucratic system that's really made to target rather than to protect. This is just what another smokescreen to say. Be fearful that we're coming for you and be careful of what's required for you to provide. Speaker 0: Joining me now, borders are Tom Holman. Tom, great to see you. Okay. Migrant registry. How will this be implemented and what happens if an illegal does not comply? Speaker 2: Well, if everybody registers, you're gonna be pretty busy because I think there's over 20,000,000 illegal aliens in this country, closer to 30. They've been talking about 12,000,000 since 1995. And we know under Joe Biden, he's eight men across the border and released, but as the two men gotaways, there's another 10,000,000. So there's well over 20,000,000. But if they don't comply, they can be charged with a crime and face penalties. And we will do that. You know, I was at the I mean, say the White House, you know, the US Attorney's Office, one hundred percent, every prosecution given by the board to the US Attorney's Office, one hundred percent acceptance. We're proposing consequences and US Attorney's putting those consequences into use. If they don't obey the law, they're gonna be prosecuted. This is a game changer, and this is gonna drive illegal immigration even lower than the record numbers we're seeing right now. We're down 97% in one month. This is the most secure border we've ever seen, much more secure than the first Trump administration, a game changer. Speaker 0: And Tom, how many illegals? I know you've only been in there for whatever, six weeks, something like that. But how many illegals thus far have been deported? Speaker 2: Well, Borbitur Choate had well over 20,000. They they turned right around the border closer to 30,000. ICE has about 26,000, the rest of the interior. That's more than doubled last year during the Biden administration. We need more. You know, I'm happy with the numbers, but we need more. We we need a lot more, especially the criminals. Sanctuary cities are slowing us down, but we're gonna work around sanctuary cities. We'll double the workforce in sanctuary cities. We'll increase the targeting sanctuary cities. We'll send twice as many men and women officers to sanctuary cities. We'll do worksite enforcement operation expansions in sanctuary cities. Sanctuary cities will get exactly what they don't want, more officers and their communities to rest the bad guy. Speaker 0: Well, and your your pal, the mayor of Boston, Michelle Wu, had had some choice remarks about this entire endeavor. Watch. Speaker 3: Even mischaracterization of what immigrant communities represent and what cities who are welcoming to immigrant communities represent. I'm looking forward to having the chance to go to Washington and to speak the truth about Boston, about what we see here, and what we know is real. Speaker 0: What is real and true about what's happening with illegals in Boston, Tom? Speaker 2: Well, look, she's looking forward to coming to DC. I'm looking forward to go to Boston, which is gonna be real soon because we're gonna go there. We're gonna make that city much safer. You know, when I was at the CPAC in the day, what I said was a fact. I stopped counting at nine, nine sexual predators, rapists, most of them children that are walking the streets of Massachusetts because they don't work with ICE and they don't honor entertainers, nine. And that's just in recent history. So, you know, and how many times did these child rapists re offend from the time they released him in the jail and by the time we found him in the streets and the neighborhoods? We're gonna go to Boston, we're gonna make it safer. President Trump made a promise to American people we're gonna make the community safer. We're gonna decrease illegal alien crime to zero, and that's exactly what we're gonna do. Boston can help her get the hell out the way because we're coming. She's not gonna stop us. We're gonna make Boston safer. Again, I can't overemphasize nine child rapists that we took off the street. We made Massachusetts safer.

The speaker discussed an El Salvadoran president's approach to crime, highlighting an anecdote about a gang member from Venezuela who admitted to shooting a cop. The speaker stated that everyone removed to El Salvador poses a significant public safety threat and is a terrorist. He praised the El Salvadoran president's efforts to eradicate MS-13, noting a significant drop in the country's crime rate. The speaker also addressed ICE arrest numbers, stating that the majority of those arrested are criminals. He criticized sanctuary cities for releasing criminals back into communities, which he claims forces ICE to conduct more arrests, leading to collateral arrests of individuals who may not be serious threats. He contrasted this approach with the previous administration's policies, which restricted ICE arrests to those convicted of serious crimes. He stated that sanctuary cities will see more ICE agents due to their policies.

Speaker 0: President or the DHS secretary. So I'm gonna have to pass on that question. Speaker 1: Okay. That that's fine. It it sort of came out of nowhere the question. So I wondered if you knew something that we didn't know on that. I also thought this was really an important moment with the El Salvadoran president when he he talked about the people that he has taken into this prison, and he gave this example. Watch. Speaker 0: We even had this gang member from Venezuela, One of the ones you've sent. He said, oh, well, you know, I got arrested six times, but they released me there six times. So I should be released again. And then I said, well, but what's the last thing the last thing you do? And he said, well, I shot a cop in the leg, but it didn't kill him. I just shot him in the leg. Speaker 1: That's pretty stunning, admission when he says these this is one of the guys that they talked to that they brought into that prison. Speaker 0: Well, look. I I I stand by the the the fact that everyone of these people were removed to El Salvador is a significant public safety threat and a terrorist. I mean, MS thirteen and Trinidad was both been designated terrorists. I tell you what, I think Bukele has been a great partner in The United States. It's just not helping us with MS thirteen members that were that MS thirteen was born in that country. But MS thirteen is is in several different countries around the globe, and I think Bukele is stepping up to eradicate MS thirteen no matter where they are. So he's gonna assist United States and get them out of here. The the the crime rate in El Salvador has plummeted over 90% because of president Bukele, you know, locking up thousand MS 13 members. He's not gonna be happy to every every MS thirteen member that came out of El Salvador. It's rounded up across the globe and sent to El Salvador. That's the type of president he is, and I gotta respect that. Speaker 1: Talk to us a little bit about the effort to move people out of this country. Criminals first, the worst first, as you have said all along, but other people who get picked up in these in these efforts as well. How is it going numbers wise? We haven't seen numbers in a while. Can you characterize the progress for us this afternoon? Speaker 0: Well, interior rights and arrest ICE arrest numbers are about 58,000, but majority of them being criminals according to the numbers I saw yesterday. Look, the majority is criminals and here but here's what you and I talked about several times. When sanctuary cities release a criminal back into the community, that forces us to go into the community and find him. And when we find him, we normally will, many times are with others. Others that are in The United States illegally, but may not be a criminal public safety threat target. But we're not gonna tell ICE to walk away from illegal aliens like the last administration did. The last administration told ICE, you can't arrest somebody for being here illegally unless they're getting convicted of a serious crime. That's not what the law says. We're not gonna tell immigration enforcement officers, you know what? Ignore the oath we took. Ignore the immigration law. Walk away. So I I've said it many times, sanctuary cities are gonna get exactly what they don't want. More agents in your community because you're forcing us in your community, not because on the whole team look for the bad guy, it means more collateral arrest. If they simply let us in a taxpayer funded jail, one agent could arrest one criminal alien, but they don't do that. So that's why the collateral numbers continue to rise because we're forcing the community. Speaker 1: Yeah. Tom, you've spent a lot of time, too much time with angel moms and angel families, and you saw Rachel Moore in the beginning.

Mark Zuckerberg recently shared his thoughts on the impending crisis surrounding student loans and the college system, stating that it fails to prepare students for real-world jobs. He expressed concern over the high costs of education and the burden of debt. In a candid moment, he also revealed he has an underground tunnel at his Kauai ranch, dismissing it as merely a passage between buildings. Additionally, he criticized media perceptions of the public, asserting that people are smarter than often believed and warned tech companies against underestimating their users, as it leads to failure.

It started with a strange but telling moment. One that pulled back the curtain on the secretive world of Mark Zuckerberg. On This Past Weekend podcast, comedian Theo Von joked about wanting to dig a tunnel underground. What he didn’t expect was for Zuckerberg to casually admit he had already done it. “I do have an underground tunnel,” Zuckerberg said without hesitation. Theo, caught completely off guard, asked, “Do you really? In the USA?” Zuckerberg confirmed it was real and even bigger than Theo expected. “I have this ranch in Kauai,” he said. “There's this whole meme about how people are saying, I built this, like, bunker underground. It's like more of underground storage.” Theo, laughing, teased him: “Zucky got that bunky. What's under the ground? Just more water, right?” Zuckerberg brushed it off, but he didn’t deny the core of the rumor. “It's basically what you just said. It's sort of a tunnel that just goes to another building.” Not exactly a bunker, according to Zuckerberg, just an underground passage connecting parts of his remote island fortress. Well... Nothing to see here, right?

As the interview went on, Zuckerberg shifted gears and dropped a much bigger bomb. He admitted what millions of Americans are starting to feel: college isn’t preparing young people for the real world anymore, and the student debt crisis is heading straight for a reckoning. It’s a personal subject for Zuckerberg, who famously dropped out of Harvard to build Facebook, and now sees the system he left behind collapsing under its own weight. “I'm not sure that college is preparing people for, like, the jobs that they need to have today,” he said. “I mean, I think that that's like there's a big issue on that. And like, all the student debt issues are like really big issues.” He pointed to the crushing cost of a degree and the broken promises that come with it. “I mean, the fact that college is just so expensive for so many people and then, like, you graduate when you're in debt,” he said. “If it's not preparing you for the jobs that you need and you're kind of starting off in this big hole, then I think that's not good.” In Zuckerberg’s view, the system isn’t just broken — it’s on borrowed time. “There's going to have to be a reckoning,” he warned. “People are going to have to kind of figure out whether that makes sense.” And the taboo around questioning college? He says that’s starting to crumble too. “It's sort of been this taboo thing to say, like, maybe not everyone needs to go to college,” he said. “Because there's like a lot of jobs that don't require that.” “But I think people are probably coming around to that opinion a little more now than maybe like ten years ago.”

Video Transcript AI Summary
College may not be adequately preparing students for today's jobs, which is a significant issue, especially considering the high cost and resulting student debt. There's no guarantee of employment after graduation, despite the expense. If college doesn't prepare students for necessary jobs and leaves them in debt, it creates a major problem that needs addressing. It's becoming more acceptable to suggest that not everyone needs to attend college, as many jobs don't require it, a view that's gaining traction compared to a decade ago.

And he wasn’t done yet. The conversation soon turned to another taboo—one that most tech CEOs wouldn't dare touch: the role of media elites in misjudging, mislabeling, and underestimating ordinary people. Strange coming from the man involved in censoring millions of Americans and the president himself, but nonetheless, Zuckerberg unleashed on the media. He slammed the entire idea that the public is too dumb to make their own decisions, a belief quietly pushed by many in the media. “Like, I've always been a person who really kind of believes that people are smarter than people think,” he said, “and, and I think in general, are able to make good decisions for their lives.” The real problem, Zuckerberg argued, isn’t the people — it’s the media’s failure to understand them. “And when they do things that like the media or whatever thinks don't make sense, it's generally because the media doesn't understand their life, not because the people are stupid.” In one of the sharpest moments of the interview, he flipped the whole “misinformation” narrative on its head. “Like if people are saying something that seems wrong, it's not usually misinformation. It's usually that you don't understand what's going on in that person's life.” And he didn’t stop there. Zuckerberg called out the deep-rooted arrogance that still runs through legacy media outlets. “I just think that there's like a certain kind of paternalism in, in some of the, like, mainstream narratives and some of the media narratives,” he said. But now, he hinted, the tide might finally be turning — because the so-called “experts” are losing their grip. “I think it's a little more receptive as maybe some of those cultural or media elite people are having a harder time predicting what's going to happen in the world. Maybe there's a little more humility of like, okay, maybe we don't understand all of this.”

People are smarter than they're given credit for and generally make good decisions for their lives. When people do things that seem wrong, it's usually because the media doesn't understand their life, not because people are stupid. If someone is saying something that seems wrong, it's not usually misinformation, but a lack of understanding of their life. There's a paternalism in mainstream and media narratives, a "know-it-all-ism" that has existed for years. This might be changing as cultural or media elite people have a harder time predicting what's going to happen in the world, leading to more humility.

Finally, Zuckerberg ended with a brutal warning for the tech world—one rooted in hard experience. The biggest mistake tech companies make? Thinking they're smarter than the people they claim to serve. Zuckerberg explained why arrogance toward everyday users almost always leads to disaster. “To me, the best predicting thing has always been like, all right, if you build something, do people actually think it's good?” he said. “Because like at some level, you know, it's like, I just believe that people are actually very smart and understand their lives very well.” He reiterated that the real test isn’t winning awards or impressing other executives. It’s whether real people actually find what you build useful. “If you're building something that is useful for them, then they will use it,” he said. “And if you're building something that is not useful for them, then they have other options. They will do something else.” Zuckerberg said trusting people’s judgment — not lecturing them — has been his greatest advantage. “I don't know, it's always served me well to generally have faith in people and believe that people are smart and can make good decisions for themselves.” But he also offered a serious warning. Whenever companies start thinking they know better than their customers, it’s the beginning of the end. “Whenever we try to, like, adopt some sort of like attitude of, oh, we must know better than them, it's like—we're like—we're the people building technology. That's when you lose, right?” And when you lose touch for long enough, the fall is brutal. “If you have that attitude for long enough, then you just become a shitty company and you lose and you lose and you lose and then you're irrelevant.” In the end, Zuckerberg said, it’s not the elites who shape the future, it’s the people. “I tend to just think that at the end of the day, yeah, I mean, I think people are smarter than a lot of people think, and I think ultimately drive the direction that society goes in.” Underestimate everyday people and you lose everything.

She's educating people how to get prosecuted because you have a final order. It is illegal to to not comply with that order. It's a it's a crime to to take steps to, not comply with ICE removal orders or not comply with ICE actions taken in custody. You can't hinder your own removal that was ordered by the federal judge. Speaker 1: Do you and do you anticipate other arrests of other judges across the country who are pulling these shenanigans by sneaking sneaking them out the back, Jack? Speaker 2: I think I think some sanctuary cities, you wanna see more judges make a very bad decision. I've said from day one, you cannot support ICE. You can support sanctuary cities all you want. But if you cross that line of impediment, which is a felony, if you cross that line of knowingly harboring concealing, it'll go annaly from ICE. That's a felony. We're gonna ask the DOJ to prosecute. I'm not a prosecutor, but we're certainly gonna ask for those prosecutions. You know, the the democrats said forever. No one's above the law. No one's above the law. They want a different set of rules for illegal aliens. You said it in your in your monologue. The whole the whole zero tolerance thing. Right? They didn't want families separated when a parent was prosecuted. Kids can't go to jail with parents. But as a cop, when I started my career, I I separated US citizen families all the time when a US citizen parent went to jail. US citizen families are separated a thousand times across this country every day, but they want a different set of rules for illegal aliens. And as far as removal of USC children, you're right. We sent three children with their mothers who requested their baby children go with them. If we didn't do it, then the story would be ISIS separating families again.

This segment references a Washington Post headline from 2016 titled "Meet the man the White House has honored for deporting illegal immigrants." The speaker points out that former President Barack Hussein Obama awarded a medal to Mr. Homan, asserting that this fact demonstrates his qualifications and that he has the full trust and faith of the president. The speaker emphasizes that, based on this trust, Mr. Homan will continue to hold meetings with the aim of encouraging cooperation between a purportedly “weak” U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and local law enforcement. The stated goal of these meetings is to achieve successful immigration enforcement through collaboration, a model the speaker claims has been seen in almost every other state across the country. The underlying message ties Mr. Homan’s recognized credentials and presidential trust to a strategy of enhanced coordination between federal immigration authorities and local agencies to advance enforcement outcomes.

Speaker 0: This is a Washington Post headline from nine years ago, 2016. Meet the man the White House has honored for deporting illegal immigrants. And I would remind everyone in this room that it was former president Barack Hussein Obama who awarded a medal to mister Homan. So he's obviously very qualified. He has the full trust and faith of the president. He will continue to have these meetings in the hopes that a weak ICE and local law enforcement can cooperate and work together to have successful immigration enforcement as we've seen in almost every other state across the country.
