Did you know that the NOAA has an up to date project report of all the current public weather modification programs? https://library.noaa.gov/Collections/Digital-Collections/Weather-Modification-Project-Reports How can anyone say the government is not altering the environment with plane sprayed aerosol injections (chemtrails), when they are LITERALLY posting the reports and confirmation on the government website? Private corporations and government are both doing this regularly to deal with hail, droughts, snowfall for ski resorts, tons of applications. I've had 3 people DM me today telling me that the government isn't manipulating the weather, and that I'm a POS for saying saying they used this technology in Maui. A high-performance turbine aircraft (C90 or equivalent) will carry dry ice and ejectable and burn-in-place pyrotechnics. Seeding agent will be released at or near cloud base or in cloud between -2° C to -12.5° C. Cloud candidates for seeding will be selected on the basis of a comprehensive weather forecast, WSR74C Doppler radar with TITAN, and aircraft tracking, radar measurements and cloud parameters measured by aircraft.

The Manhattan Project gave rise to the nuclear arms race. Unethical nuclear experiments were performed involving unsuspecting individuals, sometimes numbering in the thousands, without informed consent. Atmospheric detonations of nuclear devices were generally undertaken without regard for the health of unsuspecting residents downwind (5). Atmospheric nuclear testing in the United States ended as a consequence of the public outcry over civilian public health disclosure of the risks associated with strontium-90 uptake by children (6). Modern commercial weather modification technology began with the 1946 discovery that clouds, seeded with silver iodide or dry ice, could be caused in many instances to yield rain or snow (7). That weather modification method is widely used for agricultural and other commercial purposes. Ski resorts frequently use it to increase the likelihood of snow. Insurance companies use it to cut their risks when guaranteeing certain weather conditions for commercial projects or to minimize potential losses caused by hail storms. The military has long dreamed of controlling the weather for strategic purposes (8). The early military applications of weather modification were aimed at deliberately causing rainfall at a specific time and place by cloud seeding with substances such as silver iodide or dry ice.
